Villain Izuku
Reading through the “Villain Izuku”-tag is so weird.
Like, you have a bunch of different approaches:
“The League were the good guys actually” (UwU they’re just misunderstood)
“Society was mean to me, so that means it’s fine if I murder thousands of innocents”
“Izuku is a Super Mastermind and all the crazies among the Villains are totally fine with following his orders, since he gives them Results and would never betray them because he’s so smart and cool”
“The useless quirkless kid with no value was kidnapped by the Villains and forced to do Villain-things (instead of them just... you know, recruiting an obviously-useful Villain), but he secretly wants to be a Hero“
“Morally grey means that I can tell everyone that they suck, and they still have to be nice to me, because I’m so cool”
And having a bunch of different types is great, but like... I’m sorry, what?
Izuku is a molotov-cocktail of suppressed rage, and I can easily see him getting in trouble with the law simply because he used lethal force against someone he shouldn’t have (because he considered them a threat, and other people disagreed).
I could see him growing heavily disillusioned with the Hero Industry, and the way that they’re “enforcing the status-quo”, up until he finally snaps and tries to force a revolution.
I can even see him becoming a Vigilante pre-UA, and using enough violence that he falls into the category of “Villain who attacks Villains” rather than being referred to as a “Vigilante”.
Or have him try to reach out to help people through internet-forums until he accidentally creates an organization that’s technically-illegal, and he defends it to the death on behalf of how it lets him help people.
But like... those two sets of “Villain Izuku” don’t have a lot of overlap, do they?
The League is an organization led by an egocentric man-child, and funded by a sadistic monster who thinks that human experimentation is actually totally okay (since he’s the one doing it).
Izuku buckling to the pressure of society and deciding to murder innocents (for the lolz), rather than drag society kicking and screaming through a revolution (with some unfortunate innocent casualties)? Lame.
Setting up Izuku to be BBC’s Moriarty? That kind of character-story was doomed from the start (because it doesn’t make any fucking sense), and trying to follow in BBC’s deranged footsteps isn’t really a good look.
Kidnapping a quirkless kid because they won’t be missed? Sure. Forcing them to do “Villainy”? Nah. Quirkless kids are worthless (everyone knows that) just recruit someone with a properly Villainous-quirk instead. If you just want to write whump, have them rescue him from some kind of sadistic cage-match set-up instead, at least that would give the Villains a good motive to traumatize him (nobody would bet on the quirkless kid, but holy shit look at the violent little bastard go).
And “morally grey means that I’m just better than you people”? Ugh. I get that trying to write an “and our hero swoops in and saves the day”-fic is difficult to do when the problem is a societal one instead of someone trying to punch people in the face, but geez.
It’s just... I really don’t understand this fandom sometimes.

I've felt for a while that Deku is like the Tohru to Shigarakis Akito lol. I feel like MHA and Fruits Basket have so much in common. I love that Deku has met all these people that need help and he is able to be there for them. But kinda like Tohru, he sacrifices his own wellbeing too much and he needs to accept help from others. I also love that characters like Todoroki are similar to Yuki. They receive help from Deku but then grow on their own as well and become a positive force to help others.
Tumblr media
!!!!! This comparison has been in my head for a very long time, yeah.
I think that's what turns people off to Midoriya as a protag because he's far more similar to a freaking shojo female lead than a shounen male lead aks;gaskgn Personally I find that both hilarious and great but not everybody feels that way lol.
There are people who hate it because he's not their tough guy kick-ass tough exterior protag, and people who hate it because he's not as complex as the villains..or something along those lines.
Sometimes the protagonist halo of "selfless to a fault" is just who the character is. Either you like the trope or you don't, but trying to make it into some awful crime against the manga is stupid imo and it's better just to admit it's not a trope you like ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
But tbh I do find it interesting that ✨for some reason✨ it's perfectly fine for Tohru to have that protag halo and people receive it super well in Fruits Basket but god forbid Midoriya have the same type of characterization and because of this specific trope played into him he's just so god awfully written 🙄. What's the difference between the two characters and genre? Lol we'll be up all night trying to figure that out.
No but seriously. I 100% get the comparisons to Naruto and I've made them myself, but I find much more in common with a manga like Fruits Basket, as you said. Especially because much like BNHA, Fruits Basket covers dark topics that can be icky to think about, it covers different reactions and victims, it talks about forgiveness and resentfulness and family dynamics and relationships, connections, bonds, all of that stuff. BNHA covers interpersonal dynamics with much more detail like Fruits Basket. You can go back to early chapters, look at the characters that are in the forefront of the conflict of the endgame and see exactly why each pair of characters was matched up together.
Also you've completely opened my eyes to the Shouto|Yuki comparison. God you're so right. I've mentioned this being one of the things I liked about Shouto's healing so much but he's one of the few characters who has almost complete independence in his healing and his choices to move forward. I love a dynamic where someone is so damn helpless that they're depending on someone else's kind heart to survive, and I'm getting that with the villains, but Shouto himself is a breath of fresh air.
Tomura really is like Akito, where he fights his salvation over and over and over and rejects any implication that someone may want better for him and is just lost in self-hatred to the point that it's going to swallow him-----up until the very last second. Yeah, that's him, and Akito. It's also crazy comparing it because Tohru and Akito didn't interact much to each other, and all they had to go off of was the butterfly effects their actions had on each other and how everything they did eventually reached the other and that's how that connection was strong enough by the end for Akito to accept help. Sounds very familiar to me. Man, wild.
I said I wanted that scene with Rin and Tohru recreated with Tomura and Izuku and I mean that, but I do think Akito and Tohru are more similar a dynamic to the BNHA bunny and cat duo.
Also this is what I mean by BNHA has boiled down to "I can fix him" being the answer LOL
"I (Izuku, Shouto, Ochacko) can fix him (Tomura, Touya, Toga)" 💀
Fruits Basket was very much like that also with pretty much no irony at all 😂

Kai did fall quite easily into vigilantism after completing his degree of medicine and nursing, of course it was the simple things first, take care of the hurt, patch it up, not be really bothered to avoid a quirk use violation on his "healing" quirk (look, it is easy to forget a child that was never registered, but it isn't much easy to do so with a quirk so specific, so maybe Kai quirk description can be a bit more misleading than it let's on, but any precinct near would know better than to mess in the head of the family business).
But things escalated as they do, so sometimes Kai has to protect himself and victims, or potential victims too, he takes a liking to use his full respirator mask while going out in the night, his hood hides his purple hue. And white and covering his whole body are just the procedures of course. It makes clear what he left out of his almost impenetrable defense when something gets to him, and it is easier to clean than most people think!(Oboro:I would like to object that Bleach and Blue Soap just aren't good for any clothing-)
When one of the tugs, someone who lived to fight and had a whole story about it, asked his name. Well, Kai isn't the most creative of the bunch. Overhaul, the Alchemist is born in a fighting ring rigged with slavery, but Kai was a vigilante for years beforehand.

SYNASTRY: Chiron
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Note: Chiron can act from a place of hurt or healing depending on how much the person has worked on healing their own wounds.
Chiron conjunct Moon: This could mean that the Chiron person wants to help heal the moon person, they might share similar emotional wounds.
Chiron sextile Moon: I have this with my little nephew! The Chiron person can learn from the Moon person about their own emotional side, and maybe about their relationship with motherhood or how to nurture oneself and others. The Chiron person might heal themselves by mothering the Moon person.
