Thinking about big dick Chifuyu who doesn’t know how to handle the gift God has given him
You two have been in bed for what feels like hours trying to get his dick to fit inside you and it’s more of a task than either of you imagined. He’s eaten you out over and over, sucking and licking at your clit while putting three fingers inside you to try to open you up more. Though you’ve already come multiple times, it hasn’t been while he’s inside you and it’s making both of you crazy.
“Just jack me off.” He sounds defeated as he starts to move away from you. “This isn’t going to work.”
You grab him by his face and pull him back in for a kiss.
“Don’t say that. We can figure this out. We just have to try something else.” You counter.
He sighs and sinks back down on top of you.
“We’ve been trying forever. I can’t get it in.”
You distract him with a make out session while you develop a new game plan. He’s in the process of placing kisses all over your neck when you realize what you have to do.
“Chifuyu?”
“Hmm?”
His eyes meet yours and they’re dark with lust.
He needs to cum and he needs it badly.
“You just have to push it in all the way. Don’t stop until you’re deep inside me.”
His cock twitches against your thigh, and you know he wants nothing more than to tear you in half. But sweet chifuyu thinks with his head and not his cock so he’s still hesitant.
“I don’t know, baby. I don’t want to hurt you.”
You've been waiting since the first time you laid eyes on him for this moment and are more than willing to do anything to make it work.
“I can take it. I promise.” You pull him in and press your lips to his again. “Just fuck me, Chifuyu.”
He’s cautious sliding back into you, and when you’re already gasping and wriggling away when he’s only a third of the way in, you feel him start to draw back.
“No! Don’t stop. I can take it, I promise!” You plead, though he’s already almost stretched you to your typical limit.
“Are you sure?” His eyebrows furrow and you notice a thin layer of sweat forming on his forehead. His arms are on either side of you and the veins are threatening to burst through skin.
He’s using all his strength to hold back from slamming all the way into you.
“Yes! Just keep going.”
He nods working himself in a little deeper.
You involuntarily shriek at the sensation of being filled up and stretched more than you ever thought possible but you tell him to keep going so he does.
Soon you’re a complete mess beneath him. A moaning, screaming, watery eyed mess begging him to go deeper.
When he’s finally mostly inside you, he’s pressing kisses all over your face, brushing your hair aside, and apologizing.
“I’m sorry…fuck, I know it’s big. I’m sorry…you just feel so fucking good…”
He’s alternating between apologizing and thrusting deeper when, by some divine miracle, you open up fully for him and he slips the rest of the way into you.
Both of you are surprised and when your eyes meet his you see something has changed within him.
The sweet cautious man who was too scared to fuck you is gone and he’s been replaced with someone far more devious.
A low growl escapes him as he lowers himself so that his mouth is near your ear. He leans in close and whispers “I’m going to make this pussy mine.”
Then he lets you have all the sexual energy he’s been holding back. He’s got your legs up on his shoulders, pounding down into you while you cry out his name over and over.
The more you moan and scream his name the harder he fucks you.
“You take this big cock even better than I thought you would. Fuck- You like being used like this don’t you?”
You can barely believe THIS is the same person who was too shy to kiss you first.
Now he’s on top of you talking like he invented sex.

Who the Hell is Daryl?
Summary: Bucky is in love with you, and finally finds the courage to tell you. But what happens when it sounds like someone else is already in the picture? (Miscommunication!)
Pairing: Bucky Barnes x f!Avenger!Reader
Words: 2k
Warnings: Miscommunication trope! Only one small mention of “Y/N”, teensy bit of yelling, let me know if I missed anything.
A/N: Wrote this a couple days ago and put it in drafts, spontaneously posted bc I'm procrastinating on an essay. Okay I'll get back to hw now :(
Dividers: @firefly-graphics
Tumblr media
He was going to do it. He was really going to do it.
He was finally going to ask you out.
-----
To the surprise of everyone on the team, you and Bucky had become fast pals after you joined six months ago. Something about the two of you clicked. ‘Opposites attract’ and all that, but Bucky always felt it went deeper than that.
The two of you had never argued, something he felt very proud of, considering he argued with most people. But not you. Never you.
The moment he decided that he needed to man up and ask you out wasn’t anything fancy. You were sparring with Wanda across the gym, and he was simply watching you work in tandem. He watched the entire 15 minute session, and didn’t take his eyes off you, even as you approached him.
“Buck, I’m out of water, can I take a sip of yours?”
He nodded, “Sure, Doll,” and tossed you his bottle.
