Totally didn’t take him 100 different times to make it because he kept accidentally setting the twine on fire. With that being said, the poor Moby Dick almost caught on fire 100 different times.

“Huh?“ Marco grabbed his glasses and took a closer look to see what had the chef doubled over in tears. “Are you serious?” His hand slams over his face after seeing what the beads on the bracelet spelled out. “I swear that girl is going to send me to an early grave.” He stood up and shoved the now signed paper into his friend's chest. “You tell no one about this." Marco glared daggers at the laughing man. "Thatch.."

“Oh don't worry, I won’t .” Thatch smiled innocently while slowly making his escape. “Y/N’s babygirl.”

[I'm combining this headcanon with a request from one Anons for a similar female character, who befriends Helaena and surrounds herself with ravens, and I'll use it here. I loved this idea! ]

Aemond first meets her when she and her father-lord come to King's Landing for Aegon and Helaena's wedding. Aemond immediately notices, how she is dressed - black and gold, long, suede, matte robes, gold ornaments around her neck and hair. He will think, she looks like a lifted goddess of victory.

She pays no attention to him, only to his sister. Aemond notices them talking to each other. He is surprised to learn a few days later, that Helaena wants to keep her as a lady-in-waiting. Aemond decides, that the girl has his sister wrapped around her finger and he does not trust her.

That only changes, when one day Aemond sees one of her ravens perch on her shoulder. He is intrigued by the way, that she tamed the animal and that it obeys all her commands. She notices him but doesn't even greet him, humiliating him and making him think even worse of her.

More and more of the keep's servants begin to talk amongst themselves about the girl being a witch. Rumors also reach the prince's ears. Wanting to get back at her in some way and make her submit, he summons her to his chamber and orders her to predict his future.

She then smiles in a way, that makes him anxious and sits down at the table, while he stands by the window, looking over his shoulder at her, watching her every move. He sees her spreading the cards on the table and feels a surge of excitement, that she really may say something, that will affect his future decisions.

The girl finally reveals a few cards in front of her, placing them face up, looking at them in silence. After a while she speaks, and for the first time he hears the sound of her melodious, calm, warm voice:

"You will have a chance to kill the one you want revenge on, but it will not bring you the desired fulfillment. You will destroy everything you have built that day. Through one wrong decision, you orphan your child and leave your widowed wife only a year after your marriage."

Enraged by her words, he tells her to get out, calling her a liar and a pretender. She just replies to him calmly, that his future is not yet decided and he can still change it. She smiles, as she tells him not to be so cruel with his future wife, who will bring him so much joy, that he has no idea about.

He decides, that she is being cheeky in wanting to manipulate him into marriage, by only telling him, what she wanted him to believe. Several times, however, her prophecies about his mother and Aegon come true, and he, like it or not, pays more and more attention to her. She's not trying to seduce him, but the thought of what she's told him, haunts him.

One day he comes to her chamber in the evening, wanting to tell her what he thinks of her, knowing deep down, that he really wanted something completly diffirent. When he pushes her against the wall and lifts her dress, she doesn't budge. He tells her she's a con, a liar, a whore who thinks she's smarter than everyone else. She tells him, warmly and calmly, to do what he came to do. It throws him off balance. He turns her to face the wall, pulls down his pants, takes her hips in his hands, and starts fucking her like it's the last day of his life.

When he hears her sweet, soft moans, he can't help but gasp along with her. He can't understand, how she can be so wet for him, not to be afraid of him, not to run from him. He sinks into her hot, tight insided, looking at her face, pressed against the wall, her eyes closed, her mouth parted in indescribable pleasure. He then thinks, on the brink of fulfillment, that she's too beautiful and just cums inside her.

Then he tries to avoid her, but hesitates at the thought, of giving her moon tea. He fears, that he might kill the child, that she spoke of in her prophecy. From the moment he came to her, she did not bother him or talk to him. She treated him as before, which drove him mad with rage.

He began summoning her to his chamber, taking her regularly to his bed, telling himself, that he was only doing it to humiliate her, though he could see, that for her it had nothing to do with this feeling, since she came every time.

When she became pregnant with him, he decided not to make her get rid of the child, his heir, his successor. He announces to his mother, that he wants to marry her. The queen and king try to dissuade him by pointing out their deal with Lord Baratheon, but Aemond confesses to them, that his betrothed is pregnant. They then reluctantly allow their marriage, betrothing Lord Baratheon's youngest daughter to Dareon in return.

After the wedding, Aemond tries to pretend, that she is indifferent to him, that he only did it for their child, but he knows, that's not true. Although he tries to defend himself against it, he really begins to believe in her prophecies, visions and dreams. He listens to them with curiosity and horror, still remembering, what she told him, when she first came to his quarters.

When war breaks out between the Greens and Blacks, he is sent as a messenger on Dareon's behalf to remind Lord Baratheon of his oath. When he meets Luke there, at first he challenges him, wanting to humiliate him. When Luke refuses to duel, Aemond immediately gets on Vhagar and wants to chase him, scare him, show him how weak and worthless he is. Sitting in the rain, he remembers his wife's words and hesitates. He lets out a loud roar in rage and orders Vhagar to fly, turning back towards King's Landing.

I hope that you liked it! In this version he just don't have a chance to meet Alys, so, yes. Here you go, thank you for this request! It's my first headcanon here, to be gentle with me guys. 💖

Men of the Mahabharata

Aka, sequel of Women of the Mahabharata. In our previous post we saw women being given shit for no reason. Now we shall see men being excused of their faults.

Dushyant literally calling Shakuntala unchaste and what not, so that a divine voice will speak up and confirm that Bharat is his son (for the other ppl present at that time)

Shantanu falling for a girl younger than his son, and then going into depression when he can't marry her.

Bhishma getting princesses for his brother/nephew. He abducts Amba, Ambika and Ambalika in their swayamvara, which is wrong, since they aren't shown to be interested in Vichitraveerya. And don't get me started on Dhritarashtra and Gandhari.

