Almost died after my dentist appointment because the stress and pain and whatever sent my blood sugar plummeting :) didn't even have sugar so I had to wait until I got home and promptly ruined my fluoride treatment by eating like 10 glucose tablets :) ok now tho

my summer meal plan! 🥒🥚🍵
// on a boring day at home:
—breakfast • choose between:
oatmeal (no toppings): 160 cals
fruit bowl: 50-70 cals
iced coffee: 40-60 cals
yogurt bowl: 130-150 cals
smoothie bowl: 100 cals
cheerios w/ almond milk: 140-160 cals (eat w/ caution, as it is easy to b!nge with cereals)
—lunch • choose between:
plain rice cake w/ hummus & cucumber: 110 cals
shirataki ramen: 20-80 cals (depending on toppings)
iced coffee: 40-60 cals
spicy cucumber salad: 10-80 cals (depending on sauces)
HALF tuna fish sandwich: (not sure on cals but good for protein and feeling full)
—snacks • choose between:
rice cake: 40-60 cals
yogurt rice cake: 80 cals
tea: 0 cals
diet soda: 0 cals
airpopped/organic popcorn: 35 cals per cup
mini pretzels: 100-120 cals (my favs)
pickles: 5 cals
—dinner:
HOME COOKING : small portions!!
EATING OUT : have both veggies & protein and have full knowledge of what you are taking in
—dessert:
avoid ice cream & dairy at all costs
always go for the lowest cal option
~ tips :
* just because everyone else is, doesn’t mean you have to either. stand out because you’re doing what they don’t have the courage to do
* never let free, open food be the opportunity to b!nge.
* overate in public? no worries! make up for it tomorrow with sweat and tears in the gym.
* keep the sweet treats as TREATS. bad dogs don’t get treats remember? don’t be spoiled either.

The Stupendous Alligator Snapping Turtle
Alligator snapping turtles (Macrochelys temminkii) are one of three recognised species of snapping turtle, all of which are found in North America. This particular species is found in the southeastern United States and the Mississippi Basin in particular. Macrochelys temminkii prefers deep freshwater, and is especially common in deep rivers, wetlands, and lakes.
The alligator snapping turtle is the largest freshwater turtle in North America, and is one of the heaviest in the world. Most individuals weigh between 70-80 kg (154-176 lbs), and are about 79-101 cm (31-39 in) long. However, the largest verified indiviual weighed over 113 kg (249 lb), and many others have been recorded in excess of 100 kg. The species is easily identifiable by its large, boxy head and thick shell with three rows of raised spikes. Typical alligator snapping urtles are solid black, brown, or olive green, though the shells of many older individuals can be covered in green algae.
M. temminkii is famous for its strong bite, which is most often utilised when feeding. The turtle's tongue resembles a worm, and at night individuals lie on the bottom of the river or lake bed with their mouths open. Fish are enticed by the bait-tongue, and when they get close enough the alligator snapping turtle's mouth clamps down around them. In addition to fish, this species may also feed on amphibians, invertebrates, small mammals, water birds, other turtles, and even juvenile alligators where their territories overlap. The alligator snapping turtle's relies on ambush techniques, and so hunters can remain submerged for up to 40 minutes. In some cases, individuals can also 'taste' the water to detect neaby mud and musk turtles. Because of this species' thick shell and ferocious bite, adults have few predators, but eggs and hatchlings may fall prey to raccoons, predatory fish, and large birds.
This species spends most of its time in the water, only emerging to nest or find a new home if their current habitat becomes unsuitable. Mating occurs between Februrary and May, starting later in the northern regions of the species' range. Males and females seek each other out, but generally don't travel great distances. About two months after mating, females dig a nest near a body of water and deposit between 10-50 eggs. Incubation takes up to 140 days, and the average temperature of the nest determines the sex of the hatchings; the hotter it is, the more males are produced. In the fall, hatchings emerge and are left to fend for themselves. Sexual maturity is reached at between 11 and 13 years of age, and individuals can live as old as 45 years in the wild.
Conservation status: The alligator snapping turtle is listed as Vulnerable by the IUCN. The species is threatened by overharvesting for meat and for the pet trade, and by habitat destruction.

150 Bullets masterlist
The first new "story" I've written in a while. Welcome!