You shot him a charming smile and opened the cap, and not-so-gracefully chugged half the bottle. You wiped your upper lip and handed it back to him.
“Thanks, Jamie,” you breathily said, and jogged back to the arena.
His head was completely empty except for a single thought, tumbling through his desert mind like a tumbleweed.
I’m going to marry her someday.
He shocked himself with the thought, he wasn’t sure where it had come from. But he couldn’t help the grin that snuck its way onto his lips as he realized he didn’t disagree with the thought.
Of course before marriage is dating. One step at a time Buck.
After his realization, he had spent the next three days planning the perfect way to ask you out. He went through an entire list of ideas, but none of them seemed good enough for you. He wanted it to be perfect. But as the clock ticked on and he started running out of paper, he realized it was best to just be honest about his feelings.
You had just gotten back from a solo mission, and Bucky was hanging out in your room as you showered.
He was blushing like an idiot and fidgeting like crazy on your bed as he waited for you to hurry up. It was surprising he had so much self control as to not blurt it out while you were showering.
“Oh, Bucky,” you called from the bathroom, the sound of the water pausing.
“What’s up?”
“Could you set an alarm on my phone for 7:30 A.M. tomorrow before I forget? I think I left it on the side table.”
“You got it, Doll.”
“You’re the best! I’m almost done, I’ll be out in like two minutes,” you called, and soon after the sound of rushing water resumed.
Bucky grabbed your phone and typed in the passcode, his heart fluttering a little as he thought about how you trusted him enough to know it.
But the flutter stopped almost as quickly as it started, the moment your phone turned on and resumed on your text string with someone. He would’ve ignored it, but a red heart at the top of the screen caught his eye.
Who the hell is “Daryl,” and why does he have a heart emoji next to his name?
Bucky couldn’t help himself as his eyes flitted over your last texts.
Daryl ❤️ I’m back in town, lemme know when you’re around
You About to leave for a quick mission, but I’ll be back tmw evening. I miss you sm :( how about we meet up Monday morning at 8 at Bernie’s cafe?
Daryl ❤️ Lets do it. And I miss you too, can’t wait to see your beautiful face!! I love you, be careful
You Love you too, and Im always careful 😘
Bucky felt sick to his stomach. You had never mentioned a brother named Daryl, or any other kind of family member. And you’d told him about all your closest friends, and none of them were named Daryl. How did Bucky not know you had a boyfriend?
Bucky fought the urge to scroll up, and quickly tapped out of the app, and set the alarm you asked him to set.
So you were meeting this “Daryl” tomorrow morning?
Bucky heard the water stop, and the sound of the shower curtain shuffling.
Shit. You were getting out. Fuck, he wasn’t ready to face you.
You’d never mentioned you were in a relationship before. He would remember. How long have you been dating? And more importantly, why did you keep this from him? Did you feel like you couldn’t trust him? Maybe you weren’t as close friends as he’d thought.
“Which movie did you want to watch tonight?” You asked, peeking out of the door with a turquoise towel wrapped around you.
“Um, I’m actually really tired, suddenly. I think I’m going to go to bed.” Bucky stuttered, avoiding your gaze as he quickly stood up.
“Oh, okay,” you responded, disappointment and concern lacing your voice. “Everything okay?”
“Everything is fine. Glad you got back safe. Good night.”
With that, Bucky ducked out of your room and practically ran back to his.
Bucky tossed and turned, and once he got over his embarrassment, he settled into a familiar depressive feeling. Of course you didn’t like him back. What the fuck was he thinking? He’s—well, he’s Bucky. Broken, only destined to ever be your friend. How could he be foolish enough to think you would love him like he loves you. At about hour 4, the heartbreak started turning into betrayal. Betrayal that you kept this from him. And soon enough, that betrayal festered into a kind of resentment, something he’d never felt for you before.
He didn’t get much sleep that night.
Tumblr media
Bucky checked the clock for the 20th time in the past 5 minutes. 7:45 A.M. You were probably about to leave. Bucky felt his heart clench. He was usually up by 7, and eating breakfast in the common area by 7:30. He sat at the barstool, dragging his spoon around his now soggy Coco Puffs, waiting for you to appear. Why he felt the need to torture himself, he didn’t know.
Finally, he heard your steps coming down the hall.
And there you appeared, wearing the most beautiful sundress he had ever seen. It was lavender, and had small white flowers adorning the skirt, and it fell just above your knees.
Bucky took you in, and his momentary adoration turned back to his heartbreak. You were dressed up as if you were going on a date. There was no chance this wasn’t your boyfriend.
