#and if i correctly understand the info in their bio...

So. Out of curiosity, given recent events, I was looking at Pathfinder 2e, just to see what it felt like. And, being me, I decided to do this by seeing how easy/difficult it would be to port my homebrew deities over to it. And the results were … interesting.
In that it is not necessarily easy to port deities over, but for a rather cool reason and in a cool way. Apparently, if I am understanding things correctly, your deity is functionally your subclass as a cleric in PF2e? As in, you get a couple of spells from your domain, sure, but you get more spells, an ability increase, a skill, a weapon, and your Divine Font all from your deity. You also need to match your deity to your alignment, and your deity gives you edicts to try and follow and anathemas to avoid if you don’t want to face consequences. Your deity is, essentially, your subclass.
(I’m not ignoring doctrines, I’m just mentally thinking of them more like warlock pact boons? Actually, PF2e clerics are reminding me of 5e warlocks in a couple of ways, really)
It's actually … Honestly, I find that really cool? From a worldbuilding perspective. Now, I can see from a player POV how it might feel quite restrictive, particularly the alignment, edicts and anathemas, but from a story-expressed-in-mechanics POV … It always slightly bugs me in DnD5e that clerics of completely different gods who happen to share a domain will be mechanically identical. You can have, for a random example, a Trickery cleric of Asmodeus and a trickery cleric of Garl Glittergold, and they’ll play the exact same way (mechanically, not counting RP). Your deity, to an extent, is kind of a cosmetic choice beyond domain. But in Pathfinder, your deity is distinctly more crunchy and involved, and I do kinda love it.
It does make porting homebrew deities from DnD5e to PF2e a bit more involved. I am going to work on it, just to see what it’s like, but already I’m having to think about a lot more than the alignment and domains of 5e. Though that is … in one sense it’s fun as a worldbuilder, because a lot more of the deity’s ideals and values and pet peeves are represented mechanically. It’s cool. Working out their domains, their edicts, their anathemas, their boons, their abilities/skill, their spells …
As an extension of this, can I say, there’s some really gnarly spells in PF2e. I’ve no idea if they’re good or not, but for ideas alone there’s some spectacular stuff. For Nalashtar, the plague goddess, for example, I was browsing both Blister and Grisly Growths as potential options (I think Grisly Growths might be the one). Absolutely disgusting, but thematically amazing.
The only downside is, again if I’m reading this correctly, the spells given to deities need to not be on the divine spell list, because deity spells don’t work like DnD5e domain spells, where clerics get them as extra prepared spells a day, and instead are more like warlock patron spells, where they’re options that the cleric can prepare, but they don’t get them always prepared for free. So if a deity’s spell is on the divine spell list, it functionally gives the cleric absolutely nothing extra, since they already had that spell as an option to prepare.
This is a bummer, just from a thematic standpoint, because I read the spell Quick Sort and instantly wanted to give it to Alatee. Is it useful? Not a clue. But it’s bang on for theme. And, yes, she has it anyway, in the general sense that her clerics can use it, but it would have been so good to have it front and centre in her bio to remind people. Oh well. If I make a cleric of Alatee, I’ll know it’s there.
This is definitely turning out to be an interesting exercise, whatever else. Heh.
(Sidenote: I’m getting my PF2e info from the Archives of Nethys site)

(Tag as spoilers) I've decided that there's a special place in hell for Dominic. Because what was that Nitara ending?I'm supposed to just be fine with the fact that she's essentially going to become damn near a human trafficker(and farmer of said humans,if I understand things correctly)? Like damn, was there no other way?
More importantly, why were the Vaternians overfeeding like that? Was rationing shit not considered as an option?Just big and greedy.
they didn’t explain shit about her in the story mode. all the details you have about her is her bio and the rest of the info we’re just gonna get from the pre-fight dialogue. like explain the vaeternus over feeding issue in the story please?????? the writers have such an issue portraying realms and the people and races that live in those realms as very one minded. are all moroi just hungry all the time and nothing else?
i don’t care much about her ending it’s just boring. they really just focused on the “nitara wants to save her realm and people” aspect of her and nothing else. they didn’t even delve into that part of her in a fulfilling way

─ 🇵🇪🇷🇸🇴🇳🇦🇱🇮🇹🇾
most people love her, or hate her. rarely is it a case of in between.
confident and bold, the kind of extrovert who can talk to anyone about absolutely any topic. where she lacks sensitivity towards others' plights or pains, she can be a decent friend, especially for people who don’t mind her rarely being the one to ask “how are you”. i would say her a lot of her allure is her charismatic boldness, knowing what she wants and needs from the world around and her drive to achieve even the impossible.
seemingly endless ambition, she’s a lime light hog and that extends beyond standing on a stage. when she sets her sight on something, i would move out of her way, she’s a bullet train who do be manifesting her destiny every day of the week like it’s no big deal lol.
she doesn’t like to take no for an answer. competitive, an enabler and a girl boss gatekeeper at times. she isn’t the type of person to show off an “attitude” she’d prefer to mock and gaslight and regina george her way through situations she doesn’t like.
surprisingly, she can be very impressionable. if she likes someone, she’ll do anything to make them happy or want her. she wants people to love her first and foremost. when her overzealous attention gets set on someone, there’s nowhere she won’t go and nothing she won’t brave to keep them. extremely doting and affectionate.
once she gives her loyalty it’s usually for the long haul. she remembers promises and doesn’t give her word unless she means it, so she will wisely and cutely side step any major commitments unless they’re authentic. this means when she says she’ll do something, be there or that she has your back, you can Believe that.
common complaints from exes: that she tries too hard, she’s too desperate and intense. common compliments from exes: that she makes you feel like the center of the universe.
big water sign energy, she has very strong, emotional energy. very good days and very bad days, again rarely anything in between.
usually an all or nothing type that thinks things that come too easily aren’t worth having.
loves to argue, debate and come out on the other side with a stronger relationship. cardi b vc: gotta argue with him cause you know he love a toxic bitch dFDjkg
into women and not good at hiding it, the amount of “jess being as straight as a circle” youtube videos is astounding.
she mixes signals all of the time and doesn’t understand the difference between platonic and romantic in most cases. she accidentally leads people on from time to time from not understanding how to read feelings or signals correctly.
speaking of feelings, she’s a nightmare as an ex. sometimes she doesn’t want to give up, sometimes she’s the tell everyone they’re bad in bed and sabotages their current relationship. after breaking up, she’s love them or hate them, but even if she’s hate them, she’s prone to letting herself get sucked back into bed or relationships with them because to her, being jealous, toxic or intense is sexy lol
sometimes her bratty energy is so strong it’s hilarious and sad at the same time.
she’s a texter. if you call her, she won’t answer, but she will send back within a few minutes, “what’s up?”
she also likes streaks on snow/snap, and if you start one she’ll tease you and pout if you let it die and beg you to start another with her.
her korean can be pretty poor even to this day. she didn’t use her korean very much at all as a child and only started learning when she came to korea. She enjoys speaking english with her friends and i’d say it’s a fast track to getting to know her at her most natural.
+ ᴅᴇᴛᴀɪʟs
debuting with ultraviolet in just 2019 she’s still learning the ins and outs of being an idol. she trained for around 3 years before debuting and her energy was very stressed during those trainee years. she didn’t have any formal dance or vocal training before joining the company, merely a personal interest in singing from a young age. she was playing catch up not only with her technical skills but with her korean.
she went into foster care at a young age, and bounced around for a while before being adopted. her adopted family is the only one listed in her profiles, her birth parents or life in that manner is never mentioned. that said, she’s not really close to her adopted family at all. she leans her entire support system into being an idol and being with her group members. she doesn’t talk to her family very often. she raised herself and it’s clear in her personality and the way she’ll talk about her family when it’s brought up .she has some abandonment issues, and craves attention and love for everyone and anyone. it’s how she ended up an idol in the first place.
she has more passion for singing than rapping, but so far that hasn’t meant anything for her career.
she believes if she tries hard enough, people will love her no matter what her flaws, and that they’ll never leave. she craves a sort of “forever” from anyone and everything, which is very unrealistic and causes her a lot of pain.
her current idol image is mostly known as her face and personality, her talents are the secondary thing that comes to mind.
her favorite groups are other girl groups. learns all of the other groups dances and songs. she remembers the names of everyone in the industry more or less, even the other rookies and some trainees she learns the names of.
98liner, scorpio, 173cm tall girl, feel free to check her full profile!

Hi! This is very off topic and probably boring so feel free to ignore this, but I saw the ISTJ-T in your bio and just thought you should know that the test you’ve taken to determine your mbti type is full of misinformation, sadly. 16personalities uses letter typing I= introvert, S= Sensing while mbti actually consists of cognitive functions. For example, ISTJ stands for Si dominant, Te auxiliary, Fi tertiary and Ne inferior. Being Si dominant and therefore having introverted sensing as your most used function means that you rely on experiences of the past and compare them to current situations to make decisions. The -T and -A don’t exist at all, actually. Generally no test could actually determine your mbti type because you can only type yourself correctly, but if you’re not that interested (which is understandable, lol) I’d recommend the mbti test on Sakinorva!
I hope this doesn’t come off as rude in any way, I absolutely love everything you write!
Hi!! I don't really understand those tests so I wasn't taking it super seriously hehe, I just wanted a reference for when people ask for them or you need to know them for ask games and stuff! But thank you for all of this info it's very informative! But I'll look into doing the text on Sakinorva too and see what results that gives me! And don't worry, it didn't come off as rude at all! I love getting asks about anything and everything so thank you for taking the time to write all of this!