As the author who inspired this work says in their first chapter:
This, is the list.
It was first put together by a user named Nemure from the now-defunct Lunaescence. I am inspired to try out this challenge for myself. The goal I'm setting is to write anywhere between 100-1000 words per prompt, twice a week until completed, telling the long story of yours and Vash the Stampede's relationship as it grows, wanes, forms, shifts, etc. This will hopefully help me get into a regular writing habit.
Stars by the prompt indicate a chapter already in the works. Check marks indicate completion. Feel free to suggest a scenario, prompt, etc. in the comments. If taken and used, I will put your username in the notes of the chapter!

COMMON QUESTIONS
"Will you draw more than one character?"
Yes! Any additional characters will be an extra charge of 60% of the original commission price you paid! This is the rate PER CHARACTER
-----
"Will you draw my fursona? Is it okay if it's a made up species?"
Yes, and yes! Though it may take a little longer depending on the species. I'm still learning fursonas and animals, myself!
-----
"Should I attach references?"
YES!! I need something to work with, so I REQUIRE at least one character visual and/or one pose reference of what you'd like me to draw!
-----
"Do revisions cost anything?"
You can change and revise the initial rough sketch as many times as you like for free! ANY and ALL changes/revisions AFTER the sketch has been approved will run at $10 PER CHANGE
-----
"Should I pay up front?"
Yes! I WILL NOT BEGIN THE DRAWING PROCESS UNTIL THE BASE COMMISSION PRICE HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL (revision fees, and added character fees, of course, will be added before you receive your finished piece)
-----
"When can I expect my commission to be finished?"
It really depends on the commission type, complexity of character(s), revisions/changes, and my personal schedule (school/work/family/etc)
You can expect your commission to be finished any time between 3 days and 2 weeks. Anything that takes longer than 2 weeks without prior notice (meaning it was UNEXPECTED) will result in a 20% refund of the total amount paid.
-----
If you have any other questions, please DM me on any platform! I'm more than happy to answer and I typically respond quickly! No such thing as dumb questions! I’ll answer any and all questions you may have, no matter how insignificant!

IMAGES: B-52 Stratofortress lands in South Korea for the first time
Fernando Valduga By Fernando Valduga 10/17/2023 - 08:35am Military
The U.S. Air Force is celebrating the 70º anniversary of the U.S.-South Korea alliance with a huge demonstration of air power at the 2023 Seoul International Aerospace and Defense Exhibition (ADEX) this week, and a B-52H Stratofortress made a full landing on the Korean Peninsula for the first time today, according to all known reports.
Tumblr media
Also during the exhibition, scheduled from October 17 to 22 at Seoul Air Base, USAF will exhibit eight other types of aircraft through static displays and aerial demonstrations, according to the Pacific Air Forces, including: F-22 Raptor, F-16 Fighting Falcon, A-10 Thunderbolt II, C-17 Globemaster III, C-5 Galaxy, KC-135 Stratotanker, U-2 Dragon Lady and E-3 Sentry. Other U.S. military aircraft include CH-47F Chinook, AH-64 Apache, F-35B Lightning II and E/A-18 Growler.

The famous nuclear-capable B-52 bomber carried out two overflights at the event before landing at Cheongju Airport, 140 km south of Seoul.
“These overflights, air demonstrations and static displays, including the landing of the B-52 on the peninsula, are part of our ongoing commitment to promote peace, stability and prosperity on the Korean peninsula,” Major Rachel Buitrago, director of Public Affairs of the 7ª Air Force, said in a statement.
Tumblr media
The B-52 Stratofortress, known as BUFF, is the main cruise missile carrier of the U.S. Air Force. The H model is now the last variant of the Stratofortress, which has been in service since the 1950s.
Although the B-52 has never landed in Korea, it has carried out several recent exercises near or over the Korean Peninsula. On June 30, several B-52s from Barksdale Air Base, along with South Korean F-16, F-15E and F-35As and KF-16, conducted a joint overflight of the country.
Tumblr media
Then, on July 13, the long-range bomber was accompanied by F-16 and three F-15K aircraft of the Republic of Korea Air Force (ROKAF) for a combined air training session over the peninsula. This exercise followed North Korea's allegations that it launched a solid-fuel intercontinental ballistic missile on July 12, capable of reaching the continental territory of the United States.
