Wednesday, August 19, I began my weight loss journey in earnest. Today marks Day 9 of this little adventure. I was 353.4 lbs when I start. I am now 346 lbs. 🤯 I have lost so much weight in so little time. I realized this morning that, in the past, I never did a diet correctly. This time, I have cut out so much (sugar, pop/soda/coke, white bread, etc), and started to drink NOTHING BUT WATER. So... Lucas is a better cook than me... there it is, my shame, for all to see... I finally got with a person that can cook!
