Miles as your annoying younger brother.

He steals a lot of your shit. Hoodies? Gone. Pens and markers? it's already inside his bag. Those rings you just bought? Already on his fingers. He doesn't tell you, he just grabs what he finds and you magically see it with him the next day.

The type of sibling that would scream out loud for no reason. You know when you're both just chilling on the couch watching TV, and he suddenly yells a "HOYAAA" this earns him a smack on the head from you

You both have a strong bond tho, so when he found out he was Spiderman, he just knew that he had to tell you first.

You wasted about 10 minutes cackling when he bought the Spiderman merch

"Who tf buys their own merch?" "Bro stfu"

You'd find sketches of your sleeping face on his notebooks, with the whole mouth open, drool down your chin look.

You may have burned that notebook without telling him

...he found out.

Whenever the two of you fought, mama rio comes to save the day by smacking the both of you in the heads and saying that the two of you can't come outside of your room until you make up

So really, what happens here is the two of you sit on your respective beds, arms crossed, eyes glaring at each other and you just have this silent competition to see who'd cave in first

Like after a few minutes of the glaring contest, his lips would start to quiver as he tries to hold himself back from laughing

You follow right after until you're both laughing your asses off

you vibe to every genre of music. Rap? You both fuck up the lyrics and just start babbling and spitting saliva everywhere gross. Kpop? The two of you end up memorizing the choreographies and would sometimes have a dance off (but it always ends with someone accidentally hitting the other). Classical? Please you two would play imaginary instruments, with fully exaggerated "posh" faces while twirling around yalls room like ballerinas

as kids, he's easy to get lost in huge places like the mall or the amusement park and you're left with the responsibility to find him

once you do find him tho u just follow him around secretly until he gives up and starts crying in the middle of the crowd

"What took you so long?!" "I'm so sorry Milesss I tried so hard to look for you."

Sometimes you'd distance yourself to pretend that he indeed got lost

“Was different last night, wasn’t it?” Jungkook mindlessly hums as he picks at the leftover pizza on the coffee table. Doesn’t even really want it. Just wants the perfectly circular pepperoni that’s embedded in the top of the slice, but eventually decides against it, knowing it’s been sitting out for way too long.

“Hm?” Jimin grumbles from the sofa, scrolling on his phone, paying Jungkook very little attention.

Jimin's still a bit hungover, but The Notebook has been watched already, and a Powerade has been inhaled at such a speed Jungkook thought it’d come right back out through his nose. He’s as good as he’ll get for the remainder of the day.

Just back from the gym, Jungkook is in far better shape than Jimin is right now - but it makes sense. He was behind the bar last night, just like he is most nights.

“DB’s glitter,” Jungkook adds, as if that would have been a logical conclusion for Jimin to have reached from his vague questioning. Fails to realise it's only him with the constant thoughts of you. “Was different, wasn’t it?”

Chunkier, he thinks. More noticeable, or at least, easier to count the flecks.

Still pretty. Always pretty.

“Y’know, she was joking that it’s a men repellent,” Jungkook smiles fondly, remembering the way you always shine underneath the lights of Dionysus. “How mad is that? Glitter? Men repellent? Makes no sense.”

He fails to realise that your comments are less about attraction, more about men who like to act without thinking of consequences. Glitter leaves a trace - of which Jungkook’s learned the easy way, his pillows still saturated in teeny tiny sparkles from that one time you crashed in his room.

Those traces become evidence. Keeps the men with girlfriends away, and warns off the pathetic excuses of men who don’t understand boundaries. Less of man repellent, more of a scumbag barrier.

It’s also fun to be a walking disco ball, which is your primary reason for coating yourself in the stuff, even if the nickname is slightly less than favourable. You give them all glares whenever you hear it, but you only blush when it’s Jungkook saying the magic words.

“Always notice it,” Jungkook continues, a little smile resting on his boyish lips. As he toys with his lip ring, it glistens in the mid-morning light. “Glitter, I mean. Whenever girls come to the bar, now. If they’re wearing glitter, I’m always like, ‘Huh. You’re probably fun.’ Not in, like, a weird way. Just that… maybe they’re like DB. Y’know?”

“Mhmm,” Jimin agrees. “Fun, yeah.”

“No one else wears it better, though,” Jungkook praises. Is utterly lost in memories of you from the night before.

The way you had giggled every time a Purple Starfucker was passed over the bar. The messy space buns you'd had in your hair, and how there was even glitter in them. The pout you'd given him as you'd said goodbye, and the way Danbi had literally dragged you to the door, those cosmic calamities you like to call eyes still on him.

Smiling, as if he's just won an eBay bid for another 'sculpture' to add to his collection, Jungkook mindlessly continues his train of thought.

“DB just… well, she is glitter, isn’t she? Like a… Like a little shooting star. I always think that, y’know. Whenever she’s in the club. Just zooming about like a little shooting star.”

His smile is so sweet, eyes so sparkly - just like they always are whenever he thinks of you.

“You’ve got a zoom meeting?” Jimin finally looks up from his phone, expression a little vacant. “With who?”

“What?”

“Sorry, were you talking?” Jimin bares his teeth a little awkwardly. Hadn’t been listening at all. Hadn’t even realised he’d been responding.

Had been too engrossed in a 5-Minute Crafts video. Was far more interested in seeing how they’d turn a pair of shoelaces into a pencil - resin is how, and an industrial size drill that no regular household would ever need. Disappointing. Still, he’d watched the entire thing.

“Did you hear anything I said?” Jungkook frowns, yet to realise that it’s a blessing in disguise. Jimin would never let it go.

“...Yes?”

