I think there should be a scene with Yuu being attacked by OB Malleus and it's a scene very similar to the one in 90s Sailor Moon with Neherenia
Neherenia chokes Usagi while all Usagi has to say is sorry. She's sorry Neherenia had such a lonely life. Neherenia telling her to stop looking at her with such compassion cause she can't handle it.
Can you imagine that. Yuu being sorry Malleus was so lonely, being sorry he had to be so terrified of being left alone again, being sorry they failed to take Malleus' feelings into account when saying maybe a way to return home was found.
And Malleus can't understand why even at this moment, the Child of Man keeps treating him like an actual person.

Have you ever seen the show You on Netflix? I'm watching the pilot right bow and all i can think is "yander jade yandere jade yandere jade" cause some of the shit Joe Goldberg says? "Sometimes the most valuable things are the most helpless" "people are just so. Disappointing" like?? Jade??? Bro is that you in some sick obsessed alternate timeline???? The calm insanity of these two characters just. Overlap. I usually don't fuck with yanderes but i can weirdly see this?
I do not actually have a netflix subscription so I have not. But I do know a little bit about what you are referring to because it's based off of a book I watched a lot of reviews for *checks youtube* five fucking years ago???? (O_O;)
I like yandere stuff to an extent. I'm not crazy about the ones that like hurting their darlings. One or two murder attempts is fine, I can be more lenient if they're like enemies on the opposing sides of a war but wanting to torture someone is a bit much. Also not a huge fan of ones who jump from darling to darling, thought those can be fun as villains. As for yandere Jade(`∀´ハ|
>"Sometimes the most valuable things are the most helpless"
Jade mentions he likes making terrariums because of the story of the Sea Witch trapping creatures in them. Maybe he could trap Yuu in a terrarium? Oh that would be so cute, he would make it so perfect they'd just love it.
>"people are just so. Disappointing"
Jade says he found Yuu boring at first, but that's not how he thinks about them now >:] He finds a lot of people not worth his time until they do something he deems exciting, so when he decides Yuu is exciting... well he can be a bit obsessed. As a treat. He already has all the magicam information including the stuff attached to the private accounts of all the Octavinelle freshmen... he might see cracking into what make Yuu ticks since they have no digital footprint as a challenge! How exciting and unpredictable just the way he likes it.

Good day, Cozy! Hope you’re doing alright <3 Random question comin’ to ya~!
Do you have any backlogged fanart / wip that you’re especially proud of, even if it’s old or unfinished?
HHNNggHHHHGhhHh weLL… mind i have like 200+ things of backlogged fanart i never posted 🤪 (and might never cuz they are old). The only things i probably still like is this big ass set of drawing twst boys in the style of my private original art and characters I never publicly show 😩😩 Mostly just for personal fun. PROBABLY ONE OF THE FEW BACKLOGGED THINGS I STILL LIKE?? even if just toying around (click for better resolutions)
the Diasomnia one was made first lol, malleus specifically. these weren’t really meant to ever be seen outside of a small group so *gestures* here they are

OBEY ME NIGHTBRINGER SPOILERS (UP TO LESSON 11)
You guys…what if Solomon is the Nightbringer?
Hear me out please!
This game has been heavily centered around MC and Solomon. All the hints at Solomon enjoying having MC away from the brothers and all for himself. He obviously loves the attention and says that he feels jealous because of the brothers.
We know that Solomon and Barbatos eventually made up and in the present timeline, they’re on good terms. Solomon could’ve easily ordered Barbatos to transport MC to the past. Doesn’t matter if the latter objected to it. An order is an order as we have seen in this game.
It’s not just about being with MC though. We know he tried to wage a war against the Devildom all by himself. We’re not really told what the actual reason was. The recent chapters have showed us that he has a strong opinion about humanity’s place between demons and angels.
What if he wants to use MC and their powers to start a stronger war against the other two realms, at least the Devildom, to ensure a victory for humanity. That’s why he needs us to swear loyalty to humans.

I'm again, hyperfixating on games i don't have. But i'm just so in love with splatoon's style 😭 and music too
As i was thinking about what creatures each twst character would be in splatoon, i thought it would be a fun idea to mix the sea animals from Floyd's nicknames to each respective character! Not that it's any different from octolings and inklings though lol my knowledge on splatoon creatures is not so expansive, but i hope they look ok! Inkling Yuu, Mackereling (?) Deuce, and Crabling (????) Ace?????? Yeah 🧍it doesn't make sense for a crab or a fish to shoot ink like squids but ehhh it's too late now

there are magicless humans in twisted wonderland too, (i think sebek's dad has been implied to not have magic. and the glorious masquerade event also mentions townspeople without magic using little gadgets that use magic to perform tricks like sparks/fireworks)
yuu is weirdly pointed out as a magicless human in the school (specifically. bc there are no magicless ppl at a magic technical school), but i think it's to also imply they come from a world without magic.
i can't remember who made the post but there was someone who tried to make sense of the biology of magic in people in twisted wonderland. they said stuff about the relationships of potential for magic and actual magical ability in the humans, and how fae (or maybe just malleus) are beings made OF magic. and iirc the post also went into the reasons why a magic school would even exist and be exclusive, is due to potential in people not being the same so not everyone goes to a magic school bc that potential of growth isn't worth nurturing.
YESS YESSS
I remember that post. I read it several times because I remember actually being co fused about the potential for magic thing.
As I understood it, the idea is that everyone in Twisted Wonderland has the potential for magic even if only a select few have a potential worth nurturing (and that from those few, there's even a smaller few who are good enough mages??? Who are invited to NRC, hence the whole thing with Kalim for example not being invited to the school making Jamil think he is inferior, because then he would've received a letter sooner either there or for a different school like RSA but nobody has really explained what ACTUALLY happened there).
So that's the part that confused me. If everyone has potential for magic in Twisted Wonderland, then Yuu is truly an anomaly as they seem to lack that potential entirely. But if there are creatures (human, beastmen, merfolk) who also have zero potential for magic, then surely Yuu could have a mostly regular life in this world if for some reason they cannot go back home.
Here I think about the tools we've seen in the game such as the ghost camera, the magitool hammer found in the guest room and, most notably, the magiwheels.
The ghost camera and magitool both work just fine regardless of how much magic someone has, but the magiwheels/blastcycle are stated in book 5 to require magic to be used to their full capacity. But one of the npc's wonders first if one can even ride the blastcycle without magic so I looked at that as definite proof that yes, there are people without magic in this world too. I mean they have regular cars and buses and planes too, but anytime I saw people talk about magic in Twisted Wonderland I saw everyone sort of agreeing that wveryone has just the littlest bit of magic just not enough to count for anything (mentioning the laypeople of the first halloween event because laypeople implies they are magical just without the training to use said magic) so I was left on the fence.
But yeah, when looking at relatives of the boys we often get either explanations of which relative was a mage (Kalim, Sebek and Epel all hint at a female relative also having notable magic) or sometimes a relative that, oddly, didn't have it like Sebek's dad (sidenote I believe this also hinta at fae regularly having magic. It's actually implied that one reason Briar Valley has so little technological advancement is because they use magic for everything which would make sense given how fae are understood on general real life lore). So until explicitely stated otherwise (or someone from jp twst can confirm) I chose to believe that Yuu is only an anomaly because they are a magicless student in a magical school, not because they have no magic whatsoever in a world were that doesn't happen. It honestly just makes more sense lorewise given the special magical tools and schools and other such gadgets.
Thanks for the message, it really helped me clear my ideas about this point :D