The Pandavas watching as their wife is being disrobed. This is why y'all's sons will die. It isn't even about Draupadi, what kind of a warrior/husband/king/HUMAN are you if you are just sitting and watching a woman being harassed like this?

Same with Bhishma, Drona, Kripa, Vidur etc. on the above.

Karna calling a woman unchaste. There is only one unchaste person in this room and it is you, Karna.

The Kauravas being kauravas and well, enjoying this bullshit. Only Vikarna has some brains, yet Bhima is killing him.

Technically, the other Kauravas are just watching this, except Dury and Dushy, then why did Bhima pledge to kill them? Because they are watching? Then kill your brothers first, but nO.

The shit that occurred on the 13th day. There was TIME for the Pandava army to get in, there were strategies that they could have used, but they did not. It is mentioned in the text how the "array was broken" and the Pandava army "began rejoicing". ENTER THE FORMATION, IDIOTS.

Drona being the ultimate reason for Abhimanyu's death. If he had not opened his mouth, then who knows, half of the Kaurava side would have been dead. But yeah, Arjun still admires and respects him, ok.

Abhimanyu's whole death sequence. Dude was literally pierced by 200+ arrows that day. No stabbing, etc, but the arrows mainly killed him. And yeah, the skull smashing done by Dushasana's son when Abhimanyu was well....unconscious.

The Pandavas STILL respecting half of the Kaurava side. Yeah, this makes me feel that y'all deserve this.

Bhishma and Drona using divine weapons regularly on common soldiers.

Yudhishthira blaming Arjun for not killing Karna as per his convenience and wishes.

Ashwatthama's night attack. Kripa and Kritavarma helped him too, btw. Yeah, the Pandava side was probably drunk and asleep, because THEY WON the war, but these guys literally killed everyone and set the whole camp on fire.

Ashwatthama being pitied and called "nice/a grey character" when he literally shot the Brahmastra initially for Pandava destruction, then hit it at the wombs of the Pandava women, and well, killing baby Parikshit.

The Pandavas being so FORGIVING. This is not a good sign, yk.

Yudhishthira keeping Karna on the same level as his mother and other family members/being depressed for Karna's death.

Jake is absolutely obsessed with every single part of you. And sure, he is a very sexual man, always goofing around intimately, but regarding matters like these, he can be extremely serious. QUARITCH

Quaritch is a man who doesn’t enjoy being emotional. He isn’t emotionally available at all, physically and mentally recoiling at the mention or thought of being openly affectionate on an emotional level with someone. But when you came into his life, something switched in him. He tried his best to be at least.. somewhat open and supportive. He tries his best, I promise.

But, when you opened up to him about your insecurities, his brain malfunctioned. He couldn't connect the dots you so desperately gave to him. The two of you were in bed when you told him, your head was propped up on his bicep as he laid on his back. His tail nervously flicked around, he was trying to come up with a solution, like the strategist that he is, but he turned up empty handed.

“Sorry, sweetie, but what the hell are you talking about?” He turned his face to you, eyes slightly narrowed as he tried to make sense of your words. You twisted and squirmed uncomfortably.

“I don’t know.. S’ just that sometimes I feel like.. You know.. It's not as beautiful as you think it is.” He almost laughed at that, snorting as he tried suppressing the itching laughter. When his little fit of chuckles ended, he looked down at you again. You were frowning, lip slightly quivering as your face was turned away. He realized his mistakes, a slight panic settling over him as he shifted his body towards you and softly placed his hand on the side of your face, turning you to him again.

“I’m so sorry, bunny. I didn’t mean to make you upset, you know that.” You looked up at him, sensing a genuine apologetic aura from him. “You’re my finest, most amazing prize, pumpkin. Ain’t nothin’ wrong with you.” A smile spread on your face as your dear mate tried his best to comfort you. You knew he didn’t have a way with words, but him trying meant so much.

Tsu’tey is such a sweetheart when it comes to his mate. He showers them in praises and compliments, love and adoration. His heart swells with pride each time the two of you go out, reveling in the jealous looks from the other males. He knew something was off the minute you started doubting yourself. He didn’t even give you a moment to think about it.

“Yawne, is something wrong?” The two of you were sat in your shared home, nuzzled together in front of the head of the fire. You shook your head, locking your gaze on the flames eagerly licking the wood.

“I know when you're lying.” He was right. He always knew, right from the start. Even before the lies had formed on your tongue. “I’ve noticed the way you look at yourself in your reflection.” Your head shot up at that, turning to him. “Whatever it is, stop. Yawne, you are so mesmerizing, truly. There is no better mate, I mean it.”

You placed your head on his hard shoulder, sighing while fiddling with your hands. Tsu’tey grabbed them with his unoccupied hand, and brought them to his lap. “Tell me, ma tsawksyul, what is eating you?”

A tiny tear almost went unnoticed by you, until tsu’tey calmly wiped it away with his thumb. You finally opened up, spilling your heart out to him. His heart twinged with the knowledge that you had felt this way all this time, and he hadn’t known.

“My sweet girl, you are the omaticaya’s most beautiful woman. I did not mate with you just because of your amazing personality, the clan's most fierce warrior has his standard high, you know.” A giggle left your lips and it soon turned into a fit of laughter. He smiled, heart warming with each wheeze that left your lungs.

The IT Girls of the Zodiac

What's your opinion on IT Girl or Main Character placements?👀 for me it's Sagittarius & Pisces explained below. Also honorable mention to Virgo moon that is quite common

I don't think it's a coincidence all the current it girls have major Sagittarius placements. We acknowledge the other fire signs for being baddies but sag gets swept under the rug quite a bit I've noticed? I just think we really sleep on their charisma and attractiveness. I could make the same debate for mutable signs in general but look at Madelyn Cline, Nicki Minaj, Alexa Demie, Alix Earle, Christina Aguilera, Scarlet Johanson, Zoe Kravitz, Naomi Campbell, Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton. They all have either Sagittarius in their big 3 or stelliums. And notably a good portion have the Sagittarius sun & Virgo moon combination which is a bit surprising. But all of these girls have been the it girls forever now yet we always say "Scorpio venus" or it's their "Leo mars" like noooo wake up Sagittarius is the IT GIRL SIGN LOL.

