“Someone handed me “Mexico City Blues” in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1959 and it blew my mind. It was the first poetry that spoke my own language.”

Happy October! I made this “menu” for a coworker who needed some cheering up this month, I wanted to share it to the void for anyone else who’d like to try some of these October themed suggestions!

Happy Red?
HAPPY RED.
Took me long enough, time to share my favorite photoshoot from the Connichi first. Can we all appreciate how much of an awesome photographer @adragonstale is? He was equally full of dirt and leaves in the end.
I had a blast, this is just a fragment of the full photoshooting and I know I used my left arm way too much but WHO CARES.
I loved being a little circus brat.

i was in the middle of doing homework and minding my own business and i remembered howl by allen ginsberg and i suddenly find myself unable to think about anything else
seriously he wrote "i'm with you in rockland where we are great writers on the same typewriter" and "who threw their watches off the roof to cast their ballot for Eternity outside of Time, & alarm clocks fell on their heads for the next decade" and you just expect me to pretend that isn't the most poetic poem that has ever poeted? you expect me to be fine and carry on with my day???
somebody please save me i need to finish my essays
