when you said the words “I’m pregnant” he couldn’t breathe. The weight of the moment settled around him. The silence stretched out before he finally managed to look up, his eyes wide with a mix of emotions. "Are you serious?" he asked, his voice barely a whisper. The uncertainty in his tone made it unclear whether he was overwhelmed with joy or cloaked in disappointment. You could only nod, your heart pounds heavily as you wait for what he’ll say next.

He closed the distance between them in a few quick strides. He passionately kissed you, his lips smashed against yours as your eyes fluttered shut.

Pulling back just enough to see your face, Rin cradled your cheeks in his hands, his touch tender. Your foreheads leaning against each other, a small, awestruck smile playing on his lips. "We...we're going to be parents," he murmured, the reality of the words sinking in, filling him with a profound happiness. “We are going to be parents.” He confirmed looking into your eyes. You smiled brightly at him “Yes, Rin, we are”. He held you so tightly in his arms whispering over and over again “We’re going to be parents.” <3

ISAGI YOICHI

He had just returned from practice, rummaging through the fridge for something to snack on. "Hey babe, how about takeout tonight?" he called out, glancing over for your response. However, he froze, completely unprepared for the sight of you holding a pregnancy test. His eyes flicked from the test back to your face, you bit your lip to attempt to suppress your smile. "No way," he gasped, his hands dropping from the fridge door as he rushed over to stand just inches away from you.

He stared at the pregnancy test, his mouth open in shock. "No way, no way, no way!" His whisper escalated into a joyful laugh. Grasping your hands, he shook his head, speechless with happiness. "A baby?" he finally managed to ask.

"A baby," you confirmed, smiling brightly.

His laughter filled the room as he lifted you into a twirl, holding you close. As you both laughed together, he hugged you tightly, planting kisses on your shoulder. "I love you so much, Y/N. Thank you, thank you, thank you," he repeated, his voice full of emotion. <3

BACHIRA MEGURU

You had been anxiously waiting for just the right moment to share your big news with Meguru. The topic of starting a family had come up between you two before, but the reality of it happening so soon had you kinda freaking out. Lost in your thoughts, you were startled when Meguru burst through the bedroom door holding your pregnancy test, his face lit up with an enormous grin.

He leapt towards you in his excitement, and the two of you tumbled onto the bed, laughing amidst the chaos. "Oh my god, Y/N! Are you seriously pregnant?!" he exclaimed, his voice a mix of shock and sheer delight.

You whispered a ‘yes’, overwhelmed by his reaction and the joy in his eyes. Meguru's laughter filled the room, his happiness infectious. He wrapped his arms around you tightly. "This is amazing, Y/N! I can't believe we're going to have a baby!" He kissed all over you face again and again and again. “I’m gonna be a daddy!” He exclaimed gripping onto you “And you’re gonna be a mommy!” You smiled at him so relieved at his reaction. “Oh my god I have to tell mom!!” He looked around the room. “Y/N I love you, I love you so so much.” <3

MIKAGE REO

Reo was lounging on the couch, watching an old biography on TV when you approached, holding a bag. "I have something for you" you said, catching his attention.

He flashed a playful grin. "Aw, baby, you don't need to spoil me, that's my job" he chuckled.

"I know, but I think you'll really like this" you replied, sitting next to him and handing him the bag. Curious, Reo reached inside and pulled out a yellow onesie. He turned it over in his hands, puzzled at first as he tried to understand the significance of the gift. Suddenly, realization dawned on him, and his mouth dropped open.

"No way...”

With an enormous smile, you threw your arms up. "I'm pregnant!"

The shock on Reo's face quickly transformed into unmistakable joy. He leaped up from the couch, sweeping you into his arms with such enthusiasm that both of you nearly fell over. Laughing, he steadied himself and then hugged you tightly, spinning you around the room.

"I can't believe it- we-we're going to be parents!" he exclaimed, his voice filled with excitement. He set you down gently but kept you close, his eyes gleaming with happiness. "Thank you Y/N. You continue to make me the happiest man in the world”he whispered, pressing a kiss to your forehead, then one to your lips. <3

OTOYA EITA

You had been avoiding bringing up that you were pregnant, unsure of how he’d react. Eita had just comeback from his run, his face still flushed from it, as he took a swig of water you approached him.

As he wiped his brow with the back of his hand, you blurted out, "I'm pregnant."

The water he was drinking went down the wrong pipe, and Eita violently choked, sputtering as he set the bottle down. He looked up at you, eyes wide, as he coughed. "Are you kidding?" he asked, once he regained his composure.

You shook your head, a nervous laugh escaping your lips. "No, I'm not kidding. It's for real"

For a moment, Eita just stared, the gears visibly turning in his head as he processed the news. Then a blank expression spread across his face. "Pffft, Wow….. like- wow… like for real?” You nodded slowly “…shit okay- damn, shit wow- that's—wow, we're gonna have a tiny human?!" he rambled, his voice a mixture of excitement and disbelief.

He stumbled over to where you were standing, still a bit awkward from his run and now this huge news. With a shaky laugh, he wrapped you in a sweaty but sincere hug. "This is awesome, shit- I mean, I am totally not ready, —oh wow, this is actually happened. Shit uh, I’m so happy" he finished his word vomit, he began laughing, which kinda shocked you. You began laughing with him, voices mingling together, as he kissed the top of your head. “Okay well damn, I guess we’re doing this. This will be interesting”<3

LOKI JULIANN

You softly exhaled as you approached Juliann, who was absorbed in paperwork at the dinner table after recently signing with a new soccer league. “Juliann…? Do you have a quick sec?” you asked, your gaze shifting between him and the stack of papers.

“Of course, mon amour, what is it?” he responded, setting his pen down and giving you his full attention.

You sat down across from him and gently took his hands, releasing a shaky breath. “I’m pregnant” you told him, the words almost a whisper.

His eyebrows shot up in surprise, his mouth falling open slightly. “Are you serious?” he asked, his voice unsteady.

“Yes,” you confirmed, a smile beginning to form on your lips.

“No prank? For real?” he pressed, still grappling with the sudden news.

“Yes, for real,” you confirmed, the smile now fully blooming.

He shook his head in disbelief and blinked a few times, then suddenly stood, pulling you into his arms. He lifted you off the ground in a tight hug. “Oh my god, mon amour, oh my god” he exclaimed, setting you down only to cup your face and kiss you passionately.

“We are having a child,” he said with a shaky laugh, his eyes gleaming with happiness. “You will be such an incredible mother, chérie, I know it.” <3

NOA NOEL

You've been feeling terrible for the past few days, struggling with vomiting, overwhelming fatigue, and severe headaches. Finally, you decided to see a doctor to find out what was wrong. Although you insisted it wasn't necessary, Noel wanted to accompany you to the hospital. He ended up waiting in the car while you went inside for your appointment. The doctors examined you, asked you a series of questions, and conducted some tests. It was the blood test that revealed the reason for your illness. You were pregnant.

When you returned to the car, where Noel was waiting, you slid into the seat, your hands nervously clasped together. "What did they say?" Noel asked, his orange eyes searching your face. "I, I—um," you began, taking a deep breath, "I'm pregnant." His eyes widened, and his expression turned blank as he processed the news, his mouth hanging open slightly. After a moment, he blinked and spoke softly, "...a child?"

You turned to look at him, trying to guess what he’s thinking. "Wow," he exhaled. "We're having a baby?" he asked for confirmation. "Yeah," you replied quietly, biting your lip. "That's amazing, Y/N," he said, taking your hands in his. "Are you happy?" he asked cautiously. "Yeah, I am," you replied with a smile. "Me too, mon chérie, me too," he responded, pressing a gentle kiss to your forehead. "I can’t wait to see what this chapter holds for us." <3

#it’s so hard to look at these photos #I’m hoping maybe putting them here will help me face the pain and trauma associated with them #I think it’s especially painful because they were all such sweethearts #actual angels who were so gentle and patient with baby me #if i could go back in time and save all of them I fucking would 😭#max the malamute 🖤#best boy in the world he was such a good dog #my cousins family gave me him as a puppy #the torties were named Romeo and Juliet (even tho they were both boys 🤣)#(yeah boy torties are from the same litter! idk what happened! 🤣)#Garfield was the orange cat (and mama to the torties)#best girl in the world so sweet. she was almost completely deaf and blind #German shepherd was buddy #sweet playful boy 🖤#I didn’t get to know him very well because he (all my pets did) lived with my dad and at that point I stopped going to his house a lot #bear was the rottie #sweet boy he died really tragically my dad loved animals but was fucking stupid sometimes #and the black puppy… also died really tragically. never even lived long enough to get a name.#some of these might be pushing into 00-4 maybe #the ones of buddy are probably from then because I’m pretty sure we got him while I was in middle school #I drafted this post a few months ago and honestly doing this + writing about them really did help me process my feelings towards them #so now I’m ready to share :)#I just love the idea of seeing the world through a child’s eyes #this is what little me thought was important! lol

you may have already talked about this so forgive me buuuuut what were Belle and Adam's reactions to each pregnancy? and their baby's reactions as they joined in on the fun of learning they would be getting siblings?

i have been SO excited to answer this all day. i love pregnancy discoveries/announcements SO MUCH i just think they’re so cute. (i mean, they can certainly be Not Great news, but in otp land!!!! CUTE!!!!) so without further ado, let’s get INTO IT!!

okay for their first baby… gosh i’ve probably written and rewritten this scene twenty different ways over the years. this is the BIG ONE!! the moment they go from a married couple to PARENTS!!! it’s HUGE it’s LIFE CHANGING!! i think about it all the time. and i think after all these years i finally have a scenario that i’m most happy with, that i’d really love to write and sort of insert into my canon, but just haven’t finished yet. and the funny part is that i’ve already written The Conversation™️ i just have to set it up and context and story and all that jazz. but anyway, i think it’d be such a big thing for both of them.

for belle, she really never imagined she’d get to be a mother. and i think the idea of motherhood, in a way, sort of scared her. she LOVES children for sure, but i think growing up in the village with no real prospects, no chance of getting out and being free, the idea of becoming someone’s domestic little housewife and homemaker was just such an awful idea to her. she wanted true love, she wanted a family of her own, but she just didn’t want it to be in that little provincial town with no hope of escape. and marrying someone and having their kids would just tether her there forever. and she wanted more for herself!!

so then, when she marries, idk, THE PRINCE? and becomes THE QUEEN? everything just changes. she’s not just some guy’s little wife. adam would rather die than let that happen. adam believes in her and pushes her to be as incredible as he knows she is. she has so many responsibilities in her role, she’s a freakin powerhouse!!! so when she does end up pregnant, almost a year after they get married, she’s actually quite excited by it. because she Knows she’s so much more than a homemaker. she doesn’t have to compromise herself to be a wife and mother, as she had once feared. she gets to have a baby with the love of her life and still fulfill all her own dreams. she can really do it all, your honor! so, in short, realizing she’s pregnant that first time is exciting and a huge relief knowing this isn’t the end of her life, just another chapter.

for adam it’s more like AAAAAAAHHHHHHHH !!!??!! PANIC PANIC PANIC WORRY WORRY WORRY !!!!!! but i can elaborate further. essentially, adam was never really keen on fatherhood. surprise surprise, having an abusive father and growing up suppressed and bullied and then directionless and scared and all that… didn’t really enthuse him on the idea that he’d be a great parent for any kid. despite that, of course, he did know deep down he would have to have an heir at some point. probably with some random woman who was deemed a politically advantageous match, someone he didn’t care about, the way he didn’t care about anything. but he ignored that prospect as often as possible, the same way he ignored all his other royal responsibilities. BUT! NOW? he Loves his wife……… he loves his wife so much and everything is different now. he’s a changed man now. he’s trying so hard to see the goodness in the world now. everything is brighter and it’s scary but he’s strengthened by her and supported by her and loved by her and… and… she’s pregnant 🥺

i’ve written this scene so many different ways mostly because adam’s reaction is just so… complicated. he wouldn’t be angry but i don’t think he’d be overtly happy either. he’s changed, he’s grown, but “fatherhood” is such a Deeply Rooted issue for him that i think when belle tells him, he just doesn’t even react at first. he knows he loves her and knows, logically, this is a good thing, so he holds her and starts worrying about her and starts processing this great big change in his life. and he fears becoming his father, despite the fact that it’s his mother’s kind heart beating inside him. and belle tells him there is no one else on this earth she’d rather have children with, because no one would ever believe in her the way he does. the way she believes in him. so they have lots of reassuring talks over the course of the pregnancy, and of course, that beautiful day when their first little one finally arrives, it’s just magic 🥹

GAH! first baby euphoria consumes my soul. i could talk about it forever, clearly. but i’ll move on to baby number TWO!

i actually HAVE written this fic of belle telling adam!! it’s a couple years old now so i’m tempted to not link it but it’s still how i imagine it happens in canon so it’s okay. i shan’t cringe at my old writing!! anyway, it’s christmas 1743 when belle tells adam they’ll be spending NEXT christmas with one more little angel than this year 🥰 adam is a lot happier on the second round, now that he’s been a father for a bit of time, now that he’s positively fallen in LOVE with his daughter, he’s more excited to keep growing their family. renée, however, is not even two yet when this is happening, so she really doesn’t have any thoughts about it lmao. HOWEVER, once her baby sister arrives, she is Not enthused by the sudden lack of attention. i’ve written a cute one about that so i’ll link that as well <3 i really want to write the moment renée meets juliette, i think it’d be sort of funny considering how young she was, but i just haven’t gotten around to it. my fic about the day juliette was born is already so hectic for other reasons, so it just didn’t work to write renée into it.

LASTLY!!! LE PRINCE!!!! it’s like you’re in my HEAD bro because just Yesterday i got a cute idea for how this pregnancy may be discovered. (and i have considered multiple possibilities, this is just the latest and greatest). i was imagining perhaps juliette (age 4) comes down with a cold of sorts, so belle’s been taking care of her. then belle starts to feel sick, and she just brushes it off thinking she caught juliette’s bug. but then juliette gets better and belle is still feeling like GARBAGE. and eventually it clicks that it’s because she’s pregnant <3 i think this third one catches them both off guard just a bit because the girls came so quickly one after the other and then it’s been almost five years and nothin??? i mean it’s the 18th century it’s not like they were doing anything to prevent it. (i am aware of 18th century contraception methods but these two definitely were not using them lmao). regardless, when it finally clicks, adam and belle are both just sort of like “oh shit!!!! NICE!!!!” lmao. they had gotten settled in life with their two girlies, but they’re certainly not mad about adding to their number 💖

as far as the girls’ reactions, i would also like to write that some time, but haven’t yet. in general, i think renée (who was very nearly 7) just EXPLODES with a million questions. she’s also very adamant that this baby Must be another girl (spoiler alert: it was not💙) and she’s just in general trying to be as obnoxiously involved as possible. she’s always tossing out name ideas (usually characters from the books she’s reading, but also lots of flower names like chrysanthemum and hyacinth). she also loves putting her hand on belle’s growing bump and asking “what’s the baby doing now??” like 20 times a day. (she loses her mind whenever she feels him kick🥹)

juliette, on the other hand, takes a long time to process it (it’s the autism, but also she’s just younger). but it sort of helps that, at the time, lumiere & plumette were already expecting their second child. so adam & belle could be like “you know how auntie plumette is gonna have a baby soon? well now so are WE!” and juliette’s like “oooooohhhhh 🤔 (doesn’t get it at all).” but when that baby arrives (a lil lad named xavier🥰🧡) juliette gathers what’s going on. that is a BABY. she does like feeling the baby in mama’s tummy move as well, it’s very wild to her. she’s much more quietly curious about her future little sibling than renée is, but she’s just as excited when they do finally meet him. which i HAVE written 🥹🥹🥹

AND, juliette gets the credit for giving her little brother his lifelong nickname. when her parents told her they were naming him maurice, she very quietly replied “hi, reece☺️” and he is forever called reece/reecy by his family and friends henceforth 🩵 (it also helps to differentiate from his beloved namesake grandfather!)

renée isn’t super excited about having a brother instead of another sister, (especially when lumiere and plumette already have TWO boys. (ENOUGH WITH THE BOYS IN THIS GOSH DANG CASTLE!!!😒)) but she does come to love him!! even though he’s annoying as hell!!! but it’s his gotdamn right as the little brother💛

#i can’t thank you enough my guy. i love this family more than anything 😭#also a little side note in the vast world of my canons: in modern au. reecy’s appearance is a bit different #because in modern au… i think adam and belle WERE only planning on having two kids. so maurice was straight up an accident #I MEAN SURPRISE 😉🫶#belle is very enthused. she’d have ten kids with adam if he let them #but ADAM is an autistic rigid planner guy (affectionate)#and they do amicably come to the agreement early on that they’ll both be happy with two kiddos #and it’s valid! belle agrees ! because they do travel so much. so having more than two would be such a production #(and two already IS)#(also they both didn’t want just one because they were both only children and neither liked it)#anyway my point is. when surprise baby number 3 happens. adam is definitely thrown for a loop #he’s not Mad but he’s just like. No!!!! The Plans I’ve Made!!!!! You called Price beforehand, asked him if it was alright to surprise Simon. You wanted to show up at the base with your baby girl waiting for him. Like you always do. Thankfully and full heartedly he agreed, he even added that he is excited to see his niece. On the way to the base you felt excitement as you played music for both you and your baby.

Your baby gabbles as she plays with hanging baby toys on her car seat. Simon has been gone for a month, it has been so long and you were so excited. He missed having her first tooth, which he will be so excited to see.

Once you got you and your child out of the car you headed to the inside of the base. “141 will be landing in 5 minutes ma’am.” A man said guiding you to the tarmac. “Captain Price said to meet them there.”

You followed the solider to the direction of the tarmac. You knew very well where it was at, a year ago you were on the team for 141 but decided to retire once you found out you were pregnant. Memories littered the hallways as you held your baby close.

“No.” He mumbled as you both stood in your room. He didn’t move for a moment, you thought he was going to leave and not come back for hours. Simon doesn’t do well with emotions but the last couple of months, he has been able to open up more. Now this. You didn’t know how he was going to react let alone what he was going to do.

It was clear, two lines, one word, 6 tests. You and Simon have been in secret for 2 years, established a relationship in a year. You played with your hands as nerves started to kick in. “I thought you were on birth control.” Simon said looking up at you, his eyes only to be shown. The skull mask looking at you.

“I am.” You said your heart slowly hurting, you knew that he never wanted a kid. You knew of his past so this was a joke for the both of you. It was frowned upon when a lieutenant would be sleeping with their sergeant. Hell damn near court marshaled.

Simon looked back down at the tests. He can’t. He won’t. His mind racing a million miles an hour. How could he explain this one to Price? How could you hide a belly on the force? Is there a way for it to be a secret anymore? He cursed himself for loving the fact that he could breed you. It was a new found kink, with him thinking of his cum coating your walls. Simon never broadcast it to you. Telling you that seeing a belly got him feral, thinking about how your body would react to his gift. But…It’s just…is it too soon? Was he ready? Surely he couldn’t be.

“I can get…”

“No,” He cut you off before looking up at you. “This…Not that. ‘M,” his voice trailed. No abortion, he won’t put your body through hell just because both of you didn’t want to wrap it. “I just-I don’t know what to do.”

“I don’t either,” You whispered walking slowly up to him. “But we can figure this out?”

Simon nodded once still looking at the tests. You waited as he stood there and sighed. “We have to tell Price now.”

“Here is the tarmac,” The solider said breaking you from your thoughts. “It looks like they have just landed.”

You mumbled a thank you as soldiers came out one by one from the plane. All covered in dirt or blood, tired written on their faces. You frowned knowing that Simon felt the same, it couldn’t have gone the way it suppose to.

You smiled as you walked out watching Gaz come out first, happy surprise on his face. He looked to the side of him to see Soap, who smiled at you nodded. Price smiled, heading towards the direction you were before stopping. Simon, walked out last, almost stopped in his tracks.

Smile beaming on his face underneath the skull mask. His girls. He be-lined to you and your baby girl. His heart beating quickly, as excitement coursed through his veins.

Price stood as both of his teammates broke the news. He had his suspicions of them fucking around but not together. He itches his beard as your tears start to mellow out. Simon was not looking at him but folding his arms while leaning against the wall.

It was like two of his kids came home after school to get hounded at. It was amusing if Price wasn’t angry. Yes. He was at first, his lieutenant and his best sniper in a bit of a bind. She has to be discharged no way will Price NOR Simon let her go out in the field. Especially since they voiced they are keeping the kid.

“We keep it low,” Price finally spoke watched as both of you looked up. “We have to slowly discharge you, not try to have eyes on the situation until then. No missions for you.”

You nodded, first time every has he seen you so shy. Timid. Usually you had confidence written all over you. “Yes sir.” You mumbled looking away.

Price looked at Simon. “I want to have a discussion with you,” He looked at you as you stared at him. You both are young, younger than him anyway. He seen how Simon’s demeanor changed throughout the years when you came on the force. Of course no one else saw it, but Price did. He always knew. “Dismissed Sargent.”

Your baby squealed with delight as she bounced in your arms. “Da! Da!” She yelled as Simon walked over, having heads turn to see the little baby showed her excitement. Simon did take note that she knew who he was and in fact used ‘dada.’

Simon almost damn near sprinted as he walked up to both of you. You let him take your baby as he grabbed her, she screamed laughed, as he rose her to the air. Holding her sides gently but firm. She is so tiny compared to him, she kicked her feet softly in the air, laughing her little head off. Simon loves that sound, the sound of pure joy coming from her. To the point he didn’t give a damn who was around them. Simon was never a shower when it came to his private life, but when she was around wow, he would make sure everyone knew who she was.

Simon sat across the table from you, your bump more noticeable, 6 months to be exact. He still couldn’t believe that what was growing inside you was his. Part of him. Something that he would have never thought would be done. Or have. You have become more aware and accepting of having the child. Yet he still hasn’t.

“I know it will take time Si,” You said knowing always what he was thinking. Simon snapped his eyes up at you, he felt guilt for sure. You were just honorable discharged and he stayed in the force. “I can’t make you feel happy about this. But…But I know eventually you will.”

He didn’t believe you until one night he laid between your legs as you rubbed the back of his head. Simon chuckled lightly at the tv show you were both watching right when it happened,felt a small poke to his head, he froze, you felt him tense. “What…what that?”

You giggled lowly as you rubbed your belly. “It’s the baby,” He still didn’t move when he felt it again. “She moves a lot when you make any sort of noise.” Simon rose slightly, looking up at you, curiously. You grabbed his hand and placed it where she was. His eyes trained on his hand. “Say something.” You whispered.

Simon looked at you unsure before clearing his throat. “Uh, hello baby girl.” It took a second before he felt the bump move to his hand. A soft graze. He snapped his eyes up at you and tears brimming your eyes, nodding. Encouraging him to continue. Simon’s eyes started to water, everything hitting, even when she isn’t out here she was wanting him. Knowing that he is her dad. And she was his baby.

His hand rubbed your belly. “‘Ight ass kicker. I’m happy to hear ya too.”

“Hello my angels,” He said as slowly held her close to him. Her head cradled inside of his neck. Her hands gripping his uniform. He placed a hand on the back of her hand holding her close. You smiled as he placed his other gloved hand on your cheek. “Why ya ‘ere?”

“I couldn’t wait at home,” You stated as people passed the both of you. “She couldn’t either,” you bumped your shoulder against his. “Told you it was dada.” You teased talking about the last time you both were on the phone. Her screaming ‘da da da,’ knowing damn well it was her daddy on the phone. Simon would tease and say that she got your intelligence since she was only 5 months.

Simon chuckled rolling his eyes, turning his head as she rose from his shoulder. She started towards his skull mask gripping the bottom of it. “Not yet sweethear,’” he whispered gently grabbing her hands. “We are gonna debrief it shouldn’t take too long.”

“Lass,” You laughed as the scottish came up from behind Simon. Slapping his back. “Oh well hello little miss.” He scratched softly underneath her chin. She laughed again shaking her head as she clung onto her dad. “Yer playing hard to get now?” He teased and looked at you.

“Hey Johnny,” You laughed reaching for your baby. She came to you with ease, which you mentally sighed in relief, hoping that she wouldn’t ball her little eyes out when she watched her dad leave. “We will wait on the cafeteria.”

Simon placed his forehead against yours. “It will be quick.” He whispered.

You nodded as you watched them all file into the base. Your baby holding onto you cooing. “Why don’t you ever get that excited to see me,” You playfully glared poking her stomach. She giggled swatting your finger away. “Brat.” You laughed taking her and you to the cafeteria.

“Do you have everything?” Chan asks you while unloading the rental car.

You take a peek into the back seat of the car, making sure both of you had everything. “I don't see anything,” you reassure him.

Chan walks towards your mother's house, presents stacked in his hands. You gently rub his back as you walk up the steps. You knock a couple of times before opening the door, announcing your presence.

“My baby's home!” Your mother's voice reaches your ears, causing you to grin ear to ear.

You give her a quick hug before making sure Chan gets into the house okay. You shut the front door behind him and rest a hand on his forearm.

“Do you need help with anything?” You ask him, moving to grab a couple of the gifts.

“I got it, baby,” he reassures you with a head shake. He leans down to press a quick kiss on your lips before walking over towards the Christmas tree.

You giggle to yourself, gently biting your lip after he walks away. Your mother nudges your arm, snapping you from your thoughts. You lift your head to look at her, seeing a smirk on her lips.

“When's the wedding?” She jokes with you.

A groan leaves your lips as you start to feel embarrassed. “Not for a little while,” you tell her with a shy laugh. Your gaze finds Chan, silently watching him distribute the presents. “I don't even know if he wants to marry me.”

She lets out a scoff, crossing her arms over her chest. “Honey, that boy is infatuated with you. He'd be crazy not to marry you.”

“We'll see where life takes us,” you mention, the smile on your lips growing when you meet your boyfriend's eyes.

“I want to be the first one to know if he does propose,” your mother whispers into your ear as she walks by, joining everyone in the kitchen.

You playfully roll your eyes, keeping yourself from blushing. Chan gives the older woman a quick hug as she walks by before making his way back to you.

“What were you two chuckling about?” He asks, tapping his fingertip on the tip of your nose.

“Just girl stuff,” you vaguely lie, leaning on your toes to kiss his lips. Chan hums into the kiss, his hands grabbing a hold of yours.

He mumbles a quick, "I love you," against your lips, planting one more kiss before fully pulling away. “Why don't we go say hi to everyone,” Chan mentions, squeezing your hands in his.

You nod your head and lead him into your kitchen. You greet the rest of your family, giving them hugs and kisses. You make grabbing hands at the toddler in your big sister's arms.

“Hi, baby boy,” you squeal, holding the one and half year old baby. He smiles at you, bringing his tiny hand to your cheek. “You're getting so big!”

You rest the baby on your hip, lightly bouncing him in your arms. Ji-ho squeals and kicks his little legs into your side. You release a little cry and point at the little man.

“Watch your feet, mister! You're gonna hurt Auntie,” you chuckle, adjusting his legs so they're sitting comfortably.

“He loves to kick,” your sister mentions, walking over to her son. “I forgot to tell you.”

You playfully scoff as she pinches the boy's cheeks. “That would've been some crucial information, Joon,” you tell her with a smile.

Chan moves to stand behind you, and you can hear him coo at Ji-ho. You glance over your shoulder, watching him smile at your nephew. His dimples are present, and you can feel your heart fluttering in your chest.

“Do you want to hold him?” You ask him, turning to face him.

Your boyfriend's gaze moves from you to your older sister. “Would that be okay?” He asks her politely.

“Of course!”

Chan takes the baby from you, lifting him higher for a quick second before resting him on his hip. “Hi, buddy,” he whispers in his baby voice, tickling his stomach.

Ji-ho squeals again, more giggles coming from the baby's lips. He rests his head on Chan's shoulder, his tiny hands gripping his shirt. Your heart feels like it's swelling even larger as you witness your boyfriend interacting with him.

You pull your phone out and snap a couple of photos. He'd make such a great dad… You think to yourself as Chan starts walking around the kitchen with Ji-ho.

Your mother pats your back gently, snapping you from your thoughts. She gives you a knowing smile before nodding her head towards Chan.

“Baby,” you call out to him, capturing his attention. You motion your head towards the hallway. Your sister takes Ji-ho from him as you excuse the two of you.

Chan slips his arms around your waist as you walk down the hallway. You rest your hands on top of his, and you feel like your heart's going to fly out of your chest.

“Everything okay?” He whispers into your ear while stepping into your childhood bedroom.

You nod your head and gently shut the door. His eyes dance between you and the bedroom door. You take a couple of steps towards the taller man, resting your hands on his cheeks.

“Have I told you how much I love you?” You ask in a whisper, gently stroking his cheek.

“Of course,” he whispers back to you, placing his hands on your hips. “What's this ab-”

You cut him off by leaning on your toes, kissing his lips. A moan leaves his lips while his grip on you tightens. One of your arms wraps around his neck as you deepen the kiss.

Chan pulls away from you abruptly, and you attempt to chase his lips, not having enough. “Baby, baby,” he mumbles, moving his hands to your arms. “What's gotten into you?”

You feel embarrassed at how needy you are, but seeing him with a baby has made you a little feral. He gently rubs your arms as you find yourself looking at the carpet.

“I might have baby fever,” you whisper loud enough for him to hear.

He giggles and bends down a little to look in your eyes. “Oh yeah?” He smiles at you, bringing one of his hands to your cheek.

You can feel your cheeks begin to blush, and you push him playfully. “You know what? I hate you,” you laugh, moving past him to lay on your bed.

Chan laughs with you and lays down beside you. “I love you too, baby,” he grins ear to ear before kissing your forehead. He peppers more kisses all over your face. “So, you want a baby?”

A groan leaves your lips after hearing his question. “Not right now, obviously,” you tell him, finding his hand before lacing your fingers together. “But, in the future, I'd like to have a family with you.”

His lips find yours and he kisses you passionately. Your free hand grips the sweater he's wearing, feeling your heart pounding in your chest.

Chan pulls away and rests his forehead on yours. “I would love to have a family with you, baby.”

"She's my sister," Casper snaps, hating that he couldn't go to the hospital. "She's my sister too, dummy." Fabian grumbles, throwing himself into the couch as their Uncle Carlos and Lando talked in the kitchen. "Nuh huh! She'll like me better, so she'll be my sister!" Casper whines, sitting on the floor pushing back his dark blonde hair.

"Stupid! That's not how biology works!" Fabian snarks, that has Carlos sticking his head out. "Hey, no arguing." "Sorry, Uncle Carlos!" Both boys shoot back, Casper pouting as he hated getting scolded by his uncles, but Fabian could care less.

"Do you think Mama is okay?" Casper asks, ever the Mama's boy. "Yeah, she's strong like Dad. Besides, you really think Dad would allow Mama to be hurt?" Fabian asks, giving his baby brother a pointed look. "Well, noooo. But I heard giving birth is hard, Uncle Lando said so." Casper whispers, knowing he shouldn't have been listening to his Uncle's conversations.

"Please, Dad wouldn't let Mama do this if it'd hurt her," If you were home, you would've snorted at the boys conversation. The front door beeps which has both boys shooting up and rushing the door. You step in first, as Max was carrying your new baby girl Violet. "Mama!" You about cry seeing your two boys, still filled with the hormones. "Be careful with me boys," You warn them gently and your sweet boys listen.

They gently hug you, not as tight as they want, but at least you were back home and safe. "Told you," Fabian whispers, Casper sticking out his tongue which has you giggle. "Told him what, Fabby?" You shuffle gently and smile at Carlos and Lando who leave you be, knowing you just wanted your boys.

"I said, Dad wouldn't let you be hurt. Dad wouldn't let you have a baby if it hurt you," You snicker as does Lando and Carlos. Casper pinches his eyebrows, not understanding why you were laughing. "It's not funny, Mama. Dad really wouldn't let you do this if it hurt you," You sigh at your boys slight protective streak they've gotten from their father.

Speaking of their father, Max walks in silently, holding the baby car seat, Violet fast asleep in it. You loved this sight, Max a little normal looking with his beard little grown out, hair messy and just looking so good, who could blame you for wanting another baby, nothing was hotter to you than Max being a father.

"Is that the baby?" Casper asks, moving away from you gently as Max kneels down and opens his arms for his first baby. "Yep, this is Violet. Violet, this is your brother Casper." Max holds Casper who leans into his father's arms smiling down at her. "She's so tiny," He whispers, staring at her in awe.

Carlos and Lando grab their things, waving bye silently letting you have this family moment. You smile as you watch Casper and Max admiring baby Violet. "She's pretty," He whispers and Max chuckles kissing Casper cheek and admiring his boy. "You were once this small," Fabian slides out of your hold and walks over and peaks over the cover and wrinkles his nose.

"She looks like you, Dad. I was hoping she'd look like Mama." You snort out a laugh and cover your mouth as Max sighs and tugs Fabian into his other arm. "Bugger, she looks like your Mama." He chuckles and Fabian makes a noise. "Nooo, Mama is pretty, she's all scrunchy and ugly. That's you Dad," You can't help it anymore and start to laugh as Max just sighs and gives up knowing Fabian was to much like him to argue.

"We'll protect you and Mama," Casper whispers touching her little hand which flexes open and holds Casper's fingers. His eyes light up at that, and Fabian frowns and sticks out his finger, Violet opening up her little hand and grabbing Fabian finger who gets this look across your face.

"I'll kill anyone who hurts you," "Alrightttt," Max groans as he stands and moves the boys away, "You're ten, go play with your dinosaurs," Casper runs off laughing as Fabian soon follows. You and Max share a look which has you both giggling like you were teenagers again.