Like I've been thinking about this and looking at sooo many celebs charts who are it girls. The main character sign really is Sagittarius but let's not forget Pisces too. They're both traditionally Jupiter ruled which brings fortune, an expansion in their presence, mass amounts of attention or following, and over indulgence. Sagittarius is the explorer, they discover and create power while also giving others power. Just being in their presence can make you feel high as they carry that demeanour of knowing how to make everything or everyone work and fall for them.

Sag folk could be the biggest workaholic when it's something they truly care about as they fully immerse themselves into their passions. They become inventive and expand something that exists into another different category. I also don't think it's a coincidence Albert Einstein had a Pisces sun & Sag moon. Pisces rules the unknown and unconscious flow of spiritual knowledge. That man literally predicted so many things through science, he was ahead of his time.

Pisces is also significant amongst IT Girls. Because Neptune deals with illusions, deceptions, film, imagery, and dreams. Their effect on others means people project their fantasies onto the Pisces individual as a role to fulfill because their presence is always misinterpreted. The public creates a false narrative about them everytime. Although due to their identity literally being the publics fantasy this means they can either get away with a lot of the public puts them on a pedestal or they get blamed for everything if the public creates a harmful narrative around them because Pisces and Neptune create isolated space as this is the unconscious mind and realm.

For Virgos they're calculated in their interactions and know what to say because their adaptive and observant nature makes them pros at reading others and predicting reactions. Virgo is connected to angels and mythology actually. The symbol is the only goddess symbol in the zodiac which is Astraia the goddess of purity, innocence justice & precision (could also explain why I see so many virgos into law). She is the star goddess that left earth due to the brutal nature of humans. This connection shows people could often expect virgos to save them from their problems or use them as a source of escapism.

There's also a sense of idolizing virgos from the public because they're seen as pure and of higher good. The public often feels virgos have a duty to serve them so there can be a sense of obsession from the publics end on how virgos should behave or act. It makes me think of lily reinhart, blake lively, zendaya & beyonce. All It girls who are virgos that look like goddesses or have an angelic vibe? Like y'all see it too right? They have this pure (I hate the word pure but idk how else to describe this lol) and divine look to them. Plus they all have this incredibly high standard their personality has to live up to. You don't really see many virgo celebs acting out or being wild like a sag sun would.

Another honorable mention is Cancer risings or Amy Cancer placement in your inner planets. Cancer ruled by the moon which literally rules over behaviour and intuition means they can easily appeal and attract anyone due to their likable nature. People find them easy to talk to and their beauty is magnetic. The moon influences the public, the tides & animals. I think that speaks volume about how magnetic cancers really are. They are natural attractors like Angelina Jolie.

In general I believe any sign or placement could become an IT Girl or Main Character placement. This is just a different take on signs that are often ignored when it comes to their influence and beauty from what I've observed.

as a devoted hater of isekai where the premise is "oh no i got isekaied as the most unfortunatest character ever but Actually my unfortunate situation is secretly the most bestest divine power and now i'm a minor deity" and a triple hater of characters whose disabilities get magically cured i have REALLY mixed feelings on the devouring bc despite appreciating the mooooostly really good deconstruction, aob stumbles at the resolution for me.

bc lets face it, that IS what the devouring is. rozemyne starts as a terminally ill peasant living without access to medical care, but from when her terminal illness is revealed to be her excess of mana the story does in fact follow the path of lvl 1 commoner → lvl 99 avatar of a goddess, and that kind of sucks because it means that aob doesn't end up doing what it seems like no isekai has the will to do and just make a protagonist that never attains godlike power and has to create a fulfilling life in this unfamiliar and harsh world despite never ever ever ever even getting to meet the crown prince, which cuts off an interesting story i wish got told more often.

However, aob is very clearly doing a deconstruction of this plot structure and her relationship with her power is extremely complicated. i do kind of wish rozemyne was kept at the level of "archduke candidate" instead of the godlike power she ends up having because rozemyne's ability to slam the 'put enough mana in the machine to Win' i think prevents some instances where she would otherwise be forced to struggle with the gap between what she wants to do and what she's physically able to do, but deciding to recreate the premise closely in order to subvert it is a fine narrative choice.

especially because rozemyne's power IS balanced and caveated by the fact that the devouring & its resulting mana clumps are a pretty severe disability. the fact that she is denied any education on it to the point of being seconds away from dying from an unknown illness for most of part 1 and even when she understands the devouring and eventually her mana clumps she has to reckon constantly with her physical limits, and the fact that she can't just pour 1 million magiwatts into any given issue to make it go away because she will die. despite rozemyne's power, her disability makes it so that she narratively has to deal with a pretty neat subversion of the 'commoner elevated to noble trope' that really takes advantage of the fact that commoners in that world are so completely locked off from magic that becoming a noble doesn't just result in mild culture shock judged by the Prissy Rich Villainness but is a fleshed-out, complex tool of systemic oppression that causes real obstacles for our heroine even as she spirals ever deeper into becoming a noble. it also serves as a really elegant allegory for systemic ableism and the way that minor issues for a rich girl can be life-threatening if you don't have access to quality medical care.

But Then The Jureve Walks In. "literally don't even worry about that," aob says, "theres a magic juice which just cures any disease, and the only challenge is creating that juice and using that juice". but no, no you tell me, the jureve is balanced narratively by the timeskip and the difficulty of getting it! rozemyne loses years of her life, that's not nothing! but while it's not NOTHING it also just. doesn't have enough far-reaching consequences that i don't feel like it's an invocation of the "dw abt your disability theres a magic cure for it" rather than a true subversion. imo a true subversion would require that there either 1) straight up not be a cure and rozemyne has to live the rest of her life at 150cm with 3 HP, 2) only be an imperfect cure which maybe allows rozemyne to reach adult size but keeps her health frail enough that using her full magic potential has serious consequences or vice versa if they want to also subvert the '300 yr old child' trope by acknowledging how much it would suck to be eternally trapped in a body with no fine motor control that people instinctively don't take seriously, or 3) only be a cure that is either temporary or otherwise not a one-and-done deal because now that she's big and healthy she just has no long-lasting consequences from her severely disabled childhood, which seems like a narrative branch that was pruned way too hard and way too early to feel like a satisfying subversion instead of just playing the trope straight with a couple extra steps. indeed, option 2b is what the jureve initially seems like...... until your man gives rozemyne some steroids and she's tall now too. so there's just no conflict whatsoever between rozemyne's power and her ability to utilize it, which makes it much, much harder to balance her power in a way that lets her have interesting conflict around magic where she can't just press X to win.

also this problem doesnt exist in a vacuum, and a related complaint is one mostly unexplored comment from when ferdinand is talking to rozemyne about dirk's devouring, and he says that dirk was born with more mana than myne, but her compression method meant that her mana ballooned much bigger than what it would have if she was raised as a noble. bc like god Damn is that interesting! my ideal plot twist would be that the cinderella theme returns because there's a random laynoble whose magic tool got taken away as a teenager who ended up independently discovering a similarly desperate mana compression method, but they're knowledgeable about magic enough to hide it as physical weakness and then become a ticking time bomb who can be exploited by antagonists as a rozemyne with nobody to help her, the ultra-devouring soldier. the contracted devouring in general are such a potent and viscerally horrifying worldbuilding element that i really wish they weren't effectively treated as npc baddies, bc like-- that could've been rozemyne! only her support network and sheer luck separates her from them. part of the problem with rozemyne being cured of the devouring means that she loses even the vestiges of her personal connection to imo the most interesting take on fantasy disability i've ever seen, which is a real shame! especially from a series that's generally so concerned with Not having npc baddies, like explaining that bandits don't attack the church because they're farmers most of the time who rely on the harvest or the fact that all the minor noble antagonists have coherent motivations from bindewald to grausam, even if you aren't at all intended to sympathize with them.

her recent PTSD around feystones... honestly feels like it exists mainly because if rozemyne is able-bodied and therefore powerful enough to just dye a duchy's foundation in minutes... she has an auto-win button for any situation that can be resolved by Having More Mana, which is most combat and a decent amount of politics because aob takes place in a society which runs on mana. i'm saying this as someone who felt like fran's PTSD was really well-done, despite it being the protagonist's problem rozemyne's is so explicitly and exclusively focused on feystones that it ceases feeling like a character trait that serves a narrative purpose and starts feeling like something that was crowbarred in because the trait meant to serve that narrative purpose got phased out before the realization that the story had rozemyne's power be balanced for a reason. is this me being unfair to miya kazuki when it's entirely possible that this was as planned out as everything else in aob and i have no idea what she thinks of this plot development or why she chose it? yeah probably especially when this is based on an incomplete prepub, which is why i say 'feels like' so much. i just read it and thought it fell really flat esp in comparison to earlier depictions of trauma triggers.

Thank you for the tag (x2) @illarian-rambling , to keep this simple I'll just use one of my OCs. Posting this again because I accidentally posted before I finished.

Katie's OC #1: Ivander Montane is a 30 year old corrupt detective from the trade city of Unity. He has blue blood and double-pointed ears, wears fancy suits, and walks with a cane. His estranged family runs the banks of Unity, however he left them years ago, and in doing so, broke a divine contract, which left him cursed to slowly and painfully be transmuted into mist over the course of many years. Personality-wise, he's kind of a privileged shithead. He's got the catty attitude and love of gossip of a middle school girl, and can insult your outfit just as acutely. He doesn't have a sincere bone in his body and is afraid of any form of intimacy. However, deep down, he really just wants a friend and to not be in pain anymore. Show him the slightest hint of compassion and he will crumble. His hobbies include being a hater, fashion, and marksmanship (he's a crack shot with a rune rifle). All in all, he's got the snark of a drag queen, the heart of a lonely noir detective, and a body that's been through a cheese grater.

Katie's OC #2: Djek Kagura is a young man (19 in the first book, 23 in the second two) with a shifty appearance, red eyes, and a constant squint due to poor vision. He grew up on the streets after his parents tossed him out to cut down on mouths to feed, only to later join the brutal Tunnel Wasp smuggling gang, which he later split from due to his aversion to violence and need to do what's right. As a person, he's always quick with a joke or snide comment, loves sarcasm, and lies like a fish breathes water. His bad habit is that he loves to annoy people on purpose. At his core is a deep sense of self-loathing and abandonment issues, but he covers these with humor. He tends to try to find peaceful solutions to situations and has a bit of a bleeding heart, even if he pretends to be tough. His friends mean the world to him and he's loyal to the point getting himself hurt in fights he can't win. Also, he's surprisingly in touch with people's emotions and always trys to make them feel better, even he does it with a bad joke or by irritating them to action. He has a weak form of sorcery, specializes in shadow magic, and has incorrigibly sticky fingers.

My OC: (As of the start of Book 1) Narul is a 23 year-old slave at the Palace of Labisa, the Great City by the Lake. He is a forestfolk, a person or group of people who have been mutated or altered by the effects of wild or ambient magic. His birth mother was a priestess, his father is a mystery. He was adopted by an enslaved woman as an infant, thus how he ended up in the servitude of King Hutbari. He is a giant of a man, literally, at just a hair under nine feet tall. He is additionally quite bulky, much much larger than even the biggest human. He is so large that the door into the slave quarters had to be reconstructed just to fit him as he grew up. Aside from his size he is also just a bit rough in appearance, hairy and broad, picture a DnD Dwarf, just sized way up.

He is inhumanly strong, a fact that causes him a great deal of distress. Because of his size and strength, Narul has the potential to be quite dangerous to normal humans, as he has been repeatedly reminded of since his childhood. Narul has a great deal of anxiety around his body and his potential to accidently hurt others, as such he is quite timid and careful. He has a tendency to mumble when he talks, which unfortunately due to his low voice, often makes it sound like he is growling.He is a gentle person, he likes flowers and abhors violence. He cries relatively easily and gets easily anxious or overwhelmed.Despite all of this he is fiercely loyal and kind. He doesn’t talk much but loves to listen to others.

His fatal flaw is a healthy dose of self-doubt and self-loathing. Narul hates his body, it scares him, and he believes that it scares others. He is often self-deprecating, though not in a joking way. He feels an intense jealousy towards those around him that are able to live normal lives and pursue normal relationships.

How they would interact: Ivander’s propensity for expensive clothes, his snarky attitude, and his privileged attitude is something that Narul is fairly used to, Ivander would fit in well with Labisian Nobility. Upon first being introduced, I imagine that Narul would be polite but ultimately not particularly interested in interacting with Ivander as a person. However, I think upon realizing that Ivander is having his own issues with his body (that pesky mist curse), Narul would begin to empathize. In a funny way, I think Ivander’s cocky exterior and his hidden longing for a friend would remind Narul of Ninma, and even though Ivander is older, I think some of Narul’s fatherly instincts would kick in.

Narul would get along fine with Djek. Personality-wise, Djek seems very similar to Narul’s adopted brother and best-friend, Suru. Both are witty, sarcastic, and quick to make a joke. The big difference between Suru and Djek is that Suru doesn’t have that sense of self-loathing. Suru is quite aware of his flaws and is happy with who he is, even if he isn’t happy with his situation (also Suru is a scrawny guy, with 0 magic and 0 fighting skills, Suru couldn’t hurt a fly not from want of trying, but because in a fight the fly would probably win.) Narul would enjoy having Djek around, so long as Djek didn’t pick on him too much. Narul would eventually try to help with that self-loathing, though with how awkward Narul is, and how deeply his own sense of self-loathing is, it seems doubtful how much he could actually help.

Seven Buckets of Love

Here is the SIXTH part of the JK-Seven Drabble series. These drabbles can be read out of order as stand alones but make more sense when read in order.

This is part of an entire Drabble series based on his recent music release.

Disclaimer: As usual, everything in the fic is fictional, and the behavior displayed by the character in the fic is obviously not representative of the real Jungkook.

Jungkook had been taking care of me for the past few days. He would go to his classes and then proceed to escort me nearly everywhere. It was as though he was basically living with me.

He treated me like a princess and wouldn’t even let me cook or clean around my dorm room, which shocked me to no end. He would always squeak in a ridiculously cheerful tone, “You need to rest and heal your downstairs baby. Healing and homework are your only priorities. Let me take care of the rest.”

I thought he would be moody or quieter based on what I had seen of his personality in college. But he was the exact opposite. Always cheerful. Smiling for no reason. Ridiculously helpful, even with tiny tasks like washing dishes. He loved doing laundry so much that I always had an excess of clean pairs of shirts and underwear folded on my bed by the time I came back from classes.

To my embarrassment, he insisted on licking me down every night for close to an hour. Trust me on this , a full hour. 60 minutes. I had timed it. I don’t know how he never failed to get tired. He just didn’t. If I would indicate to him that it was too much, he would just say, “But it's my passion. You are literally my wife to be. I have to do this for my life partner. Plus, I enjoy it so much you wouldn't even begin to understand my goddess. The taste of you on my lips is so good, I could never part with it.” As I stared at him, mortified, he continued in a lilting playful tone, “ And I need to do this to speed up your recovery, so we can make love again. It has been so hard controlling myself. But I know that I need you to first be healed before I try anything”.

He never talked about how he made me orgasm so many times, that he made me blackout for a few minutes every time. He insisted the ritual was for healing, but I knew that it was more for himself than for me. He felt he had to convince me to keep him. We were working on that. I kept telling him that he was enough, making him verbalize at least 10 of all the wonderful qualities about himself at the end of the day.

I could tell that his self esteem and confidence was increasing, because he didn't randomly apologize unnecessarily for every minute thing anymore. We had been dating for just close to two weeks and he had already became a constant in my life.

One day both of us had gotten back late from classes and work and I couldn't find any clean pajamas in my basket. So I decided to just wear a long oversized t shirt with a pair of clean underwear. I wasn’t thinking much of anything as I sat down on my bed ready to doze off after cleaning up. Thank god we had eaten out before coming back to the dorm.

As I fluffed the pillows, getting ready to settle in, he came out of the bathroom. HOLY CRAP! OH MY GOD! It’s as though my ovaries discombobulated and my brain turned to oatmeal. He had been hiding his divine self for this long? How had he not been pounced on yet by every girl in college?

He came out of these shower with water tracking down his abs, dripping wet black hair pushed up and plastered against his forehead, and just one white towel framing his sharp hip bones. I shouldn’t be feeling all this right now. We had agreed to wait for a while to initiate anything truly sexual again.

I grunted in fake disdain and told him, “Please put on a shirt”. He looked at me wide eyed as he noticed my fidgeting legs rubbing against themselves. My core was throbbing and I did not know what to do about it. He was so hot, and I had to find some way to relieve this agony without him finding out. I quickly sketched a plan to sleep on the pull out sofa while he took the bed. We needed distance tonight, otherwise a calamity might happen.

I bit out, “Hey Jungkook I will be sleeping in the main hall on the sofa tonight. I need some more ventilation. You can take this bed, okay?” I got off the bed and started walking towards the main hall when I felt the tell tale sign of two iron ropes loop around my waist, lifting me into his arms. His towel had fallen down. Oh, hell NO! I covered my face, “What the hell are you doing Jungkook? Let me down, I’m going to go sleep”.

He dropped me onto the bed once again and started removing my panties even as I struggled to lock my legs together. I couldn't even process his movements as he pushed my shirt up all the way to my collarbones and pushed me onto my hands and knees. And then I felt an utterly unexpected slap on my butt. He continued massaging my wet slit as he slapped my ass occasionally, making me bow down in pain.