The roll of Jungkook’s eyes is subtle as he heads into his bedroom. Has an assignment to finish off. Can’t be dilly-dallying, fawning over fuckin’ glitter.

“Hey,” Jungkook calls back, just before he turns into his room. “You and DB… that’s like… that’s not a thing, right?”

“DB?” Jimin glances over to Jungkook, curious by his line of questioning. Shakes his head. “Nothing more than what it was.”

“So you guys aren’t, like…”

Hooking up? Mutually interested? Intending on round two?

“Why?” Jimin smirks, not needing him to finish. “You got a crush?”

“No,” Jungkook defends almost too quickly. “Just curious. S’all.”

“No,” Jimin mimics. Jungkook groans, slamming his door shut, which just earns a laugh from his housemate. Doesn’t believe him for a second. “Just curious.”

“SHUT UP!”

Jimin laughs again, then shakes his head. Is quiet, as he mutters to himself. “Cute.”

Cas tells him smth smth “don’t give me this 'our city' bullshit no one will miss some orphans and their caretakers” before Gortash pushes him against the wall and makes out with him as the screams of the innocent get drowned by actual fireworks💜

if Gortash has to be somewhere it's probably at some... big Upper City ball where he's asked to hold a speech. He asks Cas to join him and they spend the night walking up to nobility and talking to them condescendingly 🙏 the further it goes the more they just start straight up insulting them.... Gortash and Cas both tell each other how idiotic New Years is and how these dumb nobles celebrate it so dramatically yet when it's 12 they still end up at some quiet spot, Cas playing with the rings on Gortash's hand and tracing his own fingers along his' as Gortash drunk leans against his shoulder and they look over the city. theyd yap something about how a new year brings new ways to gain more power but neither of them is actually thinking about it in this moment really

Snow is falling as your father drives through the streets of Birmingham. The houses are decorated with Christmas lights, giving the streets a cozy look. The snow even adds a little magic to it.

You're on your way to the Simpson's house to celebrate Christmas eve. Derek is a very good friend of your father as they both work at the golf course. They even went to school together when they were kids. But it's only since a certain event that they got really close. 10 years ago when you were 15 years old, your mom got into a car accident. When she had a green light, another car from another direction crashed into her. The car from your mother crashed into a building. She survived but was in a coma for three months. The Simpsons took you in as you were a minor and still had to go to school and your father was almost always at the hospital by your mother's side. They also took your father in because he was heartbroken and thought your mother was never going to get out of this. Because of these events, your family feels like family to them and since that year you all celebrate Christmas eve together.

Your dad drives up the driveway of the Simpson's house. As you and your mother get out, your father is already taking the presents out of the back of the car. "Dad, I'll help you", you say to him and you take some of the presents over from him. Your mom is already by the door as she smiles at you two. "My two favorite Christmas elves", she says and your dad jokingly rolls his eyes. Your mom rings the doorbell and a few seconds later Brad opens the door. "Brad!", you scream. "Y/n!!", he screams back and you fall in each other's arms for a big hug. You haven't seen Brad in months because he was on tour with The Vamps. You've missed him a lot as you two are such close friends.

Brad lets all of you in and gives your mom and dad also a hug. “Mom, they are here”, Brad shouts as he takes the jackets and hangs them in a closet. Anne-Marie, Brad’s mom, and Derek appear in the doorway. “It’s so good to see you all”, she says and hugs your mother first. “It’s been way too long”, your mom says and hugs her even tighter. Your dad is already talking to Derek. “y/n sweetheart, I’m so glad to see you”, Anne Marie says and also gives you a tight hug. “Since Brad is back from tour all he is talking about is seeing you again”, she whispers in your ear. You can’t help but smile at that, you’ve been missing him a lot too.

Once everyone is done greeting each other, Anne Marie leads you to the living room. When you enter the room Jack jumps off the couch and runs over to you. He jumps up at you and you try to pet him but he is too wild from all the enthusiasm. “He loves you a lot”, Brad says. “Of course he does, he loves me more than you”, you say jokingly. Brad sticks his tongue out in response and you do the same, making him laugh.

“So how was tour?”, you ask Brad as you sit down on the couch. “It was so fucking amazing, it felt like ages ago since we were on a stage and the crowds were amazing”. “I’m glad it was ‘fucking amazing’”, you say and you repeat the words in Brad’s typical Birmingham accent. You always do this, not to make fun of him or his accent but because you love his accent so much. Most times you fail in copying his accent as you’re not from Birmingham. Brad tells you all about tour, he tells you about every show. For a second you even forget that your families are also in the same room.

Not much later Anne-Marie says that everyone has to move to the dining table as she is going to start with the food. You’re sitting next to Natalie, Brad’s sister, and Brad is sitting in front of you. Like the child he sometimes is he is kicking your leg with his foot. “You sure you’re an adult?”, you ask him jokingly. “I’m older than you”. “I’m older than you”, you repeat in his accent, making him laugh.

Like always Anne-Marie’s food is delicious. That’s one of the things you missed when you moved back home when your mom was better. Since then she is like a second mother to you. You love it to be here, especially because your best friend also lives here. When you lived here, you and Brad became close. He was always there to comfort you when you were sad or when you were struggling. He felt like a brother to you. He is also just a few years older than you. Through the years you became closer and closer but he doesn’t feel like a brother anymore. He feels like your soulmate, like someone who is always going to be by your side.

After everyone is done eating you and Brad go to his room. It’s 10PM which means it’s still two hours until it’s time to open the presents. “It’s like you still live here”, you notice when you enter his room. Everything is still the same as before he moved to his own house. “I left most of my stuff here and my parents want to keep it like this. They still want me to feel at home when I’m here”, Brad explains. “They are still having it difficult with that you left I think” “It’s better than in the beginninb,but yeah, it was not easy for them as we're so close as a family”.

