I have a budget of ten tokens for the whole month, to mask for a whole day takes a token, once I run out the debt going against my health say I have five health. Once I spend my last token I'm burnt out but dipping into your health is symptoms more than just a cool down for masking. Things like depression and generally being able to function less. And not masking does not improve or regenerate your health or budget.

Neurotypical people have like a Budget 28 tokens a month which aren't even masking but not being silly. But not unlimited budget because everyone needs to be able to be silly sometimes and to have fun.

This might have holes in it. It has been in my mind for a half hour and it's 4 minutes to midnight.
