We need to heal. Period!!!! Come through. Also, if you are interested in learning how to facilitate community healing spaces using expressive arts? Sign up for this session hosted by @wellness_promoters. As a healthcare worker, we need alternative ways to engage the heart, body and spirit in the healing process. This RICHER model developed by @uzonwankpa breaks it down into easy steps that can be replicated. We are excited!! The Alliance of CA Traditional Arts @caltradarts is hosting a conversation between @uzonwankpa the #apprentice and @rhodessajones the #mentor #StoryTeller ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ Sharing #stories with #Rhodessajones has been a cathartic experience. It’s definitely a great way to get to know more about a person. It’s been a pleasure to listen, watch and learn from @rhodessajones real stories with such vivid imagery and passion. I feel alive just listening. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ Listening quiets that part of my brain that wants to top the other persons story or one up it or negate it or.......... ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ #story #storyteller #nkata #conversation #artist #African #Igbo #American #AfricaninAmerica #author #writer #publichealth #communityhealth #healingthrougharts #healingthroughstories #bruja #spirituality #califa #goddess #Black #blackgirls #blackgirlmagic #blackgirlsrock #artists https://www.instagram.com/p/CAoH2TNBj4r/?igshid=ykmb1bt6jdkx