Chiron square Sun: The chiron person might feel hurt for not getting the attention and validation of the sun person. It might stir up self-esteem issues from the past. The sun person might act self-centered, and the Chiron person might internalize their own insecurities about it.
Chiron square Mercury: The mercury person might struggle / avoid communicating with the Chiron person, which can hurt them. I had this with an ex who replied to my texts after hours or longer.
Also, the Mercury person might act rationally, from their mind, and the Chiron person might feel they're too cold and can't comprehend or don't care about their emotions.
Chiron square Fama might mean the Chiron person doesn't want to hear about the Fama person at all. They resist hearing or talking about them because they don't want to get in touch with past hurts.
It also could be that the Chiron person remembers the Fama person as the bad ex or the one that got away, something that hurts them or it did at some point. For example, if the Fama person was a crush that got away, when you think about them you might feel like you're not enough; it touches sensitive spots.
Chiron inconjunct Saturn: I have this aspect (applying) with a friend, and he doesn't share some beliefs with me, and sometimes when I talk about it with other people he talks down about it. It feels like being censored or limited (Saturn) which can bring to the surface wounds related to powerlessness (created by authority figures of your life).
I have the same aspect (separating) with my cousin, and I think the disciplined / hard work of Saturn shows up more. When I see how resilient and committed she is, I feel a bit jealous and called out, because I know I need to make adjustments in my own life in order to make Saturn justice. Those adjustments are related to issues with perfectionism, procrastination, discipline and consistency.
Chiron semi-square Venus: The Venus person might show affection to the Chiron person, but this one might reject it out of habit which can come from past wounds. The Chiron person might brush off shows of affection from the Venus person which could annoy them. This could cause very light friction.
Chiron trine Mars: if Chiron is a woman and Mars a man, the former might see in the Mars person characteristics or behaviors of previous men who have hurt her. For example, my ex was very emotionally dry like my father which sometimes triggered past wounds. But I think that the trine made it flow naturally, like I would just accept it.

Hi.
I used to write a comic here about a Boku no Hero Academia alternative universe about Dance. I think it will be four years by now since I stoped updating that story. Maybe more than that. The pandemic happened and since then, it was extremelly hard for me to want to draw anything at all. All those years were some sort of hell for me where I couldn't even think about make art ever again. 2023 finally arrived and I was finding the desire to draw again by doing my own ocs and trying to give them stories.
I had forgotten tumblr too. When I came back here, I was chooked that some people were still asking about the dance au.
I don't know how old these asks are thought. Don't know if anyone cares about this story anymore.
But I am thinking about writting some sort of epilogue just to end this chapter of my life that once I was so happy to write.
I am still not very good at english. Writting an epilogue chapter while I am not sure I can even do that will be hard, but I think I must do it. I don't want to waste all the time that I put into this AU by not finishing it. Nor the people's feelings while reading it.
I will try finishing it. I hope I can do it.

Krbk walking past a row of gacha machines on the streets when one catches Bakugo's attention. He immediately beelines for it, finishing out his wallet to get coins.
Kirishima follows him, amused as he looks at the gacha display and gasps.
"Oh! It's our class!"
Kirishima hasn't seen much merchandise of them yet, mainly because they just graduated, but the machine had super cute mini figurine versions of them and their classmates in their hero suits. He instantly searched for Bakugo's and smiled. Mini Bakugo looked so manly!!!
They gave him little explosions and his winning smirk. Kirishima is pretty tempted to try and play to get him for himself.
Not while his crush was present though.
He watches Bakugo open up a capsule and sees the blond grunt in disgust when it reveals a mini Mineta.
Bakugo almost looks ready to burn it. Since there were no bins nearby Bakugo opens his gym bag and drops it in before going back to depositing more coins. Clearly not getting the result he wanted, and tried three more times.
Iida. Ojiro. Momo.
Kirishima tried to hide a smile.
It was kinda funny and cute how determined Bakugo's expression was as he kept playing.
"Fuck! Stop giving me Deku and Half n Half you stupid machine!" Bakugo growls, smacking the display in warning.
Kirishima couldn't help the chuckle he let out that time. Bakugo was really getting fired up!
He watches Bakugo open up Kaminari, Mina and Sero capsules.
Bakugo keeps going.
Kirishima glances down to Bakugo's gym bag, he's almost got their whole class in there.
When Bakugo finally opens a capsule to reveal a mini version of himself Kirishima thought that was the end of it.
Bakugo drops his mini version in the bag with a grunt.
Huh.
Kirishima wasn't expecting that. His eyes darted between the mini Bakugo and the real one.
Does that mean Bakugo is going to throw mini Bakugo out!?
He's too cute to go out like that!
Luckily Bakugo is still distracted so Kirishima quickly bends down to swipe the figure and puts it in his jacket pocket.
Successful rescue mission!
"Damn it I'm out of yen!" Bakugo curses and hits the machine again.
Kirishima pats him on the shoulder, partly in sympathy, partly in please don't cause property damage.
Then he takes out his wallet to count the loose change. Just enough for one gacha play.
"Hey Bakugo, I have enough yen if you want to play one more time?"
Bakugo glares down at the offered money.
"No."
"Oh..."
"You do it, I have the worst fucking luck." Bakugo grumbles, crossing his arms, the pout deepening.
"Oh!" Kirishima raises the money to the coin slot and pauses, "are you sure?"
"Do it."
He threads the money into the machine.
As Kirishima turns the dial he suddenly feels super tense, he could feel Bakugo's unwavering glare at the machine, daring it to deny what he wanted again.
The capsule dropped into the dispenser.
He cautiously reaches in to pick up the capsule and opens it.
A mini Red Riot stares up at him. Kirishima smiles and holds it up.
"Hey look! Finally a mini me!-" He stops talking when he sees Bakugo's eyes are hyperfocused on the figurine.
"Gimme."
"Wha-" Kirishima yelps in surprise when Bakugo lunges at him.
He's too stunned to really defend himself when he feels Bakugo's warm hands touch his to swipe the figurine. The blond's face was super red as he quickly turned and bent down towards his bag.
Bakugo wanted a mini Red Riot!?
Kirishima.exe has stopped working.
Kirishima could feel his face heating up.
'Could that mean-?'
He was snapped out of his thoughts when Bakugo started muttering.
"Where the fuck did that little gremlin go." He growled, rifling through the gym bag, tossing heroes and empty capsule balls all over the place.
'Oh my God, he's looking for mini Bakugo.'
The figure suddenly feels heavy in his pocket.
Bakugo really did look frustrated.
Kirishima reached into his pocket, hovering over the figure. He /could/ play dumb about this whole thing.
But that wouldn't be very manly, huh?
Mustering up the courage, Kirishima holds up the mini Bakugo.
"Is this what you were looking for?"
Bakugo looks up and double takes when he sees little Dynamight, now the tips of his ears are getting red.
"Wh- how- nevermind, hand him over."
"No."
Kirishima can see Bakugo opening his mouth to argue so he raises a hand to ask him to wait.
"I think this is a fair trade. You can have Red Riot but Dynamight belongs to me." He states, a slight tease to his tone as he hugs the figure close to his chest.
Bakugo's face couldn't get any redder, darting his eyes away from Kirishima to look at the ground, mumbling something under his breath.