Chris Redfield and Leon Kennedy x Rookie Reader Headcannons
Tumblr media
Leon
At first you were in awe of your lead. THE Leon S. Kennedy was showing you the ropes and helping train you for the job you'd dreamed of. Hero worship was common in this line of work, but you did your best to keep it to a minimum. You didn't want to embarrass yourself after all.
In place of that hero worship came this insatiable need to make Leon proud. Whether it was memorizing and nailing every written exam or physical test, you wanted to earn his praise.
You worked hard, harder than almost everyone it seemed. Leon never saw you slacking and saw how serious you were about the job. Protecting people was what you had always wanted to do with your life.
So when the grades came back that you weren't doing so hot, you were mortified. How could you let this happen? You didn't slack off, you studied everything you could get your hands on, hell you watched instructional videos on YouTube before bed! But you still weren't making a passing grade.
You thought you would be okay with the physical part, but no matter how hard you trained, no matter the extra hours you put in, you just couldn't seem to get what everyone else did. The moves were simple, why couldn't you just grasp them?
The only thing you thought you had going for you was the firing range, but even that was less than acceptable. Every time you tried to do something the pressure got to you and you messed up. You were so busy trying to make sure you didn't fail Leon that you were failing yourself.
It was when you were called into your commanding officer's office to speak about your grades that you were sure you were done. You were given two weeks that were used for break to study and practice and retest. But you'd already had nearly four months and the best you could do was subpar.
You were in your room, packing your bags because you knew you were going to be kicked out of the program when Leon showed up.
"Hey, Kid, you leaving for break?" He asked as he leaned against the door frame of your dorm.
"Uh. . . No," you said, hanging your head in shame. "I'm flunking out. Figured that it would just be easier to pack my bag now than wait later till I was officially asked to leave."
"What? How are you flunking?" Leon asked, straightening up. "I watch you every day and you're one of the hardest working cadets I've seen."
"Hard work doesn't mean much when you can't apply it correctly," you said. "I can't get the fighting technique right, the written exams are all a bust, and I can't even shoot a gun right. I don't deserve to be here."
"Have you asked for help or for someone to tutor you? That's what I'm here for, you know," he said, moving into the room to sit on the bed next to you.
You stared at the floor as you took a deep breath, feeling all the insecurities come rushing through to the surface.
"I didn't want to disappoint you," you said. "I mean, I wanted to do it all myself without help. I wanted to make you proud that you were my lead. If I was always asking for help, what good does that do? It shows that I can't do something on my own and need my hand held like some baby."
Leon sighed as he folded his hands together between his knees.
"I get it. I do. Wanting to make your leader proud and show how good you are, but we're a team here. No one is by themselves. You're only so good as your team is and if you're not doing well then that's a reflection on us," he said.
"Oh god, are you guys getting in trouble because of me?" You asked, looking at him horrified that you were possibly making things hard for your team.
"No, no, I mean. . . We're a team for a reason. You have to lean on us and trust us so when we need to, we can lean on you and trust you. If you need help studying or practicing outside of classes, I'll help you. That's why I'm here. It can be hard to ask for help in any situation cause it means you're admitting to a weakness, but that's okay. That's how we get stronger as individuals and as a team," Leon said.
You nod with a sigh. "I have two weeks to get better before I officially am asked to leave. I don't know if I can do it on my own," you said. "Can you help me?"
"Of course. I've got your back, Kid," Leon said, giving you a soft smile.
Tumblr media
Chris
The B.S.A.A. was not for rookies, but they needed recruits so here you were. They provided training on weapons, protocol, how to work the gear, basically everything. Because they wanted everyone to be a well oiled machine out in the field, they made sure if you couldn't cut it that you didn't make it out of training. It was life and death and while they needed the hands, they weren't sending people out to die.
The trainers rotated to take classes of trainees. You were lucky enough to get the legendary Chris Redfield for your class leader. He would be teaching everything and making sure that everyone was ready. You had heard of him before, knowing that he was a weathered agent and could almost do anything was daunting.
Which was probably why you tried to avoid him at all costs in one on one situations. He wasn't mean or an ass, but he was intimidating. His stature and history were more than enough to show he knew exactly what he was talking about. You didn't want to feel stupid or embarrass yourself, so you kept him at a distance as you worked almost on your own.
Sure there were classes and work that you were trained in, but just the fear of being the weak link in front of others was hindering you. All of your tests and physical training was mediocre at best. Sure there were people that weren't going to cut it obviously, but you were much closer to their end of the spectrum than the other end that was running circles around you.
It wasn't that you couldn't do it. You could, but sometimes you froze up because your hands did something your mind didn't want to do or nerves made you stutter and stumble over your words. Everyone in the class at least had a background in the military or the police force or FBI or CIA or some other group that was similar to this.
You on the other hand did not. You came from a more technical background rather than a physical one. While you were miles ahead on the written tests, the physical ones were going to kill your career.
So when the notice went out that you were on the chopping block to be let go unless you could prove you were capable of being in the field, you weren't surprised.
Half of you wanted to keep trying, but the other half was telling you to pack up and go. You weren't unique or special, so why bother to continue to try?
It was when you were were working with one of the large guns by the shooting range, that Chris approached you. Before then, you two hadn't said a word to each other outside of the classes or even directly to each other.
So when his large frame took a seat across from you, folding his hands on the table after setting a file next to him, watching you with the gun, you weren't sure what to think.
"Hi," you said, freezing as you looked from the gun to him.
"Y/N, right?" He asked. You nodded as you set the pieces of gun on the table. "Why are you here?"
Oh Jesus, no. Why now? Why here?
"Uh," you said, blinking rapidly as your brain tried to come up with an answer. "Because I wanna help people."
"That's usually the answer I get," he said, sitting back to let his hands drop into his lap. "That or 'to kill bio weapons.' That's also a popular one."
"Yeah?" You said, unsure of what he was getting at.
"But I don't think it's why you're here," Chris said. "Because I think you don't know why you're here." Opening the file, you could see it was all information about you. Your background, schooling, family, credit score, even online usernames. They had everything. "When I was looking through the potential trainee's info, you struck me as odd. It's not exactly an every day thing that we get people who are more tech inclined rather than have a police or military background, but it happens. Usually they wash out though and end up in our research department."
"But I don't want to be in the research department," you said, frowning. Was he going to push you over to that section of the organization? You didn't want to be there though, otherwise you would have applied there.
"Every time I talk to someone and they have the chance to go to research after speaking to them about it, they take it," Chris said. "They figured out they can't cut doing the ground work so they move to a different field, but not you. I see you everyday in training, working your ass off to keep up with everyone and you almost make it. Not quite, but almost. Almost isn't going to cut it out on a mission."
"I know, I just. . . I'm working on it," you said, trying not to sound hateful or rude as your hands started to move on autopilot, putting your gun back together. "I'm really trying and I just can't get over this stupid hump that's holding me back."
"What's that? What's holding you back?" Chris asked.
"Me. I'm holding myself back," you said with a sigh. "I second guess everything because everyone around me has the experience that I don't, but I know I can do it. I just choke when it's time to act."
"I know you have some experience that they don't," Chris said. You nodded, understanding what he was talking about.
"I was a kid when it happened, I could barely call it working experience," you said, pushing the empty magazine into the gun.
"It was for Sherry Birkin," Chris said. "Raccoon City for a 9 year old isn't something to sniff at. From what the reports said, you were by yourself for three days before you made it out."
"Yeah," you said, nodding as you moved to the handgun next, disassembling it easily. "Hid in my apartment till I saw military trucks driving by then ran out."
"You lost your whole family to what we're training you to fight," Chris said, keeping his eyes on your hands as your fingers moved without faltering as you put the gun back together. "You were a kid when that happened. I say it still counts for experience that no one else really has. You know what you're doing with the infected and you know what it's like in the aftermath. We need people who know what it's like so that we can stop it from happening again."
"So what do you propose?" You asked, looking up as you finished putting the handgun back together. "After school training? Tutoring? Or do you want me to be counselor for survivors or shove me off to R and D?"
Chris chuckled as he closed the folder to look up at your face.
"I'm not gonna cut you," he said. "You know what you're doing and you're right. You're hang up is yourself. I'm gonna work with you to get over it. It's probably one the easiest things to work through really."
"You mean I can stay?" You asked, relaxing back into the chair, not even realizing you had grown so tense.
"Yeah. I just watched you take those weapons apart and put them back together in record time without even pausing," he said, pointing to the guns in front of you. "I want to work with you, Y/N. This isn't going to be an easy fight, but I really believe you have what it takes to be a good B.S.A.A. agent."
"Thank you, Sir," you said, smiling softly. "I appreciate that."
"You're welcome. We'll start some one on one combat training tomorrow before class. You're going to be working double what the others are, but it'll be for the best in the long run," he said.
"Whatever it takes, I'll do what I need to," you said.
"Glad to here it. Now, while we're here in the shooting range, let's test your aim."

