They flick through books without reading the printed words. They don't find joy in studying.

'Maybe I could...,' they thought, turning their focus on Neville, who was practically cussing under his breath. "C'mon you're overworking yourself, let's just take a break, yeah?" <Y/n> scoots closer to him, their hand landing on his upper thigh. Neville's breathe hitches as he looks from their hand placement to them themselves.

"I can't take a break, I have so much to do," he whispers the last part even quieter. <Y/n>'s thumb strokes his thigh while they rest their head on their hand. Neville turns his attention back to the hundreds of words in front of him. <Y/n> slowly takes their hand off of his thigh and slips under the table. Neville, of course, doesn't notice. Until they feel a pair of hands push his legs apart.

"<Y/n>!" Neville whisper-yells before looking around to clear the area. "Focus on your studying, hun," <y/n> replies, unzipping the zipper to his pants. He shifts slightly, trying to put his focus back on his notes. They take out his hardened dick, slowly grabbing it, causing Neville to lose focus. <y/n> moves their hand, starting a rhythm of their own. Neville holds onto the textbook in hand in order to keep himself quiet, his knuckles going white.

They move closer to their boyfriends dick before locking a stripe along the side of it. He let's out a shaked breath and a small groan. <y/n> wished they could see his face, which was very red from holding in every noise he's been wanting to make. "<y/n>, please fuck," he whispers, with a hesitant tone. They put the tip in their mouth, swirling it around with their tongue. "Fu~ck, you're lucky we're in the back," he stuttered, his voice getting more and more high pitched.

Getting impatient, they put his whole dick in their mouth, causing his hand to cover his mouth. He leans back in the chair, his eyes rolling into his head. <y/n> starts bobbing their head up and down, their hands resting on Neville's open legs. Their eyes start tearing up the more they put his dick down their throat. They keep their rhythm while their thumb traces shapes on his trembling thigh.

The papers on Neville's desk were long forgotten. Their pace starts to pick up. "Shit fuck I'm," his words were drowned out as he came into their mouth. <y/n> gags one last time while swallowing his cum before coming up from underneath the table. Bridgewater fanart again! (Jeremy Bradshaw in his office)

This is my biggest biggest fanart I’ve ever done so far and let me just say that I’m super proud of it!! There are a lot of details once again 👀 (kudos if you can see the references!)

This is a fanart totally dedicated to @thelaurenshippen , thank you so much for your support on my fanarts, it truly means the world to me, and it isn’t much but it is my way to thank you, as you said that you had a new headcanon as you reblogged my Jeremy sleeping fanart “also: new headcanon I now have vipin started TAing for Jeremy when he was still in undergrad so Jeremy also has one photo of the two of them at Vipin's graduation in his office” so I had to do this: Jeremy’s office where there is a picture of the two at Vipin’s graduation!

Once again as the details are detailing and the headcanon is headcanoning, I’m putting some further explanation after the read more! (And also I’ll tell the refs if you don’t want to search for too long 😭)

It took me 19 hours (I’m slow don’t judge me too much and this is not counting the frame on Jeremy’s desk 😭) so let me just say that a LOT of thoughts went through that little (big?) piece.

First of all as you saw, there is Vipin’s graduation pic on Jeremy’s desk, so here’s a further explanation of it under the post of the art itself (in case you want to see it in a bigger way too)

Then, for the phone’s screen, I did a fake conversation between Vipin and Jeremy which I think totally happened at some point. And here is the real screenshot of it because I don’t think you can see well what is written on the fanart unfortunately. (I also put a little reference to the album “Feelings and Such” by Louden Swain in it which is what Jeremy is supposed to listen to, I gotta say the main reason is because it’s my fave album and group but I would totally see Jeremy listening to that kind of music from time to time, I see him listening to “There’s the Rub” from that album)

Then comes his computer: it is truly the logo of the Bridgewater State University, the sticker from the real merch of the Bridgewater podcast, and the ace flag (because Jeremy Bradshaw being on the ace spec soothes my soul)! It’s my headcanon about Jeremy’s computer, it’s the third time I’ve drawn his pc, and the stickers stay the same no matter what and it’ll stay this way jsksksk

There is little basket of stim toys on his desk too and that’s totally my headcanon: I see Jeremy as a really caring professor, and to me he would have it in his office for the stressed out students coming to see him so they can feel better, or at least his students know he has some to lend! (And I’m nd, I would love to have a professor like that 😭) (thanks for a moot on Twitter for the slinky idea!!)