"What did you just say Bakugo?" He asks, walking closer.
Bakugo's eyes flicker up to his.
"I said...he's been yours for a while now."
Kirishima’s heart is beating a mile a minute as he bends down in front of Bakugo to get eye level.
"As I said with Red Riot, he's yours too."
"Really?"
"Really."
Bakugo's eyes dart down to Kirishima's lips then back to his eyes. His mouth ticking up into a soft smirk.
"Then how about we finalise that trade?"
Kirishima smiles back at him, his hand slowly covering Bakugo's.
"And how should we do that, hmm?"
"Like this," Bakugo leans forward to close the small distance and Kirishima meets him half way. The kiss was soft but firm and he loved every second of it.
It was perfect.
He leaned back slightly and smiled, touching their foreheads together.
"Trade accepted."

Pairing: Pro Hero!Mirio/AFAB Villain!Reader
Rating: Holy shit M.
Summary: As an individual with a pretty unimpressive Quirk, it hadn't taken long for you to stray from the straight and narrow. Until, of course, a certain pro hero from your past turned up on your doorstep…
A/N: Welcome all, welcome to our last installment! I'd like to thank you all for coming along on this little tale. 💚 Enjoy!
Tag List: @hijackser @nonstop-haikyuu @zombiexbody @buttons-beads-lace @swift-omg-no @ectoplasmictoast @tartimaar-bloggeth @plaguedoctorsnake
Part One: Breathing Room
Part Two: Consequential
Part Three: Sunshine; Golden Boy
[!TRIGGER WARNING!: This installment contains emotional duress and unprotected intercourse between two consenting adults. Stay safe!]
You gasped against his mouth but your surprise didn't last much longer than that. Instead you leaned into the kiss, a little giddy when a strong hand gripped the back of your neck to hold you still.
"I'm not going to know what to do." Mirio whispered, his eyebrows drawn low in concern. "I've never done anything like this before. Never had the time for it."
"I'll let you know if I don't like it," was your answer, just as soft.
Mirio's hold tightened momentarily. "You'd better. I won't forgive myself if you don't." As you nodded, his serious expression eased. "Okay." He breathed, "okay," and then pressed an entirely different kiss to your lips. It was wet, hot, full of tongue and his teeth accidentally hit your own more than once. It was only after your noses bumped that he pulled away with an awkward little laugh.
"Why'd you stop?" You asked, panting a bit.
"Breathing was tough." He was panting as well, that signature smile brightening his formerly-pensive face. "More?"
"Do you want more?"
"Yes."
"Then okay." You grinned, threading your fingers through the hair on the back of his head and pulling him in.
He couldn't think straight at all.
Your hand had slipped down to unbutton his jeans a moment before and you were currently stroking his cock through his boxers which was…great, incredible, but he was definitely not going to last long if you kept that up.
"H-Hey," Mirio began shakily, groaning into your mouth when you kissed him. "Hey, I uh…look, if you keep-"
"I know." The smirk you gave him sent a shiver through his entire body. You looked so pleased with yourself. Maybe you just enjoyed having him at your mercy for once. Normally when the two of you clashed, you would only just manage to flee the scene.
But-
"Don't you want--" Mirio's breath hitched. "-don't you want me to…uh--well, y-you know."
"We've got all night." You soothed, your hand doing anything but that.
Mirio's whole body tightened up in response and he was vaguely dismayed by his lack of endurance. To be fair, he reasoned pragmatically, I've never had someone else touch me like this. "I'm going to-" he paused, scrambling to think of what the hell he was going to say, oh God why was this so embarrassing-
"Come for me?" You suggested and all Mirio could do was nod dumbly, his hips rocking into your palm. "Where would you like…?"
Oh God. Mirio's mind whipped itself into an immediate frenzy at the possibilities, the possibilities, on your face, in your mouth, on your chest, your stomach, inside- "I--mouth?" He managed to ask, his voice rasping low.
You knelt without another word, placing the head of his cock on your tongue. Togata's entire being focused down on that one point of contact, his brain going blank. He heard some noise come out of him, it must have come from him but he didn't think he had ever made a sound that deep, it felt like it was rolling from the middle of his chest.
He only regained a portion of his senses when your palm pressed firmly on his thigh, holding him still to keep him from bucking any further forward--was that your throat–Mirio choked a little. "Holy moly." He gasped, confused when you snorted.
You pulled off of his cock, still snickering a little. "Gotta' say, I've never heard that one before." You said after swallowing.
You swallowed.
"Is it okay for you to do that? I've heard--I mean, I don't know about the taste, so you don't…" Mirio trailed off, sure that his face was bright red.
You made a dismissive sound, accepting the hand up from the floor. "Not a big deal to me, don't sweat it." He still felt a bit bad about it, but if it didn't matter to you…
Mirio took you by the upper arms again, pressing your back to the door as he plunged his tongue into your mouth. You made a startled noise, then it was as if you melted against him. Your fingers plucked futilely at his clothes like you were searching for some kind of anchor, or maybe you wanted skin to skin contact?
Mirio pulled his shirt off over his head which satisfied your brain for the time being, and you leaned back to take in the sight of his upper body. "I love your hero suit, by the way." You crooned when he ducked in for another clumsy, breathtaking kiss.
Mirio tilted his head, seeming confused. A flush began to work its way up his neck as he clearly realized what you meant, the young man looking self-conscious. "Is…is it too much? Should I change it?" He asked worriedly.
"Don't you dare!" You laughed, giving him a playful poke in his chest. "You have any idea how tough it was to focus on dodging your attacks when all I could think about was-"
"Okay, okay, whoa there." Mirio cut you off with the protest, waving his hands. "Were you--what, while we were fighting?!" He sputtered.
"A villain never reveals their secrets." You teased, winking and getting a reluctant chuckle out of the young man. "I'm only sorry my uniform wasn't tailored to inspire those same thoughts in you."
"I was always more concerned about whether I would accidentally hurt you." Mirio admitted bluntly. "I wasn't gonna' pull any punches, but I didn't want to use excessive force either. I know I…I could be kind of a lot when I cut loose."
"That was half the fun!" You protested, making him laugh again. "Especially when you'd grab me and you'd be all worked up and irritated-"
Another kiss silenced you, Mirio now pink to the tips of his ears. "Sorry, I-I didn't mean to be. I'm supposed to be kind of unflappable, y'know." He mumbled.
"Oh don't worry, I don't think anyone else noticed. I only noticed because I knew you for so long." You tapped his jaw. "You get a vein that starts building in your neck and your jaw goes tight."
"I do? Geez, I'll have to work on that." The young man sounded somewhat dismayed. "Can't have people reading me that easily."
"It's better that way. You want the normies to remember that you're still human, right?"
Mirio went still, his expression darkening. "I…yeah, you're right." He then cupped your cheek, gently easing your face to one side. "I'd like to do this again, I think." He murmured, pressing a few light kisses to your neck and the bruise you sported on your shoulder. "This human stuff." He clarified needlessly, and his smile was tinged with sorrow even as he spoke. "I never know when it'll go away."
"You're not dead yet." You felt like an idiot as soon as the flippant, automatic response left you, but Mirio appeared to agree with your sentiment.
"I'm going to take full advantage of that, I promise." His smile brightening, he went so far as to give you a little wink. "Now come over here so I can uh…do…what people do when they hook up."
