participants are not allowed to interact with their original biases. their original biases do not exist to them during this game.

participants may reply to asks containing their original bias' name, but must not say it / describe the bias in any way.

players and non-players are allowed to sabotage each other. a list with everybody's original biases will be released !

sabotaging others who have the same bias as you is allowed , but you are not allowed to say the bias' name, or describe them in any way.

url changes are not necessary , but theme changes ( if it has your original bias ) are ! players are given 24 hours to change their themes if their original theme is of their original bias — before earning a strike .

players who lose the game will earn a forfeit ♡

participants have 3 lives ! with each strike, one life dies. 3 strikes, and the player loses the game.

reblogging things with / directly responding to things that contain your original bias' / or their name will incur a strike. saying your bias' name / describing your bias will also incur a strike !

players are allowed to reblog the original bias list post at the start of the game. reblogging it midway through the game will earn you a strike bc it contains the name .

during this ebg, you can earn points by creating things about your assigned bias. ( eg. if my assigned bias is kaeya, and if i write something for kaeya (200+ words), i'll get 500 points! )

about points

500 points are awarded as a standard for each creation. for writing, it should be 200 words minimum, and for art, it should be lineart minimum. i do not accept doodles. for edits, it'll be at my discretion! each piece should have some effort put into it – not just created for the sake of earning points.

players can use their points from creations to strike people ! each strike costs 1000 points . each player is limited to one earnable strike each day . just send me an ask to strike someone !

players will be able to spend 2000 points to heal themselves as well ! the heals have no limit per day !

for 2000 points , players can redeem one hour to be free from ebg , starting from the period of time when i approve the redemption . the hour is consecutive and cannot be split up into different periods . this one hour can only be redeemed ONCE in the entirety of the whole game. if players start the hour without my knowledge, they will earn a strike.

zhongli doesn't need as much sleep as normal mortals but he knows if he stays up, i will too, so he'll try to pull me to bed on reasonable hours, especially if he knows i have to work tomorrow hahah but he goes easy on me on weekends, and he'll stay up with me!!

neuvillette also doesn't need as much sleep, but he burns the midnight oil mostly because of his work. i'm the one who'll have to pull him to sleep, unfortunately. it takes him a while to get used to a 'human routine', but the melusines are very glad that their dad is getting enough rest now!

al haitham is a creature of habit and he likes following a set routine throughout his day, so i think his body's circadian rhythm is just exceptionally good. sleeps at 11, wakes up at 6. works out in the morning, gets coffee and breakfast, and goes to wake me up so we can prep to go to work ᰔᩚ

I don't think I've been able to trigger an idle for a partner combatant prior to Jeht. The nearest one we have might be Caterpillar, who is similar in function, but once fighting is done, the story continues. So if Caterpillar has an idle, I've never been able to see it.

yeah they force us to continue with the story so we don't have that opportunity... i mean i guess it's less code for them so that's understandable ;w; given caterpillar's form, i'm guessing his idle form would be the idles of hilichurl rogues? or perhaps a variation of that.... would've been fun to see haha

Heyo, anon that found the little Jeht tidbit here.

I've been doing further testing, and even if you leave the area and come back, Jeht will continue walking around the same area. (Legit, I walked around Fontaine for a while and went back to the area, and even logged out and back in, and I can see her still walking around where I left her by the tents.)

So maybe it's less that she's tied to you and more like the location of enemy "mob" spawns, perhaps? I find it really odd that for such a straight forward sequence, they rely on the player to trigger it. Usually I'll see the NPC's just rush to the next area, I found this an interesting way to code Jeht in this portion of the game.

Jeht and even Jebrael's mechanics of applying elements to enemies as we're fighting was pretty cool! I liked that I got to do co-op without needing to do co-op, especially as sometimes I just wanted to hear them talk with the enemy, and I just wanted to slowly wear the enemy down, while allowing them to deal damage and the final blow.

I like your ideas. I'd be down for a companion or tool to apply more elements to enemies. I think that'd be cool as an exploration tool.

it could be both too i guess. like it could be a checkpoint based system, but she'll follow you as soon as you move within a certain range of hers? cause i've observed with seelies and sometimes on other quests when you have to 'walk' with characters, they might stop walking when you get too far from them... 🤔

hmhm... good choice on hoyo though. i think it's a good mechanic to have cause it gives us freedom on when to trigger the next sequence. just in case we wanna explore around first! they have been doing the whole 'subtly guiding' players to explore areas and make 100% exploration easier since sumeru and i love to see it!!

right!!! sometimes it's just fun to observe... ough now i kinda miss them. one of the best father-daughter combo. finally a kinda decent biological dad in genshin /j /smacked

hehe yay! though i don't really foresee it being added, it's fun to imagine what kind of gadgets we could have had sometimes... i wish they'd give us a seelie / timed trials detector. i don't think i have issues in the later areas of the game but i did some exploring yesterday and i found a seelie i completely missed in liyue ☠️

Since you make games for fun, I just wanted to share a little tidbit that I found interesting in the code of the game. I'm playing through Jeht's quest (and the final one with her in the second part of the desert), but I've found out for the open fights in the last part of her quest, it seems that the developers coded Jeht to be tied within a certain radius to your character.

So when you're chasing down the person and fighting mobs in the final part of the quest line, if you eliminate all the mob enemies in an area, but choose not to move forward, Jeht enters an idle state. You see her put away her weapons and just casually walk around. She'll brush the sand off of her and walk around the area. It seems that she'll only stray so far away from your character before she moves back towards your character.

Idk, I just found it so cool and wanted to share that. Especially we don't see Jeht, or really any of our fighting partners in general, go idle during World Quests.

oh that's actually super interesting.... i guess that's a foolproof way of making sure your companion doesn't stray away from the player 🤔 definitely unlikely that this could happen, but imagine just taking jeht like that around the world map lol

oh that note, do we even have companions in world quests who are able to do combat and also 'exists' in the world on non-combat scenes? somehow i can only remember them spawning only whenever the enemies spawns on the map....

and i do wonder if 'companions' are programmed to attack anything marked as 'enemies' around a certain range. yet another unlikely implementation but imagine having a combat companion gadget or something that applies elements to enemies. that'd be neat. i wish they'd explore and play around with this mechanic further somehow but alas idt they'll develop it for genshin at this point.

past the decorations and bountiful food, he sees the love in your actions, the blisters on your hand and the tired slouch of your back despite the bright expression on your beautiful face. he sees the honor you uphold for the traditions he adores and habitually follows, by the way things are prepared just like what he's told you in his stories - tales of old that could have just entered and left through your other ear. still, you persevere and devote and love him as your husband, and he thinks he's so lucky, to be able to spend each and every lantern rite with you from now on, and many more times in the future.

rex lapis is but a mortal now, and while you are of the same constitution, zhongli upholds you more than how his people used to revere him and promises to keep you in his heart for as long as he exists in this mortal plane.