You sit on the bed and Brad sits next to you. “I’ve been thinking about buying or renting my own apartment too, I’ve worked a lot the past 2 years after uni and I think it’s time”. “You go girl”, Brad says and bumps his shoulder with his. You have to smile at him, his eyes are shinier than normal which means he is truly happy. You lay down on the bed, facing the ceiling. “Do you remember 10 years ago when you were here that we would always talk about the future and how it would look?”. “Do you remember?”, you repeat him and look at him, “Of course I do, I was going to live in a villa in Los Angeles as I was going to be married to Dylan O’Brien”. Brad can’t help but laugh hysterically. “I remember you saying that, you were sooo in love with him because of that tv show, how is it called again, Teen Wolf”. “Shut up”, you laugh. You take a pillow and smash it in his face.

Brad lays down now too. He stares into your eyes and a smile is forming on his lips. “You look beautiful tonight”. “You look beautiful tonight”, you repeat him. “Why do you always repeat me?”, he asks genuinely. “I like your accent, I’ve always done that”, you say honestly. Brad doesn’t answer, he just stares at you. “What?”, you ask him. “I think it’s cute”, he tells you. You feel your cheeks heating up and you look away from him out of embarrassment. “Don’t be shy now”, he says and diverts your head back to his with his finger on your chin. “What would I do without you, Brad?”. “What would I do without you Brad?”, Brad repeats you now. You push his arm with your hand “What? Now I can’t do the same?”. “No, you can but my accent sucks”. “No, I like it, I like your voice”. “Please that’s cringe”. “So you can give me compliments but I can’t give you them?”, Brad pretends to be offended. “You can but saying you like my voice just sounded a little bit too much”, you say. “What compliments does the lady here like then?”. “I liked it when you called me beautiful”, you say while looking at your own hands. Brad takes your hand in his. “I can say it more if you want to because it’s the truth”. Now you’re looking at him again. His look is so soft and loving. Your eyes divert from his eyes to his lips and he does the same. Slowly Brad is closing the gap between you two. You can feel his breath and you notice he is breathing more erratically, meaning that he is nervous. You feel his lips touching yours slightly. Your heart is beating fast as if it’s going to explode.

“Sweethearts, it’s present time!”, you hear your mother scream from downstairs. As fast as you can you back off again. Without looking at Brad again, you stand up from the bed and you leave the room. “Yes mom, we’re coming down”.

We're all dumb and reading my cringey gay fan comic for a book that has completely taken over my life.

This chapter takes place during the "The Fall of Hyrule Castle" chapter aka chapter 2 of the manga.

And yeah there will be quite a few of these and I'll specify where they take place in the break downs. (I try to make it obvious in the comic itself but ya never know.)

Shadow is rambling evil little nonsense and gets dragged to the hell dimension which will look very familiar to us...

Also where the four heroes are trapped for 7 years. Well when they stopped being disembodied voices anyway.

Vaati drags Shadow here though to talk.

Shadow's just a cutie pie that wants to please the dude Ganon's no doubt been hyping up as a good alley lmao.

So that's why he recognized the ol wind mage. He saw his divine face before. Vaati's been shown to having shapeshifting magic so I found it fitting he could just...Look like his old disguise.

With the context for this line given: Makes you wonder what else Shadow knows lol.

Vaati being a mentor figure is smth I've always kinda seen him as. I noticed after skimming Vaati's scenes in minishcap Still haven't fully READ it but holy shit there's so many interesting things that link back to FSA....Like uh...How Minish cap Link MAKES THE FOUR SWORD.

I noticed they basically share all their abilities. So I head cannoned Vaati taught him things.

I like Vaati as a pathetic simp who is also a terrible abusive father. COPE. HE'S MY VAATI I DO WHAT I WANT WITH HIM.

Since I've spoiled Hero's shade showing up at some point Woops if you haven't seen any of his art lmfao this also mirrors how he teaches Twilight Princess Link things.

Baby wanted to impress his new dad but new dad is a fan of tough parenting. Vaati sets his expectations high from the get go.

Again: Shadow recognized this attack because Vaati freakin' taught him it. X'D

Fool him once, shame on him. Fool him twice, now Vaati you're just an asshole-

Smth you might notice if you've read the manga a million times:

He blows the four heroes away EASILY but can't get Vaati to budge.

Vaati is powerful lmao not Shadow being weak. XD

Vaati also links his disappointment to physical pain.

Vaati just showing off his power while also making thin threats. A blatant display of who's more powerful, he reenforces Shadow's fear of the light.

Haha. The wording here might ring a bell if you know specific lines from the manga.

Who the hell made Shadow feel worthless before?

Vaati. The answer is Vaati lmfao. Ganon probs too but he's being ignored rn cause I'm unsure if I even wanna touch him tbh.

Vaati's advice comes in handy here actually in more ways than one:

Shadow could shift into one of the heroes, and cause problem.

Shift into Link and cause issues for them.

Also Vaati mentions nobody trusting Shadow how he is.

Ties back into how he shifts into Vio later in the actual manga hah.

Again Vaati veils his and Ganon's disappointment as something to fear, but gives Shadow a small reward of physical affection.

Shadow Link imo obviously craves physical affection so Vaati giving it here is just to keep him on the line of behaving how they want him too.

Shadow can't tell he's being yanked along oof.

Vaati makes his relationship with Shadow clear: Keep in my good graces, I will reward you. Make me angry or disapointed and I will hurt you.

Shadow likes to think he has SOME amount of superiority over Vaati, that they're at least equals but Vaati ain't interested in that.

Hahahha. So much for that plan buddy.

