dot and bubble’s commentary on modern day upper middle/upper class corporate life is really interesting to me. like lindy’s “job” description and title not really making sense and having the most frilly fluffed up wording possible (like most corporate titles and descriptions), lindy not really being able to explain it outside of what is clearly the exact description she was told, spending her “work” time screwing around with her friends on her bubble, whining about her “long hours” even though she is clearly spending them doing nothing and was paid through to get the job by her mother/parents and is wealthy enough to just go out and party after just two hours of working, even dr pee telling her when to go to the bathroom like a scheduled work break. this episode man

i love how, no matter what, zac has his character's face on. in fantasy high, he looks a little confused, a wee bit perplexed, at all times. he nods sagely like he understands and then asks a question he knows the answer to. in unsleeping city, he is smiling like a puppy, constantly tail waggin', looking pleased and earnest. he says the most bizarre things like they are mundane. zac oyama knows who he is playing.

The ages in this show!! I have made some jokes about this before, but it gets me - with aging Ciri up and bringing her closer to Jaskiers age when they meet I can not help but draw parallels. Like Geralt bonded way differently with both of them (which makes sense because Ciri has been his Child surprise since birth and Jaskier just randomly turned up one day and followed him like a puppy) but it's so funny to me. also I'm 100% sure Jaskier was horny as fuck from the beginning so there was a whole different vibe from the get go

lately ive been going on a downward spiral into kung fu panda hell. i highly recommend checking out both the trilogy and the people behind the first 3 movies, jennifer yuh nelson is such an amazing person. there was a lot of work and love put into kfp.. its so much more than just a silly kids movie its geniunely an amazing franchise. to other artists especially, i really recommend finding behind the scenes videos if you can, its really amazing knowing just the depth of the care put into the creation of these films.

i wouldn’t recommend kfp4 though as it doesn’t hold true to the series (it’s not terrible but it is rlly mediocre), and esp looking and how it was produced, it wasn’t the same labor of love as the trilogy

That’s all my rambling.. i just have so much feeling abt this franchise…