“No, Y/N, you listen here. I know you have recovered. I made sure you have by drinking from you every single day of the week. And now, you are not getting away from me today Princess”. His alternating slaps stung, serving as a contrast to his ardent rubbing of my sopping wet folds. I could feel myself get closer to the edge as he continued rubbing my wet flesh, making my body flush in warmth.

“Now, you are going to take it like a good girl sweet heart. Relax for me”, he crooned darkly as I felt his member sink into my heat. I had forgotten how thick and long it was. His warm hands gripped my hips as he slammed into my heat placing wet kisses and nipping down my spine. He pumped into me, hitting all the spots inside, making me arch my back in satisfaction. He took my right hand and without me even noticing til a minute later, he had slipped a diamond ring onto my ring finger.

I moaned and mewled till I noticed the ring. “Jungk-k-k-ook, what is this? What are you trying to do to me?” He replied confidently as he continued to slam into me in a frantic rhythm, “You are the one for me. I am not going to lose the most valuable person in the world. I have to lock you down before any other man does.” He kissed along the nape of my neck, licking my sweat as he continued hammering into me. Before I could even recall, I felt my eyes flash with white as the energy drained out of my body and clear fluid squirted from me onto the sheets below. He filled me completely till streams of his cum were escaping out onto my thighs.

I mumbled in a tired voice, “You didn’t even bother to ask me if I wanted to be your fiancé?” He responded in an unfamiliarly cocky tone, “You wouldn't have called me the love of your life when I was eating you out two days ago otherwise, would you sweetheart?” I scoffed at him in disgust. “Well maybe I should take back my offer if this is how you are going to act”. I turned away from him on the bed to sleep peacefully.

He drawled in a smooth voice, “No take-backsies my queen. There is no going back from this. Now, let me finish pumping seven more loads of myself into you and then we can call it a night”.

this is like, canonical, but gojo's so fucking annoying LMAO like i just know he is the most obnoxious, can't-sit-still, sarcastic asshole on the planet. he really makes it hard to love him sometimes.

this....is not a spoiler for a fic i'm def not writing (wink wink) but i just don't think gojo could really properly fall for someone who was not powerful. like i think part of his distance from others is his (admitted) narcissism that is somewhat well-earned considering he is....gojo fucking satoru. he needs someone that is at least somewhat towards the top of their ranks in whatever they do.

i also feel like gojo would be encouraging to a fault? like always pushing you further towards your goals, stepping in obnoxiously if your boss doesn't notice you've been working your ass off for a promotion (again, annoying). like he won't rest until you've made progress.

we see him through the eyes of the kids/around his students in most of s1, and that's not to say he doesn't have the potential to be a playful, lighthearted person *when he wants to be*

but remember that scene of him talking to the jujustu higher-up where the guy tells him to watch his mouth and gojo laughs in his fucking face??

he's an egotistical, all-powerful, ballsy maniac. like gojo is not braiding your hair and cooing in your ear 24/7.

he is slowly backing you into a wall and taking what he wants from you. like sorry he just is.

also gojo strikes me as someone who is ....nasty. like, blood and knife play, gun play, psychopathic kind of nasty in the bedroom. idk if i would personally ever write that, but he's been through so much and seen so much gore you know that that's fucked with his....tastes, so to speak

i do think however that gojo would be absolutely devoted to his partner

like it would take him forever to come around and accept that he now felt responsible for protecting yet another person and that he had accidentally formed a connection (i see gojo as also having a very weird relationship with his humanity vs. his divinity but more on that another time)

but once he's around? he's in it for life. i mean, even if you don't ship stsg, you must acknowledge that gojo has never been willing to truly let geto go. he couldn't kill him, refused to believe geto had done that even though geto was showing signs of deteriorating mentally.

he's the same way with his partner. good luck breaking up with gojo because it's going to be a years long process.

gojo loves someone who can push back at him. he doesn't want an entirely submissive partner (kinda like eren!)

he likes someone who will put him in his place, has a sharp tongue, isn't afraid to stand up for themselves or others.

love language is absolutely gift-giving like that man has to spoil his partner he can't help it

Imagine the Creator is mortal and all that, then the characters decide to make someone a protector/knight so they could defend the Creator while always by their side (but monsters won’t attack the Creator so mayybe Treasure Horders, Eremite enemies and the ronins in Inazuma). Of course, every character wants to be the protector of the Creator to be always with them, so to not start a civil war or something the Creator decides that they will be choosing the protector. And who gets to have the title of “Knight of the Creator/Divine”? Noelle! She’s the best pick! A knight, maid and a sweet girl in one person! I’d imagine her nearly fainting but holding herself from it bc HOLY SHIT THE CREATOR ITSELF CHOSE HER AS THEIR KNIGHT-

She would be so anxious of not doing a good job but the Creator reassures her that hey, you can do it! Every single citizen of Mondstadt has said that you’re the most reliable person ever and i do too! Poor girl would be such a blushing mess, but also a fierce knight. Your rosey knight in shining armor! <3

On the flip side, i’d imagine some archons or vision holders seething and malding while others would try to make you change your decision like “Your Grace, I’m sure you chose Noelle to take pity on her attempts at becoming a knight because of her amazing skills as both a knight and a maid but…there are more officially qualified people who could accompany you-“. And in my opinion, Zhongli and Venti may just feel a bit jealous but both would be proud of her being chosen because (Zhongli) She’s a Geo user (Venti) She’s a child of Mondstadt. Jean would probably disregard her envy to be happy for Noelle :,) and maybe whisper you to remind Noelle not to overwork

she’d be incredibly proud that she was chosen as your defender, and would take her job very seriously! naturally, she can no longer work for the knights, and her schedule will have to change to accommodate her new duties, but that’s okay! she doesn’t mind, really; it’s an honor to serve, and she’ll do her very best!

that being said… yeah the archons aren’t having it-

zhongli’s shield is so much better! he’s an archon, able to command literal tons of geo at a time to keep you safe. and he has the entirety of the adepti at his disposal, so you’d be the safest possible within liyue’s borders. can’t you see he’s so much better? can’t you see you should just stay with him?

venti’s also quite pissed, frankly. yes, many think of him as another drunkard, but you know what he’s capable of! you know he can wield anemo with precision, you know he can summon vortexes to delay any enemies and lift you up and out of dangerous situations with ease. he’s an excellent glider, you know, and is able to get you out of danger much quicker.