For the sticky notes on the desk: the one on the papers states “read before 03/24” which is the date the last episode of S2 aired, the pink one “proofread Lauren’s thesis defense date 08/06” Lauren is a direct nod to Lauren Shippen, and the date corresponds to the first airing date of the two first eps of S1 of Bridgewater.

The sticky note it “printer password BSU1976JyBw PS: Vipin I do have a limited amount of copies!” because I thought that printers in the uni might have password deferring from each profs (at least it was like this in my French highschool — as a reminder, I’m from France so it’s really me trying to find stuff on the internet), so BSU = Bridgewater State University, 1976 being Jeremy’s birth year (at least I tried to calculate it and it was 1976? Hopefully I’m right 😭✋ as the show aired in 2021 I tried to assume that 2021 was also the date in the podcast and as Jeremy is 45 during S1 welp), and JyBw is just the first and last letter of his first and last name. Comes my headcanon: at some point Jeremy couldn’t print anything because Vipin had printed too many stuff, hence the little reminder because Jeremy doesn’t want to beg to have more copies 😭

The research paper Jeremy has to read before 03/24 has been written by a certain “J.Novak”! (Totally a Supernatural reference) And when it comes to SPN refs, it’s much more subtle, but I did the same soles for Jeremy’s shoes as Castiel in the episode The End of spn (because the shoes are quite famous for being also identical to the one Dean wears so it was funny and on a funfact Jeremy’s legs and feet posture is bc I saw Misha sit like this so I thought it was fun (I also sit like that so it made me happy))

Behind Jeremy there’s an undone Rubik’s Cube, because I totally see it as Jeremy’s very own stim toy but the catch is that he doesn’t know how to solve it 😭 (thanks another moot for the idea @stillwinchester ily!!).

There’s also a mug, because our man needs to stay concentrated (tea? coffee? Your thoughts, to me Jeremy is more of a tea guy), this is a reference to the X-Files! Big Blue is txf’s Nessie, and the mug is a literal copy of the “real” merch mug you can see in “Quagmire” (3x22 of the X-Files)

For the posters on the walls, the one behind the bookshelves was the main art of an exhibition which occurred “Supernatural America: The Paranormal in American Art” and I’m persuaded that Jeremy would have gone to see that! And he would have loved to keep something from it! (But he ended up having to put his shelf in front of it because he had to put his books somewhere and maybe it creeped out his colleagues and students, here’s a picture of the original painting)

And for the one near his desk, it is an old poster from the American Folk Art Museum, and to me Jeremy would totally be a museum guy, it’s very “academic” after all, plus he would be interested into it as it’s more around people and self taught people and so on, as he is very interested into anthropology, it goes well with the whole vibe.

For the blackboard, the titles are basically what he is teaching in his lecture in S1 EP01 so to me it would be his way to see more what he has to work on for his students (and I think he fidgets his chalks in his lecture because in the same ep as he speaks you can truly hear a lot of chalk sounds which weren’t due to him writing so I understood it that way?), and there’s a little magnet with a “buy cat food!” because headcanon to me but Jeremy owns a cat (a black cat you can see him on his lockscreen on my drawing of Jeremy sleeping) but as he spends a lot of the time at the BSU, I think he would put reminders just in case 😭 (and there’s a little flower drawing made by Vipin! to me he would doodle little stuff from time to time with little smileys to brighten up Jeremy’s day a little)

Then in the bookshelves you can see a little purple owl! It’s to me, an amethyst carved one, as Jeremy had had his esoteric era when he was younger (it was said in S2 that he tried to be Wiccan) he must still have some stone knowledge and as amethyst is supposed to have soothing and good vibes properties, he might have taken this although he doesn’t believe in it anymore, and of course he picked it because it was an owl because it’s better now to laugh about the owl situation 😭

Lastly: all the books are real books! It took me some time but all of these exist, it’s mainly anthropology book, faculty/uni book, research stuff, and there are two books about the Bridgewater triangle! I tried to keep it around Jeremy’s field of course so it’s the occult, witchcraft, the Salem trials, UFOs, beliefs and all!

