Astro observations🌺

FYI I’m not a real astrologer, just my observations :) TW🔞

The cancer moon men I know are pretty chill and laid back + funny, but the women are so bitchy and moody😭 with a big sweet tooth

Every twin I know either has Gemini or Pisces placements

You ever meet someone and their neck just stands out for some reason added points if they smell good, most likely they’re a Taurus rising/ mars. Good example is Megan thee stallion her neck is so cute to me hehe

Aries in the chart can show you the things you were introduced to at a very young age, the early memories that you think of and say ‘That was wild lol’

3rd: could’ve started learning way before you started school(like flash cards and things) siblings and cousins, music, having access to electronics early

So far today was a normal day at the daycare. Sundrop was playing with the kiddos, You were observing to make sure everything was running smoothly.

Currently, You were sitting at the main desk, Looking over some Pizzaplex stuff before noticing Sundrop waving you over.

He was squatting next to a crying little girl, So you jogged over as quick as you could. “ Hey Sunny, Is everything okay?”

Sun looked up at you. “ Little McKenzie here lost her Freddy plush, Can you please go grab an extra one from the storage closet?” Sundrop had a tone of concern in his voice.

You nodded. “ Okay! I’ll be right back! It’s gonna be okay McKenzie!” You went off to get the plushie, While Sundrop tried to comfort her.

Once you got there, You noticed that the only Freddy plushie left was one of the bigger ones. You hummed, Hoping she will be fine with it. You grabbed the plush with both hands, Since it was a little bigger than a regular one.

You quickly got back to Sun and the little girl, At this point Sun managed to get her to stop crying. You squatted down in front of them, Holding out the plush a bit. “ McKenzie, Look! Your friend Freddy came back!” You wiggled the plush a bit.

She immediately lit up with joy, grabbing the plush from you, Hugging it tightly. You chuckled at the fact that this plush was basically a third of her body. She didn’t seem to mind the plush size, Which made you feel relieved. Sundrop however noticed it..

She ran off, Screaming ‘thank you!’

You just laughed, While you and Sun stood up straight again. You then looked at eachother, You were smiling at him. “ So, Did you need anything else Sunny?”

“ Your hands!”

“ Excuse me?” You head tilted, Face filled with confusion. Sun drop just laughed. “ Sorry! It’s just, Your hands looked so small! Normally when I hold that size plush, I just need one of mine.”

You then looked at your hands. “ Oh..Yeah?”

Sundrop nodded. “ Yeah! Wait, Let me see your hands!”

You raised an eyebrow, Before holding your hands out for Sun. He put his hands against yours.

“ Oh wow! Your hands are very small compared to mine!” He laughed. You chuckled as well, Your face growing a bit warm. “ Yeah! I’ve noticed that before though.”

“ You have?”

Now your face felt hotter. “ Well..Yeah. I watch you play with the kids almost all the time so..I’ve noticed a couple of details about you.”

If Sun could smile wider, He would. “ Oh! Well…” He then laced his fingers with yours. “ One of these days, I’d love to hear more about these ‘little details’ you’ve notice about me!”

Optimus Prime X Female human child reader

Summary: Prime was patrolling in his alt form, at one point he stopped for a while. What he wasn't expecting was for a little girl to open the door of his alt form and suddenly get inside.

Warning(s): Mentions of death, cringe (everything I do is cringe-)

Prime was currently in his alt form while patrolling, the sun had set a few hours ago. Sure, the decepticons weren't attacking now, but Optimus was still patrolling just in case.

He had on the road for about an hour or more, he finally decided to stop for a while in a secluded area.

About five minutes of staying in one spot, Optimus suddenly felt the door of his alt form open, but he wasn't the one who had opened the door.

"Big truck... Cool truck..." He heard a tiny voice speak. The autobot then realised that a human child had managed to open the door of his alt form and climb inside.

Prime wasn't sure what to do.

Should he transform?

Should he tell the child to get out?

Should he wait until she leaves?

Where were her parents?

"Child..." The little girl jumped when she heard Optimus' voice from the radio.

"Ooh! The truck can talk?!" You giggled and stared at the radio. "I'm listening, Mister truck!"

"Please, step out."

"Okay!" Without hesitating, you opened the door and jumped out.

Your smile grew as you suddenly saw the truck transform into a giant robot. "Woah! You're a robot! Cool! You look way cooler than the ones I saw the other day!"

The ones you saw the other day?

That caught the autobot's attention.

Optimus crouched to your level, his optics staring into your (eye colour) eyes.

