Friendly reminder that James never thought any of his bestfriends was the spy.

James never believed it when Mad-eye made comments about Sirius falling in with the wrong crowd just because of his family name.

James never believed it when Mary started suggesting Remus, the same Remus that used to cry when he'd hurt an animal during the full moon, he would never willing hurt any of them.

And James certainly never believed Dorcas when she wrote in her last letter that Peter was the spy. Peter was one of his longest closest friends, one of the only people left that he'd had since his childhood. Peter wouldn't do that to James, not after everything they'd been through....right?

little idea for the mini au of Phoenix prosecutor

what if von karma somehow found out that Phoenix and Miles were friends when they were children (maybe hearing him talk about a certain Phoenix when he was a child or whatever) and upon knowing that Phoenix was going to be a prosecutor he decided to take him in as a student to have a replacement for what Edgeworth was going to be and at the same time have someone who was close to him at one point to tease him about leaving his path and his teachings when becoming a defense lawyer or something like that idk

I just want to give ideas because I like the au a lot jaja salu2

I want you to know that I was literally thinking the exact same thing…and then while I was in the middle of drawing this, @wrathofthestars said in the reblog tags basically the exact same thing BUT they also mentioned the bit about Phoenix writing Edgeworth all those letters WHICH WAS WILD BECAUSE I HAD ALREADY DRAWN THAT PAGE BEFORE THEY SAID THAT

Anyways great minds think alike

Instead of Manfred manipulating Phoenix the way he manipulated Miles (i.e. being awful, psychologically abusive, etc.), he goes the opposite route and manipulates Phoenix in a similar way to how Dahlia (and later in typical canon, how Kristoph Gavin) manipulated Phoenix (i.e. praise, attention, etc.). It’s the fastest way to get control of Phoenix and get him to trust Manfred.

Also I hate drawing this toad man 😭😭😭

Danny and Damian are twins but they get separated at age 7, years later when they’re both 14 they both are going to high school and their schools decide to create a program where they wind up as pen pals to each other unknowing that they’re talking too each other as it’s been set up to be anonymous. Danny decides to take a leap of faith and encrypts a message about the media blackout around his town and how they’re overrun with ghosts and could use the Justice Leagues help through out all of his letters knowing that very few could actually understand it but he just felt so tired and this was the only way he could think to get any help for his town.

Damian just wonders who exactly his pen pal is to encrypt these letters like this.