While I've been open about the fact that a lot of things started with the mashing of PJO and 5s*s/T*ylor, now that we are over 50 chapters deep into this story I like to think we are well past that point. If you read SOHAE and the only thing you get out of it is the 5s*s/Swiftifaction of PJO characters than I'm not sure you go the most out of it. (This includes asks that are just imagine if blackjack/annabeth did [thing ts/5s*s did]) While I appreciate T*ylor as an artist I care very little for her as a person so questions about her personal life outside of her songs and how they relate to SOHAE's plot do very little for me, and when something you don't care much about is in your face constantly it is hard to not be annoyed. A similar principle applies to 5s*s

Asking about webtoon (or if I would post to any other platform)

i loath webtoon. i'll chew my left leg off before i put sohae on webtoon. i despise it's infinite growth model. i hate formatting for vertical scroll. i don't like it's metrics games or it's microtransactions. i want to fight webtoon in a wendys parking lot. also i will not upload to other platforms, this is the format i've chosen and it's a choice i made after a lot of thought so yk ✋

There’s no precise timeline for SOHAE but around/over 2 years from start to finish

please note: the characters in SOHAE are based on my interpretation of the book descriptions. the initial art for SOHAE was started prior to casting announcements and when Walker was casted the decision was made to ignore the tv cast regardless of who was chosen due to the young age of the actors and the fact that SOHAE skews mature in content. its my personal belief that there can be multiple equally canon versions of the same character especially as adaptions come out and i do not tolerate anyone who dismisses the casting or describes book versions as the “true” version, these comments will be removed immediately and the people will be blocked from all blogs.

(canon will follow the cast more, art for fics will follow whichever version is described by the author, thank you for understanding 🫶)

I want an intimate scene in LT so bad. not even sex scene (i won't be against it for sure because to see how disabled character is wanted and wants and acts on it with his partner would be so good), more like the afterwards. when they lay together in bed, naked, sweaty, pressed against each other, mork lays on top of day, it's so quiet and very nice weariness can be felt in their bodies. day strokes mork's hair, his neck, all the way to mork's back. he's in the mood to talk, to ask something and listen to mork's voice, but mork feels so lazyyy, only answers that day got from him are 'mm' and 'yeah'. the sun has already disappeared, darkness covers their room like a blanket, maybe that and mork's warmth will make day quite down eventually and fall asleep.

or something the opposite, the sun is just rising, but they haven't slept all night. they lay in bed and kiss, kiss, kiss, greedy hands roaming over each other over clothes. eventually they stop kissing and just press their foreheads against each other. since it's early in the morning they whisper, day ask mork something like 'do you believe in parallel universe?' and mirk say 'mm i dunno' and say that if it's real it'll be very cruel for some mork's to have better life than him. day says 'now you have me. we will make it better, one second at a time' and kisses mork again. they take off each other's clothes only leaving underwear and day climbs on top of mork and does the thing you already talked about: caresses and explores mork's body with all his senses. this is not sex, they have no purpose to make each other come, they just slowly explore each other, kiss, hug and breath.

i think the onus of nightwalker being good falls entirely on ten and his team who worked together and tailored a song bought from danish songwriters. so ten could do this in any company, it's his artistry that made nightwalker what it is. you are giving sm too much credit. a company that fails significantly in many aspects when it comes to their foreign idols. ten and taeyong almost overlapping in February wasn't a scheduling mistake, it's deliberate sabotage and everyone who thinks 2 seconds can tell. no other SM SOLO DEBUT had to share their spotlight, but ten has to? why? cmon. sm has a consistent problem with xenophobia (exo hello?) and if you can't see this, you are just perpetuating a system of oppression. so i hope ten and wayv leave sm cuz they get scraps there and deserve much better. also cupid is from a nugu company yet it was viral it's a great song. if it wasn't for the givers they would be still together and thriving. KoL are monster rookies with some of the best songs and talent out there rn and they are from a nugu company. if good solo music comes out of sm it's due to their talented soloists (seulgi, kai, taemin, taeyong, etc). im glad baek, xiumin and chen took their solos elsewhere and i hope other artists do so in the future. sm is on their downfall and moneyless era ✋