Baby fever Scenarios and Headcanons with Husband!Simon "Ghost" Riley (Ghostie)

Thank my baby godson for this one, if it hadn't been for him having me take care of him for the whole day then I wouldn't have anything to write because as of now I have no motivation or ideas to continue my past wips. Render credits are all to the lovely @ave661 who keeps feeding us. My little godson still sleeping on my chest, drool, snore and all as I'm writing this. I can't move, please send help. This is so short too, sorry to disappoint you guys 😭

Y'all CANNOT tell me I'm the only one who thinks of Simon "Ghost" Riley having baby fever from his own children (I would give him more, all he needs to do is ask 😭). Also these are basically moments of Simon with Ghostie, just a bit more general in terms of the baby's gender since some of y'all want boy!dad Simon but originally Ghostie is a girl.

❥ Babyfever!Dad!Simon who loves to toss the baby up in the air, simply just for amusement and both of them needed entertainment. Safe to say Soap never did that until the little one was a lot older because when he did it, he ended up with a glob of drool on his face.

❥ Babyfever!Dad!Simon who is always so vocal with his baby, you could just tell the influence of him talking to the baby. Just the rumble of his voice sends the tiny one into a fit of giggles while they're on his chest.

❥ Babyfever!Dad!Simon who was influenced by you to do that viral thing on the internet, people throwing a slice of cheese on their crying baby to make them stop. It worked and they ate it.. now he keeps the fridge stocked with sliced cheese for that reason.

❥ Babyfever!Husband!Simon who was determined to assemble everything, baby's crib, the car seat.. though the bottle sterilizer was something he needed your help with. Both of you trying to figure where the missing piece went only to find your little one chewing on it.

❥ Babyfever!Dad!Simon who comes home late at night yet his little one follows him like a mother duck, as much as he wants to, Simon refused to have contact until he's out and squeaky clean from a shower. Always worrying about how they might catch something from outside while the little one is directly outside the bathroom door waiting for their dad and peeking from the little space underneath the door, knocking every 3 minutes for dada to come out.

❥ Babyfever!Dad!Simon who has the time of his life teaching the baby CPR, it started as a joke between the 141 and now your baby knows the word and knows what to do in response to it, the bunny stuffie is the one receiving the medical attention with the little crisp giggle after Simon praises them.

❥ Babyfever!Dad!Simon who you find laughing his ass off at Soap who was forced by the puppy eyes of your little one to wear a pink tutu that was on the verge of breaking from his size, glittered fairy wings that were made of wire and horrid quality of pink mesh fabric, a plastic tiara and a light up fairy wand. They forced him to do ballet. (Gaz definitely had that as his phone's wallpaper for a month)

❥ Babyfever!Dad!Simon who love cherishing little moments of how the world reminds him of how naive, dumb and gullible his little one could be. Having a leash kid yet for a completely different reason from misbehaving and being too hyperactive. Walking on a bridge with him over a river as a little family outing at the park when your little one pointed at the aggressive stream of water underneath, Simon jokingly asking them if they want to be tossed in and without a word they turn to you with their arms up and wiggling for uppies. When that didn't work they turned to their dad doing the same thing, making Simon chuckle so much that he almost coughed as they slowly let their arms drape back down to their sides, little pout in disappointment. You playfully glared at your husband, having to explain to a toddler why they can't swim in a strong stream of dirty water.

❥ Babyfever!Dad!Simon who is very much amused about how the baby likes his stuble, hoping he won't cause a rash to them because of how much they press their face into his. He makes sure it's extremely well kept after the very first time it happened 😭.

❥ Babyfever!Dad!Simon who loves seeing his toddler in their sleep shirt which is basically just his shirt drooping on the floor because it's too big for them but the they're chunky enough to keep it on themselves. Just thinking of Simon hearing the loud stomps of footsteps approving their bedroom, the short pause of silence before the frantic sound of the door knob jingling, he always knew who was about to enter the room. Holding their bunny stuffie while pulling on the blanket of their dad's side of the bed to ask him for help to climb up.

charles_leclerc There are only a few days left until our baby arrives and I’m scared and impatient at the same time. My wife is sleeping next to me now breathtakingly beautiful and I’ve taken some time to reflect on how these 9 months have flown by and I can’t believe it, it seems like it was just yesterday that we found out we were expecting a baby. I can no longer remember what my life was like before knowing your existence, little one.

I can't help but imagine and think about you in everything I do and every step I make, thinking about how beautiful it’ll be to see you take your first steps, to see you run around the house, dirty everything, to see you measure my helmets, to see you trying my race suits, to see you go to school, to see you grow in the beautiful and amazing person you’re going to be.

We’ll probably argue sometimes, although I’ll make sure that never happens, but whatever happens, just know that I loved you more than my life from the first moment since I saw that positive pregnancy test and I hope you’ll never forget it even if we have any argument.

Mommy and I are so eager to finally hold you in our arms, hear you cry and take your first breath in this new life. It hasn’t always been easy, I’ll be honest, and it won’t be easy but I wouldn’t change anything. I love you mon petit ange. 🖤

I can’t even put into words how over the moon we are right now, I feel like my life just started all over again. Watching my wife give birth to my son is an experience I’ll never forget, you’re a force of nature baby I can’t thank you enough for everything you do for me.

And to my little Jules I love you more than the air I breathe I can’t way to start this new life with you ❤️