"What other robots, child...?" Prime did his best to make his voice soft and gentle so he would scare you.

"The big silver one who made my house go 'boom!!' with mama and papa still in it. He made other houses go 'boom!' too." Your grip on your favourite animal plushie and blanket increased slightly.

Megatron.

Just based on what you said Optimus knew that you were talking about Megatron.

Megatron had killed your parents.

"What's your name, Mister?" You interrupted the autobot's thoughts when you suddenly spoke.

"My name is Optimus Prime, child."

"Cool! I'm [Name]! Mister Optimus, you kinda remind me of papa. You have like...this deep serious voice." You smiled.

"How long have you been alone, child?" Optimus asked as he looked around, there wasn't any sign of houses nearby.

"I dunno, I've seen the moon come out...like two or three times?" You did your best to remember.

You've been alone for over a day. No child should be alone without their parents for over a day.

Prime asked if you had any relatives you could go to, but you only shook your head.

"Mister Optimus...Can I stay with you?" You suddenly became teary eyed and your voice cracked as you spoke. "I don't...I don't wa-wanna be alone anymore..."

Optimus sighed. He shouldn't let you stay with him. He would just put you in danger.

"Please? I won't be a burden or cause trouble...i promise!!" You did your best to wipe your tears.

Optimus sighed once again. "Just for a while... Then you must leave and go back with other humans."

Prime transformed into his alt form before opening the door. You giggled before quickly climbing inside and closing the door.

alright, so here’s the deal since I need to come clean with y’all

I’m paying off my 2021 year taxes since I owed them money and stuff, I made a payment plan with TurboTax and shit and I’ve already made 2 payments out of 4. I’ve been paying that pack easy and on time; no issues there. However, I got a letter from the irs saying I was 2 months late on my payments (which I wasn’t) apparently I made the payments in the wrong year or section?? I have no fucking clue tbh; I thought I was paying it right but apparently not. BUT luckily the 2 payments I made were still under my name and social but they were unclaimed. I gave them a call to sort it out and got the 2 payments back to the balance of where it should’ve gone! I was firm to tell them I was already in a payment plan (I have them the 2 last dates on the other 2 payments I need to do) and we AGREED to stick by it. All is good, I thought I sorted it out. I got another letter confirming it and everything. Awesome!

Then yesterday I got YET another letter from the irs, basically they want me to pay the full remaining balance (aka: 3.5k) by AUGUST 28th of next month. So uh, I’m a little stressed out and anxious about that because idk about y’all but I literally do not have 3,500 dollars. IF I DID…I WOULD’VE PAID IT OFF.

So now I have to wait for the 4th to pass so I can give them a call and ask them why they decided to fully charge me the rest by that date instead of the payment plan we agreed on. If worst comes to worst; they’re going to tell me it’s all due on august with no exceptions. And if it is, I’m literally screwed. Because I do NOT have that kind of money.

Part of me wants to open comms but I literally can’t, my body will not handle that kind of pressure with what I already have on my shoulders. I would take like maybe 2 comms but I deadass doubt anyone would even pay 100 dollars for my art. It’s not that good enough unless it’s a comic and right now? I don’t wanna be doing comic comms. No way.

And what’s worse is that I haven’t paid for shipping on the other plush orders that are done (sun, moon and teddy Freddy and Gregory) as-well as gotten the bulk order on the keychain plushies finalized because the met amount hasn’t been reached yet. I honestly wanted to cry because I felt like a complete failure,

I am not nor will I ever use the money for shipping to make any other purchases than what they are intended for, that would be irresponsible of me to do so. That money was from you guys for me to ship your orders and that will NOT be touched.

My friends lightly suggested that I upped my princess on the plushies because they cost a lot more to produce and ship, and they’re right but if I charged more then they won’t be affordable and won’t make much sales, I’m thinking after the keychain plushies I should just go back to sticking with chains, pins and stickers. BUT what I will do is charge the keychain plushies from 30 to 40 dollars because I sold my blueberry plush for 40 so it’s only fair.

I wouldn’t be struggling too much if I knew what I was doing as a small business owner but since I’m new to it I practically don’t know what I’m doing. I’ve been suggested to look for other stuff that I can do for me to make a profit while not spending too much. And target stuff I know will sell well.

But right now? I gotta go as planned, so I am begging for help.

Please please let’s try to get the stuff on my shop sold out for me (if possible), you can share to whoever you want and purchase whatever you see of interest in my shop! And if you can leave a tip that’ll help a lot!

And if you can’t buy anything on my shop, that’s okay! You can also buy me a Kofi or two! ANYTHING helps!

