You can tell when you’re shadowbanned you just have to look if your post shows up in the tags so if you don’t see your posts there the chance is good that you are (I’m speaking from experience and from the depths of the shadowban haha tumblr hates me)

something I’ve noticed with the tags though is that if you use too many it bans your post from showing up! for my ghost content the limit is 4-5 tags, but I think it depends on how popular the tags that you are using are.

so especially new writers out there: when you post something that you use tags ( #simon ghost riley x reader ) for, after publishing your post click on a tag and then ‘search all of tumblr’. then sort by ‘latest’ to see if your post shows up or not.

(this is on the ios app. the options might be different on other platforms.)

if your post doesn’t show up, keep removing tags (you don’t need to repost, just save changes) until it shows up or I guess if it doesn’t you’re shadowbanned.

this year my challenge for everyone is to unlearn the association between love and morality. love is not something that is inherently morally good, and the absence of love is not something that is inherently bad. sex without love isn't morally bankrupt, it's just an action. people without love aren't less kind or less good, they're just people. when we can get past this false (and often unnoticed) dichotomy of good love/evil lovelessness then i think we are going to be able to take leaps and bounds in sex positivity, aro advocacy, certain discussions of mental health...

As much as I love fics where dazai drives like a madman and everyone else in the car ends up with heart problems, I like to think that chuuya is probably unaffected by it. In fact, I think he loves it when dazai drives.

Imagine the pm and ada on a joint mission and it somehow ends in skk and sskk in a car together with dazai driving.

sskk are in the backseat and while Atsushi looks visibly mortified and scared for his life, Akutagawa is more subtle about it. He looks almost normal. Until you really pay attention and notice the clenched knuckles resting on his thighs and his eyes twitching.