"Alright, we can move to the bed." You allowed, laughing as you pulled your shirt off over your head. You ought to have known that any sort of gravity the situation may hold wouldn't last for long in the wake of Mirio's perpetual good cheer. This was just a hook up between old friends and, hey, you figured if he performed well you'd be gracious enough to consider looking over the paperwork. Whether a reward for him or you, you couldn't really say.
Mirio had bounded to the bed, but the way he was looking at you now gave you pause.
You hesitated, fidgeting with the sleeves of your discarded shirt as confidence slowly bled out of you. "If you're not comfortable with this-" you began, hoping that he was simply nervous.
Mirio's swallow was audible. "You just look really good." He stated, his voice soft and layered with an odd, unfamiliar heat. You could feel your own temperature rocket up in response, a flushed sensation spreading rapidly at the young man's obvious interest.
You did your best to appear unaffected, though your leisurely saunter was nearly ruined by your stumbling out of your pants. "Oh?" You mused, trying to free your trapped leg in a cool and collected manner. "I'll admit, that's pretty nice to hear. You're not hard on the eyes yourself, Mi-"
Hands grabbed just beneath your rear and you were abruptly pulled in between Mirio's legs, the young man staring up at you with something akin to hungry awe. You shivered without meaning to, startled and also a bit excited by this turn of events. You could absolutely live with Mirio taking the lead, if only because it might yield humorous results.
"Now what?" You purred, slinging your arms back around his neck.
Mirio wordlessly hefted your legs up over his thighs, spreading you wide in his lap. He then kissed the fingers of your right hand, one by one, before requesting in a low voice, "show me what you like, Sunshine."
This was fantastic.
Fantastic.
There had never been a time in his life that he had felt like this and he wanted to remember every detail of it, etch it into his brain with indelible marks.
What you liked was, apparently, something that he could provide, which was immensely encouraging. As was the sight of you splayed in his lap, your body trembling and voice hitching even as you instructed him to move his fingers like this.
"Y-You're pretty good at this," you praised, panting.
Your words sent a shiver down his spine and Mirio straightened up, feeling very self-satisfied as he quickened the pace of his fingers. He could hear how wet you were and the idea that he had done that (or had at least helped a bit!) gave him the confidence to ask, "can I try something?"
The eyebrow raise he got in reply made Mirio cringe a little, but then you were laughing and telling him to go for it. "I'll let you know if I don't feel comfortable with it, Golden Boy."
"Okay, good." Mirio made a spinning motion with his free hand. "Turn around for me?" After you repositioned yourself in his lap, Mirio pressed his lips to the back of your neck. You quivered under the touch, making a soft sound.
"Don't tease me," you whispered.
"I won't." He promised, fingers trailing over your chest to your nipples. "I just want to feel you." His hand slipped lower, down your stomach to his rapidly-hardening cock. Mirio hissed out a breath, cupping his dick and then sliding it against your pussy. With one large hand keeping it pressed to you, he used the other to gently pluck and tug at one of your nipples, making you arch back against his chest.
"Mirio…" you whimpered, your breathy voice music to his ears. The young man nuzzled his face into your neck in reply, mouthing at the sensitive skin he discovered there while he slowly worked his cock back and forth over your pussy.
Togata abruptly realized that you'd had enough when you canted your hips just so, causing the head of his cock to slip into your entrance without his intent. "Oh! Sorry, I-" Mirio's words ground to a stop as you shoved his hand to the side, leaning your entire body forward.
"Fuck me–" you swore, the muttered curse combined with the hot, tight slide of your pussy making Mirio's breathing shudder. You were so wet from his definitely-not teasing that the young man could feel you soaking the base of his dick already, even if most of his brainpower was currently focused on holy hell don't come yet, please don't come yet, this feels incredible.
Your palms pressed down on his thighs and you wriggled, likely situating yourself more comfortably, but Mirio grabbed your hips before he could think twice about it. "Wait." He gasped, biting his lip in an effort to maintain some sort of composure. "Wait, don't move. Just--g-give me a second."
"Oh that's right." You couldn't have sounded more self-satisfied if you had tried, Mirio was certain. "This is your first time, Golden Boy?"
"D-Don't-" He wanted to protest, really he did. Just because he hadn't had sex before didn't mean he was unaware of it, unaware of the urges of his body. His own wants and needs had just…well, they had never really taken priority is all. Then your nails were lightly scratching his thighs and the denial died on his lips.
"Hey, I'll take good care of you." You crooned, your smug tone only riling the young man up further.
Mirio's eyes narrowed, his mind racing to come up with something that would throw you off balance. He wasn't exactly knowledgeable in this field, but he might be able to…
Without another word he wrapped an arm around your waist, his other hand seizing your ribs. Then, he laid back, dragging you with him.
Holy shit.
Holy shit.
Mirio, sweet, heroic Mirio, the golden boy, currently had you at his mercy. Restraining you with nothing but his own strength, the young man worked you down until you were fully seated on his cock. You moaned, startled when he shifted you to once again have your back to his chest, his hold on you methodically changing to finally coax your legs up into a full Nelson.
"Holy shit." You gasped, Mirio's fingers laced firmly at the back of your neck encouraging you to look down and watch him penetrate you. "H-Holy shit, Mirio-"
"Don't worry." The young man's voice seethed hot against your ear, echoing your confident words from moments before. "I'll take good care of you."
"Oh I–believe it." You whimpered, biting your lip.
Mirio rocked you down into the cradle of his pelvis, seeming to enjoy the idea of you watching him. "This okay?" He grated out, the concern heartwarming but ultimately unneeded.
"Fuck me, Mirio!" You cried, more than a little panicky at the thought of him stopping. This was the most excitement you'd had in ages, you weren't about to tap out before the fun even began! "Please, please please, I want you-"
Mirio wordlessly planted his feet on your bed, arching his back and thrusting up into you. You keened out, helpless to do anything but get fucked by the large hero. The feeling was breathtaking, a complete surrender of control that left Mirio free to do whatever he liked to you. Currently that appeared to be stretching you to your limits, his cock rubbing in just the right way to drive you to your breaking point. You weren't sure when you had started chanting his name, and you had no idea how you managed to find the breath to do so in the first place.
Mirio, for his part, seemed content to rut against you and pant in your ear, the normally-talkative young man all but silent. He suddenly shuddered bodily, muttering something and then adjusting his grip to ease the strain on your neck. "Probably wasn't too--comfy-"
Truthfully you hadn't even noticed, but you definitely felt the relief once he changed his hold on you. Your thanks died on your lips as the hero continued his single-minded mission, the air leaving your body too quick for you to get out a sentence.
"Gonna' come," Mirio grunted, then, "f–uck, want you to come though." The unexpected swear caught you off-guard, your body tensing up at the low, desperate tone of his voice. Something about witnessing Mirio's rigid control begin to fray was fascinating, and you found yourself hoping that you'd get to see more.
"In me," you managed to say, relishing the groan you got in reply.
The hero shifted, arching beneath you while he fucked up over and over, and with one final, deep plunge, his muscles went taut. "N…not yet, not yet." You could feel the hammering of his heart in his chest, the trembling of his body as he strained and then after what felt like forever, he let go of you.
Mirio fairly collapsed, going limp. "Y' 'kay?" He gasped, hastily relinquishing his hold on your body. You, apparently in the process of catching your breath, sufficed with a thumbs up to reply.