I’m trying to prepare for the worst, I just hope that’s not the case but I’m deadass loosing my grip. so PLEASE PLEASE help me in any way you can if you want!

So, here's the deal.

Some stories end. Even in a perpetual MMO.

And I made contingency plans for the possibility that one day, Zoissette's story might end, for whatever reason. So while Quinnelle may not ever meaningfully exist, she's still there, in my head, causing trouble and making fun stories.

With that in mind, Quinnelle Vidalle, the fastest of the fast couriers in Eorzea, ready and standing by, one Fantasia away when Zoissette finally bows out of the spotlight. (Importantly, this lets me keep all the stuff on a new character, and Quinnelle is designed to be able to nick in as a replacement WoL easy as you please)

What does their bedroom look like?

Piles and piles in different places on the floor. Single small bed. A potted plant that died probably before the last calamity. Cobwebs everywhere, what do you have a problem with spiders she likes spiders spiders are friends. That one's named Jeorgeaux.

Sexual orientation is yeah, sure, if she's bored. Finds discussions on such faintly boring and nonsensical though. Swive who you wanna if you wanna she don't give a shit. Also gender is bullshit.

How organized are they? How does this organization/disorganization manifest in their everyday life?

About the only thing they keep neat and clean is the uniforms in their closet, and they are -picky- about anything doing with mail, they take that shit stone cold seriously. Everything else is whatever. Knows she'll be perpetually late if she lets herself be so, so instead shows up early and just bitches.

What is their biggest regret?

Regrets are for people who aren't charging forward half enough. Any given day generates a few dozen small regrets that she usually forgets within the half hour. Can't have regret if you're always rushing to live in the now.

What makes them feel guilty?

Okay, fine, they'll feel guilty over not meeting obligations, like getting packages to the right person or mail to the right place on time or missing muster or that one time she plumb forgot she was supposed to meet a guy for a date but look it was a really good triple triad game okay she won a plushie she'd wanted for a long time out of it his name is G'george. The plushie, not the date. No, she doesn't know how Sun Seeker names work, the Moon Keepers are far more personable in her opinion.

Superstitions or views on the occult?

She believes in every single god and goddess and holds any of a number of tiny little rituals for each one every day. It doesn't matter that some of those belief systems contradict other ones; she's not telling the gods, and nobody else should be either, and what they don't know won't hurt them. Definitely believes in hedging her bets in this regard, so there's always a deity to call on in a moment of trouble.

Primals are just assholes trying to get in on the god action though so swive 'em. But not literally. Well maybe Ifrit. He's hot. That's a fire joke. Get it? Hahah but no seriously.

While I will try to keep it mostly the same as the original, this is still MY interpretation of Lunar, which WILL include my personal headcanons and ideas about Lunar, which should be made obvious by the above image.

Keep all interactions SFW, as the Mun is a minor. Very basic questions, like if Lunar knows “where babies come from” or if they know what sex is are ok, but that’s it.

Shipping is allowed, with other characters or OCs, as well as multiple at the same time, just not with any of the other DCAs that show up in SAMS (Sun, Moon, Eclipse, Bloodmoon), as Lunar considers them his brothers. Other fan-made DCAs should be fine, as long as it’s different enough to be considered a separate character and not just an alternate version of one of the aforementioned DCAs and they don’t have a sibling relationship with any of the aforementioned DCAs. If you want to have a ship-based interaction with Lunar, please communicate that as clearly as possible with me, otherwise all interactions will be interpreted as purely platonic (except for Roxanne. Lunar still shares a body with Moon, but they made an agreement that Lunar can change his outfit if they know it’s going to be out for more than a few hours, and vice-versa.

The wicker basket talk got me to think of a lil kid reader or something hiding in the basket from Sun or Moon. Probably Moon since hide and seek scenarios fit him. Not sure of the over all scenario that lead to the wicker basket but that's what came to mind.

If I had to compare the whole wicker basket thing I did as a kid to something, think solid snake and his box.

Moon honestly would probably find it funny. Of all the places a kid could hide they chose a big old wicker basket with a lid, he would probably find the whole sneaky moving basket thing absolutely hysterical...might even steal basket kid for a while, (I'm thinking of the scenario where Sun and Moon are separate)

Sun just panicking after naptime because a child is missing but Moon is chilling out with basket kid in his and Sun's room, he wanted to see what would happen if he gave the basket kid some blankets or pillows, kid just used it to make the basket nap friend by turning it into a tiny makeshift nest.

