Jump Attack training programme - Upper body isometric holds This part of the training is focused on maintaining strength in your muscle contraction over a period of time Holds include: Push up Pull up (the one I least enjoy) Shoulder press (not shown) Bicep curls (not fun) Tricep push-up (1 second feels like 10 seconds) Frog plank Side plank Importantly this programme schedules in rest, which, if you're giving your all with every exercise, is seriously needed to recover Week 1 each hold was for 30 seconds Week 2 (which I'm on now) each hold lasts 60 seconds... Unfortunately we didn't go swimming this time so I didn't have a chance to test out the swimmates diapers. Buuuuut I did have to take a shower and I was curious so I put them on and omg I live the feeling it gives me. It definitely makes you feel small. Its like you can't even be trusted to leave the water to go potty

Our friends at We Are Placemaking requested some weatherproof bunting and we were able to complete the order with their extremely tight deadline.§ In an unusual use for our double sided pull-up substrate, we printed these hanging signs, making sure they were backed up with the correct letter to make it read correctly from both sides.
