Max Verstappen is a known driver who has written pages in the history books. Being the youngest person to ever drive in Formula 1 he got lots of opinions on him from the start. He proves them all wrong in the following years winning races in Mercedes dominance. Sharing podiums with earlier winners and champions and winning his first one in 2021. In 2023 he had a dominance year with almost all of the races except for three. He went on to win two more championships in 2024 and 2028. However, the 2028 season marked a significant change for the Dutch driver, as he announced his retirement from racing at the end of the year. The news came as a surprise to many fans, as Verstappen had become synonymous with the sport. He cited his desire to focus on his family and spend quality time with his new-born daughter as the reason for his decision. He still races in his spare time and on the sim. In 2032 he became his daughter's manager in her karting career.

Charles Leclerc is Ferrari's golden boy. Since he signed with them in 2019 he hasn't changed his team. He has endured more bad luck than any of them and put the famous Ferrari curse to his name. With luck on his side he won his first Championship in 2025, beating the reiniging Dutch man. The following year he also won the championship in the last round against his teammate. In 2027 he lost the Championship to the Mclaren driver, Lando Norris, who had been dominant all year long. In 2029 he scored his third and last victory. After an illustrious career, Leclerc announced his retirement from racing at the end of the 2030 season, citing his desire to spend more time with his family. He left the sport behind to focus on his wife, two children, and beloved dogs, bringing an end to an era marked by both triumph and tragedy. He also became the Manger to his son, leaving his legacy to him to continue.

As Jules and Sofie's competitive spirits clashed, their fathers witnessed moments of intense rivalry between their kids. The tension culminated in a heated crash during a karting competition, leaving the two young competitors at odds with each other. The same emotions that had once fueled their own fathers' arguments now seemed to be at play.

Follow the life of Jules and Sofie in this story, with their love being destined from the beginning.

max and lewis clapping for charles was cute, but i think it’s even more cute that they focused on him so much when they sprayed the champagne. like he was in third, which is the most “insignificant” place on the podium, yet max and lewis collectively made sure to drown tf out of charlie boy with champagne. he is just so loved <33333

really was just a charlie champaign bath up there which is so incredibly sweet and valid of them. like. now every time i think of the podium i'm like oh yeah, charles got cheered up by getting-boo'd-at champs (and literal champs lol) the first time he ever got boo'd (i think)??? sweet as hell.

AND THE LEWIS/MAX FRIENDSHIP... look friendship might be a strong word. but they are friendly more now and that's so precious to me. they can bond over their mutual pookie (charles)

“get out of my fucking way!”

james steers himself to the right, nearly falling over in the process. “get out of my way!”

regulus shoves him a little too hard until james topples over and falls onto the floor. “no!” he screams as he loses his grip. “fuck, no, no!”

the controller flies out of his hands as he falls, heading straight for the tv. just before it smashes into the screen, the words, “FIRST PLACE” light up on the left side, and then the entire thing cracks, distorting and cutting off the mario kart theme music.

“i win!” regulus yells as loud as he can. “i win! i win, you fucking loser, i win!”

“you broke the tv!” james cries as he gets up. “that’s not fair! instant win to me!”

“you’re the one who threw the controller!” regulus argues, stepping closer to james, trying to seem intimidating.

“you’re the one who shoved me!” james takes a step closer too, correcting his posture as much as he can.

they stare at each other for about three seconds before tumbling onto the sofa in laughter, curling against each other. “we’re so drunk,” regulus whispers softly. james giggles, nodding in agreement. “we broke the tv.”

“we’ll get another one,” the older lad smiles, stretching out across regulus. “a bigger one. and i will win.”

My internet was struggling a lil bit tonight but I managed to play a few rounds of Mario Kart 7 online before the servers shut later. My last race was Melody Motorway/Music Park aka my favourite track in the game (and possibly in the whole series) and I finished 1st. I’ve never felt more satisfied to close the game. Obviously I’m absolutely devastated and I feel like I’ve lost a loved one (even though it’s just a fucking console calm down) but idk it felt like a nice end to my MK7 career after playing online religiously when the game came out (I had over 2500 racing points which is fucking crazy did I not go outside???)
