Whenever i really don't feel like exercising, be it strength training or running, I think to myself
Would Xena of Amphipolis let herself get lazy?! Would Brienne of fucking Tarth skip a sword training session!? Would Captain Janeway of the USS Voyager let herself fail a physical even if she is stuck in the Delta Quadtrant??!!
I still don't feel like doing it but now I can practically feel their disapproval which surprisingly helps
And hey, it's not stupid if it works!

Вчера сестра учила меня обращаться с волейбольным мячом хех. Мы немного поиграли, покидали мячик. И немного побегали с мелким. Ему понравилось, так что сегодня мы снова пошли на пробежку утром. Мы пробежали 2,3 км за 20 мин, сделали растяжку и вернулись домой. Я прибралась в гостиной, коридоре, ванной и туалете. На кухне и в нашей комнате приберусь чуть позже

But what does HIIT offer for Fat Burning?
Interval training is very effective at burning calories and fat. The key to success is that the alternating rhythm of aerobic activity consumes enough energy to burn fat in the metabolic process. So we burn a lot of calories while losing weight and not muscle mass.

I started running again. Or at least I find more time to do it on a regular basis. Garmin offers the option to start a training plan and that is what I did and what is keeping me accountable.
The only issue is that I often cannot estimate how long and far the session will be. On Wednesday it said Hill Runs and turned out to be 4 km in the end.
Yesterday it was 6x800 m, so half mile repeats, plus warm up plus cadance drills plus some more jogging and walking in between. I managed all that much better than I'd expected and I had fun doing the workout. In the end I ran 11 km 😬. All before breakfast.
The good and bad news now is that my watch has got a pixel issue and I filed a complaint. Garmin will replace the watch (good news!) But I'll have to send it in of course, so that I'll be without it for two weeks or so (bad news!🙄). Switched to my old Fitbit for the time being.