He's given the kid a plush and the kid just grabbed the lid and closed themselves inside the basket with the plush. Was quiet after a while so Moon lifted lid to check, basket kid is now sleeping in the basket. Basket kid is Moon's favorite now. Basket kid likes the dark and to sleep. Basket kid isn't super noisy, basket kid just blinked at him startled then looked curious instead of scared when he found them so he decided he'd take the basket with the kid still inside and experiment with strange, quiet and funny child.

Moon doesn't care what their name is, he's still gonna call them the basket kid. He's not taking the kid back down because it's noisy and bright down there and basket kid is still sleeping. Sun eventually decides to check his and Moon's room, finds Moon sitting next to basket, Sun is like 'a child is missing' Moon's like shhh, Sun's all ’dont shush me' Moon wave him over and lift lid off basket, Sun has found the missing child, tries to take them from the basket and Moon slaps his hands away 'no, they want to sleep'

Sun can't get Moon to give the kid to him to take to the playroom, basket kid makes noises of complaint when Sun starts waking them up, basket kid peers out of basket like Oscar the grouch and says, "go away, wanna sleep." Moon's like "you heard them, go away"

Sun will have to give up due to moon eventually taking basket kid and hiding with them, Moon's not going to keep them, just wants to let them sleep but Sun's not letting them. kid will get checked out by their parents with a mysteriously obtained Moon plushie.(kid wouldn't let it go)

Moon is going to steal basket kid a lot, kid may not always sleep but basket kid likes quiet activities. That's fine in Moon's book, he doesn't get bored during playtime because basket kid just hangs out with him reading and doing other quiet things.

Okay I know I just posted something about things that excited me about the DLC, but screw it imma share that thing I said I had that I will not clarify above here what that thing is cus spoilers

but yeah

Okay so Ruin DLC Eclipse, amiright?

but I love Eclipse, I just wanna squeeze em in a tight hug!!!

But that's off-topic

So you know how Sun was saying stuff like "I am trapped in a nap" and "reboot" and "we need to be whole"?

What if- and hear me out (you don't have to lol)- Sun and Moon weren't a jeckl-hyde situation of 1 person with two personalities, but 1 person that split into 2, those 2 being Sun and Moon?

Eclipse was the original DA, and when the virus happened, he got split into 2, Sun and Moon, Sun being... idk how to describe canon Sun, and Moon being gremlin-like, evil, and full of murderous intent?

However, though that could make sense, that wouldn't explain all the posters, and the plushies. Thus, I did do a slight mental editing to my theory, thinking back on what I heard someone else once state months(?) ago, from the books (about Sun & Moon being theater kids)

Eclipse was the main guy, the star of the show, the solar act (get it? solo? solar? okay I'll shut up). However, Eclipse wasn't really alone, as he had two smaller personalities inside: Sun and Moon. They were mainly forms for acting, and played different roles, Moon always being the villain. Then, they were repurposed to be daycare attendants, however, still also being used for the theater, whenever they were available to (however, the daycare became popular cus of people not wanting to drag their kids along with them, so they'd drop em off there, basically giving them no time to act, and the theater was slightly taken over by Comedy Bot) Eclipse was the main attraction of the theater, but they did use Sun & Moon for marketing purposes, as they were still favorited characters from their acts. So, since they were mainly daycare attendants now, that's why there were Sundrops and Moondrops. However, with their coding slightly changed, and Eclipse and Sun loving to bond with the kids (Moon was never intended to be around the kids, he was only still left around because they were intended to be in the theater again, but never got the time, so he rarely got time to roam, until they decided to turn the lights off hourly during closing time, so he could go wild and crazy), Eclipse got most of the attention, and Sun (and Moon) got jealous of him being more famous than the two. So then, Sun started taking over more often, leaving the lights high and bright, and rarely letting Eclipse take control. Sun didn't want the lights to be either dimmed, nor turned off, because dimmed meant Eclipse, and off meant... Moon. The violent, bloodthirsty Moon, who was tired of being locked up, and only having a few chances to even be in control. Then, after some time, Sun had been taking control for so long, that Eclipse was forgotten about. By the staff, by the kids, by Sun and Moon, and nearly... by himself. He was closed away, trapped in a nap, and unable to do anything. Then, Moon, still wanting control, just grew more violent, and bloodthirsty, and malicious. So basically those two fighting, while Eclipse was locked away

What wakes up Eclipse? idk. The virus? Balloon World? Cassie entering? Who knows, but eventually he wakes up, realizing he's been gone for too long, and things had gone chaotic, to ruins even (ill stop ill stop).

