El Street Lifting es una variación del Street Workout en donde los ejercicios se realizan adicionando pesos externos para hacer más difícil la ejecución. Actualmente la disciplina se realiza en las categorías:Maximas Repeticiones con un peso prestablecido, y Máximo Peso para una repeticion. Los ejercicios mundialmente usados en competencias de Street Lifting son las Dominadas, Fondos y Pistol Squats. Adicionalmente las Muscle Ups y Flexiones con peso están volviéndose populares también. RECETA: 🙌🙌🙌🙋🙋: Idea de Comida de Hoy: Croquetas de Jurel y Ensalada! Preparación de las Croquetas: - Mezcla en un bowl el contenido de una lata de Jurel, con tres claras de huevo, y adiciona 1/3 de taza de harina de maíz. Puedes usar un tenedor para mezclar todo. - Luego, con tus manos, toma una porción de la mezcla y crea bolitas y luego aplastalas hasta obtener la forma de croquetas. - Coloca las coquetas en una sartén precalentada y rociada con un poquito de aceite (el de tu preferencia, yo use 100% maiz). - Dejalas cocinar unos minutos y voltealas cuando las veas doradas, espera a que se doren del otro lado y listo!