North Korea continued to carry out numerous missile launches this year, including the most recent test in September, when it fired two short-range ballistic missiles into the sea off the eastern coast.
Tumblr media
“We still face ongoing challenges from North Korea, including its dangerous and destabilizing missile testing program, and others that would undermine the rules-based international order,” Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said in April when he welcomed South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol who was visiting the Pentagon.
Austin and President Joe Biden pledged to intensify joint military exercises between the U.S. and South Korea, including those with nuclear-capable resources, such as strategic bombers or submarines with ballistic missiles. Last week, the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan made a stopover in Busan, South Korea.
Tumblr media
“2023 marks 70 years of alliance between the United States and the Republic of Korea - an alliance that has proved to be solid in the face of challenges over many decades. It is among the most interoperable, capable and dynamic bilateral alliances in the world," Lieutenant General Scott Pleus, commander of the Seventh Air Force and deputy commander of the U.S. Forces in Korea, said in a statement.
Tumblr media
“We are honored to demonstrate our commitment to this partnership through our U.S. participation in Seoul's ADEX 23 as part of our ongoing commitment to promoting peace, stability and prosperity on the Korean peninsula,” Pleus added.
This biennial exhibition, the largest of its kind in Northeast Asia, presents aircraft, ground equipment, air demonstrations and attracts aviation and aerospace experts and defense personnel from all over the world.

Gangland shootings and bombings that have plagued Sweden's biggest cities have spread to quieter suburbs and towns, shattering its reputation as a safe and peaceful nation.
Half an hour north of central Stockholm, Upplands-Bro features lakeside boat clubs, copper-red wooden villas and apartments flanked by pine and spruce trees.
But a 14-year-old boy was found dead in a forest here in August, and since January there have been several shootings and bombings targeting houses and apartments.
"It's awful. We've [been] woken up by explosions in the neighbourhood and it's scary," says 42-year-old Anna Petterson, who lives in Bro and has three children. "It's very much something that we're aware of, and we talk about a lot, and are afraid of."
Sweden has been a European hotspot for gang-related shootings and bombings for several years. But recently the violence has shifted beyond low-income, vulnerable urban areas and police say one reason is that gang members are increasingly targeting rivals' relatives.
Detectives suspect some of the latest violence has been organised by criminal leaders based in other countries, including Turkey and Serbia.
More than 50 people have been killed in shootings so far in 2023, and there have been more than 140 explosions. Last year, more than 60 people died in gun violence, the highest number on record.
"What started out as gun violence between young gangs looking to defend their territory has turned into a vicious circle of firearms trafficking and gun violence," explains Nils Duquet, a firearms researcher based at the Flemish Peace Institute in Brussels.
"Gangs have also matured and are no longer just the street criminals, but are often connected to higher-level criminals as well."
Innocent bystanders are also among the dead.
In September, a 70-year-old man and another man aged 20 were killed in a pub shooting in Sandviken in central Sweden, and a newly graduated teacher, 24, died in an explosion just outside the university city of Uppsala.
Soon afterwards Sweden's Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson gave a rare national address admitting that "no other country in Europe" was experiencing this sort of situation, and promising tougher penalties for deadly violence.
Evin Cetin, an author and lawyer who has represented teenage shooting victims and suspects, says boys as young as 13 or 14 are being recruited by gangs, often through social media promises of money and designer clothes.
"Children are using their own bags not to carry books, but they carry the drug markets in Sweden on their own shoulders," she tells the BBC on a visit to Upplands-Bro, part of a nationwide schools tour to more than a dozen areas affected by gang crime.
Others are trying to tackle the problem by organising street patrols in areas affected by drugs and violence.
"That we're out and go around chatting with our kids and young people - it increases safety," says Libaane Warsame, during a night walk in Jarva, northern Stockholm, on a wet, windy Friday night.
Jarva looks like a lot of Swedish suburbs, with well-maintained apartment blocks, a few shops, and a nearby forest. The main difference is that it is more multicultural than many neighbourhoods, and it has Stockholm's highest unemployment rate.
Mr Warsame began patrolling the streets after his 19-year-old son - who police say was not in a gang - was killed in a shooting in December 2020.
"It's hard for [young people] to sit at home for hours without any income, any work. So they go out and stand around and there's a big risk that they will be recruited."