“Good morning Bucky, did you sleep okay last night?”
“Yes.” He lied. Maybe you would tell him the truth if he asked. Yes it would hurt hearing the truth from your mouth, but he wanted to give you a chance to tell him your secret. “Where are you headed?”
“To meet a friend,” you nodded smoothly.
Maybe Bucky was crazy. Maybe he was overthinking all of this. Maybe Daryl really was just a friend.
“Which friend?”
“Penny.”
So you were just flat out lying to him now. Bucky nodded and waited for you to leave before moping back to his room. He wanted to cry. And he did for a minute, or two, but his tears turned from sad to angry when he remembered you were now lying. You never lied to Bucky, and Bucky never lied to you. At least, he thought that was how it was. He clenched his fists, mad at you for betraying him, but more mad at himself for believing he could ever have you.
He didn’t move from his bed.
Tumblr media
“Bucky?” Your voice emerged after three knocks to his door.
He couldn’t get himself to respond.
The door slowly creaked open, a stream of light flooding his dark room.
“Hey Buck. You okay? You seemed a little off this morning.”
“Fine.” He mumbled, not turning over in bed to face you.
A pause.
“Jamie, what’s wrong?” You asked, closing the door behind you and flicking on the light.
“Don’t call me that.”
“What?” You asked, slightly taken aback. You thought he loved your affectionate nickname for him.
“I don’t want you to call me ‘Jamie’ anymore.”
“Okay…”
He felt the bed dip as you sat next to him.
“Bucky,” you whispered, “please talk to me.”
He sat up and gave you a pointed look. Was he being immature? Yes. But what could he do, he just discovered that his best friend has been lying to him, and doesn’t love him.
“Where were you?” He asked.
You furrowed your brows a moment, trying to piece together where he was going with this.
“I was at Bernie’s with Penny.”
“Don’t lie to me.” He sneered.
Your eyes widened at his bite.
“I’m not lying? Bucky, what is going on?”
“What’s going on is that you’ve been keeping the fact that you have a boyfriend from me. Why don’t you want to tell me?”
“A boyfriend?” You blinked. “I don’t have a boyfriend,”
“Why won’t you be honest with me?” He yelled, and you scooted back.
“I am!”
“Then who is Daryl?”
“What?”
“I saw your texts last night, when you asked me to set your alarm.” Bucky looked down at his lap, ashamed.
“Bucky,” you sighed, and a look of understanding crossed your face. A moment later you held out your phone to him.
“What?” He asked, dumbly looking at your outstretched hand. The screen was on your text string with Daryl.
“Call the number.” You simply said.
“What?” He repeated.
“Take my phone, and call the number.”
Confused and suspicious, Bucky grabbed your phone and hesitated over the call icon.
“Go ahead,” you urged.
He pressed the button.
Ring.
Ring.
Ri—
“Hey!” A familiar feminine voice rang through the speaker. “What’s up hon?”
“Hello?” Bucky said, looking from the phone to you to the phone.
“Uh, hi? Is that Bucky?”
“P—Penny?” He sputtered.
“Hey Bucky! What’s up, is everything okay? I thought Y/N was calling.”
“Hey Pen,” you interjected, “Everything’s fine, I’ll call you back in a bit, kay’?”
“Sure thing, bye, love ya,” Penny added, and hung up.
Bucky stared at the now blank phone, baffled.
“I don’t understand.”
“Bucky,” you sighed, and tilted his chin to look at you. “I don’t have a boyfriend. Penny is in my contacts as “Daryl” because it’s my funny little nickname for her. My Dad has had a best friend since grade school named Daryl, and they don’t see each other often, but when they do it’s like nothing has changed. They get along like no time has passed. I call Penny “my Daryl” because I know that even if we don’t talk for years, we are so close that I know we would be the exact same.”
Bucky sat quietly for a moment, simply taking in your story. He felt really stupid.
“I’m sorry,” he started, “I shouldn’t have yelled at you. I’m sorry I called you a liar.” He struggled to meet your gaze, ashamed of what he did.
“Jamie—can I call you Jamie now?”
He nodded sheepishly.
“Jamie, I forgive you. But I wish you had just talked to me about it, and asked me. We are usually so good about being open with each other. What happened?” You asked, wide eyes looking into his.
“I know, I’m sorry. I flipped out, I guess I was just shocked, because I was going to—” he licked his lips, “well, I was…”
“You can tell me, Bucky. Honesty, remember?” You soothed, placing your hand on his leg.
He gulped.
“I was going to ask you to be with me.”
You tilted your head, not quite understanding.