[2] i just think you are underestimating how much sm soloists have a say in their solos. the lyrics for guilty were altered to fit taemin's ideas for example. sm lets them take point and for that, it's great cuz they have talented idols on their roster. but the result is due to each idol's artistic vision, not just sm having good producers. shalala is taeyong's vision, and nightwalker is ten's vision, and to x is taeyeon's, and so on. even when they didn't want gwando as tt for taeyong, he was the one writing shalala to be approved as a tt. the soloists have room to work and express themselves which is amazing. but other companies also do that. foreigners still get bad promotions with sm and it's hard to deny that when you look at it objectively. someone even made a chart for how much music each unit of nct put out and no one is surprised that wayv was the one with the least, while 127 and dream were separated by a mere 2%. math doesn't lie. infinite nct and the "china" unit wayv were lsm's projects and now that he's gone the group barely gets anything. it's not per lack of fan demand, all their fancons sell out in seconds, they sell out their albums (sm doesn't even print that many and then sm never restocks). on kcon everyone was screaming their songs. yet they are stuck in a company doing nothing most of the time. why? it's not just the lucas' scandal. it's a lack of interest on sm's part to promote just because they are the foreign unit. why isn't yuta LV BA after working with them for so long? why is riize the LV BA now? why isn't ten YSL BA? when it's clear vaccarello loves him. he said YSL family is not for anyone to get in, but ten did. he's been working with them for years yet no BA, but sm has been checking off the Korean members' BAs list for a while now, some that barely make sense cuz you never heard about it before the announcement, and for yuta and ten nothing so far. it's a structural privilege rooted in xenophobia. but i get that this is hard for stans of Korean idols to see, admit, and digest bc you dont want to think your idols got something out of structural privilege and not "hard work". and im not saying jaedo dont deserve BAs, im saying they ALL work hard and they all deserve promotions and albums and BAs. mysteriously, some get it and some dont. and when you see the patterns, you realize it boils down to structural privilege. ningning getting versace BA was HUGE. but also this happened after winterina, the Koreans, had their BAs i think they have more than one (beauty and clothes). yet ningning, the main vocalist, consistently gets less lines than winter, the lead vocal, like why is that? lmao. like someone explain this to me without taking into account one is korean and one is chinese. she can shine, just not outshine the korean ones, and that's real for nct too, and it was real for exo too. so yeah, kpop doesn't exist in a vacuum where systems of oppression and structural privileges cease to influence things. this plays a part in every aspect of our lives. i mean i can keep citing examples, cuz it's such a long list. kun and chenle make music just like taeyong yet where are all their songs? why dont we hear it? a lot of wayv members wanted to do covers, and dance vids, but they literally never surfaced. like were all their copyrights denied? or was it sm? doyoung seems to never get his copyrights denied to do covers, he has multiple on youtube i know i have a playlist of them lmao. so sm can get harry styles to agree to doyoung doing a cover but not anyone else? oh cmon. it's just so clear why we get more things out of certain members, and it's not cuz those barely visible members arent doing anything, or asking, or working hard. nctzens really think wayv sits on their asses all day and do nothing, when it's not true, they just dont get as much visibility bc sm doesn't care about them at best and willingly sabotages them at worst.

shuffling through his boxes of stuff hurt and you found yourself sobbing with almost every belonging of his you found because it was another piece of him reminding you he was really gone. you picked up a shirt, and then spotted something- a tape, and a little label on it, written in his hand-writing. 'I love you,' was printed on the little slip of paper taped onto the tape, so familiar. you pick it up, taking a break from organizing so you could place it in your record player and hit play. there were a few static noises, and it started.

"so you really do miss me if you're playing this." his familiar voice rang throughout the room and you sniffled quietly. you remembered now. the tape he had made for you to listen to when he would go on trips to away games.

"how long has it been since you kissed me goodbye?" almost 3 months. "well I'm sure I miss you too. and you know I can't wait to kiss your dumb face again, idiot." then where are you to kiss my dumb face? "I can't wait to hold you in my arms again either. but while you feel so sad because I'm gone, why not think about our good memories?" but it's so hard to even think of you. "remember when we kissed for the first time? it was in the parking lot of a store at 3am." I remember. it was the summer before our 3rd year and you had the cutest blush on your face. "remember when we went cliff jumping?" yeah, you held my hand because I was nervous. "remember when we played hide and seek with the team even though we'd already graduated from high school?" of course. the team got together for a reunion and we decided to have seem fun. we hid together and they couldn't find us for an hour. we hid in the backseat of your car. I wish I could watch you on TV, pointing at the cameras and whispering that the next serve was for me. "want to know a secret? I miss me too! just kidding, just kidding. - makes sure you’re holding his hand in the airport while on the way to your terminal

Backstory

To start off with, I think Imayoshi became part of a small-fry mafia as a social experiment

He wanted to see how powerful and influential he could be. A true test for his mind game abilities 🤌

As time went on, he got higher and higher in rank, and he was always the leaders favorite member.

