The best genre of trying to win an argument via Tumblr Blaze isn't even the unhinged ones – it's the indecipherable ones. Like, yes, this person thinks that Blazing a post is a good way to win an argument, so there are necessarily some flaws in their reasoning, but beyond that, they've also clearly lost sight of how much specialised knowledge is required simply to understand the argument that they're framing, much less be persuaded by it.

I think my favourites are the fandom ones where not only do they never explicitly indicate which piece of media they're talking about, it doesn't even occur to them to expand their initialisms. Like, exactly how many of the 2500 randomly selected human beings you've just put this post in front of do you imagine are going to know what "JGW" stands for without prompting? Give me a number.