He also runs an organisation that supports families who have lost loved ones in deadly violence.
This year there have not been any fatal shootings in Jarva, but many locals say they remain on edge.
"I haven't been outside so late… because I don't want to make my mum worried," says Gizem Kuzucu, 17.
She often spends her evenings studying at Framtidens Hus, a youth centre, and says none of her friends have been in trouble with the law. But she has been exposed to crime on social media.
"I've seen a lot of videos on TikTok [in which] people are, like, talking about crime. They are like saying 'follow me on Instagram, I'm gonna post like a rapper that got killed'."
Another teenager at the youth centre, Libaan, says he grew up around older criminals and "did commit a few crimes" when he was younger.
"Kids here, they are really, really mean to each other…they don't know how to speak about their emotions, so what they do instead is that they lash out," says the 18-year-old.
Swedish police do not currently map gang members' nationalities, but research for the Swedish National Council for Crime Prevention in 2021 showed young people born in Sweden to two parents from abroad were overrepresented as suspects in murder cases and robberies.
The right-wing coalition government, elected in September 2022, believes the rise in gang violence in recent years is directly connected to Sweden's earlier immigration policies. Until 2016, it had one of the most generous asylum laws in Europe.
"We can now see that 'outsideship' and lack of integration, in combination with trade of narcotics and organised crime is creating this very, very toxic mixture," Foreign Minister Tobias Billstrom told the BBC in September.
The government wants to make it harder for immigrants from outside the European Union to get social benefits, and to make preschool compulsory for children with two foreign parents in some areas, in order to improve Swedish-language skills.
Earlier this year, it became an offence to recruit children to participate in criminal activities. Stop-and-search zones are set to be introduced in early 2024 and ministers want to double prison sentences for offences including gun crimes and explosions.
The BBC was not granted a government interview to discuss these plans, despite multiple requests.
At the state-funded Swedish National Council for Crime Prevention, researcher Klara Hradilova-Selin believes tackling gang crime "should have been a more important issue earlier" for previous coalitions on both the right and left of the political spectrum.
"There are colleagues of mine who were actually warning like decades ago [about] this kind of development of growing marginalisation in the deprived areas."
Worries about how gang conflicts are impacting the country's international image are also growing. "Sweden has always been viewed as an extremely safe country. Maybe one of the top safe countries in the world. And this image is falling apart," says Hradilova-Selin.
According to a recent survey for the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, eight out of 10 Swedish companies questioned believe it will get harder to attract foreign talent, investment and visitors due to the ongoing violence.
At Framtidens Hus youth centre, teenagers are being offered the chance to drive, dance and make podcasts. Former criminal Libaan says he would like a job that involves writing, or helping others, but he believes his future is also dependent on how he is treated by other Swedes.
"I don't feel included in the culture even though I'm born here. They kind of see me as this ghetto kid who has no future."

Being that we're both generally new to the game, we decided to play the simplest style of game we could; pure slaughter. Berefit of mission decks due to GW not having released a PDF of them and my having not printed out what I'd found yet, we didn't use any special mission rules. Additionally, as we had both only played 5th edition previously, we agreed to omit use of Strategems. Finally, due to how narrow my table is, the only really valid deployment style was Sweeping Engagement.
All this decided, we rolled off for first move and I (Imperial Knights) won with a 2. Armies were deployed and I engaged by moving my Paladin and Warglaives forward and firing shots into the opposing warriors, termagants, and hive tyrant. with the loss of 2 Gants, 2 Warriors, and half the Tyrant's wounds, the Tyranids responded with a frenzy of focused attacks, immediately destroying my Paladin and reducing one Warglaive to the wounded state.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The loss of my Paladin in turn1 was a shock of ice water that alerted me to just how dangerous the (only legs right now 😭😭) Barbed Hierodule was, and I immediately began backpedalling and playing defensively. There was no doubt that the surrounded Warglaive was a lost cause, and that the other would need to stand firm as a bastion between the Hierodule's wrath and the Helverins' gunline.
I backed my Helverins behind the deployment line, and placed the unwounded (and sadly not fully painted) warglaive between terrain pieces to block enemy passing. The barrage from the Helverins, with the help of the Warglaives' (terrifying) Thermal Spears, the Hive Tyrant's reign of tyranny was ended, and multiple Genestealers and Raveners with it. Finally, the doomed warglaive made a sweeping assault with it's heatblade which finished off the last of the Genestealers.
Tyranids took a lot of ground in movement of turn 2, and though they accomplished little in shooting, the fight phase was a savagery of claws and teeth that shredded the first Warglaive, and the second was lucky to survive that turn before the Hierodule's onslaught.
sadly I forgot to continue taking pictures after each turn for use in posting 😭😭😭
most of the rest of the game, after that last Warglaive's unfortunate slaughter by the last Ravener before the Hierodule got a chance at it, consisted of the two Helverins being backed into a corner firing a desperate spray from their autocannons to hold off the horde.
Tumblr media
the Hierodule was defeated with focused fire, and that last Ravener stomped under heel like the bug it is, and it came down to just one Helverin facing off the remaining Termagants and the untouched Carnifex
Tumblr media
The Termagants stood no chance, having dealt only one wound per turn, and the bushes they hid in were painted red.
Tumblr media
it was a showdown now. a battle of Giants. One Helverin facing One Unharmed Carnifex. With 8 wounds each to take, the Helverin put up a fight but was crushed like the tin can it is before the Carnifex's powerful Crushing Claws, which laid it to rest with -10 wounds.
Tumblr media
Today's battle was very close, but a Tyranid victory. Well played and thank you for the game @amanitabones !

Got another custom operator concept:
Plume the Rending Gust
Tumblr media
Mystic Caster 5.5-Star (She was a 5-star but then I loaded her up too much. Oopsie.)
Elite 2, Level 80 Stats 1620 HP 1210 Atk 140 Def 20 Res 70s Redeploy Time 24 DP Cost 1 Block 3s Attack Interval
Trust Bonus +200 Hp +100 Atk
Potential Boni 2 Deployment Cost -1 3 Redeployment Cooldown -4s 4 +5% Physical and Arts Dodge 5 +200 HP 6 Deployment Cost -1
Talent 1
Vanguard Conditioning Gain stacking +3% Atk and +2% Physical & Arts Dodge upon getting attacked, lasting 10s.
This operator is also considered to be a Vanguard.
Talent 2
Arts Balancing Gain 25% Physical & Arts Dodge when not holding full charges. increase damage dealt by 20% when holding full charges.
Nullify current attack delay upon dodging an attack.
Skill 1
Tumblr media
Prime Stance Per Second Charge, Manual 6 SP, 0 Initial SP, Infinite Duration Can switch between the original state and the following state: Does not target enemies.
Multiplies effectiveness of Talent 1 by 3/4 Times. Increased effectiveness is retained for 7/10s after deactivating this skill.
When this skill is deactivated while Plume is holding full charges, fire a wide beam that deals 400/500% ATK as Arts damage three times to everything in its area over the course of 1.5s.
Tumblr media
Skill 2
Tumblr media
Impulsive Duel ~ Narrowsighted Recklessness On-Attack Charge, Auto 12/9 SP, 0 Initial SP, 10s Duration Attack the heaviest enemy in range, increase target’s and Plume’s taunt levels by 1, increase its attack speed by 100/200, negate its Physical and Arts Dodge.
For the skills duration multiply Plume’s Physical and Arts dodge amount by 2 and Talent 2 additionally generates a charge upon activating.
Module Delta
Level 1: Deals Necrosis damage equal to 8% of the damage dealt. Level 2: Increase damage dealt by (20% ->) 25% when holding full charges Level 3: Increase damage dealt by (25% ->) 30% when holding full charges
Thoughts under the cut.
She doesn't fit in at all with the other Mystic Casters, but that's intentional. She's something of a cross between a Mystic and a Phalanx with her S1 and generally more defensive focus. She's got the lowest Atk of the 5-star Mystics, but more health and defense at base. Between the +400 bonus HP her Trust and Potential grant her and the big dodge values she has, this incarnation of Plume is fairly tanky for being a Caster. She thrives on being placed in the line of fire, as she stacks her stacks by being targeted and immediately performs a counterattack when she dodges an incoming attack (or stocks a charge if nothing's in range.)
She also doesn't really care in the traditional manner about stocking full charges. She does have a talent similar to Iris' that makes her deal more damage with those charges, but for regular attacking she's more about an instant give and take. Of course, she does have S1 as a tool to force full stacks. She no longer targets anything, but still goes through her attack cycle. But then she doesn't actually use those charges to attack a single enemy, instead preferring to fire a massive beam attack that levels everything in front of her. Initially I had the beam attack as S2, with it still being an on-attack charge skill that would just auto-fire but I figured I could just roll it into S1 and make something else funny for S2. I did initially have as just "No longer targets enemies" as the active stance effect, which reads really funny, but even not counting the beam attack, you should probably get some kind of benefit aside from holding your fire. Especially since Plume doesn't get much out of doing that.
Did I think the numbers on her beam attack through? A little! I checked the raw damage on Irene's S3 (3300% over 4s, 24 SP on-attack) and figured a large-area 1500% over 1.5s that's potentially fireable every 6 seconds is fine. I did however not think about the impact that getting 9%/12% atk per Talent 1 stack would have. Also 6%/8% dodge. Tehepero. It's Arts damage, it sucks.
The crux with S1 is that it's very micro-heavy. Plume loses a large amount of dodge when she holds full charges, so if she's under heavy fire you might just want to not have it active because she can't perform an active counter, just stack charges with it. But then again, you do get a fat beam if you play with it.
I wanted S2 to have on-attack charging. That was the initial condition. I like it and it works well for Plume because of Talent 2, but if she's not taking hits it'll take forever to get going. Upon activation it forces her (and all allies who don't have special targeting priority) to focus her target and Plume also becomes the target of all enemies. You should be deploying her last anyway, but it adds flavour too. To circumvent Bind immunity, I just put a 99% slow on there. Borrowed it from the Mostie. (don't worry if this bit about a slow doesn't make sense, keep reading and it will.) The point is that the target's gonna stay in range until this whole thing is blown over. Plume is also the only one who gets to be dodgy around here, so we're negating enemy dodge. Nobody likes dodgy enemies anyway, we're all thankful. The enemy attackspeed increase is to add some spice. Plume does sit at least at 50% dodge with this active, 60% if you have Pot 4. I'd like to rule that her Talent 1 and 2 stack additively, but let's be at least a little fair. She does get 4% dodge per Talent 1 stack with this active, so it'll be pretty alright still. Otherwise she'd become untouchable at 10 stacks. The extra charge generated by Talent 2 is the damage bonus of this skill. When dodging an attack, she'll generate a charge to hold and one from her regular attack, both of which get fired immediately.
With her Talent 2, she can attack as quickly as her enemies attack her and that's why I slapped a huge ASPD buff on the enemy. Plume just has to dodge to get those counters, it'll be fine. Thinking about it now, if I double or triple an enemy's ASPD, they're not gonna be moving much anyway so the slowing effect really isn't needed. I'll cut it, thanks for bringing that up.
I had struggled to find something in this skill to actually be improvable by Mastery. Increasing the dodge even more is dangerous, I wanted to have it at 12 SP for some reason, I didn't feel like the duration should change either. In the end I just made it buff the enemy more if you put Mastery into it. Seemed the most useful. Oh and an SP discount too.
It's a high risk utility skill that doesn't reward you much and is probably going to get someone on your team killed but it's cool. If you want to be practical, use S1. Plume's not like other Mystic Casters.
Module was weird. She doesn't care about having 4 charges: Her S1 beam attack doesn't actually scale with the amount of charges, she just needs to have them full to fire it. Nothing else in her kit supports holding charges either. She can do it naturally by being idle, of course, but that's it. She also doesn't care about ASPD because she cheats the entire system through Talent 2 nullifying her attack delay on dodge.
So I went with the Delta module. It further plays into her defensive niche, so it's fine. She's not very reliant on her module.
Oh also her Talent 1 makes her count as a Vanguard as well, I should probably say something about that. This is both for good and bad. If you're in Contingency Contract or some Challenge Mode that forbids Vanguards, makes them more expensive, nerfs them in some way or whatever that'll hit her too. But with Grani, Zima and Siege she's definitely also getting an extra 25% Phys Dodge, be 1 DP cheaper, generate DP on kill and have +8% Atk and Def. Also whatever other Vanguard synergy I can't remember right now. I gave Inam some, but it's just SP recovery and some extra Def so not too helpful for her.