Shadow's eyes were red the entire scene because he's a demon.

I've been strugglin since I'm not a very emotional person, like, I don't show love through words that much, my love language is acts of service and my ex made me feel like that's not valid and I should've just switched to words of affirmation, on top of that I've been having nightmares about my friends abandonin me because of the same thing

It had been two days since the breakup, and both monkeys had noticed the continued change with Y/N. Sadness was to be expected, but it worried them that even their usual tricks and shenanigans hadn't been able to draw more than a small smile from them. Tonight, they both were curled up with Y/N between them in their bed. Though normally it would be a violation, Macaque's intuition nudged him to close his eyes and gently lift his consciousness to the ever-fluid realm of dreams. It was black at first, with no substance, but then he heard the sobbing. Moving as lightly as the wind, he descended and found poor Y/N sobbing their heart out as faceless figures turned their backs on them. Present in the center was their ex, glaring at Y/N with disdain.

Macaque had seen enough. Gathering his powers, he extended a hand and wiped away the dream as if he were clearing a window. With one swipe downwards, the betrayals were gone, and in the upwards movement he gently ended the dream, opening his eyes to meet Y/N's, filled with tears. He scooted closer and put his arms around them, shushing them and wiping away their tears.

Wukong's golden eyes opened in response to the crying. "What happened?"

"They had a bad dream." The shadow-wielder's eyes met Wukong's, warning him not to ask questions just yet. Understanding, the monarch carefully put his arms around Y/N's waist and gave them a gentle hug.

"It's okay, Y/N, it was only a nightmare. You want us to get you something?"

"I-I'm fine." The poor thing sniffed. "You two won't ever leave me...right? Even if I'm annoying?"

Sun Wukong felt his heart twinge. "Of course not, Y/N. No matter what happens, and you're not annoying in the slightest."

"Hey," Macaque tilted Y/N's face up to look at him as he gave one of his mischievous smiles. "How about tomorrow we go out for some ice cream, huh? You can get whatever you want. I'll even get a ring and propose to you so we can get it for free."

"And why don't I get to fake-propose to them?"

"Because, Wukong, you'd probably mess it up and embarrass Y/N."

"I would not."

Y/N interjected, "Hey, no arguing. You can both fake-propose to me so we can all get free ice cream. Now can we please get back to sleep?"

The two monkeys apologized before settling down, encasing Y/N once more in warmth and acceptance. This time when they slept, Macaque was sure to enter their dreams and use his magic to give them a more happy setting: An entire island made of candy that never ran out that they could eat to their heart's content. If he had to observe their every dream to keep the nightmares at bay, then he'd visit them every single night for the rest of their life.

THE LONG CONVO WAS UHHH. they were on like a specship docking station nd these guys tell the doctor (main guy who rang his kid) that the spaceship he’s going onto has rumours of a massive disease outbreaak, and so he better be careful and also they say he should like. feed info back to them . and be a rat basically . the doctor says “nuh uh thats confidential” and they all get sad bc they dont have access to a mole

the meeting is where we discover that actually theres NOT a disease outbreak , thats just a backup story to prevent more people going onto the ship. they’re travelling to the moon to investigate this weird black pole thing (th same pole frm the monkeys) bc it has a super strong super weird magnetic field . its said that it must have been dug down into the ground purposely bc its so deep…

…which brings us nicely to the AWFUL RINGING SCENE . theyve found the pole and are investigating it — behavior is notably VERY similar 2 tha monkeys. they reach forwards and touch it hesitantly, crowd around it in a circle… the reason however that it might be ringing for us NOW but was not ringing for the monekys PREVIOUSLY could be just because we, the viewer, ARE humans, adn thus cannot hear the sound the moneksy heard

JUPITERS MISSION IS WHERE THE MAIN PLOT COMES IN ! with hal and frank and dave . uhh more or less u seem to understand most of the first bit of this, but just to put it out there that the people who are in a coma are the people who were on the voyage to th moon to investigate the magnetic field .

HAL AND DAVE ARE SO. THEY ARE JUST SO. U GET IT

the argument with hal was brought on previously — do u remember the convo dave and frank had in the pod when they thought hal could not hear them ? the convo abt cutting hal off if it turned out that the communications device was NOT broken aftr all? thtas why hal killed frank, and why hal wanted to kill dave

this is literally so ugly but i have to get this out of my head or whatever.

uhhhh this is actually my first time describing in detail how the torture is done, so expect badly written gore lol

didn't check for grammar mistakes cus i'm so sleep deprived and it's about midnight or smth rn

Antagonist grinned and crossed his arms. "Wanna know where your little friend is?"

Azrael tensed slightly. It's a trap. This is definitely a fucking trap, don’t fall for it. "Where is Dani." God dammit. You fucking idiot. You stupid bastard, you just doomed us.

"Not telling~" the other grinned again. "But I can tell you one thing... They scream so beautifully~"

Stay calm. "What did you do to them." Azrael's turned the knife in his hand— a nervous habit he wished he could repress— over and over. Stop that. Don’t show weakness.

Antagonist stepped closer and circled around him. "Something we both know you would have eventually done, you psycho." No. Don't be what I think it is.

"Antagonist", he spat, failing to repress most of his emotions, "What. Did. You. Do."

It was quiet, except for the other’s constant pacing around Azrael.

Despite his whole head screaming at him to jump Antagonist and put him through the same thing he did years ago, Azrael stayed relatively calm.

"I think you already know." No. "And I must admit, their begging was quite wonderful." No. "They're still alive, don't worry. Though I'm not sure if anyone could live like this." No. No. No no no no no.

"Antagonist." The man stopped in his pacing and looked at him. "I challenge you to a fight. One weapon of choice and no magic. Winner gets to do whatever he wants with the loser's corpse. Do you accept."

