It's fuckery like this that makes my balls itch. So you can't be Pro-Black if you're Anti-LGBTQ. Listen I don't care what anyone says people like these will gaslight you into believing in things you don't agree with which would go against who you are as a person. It's gaslighting you by conflict of interest they question you as if your Pro-Blackness isn't good enough because you don't share the same values or concerns as them. I don't hate anyone who is LGBTQ+ I don't wish any harm on them but for me, I don't agree with that lifestyle choice and it has nothing to do with religion because I don't believe in no religion. That's something that goes against my values as a Black Man. I know plenty of gay Black Men I'm cordial with. One so happens to be my Brother in Law, we respect one another's views and opinions never disrespectful towards one another. We worry about him because they don't see your gayness first they see you're Black first and foremost. Even my coworker is a Black gay man and we bros but I don't see their gayness first I see fellow Black men. On top of saying all that I've also been engaged to a bisexual Black Woman. So just because someone is against the LGBTQ doesn't mean they're any less Pro-Black. You can agree or disagree with me that's fine I won't say you're some kind of bigot or phobe because you're against them. Now wishing death upon someone that's low vibration and makes you a bitch sending people death threats even making people feel bad to the point they kill themselves is fuckery on another level. I used to write some damn good fanfic, and it didn't matter what my family thought of it because I was writing for me and my fellow fans. I was writing for the pure love of sharing an idea in my head that I knew other people would love.

Now that I have to take writing seriously, nobody talks to me anymore. Nobody loves what I do. And I'm starting to lose the love of what I do. I can think those story thoughts for myself and love them and not have to worry about "can I pay my cover artist" or "can I afford an editor yet" or "is anybody reading this anymore".

I miss the pure love of posting a queer story for a queer group of friends who would stand behind me when the 'phobes yelled their hate. When the gatekeepers of the mainstream didn't matter. When I could write a m/m, m/f, or f/f couple, or no pairing at all, and people just liked what came next.

Just another thing my ex took from me, I guess. My time. My fans who begged me to write something original, but grew up and drifted away while I picked up the pieces of my life again.

And I really miss when my family didn't fucking matter. When I wrote in defiance of them and didn't care that they'd never read the kind of "trash" that I wrote. Now I've got a novel vetted by my dad, cover art paid for by him, and he finally (five years later) admitted that he had to force himself to finish it. That he wouldn't have read it if he weren't just being "supportive" of me. And holy fuck, I just wish he'd never looked at it because that story was never FOR him, and he muddied the story I wanted to tell by offering advice that didn't fit the story in my head and tricked me into believing he was an authority because, after all, he reads a LOT of fantasy books.

I miss fanfic. When I knew who my audience was. When I wasn't spending money to lose my soul.

This might just be me...but the whole reason I transitioned was so I could finally be at peace, so I wouldn't be so angry and upset all the time, so i could realize that other people's frustrations towards me were never about me, so I'd stop taking everything so personally and feeling like everything I did was wrong, so I could release my shame and self hatred, and become lighter...

So when I see so many young trans people just fuming with rage and composing tweet after tweet filled with fantasies of angry violence towards terfs or phobes for some dumb trivial shit they said or did, or making pervasive habits of routinely lashing out at fellow community members for any and all minor perceived moral transgressions it's just like...

...isn't that so tiring??

Isn't it so exhausting being so god damned upset over everything all the time?? Don't you wish you could lay down your weapon and just relax?? Don't you wanna become the person you can fall into a gentle loving embrace with at the end of the day, and finally feel safe and comfortable in your own skin?? Don't you wanna look in the mirror and, maybe, at first, not completely love yourself but at least think "yeah, I'm okay with this, I'm starting to be okay with the person staring back at me??"

The grace and compassion you need, needs to come from yourself first, towards yourself, because every time I see trans people acting out in this way towards others, the first thing I think of is how fucking mean they must be towards themselves in their head, and that just makes me really fucking sad...why are you so fucking mean to yourself...please...stop...stop being so cruel to yourself....

To the "Pedro shares his birthday with Michael Fassbender" anon: As someone who was a Michael Fassbender fan for almost 10 years and is very into astrology I will say this: in my opinion, the only 2 differences between Michael and Pedro are that Michael is not a commitment-phobe guy and he has a european "cold-ish" posture/way of be that I don't see in Pedro simply because P is a latino guy so he is naturally warm and loose but, those things aside, these two are indeed very similar. Aside from the similarities that the anon pointed, I noticed that both are into adrenaline-indulsive past-times (P has said he has a daredevil side to him, likes to jump from high places and loves rollercoasters), both super competitive, short tempered, like cars (I mean, I think P taking care of his car first thing in the morning, even before a shower, is a indicative of that, right? lol). Michael, as Pedro, also has a moon on an earth sign (his is in virgo) and is a workaholic like P but his mercury is in aries while Pedro's is in pisces so that would explain Michael being more "serious" and Pedro more "loose" in interviews, for example. I might be forgetting something and if I did, feel free to ask, fellow anon 😉