Why do you think that Cesare helped Della Rovere become Pope? It's seems uncharacteristically...stupid? Perhaps illness and grief had made him desperate?
(Also I can't get that scene of Della Rovere hitting on Cesare in Borgia out of my head help lol)
Oh, thank you anon, for giving me the chance to vent my thoughts about the most frustrating event in Borgian history! This is long-ish, and tumblr is being weird(!!!!!!!) with the read-more link, so I'm not sure where/if it will show up below or not. Before answering your question, there is a question to be made first, I think: Why was Della Rovere still breathing in the year of 1503? If we follow the Borgias’ historical literature, the vast majority paints Rodrigo and Cesare, in particular Cesare, as unscrupulous, utterly ruthelss, vindictive men. They were the terror of Italy, and they meticulously eliminated all of their enemies. Yet, most of their enemies and their families, important to add, lived. Including Della Rovere, the most dangerous and bitterest rival of their family. What are we supposed to make of this? It's another one of those common situations in Borgian bios where what it is said is demonstrably at odds with the historical material, and it's something to ponder, I mean, Cesare only found himself in his predicament in 1503 because he and his father failed to strike down Della Rovere during those long eleven years they were in power. Their inability and/or unwillingness to do so was a graver political mistake than Cesare helping Della Rovere win the papacy in the end. And answering your question now, yes, I think the initial impression is that it does seem uncharacteristically stupid for Cesare to support Della Rovere, and help him win. But then again, I don't think Cesare's biographers are very good in showing the complexity of papal Conclaves, and the whole political landscape Cesare was in, and all the possible factors that came into play in his decision. Maybe it's a decision made not to overwhelm or bore the reader, but it usually has only one or two chapters covering both Conclaves, with a lot being left out or ignored, or simplified. The two most popular opinions are that: 1. Cesare had no choice, but to support Della Rovere. Some claim he was no longer in a powerful position, or felt lost without his father's guidance, and/or Della Rovere was the only and strongest candidate for that Conclave from the start, and his election was an impossible thing to avoid. It was already settled, and Cesare had to roll with it the best he could, and try not to make the future Pope even more hostile towards him. 2. He had other choices, namely he had cardinal Rouen, but in the end it didn't worked out, and Della Rovere stood unopposed as a candidate for the papacy, which forced Cesare to support him, and/or he apparently believed Della Rovere's promises, and thought they could reach an understanding. Opinion #1 is the most messy, and it makes zero sense to me today, given there is actual historical info reporting the contrary. The idea that Cesare's power and influence died out or diminished after his father died, or that he was lost without his guidance, are false. Prior to Della Rovere's election as Pope Giulio II, Cesare's power and influence remained strong. He still had large sums of money with his bankers in Genoa and other places of Italy, he continued to be visited daily by cardinals and orators, and indeed it even seems he was thought to be the decisive factor for any papal election. There isn't much criticism to be made either, when looking at his actions right after Rodrigo died, esp. considering at the same time he was dangerously ill himself, and it wasn't something he had prepared for, being it impossible to predict such a thing, he played all of his cards wise and correctly. He was able to secure Piccolomini as Pope, who if not a Borgia partisan, at least was not antagonistic towards him and his family. About the second Conclave, there is a report from Machiavelli in which he says cardinal Pallavicini was the only one being regarded as a possible rival to Della Rovere. And Burchard, whose info seems to have been correct in this instance, writes of a meeting that took place between Della Rovere and Cesare with the Spaniard cardinals at the Vatican, a variant of this info is of Della Rovere meeting Cesare and the Spaniard cardinals at the Castel Sant' Angelo, where they were able to reach an agreement. Opinion #2 makes a little more sense, and it matches a little bit more with the info there is, but it's still messy. Cardinal Pallavicini is almost never mentioned (only Woodward mentions him iirc), and it has to be said that even if Della Rovere succeeded in making himself an unopposed candidate, nevertheless, the Spanish vote could decide an election. So Cesare still had choices, and the reason why he didn't went with those choices, in my view, is not because he believed Della Rovere's promises, it's not the case of Della Rovere winning in the game of deception, I believe both men were aware that agreement was only temporary, and Cesare's decision there was composed by other factors. And between these two opinions, here's what I think is more plausible to have happened: Cesare, knowing his beloved tutor Giovanni Vera was as impossible a choice in that second Conclave as he had been in the first, thought about supporting the French cardinal Rouen. He was far from the ideal choice, but he was a workable choice for him. However, although his influence with the Spaniard cardinals was strong, he must have been aware his influence with them had limitations. The cardinals would never vote for a French candidate, because they were also obliged to King Ferdinand II of Spain, who also had his influence with them, and whose interests they were there in Rome to protect and represent. So much like Vera, Rouen quickly became an impossible choice for him. After this, it's reasonable to think he turned his efforts towards any candidate who stood a chance against Della Rovere, which turned out to be cardinal Pallavicini. Pallavicini is interesting, because like Della Rovere, he was also from the Liguria region (Genoa), but unlike Della Rovere, he maintained a friendly relationship with the Borgia family during Alexander VI's papacy. Rodrigo Borgia was able to secure his support during his own battle to win the papacy in the Conclave of 1492. He also counted on this cardinal's efforts when trying to nominate Cesare for the cardinalate. And he appointed him Bishop of Pamplona, a title previously held by Cesare himself. There is nothing, that I've found anyways, suggesting he and Cesare had direct interactions, but it's possible Cesare cultivated a relationship with him much in the same way he did with cardinal Piccolomini (later Pope Pius III). So by all accounts, Pallavicini was Cesare's best choice then, and it is intriguing there isn't much about this, or why Pallavicini failed to make himself Pope. In theory at least, with Cesare's support, he would have won the papacy. The Italian cardinals were not supporting Della Rovere because they wanted him, many disliked him, some still remembered the papacy of his uncle, but he seemed like a better choice than another Spaniard, or a French, or god forbid a Colonna or an Orsini, but with cardinal Pallavicini, they had a good choice there, and the only reason I can think of as to why they didn't elect him comes down to money and benefices. At some point, Pallavicini, even with Cesare's support, couldn't keep up with the resources Della Rovere made sure of having, and just like Rouen, he fell behind. From this point forward, things get more complicated for Cesare, but Della Rovere's election was still not a concluded reality. A question that follows when reading the info about him meeting with Cesare is: Would he have reached out to Cesare, the son of a man he hated to the core, from a family he despised, if his election was such a sure thing? I think the answer here is no. Della Rovere entering into an agreement with Cesare highly implies, if not proves it, he did not had the necessary votes to win. He needed the Spanish vote, 11 votes to be precise, which were under the influence of Cesare. Without the 11 votes, every single voting would end up nowhere, and a thought I believe was on Della Rovere's mind at the time was that: the longer it took for an election, the more difficult it became for him to stay as strong and unopposed. The support he had could shift in one week or two. New rivals could emerge, unexpected things could happen, because papal Conclaves were mostly unpredictable. It depended a lot on money, influence, the political situation on a daily basis, esp. in Rome, where as it was the norm without a Pope, was a city under total chaos. Della Rovere could only control so much for so long, and I think he knew that very well, hence why he swallowed his hatred, and went to negociate with the son of his archenemy, and get the 11 votes he needed to win as soon as possible.
