I think applying tropes commonly found in Sonadow fics to other sonic ships is very funny

Like today I saw the cute posts by Blu-ish about how hedgehogs circle and headbutt eachother when courting and how Sonic and Shadow would do that and I agree.

However I think the implication that mobian hedgehogs do this is HILARIOUS when applied to ships that only involve one hedgehog.

Like Silver starts circling around Espio one day and lightly shoving him with his hip or his shoulder and Espio is like: ???? What are you doing??

Or even Blazamy like- Amy keeps circling Blaze and the less Blaze reciprocates Amy does it more to try to get Blaze to react. Blaze eventually just tries to politely tell Amy to stop cause it’s hard to hold conversation while she’s moving all around.

But later Blaze talks to Silver and is like: “I have no idea what she is trying to do…perhaps she is finding a weakness in my stance? Should I fear her hunting me for sport???”

And Silver is like: uh. Well. I think she’s hitting on you? It’s a hedgehog thing.

And Blaze just freaks out because WHAT DO YOU MEAN AMY WAS FLIRTING WITH HER

Wholesome/lil angst headcanon?

Lokius are recent husbands and when Loki meets Mobius kids for the first time, it reminds them of him and Thor as littles, so he decided that one of his objectives, is to give them the best parenthood he can, and no repeat his dad's steps.

So, what would y’all think about this: Loki and Mobius have a kid together (Kang stole her ASAP, more on that later) that Mobius didn’t know about and Loki was made to forget (Kang, you bitch). The thing is, since she was conceived and born outside of time she has no variants across the multiverse. She is singular, but that doesn’t mean she hasn’t live many lives. In fact whenever Kang felt that she had to learn a lesson or when she had been disobedient (she’s a child of Loki, it happened a lot) he placed her consciousness inside of someone who had been meant to die and allowed her to live a life in a small branch of the timeline that was immediately destroyed as soon as her life ‘ended’ for real on that branch. Sometimes years would have been allowed to pass other times only weeks or months. But all those lives had one thing in common. In each one of them she was murdered.

The thing is. For all that Kang called her his ‘child’ his main motivation for stealing her was to act as a backup for when he eventually died. If he couldn’t live on, at least his mission to keep his other variants from destroying the multiverse would live on.

And he was destined to die. He had seen to that. As soon as he decided to take this child of Loki from her parents his fate was sealed. There were thousands of ways it could happen but other than the few times Mobius was the one to get the drop on him - the person who killed him was loki themself.

One does not steal a child of Loki and escape the consequences after all.

To be clear though; Kang did care for this stolen child and if the kindest timeline to her was due to being ended by this Sylvie (a Loki who refused the title of Loki) - then that was an easy sacrifice to make.

New headcannon

Scourge and Knuckles never meet in the comics, even though he used the Master Emerald to get a power boost, leading to a permanent mutation, etc etc.

So at some point after the prison break, Scourge is living on Mobius since his old team has taken over the anti-dimension,

The M.E has judged him for using it's power recklessly, so he is constantly "leaking" chaos energy, and it's slowly tearing his body apart. Sometimes it gets too overwhelming and causes his scars to reopen. He ends up going to Knuckles to return the excess energy. And although, it doesn't stop the problem 100%, but they've made a monthly routine out of it.

They're not friends, but now he hates Knuckles the least. The chao seem to have taken a liking to him though.But is it because of the chaos energy? Or because maybe deep down he has the potential to be a decent person?

What if Loki was in love with TVA!Reader? (HEADCANNONS)

Firstly, he would most definitely follow you round like a puppy, just wanting to talk your ear off about anything and everything

Meaning, he would accompany you even to the archives, where you could spend hours doing research

Eventually, of course, he would get bored, to which you would tell him ‘make yourself useful and grab me a coffee’ to which he would pretend to hate the fact you’d just bossed him about

But he would do it anyway

He’d also fall asleep on your stacks of files, making your life harder, but you didn’t entirely mind. A quiet, relaxed Loki was a rarity

He’d want to accompany you on missions, secretly not liking the fact you could be in danger, always brushing it off with his typical cockiness - ‘why wouldn’t I come? If anyone can catch the variant it’s me’

Loki would be glued to your side during these outings, always on high alert for any danger

Loki also has a habit of trying to distract you in anyway he can

Sometimes it’s throwing scrunched up balls of paper across the desk at you, moving things around on your desk to catch you out, or even simply trying to challenge you to some sort of game/bet

When he’d cracked a case, he would rush to find you, grinning ear to ear, waiting to hear your praise and ‘well done’

Involving you in his tricks and pranks on Mobius. It’s his apart of his love language after all

Soft gazes and longing glances across the room when you’re doing something mundane

Loving the way your brows crease when you’re concentrating, or how you slightly pout when you find out some worrying information

Deliberate brushing of shoulders, fingers and straightening your uniform (tie, jacket lapels, whatever he could)

He’d eat lunch with you, even though he thinks the TVA food is awful, just to spend more time with you

Mobius would 100% tease him about his ‘little crush’

Loki would also do things to elicit a reaction from you. Usually an exasperated reaction. But he couldn’t help it, he loved getting on your nerves and having you stand up to him

But if anyone else tried to stand up to him, he would definitely want to stab them - minus Mobius

Quick headcannon cuz I haven’t been on here for eons.

If/When loki and Mobius finally get together I’d imagine loki would make a ring or some kind of watch or whatever that Mobius could wear and it could guide him back to Loki if something bad happened to one of them, kinda how Howl’s rings work in HMC when Sophie has to get back to the Moving Castle during the Royal ambush scene. Idk why. I just think he’d do that.

Shower thoughts after a Loki s1 rewatch...

s1 Loki is such a chaotic muppet. By s2, he has come so far.

Sylvie and Loki: It's a disservice to their personal growth to only code them as romantic interests. In s1, they are childlike - taunting, annoying, stuck in their patterns. Even the language is young. ("Why are you being so weird!? I just want you to be okay.") As emotionally stunted beings, they slowly try out trusting and being trusted with each other, akin to learning to love yourself, literally. Their nexus event isn't because Lokis are in love. It's nexus-worthy that *Lokis* could allow themselves to be vulnerable enough to care for someone other than themselves.

This fleeting vulnerability does not become a romance teased across episodes, because that's not how these characters help each other grow. Loki will consistently challenge Sylvie's dramatic me-first survivalist ideals. Sylvie will time and again make Loki aware that he is capable of being loved and loving others.

After their Nexus event, Mobius' initial fierce reaction of hurt/betrayal/grossed out feels like the writers stating their intentions – 'Don't focus on the brief childish attempt at romance, folks. Look at the bigger picture. Come on. Ew.'

And then whoa!! Mobius and Loki are simultaneously ejected from their pairings in parallel scenes!

Order breaks from order: Ravonna kicks Mobius ‘down some stairs’ ending eons of orderly friendship (and then she embraces her chaos by following her personal desire for the facts). 

Chaos breaks from chaos – Sylvie kicks Loki through a time door to focus on her revenge (and then she embraces her order to go pursue a nice normal life).

Ravonna and Sylvie make it very clear that they don’t want these relationships with Mobius and Loki. They go on to pursue their own desires. They literally throw Loki and Mobius toward their mutual path.

What clearly IS written across several episodes is the growing trust, joy, honesty, purpose, and care between Mobius & Loki, each other's mischievous counterpart.

Is it romantic? It could be. It is in my headcannons. But I honestly don't have to see them kiss on screen to know that all of the writing has blatantly developed Loki & Mobius to be symbiotic companions.

And I am here for it.

Headcannons for Loki and Mobius

- Mobius loves listening to dad music, like queen, Guns N' Roses, AC/DC, etc. Loki always says that the music Mobius likes is "Midgardian garbage" until one day Mobius catches Loki quietly singing to "good old fashioned lover boy"

-Mobius/Don grew up in a household where being queer wasn't excepted, so he pretended like he wasn't, until he came to the tva, where all his memories, expectations, and internalized fears, were wiped away.

-Mobius confesses first but Loki thinks Mobius is just being friendly so he brushes past it

My headcannon for Tails having two birthdays goes as follows:

Tails never really celebrated his birthday at West Side, so he didn’t know when he was born. Sonic and Tails just defaulted to celebrating it when Sonic found him.

Cue stuff happening in my lore, and Tails meets his birth mom. She mentions his actual birthday, which is different from his perceived birthday.

While they now celebrate Tails’ actual birthday, his old one is still celebrated, kinda like an adoption day, you know?

Another in-universe reason that works !

That could build a load of angst, if Tails' mother is alive and he reunites...

They celebrate both as birthdays. It's more fun this way

Mobius is often left in confusion cuz some people know his birthday as 16 October, some as 21 November and when literally any of the friends are asked they don't give a clear answer and merrily watch the chaos happening.

Fans: "Is Tails' birthday October 16 or November 21?!"

Sonic crew: "Yes."