They have this father-son relationship okay its cute

And everyone who started off disliking him, eventually falls into the "Web of Imayoshi" (I'll make a post about it if someone wants it).

I kid you not, this man will be groomed to become the next leader at this point because *ugh* of course he would

Skip to General Headcanons

So I picture him wearing black *sexy* suits, because he's classy, and loud colours or prints give him a headache. Sometimes he could spice it up with a dark red, on occasion. (*creepy giggles*)

He's the person everyone is subconsciously terrified of. And in his twisted mind, he loves every second of it.

He has definitely built up this "FEAR ME" persona, but it's not without reason- And here is why:

Imayoshi is not a fighter. I cannot see him physically get into a fight with anyone, unless someone physically charged at him themselves.

Because he's more of a strategist.

And a professional torturer but do we talk about that? Yes we do.

He owns a steel baseball bat he likes to use named after his first victim.

He sits down, and tells the story of the first time he used his baseball bat on someone to those he's about to torture.

His goal is for his gang to become the most feared and influential out there, as part of his social experiment. So he's willing to do whatever it takes okay-

And he has definitely made a name for himself ✋

He is known as ruthless, cold, calculated, manipulative and merciless

But the thing is, Imayoshi is also quite loyal to whoever he's partnering up with (Unless he knows they might backstab him)

So he is literally the guy "everyone wants on their side", because if he's not- good luck my dudes

Since he is the king of manipulation, he is quite good at getting what he wants

But he also makes sure other people (Those he might partner with) get what they want too, because he's about building lasting connections

Basically he takes his share of the cake but he doesn't eat it too, because doing that would only piss people off (and he is too smart to do that)

He plans to live alright, being greedy is *not the right move*, unless you want mafia gang wars to break out I guess

So his fighting abilities might not be the best, but in terms of connections and negotiation he is *an absolute beast*

BONUS: Imayoshis Baseball Bat story

"Did you know, ____, this baseball bat has a lot of sentimental value to me", Imayoshi felt the cold metal at the palm of his hand.

The man bound in the chair stared at him. His wrist tied up, a piece of dirty cloth was stuffed in his mouth. Sweat was pouring down from his forehead, as he soon realised he wasn't brought in here to talk.

"Have I told you about the first time I used this?" Imayoshi grabbed the closest chair. The legs screeched against the floor, dragged along to be placed in front of the man.

"Of course not", he snickered. The man's eyes widened, being forced into a staring competition with the dimly lit devil in front of him.

Two of Imayoshis men stood quietly in the background guarding the door. Even they felt the sweat build-up from Imayoshis' tale. They've heard it several times before, yet it became more chilling the more he told it.

"Let's see...", he twirled the bat around in his hand, looking at every scrape it had accumulated over the years. "Ah, yes", he licked his lips slightly, looking up at the ghostly pale man he couldn't wait to play with.

"I was inexperienced back then, you see. I didn't know what I was doing", he frowned for a second, watching the man's hands tighten into fists.

"It was the first time I had ever seen a man break down like that.. He screamed. He even begged me to stop", he let out an inappropriately timed smile. "Eventually he went quiet. For me to realise, he was dead".

He scanned the man's face for any reaction, any signs of his heart rate increasing, anything to make his last moments of peace become insufferable.

Imayoshi wanted the man to beg for his death. Perhaps simple words wouldn't be enough, but it was enough for him to see the hope of escape die in his victims eyes.

He stood up from his chair, dragging the baseball bat across the floor. His hand crawled its way to the man's cheek, alongside a mischievous smile.

"Now I wonder... are you going to beg me too?", he whispered in his ear.

"Or are you going to be quiet till the end?", he licked his lips again, taking a step back.

"I guess there's only one way to find out, hmm?~"

Oooo man do I have a THEORY for u and I need validation bff. Also this is going to be an pretty long one so prepare yourself according.