So, long story short (in a way), Eclipse was the main act, with Sun and Moon as personalities he could swap to whenever he pleased for the acts, and then became a DCA, and his personalities actually became personalities, and they were jealous cus they wanted the spotlight, and shut him out, and Sun begging you to help was not actually Sun (in my silly theory), and was Eclipse speaking through Sun the best he could, begging for you to save him

Obviously, that last part can't be true, especially with how Sun straight up thanks you for saving him from Moon afterwards, making it that it truly was Sun begging for you to save him. Sun wanted to be whole. Moon, however, did not.

but anyways that's that, idk what I was rambling about, but yeah it was just a silly lil theory about Eclipse

Don't mind me, I just wanna ramble about some misc crafty projects I want to do but I can't because 1) I'm in Knitting Jail and 2) I don't quite have the supplies

Like a year or two ago I tried doing some cross stitching and got some aida cloth specifically for that. I enjoyed it enough but haven't really had much of a wish to try doing more tbh, but I still have some fabric left, and no idea what to do with it

The other day a friend helped me figure out (by accident) that these moon plushies I've been seeing around online are by a company called JellyCat and. Yeah I've been seeing this (and the similar sun plushie) in a bunch of places. They are very very cute.

But also, not quite my style.

IDK I'd probably like them more if they were plain (no face, no feetsies). I'm just boring. Also I have my Plastic Anxiety (to be fair, the company's website does not label what their plushies are made of, so it is possible they could be plastic free), and the plushies are like 36€ each. Not obscenely expensive by any means, but you add like customs and shipping and suddenly the plushies I wasn't 100% into (just like... 60-70%) just don't seem worth it anymore.

Also I'm trying to do a No Buy Year so jdfhgdkhsg

But, it got me thinking. Could I make plushies from whatever scrap supplies I already have? And realistically, probably yeah! I have misc fabric, I have stuffing etc, I could probably sew some basic plushies that're more My Style! But also, as much as I do have that Plastic Anxiety, I do like soft, fluffy plushies, and just using basic fabric would be kinda sad, since it wouldn't have the fluff to it.

And this is where we get back to the aida cloth.

I started wondering if I could somehow make a fluffy fabric using some fluffy yarn and the aida cloth, like kinda tuft it by hand, and then sew together a custom, plastic free, fluffy plushie 🤔

Realistically, this would be an extremely tedious project, and the main kicker is, if I want a moon plushie, I would like it to be white, and I don't have thick-ish white yarn. And I'm trying to not buy any yarn until I've burned through my stash.

So that's one project I kinda really wanna do, but I don't have one (1) supply for it, so I can't.

On a semi-similar note, I kinda wanna redye my old black hoodies that have faded and then do embroidery on them, but alas. I don't have fabric dye, nor an old pot big enough to redye anything.

Also somehow that thought has also evoled into "what if I used my scrap black fabric and made a trench coat and then embroidered on it in white but tried to make it look like Mollymauk Tealeaf's coat". Which is. You know. Absurd and a project far too advanced for me lmao

Now. On Instagram the algorythm has been reccomending an account called AceofShades to me, where this lovely lady makes custom lamp shades. They are absolutely gorgeous.

And she makes it look so fucking easy, and fun.

And the thing is. I just happen to have this old, tiny lampshade frame with no fabric on it.

So it calls for me, like a siren.

Not gonna lie, I kinda tried to do the Step 1 of making a lamp shade which is just wrapping the frame of the lamp with a ribbon (so that you can later sew things directly onto the frame), because I just happened to find some basic white cotton ribbon in my mom's stash the other day. But, both to my dismay and fortune, I ran out, I only got like 2/3rds of the frame wrapped up.

Now indeed, I have a bunch of misc fabrics I could use to try to make this into a proper lampshade, but I do need not just more of that base ribbon to finish wrapping the frame, but I'd also need decorative ribbon to then later use on top of the lamp to finish it off and hide the seams.

Realistically I will probably give in and get those materials sooner or later (or, more specifically, the base ribbon just for now, because I wouldn't want to buy a buttload of the decorative ribbons when there's a possibility I could fuck up the sewing and end up not wanting to finish the lampshade), but like, I'm trying to tell myself Not To.

The thing is, we have this vintage... lamp/table thing. It's a lamp, attached to a table. The table is in pretty horrendous condition and needs to be refinished, but also the lampshade on it has ripped, so like. If I could do a convincing job on this tiny lampshade (as a practise round), I could see myseld refinishing that vintage table thing this summer, lampshade included.

Also there's like a million busted furniture pieces in this house that I need to work on but I can't until the weather gets nicer so