Mirio felt a laugh threatening to escape and he did his best to ward it off by skirting a hand down your chest and stomach to stroke slowly, slowly over your clit. Judging from the way you shivered and arched up into his palm, he got the feeling that it had been the right call.
"I want–" he paused, trying to think of how he could say it differently and just settling on, "I want you to come too, okay? Show me what I should do."
You inhaled quickly, your hand moving to cover his. Your index finger urged his own forward, drawing lazy circles while the heel of your palm kept him from retracting his hand. Not that he would have, of course! Mirio was intensely interested in finding out how he could get you to come, especially considering that you had managed to get him off so easily before. His own impressive recovery period notwithstanding, he still felt like you more than deserved to enjoy yourself if you were able to.
Judging from the noises you were making and the way your body was writhing, you were extremely able.
Mirio latched his other arm over you just beneath your chest, pinning you down as best as he could.
"I've got you now, villain!" He exclaimed, grinning broadly while he grappled them to his chest. The miscreant lashed out, yelling and trying to kick him, but their attacks passed harmlessly through his body. "Careful! You'll hurt yourself." Mirio chided, snagging the tail end of their deep hood and tearing it off of them with one sharp jerk. "Now let's see-!"
You? Mirio froze.
Seizing your advantage in his moment of distraction, you managed to wrestle free of his hold. You glared at him with wild eyes, a smirk growing on your face when he remained silent. "What's the matter, Golden Boy? Usually you can't shut the hell up." With that, you slung yourself over the edge of the roof. Mirio heard you hit the fire escape with a metallic clang, your running footsteps quickly fading away…
"I've got you now, villain," he teased, hearing you snort in reply.
"Shut up, you're such a nerd." You said with a breathless laugh, shoving your forehead against his jaw. "I'm not going along with your weird roleplay kink."
"Roleplay-" Mirio began to sputter indignantly, about to list his protests because of course it was a joke, he was joking, but he decided to shove his thumb against your clit instead. With his cock still inside you he found he could feel your reactions, even the ones you tried to hide, which he was sure might be considered playing dirty. He couldn't really bring himself to care much though, considering the fact that your fingers were digging into the hair at the nape of his neck.
"H-Hey–" you panted, sounding a little confused. "Mirio, w--Mirio, holy shit."
"Is it alright?" Mirio cautiously asked, hoping that your reactions weren't being caused by something aside from pleasure.
"It's great, fuck, fuck-" You were trembling, seeming torn between fucking down onto his cock or up into his hand. This led to stuttering motions that Mirio slowly eased into the rhythm of, his pelvis shifting up to meet you and elongate the motion. Your whole body was pressed to his and, while Mirio had a difficult time splitting his attention between the sounds he was wringing out of you and keeping his fingers moving, he liked to believe he wasn't doing too badly.
You suddenly tensed up and the hero choked, feeling your pussy throb around him. "Fuck." You breathed, going limp in Mirio's arms.
"Wow." Mirio gasped, grabbing your hips and thrusting upwards. "Wow, Sunshine." His brain completely deserted him as he chased his own completion, dissolving into nothing but nonsensical muttering and panting. "S' tight–" He groaned and it was as if you tightened even further, forcing him to do nothing but grind himself against you like a man possessed.
You pitched forward to brace yourself on his thighs and that was all it took. Mirio buried his cock inside your cunt and came, his hands trembling before latching down hard on your hips.
You stared up at the ceiling, stunned speechless. Mirio simply continued to gently clean you up with a washcloth. When you finally broke the silence, it was to ask, "where the hell did you learn how to rail like that?"
"Good?" He asked cautiously.
"Yes Mirio, fuck's sake," you laughed, your mind still hazy.
"I mean, I-I dunno', it was my first time so I'm not really sure."
You shifted your weight, catching his wrist. "You weren't kidding earlier? I figured you were just trying to maintain that sterling reputation you've got."
Mirio didn't meet your eyes, seeming a bit embarrassed. "W-Well, what good would have come out of lying? You'd have figured it out pretty quick."
Deliberately softening your tone, you replied, "Thank you for being honest with me, then. Even if it could be awkward."
"You deserve honesty," Mirio insisted, "and you deserve safety."
You sighed heavily, flopping onto your back and rolling your eyes. "Alright, let me use the bathroom and then you can pitch me your incredible scheme." You raised a finger to ward off the excited outburst you could see he was about to unleash. "I expect to have my record scrubbed. I'm not joining some stuffy group on garbage terms just because you think I would 'work hard and succeed' or 'it's what's right'. You know you can trust me. If you want me involved, you can go to bat to convince your peers to let me function without imposing unnecessary restrictions."
Mirio looked incredibly serious. "Done."
You reached over, giving his hand a shake. "Well then Golden Boy, sell me on your plan and let's get me that hero license."
He pulled you into him instead, his eyes searching your own. That serious expression didn't wane in the slightest, even as he leaned down to kiss you once more. "I'll keep you safe." He murmured. "You don't have to be afraid anymore, okay? I'll help however I can."
"Sh-Shut up, Golden Boy." You blustered, flicking the tip of his nose before making your escape to the bathroom. Before you did anything else though, you braced yourself on the sink and studied your reflection in the mirror for a few moments. Was it hope or just the idea of it, daring to brighten your expression from its usual frown?
Maybe…maybe this hero stuff isn't so bad.

This took a few... 16 hours when it was meant to be a silly little comic to sorta introduce my many AUs/Fics centered around Izuku. I'll give a little context for the joke and introduce the AUs below the cut
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I've actually already introduced the "Phantoms AU" (hence why it has a tag) but its changed quite a bit since I last talked about it. But he's kind of a minigod, constricted to a human form. Since he's literally not human, he's thousands of years old. (In the scenario that he would meet other versions of 'himself' he would feel pretty out of place.)
"And Thus, We Live" is actually not my original concept, it comes from a fic I read a while ago, I'm not sure if the original author has an active tumblr. Anyway, at the end of the war, Izuku and Shigaraki both die and get reborn as twins. So he lived to be about 17 the first time, and after being reborn, if he keeps counting, that makes him 33.
In "First and Last in Line" Izuku is Yoichi, AFO's younger brother. He has a revival quirk, so he's died many times and is roughly 200 years old.
Now, the rest of them are 15/16 like usual (Except the Bladed AU, which starts when he's younger) so they don't really add anything to the joke, but since I added a little reaction panel, I figure they deserve a little context.
"Sleep When I'm Dead" is about Izuku getting hit with a quirk that makes it impossible for him to fall asleep until he dies. I think this one also came from a fic I read, but I can't remember
"Eyas Izuku" is literally just Izuku being Hawks' son where his mom was murdered and his step-father is a piece of shit. It's a lot of hurt/comfort with Hawks trying his best to take care of this kid he didn't know he had. (This is the only one I've posted so far, but I've been in a block for a while)
"Instinctive Nature" ....I have a love hate relationship with this one as the author but Izuku's quirk caused his apartment to collapse when he was a kid, Inko died, but he and his little brother survived. They lived on the streets for several years until Overhaul took an interest in Izuku's quirk (Only good things happen after that, I promise)
"Bladed" Izuku was taken in by AFO as a kid and given a quirk, he grows up with Tomura as a brother until heroes raid the base, Tomura dies, and he escapes. He struggles to adjust to life at an orphanage, but accidentally befriends Hitoshi along the way :)

what would you say are horikoshi's biggest strengths as a writer and what are his greatest weaknesses?
ooh that's a really good question that i've had to think a lot about. it's difficult cuz while i've read his tenko oneshot and the original my hero oneshot, i haven't read his other two multi-chapter works (oumagadoki zoo and barrage) (though i have seen the raw scans of his other oneshot shinka rhapsody thanks to @codenamesazanka). boku no hero academia is obviously his work i'm most familiar with, and it's difficult to use mostly that as a metric for his skills overall.
on the other hand, bnha lasts for so much longer than his other works and is also so much more recent, so it's the main work that has to show off how growth or lack thereof as a writer, as well as his biggest challenges due to how punishing the manga industry can be and how it would have forced him into situations he may not have experienced with his past works. so in a way, bnha kind of has to be judged a biiit separately from the rest?
anyways with those caveats aside. his greatest strength is always and forever his art, which in manga is at least half of the writing. he has this special little touch with physicality and emotion that like. it's hard to describe how exactly it's different from other artists, who are also often great with physicality and emotion! but horikoshi's art often has that extra bit of weight to it that really sells it to me.
like i've said previously, i also think that he does have a knack for character writing that shines best when he's working with complicated, rough around the edges characters who aren't straightforward goody-two-shoes. shigaraki and bakugou i've already said are great examples of this. endeavour can get more difficult to talk about in this context due to the baggage around him, but i'd maintain that a lot of the series best writing does go to him, shouto, and the rest of the todoroki plotline (although it struggled a bit at the end there). twice, while ultimately a really nice guy, is still a very complicated criminal who gets theeeeee best development in the series. obviously there's toga, normal cute girl of all time.
a lot of that extends to horikoshi's affection for his minor/side characters as well. while i don't think he always nails it with integrating them into the story (fucking shouji. also vigilantes honestly did parts of this better), he does obviously put a lot of thought into them even when he doesn't get to use it. this is part of why i adore spinner so much, because he's that very typical minor side character who could easily be written out but instead gets a fleshed out and evocative role of his own.
i also think that horikoshi has a really strong instinct and potential for great horror/horrific material. again, this is where shigaraki proves himself horikoshi's best character - everything from his initial character design with the hands, the hints and insinuations about his backstory dropped over the first and second acts, all culminating in the beautifully gruesome shimura family massacre that just hits every single fuckin time. i honestly think it's one of the greatest payoffs in the series, basically bar none. (i know people try to give that title to the dabi reveal, but i keep getting taken out by how abrupt that particular instance is) it's the horror moments that make his art especially shine, he comes up with great scenarios, and honestly when he mentioned wanting to try his hand at a horror work after bnha i'm like, all in.
but that kind of segues into my biggest criticism of his writing - he holds back. he gets meek, he doesn't go all in. he had some interview where he admitted that the yakuza arc took a lot out of him because of how dark it got,
this extends to the entire series, especially in how the third arc has shaken out. deku and all might are really big victims of this, where there is absolutely a lot of complex development and criticism you can do with the way their characters are set up, but the story backs down from that to go "well maybe they're just. too heroic sometimes. self-sacrificing. that's an issue right." the 'dark deku' arc is a joke because while deku does extend himself beyond his limits, he never gets to the point of causing real harm to himself and those around him before class 1a swoops in.
i also have my conspiracy theories about hawks and how the fallout of his murdering twice was soooooo weak, where i think the popularity of hawks and his status as a hero scared horikoshi off of doing anything more critical with him, instead feeding that overwrought backstory as a distraction and giving the whole "government sponsored murderer who is wracked with guilt and bitter about the hypocrisy" to nagant. who again he didn't go hard enough with because then deku would have like, something outside of shigaraki to actually deal with. and would have to question the society that he's protecting. whatever.
he's also been so half-assed with the critique and deconstruction of hero society that he's set up, only to hastily and clumsily reconstruct it because superheroes are too cool to reeeaaaaaally say anything about, and also hero society has too many parallels with real life modern society, which might be awkward to critique in a youth magazine meant to satisfy as broad an audience as possible.
and then there's the heteromorph arc. goddamn the heteromorph arc. if you follow me you've probably read this but @stillness-in-green's conclusive write up of heteromorph discrimination as it's been laid out throughout the story and how that arc failed, which i think really signifies either the ways that horikoshi doesn't dig as deep into the concepts he brings up as he should, or doesn't realize how deep he needs to go with them.
i don't know if part of the way that horikoshi holds back or lands on the most boring resolutions for some of the ideas the story brings up is in part due to not wanting to rock the boat culturally, if he doesn't want to accidentally turn readers away after he's worked so hard to get to where he is now as a mangaka, or if it's the workload wearing him down, but it leaves the story half-formed.
i also think his other greatest weakness, which is a brutal one for shonen, is that he kind of fucking sucks at interesting fight scenes. like how much stuff ends with deku giving a big punch. it is my honest and greatest opinion that it should have been iida fighting muscular and uraraka fighting stain either alongside or in place of deku - their characters just had so much more to gain there. but i can also imagine all the fanboys who only care about power stats sneering and asking what iida and uraraka could have possibly done, which i think really speaks to a lack of creative thought not just in the fanbase, but in the writer. horikoshi can spin up all these cool and unique powers, but struggles to do anything really engaging with them. given that shonen fight scenes double as big character moments, it leaves a lot to be desired. big punches can only be inspiring so many times.
anyways. there's probably a lot more i can say. but that involves retreating more of the story than i am willing to do so right now. so alas.

Bringing him breakfast to bed
Tumblr media
[ SCENARIO ] [ Yuga Aoyama ]
[ My hero academia / Boku no hero academia ]
Tumblr media
so cute!! so cute!! so cuteeee!!! What a lovely request!!! Thanks for requesting it @frickingnerd !! You're right, he is underrated!!
Sadly, the fandom and memes ruined me a few characters of bnha, that is why I have more troubles to write certain characters, I think Aoyama is great and I hope I make a good job writing this! I really REALLY hope you like it ❤️
Tumblr media
Aoyama is pretty affectionate in his own way, on the relasionship he will never get bored of showing you his love in his own charming and extravagant way, mainly by gifts and loving words. He doesn't expect it in return, he does want you to show his love but that doesn't mean he does it because he want it in return
Aoyama isn't exactly easy to flustered, in fact he recive any kind of affection from you with open arms and a big smile, everytime you do something romantic for him he says thanks with a wide and loving smile. What does actually flustered him is the more sincere and loving acts, showing that you accept and love him just the way he is and showing reasurance is more meaningful for him
Taking time of your day (probably waking up even earlier) to make him breakfast and bring it to bed for him is something that Aoyama will apreciate a lot! He find the gesture incredibly adorable and has not problem I with telling you that, thanking you with along with calling you by a cheesy nickname before sitting on bed, getting comfortable but also letting some space at his side for you to sit with him (if you don't catch his indirect or hesitant he will tell you directly), depending on the hour he may or may not joke about how he forgive you from waking him up from his sleep just for the lovely surprised
He will take the time to taste and compliment everything you had cook for him and even share a little with you, he will take a long time just because he is enjoying the comfortable and sweet time he is having with you
Now, his reaction doesn't change much but how he feel about it will be diferent depending the context, if is just a gesture of love, that you just wanted to surprise him out of the blue he find it adorable and just enjoy the gesture. If is the case that you do it to celebrate something (like his birthday or the anniversary) he will feel really apreciated and loved, and for that he will express how much he loves you and how lucky he is to have you in return. Although, if it is the case that is because he is sick that will actually flustered him, while being sick he is far from presentable, he probably look like a mess and is embarrassed for it and yet you still wanted to stay with him and help him and that flustered him a lot, he is actually getting a little shy while thanking you and while enjoying the food, it would take him a moment to regain his composture but at the end he thanks you for the kind gesture

Character's origin- Boku no hero academia
Warning- hurt/comfort, apologies, cursing
Genre- ❃
Format- One shot
Word count- 920
Masterlist
Synopsis- A peek into two childhood friends [to lovers] life
Tumblr media
You entered the classroom, scanning across the room before going to your seat, which was beside, well, Bakugou.
"Good morning Mr. Grenade. " You smiled cheekily at him before flopping down on your seat. "The fuck is your problem you damn nerd?! " "Well to be honest we all know who's a nerd with the marks they get here. " You smirked watching Bakugou fume.
It has always been that way since you were kids. You two always bickered, shooting daggers at each other's pride but it was usually harmless. There were very few things on which you both mutually agreed and one of them were to not get too personal. Of course there were times when one hurts the other but the situation usually dissolves in a day or two before acting as if it never even happened.
It was lunchtime when Bakugou exited the classroom, making his way to the cafeteria while you followed after him with your hands behind your back, holding something. He stopped midway in the bustling hallway, turning around and looking at you suspiciously. "The hell you're hiding?" He asked as he started making his way towards you, you stilled, taking a few steps backwards, "Nothing." You replied but he didn't seem to buy it as soon he was trying to snatch whatever was behind your back. Amidst all the snatching and pulling, the subjects dropped from your hands, scattering on the ground, which was....
"Food? " He asked, a little surprised.
You signed, mood totally dulled from your now-wasted food. "I tried cooking lunch today. Wanted to give you a surprise and get your reviews but thanks to you neither I nor you can eat it now. " Your voice didn't hold any snark as you picked up the scattered food, throwing it away. You quietly started making your way back to the classroom when Bakugou grabbed your wrist. "Come eat with me. " He offered. You just shook your wrist, walking off.
Timeskip
You walked to your dorms encased in your own little world. Generally, you would have walked with Bakugou but neither were you in the mood for that nor was he in your line of sight right now.
Timeskip
It was well past eight when a knock at your door woke you up. You rubbed your hands across your face, fixing your hair as you made your way towards the door. You opened the door, coming face to face with Mr. Pomeranian.... A soaked one....
You raised your eyebrows, looking at him questionably. "Are you going to keep me here or can I come inside? " Bakugou grumbled roughly. You stepped inside the room, going to get a towel as he entered the room, closing the door behind him.
He sat on the small couch you had in your room, scattering the objects he had in the paper bag he brought with him on the couch beside him. You extended the towel towards him but he paid you no mind, being too engulfed in arranging the things. You sighed, putting the towel over his head, drying his hair yourself. You were too focused on doing the task at hand that when something came in contact with your waist, you jumped. You looked down, looking at Bakugou's face now buried in your stomach as his arms wrapped around you. Your face grew warm as you asked, " What are you doing? " His answer came out muffled "Huh? " You asked, once again unable to hear him so you gently grabbed his hair, pulling his face to look up at you. His eyes a little wide from your sudden move, he quickly regained his composer as he looked towards the side grumbling, " I'm sorry.... For ruining your hardwork this afternoon that is... " Realization dawned upon you as you ruffled his hair, " It's alright. " You smiled lightly. "Don't give me that fake smile of yours you hear me?!" You sighed, "I'll be fine by tomorrow. You don't expect me to be alright instantly do you? Why do you care so much anyway? It's not like you at all. " You chuckled lightly, eyes looking at him curiously. He stood up all of a sudden, his frame towering over yours as he took a step closer to you, face few inches apart. "I don't expect anything from you. But no matter how much of an assh*le you think I am for a f*cking 'childhood friend' Or whatever, I still care about you dumbass. " Your breath hitched at the closed proximity, eyes darting from his after every few seconds. "I got you a few things. Take them as an apology for ruining the food and for leaving you hungry. I'll get going. " With that, he started making his way towards the door as your eyes quickly darted towards the couch which was scattered with your favorite snacks, drinks, your favorite face mask which you used to put on his face at your sleepovers and........ a necklace you've been dying to buy since last Christmas but wasn't able to because it was so damn expensive...
"Katsuki wait! " Words fell from your lips as his body whipped towards yours at the use of his name for the first time in your life. You realized fairly quickly, " I-I am sor-! " He pulled you towards him, causing you to collide against his hard chest. "Say that again" You looked at him surprised, "What? " He stayed quiet, his gaze intense as you stuttered, " K-Katsuki? " The next thing you processed was his lips on yours.

student 21's villain academia, pt 1
so. not twst bully!au part 4. it's not canceled don't worry; i'm just having a couple health issues at the moment and this one was closer to being done. i've literally been working on it for 5 days, so... it was time.
this one is a bit slow to get started, as in it still hasn't kicked into action yet, but by part 3 or so you'll see my vision. this is an x gn!reader, so anyone can read it, and no, aizawa is NOT one of the love interests. i'd rather die than ship him with a student. i have no idea if this au has been done before; you don't have all the information yet so don't jump to conclusions about me copying so-and-so. this idea has been rattling around in my brain for like a year so i'm super excited to finally get it out! genre: gn!reader, fluff, found family, romance coming eventually, canon-typical angst trigger warnings: reader has a panic attack word count: 2004
You didn’t really consider yourself one of those ‘crazy anime fans.’ No, you were more subdued in your interests. You didn’t own hundreds of dollars’ worth of merchandise, nor did you insist on watching the latest episodes right when they aired. And above all, you would never try to force your passion onto others.
Lately you’d been really into a rather popular action anime by the name of Boku no Hero Academia, or My Hero Academia in English. It wasn’t perfect, but something about the characters just sucked you in. They were just kids, only fifteen years old, and suddenly they were faced with enemies backed by a villain even the strongest hero struggled against. Thus, you couldn’t help but feel little ashamed of yourself as you fell asleep to the ending song of the latest episode.
When you woke up, it was very abrupt. You were certain you’d been asleep on your couch, but suddenly you were standing in the middle of a busy street. Not wanting to be stuck there when the light turned green, you hurried to the other side. Was this a lucid dream? You’d never had one of those before, but there wasn’t another plausible explanation.
Taking in your surroundings, all the signs definitely weren’t in English, but somehow you could understand them. Was that Japanese? Huh, all that anime must be rubbing off on your subconscious. You caught sight of a TV inside an electronics store displaying the news. You didn’t know where you were supposed to be, so maybe that could give you a clue.
“Hinata here, reporting in from Musutafu News,” a young woman announced, “just this morning, up and coming villain Bakugou Katsuki wreaked havoc on a suburban neighborhood, completely destroying 8 homes. Can you believe he’s only 15?! Goodness, what has society come to? Fortunately, there were no casualties, but our experts believe it’s only a matter of time. And now, for the weather forecast…”
You tuned out the rest, in a complete state of shock. Bakugou is a villain? What sort of dream is this? Sure, he’s loud and violent and tells people to die on the regular, but he’s not a criminal! Is this some sort of joke? Is your subconscious playing some kind of trick on you? There’s some sort of nagging feeling in the back of your mind, like you should know something about this situation, but you just can’t recall.