So my theory is like we all know Emilia ends up with like Chris or Bart or another black hair-green eyed man bc missy has a TYPE but that’s beside the point. Basically, you made it seem once like Emilia has multiple husbands throughout her life in like an old ask about the part 3 ch 2 pics with Emilia kissing one guy and then the reflection in the mirror is another guy. So my theory is that Emilia and Chris will break up soon in the story (😓😓) and Emilia will move on, either going back to Bart or finding herself another man that looks very much like the only two guys she’s ever dated. Whoever she goes to, they’ll get married and have children (Gwen and her twin and the baby she was expecting in Gwen’s xmas wish post). But then something might happen to that guy, either he dies or they divorce (even though Ik you said in the gardania info thing that like divorces aren’t really allowed or a thing in the royal family but just bare with me here) but so overall this guy is out of Emilia’s life. Then, my theory is after that, Emilia finds her way back to none other than the infamous…. Christopher Grimalldi. Yes. Chris. They date then they get married, maybe have Gwen’s younger siblings, live happily ever after, yktv. Where did this theory come from, you might ask? Well the answer is from ur future teasers where Emilia wears TWO DIFFERENT COLOR RINGS 🤭🤭🤭🤭 a blue one (like the sapphire and gardania’s color) AND A RED ONE (like monaca’s color or like a ruby or something). I rest my case thank you for listening. (P.s. Confrontation

The basement “lab” ranked among Boss’s least favorite places, superceded, perhaps by the first “apartment” he and Red had shared on the surfce.  Unlike that place, the lab was at least clean, and there were no cockroaches.  It smelled better, too.  Disinfectant was an improvement over piss and weed.  Still, the place made Boss’s spine tingle and his bones felt oddly itchy.  Something lurked at the back of his mind, a memory too long buried to bring forth.  The infernal machine behind him kept ticking like a clock. It felt too present, as if it were looming over him, casting a foul shadow across the whole room. 

Red was supposed to have been down here ten minutes ago to take his turn on guard duty, but of course he was late.  Boss grumbled under his breath.  He’d known his brother would do something like this.  Guarding the machine was necessary, they’d agreed, considering the messages Red had been getting.  Better to be there so that when something came through, they could blast it to hell.  But old habits died hard, especially for his brother, and that meant being a lazy ass just to get on Boss’s nerves. 

The door creaked.  “It’s about time!” Boss snapped.  “You were supposed to be down here already!” 

“Sorry, cher,” said a voice that was his brother’s and yet not his brother’s.  “If I’d known you were expecting me, I would’ve dressed up for the occasion.” 

Boss summoned a bone rapier as Sansy slouched into the room. “What do you want?” he snapped, leveling the blade at the other skeleton. 

Sansy shrugged. “Just checking on you, Edgelord,” he said.  “I’ve seen you and your bro takin’ turns coming down here.  Figured I’d see if I could get in on whatever it is you’re doin’. So what’s up?”

“None of your fucking business,” Boss spat.  He didn’t lower the sword.  “We have it covered.” 

“Have what covered?”  Boss knew that Sansy couldn’t take “shortcuts” like his brother could, but damn he could move fast!  He dodged the rapier and was suddenly right in front of the machine, looking at it with his skull cocked on one side.  “Ooh, cher, something is going on here!  Look at this!”  He reached into a space below a panel of buttons and knobs and pulled up a roll of paper.  “This thing has been recording all kindsa messages.  Damn.  Did you know about this?” 

He tore the paper from under the machine and held it out.  Boss could see printed Wingdings. The same messages Red had been getting.  

“Did you know about this?” Sansy asked again, sterner now, that big brother tone in his voice.  He reads from the paper. “APOLOGIES FOR MISCOMMUNICATION. PLEASE UNLOCK THE DOOR. UNLOCK THE DOOR. UNABLE TO ALTER COURSE. PLEASE RESPOND! WE CANNOT STOP! UNLOCK THE DOOR! How long have these been coming?  Why didn’t you tell anybody? What do you know, Papyrus?  Answer me!” 

“You’re not my brother!” Boss shouted, ignoring the pang in his soul at the sound of his true name.  “I don’t owe you anything.  I don’t have to fucking tell you anything!  We have it under control!  Now just get the fuck out of here, before I do something I regret!” 

He brandished the bone sword.  It flew out of his hand, landing by the door with a clatter. Sansy’s eye light glowed a bright, fierce red.  “I wouldn’t, if I were you, cher,” he said in a deadly calm voice.  “You don’t wanna fight me.”

“Fuck,” Boss said at the same time.  

The machine began smoking and shaking.  Sansy turned to look at the screen as it lit up. The smoke grew thicker.  The shaking intensified.  For one second, Boss watched him.  Then, without thinking, he lunged forward and grabbed Sansy around the waist. 

“Look out, Sans!” he cried, pulling the other skeleton away just as the machine -- and the entire back wall of the basement -- exploded.