Another question that follows after reading all this is: Ok, so why didn't Cesare used that for his advantage? better yet, why didn't he use the chaos in Rome, for example, to subtly force the cardinals to stop supporting Della Rovere and find a more favourable candidate for him? Or why didn't he simply stalled the election until a more favourable candidate appeared? These are all things he was in a position of doing, and the reason why he didn't do it, and instead went with helping Della Rovere can be better explained when considering the following factors: 1. You mentioned his grief, and his illness, which might have made him desperate, and while I don't think it was that exactly that made him desperate, I do think it counts as a factor into understanding his state of mind at that moment, and why he made that final decision. Cesare had gone through a rollercoster of events, and dare I say, emotions in less than 3 months. He lost his father, the constant and closest male presence in his life, as far as we know. He didn't had time to grieve him nor make sure he had a decent and respectful burial (it's possible he heard later what was said about his death and burial, and I have no idea how that made him feel) because he was also fighting for his life then. First against illness, then against his enemies in Rome. Not only that, other people and things depended on him. He was the head of the house then, and it fell to him the responsibility, among all that chaos, to keep the women and children of his family safe, as well as to make sure to get all the valuable possessions left in the Vatican and in his palace, before they were sacked completely by servants and others. This was an important step to ensure their survival in the coming months. Gioffre was there to help him, and he did helped, but you know, everyone looked at Cesare for leadership and protection, and he could barely leave his bed, so that surely must have added an extra layer of stress for him. But then, he succeeded in making Piccolomini pope, and it looked like the worst was over, things looked hopeful for him and the Borgia family. And then, suddenly Pius dies, only after 26 days of papacy. Again, if it was truly a natural death, there is no way Cesare could have predicted that, and just like that he was right back where he started. Having to navigate the messy political affairs of a papal conclave and its outcome, of which he and his family’s lives and future depended on. Cesare was resilient. Rodrigo raised his children to be resilient, and to not crumble at the face of adversity, to persist. But I guess we can agree this a lot for a person to process in such a short amount of time. So by the time the second Conclave happened, it would be reasonable to think Cesare might have been feeling overwhelmed, tired, in pain (he had gone through awful treatments), and overall just a bit shaken up mentally and emotionally, although he always tried to look strong and positive —it's interesting to notice it didn't seemed to have been in his nature to be a pessimist, only much later he is recorded as feeling more despondent, and saying Fortuna has left him *gets sad in spanish* — which made him more open to consider options he wouldn't have had under normal circumstances, I think. 2. As said above, Cesare seems to have had this trait in his personality of being resilient, it's one of the reasons why I think he survived for as long as he did (same with Lucrezia, I suppose), he had an instinct to not give up no matter how impossible the situation looked, of not being afraid to face adversities that came his way. He seems to have welcomed challenges, and it was when he felt most encouraged to fight and to thrive. When he was the prisoner of Della Rovere in the Vatican, then pope Giulio II, one of Giulio's men said to him: "signor duca, you have always been spirited." to which he is recorded as having said that: "quando più sono in adversità tanto più mi fortifico di anima. // the more I am in adversity, the more I strengthen my soul." So this is another factor to consider. It's possible he saw the situation with Della Rovere as just another adversity he had to face, and with his tenacity, intelligence, and most importantly, with time, he could overcome it. 3. Another possible factor, but this one is only my personal assessment after reading Alvisi and some of the documents he exposes there, is that both Rodrigo and Cesare display a difficulty in understanding not everyone was as cold-headed and pragmatic as they were. It's evident in their actions, they never had much, if any, trouble putting their personal dislikes aside, and working with their enemies, if it meant they would reach a certain goal they wanted, and/or if it avoided needless conflict or bloodshed. However, not everyone is capable of rising above their feelings, and in this case prejudices, and work like that with people they see as enemies. It was the case of Florence and Venice, for example. Every single conversation the Borgia men had with these two city-States made it painfully clear no agreement would ever happened between them. They would much rather damned themselves and their cities than to genuinely try to work with men they suspected of being marranos and who they saw as being beneath them. It was personal, deeply personal, and to a point just irrational, too. But Rodrigo and Cesare did not seemed to grasp that, like the idea of acting against one's own interest simply out of personal dislike or prejudice didn't register inside their minds, it was just preposterous to them (I agree! dsdjsdjsj). With the right terms, surely an agreement can be reached, no matter how they feel about us, that's what they seem to think, and it's a bit funny, and sad to observe. And if I'm correct here, then Cesare helping Della Rovere might have carried some of this mentality, too. Him thinking: yes, of course, Della Rovere hates me and my family, but not to his own detriment, right? (wrong, just as like in the cases of Venice and Florence, but he later learned that the hard way) and this thinking made him conclude they could work together, despite of any hatred. 4. And finally, the last factor, which I see it as the final nail the coffin, sort-to-speak: His impatience. In the middle of all this papal business, and him fighting for his life, Cesare was also receiving daily news from the Romagna, and after Pope Pius's death, the situation went from bad to worse, his dukedom was being attacked by the men he had ousted from those cities (instead of having had them executed, as it was the norm of his times) with the full support of Venice and Florence in doing so, and only a few cities, like Cesena, were able to withstand these attacks. This is what I think made him desperate. We have to keep in mind Cesare was a man of action. Sitting idle watching his project, one that seems to have been dear to him beyond just mere ambition, wasn't how he did things, and it had to be pure agony for him to be in a position where he couldn't do much. He was still ill, he couldn't organize his men well, he was pretty much trapped at the Castel Sant'Angelo since the one time he tried to leave Rome, the Orsinis almost caught him, and if they caught him, he was a dead man, him and everyone with him. And he didn't had papal authority, only with that would the attack of these cities stop and only with that could he leave Castel Sant'Angelo and finally do something, so he needed a Pope elected as soon as possible, too, even one like Della Rovere. This hurry, this agony, combined with the other factors mentioned above, very likely might have made him overlook some details about his particular situation, misunderstanding Della Rovere’s nature, and underestimating this man’s hatred for him and his family.
Personally, I believe he should have stalled the Conclave for as long as possible, and waited a more favourable papal outcome for him. Sure, it involved other risks. The main one losing all of the Romagna, but here's the thing: the Romagna was basically lost to him anyways. That region belonged to the Church and to papal rule, and Cesare's control over it came from his position as Gonfaloniere of the Church, but imo, that wasn't a position he could have kept. Popes tended to appoint this position to men close to them, family members preferably, because it was an important and influential position, and they needed someone they could trust, and whose interestes would be aligned with them and their papacy. Maybe there is a precedent of a Pope letting the son of the previous Pope in this position, instead of changing it for someone inside their own circle, and nothing bad happened either lol, but no example comes to my mind right now. And in any case, I don't think they were quite in the same situation as Cesare. Cesare's situation was kind of unique, too. He was a beloved and popular ruler, and this little fact, whether he realized it or not, made him even more of a threat to any Pope who wanted to have full control over the Papal States. It created a conflict of power where the Gonfaloniere's influence in the Romagna would have been stronger than that of the Pope himself, which could lead to dangerous situations. With a decent amount of money, the right partisans, and the people's support (who always had anti-papal feelings to being with) Cesare, if he wanted to, could very easily strike up a rebellion against papal authority. No clever Pope, surely not Della Rovere, would have wanted to have that hanging over their heads. That's way too much power for a person to have over them and their papacy. So the Romagna wasn't something possible for him to keep, unless we consider other possbilities, but that's another topic, the point is: at least with a favourable Pope, one like Pius, Cesare could have tried to secure some cities, as well as some fortresses in the lines of the Romagna, Umbria and Tuscany regions. I think that's something he could have achieved with a favourable Pope, creating a new duchy for him and his family, not as Gonfaloniere, but as the Pope's vassal perhaps. But, maybe he didn't considered that, or maybe he had info that didn't came down to us which made this scenario not an option, or info which made him feel confident with his decision with Della Rovere, as usual, this is another theme where there's many things we will never know for sure, but I hope this helped a bit into shedding a light on this confusing, frustrating event in Cesare's life. (And I don't remember that scene, anon??? lol is that the one where Della Rovere is already pope, and he wants to humiliate Cesare further so he brings him naked and in chains to his rooms? and then proceeds to take advantage of the situation, forcing Cesare to kiss him? that one? that's the only scene that comes to my mind, and I have to say I felt pretty disgusted watching it. I guess it's another example of the poor taste of much of Fontana's writing, he really seems to like taking things to an extreme and always enter this sadistic, twisted territory with his characters that really is not my thing. On the other hand, it made me appreciate Mark as an actor even more, because it's not every actor who could have put that scene off, among so many others tbh, without looking utterly ridiculous, and failing to convey any emotions to the viewer. I felt very sad for Cesare there, in Fontana's world, Cesare was a victim of rape in the past, and in that scene with Della Rovere, he was again at a vulnerable position, without any power, and being force to kiss this man who had his life and his future on his hands. It's again, a extreme and sadistic take of the real psychological torture Della Rovere seems to have had enjoyed inflicting on irl!Cesare once he was pope Giulio II.)