Oh what a mess of a woman. I know it's more of a writing flaw but i adore how she switches between being a threatening villain to the most incompetent moron ever (seriously girl you fake murder Dracula's reimcarnation's crush and you expect him to not instantly murder you? Fr?). Plus depending on the source she either is legit indoctrinated in her cult's beliefs which gives her a sad facet or she has the more selfish purpose of preserving her own dark magic (and what do i say? I can make both work. I think). Plus the way it can be implied that she might have contact n even collaboration w Arikado makes it better (sorry for the ppl reading this but yes it works i swear im not insane). Go silly gal go! Play Machiavellian schemes with the literal son of the dark lord and underestimate your enemy!

Oh boi and talking abt Arikado; the common idea of a grown up n stable Alucard finding stability after "ending" the cycle is fine and all, but the implication from his AoS n DoS behaviour that he is in a terrible mental state and unable to let go of the cycle? Beautiful. Amazing. Need me more of that. He's this beautiful mini reflection of the revenge cycle, and after living through it, with the goal of murdering his own father, for so long, and having it as his sole purpose, it has devoured him n broken him. And he now wants to take control of it with his own hands, is showing both the worst behaviour of both his father AND the Belmonts (haha SotN parallels w Richter) and might end up making matters worse :) (I blame you for indoctrinating me into the neg character arc Alu, thank u) Anyways someone force this poor moron to take vacations before he loses it

THE HIM. MY BABY BOI. I love his honor n morals and how he chooses them in the face of great suffering. His bravery and impulsiveness. How he's sassy can fall into black n white thinking. How loyal he is to those close to him and how much he cares. The balance between his own feeling n his morals. The parallels w Mathias n Sara n Rinaldo. And just hmmmgjsgkwkgd my poor boi

I can't decide if i want him to recover from the LoI events or if I want him to be consumed by his traumas and thirst for revenge but in any case he goes into the blender *puts him into a sock w stones and smacks him against the walls multiple times*

Also, salt warning here but i feel like fandom either exaggerates his neg traits and acts like Mathias descent into madness ("hello church can i abandon our very important military campaign to be at home w my best friend. He needs cuddles n emotional support that will surely fix him. No it's not gay dont worry. Thanks :)"), Sara getting sealed into the VK (which she insisted on and convinced him despite his initial refusal) n the Belmont clan's burden (he did got them into monster hunting w the whip but there's no way he knew how bad things were gonna get) were all 100% his very well informed fault; Or makes him into an idiot sunshine boi who doesn't knows what death is (he's an undefeated warrior with a who knows how large body count) can't think or lead (he maintained the company undefeated during Mathias' illness) and a perfect innocent n easy to manipulate uke for his sexy older seme (I'm not saying they canonically fucked you can perfectly interpret their relationship as 100% platonic or having something but deciding to respect their girls or etc etc. But if they did the nasty then he had to rail Mathias at least a couple of times). I admit im veeery biased and picky regarding this balance but still. He has facets i say

Yes my anger girl. Let her commit crimes. I wanna write a post abt her but to resume i love her as a symbol of destroyed innocence (ha). A sweet gal who did helped everyone and was good n nice and disliked violence only to have her life ruined in so many ways that her inner frustration blooms into a divine wrath n bloodthirst. Like i said before I adore her relationship w Leon and how they made eachother better n then worse :). Plus, the manual describes her as strong hearted! She obviously loved Leon n was happy to see him! sacrificed her life in order to not turn into a vampire and instead stop Walter from harming more innocents! She has agency and her choice was crucial not only for Mathias convoluted plan but for the whole cycle. (Ppl stop forcing the "boring 100% sweet harmless never angry gal who always got dragged around by men as an object" archetype on her challenge. Yes i used to be like that but i got gud. If i can recover so others can)

And then she had to see how Mathias betrayed her n Leon and then tried to take him, and dealt w the mess that post-canon Leon was, both together but separated, furious and crushed on the other's behalf, until his death :). AND then she had to wait hundreds of years to avenge him only to have to kill the same bastard over and over and over again. Mix in vampire corruption and you have a caring but toxic Belmont Matriarch/Whip stuck in the cycle. So yea let her have negative emotions and commit crimes (Sorry John).

Hello! This is about up to Season 2, Episode 2 of Yellowjackets, and ONLY that of Yellowjackets. I have not seen beyond this spot, at all, and know NOTHING about this show. Please do not spoil it for me. I didn’t know where to talk about this, in my chit chat about Lottie or about tai, but, I guess i’ll just do it here: No she should not fucking talk to Lottie. I think everything I am about to say is intentional by the way, and a reaction what I think the narrative presenting, not a criticism of it. I FEEL LIKE I AM FUCKING TAKING CRAZY PILLS WITH EVERYONE TURNING TO LOTTIE. I am the Taissa in this situation, you watch everyone around you falling to the immense temptation of feeling like you can understand all the things that have happened to you through the weird mysticism of a country club girl who’s God’s favorite, and tyou are screaming, ‘Why is everyone falling for this??” but your tight fisted refusal to bow to anything is killing you also so you don’t really have much of a leg to stnd on despite being right. I agree with Van that Taissa is fucked, I utterly disagree with Van that talking to Lottie would be even a little bit of help on this issue.

I feelso much frustration for both Nat and taissa, who are watching people they love get stolen away by this false hope and soothing but buckwild religion that Lottie has built around herself. At the end we see that Lottie HAS Travis. He’s fucking Nat, and I’m sure Nat has an extremely complex set of feelings around that, but it’s Lottie he sees and imagines, not even in a sex way, but in a way that sees her as divine. What does it feel not only to lose the people you love to a cult, but to have the cult be swallowing everything you know? Not that the cult is isolated from society, but that, by refusing the cult YOU are the one isolated from society?