You decide to keep walking, instead of staring blankly at the television like an idiot. Maybe you’ll find someone or something that can explain what’s going on. With luck, it’ll be one of the main characters. If you’re really unfortunate, you’ll find someone from the League. But who knows, maybe they’re the good guys here.
After about 10 minutes, it hits you. This is one of those alternate universe thingies! Your cousin, who’s far more invested in the fandom than you are, was trying to explain them to you at a family gathering, but you were only half listening. Now that was a mistake. Even worse, she seemed convinced that some people actually got transported into the worlds of anime! No wonder you weren’t paying attention. Clearly she had a screw or two loose. Yeah, there was simply no way something like that had happened to you. This was a dream, plain and simple.
But then the building right next to you caught fire. You were sure there was nothing before, but there was a fire and it was very, very big and very, very hot. Suddenly this all felt too terribly real. Was it a villain attack? Oh no, you were doomed. You were going to die- you’d only just gotten here and you were already going to die-
“It’s going to be okay,” you heard a gruff voice say.  It was probably Japanese, but you could understand it all the same. “Take deep breaths, one at a time. The heroes are already here, they’re apprehending the villain right now,” you heard him say softly. You did your best to follow his advice. In, pause, out, pause. In, pause, out, pause. After a while, it wasn’t so hot, and you could turn to look at the person who had calmed you down. You weren’t one to judge, but he looked like he needed some help- holy cow that’s Aizawa!!
Okay, you were not expecting that. Sure, you were hoping you’d run into a friendly canon character, but you didn’t think it’d happen that easily! You knew you needed to say something though, or this would be painfully awkward. “I, um,” you spluttered, “I’m a huge fan, Eraserhead. Can I get an autograph?”
“A fan, really? I don’t have too many of those.” He looked pleased, but also a bit confused. That was to be expected, considering he’s an underground hero. “Sure, do you have any paper on you?”
Ah. That was a bit of a problem. You searched your pockets, turning up absolutely nothing, not even your phone. “Nope. Nothing. Guess I won’t be getting that autograph, huh?” You were disappointed, of course, but it wasn’t the end of the world. As messed up as this world seemed to be, you were probably better off not meeting any more canon characters unless they were saving your life. This was just a lucky chance.
“Ah, well, that’s too bad. Hey, kid, you don’t seem like you’re from around here. Are you lost?” Aizawa asked. You did a double take, wondering if it was really that obvious. Kid, though? How old were you?
“Um, yeah, I’m pretty lost, I think. I’m not really from around here,” you vaguely expressed. Even you weren’t sure where here was. You were beginning to fear that this might just be your new reality, but naturally you couldn’t just accept that out of the blue. A large part of you was holding out hope that this was just a crazy dream. Because if Bakugou was a villain in this world, then what did that mean for the rest of the characters?
“You think? Did you hit your head or something? I can take you to the hospital to get it looked at,” he offered. You were pretty sure a concussion was the least of your worries, but sticking with Aizawa seemed safer than being alone in a strange place, at least. He did appear a little suspicious of your condition, but you were only telling the truth. You had no idea what was going on either.
“That might be a good idea. Thank you,” you agreed with a nod. While the doctor wasn’t likely to find any brain damage, you could at least see if you had the quirk factor gene thing or not. The odds were next to zero, but if this was a dream, you might just turn out to be super overpowered!
Yeah, right. Even if you did suddenly find yourself being up to par with some of the main characters, there wasn’t much you could do with it. Public quirk usage was illegal, and it’s not like you’d end up in a hero school with zero documents to prove you actually existed.
You and Aizawa walked in silence, presumably to the nearest hospital. You really hoped he wasn’t also a villain in this world. But if he was, then why would he have helped to calm you down? So, you were probably safe. For now, at least. You couldn’t cling to him forever.
When you reached the hospital, Aizawa took you to the emergency room. You didn’t think you were that much of an emergency, but you couldn’t provide much of a counterargument without revealing too much. What were you supposed to say, anyway? “Oh, hey, by the way, you’re just a character from an anime I watched back home, except for some reason the timeline got really messed up and now Bakugou’s a villain?” As if! He’d think you were crazy!
So instead, you went along with it as you were brought back almost immediately. You weren’t sure if it was because they thought you had a head injury, or because you were with a pro hero. Either way, it wasn’t fair to the other people waiting, those who actually needed help. But again, there was nothing you could do.
Several annoying and probably unnecessary tests later, a doctor came back to your room to speak with you. “Well,” she began, sitting down on a stool, “I have good news and bad news. The good news is that all the tests came back normal. The bad news is, well, none of our staff could find any information on you. Are you sure your name is in our system correctly?”
You knew this would happen, unless the universe magically decided to cover for you. “Yes, they’re correct. I just, I don’t really remember anything else. I know that and some basic information but that’s about it. I don’t even know where I come from, just that it’s not here,” you told her, trying to be as calm as possible. You’d had plenty of time to think about what to do while you were waiting on the results, and you figured amnesia was the best option.
It was true, in a sense, that you didn’t know where you came from. You were beginning to be convinced that this was reality, but you didn’t know how. Was this some sort of parallel universe? You didn’t know how all that physics stuff worked, but that sounded the most likely.
The good news about the timeline being messed up was that you didn’t have to worry about your presence messing things up. You were basically free to do whatever you wanted. You were, however, severely limited by the fact that according to the government, you weren’t a real person.
The doctor and Aizawa shared a look. “Well, I’m going to step out and have a chat with the doctor here about what to do next,” Aizawa said in a tone that didn’t betray anything. That made you nervous. Were you in trouble because you’d said you were his fan? Were you going to be interrogated, or worse, sent off to Tartarus, never to see the light of day again?
No, you’d be fine. Everything would be fine. You just had to focus on your breathing, and try not to think about everything that could go wrong. From what you knew about him, Aizawa wouldn’t turn on you so quickly. You hadn’t done anything wrong.
After a surprisingly brief amount of time, Aizawa re-entered the room alone. The doctor must’ve left to go see other patients. “Hey kid, it sounds like you’ve been through a lot. So until we figure out what to do with you, you’re welcome to crash at my place. I’m guessing you don’t have any school to attend?”
“I don’t know, Mr. Aizawa,” you mumbled. What else were you supposed to say, anyway? Who knows, maybe you could go for a career in acting after all this was over. You’d have plenty of practice by then, that’s for sure. You felt guilty for lying to him, of course, but what choice did you have?
“I figured as much. I’ll talk to the principal at the school I teach at and see if we can’t get you enrolled when the new school year starts two weeks from now,” he supplied. You tried not to let your surprise show on your face. You were going to go to UA?! Nezu would still have to agree, but this was beginning to sound like a classic main character development. You didn’t want this hero academia; especially not when everything could be messed up!
“In the meantime, I’m sure you must be exhausted. Come on, let’s go home,” Aizawa said. Home. That was a nice sentiment. Here you were, in a new world all by yourself, unsure of what was the same and what had changed. But at least you had a place to rest your head.