Braked, Trifled | Han Jisung

Genre: slice of life, college au
Pairing: Han Jisung x fem!reader
Word count: ~1.5k
A/n: Masterlist in bio~ | Based on true events ♫

[12:11 오전]
The inertia that pushes your car forward makes your head spin. Like being on a roller coaster that stops all too quickly.
“What was that?” Your friend asks, turning around. “Did you just hit the brakes hard?”
Your eyes travel up to peer through the rear view mirror. “No…” you speculate, watching as the shadow of a tall, 20-something year old boy steps out onto the curbside. Your vision narrows. “Some punk just hit me.”
It was just after midnight. Your friend Daewon’s birthday was today, and to surprise him you and your other friend Junyong made plans the previous afternoon to throw him an all-day surprise party, along with the rest of their rookie college music group, Noir. Your town’s local Dunkin’ Donuts was just a hop, skip, and a jump down the road from campus, and being a Tuesday night with a new semester just around the corner, you weren’t expecting anyone to be out, especially at this hour. Even so, there were plenty of better places to go for partying than...a local 24/7 donut shop.
Which is why you were baffled to find the rival enemy, Han Jisung of the infamous 3Racha and Co., quarreling before your newly-imprinted bumper.
"Han I told you for the last time that's the accelerator! Dang it, I should have listened to Chan and not let you drive—“
"How are we gonna tell this to Minho…it's his car..."
Han waves his hands peacefully before the crowd. “Okay, okay,” he states, looking back at the imprinted [car model]. “Everything’s fine, it was just accident so— sh*T WAIT I USED CHAN’S LICENSE!” He suddenly huffs, making an elaborate 180 in behavior to stamp his foot like an immature child. “You're the one that wanted donuts at 12 am!!!” He accuses, pointing to an orangish-blonde boy. Definitely a part of the squad, but not one of the 3Racha fiends.
Freckles huffs back. “Well EXCUSE ME FOR WANTING TO CELEBRATE NATIONAL DONUT DAY!!!”
"THAT'S NOT EVEN A REAL THING!” The one from the passenger’s side erupts; another groupie. “BOTH OF YOU SHUT UP!!!"
“Aaaah,” Han groans, palm on his forehead. “Okay, Seungmin’s right, we need to calm down. Like I said, everything is fi—“
“It’s not fine,” you cut in, glaring. Han jumps, seeing as you appeared to be a ghost behind the glow of taillights. “I’m pulling up over there.”
You point a couple parking spaces to the left of the drive-thru, and he nods, swallowing. A nervous glint about him. Ignoring your late-night drinks and dozen Boston Cremes, you pull up to the designated area, sighing as your head hits the steering wheel. Junyong pats your shoulder solemnly. “It’s okay. We’ll get through this. It’s just a fender-bender, so you don’t have to tell the insurance company— I’m sure he’ll agree,” he added, nodding behind him. He turned his head to glare out the back window. “...But seriously, who hits a car in a drive-thru? You’re supposed to inch forward, not ZOOM like Speedy Gonzales...”
Wasn’t that the truth... Shrugging, you open the door, preparing to rendezvous with the enemy. In all truth, in all honesty, you were annoyed at the notion; but the fact that it was Han Jisung, well, that made you livid.
He was, after all, the boy that had instigated war between the two groups; by stealing Seunghoon’s file, and writing his group’s name on it as the demo for their music final. He stole Noir’s song, and made it their own. And nobody stopped him.
“I’m so, so sorry…” he starts, walking up with your order. “Here’s your stuff…”
You take it from him stiffly, passing it to Junyong, who came running up beside you. Sensing the awkward tension, he dips back to the safety of the dented vehicle without a word, gulping his Matcha Latte down.
“Gimme your info,” you demand, wanting to keep this short. Han begins to sweat.
“Uuuh…” he nods, slowly, and juts a thumb over his right shoulder. “R-Right, lemme just—“
“Here,” one of his friend’s says, extending a piece of paper. He has brown hair and matching eyes, paired with a calm, logical aura. You’re pretty sure you heard Han call him Seungmin. “I wrote it all down for you. If it’s alright with you, we’d like to keep the insurance companies out of this situation, so...we’d be happy to pay for the damages out of pocket. We’re very sorry.”
“Hmph,” You scoff, snatching the paper. As genuine as he may seem, it’s probably a fake number, with a false address and a made-up company name. Some forged on-the-spot license numbers. You glout over the paper and nice handwriting.
“Something wrong? Did I forget anything?”
“Show me your license.”
Han flinches, Seungmin remaining very still. Their faces both harden into something frantic. “...Well...” Seungmin begins, “...about that…”
“You don’t have your license?” You frown. “You could be arrested for this, you know.”
Han chuckles nervously, scratching the back of his neck. “Ha-ha, yeah, I-I know—“
“Then why were you driving without it?” Your arms cross. “You should always have it on you, always. It’s careless to leave it at home, or in another car, or somewhere else...what are you laughing about?!” You holler, whipping over your shoulder.
Junyong covers his mouth, bowing his head so only his eyes peer over the hood. He takes an exaggeratedly loud sip of his Matcha Latte. “Nothing!” he shouts, “It’s just...” ...Sip. “...you kinda sound like his girlfriend or something, scolding him like that.”
“Huh?!”
“Oop!” He quickly ducks back into safety. You sigh, overly annoyed and done with it all.
...Zen, Y/n. Totally zen.
“...I’m...sorry,” you manage, biting the side of your tongue. Apologizing to the enemy should be treason! “This is just such a pain. But I understand it was an accident.” You look each of them in the eye. “Are you okay? No one was hurt, were they?”
Han opens his mouth to speak, but his buddy stops him, covering it in an odd fashion. “We’re fine,” he insists, smiling. “And, again, we’re so sorry about this.”
“...Right…” You rummage through the bag around your bodice, flipping out your mini planner and tearing off a page. “Here’s my information. You can call or text me about the damages tomorrow, er…” You smile, just a little. “Later this afternoon.”
“Yes!” Seungmin states, taking the paper and passing it to Han Jisung, Enemy No. 1. “We’ll definitely do that!”
You press your smile further, forcibly, politely. “Grea—”
Flash!
“OW!”
From Han’s...if you’re recalling correctly, “Minho’s” car...you see Freckles squint, hands raised to block the flash bombs going off behind you like the paparazzi just showed.
“WHO LEAVES THE FLASH ON?!?!” he cries, swatting at...the air. You spin around to scowl.
“Junyong! What are you doing?!”
“Don’t worry, Y/n!” Junyong howls. “I got pics of everyone involved, and both license plates! They can’t run now!!!”
“......” Well, the Matcha Latte was certainly kicking in. You would have thrown a donut, had one been available to you.
While being ushered off, Han continues to stare at the paper curiously. Then, as if struck by a realization of some sort, he looks up at you over his friend’s shoulder, smiling.
“I thought I recognized you! Y/n L/n, right?”
You blink, unenthused. “That’s what it says on the paper.”
Han just continues smiling. There’s some sort of sparkle in his eye that’s visible even in the blotched moonlight of storm season. It sends a shiver down your spine, even after you’ve closed and locked the car doors. “I’ll definitely call you!” He yells, waving. Like a couple of old friends reconnecting, excited to catch up over donuts and coffee.
But he was the enemy. Han Jisung had done something wrong, something cruel, something that had yet to be concluded that you weren’t sure you could ever forgive...so, then...
You start the car with a gentle whir of the engine, setting the gears into reverse. Hesitantly, you glance into the rearview mirror once more, watching him engage in harsh whispers and subtle push-and-shoves before getting in.
His face. His charisma. His profile...two months ago you’d sworn he was the enemy, yet...
...Why was it that you were just as excited?
- ♫ - ♫ - ♫ -
“Wasn’t that the girl that accused us of copyrighting her friend’s track? That was her, wasn’t it?” Felix asks. “...I hope she knows that was all just a misunderstanding…”
Climbing back into Minho’s stolen convertible, because Felix just had to have donuts for National Donut Day at 12 am, Seungmin heaves a sigh, running a sweating hand through his exhaust-riddled hair. Too close, honestly. The infamous Y/n, known for being the Campus Blizzard, could have had them fined, reported on campus, and Han behind bars. ...Yet for some reason, she didn’t.
...Must be in a good mood or something. A saving grace, if he did say so himself. “...Please tell me this was really an accident. You didn’t do this on purpose...right?”
The boy in the driver’s seat smiles...sheepishly. Pulling back up to the window to claim his goods, he places the tips of his ringed fingers together. Takes a breath.
“...If I say half yes and half no, will you be mad?”

There is a ferry on the river
The ferry seems normal, at first glance, a small ship with a ramp at one end captained by a single individual. It looks big enough for a couple cars or maybe two small campus buses at a time, and I guess it runs on a pretty consistent schedule because it’s always there in under five minutes from when I get to the dock.
However, I’ve noticed a couple discrepancies.
It’s always the same person. They look human, as far as I can tell: their voice and gender presentation changes day to day but also they gave me a thumbs up and a wink when they noticed my “they/them/their” pronoun pin so I think that’s probably not indicative of anything supernatural. Might explain why no-one else seems to have noticed it’s just them though. I’ve also never seen them leave or step off the ferry, not even to tie it up to the dock.
I was writing a local history essay and researching the river (which is really hard to get info on?). There are pictures of a ferry on it going back as far as the university’s existed, and as far as I can tell it’s the same person every time, the same age and everything. I asked them once how long they’d been on the river and they said all rivers were the same for them if they were needed? Then they ran over to yell at a truck for not putting their parking brake on correctly before I got a chance to ask them what they meant.
The ferry technology is always about twenty years behind the times, consistently, but I can’t find any records of upgrades or boat purchases or even evidence that it’s run or owned by anyone other than the captain. Or acknowledged by municipal transit systems. Which is a bit sketchy, but also it’s the fastest way to get to my 0800 bio class from my off campus housing because going around to the bridge adds like 40 minutes to my commute so eh
Speaking of commutes, it’s kinda odd bc no matter how late I think I’m running, I always get off the ferry with minutes to spare? Like I used to always go around to the bridge because it looks way shorter on the map, but my commute’s like an hour that way and that’s way too far to bike before 0800. The ferry’s only like twenty minutes of biking and another ten on the water, which is much more manageable. And they accept my campus bus pass, so it’s not like it costs me anything.
I’ve never seen the ferry fill up? There’s always room for me and my bike anyway, but I thought it was only big enough for maybe a couple cars or a bus. Except I was running to class and I saw like ten cars and four big greyhound buses (probably for a campus tour or something) come up the road from the ferry dock and the ferry pushing away, and there’s no other way to get on that road.
Also this one time I was on my way to an early class after an all-nighter (I baaaarely finished that essay on time) and I might have been hallucinating from sleep deprivation but I’m pretty sure this happened. About halfway across the river, the ship was suddenly a really old fashioned wooden ferry, as though it had been the whole time and I just hadn’t noticed. The captain was the same, but they were rowing with a wooden oar, looking off into the water as though they’d seen it a million times.
They looked up and asked me for my payment and I realized that I’d forgotten my transit pass, but I had an energy bar in my pocket so I offered that instead. They laughed and accepted it, but kinda struggled with opening the wrapper one-handed because they were holding the oar in their other hand, so I offered to hold it for a sec so they could open the bar. They laughed again, wryly, ruefully, undercut with tiredness.
“Thank you, but I’m not ready to put this oar down yet and I don’t think you understand what you’re offering. I must row back and forth, taking any and all who come to the banks of the river. But there’s a power that comes with being in between, the passage between one side and another: I’ve borne it for a long time, long enough for the world to change around me, and I don’t think I could live without it. Just know that it’s safe here, and all who wish no harm may come and cross. Thanks for the granola bar though! I also accept payment in sandwiches and stories.”
I mean, I’d just offered to hold the oar for a sec, not take over their job? but they seemed serious and I’ve seen enough at this school to laugh it off awkwardly and back away. The ferry was the normal modern ship next I noticed, all corrugated metal and rusty rivets and sun-yellowed paneling, and I headed off to class. Made it with two minutes to spare!
Anyway, yeah. Does anyone else use the ferry? I know my roommate does sometimes and a couple other people I’ve talked to, but most people just look at me strangely and say they didn’t know there was even a river, so I guess they don’t go down to that end of campus that often. Just seems a bit weird and it’s been bugging me.

"Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn."
-Benjamin Franklin
The last place I want to be is at this police station. When my boss pulled me into his office this morning and told me he had a very important task for me, this isn’t what I’d envisioned. When he’d told me I had to take a very important message to the police station, I thought it would be about the break-in we’d had a few days earlier. My boss had handed me an info tablet and put me in a car to take me into the city. It wasn’t until I was in the car that I looked at the tablet, and my heart sank.
“Excuse me, are you Lieutenant Hank Anderson?” I tried to keep the nerves out of my voice.
“That’s me. Who are you?” He eyes me suspiciously.
“My name is Jessabelle Richards, I’m a representative sent by CyberLife.”
He shoots me an odd look and then chuckles to himself.
“I’m sorry Lieutenant, have I said something funny?”
“No, sorry, you just reminded me of someone just then. You’re from CyberLife huh? I was about to head over there myself for a meeting.”
“CyberLife thought they’d save you a trip. Is there somewhere we could talk?”
“We can talk here.”
“I should have been more clear in my question Lieutenant, I’m sorry. Is there somewhere we can talk privately?”
I watched him huff and push himself to his feet.
“I think there’s an empty interrogation room, follow me.”
He led me out of the bullpen area and into a hallway that led into several small rooms. We walked into the first empty one we came to and he shut the door behind us.
“Can I assume that you aren’t here to give me good news Ms. Richards?” He gestured for me to sit, and I did.
“Sir, when CyberLife received your message yesterday requesting our help with an injured officer, we could only assume you were referring to the RK800 android named Connor.” I placed my tablet on the table in front of me, “CyberLife looked into the incident during which the android was injured and discovered it was during a shootout with human protestors. The android fired four rounds from two different weapons. Three people died.”
“They were the three my men shot. The four Connor shot are expected to make full recoveries.”
“Regardless Lieutenant,” I swallowed hard, wishing I didn’t have to say this, “The incident has led CyberLife to label the android model RK800 aka “Connor” as a threat to human lives, and denies your request for the bicomponent RB-6T.”
“That’s fucking bullshit and you know it.”
“I’m sorry Lieutenant Anderson, I am only the messenger. CyberLife has made up their decision.”
“Yeah well, it’s a stupid fucking decision. Connor is innocent, he deserves to live. CyberLife is prepared to just let him die after he sacrificed himself to save a fellow officer?”
“Connor is not alive. The RK800 model is a machine, it cannot live and therefore cannot die.”
“Is that the bullshit they feed you over at CyberLife?” He pushes himself to his feet abruptly, “Have you ever actually met a deviant?”
“Well no, but-”
“Come with me, I’m going to take you somewhere.”
“Lieutenant, I have a very busy schedule,” I picked up my tablet and stood.
“All I’m asking for is an hour of your time.”
“Why?”
“Because you need to look into the eyes of the man that you and CyberLife have sentenced to his death. Now move, it’s a short drive.”
We climbed into Hank’s car in silence. We were halfway to the border of android territory before he spoke again. His voice was cold.
“What do you know about the androids that CyberLife calls deviants?”
“I know that they are androids suffering from a virus that has infected their programming. I know that they are often violent towards humans and that they wrongly believe they are alive.”
“Has CyberLife gotten into brainwashing too?”
“I’m sorry,” I turn away and look out of the window, “It’s what they tell us to say.”
“You can’t think for yourselves over there?”
“Not if we want to keep our jobs.”
The rest of the ride is silent. I fidget nervously with the tablet on my lap. How did I get sucked into this? I’m just a secretary, I’m not supposed to leave CyberLife’s offices, ever. Now I’m being driven into android territory, wearing a CyberLife uniform. I think I’m going to be sick.
Hank stops the car, “We’re here. Get out.”
I step out of the car and onto the dirt road that led to the border. Everything was much dirtier than what CyberLife described to us. Hank badged us past the officers and walked up to one of the androids standing inside the border.
“Hey Josh.”
“Did you miss us already Hank?” The android, Josh,  asked.
“Yeah, something like that.”
“Who’s your friend?”
“She’s not my friend. We’re here to see Connor.”
“She’s CyberLife?” Josh asked and Hank nodded. “You shouldn’t have brought her here Hank.”
“She needs to see for herself what CyberLife is putting you guys through.”
Josh looked me up and down as if trying to decide what to do with me. After a moment, he seemed to make up his mind, “alright, follow me.”
Hank is watching me as we walk deeper into android territory. Here everything is grey. I can see eyes peering out at me from inside the makeshift homes. There is an overwhelming sense of fear coming from everywhere. I stop suddenly.
“What is it?” Hank stops too.
“This is wrong,” I look around slowly, “CyberLife describes the android territory as full of armed deviants living in houses nicer than ours made with stolen material and tech. They talk about androids like they’re anarchists but these androids, they’re afraid.” I shake my head.
“CyberLife is lying to you. They’re lying to everyone.”
“Hank?” Josh interrupts, “we need to keep moving.” He shifts his gaze to me and I see he’s afraid too. “Our medical center is this way.”
“Is Markus there?”
“Yes. I alerted him as soon as you entered the border.”
“Good, she could stand to meet him too.”
Josh leaves us at the door to the medical center, saying he needs to get back to the border and that we’ll find Connor and Markus inside. I’m more nervous than ever, and I have an overwhelming urge to throw up. My hands are shaking, and I can’t seem to make my feet move. Hank is still staring at me like he’s reading my mind.
“None of them are going to hurt you.”
“I know.”
“Then why do you look like you’re about to shit your pants?”
“I’m scared.”
“Good, now you know how these people feel. Come on, we should get inside, you’re on a schedule.”
I followed Hank inside the medical center. It’s practically barren. There's no stolen CyberLife tech, or any tech really. Just beds, a long row of beds. An android looks up at us from the far side of the room as we enter. He rushes over to us before we get too far into the room. I realize that I recognize him.
“Hank, what the hell were you thinking? Bringing her here?” He spoke in a harsh whisper.
“Easy Markus,” Hank raised his hands, “I brought her here to see Connor.”
Markus sighed and wiped his face with his hand and looked at me, “CyberLife sent you to tell Hank no, didn’t they?”
“Yes,” my voice was tiny, stuck in my throat. I cleared it and tried again, “Yes, I’m… I’m sorry. They found that-”
“I’ll get you their official report later Markus,” Hank interrupted, “can we see Connor now?”
“You can see him, but he’s not really one for conversation right now.”
“He’s gotten worse?”
“Yes, and we don't know why. I’m not sure that one missing bio component could have done all this.”
“No, it couldn’t. Non-essential bio component RB-6T is a redundant piece of a redundant system.” I interject and then wish I hadn’t as both Hank and Markus turn to stare at me.
“What do you mean?” Markus tilts his head and narrows his eyes.
“May I?” I gesture to the occupied bed.
“Be my guest.”
Markus moves out of my way and for the first time I see the android lying on the bed. I move closer, slowly, trying to take in every detail. There’s a large bandage on the right side of his abdomen. The android’s eyes are closed and he’s missing his LED. Hank comes to stand behind me and Markus returns to his place at the foot of the bed.
“What was your initial assessment of him?” I asked Markus as I slowly removed the bandage from Connor’s side.
“Damage to non-essential bio component RB-6T, other surface damage but no other components were damaged. What did you mean it’s a redundant component?”
“CyberLife designed the RK800s for military and government use. Bodyguards, soldiers, interrogators, investigators, it was their first big push into that side of the market. They wanted to make a product that would sell, so they needed to make the RK800s more resilient, able to take a hit and keep going. Most of this model’s systems are redundant to each other, the particular system that this bio component links to is one of them. If that was the only damage, Connor would be fine right now.”
“But he isn’t fine. Maybe CyberLife made a mistake in labeling it non-essential?”
“Markus, CyberLife doesn’t make mistakes like that.”
“How can you be sure?” It was Hank.
I sighed and looked back at him, “My boss oversaw the design of the RK800s which meant that every piece of information crossed my desk, and was approved by me. We ran numerous tests, picking the prototype models apart piece by piece to make sure we had all systems labeled correctly and interfaced the correct message to the android.”
“You experimented on him?”
I pushed my hair out of my face, “You have to understand, Markus. We saw them, we saw you, as just machines. We were doing our jobs, following orders.”
“You were wrong!”
“I know. A lot of good people were wrong about a lot of bad things and androids suffered because of that. I’m sorry. I can’t change what happened but I may be able to help Connor, please let me do that.”
“What do you need from us?”
“I need to talk to him.”
“I’m not sure he’s going to wake up.”
“Then, with your permission, I’ll need to access his override.”
“I can’t let you do that!”
“Hang on a minute,” Hank waved his hands, “what’s his override?”
“It would allow her to control him without his permission.”
“Aw Jesus fucking Christ.”
“I need him to run a complete systems diagnostic on himself, if you say he isn’t going to wake up, then I’ll need to access his override to get that information. If I don’t know what’s wrong with him, how can I fix him?”
“ I thought CyberLife found him to be a danger to humans?” Hank scoffed, “I thought they’d sentenced him to die.”
“That was their assessment, this is mine. CyberLife has told me nothing but lies about androids since the beginning of your rebellion. What I see right in front of me is someone who needs my help and I can help him, so let me help him. Please, Markus, no one can tell us what’s wrong with him more than he can.”
“Alright then, do it.” Markus moved back to lean against the wall.
“Thank you.”
I reached my hand up and felt for the spot on Connor’s temple where his LED would have been. I traced the slight divot there and took a slow deep breath, trying to calm my nerves. I was so getting fired. I pressed the divot and watched as Connor’s eyes popped open. Slowly they focused on me.
“Hello, my name is Jess. Please state your model number and given name.”
“RK800, given the name Connor by CyberLife.”
“Connor, please run a full systems diagnostic test for me.”
“Am I looking for anything specific?”
“Look for damage to any systems and any foreign material present.”
Connor’s eyes closed for a moment as he began the scan, but quickly reopened. “I have detected damage to my central processing system, I am unable to perform a full diagnostic scan.”
“Connor, did you receive any damage to the back of your head?”
“I was struck in the back of my head with a handgun shortly before I was shot.”
“Connor, I’m going to need to access your rear cervical access panel, please sit up for me, and remove the skin from the back of your head.”
Connor sat up on his bed and I shifted so that I was sitting behind him. Hank and Markus were staring me down and it was taking everything I had just to stay focused on the task in front of me. Connor had removed his skin, revealing a large dent in the back of his head. I sucked in my breath and motioned for Markus to come and  see the damage.
“Shit,” he shook his head and leaned back against the wall.
“I’m going to remove your damaged back panel Connor, I need you to keep talking to me while I do this.”
“What would you like me to say?”
“Would you recite something for me, please?”
“Yes. Once upon a midnight dreary, while I pondered, weak and weary, Over many a quaint and curious volume of forgotten lore—   While I nodded, nearly napping, suddenly there came a tapping-”
I reached up and slowly slid the panel out of place, revealing the components underneath, several appeared damaged.
“As of some one gently rapping, rapping at my chamber door. "Tis some visitor," I muttered, "tapping at my chamber door— Only this and nothing more."
“Thank you, that is enough. Connor, do me a favor, perform a large scale repair program on all mental systems, focusing on hardware and omitting software. It is very important that you don’t do anything to compromise your software.”
We all watched as slowly the parts in front of us began to shift.
“That’s fucking incredible,” Hank said, shaking his head.
“The RK800 was the first model designed to be self-healing. That’s why so many systems are redundant or obsolete, CyberLife trusted that the android would be able to diagnose and heal themselves without any external force. When Connor was hit in the back of his head, his central processing system was damaged, meaning he did not perform the necessary tasks needed to repair himself.”
“So none of this was ever about the bio component?”
“No, you were all looking in the wrong place. He’ll still need a replacement part, but he should be fine once he’s able to heal the other things that affected him.” While I spoke, my fingers worked on the panel I had removed.
“Thank you.”
I looked up at Markus. He looked so tired, so resigned, “you have nothing to thank me for, I’m just glad I could help.” I looked back at Connor, still sitting upright, the parts inside his head still shifting themselves back into place. “This is going to take a while, my best guess is several hours.”
“I’ll drive you back to CyberLife.” Hank stood up from the bed he’d been leaning against. “We’ve taken enough of your time already.”
“Actually, if it’s okay with Markus, I’d like to stay until he’s finished.”
Hank looked at Markus and he nodded, giving me a slight smile.
“What about your job?” Hank asked, “I thought you were on a schedule.”
“What I did here today will probably get me fired anyway when they find out, I might as well stay and make sure he ends up okay.”
“Thank you,” Markus said again, then shifted his attention to Hank, “Can I talk to you a minute? Outside?”
“Yeah. You gonna be alright here by yourself Ms. Richards?”
“Yes Lieutenant, I’ll be okay. And please, call me Jess.”

