Summary: Poe Dameron, the brand new Commander of the Resistance, is everything you have ever dreamt of: charming handsome, talented, and so completely in love with you. I love watching Moon Knight all over again and noticing things that your first time watching you may have not looked at.

Just less than a month after I finished the show the first time I was in Vienna I went to the Museum of Natural History and I read this. The original is in Germany however there was a copy of it there. I went to that Museum two more times and this still fascinated me.

Here is what I took.

I just absolutely love when the writers of a show put things like this. Little references that you don't usually catch normally. The cosmos and Moon Knight, it's amazing.

This brought me so much genuine joy. I got so excited when I was seeing it for the 9th time or something, put it on my IG story and everything.

Might make this a tiny series thing of things I've noticed in Moon Knight.

Got loyal bodyguard who will give his life to his mafia boss and the insane villain with daddy issues. NS/FW [SPOILERS] in brackets -> [Pete decides to fuck Vegas because of how sad and pathetic he looked after the sad passing of his pet hedgehog. Vegas eats Pete's ass out in his torture/sex dungeon safehouse that Pete had been a prisoner in up until recently. Vegas is a brutal murderer who kills and tortures like nobody's issue and then cries into his ramen because Pete chose to escape the safehouse instead of staying with him there. Vegas tells Pete he loves him while Pete is in the middle of beating the shit out of him]

Finn/Poe Dameron:

The two of them had so much potential from the moment they met. Poe was one of the first few people to treat Finn like an actual person and even gave him a real name rather than a number. Plus we have the infamous jacket scene where Finn goes to return Poe’s jacket that he pulled from the crash, now that he knows Poe is alive. Poe looks at him and how the jacket looks on him and says “No, keep it. It looks good on you” with a little lip bite.

The fact that the resistance wasn’t immediately destroyed is the most unrealistic thing in the sequel trilogy. And their enemy was the First Order, so that says a lot. They’re very committed to moral purity in their battle strategy. When Finn tries to sacrifice himself to blow up the canon about to kill everyone Rose just ??? stops him?? because its ‘not about destroying the empire its about saving the one you love’. This is the polar opposite of Andors rebels, who are totally willing to merc people they worked with and knowingly let soldiers die, for the greater good. If you put the Resistance, led by an Admiral who doesn’t inform her troops of her plans even when there isn’t any security risk, against the miniscule Rebel Effort in Andor, the Resistance would be burned to the ground in less than 48 hours, and the only reason it’s that long is because poe is there.

And don’t get me started on a show off between the First Order and the ISB. Dedra would put Kylo Rens head on her mantle.