The taller considered his offer. "Of course. Count of three?"

"Three."

"Two."

Azrael just stood there, knife in hand. It looked like he was bored. Antagonist didn’t move either. He didn’t trust himself to make the first move.

"One."

"Y'know, maybe I would have spared you if you left Dani out of this." One step forward. "But that's typical for you, isn’t it? Do you remember what happened that night?"

Step.

"If you didn’t scream for your siblings, I would have never known they even existed." Antagonist took a step back. "So on a technical level, their deaths are your fault."

Step.

"You killed them."

Step.

"You killed your oh so precious siblings. You and you alone." Antagonist took another step back.

"N-no. I didn't!"

Step.

"Is that so? Or is that the lie you feed yourself every morning?"

"I'll fucking kill you, shut up!" Got him. "I didn’t kill them! You did!" Antagonist lunged at the other.

Azrael side-stepped the attack easily and jammed his knife into the other’s side before quickly pulling it out, letting blood stain the floor.

"I'll- I'll fucking kill you!" Another attack that was side-stepped.

"And you know what I'll do?", Azrael asked. Not waiting for an answer, he continued, "I'll take your eyes—"

As Antagonist dashed towards him again, he harshly pulled the man's hair back and rammed his knife into one of Antagonist's eyes, forcing a bloodcurling scream to fill the whole dorm. Then he pushed the man away, giving him time to 'recover'.

Still as determined as before, Antagonist sprinted towards Azrael again. A second time he was caught int the murderer's hands. "—then I'll break your jaw and cut your tongue out—

Azrael put the knife into his own mouth, holding it, before prying Antagonist's mouth open with both of his bloody hands. The man felt like throwing up as some of his own blood trickled down his throat. For a while, Azrael didn’t do anything besides running his fingers along the other’s teeth. Azrael was enjoying this. Then he forced the other’s jaw to open wider. Further and further until it popped— and eventually— cracked. Antagonist would scream again, if it didn't hurt so much.

His ears were ringing and his head felt dizzy already. He didn't even know if he was still carrying the knife.

Then he felt something cold brush his tongue. He didn’t even register what happened until he got pushed away again, stumbling to the floor.

He could barely hear the footsteps that slowly got closer. Antagonist felt himself being lifted by his hair. It hurt, but that was nothing in comparison to his injuries.

"—and then i'll cut off your ears, so when you arrive in hell, blind, deaf and mutilated, everyone who'll look at you will know; This is him. This is the fool who thought he could best Azrael."

i'm curious: how do you imagine all the slytherin 5th yrs/your ocs in ttdl looking? ie eye color, hair, height, fashion, etc, since regulus isn't really one to take note of these things lmao

excellent use of understatement, regulus is surrounded by magical talking sacks of potatoes of varying sizes and also evan

one thing i want to make clear right off the bat is that in my head, regulus has short hair - i am not against depictions of him with long hair, i just really latched onto it as a visual opposition to sirius afhsglskdfhdskj. like the summary of my mental image of regulus is 'short hair, incredibly buttoned-up all-black clothing'

okay SO. i'm going to kind of radiate outwards from regulus to get an order for how to do this, so let's start with barty:

it's established that he's quite tall, by which i mean over six feet and basically all arms and legs - i think it's amusing to make him rather scarecrow-esque given that he canonically has straw blond hair or smth like that (i don't remember the exact description? and of course it's possible i've made this up lmao i live in a fairly different world from canon). i also think it's funny that he's so much taller than regulus. they were similar heights in first year and then barty just shot upwards and regulus. didn't

i think of him with kind of ambiguously hazel-ish brown eyes

he doesn't need glasses now but oh boy he will. the boy is slowly destroying his eyes with all that nighttime reading

also i will let you in on a secret which is that one of the reasons that i don't often describe what characters are wearing (besides the fact that regulus doesn't really give a shit) is because with many of the characters, my mental image immediately jumps to muggle clothing, but given the worldbuilding of ttdl, they absolutely wouldn't be wearing that

barty is one of these characters. my mind ALWAYS jumps to 'future disheveled professor' and listen, i don't know WHY i keep manifesting khakis, but i do afjlskghskfghjdkjfsk (i think in some ways it's similar to me latching onto short hair for regulus - i like the idea of barty bastardizing business casual, given his father). one thing that CAN translate onto the page (or onto the word doc) is rather haphazardly rolled-up sleeves. barty's basically the only person in that dorm room who ever shows more than an inch of forearm. he rolls up his sleeves to think better

i feel like i've gone over what evan looks like in a fair amount of detail in ttdl, but some details that don't make it onto the page/word doc: he's precisely 2 inches taller than regulus (although they don't know this because neither of them has measured), and my brain is always manifesting either dress robes or a sweater and button down combination. also, this will come up in a future chapter, but evan also wears a heir ring (an heir ring?) - his is gold because the rosiers are just Like That™

honestly a lot of evan's appearance comes from me taking the phrase 'golden boy' and running with it - gold shows up a LOT with house rosier and wow i could talk a lot more about that but! that's outside the scope of this ask, which i don't want to respond to with a million words

ok let's do emma next:

5'9 which renders her the tiniest bit taller than evan

straight black hair that's like... shoulder-blade length? idk how to describe this afjsgkhskfj like - not quite mid-back, but clearly past her shoulders. center part and she usually has it pulled back into a ponytail with a hair ribbon, but it is a relief to actually let it down afhsglshdfj, so occasionally she does a half up/half down to keep it out of her face without pulling it all up

very dark brown eyes

emma is, at her core, a jock, but when she's not wearing either the hogwarts uniform or her quidditch uniform, she tends towards very simple, comfy robes in jewel tones - big fan of greens and blues. sometimes she matches her hair ribbon with her robes but she's not obsessed with doing it (and a lot of the time it's just accidental because she happens to own a lot of green ribbons afjsghsjkfj)

she also likes painting her nails - she's not the type to always have them painted (because she lets the polish chip all the way off before doing more), but she does paint them a lot

she has a necklace that she wears pretty much all the time (she doesn't wear it for quidditch because a chain around your neck when you're flying around and changing directions really fast is a Bad Idea) which her parents gave her for her twelfth birthday - it's a pendant with a calligraphy-style letter E

ok now on to maeve!

literally an entire foot shorter than barty, maybe a little more

long black hair with a center part - if it's getting in her face she's more likely to just deal than she is to do anything about it, but if she Has to do something with it (like if she's in potions and her hair is at risk of dipping itself into the cauldron) then she'll throw it into a ponytail. so she usually has a ribbon or something in her bag just in case

wears a lot of jewel tones because she's a bulstrode, favors purple

maeve likes accessorizing - she's usually wearing earrings and some rings, and she switches it up instead of having Go-Tos that she wears every day. but she's not a huge necklace person - like she's fine with them but they're a special occasion thing for her instead of an everyday thing

however, maeve does not like accessorizing as much as lucinda does. no one likes accessorizing as much as lucinda does. not even heather

WHICH BRINGS US TO LUCINDA

our first person with curly hair! lucinda's hair definitely has a looser curl pattern, but like, it's There. she likes headbands and scarves and rarely uses them to actually keep her hair out of her face. her hair is also black we have a lot of people with black hair in this fic afshlgsjfhdj

lucinda is all about color coordination, she lives for the matching hat/gloves/scarf combo (in which the hat could potentially actually be a headband, but sometimes it's more of a beret thing)

she always manifests in preppy clothes in my head, but like.... 80s prep. but without the shoulder pads

a solid 5'4, which makes her the second-shortest of the slytherin 5th years, maeve being the shortest and regulus being the next tallest

her nails are Always painted

to round out the 5th years before moving on, let's do charlotte:

around evan and emma's height

long brown hair that's usually in one braid, but it's not a super tight braid

charlotte is with emma in the 'simple, comfortable robes' camp, although she does like very flowy sleeves, and then she berates herself for the flowy sleeves because they get in the way as she's writing. many of her clothes have tiny little ink splotches along the cuffs

she likes earrings but doesn't like how the dangly ones get tangled in her hair so she pretty much exclusively wears studs

ALSO manifests to me in the sweater and button down combo for some reason

wow i just want to pause here and reflect on how i keep forgetting to include people's eye colors. anyway maeve has brown eyes, lucinda green, and charlotte brown

ok i'm not gonna do all my OCs in this one post because again i don't want it to be a million words long, so i'll finish up with heather, geoff, and megan!

heather:

coily black hair that's in a bob, but like, a bob with a hell of a lot of layers because triangle hair is a bitch. heather also favors headbands and scarves as hair accessories (the scarves-as-headbands in particular are In at the moment)

well not pink EVERYTHING but it's her favorite color and you can tell. even regulus can tell

also heather gets cold easily so she usually has some kind of extra layer - often it's under her robes as opposed to over, but she loves a good blanket cape moment

has simply grown accustomed to all the gray cat hair because it's how priscilla parkinson shows affection (or rather, curling up in heather's lap is how priscilla shows affection, and the cat hair is a natural side effect). like heather knows spells to get rid of it but it Will simply continue to accumulate

geoff:

short brown hair and hazel eyes

he's a little taller than emma, i'll call him like 5'10 (which is also how tall lily is in my head!)

the slytherin quidditch team are clustered as such: regulus is 5'6, theophania is 5'7 (yeah it hurts to be shorter than a third-year but she *is* fourteen and regulus is fifteen and theophania is tall for her age so. whatever), evan is 5'8, emma is 5'9, and geoff is 5'10, and then thomas and megan are the outliers on either side. thomas is like 6 feet tall and megan is... ok i like researched the average heights of 12 year olds to figure this out and then forgot, but i'll call her 5'2

the hot guys are also divided into guilds. there are world exploration guild, guild of royal purveyors, magic & sorcery guild, casino guild, gourmet guild, gaming guild, cultural & public relations guild, mechanics guild, guild of chivalric knights, fantasy opera guild, sweeper guild, and surfing guild.

i counted all the guys and there are 49 guys we can choose from 💀

anYWAY about kuchen, he's the first character who caught my attention when i discover the game. he's a famous chocolatier, a very serious one and he's like a prodigy when it comes to chocolates no one can keep up with him so he prefers to work alone and he's a womanizer too 💀

about cyrus, he's a knight and he's also called as moon or lunar knight smth like that and he has a twin too (an unhinged one too). cold and distant in first impression but cyrus is rlly a nice guy, a devoted one too ^^

about canaan, he's a brat that's all i can say and he has a sweet tooth too. his job is also a ring maker. my first reaction when i saw his full sprite was 'hOWL?!'

Emotionless; that's one word to describe her personality. Okay, maybe she's not entirely emotionless, she just has a hard time expressing them, that's all. She's a girl who comes from a rich family, but even money can't buy her happiness. She hates life sometimes, but she tries, she supposes. Little does anyone know, she may have a more higher position in Amazing Mighty's eyes.

• Primeval Texture

A girl who...wasn't exactly a girl before, honestly. She's the result of a science experiment, that involved merging a bunch of random elemental pieces of different textures to become one. Though, the results weren't really expected by the scientists there. As a result, they abandoned her on the Memory Forest when she's still unconscious. Nowadays, she just lives her life to the fullest.