Are you still counting calories, experimenting with “new plans”, still starving yourself, tired of not getting the results you want? When they ask me “Is Herbalife required” 👏🏽listen👏🏽 I’m a mom of 4, I’ve been 200lbs 2x in my life. I was a serial yoyo dieter and the normal prep diets destroyed my thyroid. I use Herbalife meal replacements along with my personal meal plan. Why? because it works for me and has worked for almost 4 years since I found it. When the products are used correctly in conjunction with the right support, the results will show. I don’t care if your aunt or grandma or cousin sold you products and you thought it was magic in a bottle. It’s not they need to be utilized correctly with the right support. Proper coaching and troubleshooting from someone who knows and understands how to use them effectively. The shakes are pure nutrition they contain no weightloss or fat burning supplements in them. My children drink them. But when your body is getting the nutrients it needs it will let go of bodyfat without excessive exercise and harsh energy drinks, preworkout and fat burners. It’s a different concept I know, give your body what it needs and get results. We are all so brainwashed into a magic pill sorry it won’t last long term. I’ve had 1000’s of clients get amazing results and many lose 100 pounds or more. If you are coachable and check in with me regularly I can help you get the results you want. There is no one size fits all plan, with these products you need personal support from someone who has gotten their own results and can guide you on yours step by step. The difference is my personal plans that I created myself and my knowledge of the products from years of training. You can keep playing that guessing game or you can trust me and let me help you. Watch me work or join me! New month, New goals, new results! Men and women welcome! Want info and rates? Link in my bio! OOC
Finally got around to fixing Yancy’s early days segment in his bio, and did an overall edit of it. Mainly, I wanted to change the family’s social standing to be more lower-class that were trying to get their children to break the cycle of poverty. The full thing can be read here, but I’m gonna include the particular segment under a read-more.
Also, apparently I can’t figure whether I’ve added links for mobile users to read all the info in a doc, so I’ll look into that later.
Warning of family complications.
-
In brief, NAME-REDACTED Yancy was the family disappointment. His parents were poor and had never received a full education in their youth, but they were determined to break the cycle of poverty by encouraging their children to finish school, get a good education, and make a name for themselves in the world. To their credit, they did just that; and all Yancy's siblings were able to attend college through various grants and schemes in the education section. By the time Yancy was growing up, it should have been an easy thing. However... As the youngest, it was clear from a young age that he was the black sheep of the family.
Unlike the rest of his family, Yancy hated school. It was too difficult, and he didn’t want to go to college. In his head, it was a waste of time since he was never going to be anyone great. Perhaps it was the fear of failing to live up to expectations; or perhaps he just wanted a simpler life. Whichever it was, it wasn't what the parents wanted. They had worked hard to encourage his interests in areas that would serve him well in the future: mainly reading, history, and science. Yancy's passions were cars and dancing. When they were told of the latter, the mother suggested they let him go to dance classes that were run after school. The father gave the near stereotypical concern that he didn't want his son turning out 'soft', but only agreed on the hope that it might 'settle' Yancy down. In one way, it did. Yancy would have left school much earlier if he didn't have the 'reward' of learning about dance and music in a way that was easier for him to access.
It also meant that by making his own way home from those classes while he was in high school, he was able to take diversions. One such diversion brought him down a path he took with pride - the greaser life. By visiting local car events, he began to slip into this lifestyle and never looked back. It was wonderful being able to get out of the house and learn more about cars, motorcycles, other vehicles, and how they all work. It only fuelled his interest of being a mechanic.
Unfortunately, his parents were far from impressed.
His father was a proud man. He had grown up on the streets. When he thought of greasers, all he could see were the gangs. Yancy could do better than that, he would insist. He could do better than the miserable life he was setting himself up for. He would focus hard on all Yancy's failings like it would be the wake-up call his son needed. To no surprise, the pair argued a lot.
His mother was overprotective. She believed that by keeping him at home and safe, he would 'grow out of the phase’ and become 'responsible’ to stay away from the gang life that he had no actual involvement in. Her intentions were well-meaning, but it suffocated him. A curfew was imposed to keep him out of trouble. She or one of his older siblings would collect him after school to make sure he went straight home without any 'distractions'. Any good thing he tried to tell her was received with what he believed was fake support. She was waiting for him to act 'normal’.
Over time, Yancy began growing more frustrated and amplified his efforts to show his parents that he knew what was best for him, even if it wasn't what they wanted. He bet the odds stacked up against him and got an apprenticeship in a local mechanics, despite dropping out of high school at 16. The mechanic was very happy with him and help fund his attendance of a night-time course in one of the local schools to help him get the basic understandings. Even if school had been a struggle, he was excelling in a class that finally interested him. The following year, he had the knowledge to correctly identify a problem in the engine of the family car. However, because a second problem popped up underneath it, Yancy was blamed for making the car worse (despite not examining that area at all) and was made cover half the cost of repairs.

A few tips for writing blogs!
Im not much of a writer, but as a reader and someone who requests writing alot, i do as much as i can to make sure im treating writers correctly and supporting their work.
However, some little things make it harder for me and readers alike to do so! Thus, ive made this post to help any current or future writers improve on anything that needs improving!
Essentials:
First and foremost, these are things your blog must need in order to communicate with your readers well! If we arent able to communicate, theres a lack of understanding of how the writer and the blog opperates! Every writer is different, we cant assume that asks are open or requests are closed. Use your bio to communicate!
You MUST:
• include who/what you write for
• indicate what is or is not open for reader interaction (eg: whether asks, requests, ships etc are open or not)
• navigate your rules and conditions! Whether its through a link or a tag, please ALWAYS include this! Its arguably the most crucial part of a writing blog!
• let us know any important info before we decide to interact or follow, such as hiatuses, breaks, unsteady uploading due to personal reasons (reasons you shouldn't feel pressured to disclose!). Make sure your readers know how your doing, we care about you!
• if you have a masterlist, link/tag it! Always include this in your bio, or make a notice if theres one to come!
Not every blog is very active, not every blog posts daily, thats okay! We have lives outside of the internet, and your viewers and writers must understand that!
Communication:
~ If theres an aspect of your blog that needs daily/regular updating or maintenance, make it your responsibility to do that. For example, if you have a masterlist, remind yourself to update it! Its important! If youre not as active on your blog and dont have the time to update it, either let your followers know or dont have one.
~ be inclusive; stop this silly default idea of all protagonists or readers being pale skin, regular size, nuclear family! We are black, asian, short, gay, trans, european, arabic, african, only child, orphan! Dont limit readers to American/British (yes it seems silly but its crazy the amount if requests ive seen be ruined by this stereotyped idea) and dont assume we can 'flush bright red' or 'go out with mum and dad'. Alter your writing to be descriptive but up to ones imagination! Not describing the main character wont ruin your writing!
~ let your followers be aware of what your not comfortable with! Yes we can ask, but its a lot more transparent and convenient if you include this in your rules or guidelines! Your followers should not overstep bounderies! Be assertive, its okay to decline a request if it makes you uncomfortable!
~ In the scenario that you dont want to write or fill out a request, dont just ignore it! Let the user know, whether its by answering the ask honestly or messaging them. Its generally more polite and transparent; some asks get eaten by tumblr so we tend to resend them! Deleting asks and moving on with no notice might make us think you just havent seen it!
~ Dont take harassment. Youre a writer, not an object of entertainment. Know your bounderies and stand your ground. If harassment increases to the point that its altering the experience of interacting with your blog, dont be afraid to let followers know if youre going to take a break, block people, delete malicious asks, taking off the anonymous option. We dont want you to fall for petty harassment but we also dont want our experience to be ruined by trolls on the internet!
~ dont judge people by their requests (within reason). When answering a request, whether youre denying it or accepting it, dont tease or insult people for whatever scenario, prompt, trope or k*nk (censored for those who dont feel comfortable!) a reader may have sent your way. If you dont want to write for it, kindly decline and move on. See or come across something extreme or harmful? Report and/or block, simple! The best way of preventing this problematic types of asks or readers is by either letting them kmow you wont write for them or simply not giving them the attention they want.
Last of all,
Tumblr media
Thank you all for reading, feel free to add anything else you feel is important for a writing blog to include! I dont mean any harm or aggression in this post, i just want to help out those who might need it!

