first off- let’s get it out of the way. yes. the line of succession is very clear not open to a different interpretation. with everyone knowing their exact place.

it would be fairly impossible for every member of the line to just simply drop dead (i mean there are THOUSANDS of names on that goddamn list. almost every living english citizen is somehow a descendant of an early monarch so the risk of exhausting the line of succession is practically impossible) and thanks to that oh so lovely merovingian inbreeding almost every living (european) monarchs are listed on the line of succession to the br*t*sh throne.

if EVERY member of the BRF (br*t*sh royal family)(i suggest we start calling them the BARF) died the norwegian royal family due to their descent from edward VII (i think it was that one?) would take over.

but back to your hypothetical. let’s say that they died and there was such a scramble that they couldn’t determine who is next. well based on convention parliament (1689) (that number i did actually google) parliament would decide who to offer the crown.

This time, his question was essentially, “If you had to choose between the death of one person you’ve never met or the destruction of all the works of Shakespeare (or another author you prefer), what would your choice be?”

Everyone was being flippant for the most part (i.e., “If I save the person, no kid will be forced to read Shakespeare ever again!”) until Carrie chimed in and said, “Shakespeare teaches us more about humanity that saving one life would, so I would save the plays.” This created a very awkward silence and made several people visibly uncomfortable. Personally, I thought it was a theoretical discussion (and was scrolling on my phone anyway) so didn’t take it too seriously. Steve seemed to feel the same at the time and debated with her a bit, but no one else said anything related to it for the rest of lunch and most everyone excused themselves quickly. I thought it was awkward but just one of those things that would blow over.

…which it didn’t. People started avoiding Carrie or being very curt with her almost immediately (like, that very afternoon). It’s not really the vibe in our office to email each other since we’re so small, but most everyone started emailing her when normally they would just approach her or speak to her over her cubicle wall. I honestly can’t tell if Carrie even minds the different treatment, but it’s so pointed I have to think she’s noticed.

WarioWare Characters Ranked by How Likely They'd Get Into Mario Kart

(There's no MoveIt! spoilers here, don't worry, but I do reference Get It Together's postgame and Gold's ending)

Thought I'd do some fun speculation thing on how likely some of the more notable WarioWare characters would get into good 'ol Mario Kart. They don't often appear in Mario spinoffs in the first place, but hey, there's a first time for everything. I'm going off the assumption of a rule of three Wario characters (well, two given what is likely one of the characters is just a skin) getting in and no more, maybe two.

Biker outfit Wario: I think this would be almost a guarantee if we get WarioWare rep. His outfit is strongly tied to the series, and it'd look out of place for there to be rep but you only have yellow overalls Wario. Plus, a biker outfit makes sense for Mario Kart!

Jimmy T: Medium chances, I'd say. He's an iconic character that's been there since day one and has plenty of fans, but compared to others on here, he has tough competition.

Mona: High! Another iconic WarioWare character, she has plenty more popularity and love, not to mention she already drives in a bike and all.

Dribble and Spitz: This is kind of a two-parter, but if they were to come together (which I think is possible, just have Spitz on Dribble's back or something) I'd honestly say high here as well. They HAVE to be together, though; one without the other is just weird, and I'd say them being separate would be low as there'd be other tough and deserving competition for one of those spaces.

9-Volt: Another notable WarioWare character! I'd say his chances are high from his notoriety, and he already got Mario's blessing (well, I assume haha) to use his likeness in the microgames; why not turn it around and throw the kid into the races?

18-Volt: Low, unfortunately. I don't see him being anywhere without 9-Volt, and with both tough competition and me not really seeing him coming in the same way via Dribble and Spitz with 9, I don't like his chances.

5-Volt: Also low. I think she's got some good popularity from being a menacing stage hazard in Smash from the Game and Wario stage and I think she's got more love from fans compared to 18 (at least from what I remember), but 9-Volt takes more priority that for the same reasons as 18, I don't see 5 getting in.