I AM LATE TO THE GAME BUT I JUST FINISHED READING MADELINE MILLER’S CIRCE 🥲

I’m definitely feeling all the feelings, as it was a long and dragged out journey (even though I was thoroughly hooked before I read the first words) because of work and yenno - my mental health lol.

It was so so soooooo beautifully written. The imagery and details were literally AMA-ZA-ZING 🤩✨

A physical embodiment of a female experience/journey of womanhood; and how figuring out and finding oneself can feel like an eternity. It also perfectly captured the melancholic, yet beautiful fear and joy that comes with living, and how worth it it is to go through all of it.

Circe is probably the MOST likable character of all time 🥲😭😭❤️❤️🥺

Her bravery in the face of danger

Her curiosity and wonder

Her appreciative spirit for simplicity

Her humility

Her steadfastness and patience

Her playful spirit

Demur yet confident

some spoiler-y thoughts about tears of the kingdom thus far:

-FUCK GLOOM HANDS. i hate that everyone at nintendo saw our fear of spooky grabby hands and said “fuck yeah lets keep doing this forever”. i’m tired of being groped by very old men goddamnit! and then some of them turn into Phantom Ganon???? holy shit, that is a difficult fight. 80% of my deaths in the game so far have been at the hands(no pun intended) of these fuckers.

-ZELDA TURNED HERSELF INTO A FUCKING DRAGON AND I SOBBED LIKE A BABY. bruh i was not ready. SHE SACRIFICED HERSELF and her personality! but like, i havent finished all the main quests even though i got all the dragon tears/memory things so like, if Zelda IS a dragon, then who the fuck is showing up all around hyrule looking like her? is Mr. Dorf doing an evil magic to look like her like in that one memory? that can’t possibly be the case for all of the Zelda sightings. i’m so confused but so fucking intrigued.

-seriously though, watching Zelda sacrifice herself in order to save Hyrule and support Link is so upsetting. this girl was 16 the day the Calamity hit, and she hasn’t known a moment’s peace since then. give a bitch a break! but hey, at least she’s doing stuff in this one, whereas in most Zelda games, she’s just.... kidnapped.

-SIDON’S ENGAGEMENT STORY IS BULLSHIT. there is ZERO evidence of any other kingdoms existing for Zora outside of the Domain in Lanayru that King Dorephan rules over, it’s JUST to piss off people who ship Sidon with Link and that’s incredibly homophobic and annoying(especially since i had to fucking rewrite an entire part of my OC’s story due to it). and like, i feel bad, bc Yona seems like a lovely character, but she’s going to be HATED in the fanbase bc of the bad writing.

-speaking of questionable writing, there’s still so much i’m very fucking confused about. TotK obviously takes place several years after BotW, but they don’t specify how many and it creates a lot of confusion. why have some characters obviously aged up but some are still basically the same age? like, Hudson and Rhondson have a child who’s old enough to be sent back to Gerudo town, but Finley never hit her growth spurt(even though she clearly stated last game she was old enough to have supposed to hit it by botw)? what the fuck is that about?

-also, WHERE THE FUCK DID THE DIVINE BEASTS GO????? you can’t re-bury four fucking giant robot constructs in the span of maybe a decade, especially with Ganondorf reviving and creating a massive earthquake that unearths a fuckton of other shit. like, not having the Sheikah Slate i get(which is why the Purah Pad exists), and all the shrines and towers probably went back underground, but that part makes no goddamn sense and i don’t like it.

-i’m kinda sad Teba wasn’t the Sage of Wind and instead it was his son, Tulin. he really only got to shine in Age of Calamity, and most Zelda fans didn’t even play it bc it’s non-canon. the disrespect on my poor mans.

-i do love that so many of the towns are under new leadership now. it really feels like the world is evolving in that aspect. Teba and Paya being in charge of their respective towns is lovely to me.

-i love the idea that Link gave Zelda the house he dumped literally thousands of rupees into in Hateno, but like. where did he live? did they sleep together in the same bed? it’s implied Link no longer has a house bc you can make your “dream home” in Tarrey Town or w/e but like, ????? what’s that all about? Zelda just kicked Link’s ass out and made a secret room in the home HE invested in lmao, typical royal colonizer behavior(joking)

-i love that Grante, Robbie and Jerrin’s son, changed his name to Granteson so he could work for Bolson Construction. that’s genuinely adorable. he was already one of my fav tertiary characters just bc he’s Robbie’s son but this makes me like him even more. i also love that Jerrin is involved with stuff at the Lookout Landing! let Robbie’s wifey take care of stuff. even if it’s just cleaning. give her something to do besides glower at a machine her husband built lol.

-Kohga being still alive is hysterical, and the Yiga clan evolving to live partially underground is a lovely touch. them taking over old abandoned areas in the game is great as well. i also love that they flat-out do the “leave Mighty Bananas on the ground as bait to lure in unsuspecting victims” bit bc that’s EXACTLY how i imagined my OC fought them in BotW. i totally headcanon they stole that idea from her.

-tbh i’m kind of enjoying exploring the depths more than i am the sky islands. maybe it’s the fear of heights, or maybe it’s just that i really like that it wasn’t advertised at all. i thought it was just gonna be land and sky, but no! we’re going underground too babey~

-i love the addition of caves, wells, and other underground spaces. it makes a lot of sense for a game like this to have these things, and it makes me kinda sad they weren’t really a thing in the last one.

-the fusing thing is just okay. they didn’t really fix the issue people had with durability in the last game, so that’s annoying, but it is fun to make new weapons out of things at least.

-overall i really like the game so far. even though it’s a world most people have explored through already, there’s enough change and new content to make it fresh and engaging, and even though there’s another crisis, it’s heartwarming to see how people are finally being able to rebuild after the century-long crisis that was the Calamity. i’ve beaten one boss character so far(the Rito one) and i’m looking very forward to the rest!
