What to do instead of eating:
Clean your room
Clean your car
Organize your desk
Learn something you've wanted to for a while
Workout
Walk
Create a vision board that'll motivate you to keep going
Make a to-do list for tomorrow or today or for the week
Put on a face mask
Try your clothes if you have any that'll fit you when you're at your UGW or GW
Do yoga if working out sounds too exhausting
Paint or draw or practice that
Meditate and visualize yourself at your UGW
Clean and organize your phone
Try a new hairstyle
Start working on a puzzle
Vacuum your home
Clean your makeup brushes
Clean your fridge
Drink some warm water
Color something if possible
Go sit in the sun, or watch out if the window when it rains or snows, or just watch the clouds pass by.
Start a diary if you haven't.
Take a nap
Read the book you've been wanting to read
Watch a movie or start watching a TV series
Plan a morning or evening where you watch the sun come up or go down and just enjoy it
Make a list for what you want for your Bday or for Christmas
Practice duolingo
Check are you close to your goals yet
Update your goals if necessary
Create workouts like a 5 min workout, 15min workout, and a 50min workout, or a quiet workout or a hiit workout, whatever you want
Listen to music or find new songs
Stretch if you haven't today
Drink coffee or tea
Make a list of goals you want to achieve this week, next month, in a year, 5 years, and 10 years
Study something either for school/college or for fun
Start a quote book where you write your favorite quotes that inspire you, and you can make pages like that inspire and motivate you to study or try harder, etc
Pet your pet or take them for a walk if possible
Talk to your pet tell them about your goals or your day

Learning to purge was the worst mistake of my life. Ignoring the obvious and dangerous consequences, knowing I can eat whatever I want and just throw it up has completely fucked up my ability to restrict. If I try and restrict under 1000 I just think well I can just have more because I can purge. Purging doesn’t even get all the calories out so I don’t even lose weight. I want to quit purging and go back to my restrictive ED please lord