“Like, I was gonna ask if you’d let me be your boyfriend.” He mumbled. “So when I saw that you were texting and saying ‘I love you’ to some guy, I guess I was just blindsided.”
“James,” you smiled, moving yourself to sit on his lap. You brought your forehead against his. “You silly, jealous man.” You gently stroked his cheek with your right hand. “You want to be my boyfriend?"
"It sounds so juvenile, I don't know, I just want you to be mine, and for you to call me 'yours,'" he mumbled.
"I accept," you giggled, and watched his glittering eyes shoot to yours.
He had started to say something, but he stopped when you brought your soft lips to his.
“I'm so happy,” he whispered between kisses.
Suffice it to say, Bucky completed step one of the path to marrying you.

Take Me to War
PT2 Metaphor
Streamer! Ellie Williams x reader
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Where do I pour my love if you take away my pen and paper?
Premise: You are starting to like your annoyingly loud neighbour more than you want to admit.
PT1 Here!
Warnings: Raunchy humour
The gym was busy on this particular day, I absentmindedly judged others for being at the gym at noon on a Saturday like they should have been doing something more interesting with their time until I realized I was at the gym at noon on a Saturday with no other plans for the rest of the day "And she's hot?" Abby asks me while she effortlessly benches something around 170 and I do nothing more than lean on the wall behind her.
"She's hot," I answer, scrolling through her feed on Instagram like the weird little stalker I was. I hadn't gone full FBI, just looked her up and possibly watched some of her videos "It's kind of cool that I have an internet celebrity living next to me."
"Define cool," Abby props the bar back onto the saddles of the machine and sits up, taking a chug from her water bottle.
"She is cool," I defend "It's not that weird Minecraft roleplay that your grimy cousins watch, it's just like video games and vlogs, that kind of stuff."
Abby looks back at me, sweat drips from her blonde hairline and rests above her brow "How is that even a career?"
I shrug in response "Sponsorships and donations and shit."
"Why do people throw so much money at streamers?"
"Parasocial relationships, I wrote an article about it last year which you said you read."
She sucks a sharp breath through her teeth "You were writing a lot of articles, hard to keep up with."
"Define a lot," I mock Abby's words. I glance at a guy in between the rows of gleaming machines, their metallic frames reflecting the obnoxious glow overhead. He had been using the leg press upside down, his neck hunched over into an almost horrifying posture, his shoulders pressing against the top plate. It might've been the most normal thing I've seen in New York.
"So are you going to ask her out?"
I wrinkle my nose, thinking about it "I met her last week, I just don't think I know her that well." Within the past week that I've met her, I've been crawling out to the fire escape every morning just so her drowsy eyes could peer into my vacant skull and in recent months I had given up on dating, like a spider, I devoured my own heart.
"That's kind of the point of dating," She lays back down on the bench press "Getting to know each other."
"I think I'm too busy to date," I tuck my phone into my pocket, crossing my arms while I watch Abby. I wasn't entirely sure that I was too busy to date but I tended to consume myself entirely and make everything far more complicated than it needed to be. I still perform autopsies on conversations I've had years ago, clinging to every word like I need them to survive.
"Why don't you wanna be happy?" She asks, furrowing her eyebrows "You're always getting in your own way, is it a tortured poet type of thing?"
My breath hitches in my throat. How I hate when she's right. The last serious relationship I had was in college and even then I had sabotaged myself, I didn't know where it came from other than a nagging feeling that I wasn't deserving of the love that had been offered up to me on a shining silver platter. "I do I'm-
"Just not ready?" Abby cuts me off, finishing my sentence so perfectly as if it had been words on a script for some boring play about a woman who hates her life and won't do anything about it.
"Yeah," I say, my voice is quiet, she's got me in a box here.
"If you're not ready to date, you might as well be friends with her," She puts the bar back onto the saddles but this time, stands up after completing her reps. "You need to get out and it seems like you get along well."
"I guess," I say and Abby raises an eyebrow "No, you're right, I need to dig myself out of the grave I've dug for myself." What added to my overly apathetic mood was the season, I was so sick of February. It felt like winter had forced mold to grow on my bones to way me down onto the dirty city pavement where careless New Yorkers would gladly stomp over my body.
"How's it going with the family?" Abby is writing something down in her notes which I assume is her number of sets and reps.
"Nothing new," I answer.
She peers at me over her phone, digging for a more solid answer "Are you still sending your parents money?"
"Yes-
"Why?" Her arms dropped to her side, her phone still in one hand "You shouldn't have to play caretaker for two people who don't care about you," As true as it was, it didn't hurt any less to hear it out of my best friend's mouth.
"It's easier said than done, those are my parents," I'm almost overtaken by a delicate drowsiness from the thoughts of leaving behind the one connection I had to my small-town life. My parents were so careless that I would run around barefoot on the road with the neighbour's kids for hours, narrowly dodging cars that flew past us like it had been a game; everything was a game back then, when I came home to my father's drunkenness, I could hide away in the treehouse and read Harry Potter until the screaming came to a stop.
I was bonded to them like I was to the stray cats who raised me. There was no getting rid of them, we ricocheted between hatred and love like the game of catch I never got to play.
"I'm sorry," She says though I know it is ingenuine "I shouldn't get in between your family."
Abby didn't know them the same way I did. All she knew was the bloodiness of the relationship that I had cried into her arms, she didn't know how kind the wolves were after they tore me apart. The way my father would cheer for me the loudest at my soccer games and how my mother baked for me after a fight, wasn't the apology that I yearned for but the one that was shoved down my throat.
I dug through my brain to search for a way to change the topic "I saw Owen at the market yesterday and he said he wanted you to call him."
"You're fucking kidding."
Tumblr media
My deadline had passed with no issue and I was finally blessing myself with a day where I wasn't chained to my desk. I could finally let my poor bloodshot eyes rest and for once I didn't have to drown them in eyedrops.
I was freshly out of the shower when I heard a knock at my door, Margot yelling at me to answer it. I slipped into a matching pyjama set that Abby gave me on my birthday, hurrying as fast as I could to the door. Margot's consistent screaming did nothing to aid this.
Ellie was the last person I expected to see on the other side of the door but there she was. I couldn't help the smile that cracked onto my face "Am I the one being loud now?"
She grins at me "No-it's just that my chat has been begging for you to come back all week and I was wondering if you maybe wanted to do a stream with me?"
I looked down at what I was wearing and suddenly felt like the scrouge, all I was missing was a nightcap and a taper candle. "Can I change first?"
"Go ahead but I think this is one of your best looks."
"Really?" I raise an eyebrow "You have poor judgement since you've never seen me in anything other than pyjamas."
"We should probably fix that then."
"I guess we should." I smile. I decided against changing, it wasn't like I was going out, just heading to my friend's apartment that was three feet away.
"Say as much or as little as you want," She opens the door to let me in "I owe you big time," Ellie says this like I don't want excuses to spend time for her. Like I haven't been freezing my ass off every day just to talk to her when she watches the city wake up as she prepares to rest her head.
Ellie's apartment is more lively than the last time I visited, she's adapted some plants that are already beginning to wilt "Have these been getting any sunlight?"
She furrows her eyebrows "No? They're fake."
"Ellie," I stifle a laugh "I'm like ninety percent sure that fake plants don't wilt."
"Nuh-uh," She walks toward one just rubs its wilting leaf between her thumb and index, it begins to crumble in her hand and she sucks a sharp breath through her teeth "I guess they are real," Ellie pokes a finger into the bone dry soil and wipes the dirt onto her pants "How much do you know about plants?"
"I'm going to go out on a limb and guess more than you."
She nods "Sounds about right," Ellie walks over to her sink to fill a Game of Thrones mug with water before circling back to water her plants "Drink up little buddies."
"looks like you need some sunlight too," I watch her attempt to revive the dying plants and
"Yeah," She keeps hyper-focused on the plants but she cracks a small grin, I could've sworn her smile burnt down the library of Alexandria "I think I'm turning into a vampire."
"The sparkly kind?"
Ellie shakes her head as she stands back up to put the mug on the kitchen island "Like the guy from Sesame Street."
I wrinkle my nose "Yeah, you're looking kind of purple."
"Damn, I was worried you would notice," She smiles again as she opens the door to her office, the purple LED lights are still running but the overhead light is turned on and washes away the colour.
The second I step into the room, Ellie rushes ahead of me and almost jumps to grab the folding chair. She sits herself down and pats her fancy gaming chair for me to sit in it. "Guys, she came!"
I stare at her, eyes wide, jaw slack. "Ellie."
"What?"
"Do you hear yourself?"
She takes a minute to think about it before nodding her head, I could see the exact moment it clicked "No, I hear it," She addresses the camera "Not like that guys but I don't know what she did with her day, not our business though."
Ellie looks at me like she's waiting for approval of her chosen words. After a moment's reflection, I answer dryly "Thanks."
"Sorry for taking so long, I had to water some plants," She watches the chat bar scroll by, squinting before she leans back in her chair, hand running through her hair "No, that's not code for sex."
"Could be," I shrug.
"They wanna know what your name is."
"Top secret."
"Okay," She reads some more comments from the chat "Can you tell them what you do for work?"
"I'm a ghostwriter," I say, giving a little thumbs up. I saw myself in the monitor and wanted to throw my hands at myself for being so awkward.
"Spooky," Ellie smiles "She writes about people instead of interacting with them, that's why she's socially inept." She reaches for her soundboard and presses a button, sounding a prerecorded effect of a crowd cheering and laughing.
"She's never had a girl in her apartment, that's why she can't flirt." I counter as she throws her hands up, I can tell she's about to retort with something before I cut her off "So what were you doing before you kidnapped me?"
"Guys, I didn't kidnap her, she willingly walked in here without the use of excessive force and I have had many a girl in this apartment," Ellie tells the chat before clicking something on her screen "So, they send in videos and we have to not laugh, which isn't hard because they aren't very funny."
"You're not funny either but they watch you," I tease, Ellie fights a smile trying to uphold our image of back and-forth pocking and prodding at one another.
"Laugh three times and you're out."
"Of the apartment?"
"No, you just laugh three times and you lose."
"What do I get if I don't lose?"
"Fuck, I dunno," She furrows her eyebrows, searching the room for something. Her eyes land on a small silver tin, she snatches it up into the palm of her pale hand and sits back down "You get my dill dough."
"I'm sorry!?" My head snaps to look at her "Are you sure you aren't a cam girl?"
"No," She pauses "No, I mean no it's not what you think, yes," Ellie backtracks again "I mean I am sure I'm not a cam girl, not that that I'm not sure I'm not a cam girl, because I'm not," She looks like she's sure of what she said like it made perfect sense "Not a cam girl."
"You're not-not a cam girl?" I ask, pointing out the double negative "So you are a cam girl?"
"No," Ellie runs a hand down her face "Can you guys please tell her that I'm not a cam girl?"
Dcknb4llz:She's a cam girl
Nataliadepressed:I just subbed to her only fans!
Mclovin_fury26:She just wants to show you her dill dough 😕
Yayayalorde:I wish she was a cam girl
The3nd_isn3ar:Ellie pls stop joking about it and become a cam girl already 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Ewmarryme:hahaha Ellie ur so funny now get serious and make an onlyfans
"Anyways," Ellie ignores the chat as they clearly aren't helping her case "This is my dill dough," She shows me the small tin she picked up, there's a picture of a pickle on the front. Over the translucent lid, it surely enough says 'Dill Dough! pickle scented'. It was just green silly putty with an oddly incredulous name.
"I weirdly want that," I answer.
"If you win, it's yours." She tucks it away into the pocket of her sweatpants "Mods, let's get this moving."
We sit through about fifteen minutes of videos; mainly people getting hurt, occasionally one of some type of animal. Nothing funny enough to make either of us laugh except for one of a man falling through a glass table which gets a little chuckle out of Ellie who denies it.
Another video began playing, it was Ellie in this exact spot, screaming during a game of Fortnite. It looks like it's from the first time she showed me her odd job choice. In the distance, you can hear a knock on the door and this is when I'm sure it's from the day I had been thinking of. Ellie pulls her headphones off and looks at her camera "Shit, I think that's my hot neighbour again."
I slap a hand over my mouth and turn to see Ellie who's looking disappointed at her chat, shaking her head at the camera. "Whoever sent that is fake as fuck."
"So you think I'm hot?"
"Pfft, no, dude, you're ugly as fuck," Ellie makes an overexaggerated confused face like she has no idea what I'm talking about "I was talking about my other neighbour."
Kaylnncourting:Ellie y r u fumbling so bad???????
Overdam00n:You guys were right for saying she doesn't get 🐱🐱🐱🐱
Sestwouth:bruh she's ruining it for herself
Connerstollit:WHY DID SHE SAY THAT
Cruel_summer:What is wrong with Ellie? Genuinely
F0gg4t:If El doesn't want her, I do
Aliinnnnnaaaaa:First girl she's ever met and she's ruining it
Randelwthehandle:Ugly as fuck??????? who says that 😭😭
Dcknb4llz:wow nice cover up Ellie
Marie_739:Bro Im gonna start calling the girls I like ugly as fuck
"Mr. Quigley?" I ask to which Ellie nods immediately "You think the eighty-seven-year-old veteran who is missing a foot and has swallowed four of his teeth is hot?"
"Yeah," She says, immediately regretting the hole she was digging herself into "I have a thing for older men."
"I don't think you have a thing for men at all, actually."
Her eyes go wide, Ellie opens her mouth to say something and she leans forward in her chair so fast that she falls out and smacks her head on the desk, folding over and onto the ground. I have the biggest smile on my face as I reach for her soundboard and press the cheering crowd effect.  I'm laughing too hard to offer her help, clutching my stomach and keeling over so my head is out of frame. Ellie gets up, and puts herself back in the folding chair pointing at the camera "Do not clip that."
Almost seconds after she says that a video gets sent in of her smacking her head on the desk in slow motion while I burst out laughing and now I'm cackling even harder. You can even hear her yelp in slow motion and she sounds like the dinosaurs from Jurassic Park "You guys are way funnier than Ellie," I say, addressing whoever was watching the stream.
Another video pops on the screen right after the last one ends, it's Ellie again. She screams at something on her computer and you can hear me bang on the wall on the other side. Ellie goes quiet immediately going back to her game and muttering "She's so hot guys."
"I think my mods hate me," Ellie shakes her head.
"Thank you mods!" I smile at the camera.
A little clip of Ellie back at her desk pops up, she's wearing a Garfield shirt. This time she isn't playing anything, she just sits in front of the camera with that familiar lopsided smile "Guys, how do I trick my neighbour into going out with me?"
There's another video, it's a longer one with the caption 'Ellie Williams calling her neighbour hot compilation' Ellie's eyes go wide and she clicks off the video immediately, the camera goes to us full screen. "That's enough of that."
I pull my phone out and type in the caption of the unfinished video into YouTube, it comes up right away and I click on it. Ellie clicks around on her computer, unaware of my viewing until she hears her voice, echoing in low quality from my phone. She reaches for my phone but I pull it closer to myself.
I'm dead set on finishing the video until something on the other side of the door, catches my eye. It rushes past the small crack in the slightly ajar door and instinctively, I drop my phone with a slight jolt "What the fuck is that?"
Ellie takes this opportunity to snatch my phone and place it face down on the desk, out of my reach. "That's just Kitty." She pushes herself out of the folding chair and steps out of the room. She walks back in carrying what looks to be a mound of cotton balls, looking a little closer, I realize it's a rabbit. He looks more fluff than flesh.
"What the fuck," My mouth falls open in awe "Can I hold it?" She places him in my lap "He just walks around your apartment?"
She nods "He's litter trained so he just kinda hangs out."
I pet him, he's soft as a million feathers, and he looks like a mascot for a paper towel company "You are the only person I know that would name their bunny Kitty."
Ellie tries to wipe off the mass amounts of rabbit fur on her, it seems the more she tries to get it off, the more firmly it refuses to budge. "This is a good time to show you guys this new shirt that Dina ordered for me," Ellie stands up walking off camera. She has a couple of Amazon boxes stacked on her couch, she reaches into one of them and pulls out a T-shirt. Ellie turns towards the wall so her back is facing me, she pulls her hoodie off over her head.
All I can see is the back of her sports bra but I force my eyes to go wide "Guys, Ellie Williams has a tramp stamp that says cum dumpster," I lie and the chat goes wild and I grab my phone off her desk as she turns around in her Five Nights at Freddie's tee with a 'Seriously?' face. I take a picture of her with the flash on "I'll sell this rare image of Ellie for six hundred dollars on eBay."
Ellie walks back over to the desk with a stack of Amazon boxes "Every donation goes toward my tattoo removal," She jokes, digging around in the boxes. "I'm a little over your videos, you bunch of snitches so I think it's about time I finally open these up."
I look in the boxes too, leaning over slightly, being very careful of Kitty where he sits in my lap. I see something and pull it out to hand to Ellie "You should try this one."
"World's hottest gummy bear," She reads the package "Why is there only one? What if I want another?" Ellie yanks the gummy bear, squishing it between her fingers. It looks like Red-40 personified.
Melanie_felony:She's setting her up lmao
Dcknb4llz:Nobody say anything pls I rlly wanna see this
Elliewsidechick:YALL SHES TOO WHITE FOR THIS STOP
She eats the gummy bear in one bite. As she begins to chew it, she seems absolutely unfazed and partially confused about why it was labelled 'World's Hottest Gummy Bear' A moment later she begins to cough, balling her hand up into a fist and pounding on her chest. Ellie's little cough quickly turns into a deep wheeze.
Ellie lets out a scream, her face going red as she slams her hand onto her desk with watering eyes. I could see visible sweat on her face as she dry heaved, it only took thirty seconds until she sprinted out of the room.