• Technicolour

He was someone who wanted to live a normal life, until that day came. He remembered how his father put him inside of a cube that is apparently called the 'Protection Cube', and how he was left all alone in there, doomed to fall into an eternal sleep...until someone can get him out of there, obviously. He was once a cheerful and happy young boy, but now he's gotten a little more serious, yet still innocent in a way. It's probably because of that really long dream he had during his sleep.

• Ego Eimi

A fallen angel who tries her best to get back up again. She always goes unnoticed by the 'real' angels in The Realm of the Almighty, hence why she always craves for attention in a way. It's her happiness.

• Arghena

Let chaos and destruction destroy this world (and let it start a new one).

• Callima Karma

Tessi's right-hand...err, woman. Also known as; Tessi's assistant. Callima is rather stoic and rarely expresses any other emotion other than passion and rage, passion for her job and rage for that stupid girl who keeps following her around these days.

A rather pristine and pure being. If you taint his pureness, the dove will put you on the list of people who have disappointed Amazing Mighty and The Testifier. He is...like an angel of sorts. Do you get me?

• DRG

A mysterious music composer who has made a big name for herself in the music industry. Nobody knows her real name, since DRG is just an alias for herself. Nobody knows much about her outside of her music and who she simply is; DRG.

• Aresi

Ars's older sister and the princess of the Cantate Kingdom. She has a strong sense of justice that no other judge or lawyer would have. Instead of wanting to be royalty, she wanted to pursue her dream in becoming a judge instead. Her parents wholeheartedly support her in this, knowing full well they'll just give the future ruler role to Ars instead. He doesn't mind this either, so whatever.

• Lacey

After making things right for her and Tempestissimo, she gives up her goddess powers and the identity of 'The Testifier' and decided to live on as a normal human being by the name 'Lacey'. Together with her new friend Tempestissimo, Lacey sets off on a new journey in her life, ready to see what will come to her next.

• Mantis

A young girl who loves summer and festivals more than anything! When it's not summer, she longs to re-experience the memories she made during summer every year. She also longs to attend summer festivals more, because then she'll be able to watch 'the fireworks of love', as she likes to call it. She just loves summer, even if the weather is super irritatingly hot.

• Dawn

A famous idol from the Astra Kingdom who's popularity has been skyrocketing as of recently. There are rumors going around that she'll replace the late Hikaru's role of being the national idol, which also raises concerns of the rookie idol experiencing the same fate he did years ago. Hopefully that won't happen, though.

• Raven

A very prideful girl, if you will. She can act like she's an otherworldly being, which is...not exactly true, but she's not completely human either, so whatever. Nonetheless, behind her prideful act, lies a lone question; is she really okay?

• Risa

...She is most certainly not human in a sense. That's a joke, though, but still. She acts like she was just born into this world recently, but she's 16, so that's definitely impossible. She is someone who is always curious about the world around her, it's unknown why she's like this, though.

• Unknown Levels

That name is just a made up 'prototype' name for him, because even if he looks human, he's not. His only objective and reason to be alive is to destroy. Destroy what? Not even he knows, but he obliges to [REDACTED GROUP NAME] either way. Because he was made to serve for them, after all.

• Transient Space

She reminds him of Risa's calmness and curiosity, and also of Technicolour's cool vibes and how expressionless Logos is. Someone who is quiet, but is a nice person to be with. She brings peace, like the calm before the storm.

• Nameless Passion

She really is a Nameless Passion of sorts, since she was born out of their passion for something. She reminds him of Unknown Levels' aggressiveness, and also of how Ego Eimi's passion of being someone who is understood can ruin her too. She also reminds him of...Arghena. She scares him. She really does.

• TeraVolt

• Equilibrium

One of the royal guards of the Cantate Kingdom, he has the honor title due to saving Prince Ars' life one time. Equilibrium is probably the youngest of the royal guards. After all, the Cantate's family royal guards are rarely anyone in their 20s, so Equilibrium was easily underestimated for a short period of time. Just like Aresi, he has a strong sense of justice too. He can also be the mediator for any conflict within castle grounds. A royal guard who is befitting for the honor title, after all.

• Stasis

An inventor of the Cantate Kingdom who is close "friends" with Equilibrium. Friends in quotations, by the way. He can be a bit chaotic at times, but when the situation calls for it, he will act serious. He owns a pretty big airship that he built up himself, and when he's bored and needed something to do, he'll always ride on that airship. Y'know, just for fun.

• Destroyer

Oh, she's dangerous.

She'll just shoot you with a beam if she doesn't like you that much, honestly.

• he hadn’t asked many questions when you told him you couldn’t come over to his house in the afternoon. but now, as he was replaying your snapchat story for the sixth time, he really wished he did

• maybe if he had insisted on coming with you, you wouldn’t have let this guy - that he had never seen, for the record - act so touchy with you

• was it his fault for not making you feel special enough ? to the point that you preferred the company of other men rather than your own boyfriend’s ?