Dr. Crygor: Medium here as well. Similar reasons to Jimmy T: Think he has plenty of fans, but tough competition.

Penny: Medium-high! She came a good while after Crygor, but from what I've seen, she's become much more popular (to the point that she even got a stage and theme song where you play as only her in Get It Together) that she's got some fairly high chances, I'd say, and I feel she can stand on her own without needing her grandpa.

Mike: Low. I don't think he stands on his own very well, not to mention I don't see him taking priority over Crygor and again, tough competition.

Orbulon: Medium. He's a charming character who's got his own piggy spaceship that can easily be adapted into a kart, so I think he's got a fair chance.

Kat and Ana: Medium-low, I'd say. I can see them being together in one, but I dunno, I'm just not thinking they've got good chances compared to the veterans and other high chance characters.

Ashley: Very high. Barring biker Wario, Ashley has the best chances out of everyone here. She's not known for driving, but she's also a long-runner in the series (not the first game-long, but still very long), has a lot of love from the fans, and even seems to be in enough high standing that she got a Mystery Mushroom costume in Super Mario Maker. She didn't even have an amiibo and she got into some kind of Mario game that isn't WarioWare! She's perhaps the best example of the "tough competition" and would likely get in over the others.

Red: Low alone, but he'd probably have a good chance of being with Ashley; I kind of don't see him turning into Ashley's ride in a MK game.

Young Cricket: Medium? He's got a good amount of fans, but I dunno, he just doesn't seem like he'd overcome some of the other options.

Mantis: Low. He's highly tied to Cricket in the first place and I would not like his chances.

Lulu: That's another low. She had her time in the limelight with her introduction in Gold, but that time's since passed and from what I recall, not too many like her.

And that's my theoretical chance evaluations! Personally speaking if they do add WarioWare characters, I'd see both Biker Wario and Ashley getting in then if there's one more spot, Dribble and Spitz in one.

ok. so like everything is foggy rn but yknow how mike and el’s relationship at the end of s3 was kinda ?? well, to some of us anyways, maybe even to them, themselves (well appears like mike was ?? so…)- could that explain the way el looks whilst waiting for mike in the airport (i know! she’s nervous and whatever!!) but it’s just curious- like she seems weary almost.. and then when mike reacts with love (as one does in reunion .. but not to will ig 😐); do you think she (el) was expecting that from him (probably? bc she didn’t seem to notice how he seemed off when she kissed him at the end of s3 - not that it’s her fault) but like it does come across as a 180 on mike’s part so could that explain her “anticipating” look to -> her excited/happy look when she is actually reunited with him based on his reaction. and then with will it’s the case of him being all 😁 to 😕.. so it’s definitely this sort of expectations vs reality thing going on.

Do you think 100 Chihuahuas could defeat Achilles from Greek mythology. In this essay I will present my case for the Chihuahuas.

This question came about from Chihuahuas being ankle biters and Achilles' number one weakness being his ankle. As the story of his death goes, he enters a temple and Paris shoots an arrow into Achilles' Achilles Tendon hence the name. However it wasn't just the arrow that killed him, it was more so the poison tip of the arrow. So, my theory is one of two things will happen. The reason Achilles' Achilles Tendon was targeted was because Achilles' mother dipped him in a vat of fucking god serum or something but she dipped him by his ankle, therefore, covering that tiny portion of his body and preventing the ankle from becoming impenetrable. So his ankle was mortal while the rest of his body was basically a god.

1. The Chihuahuas will bit his ankle so much that they will eventually strike an artery leading to Achilles bleeding out.

2. The Chihuahuas will bite his ankle but it will not cause immediate damage enough to kill Achilles. Achilles kills the demon-spawn (chihuahuas). However the wound becomes infected and after a week or two Achilles dies. This leads to a tie between the Chihuahuas and Achilles.

And no Achilles would not wear boots. He was an ancient Greek man. He would wear some kickass sandals especially if he didn't know about his weakness.
