Don't let the TERF hate movement trick you into thinking detransitioned people don't belong among us. They are our kin.

The vast majority of detransitioned people are still supportive of transgender people, and many of them remain in some way trans-identified themselves.

Detransitioned people have the same healthcare needs as us. They often require surgeries, hormones, laser hair removal, blockers, and reproductive healthcare assistance, just as we do. They face housing insecurity and domestic violence at elevated rates. They require support with legal documentation changes. They are marked as the 'other' and targeted for violence by cishet people who see no significant difference between us and them.

They are a member of the same political category as us with the exact same material interests. We must stand in solidarity with them. So many of them already stand with us.

Detransition is not a tragedy. I know many people who are quite happy in their detransitions. Many of them are nonbinary-identified after having identified as trans women or men; some never desist in their identities, but had to cease using hormones for health reasons. Some are fluid. Others were incorrect about their identities due to trauma and are thankful to have had the opportunity to explore who they were and heal. Others were simply trying on a different identity for a time and are better allies for it.

I never ceased being trans when I medically detransitioned. I was just filled with shame. My shame was a byproduct of living in a transphobic society, and my choice to stop T was a temporary means of coping with forces beyond my control. I needed that break to move forward with confidence. I'm now a happily medically transitioned man on T who has undergone top surgery. Everything happened in its time.

All people deserve support in their transitions. That includes detransitioned people.

Structure for Improvement

Having tried different systems over the years, I have realized that I improve the best in a structure. Having a routine, knowing what I need to do and when I need to do it helps me a lot. However, with improvement knowing isn't enough unfortunately, it is the first step. What's important is taking action. And today, I wanna share some of my routines that I'll be following for improvement!

MY WORKOUT ROUTINE

I love the body weight lifting gives people so that's what I have been doing for quite sometime now but the problem is that I don't really have a routine for it. Some weeks I lift weights for five days and some weeks it's two days. I have seen results, nevertheless, but it is something I wanna do constantly as I have bigger body goals aesthetically. So here's the routine I'll follow:

Monday : Arm workout (Weight lifting)

Tuesday : Arm + leg workout (Weight lifting)

Wednesday : Ab workout (Weight lifting)

Thursday : Rest due to school

Friday : Rest due to school

Saturday : Leg + ab workout (Cardio)

Sunday : Full body (Weight lifting)

Plus, walking or biking once the weather gets a little better<3

MY LEARNING ROUTINE

This is, perhaps, what I struggle with the most. Years in the education system ended up making me burnout. I couldn't learn anything for the sake of learning it. I always had to learn something that would be useful for my studies in school. However, this has to change. I have so many things that I'm interested in and so many things I want to learn that it would be unfair to myself to not create a learning routine. (Not a studying routine, but a learning routine! Completely different in my eyes.)

Every week, I will choose a topic to do research about. I will read books and articles. I will watch videos, interviews, documentaries etc. I will try to learn as much as possible about the topic that I am interested. And then write an essay (2000 -2500 words) about it at the end of the week.

Another learning goal is learning a language. I have been trying to learn Korean and Spanish back to back which I couldn't for years! So frustrating. But for the past few months I have been learning Spanish and it's going really well. Learning a new language is really important to me because I am a language student and it's an essential personality trait of mine. So it hurts me when I get lazy or unmotivated about it. I haven't decided on my routine yet but it will probably look something like this:

Monday : Learn 10 new words + a grammar topic

Tuesday : Learn 10 new words + watch a Ted Talk in Spanish

Still a work in progress!

MY SELF-CARE ROUTINE

I think every one of these routines are under the umbrella of self-care but for the sake of giving a name to this category, I'm going to call it the Self-Care Routine.

This routine includes:

I am starting at-home laser hair removal treatments, again... I have realized that I had spots on my legs that don't really grow hair from previous treatments so I decided to try it again. I will shave every Saturday and do the treatments on Monday. Places include : Legs, tummy, private parts.

I already have a skincare routine that I follow somewhat religiously. But I do experiment with products and I still haven't perfected it. There is an egg white face mask I bought that works really well so I'll be doing it three times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.

Right now, these are the core routines and as I'm following them, I will add or remove things accordingly.

So I wrote, I guess fanfiction(?) about @puppygirllaika 's story Transition Diary of a Sex Doll, she had no hand in writing this it's just my interpretation and I'm posting it here with her consent.

It takes the form of a journal update from the pov of Andie several years later explaining in detail how she goes about looking after her doll.

Obviously everything you read here is fantasy and for entertainment only. The only TW I'd add to the list on the original story is I talk about calories at one point very briefly.

Hi all, this is Andie. I've had a ton of requests to let or make Jane update this. First if all 'Jane' is a dead name now, my doll doesn't have a name anymore. Second I have given it the opportunity to do so and it has declined. So here I am several years later to give you an idea of what its existence is like now and how I go about looking after it. I'm doing this, finally, because I feel like if I can help others either look after their new doll or figure out their feelings then I should. So here goes I guess

Bedsores: I can't have my doll getting infected, it'd be less useful for me. But this is a two birds one stone situation because I always need something to do with my hands and touching flesh is especially rewarding, so whenever I'm watching TV I have it on my lap and kneed the flesh where it tends to lay

Voice: originally it wanted full vocal chord removal so it'd be silent but I changed the surgery to suit me better, it now has only partial use of its voice, just enough so my doll moans when I fuck it and screams when I cut or hit it

Mind: if my doll lost touch with reality it'd start reacting to things that aren't real and I need it to be quiet when not in use so I have to keep it sane. So every day I prop it on the couch surrounded by stuffed toys and put the TV on for it. Sometimes I put on horror movies so it can practice screaming and looking scared, sometimes porn so it can practice moaning and crying out, or sometimes just nature documentaries. And I make sure I take it out of the house at least once a month, sometimes to a hookup so we can both use it, or camping or on a road trip.

Muscles: I need my doll to be able to clench around me and move its neck enough to give me head so I can't let its muscles atrophy. So i bought a tens unit and i put it on once or twice a week for a few hours to keep the muscles moving properly Skin: I like its skin to be smooth and well looked after because it's a better tactile experience for me and also because bruises look better on nice skin. So I sponge bath it often, scrubbing its skin thoroughly and cleaning all the tricky bits to keep them fresh. Whenever I cut it for the pure pleasure of parting living flesh with a sharp blade, or whenever I bite it so hard I come away with a chunk of flesh, or even when I dig my nails in so deep I carve deep gouges, then I need the first aid kit. I've got rather good at suturing wounds closed and carefully bandaging them, and then once they have healed enough I rub oils and moisturizers into the healing skin to minimize scars. And of course I keep up with its estrogen gell so its skin stays smooth.

Hair: mostly not a big job, the hair on its face it had lasered back when it was pretending to be human, the skin around its pussy was removed by electrolysis prior to the bottom surgery, and the hair on its head I keep just long enough to be useful for gripping so it has a convenient handle

Food/ water: it needs much less of both now, about half a cup of water a day and one meal every second day, it took me a long time to figure out the optimal calorie intake so its boobs would stay nice and full and its belly chub was enough that I can use it as a hold to fuck it. I make it a special all-in-one food so its bones and skin and everything else stays strong and healthy, and I make it in all the flavors it used to love because nutrients are absorbed better when the senses are properly stimulated. And then of course I brush its teeth.

I also bought one of those fancy neural link headsets, mostly for emergency use, because only it can tell me if something feels wrong in its body. But once a year I put the headset on her and force her to be a person for a couple of hours, I know she hates it and it exhausts her but I've told her it's like routine system maintenance and that seems to help. I make her reaffirm her consent for everything that I do to her. I ask her if she has any requests or anything I can do to help her be a better toy. We talk again about the possibility of a lobotomy or something more serious. I ask her if she has anything else she'd like to say. And then I take off the headset and I watch it sigh and relax as the mask falls off, as it stops pretending to be a person.

Between all that, yeah it's a big job looking after my doll properly. On their third day of traveling to Hateno, they stop at Dueling Peaks for the night. It’s Zelda’s least favorite stable, but it’s getting late, and Celeste’s plaintive meows have gradually increased to ear-splitting howls at being cooped up in her traveling basket.

While Link haggles with the owner, Tasseren, convincing him to allow Link to exchange his unused pony points for two Malanya horse hair beds, Zelda unlatches the lid. Celeste springs out, landing on all fours and hissing her displeasure before leaping onto a nearby haybale.

“Don’t go far!” Zelda calls after her, removing an overnight bag from Star’s saddle bag.

Thanking the stablehand, Rensa, when he takes the horses’ reins and leads them to the barn, Zelda wanders to the edge of the stable perimeter. Beneath the canopy of a nearby stage, a musical troupe is setting up. A short roly-poly of a man directs them from his spot by an easel emblazoned with the name, Stable Trotters. Traveling musicians. That’s something new, Zelda doesn’t recall from before. She marvels that despite everything she and Link have been forced to endure, everyday life goes on. She supposes it’s a blessing that the common Hylian has no idea the cost of such freedom, to travel the roads of Hyrule unmolested by Guardians, monsters, or otherwise.

She moves as if in a trance further out onto the plain, following the deepening shadows of the night that encroach to cover Blatchery Plain and Ash Swamp. Zelda despises this place with every fiber of her being, but try as she might, she can’t seem to stop the tread of her feet. She leaves faint silvery footprints in the flattened, dew-drenched grass as she approaches an overgrown hill of crumbling rubble standing in the center of the swamp. When the squishing sound of her boots in the damp mud seeps through the sudden roaring in Zelda’s ears, she stops.

It was here, on a rainy night, one hundred plus years ago that Link was felled by a Guardian’s laser because she’d unlocked her power too late to save him and the other Champions. But the sword he’ll wield for just a short while longer had instructed her on how to save him. If Link’s correct, and Zelda dares to hope, it seems they’ve come full circle.

The swamp and surrounding area have long been cleared of the hulking remains of the Guardians that littered the area. They’ve been stripped of any valuable machinery and the strong, durable metal melted down to be repurposed into all manner of weapons–swords, lances, bows, and shields.

She looks to the walls of Fort Hateno that have been repaired, and are now patrolled by several of the new guard that Link trained. Beyond is one of many army camps set up through all the regions of Hyrule, to protect and uphold the peace.

Zelda startles when arms wrap around her waist, until Link whispers in her ear. “What are you doing out here?”

Turning in his arms, her gaze locks onto his bright blue eyes. Otherwise, he’s silhouetted by the flickering flames from the stable beyond, and a soft breeze blows his hair to obscure his face. If not for his warm hands on her hips, Zelda would think he’s a ghost. To be sure, she catches the stray locks of hair with her fingers, tucks them securely behind his ears and presses her lips to his. They’re soft, pliable, and real, and return her kiss without hesitation.

The faint strains of a waltz drift over the deserted plain, and when they break apart, Link takes her hands, placing one on his shoulder while keeping the other firmly in his grasp.

“Dance with me.”

“Dancing? Here?” Zelda shakes her head, taken aback. He can’t be serious, dancing upon the site where he’d died in her arms. Even after all the years, she can still feel the cold dampness of the swamp counterpointed by his warm blood seeping through her gown.

“It’s time to let it go, Zelda. All of our past failings and regrets.” Link presses his hand lightly against the small of her back, and begins guiding her in a languid circle there on that soggy, muddy plain.

Despite her misgivings, with each step, she feels a little more of her fear and remorse flutter away on the wings of a silent prayer.

"Let's see, what brings you in today?", the short man said. His cheeky smile spear across his face as if he was talking to a friend, rather than a total stranger.

"I don't know you tell me." You replied, gaining a giggle from the man. His maroon hair had a small black streak in it, something you would have never noticed had he not bent over to cover his mouth. From the looks of it, he doesn't seem to take things seriously.

"You were brought in for an investigation. And I would like your help." He said as he straightens himself. Clearing his throat and dusting off his chest. "The name's Shikanoin Heizou. I am the Tenryo commissions' detective and we got a case to solve."

"Yeah, sure, like the person brought here against their will and tied to a chair will help." You smirked as sarcasm laced your words. And besides what good would you be? "Why do you need my help anyway? There are tons of other more capable people that can carry you to a solution."

"You've got quite a mouth on you, huh?" He giggled. "Looking at your records, it seems you know the outskirts of Narukami Island pretty well."

"Why not get an adventurer or a surveyor to go with you? Why me out of all people?"

"I think you'll be very useful to this case." His eyes stared into yours, laser-sharp and threatening. Like something dangerous lies beyond them. You mentally gulp under his gaze. "Now, let's get going before the trail runs cold." He stated while starting the leave the room.

"Yup, I'll be there with you in a bit."

"Oh! Sorry, forgot you were tied down. My co-workers are very rude, I'll give them a word later." He again giggled as he turned around and untied your ropes. After graciously removing your restraints, you and Heizou made it outside with some glances from the other officers. Not to mention the same officers that tied you up and watched you leave.

You debated running away. Sneaking behind a nearby store vendor to avoid any more confrontations. If anything you just wanted to get away from his annoying whistling. The tune wasn't even catchy or rhythmic. Just a lump of notes that may have sounded good if it were following the typical pattern of a song. But while looking around for a good place to hide, you noticed his glowing teal vision that resided by his hip. Its glow was enticing and beguiling. Visions were mysterious and unknown by your clan. Not many had them and if they did, their line of work found little use for them. It was quite admirable that whoever was granted one, was also granted the attention of a god. But one fact was known, visions granted power. And power was what you despised after the fate of your family.

"So, detective, were to?" You questioned nearing the edge of Inazuma City.

"You'll see when we get there!" He turned to give you a wink and a smile. You could tell he wasn't telling the whole story. But by his style of talking, you knew you wouldn't get many answers if you questioned him. So, the journey to an unknown destination was pretty quiet. Except for his whistling. In concern for your sanity, maybe talking would occupy his mouth instead.

"So, do you often do investigating with strangers?"

"No. Not really. But it sure is fun!" He answered. Quickly shushing the high pitch noise he previously made. "It is quite interesting. Human emotions and reasonings."

"Why is that?" You retorted. Even though you try to avoid any human interaction, you preferred him talking over whistling. "Are you a therapist on your off time?"

"Funny, but no. I just like messing around and seeing people's reactions!" His closed-eyed smile made you concerned for your safety. "Oh! Looks like we are here!"

The area was overgrown. It was unkept and seemed like no one has lived there in a while. Just over the hill, you could see Inazuma city and its glowing lights made the place you stood look dark. Wooden boards and debris were scattered along the property, but one house stood in the center of it all. Moss and various other plants have made their way onto the porch and through the cracks. Life thrived in an abandoned, desolate place. Heizou walked up to the building wondering about the clues he could find. But you knew this place.

"Tell me. Why are we here?"

"For the case of course!" Heizou said without turning to you, unaware of your changed demeanour.

"There is nothing here." You said in a sad tone.

"Of course there is!" He turned slowly to look at you. Your body almost looked smaller, as if hiding from something. Like a mouse in a lion's cave. Heizou found that interesting. With just his eyes, it was all he needed to know that you knew this place. You, of course, remembered your home. "The evidence is standing right in front of me."

Instantly, your body perked up. You knew you shouldn't have gone with this man. "I should've ran when I had the chance!", you thought. You met his eyes. They were filled to the brim with anticipation. Like an owl awaiting its prey. You dared not to find out where his strength lies. But at the same time, you didn't know his intentions. But your family is dead, what gain can come from something long gone from this world. Except, you still stood. Air still fills your lungs.

"Everyone that lived here has been reported dead. All but one." He walked towards you. You followed his feet movements backwards. "I'll admit, you impressed me. It took quite some time to track you down. Even after the vision hunt decree you still managed to get away from me!"

"What do you want?" Your voice was shaky as your breath quickened. A wooden plank caught your foot and you fell on your behind, earning a small squeak to slip past your lips. Before you could get up, Heizou was standing over you.

"I just wanted to say..."

"I found you, Y/N!!!"