Month 10 Mastery Journal
This month in Entertainment Media Publishing and Distribution has taught me a lot. I now have a better understanding of agents, publishers, licensing, and distribution. I know what to look for when shopping music around to an agent. In week one I wrote a query letter to and agent. This was a first for me but now I know why a lot of things get declined or overlooked, due to not be done or handle correctly. Also, understanding what agent to look for and submit things to. I also learned that in looking for and agent you can use YouTube, which doesn’t surprise me because everything is on YouTube. When I first thought about this month, I didn’t know what to expect. I was thinking I would probably learn about how to market my music to get and distribution deal. What I have learned has exceeded my expectations. With understanding that there is a different agent for each thing in the industry and you must make sure to pick the right one. I also got to put together a press kit for my project. Press kit can give a company so more insight on you as and artist. It includes your bio, videos, social media, and booking info just to name a few. Also learned if for a chance I want to write a book or one of my artists wants to write a back, I know what to tell them to write in their book proposal. I know how to target the audience and describe the book in 500 words or less. Month 10 of entertainment business Master of Science has really brought things together. I will take what I have learned and apply it to my career and company. I can’t wait to graduate and start my career in what I love, which is music. As the month comes to a close, I look at what I learned in comparing distribution companies. There is one company that everybody can use to distribute the funds. YouTube is the biggest distribution out there. If it wasn’t for YouTube a lot of artists wouldn’t even be noticed. YouTube has made a lot of people famous. This month can make or break my career. I am glad to have and understanding and will tie it into my business plan.

Will you take this rose? Bachelor Jeyna
Reyna’s heels clicked against the marble floor as she walked down the long hallway like all the rose events before. She placed her hand over her heart, feeling it thump rapidly against it. Breathe. Reyna thought as she paused for a moment. Why am I so nervous? She opened her eyes, touching the bracelet on her left wrist before looking ahead at the french doors leading to the garden. A beautiful remains of a sunset greeted her as it dipped underneath the horizon. The soft ocean breeze caressed her face as she stepped out. Faced away from her is a familiar silhouette with his hands tucked into his pockets, mostly fiddling with his good luck charm.
“Is this for dramatic effect, Jason?” Reyna asked, forcing the nerves out of her voice.
“You know me,” Jason started as he turned slightly, grinning over his shoulder. “I’m always like to please the producers.” Reyna shook her head as she approached, taking in his outfit. The gray suit is flattering, accenting his broad shoulders and long legs. A blue handkerchief poked out of the pocket, matching the shade of Reyna’s gown. Either her stylist is very good at guessing or conspiring with Jason’s. Beside him sat a small iron wire table with champagne flutes and a tray of roses. Two sat on the silver platter. Reyna pursed her lips. There were only four girls left. Jason followed her gaze before looking up. “Ah, you’ve noticed.”
“I can count.” Reyna replied, standing beside him taking in the wonderful view. Five amazing girls remained in the competition if the audience counted Reyna. But she never counted herself. This year’s Bachelor came with a twist. The Bachelor had an inside girl who would help him with his decision. Reyna competed like the other girls, living at the mansion, participating on group dates, even having her own one-on-one date with Jason. It felt surreal having every moment of her life televised, lying to the girls she grew close bonds with and dating-not-dating Jason.
“I wanted to do the rose ceremony differently.” Jason replied, offering a champagne flute. “We could never talk candidly with everyone around.”
“We’re never really alone.” Reyna replied as she turned. The folds of her gown spun with her movement as she plucked the drink from his fingers. “Who did you give the roses to?” She asked, tracing her finger over the silver platter. Jason caught her hand before she reached one. “No touching?” Jason shook his head, pressing his lips to her fingers. A shiver rippled through her. Sly move. She thought, licking her lips.
“No, not yet.” He said, entwining their fingers together as he lead them away from the tray to look at the view. Jason stood behind Reyna, loosely wrapping his arms around her waist and chin resting on her bare shoulder. She relaxed into his hold, placing her hand over his, and leaned into his warmth.
“Piper was one.” Jason said after a moment. His breath tickled her ear. “I gave it to her during our date. Annabeth was before you.” Reyna nodded her head, agreeing on those two girls. They were her favorites, both kind, generous and good people. Piper makes Jason carefree with her spontaneous personality. Annabeth challenges him with her ideas, makes him think rather than react. Reyna’s close to both, knowing they would keep in touch regardless of the outcome of the competition.
“Good choices. I like those two.” Reyna said, tracing circles against Jason’s skin. He tightened his hug as Reyna looked at him. Jason’s gaze was focused on her. “What are you thinking, Grace?”
“Us. What lead us here.” Jason replied honestly.
“If I remember correctly, Percy.” Reyna said as she smiled at the memory. “He sent your headshot, bio and contact info to the try-outs. You got a callback and then another and then another. It sort of spiraled from there.” She turned in his arms. “Do you regret it?”
“Not when I knew you were with me.” Jason said. “Do you remember our first date?”
“You mean the one where we lounged around the beach house all day, watching Disney movies and playing truth or dare.” Reyna laughed as she stepped out of his arms. Jason grinned as well, laughing at the memory. She was the last one to go on a date with Jason. Weeks of hearing stories of wonderful excursions, candle light dinners or moonlight beach walks, Reyna didn’t know what to expect. When her letter came with a box of flip flops and a hoodie, Reyna knew they would mess with the audience. “Goodness, we did nothing that whole day, just talked about anything. Felt like college all over again.”
“Yeah…” Jason murmured. “It was my favorite date.” Reyna faltered, licking her lips unconsciously as she looked back at Jason. He glanced at the floor before meeting her. “It felt so natural and easy being with you, learning more about you. I can’t believe you’re afraid of ghost.”
“Ah, I said believe in ghost. Not afraid.” Reyna corrected, jabbing his chest. Jason chuckled and Reyna felt her heart flutter at the sound. “I had to make up some stupid story to the girls about some amazing dinner to keep them off my trail.”
“Dinner was amazing.” Jason said, sounding slightly offended.
“It was mac and cheese, Romeo.” Reyna reminded as he wrapped his hands around hers.
“Still amazing.” He insisted before the smile slipped off of his face. The breeze felt cold now without Jason holding her. The air grew tense as he looked at her like it was the very last time. “Only four girls left…”
“You don’t need me anymore?” Reyna asked, feeling a lump in her throat.
“God no.” Jason whispered, stepping closer his lips almost brushed her forehead. He looked down at her with those deep blue eyes America fell in love with, that Reyna fell in love with. “I need you, Reyna. I will always need you.” Those words were for her. Not for the cameras trained on them or the audience watching on the edge of their seats but for Reyna and Reyna alone.
“I’ve asked you so much in this competition being my insider, helping me understand the girls. I’m going to ask you one more thing. No more jokes, Reyna.” Jason said, eyes focused solely on her. “Do you want to stay? Not as my mole or insider but as one of the girls, as a choice.” Reyna’s eyes widen, feeling her heartbeat rapidly against her chest she was certain the microphone could pick it up. “Throughout this whole experience, you’ve been my center, Reyna. You were someone I could turn to and feel like Jason, the awkward corny normal history buff, not Jason, the Bachelor. I’ve always known that I’ve had feelings for you but now it’s so apparent it hurts. I’m serious. No more games. I want to consider you as a choice, someone I can possibly spend my entire life with.”
“Jason…” Reyna whispered.
“I’m not pressuring you into anything but if you feel the same way as I do…” Jason stepped back, reaching for the rose on the tray and held it out to Reyna. “Will you accept this rose, Reyna?”
Reyna heard those words a dozen times in front of many cameras and people but this time is different. When did this stop being a game? Reyna wondered as she stepped towards him, curling one hand around the nape of his neck and tugged him down for a fleet kiss. Jason hummed against her lips, curling his arms around her waist. He tried to follow her as she pulled back, cradling his chin in her hands. “Is that a yes?” Jason asked cheekily as he slowly opened his eyes.
“Yes, Jason. I will accept it.”

Inaccessible Boot Device Windows 10
Tumblr media
Here we can see "Inaccessible Boot Device Windows 10" One of the foremost common errors experienced by Windows 10 users is that the Inaccessible Boot Device error. It's a typical "blue screen of death" (BSOD) error with the code 0x0000007b, which regularly shows up during Windows startup and happens after a Windows 10 upgrade, Windows 10 anniversary update or Windows 10 reset. This error message often stops computers from booting correctly. It tells users that their PC has developed a drag, and restarting is important to deal with the purported error. It also says Windows is collecting some error info and can restart at a given percentage.
Meaning of Inaccessible Boot Device Error (error code 0x0000007b)
Windows typically updates itself automatically, which is particularly exciting when a replacement update is unrolled. However, this auto-update is susceptible to introduce an enormous problem. Imagine eagerly expecting Windows 10 to reboot itself after an update, only to ascertain the error code 0x0000007b on your screen. Then, after a couple of moments, your PC restarts everywhere again. Just picture that scene and picture how it feels. This error message implies that Windows couldn't access the system partition while attempting to startup. The problem (obviously) forced Windows to restart everywhere again. Several Windows 10 users have reported the prevalence of this error message in computers running an SSD. But what are the causes of the inaccessible boot device error? Read on to seek out out.
Causes of Inaccessible Boot Device Error In Windows 10:
