i love the redemption arcs but give me regulus, evan and barty who don’t get better. give me those three tearing dorcas and pandora apart when they get the marks, when each of them attend death eater meetings.

give me regulus who can’t comprehend love, who fights for the pureblood ideology. who hunts a horcrux just to prove that he can, who hates being seen as a spare and to prove that he’s more than sirius could ever have been to the family, rather than purely to try and right his wrongs.

evan, who wants to be known as something than ‘the only rosier heir’, who fights to prove himself. someone who genuinely believes he’s fighting for the right side of the war and willingly dies for the cause. who refuses arrest and will simply not go down alone. if he’s going down, he’s not letting the auror get away with it unharmed.

barty, who is releasing years and years of rage towards his father, lashing out and finding his own beliefs because he was never set a good example of what he should do and who he should be. he joined those closest to him. if they go down, they do it together. even when they’re gone, he does what they didn’t get the chance to because his loyalty lies with them, and voldermort by association.

give me the slytherin boys without redemption and only getting worse and worse overtime.

LOVES pizza

His fav food fr

Low-key like more dramatic than Sirius

Beater on the Slytherin Quidditch Team

Doesn't ever do a damn thing with his hair

It's always messy as fuck

Loves piercings

Has quite a few

Has one especially questionable one

Also loves tattoos

Has quite a few of those too

Always down to get a tattoo or piercing so if you want to get one and don't want to do it alone Barty's your man

Black is his fav color

Though Pandora says it can't be his fav bc black is the absence of color

Has a huge soft spot for Pandora

Besties with Regulus and Evan

Surprisingly close with Dorcas

Like ofc they're close

But they're way closer than you'd imagine

They make fun of each other alot

Bought everyone a pair of converse bc he thinks they should match even though they're not the same color

Evan wears them even though he's partial to Vans

Pandora adores them and they're quite worn out bc of it

Regulus actually wears them everyday though he still wears his dress shoes during class

But he has a very specific image of how someone should be so it depends

If you do however fit such standards and then you do something that doesn't line up with Barty's view of you he'll be very upset and feel betrayed

He can be really clingy even though he tries so hard not to be

He's aware of it and absolutely hates it

His friends mean so much to him and he just wants to be with them all the time which is really hard especially with Regulus because he absolutely needs his personal space

Barty does best with Pandora as she's quite affectionate but sometimes he can get on her nerves too

He also has an unhealthy obsession with snakes

Speaking of obsessions he gets very easily obsessed

Which is really unnecessary because he wears the same ones everyday

He has formed an emotional attachment to them

Will panic if he notices one missing

His paintings are really messy and really beautiful

Loves music just as much if not more than Regulus

Adores spicy food

The more it burns the better

He's kind of a masochist

But he's a sadist too

He's really tall and lanky

“Remus smiles as he sees Barty Crouch slamming open the front door, stretching his arms out to either side of the open door frame with a large grin on his pretty face. He starts running, while closing the door with his foot, to Pandora’s side of the car.

Pandora, used to his little routine, smiles and laughs loudly while rolling down her window. Barty runs up to the now open window to smack a loud kiss onto her cheek. She’s already a giggling mess.

“Pandora, my queen of the fairies!” He says while grabbing either side of her smiling face.

“Awww my sweet boy” she replies.

He winks at her, and she kisses his nose in return. He laughs and backs his head out of the open window, winking at Remus in the drivers seat, and goes to open the door to the backseat”

- ravenclaw, but the slytherins took her in during her second year. fae had been friends with dorcas during first year, but never truly close until regulus, barty, and evan came around. fae had never truly connected with humanity before then, too caught up in her longing for the fairy realm. with them fae realized they had a place is both realms

- started hanging out with xenophillius 5th year, all fae’s friends thought he was too strange, too quiet, too much of a malfoy. she insisted appearence wasn’t everything, and knew he was never truly a malfoy (its the only fight her and lily have ever had, as this was right around when lily stopped speaking to snape, “they’re not all going to be like him, lily”)

- the gryffindors understood eventually, accepted that he wasn’t Dark, but pandora had never felt fully accepted by them anyways, always a fringe friend, always regulus’s friend before sirius’s, so fae allowed the distance to grow

- all fae’s friends called them a potions master, but they never went for the proper title, felt it would be too restrictive

- she excelled at charms, flitwork and slughorn fought all the time over who she would do her mastery with, they could never understand why fae decided not to

- fae just didn’t want to be controlled, she craved learning and knowledge but could only accept it from books or her own experimentation, something about a proclaimed master standing over them made faer’s skin crawl
