Like, cas can very clearly tell he is too drunk and/or is pushing himself too hard, and he looks stuffed but he keeps trying to eat more, and it’s so very obviously for cas, he doesn’t even realize just how much he’s confessing when he insists that Cas can keep feeding him, even when he looks sick to his stomach, and like he’s fit to burst?

like it’s his mission now, to prove to cas that he wants whatever cas wants, and cas won’t believe him. so he does whatever he can as under the radar as he can, even though it’s so blatantly obvious?

and if so, has cas ever been like… worried that he might hurt himself by eating too much? like… Yknow, in his Casim way, worried about him?

ooh yes he did. It's not a common thing since usually Gortash very much just gives Cas the control over the whole thing, however sometimes... how do I phrase this... they will use a stuffing session as a weird way of making up. As in if they had a fight or some minor disagreement they will make up but Gortash tends to still feel bad about it so he lets Cas do the one thing that Gortash knows Cas always wnjoys. during those dinners specifically he did do that a few times, try to stuff himself more, beg Cas to feed him more when it was so very clear that he was close to passing out from it. I suppose it's a way for him to tell himself he always gives Cas what he wants if he feels guilty but also to show Cas that he'd do everything for him cause I mean... that IS usually what their fights boil down to😖

The thing is that Cas knows Gortash's body well, not even just in the "they have done this for years and Cas has literally done so much intimate/caretaking stuff for him in general" but ALSO in the way where Cas isn't exactly ignorant when it comes to human bodies. He studied them a lot back then, studied how to break the people he wanted to break perfectly, studied how far he can push certain things without breaking his contract, you get the gist💭 So Cas knows exactly at what point it'd get too unbearable or even dangerous for Gortash and he'd never push him past that OR allow him to go that far to prove some point. Like yes Cas will push it reaaaally far sometimes but the moment Gortash could actually be in danger or harmed? He still snaps out of it

Even with that in mind though I suppose on those days Gortash is definitely pushing himself to a stomach ache and major discomfort and, well, Cas is still worried at that point, in his own way. on one hand Gortash isn't someone that complains a lot, he takes pain pretty well especially since he craves Cas' hands on him and his care to relieve him but Cas I mean.... he would obviously not do that if he wasn't the slightest bit worried about the pain being not easy to bear, if that makes sense. He wouldn't treat him the way he does if he wasn't genuinely trying to help or, in a way, make up for doing that to him because Cas he.... tends to almost be uncharacteristically gentle when it comes to aftercare like that