• just the thought of this was enough to make a few of his usually well-hidden insecurities bubble up - most of them due to what his friends always joked about « suna doesn’t care enough to be in a relationship, they’ll all run away after a week ! »

• so yes, suna was hurt, but you didn’t have to see that. your opinion on him was the only one he cared about, he didn’t want to tarnish it. well... your opinion and his little sister’s, who burst into his room as he was about to watch your story for the seventh time to tell him that « someone’s at the door ! »

• not feeling like getting out of bed, it took him a few minutes to drag his feet to the door before finally opening it. and of all the people he could have expected to see, you were the last of them

• « surprise ? » you smiled as you let yourself in, not noticing the surprised look on his face as you greeted him with a tight hug. « i felt bad for cancelling our afternoon together, so i asked my brother to drop me off »

• you weren’t even done talking that suna had already recognized the man in the car that was leaving his driveway. his embrace immediately softened, and a smile crept on his face as he felt all his doubts vanish in a second

• « nuh-uh, don’t take your jacket off beautiful, i’m taking you out », he told you, determined to spoil you in the way he regretted not doing sooner

• at his words, his sister almost magically appeared next to you, coat in hand and ready to go. « you weren’t planning on leaving without me, right ? » she flashed you a toothless grin, grabbing both your hand and his to drag you two outside

• suna shared a deadpanned look with you, « of course not... » you both said in unison as she was already leading the way to her favorite ice cream shop

— IWAIZUMI

• iwa’s trust in you was infinite. but something about the way this guy had his arm playfully wrapped around your shoulders didn’t sit right with him

• his practice had ran late and he was exhausted. but he had promised you he would pop over to the birthday party of your childhood best friend, knowing how much it mattered to you

• but your behavior looked an awful lot like an attempt at making him jealous... and it was working

• was it your way of letting him know that you two weren’t working anymore ? were you just too much of a coward to be clear about it ? he hated to think about you that way. and most of all, he cared about you too much to not step in

• « ok now you got my attention » he told you after pulling you to the side. « if you want to tell me something, go ahead, i’m listening »

• still trapped in the euphoria of the moment, you didn’t really understand how upset he was. but maybe it was for the best, because it allowed you to defuse the tension lightheartedly : « i can’t believe i forgot to introduce you ! » you let out as you dragged him back to where your brother was still standing

• his jaw still clenched, iwa couldn’t even bring himself to shake this stranger’s hand, as friendly as he looked. at least not until you spoke your next words : « he was actually telling me how excited he was to finally met his future brother-in-law ! »

• iwa’s lips slightly parted in confusion, you could almost hear the cogs turning in his head over the music. brother? well that explained a lot of things

• « h-hi, sorry i was... miles away » he apologized before finally shaking the hand your brother was holding out to him

• but once the surprise had passed, another word stuck with him : brother-in-law ? as in « my sibling speaks so highly of you that i’m willing to let you put a ring on their finger even though i have never met you yet » ?

• well, it was good to know that your brother agreed with the plans he’d had for you since day 1...

— AKAASHI

• it was not unusual for akaashi to think that maybe he was not good enough for you. but being actually jealous was a first for him

• he had promised himself to never be too overprotective of you. but the facts were here : it was 3am and the only thing keeping him up was this unknown feeling of pure jealousy

• if he had not been in such a hurry when he witnessed your lighthearted banter and playful fighting with this man in the afternoon, he would’ve come up to you. introduced himself. maybe asked a few questions. if

• suspecting that this unpleasant feeling would not go away unless he talked to you about it, akaashi found himself dialling your number in the middle of the night

• used to his thoughts polluting his mind at unpredictable hours of the day and the night, your ringer was always on. which is why you picked up after only two rings

• « hi angel, i’m sorry to wake you up, i just... » he started, the clarity of his tone letting you know that he had not slept a wink. feeling his hesitation, you were quick to reassure him « it’s ok keiji. what’s going on ? »

• « who were you with ? i mean- this afternoon ? i don’t think i’ve ever met that guy and i was just wondering if... maybe i should ? »

• sitting up straight on your bed, you felt a weight being lifted off your shoulders. if this was the only thing keeping him awake, he should be able to fall asleep in the following minutes. « i was with my brother. but i understand why you were confused, it’s a normal reaction so please don’t blame yourself for that, alright baby ? »

• the gasp you heard on the other end of the line made you chuckle. akaashi’s voice was much less tensed now : « well in that case, yeah i should probably meet him... if you’re ok with that »

• « i’m more than ok with that » you smiled, placing your phone down on your pillow « wanna stay on the phone for a bit ? »

• « that’d be nice », his voice sounded sleepy already, especially above the familiar sound of his covers being pulled up to his chin

— ATSUMU

• how could he put that in words ? he didn’t even know if he was allowed to be jealous because he knew how often you had to see him deal with his many fangirls

• and that was actually what bugged him the most : that he might have already made you feel as shitty as he was feeling now

• but atsumu wasn’t the type to sit down and seriously open up about his feelings. besides, it was much easier to look like a needy boyfriend rather than a vulnerable one

• so he resorted to what he was best at : physical touch as a way to get your attention

• sneaking up behind you, he didn’t give you any warning before wrapping both his arms around your waist and pressing his chest on your back so much that you almost had to bend over

• he really hoped you would be perceptive enough to understand that he wasn’t just being clingy, but in need of a lot of reassurance. and luckily, it was quick to come :

• « tsumu, let me introduce you my brother » you chuckled, understanding how and why he had been mistaken

• one hand still on your waist, he used the other to greet your brother. atsumu did not really seem fazed by the news. of course he was relieved to know that he had nothing to worry about, but this little experience had still been very eye-opening to him

• after your brother had left to give you two some privacy, tsumu’s grip on your waist tightened, but in a softer way

• « ‘m sorry if i ever made ya cry » he let out, completely out of the blue. you didn’t really understand the meaning of this, but it didn’t matter. your hand found its way to his cheek that you brushed lightly with one finger, admiring the how it was slowly turning red. « being jealous sucks... » he added.

• « it does », you approved, giving him a quick peck on the nose. « but there’s nothing and no one that you should worry about, i promise »

• a fond smile lit up his face. you looked sincere, and he really needed to hear that right now. quick as ever, his hands left your waist to come and rest on your cheeks. both holding each other’s faces, you stared at the other for a few seconds, wondering which one of you would give in to a kiss first