"Oh my god," I watch her run out of the room while I give Kitty a little pet between his ears, he's so still I almost think he's taxidermy. "Guys, I think we killed her." You can hear her vaguely screaming and gagging from the kitchen "So what did everyone do today?"
Thelastgreatamericandynasty:wrote a fanfic about you and Ellie
Dcknb4llz:I got jumped at waffle house
"Yikes, sorry to hear that." I suck a breath through my teeth "Tell me what I should know about Ellie." Her name feels so right on my tongue.
Jesse_chang:She's a virgin
D4aughter_:OMG HI JESSE
A_birthday_card:The only s3x she's ever had was in Minecraft
Whathasshegot:She has a crush on you
Touching_theyouth:She's lactose intolerant
Dcknb4llz:She sold me ketamine in an ally
Gusty_queefqueen:She homophonic
Torxhmydreams2:Pretty sure that’s two words that have the same pronunciation but different meaning
Gusty_queefqueen:Bruh it means she doesn’t like gay people
Heytheredelilah7:She has a boyfriend
When Ellie comes back she's filled her Game of Thrones mug with milk and has a bag of shredded mozzarella cheese. She reads the chat "Can you guys be cool for once?"
"They're cooler than you."
"Very funny," Ellie eats a handful of mozzarella before she digs back in the boxes "What's next?" There's one box huge envelope that looks like it has a slip of cardboard in it. Ellie tears the corner open with her teeth and rips the rest of the top off with her hands. She pulls the content out of it, throwing the envelope over the computer for it to land on the ground. Just as suspected there was cardboard in it, not just a slip but it unfolded into a cardboard cut out of Ellie, she looked to be a younger teenager in it, giving an awkward little peace sign and showing her green braces off with a huge smile.
"Aww, you actually look cute in that."
She disregards me "Chat, interrogate Dina about this and report back."
"Dina?" I ask "Is that your girlfriend?"
"Nah," Ellie props up the cardboard cut-out and places it behind us, right in the middle to watch over us "She's my enemy as of right now."
"What did she do?"
"Send this shit," She eats some more mozzarella, holding the bag out to offer me some, to which I decline. Ellie shrugs it off and eats another handful, washing it down with a long chug of milk and putting it on the desk. She grabs a t-shirt, he eyes go wide and she pushes it against her chest so I can't see. "Are you ready?"
"Yes, ma'am," I watch a smile spread across her face as she turns the shirt around to show me a graphic of her on it. In the picture, her face is close up to the camera covered in a white powder (presumably flour). "Oh, wow!" I feign shock.
"I know!" She holds it out toward me "It's yours, you deserve it."
"Wow," I draw the word out, taking the shirt from Ellie "This is really great, I was always hoping I would get a shirt of you covered in flour." Sarcasm drips from tone but I accept the gift regardless.
"I know!" Ellie grins brightly "You should put it on now."
"That's fine, I think I'll save it for our date," I tease.
She perks up just the slightest "Ooo, when's that?"
"The second this stream ends."
"On that note," Ellie looks at the camera "Thank you guys for hopping on tonight and thank you to my neighbour who came here without putting up a fuss," Ellie clicks around on the screen a little bit before addressing them again "Alright, go bug Dina now."
With that the stream comes to a close, the blinking light on the camera turns off, and Ellie and I are left alone with ourselves and Kitty.
“So,” Ellie thumps her foot up and down repeatedly like those anxious kids in high school. “Do you maybe wanna get coffee tomorrow?”
“I don’t drink coffee but I’ll pretend to so I have an excuse to hangout with you.”
A smile splits onto Ellie’s face “Phew, I hate coffee I just thought it was an adult way to ask you out.”
A/N: This is super short but I’ll make up for it in the next part, thanks for reading! We got some angst on the way 👀

hi! could you write something where daniel larusso is at soccer practice & his girlfriend is there watching him, and then afterwards when practice is done, they sneak off under the bleachers and talk & hold hands and kiss? y'know, just typical high school stuff 🫶🏻 thank you!
You've Got A Smile That Can Light Up This Whole Town — Daniel Larusso
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
pairing [s] : daniel larusso x reader
warning [s] : none
a/n [s] : thank YOU for the request! I hope this fulfills what you asked.
Tumblr media
You sat on the bleachers, doing your homework two classes before. The hot sun beams down on you as you stare at Daniel. In all of his glory, he passed the ball through the green grass on the field. His coach is yelling at the team to “get themselves together” because they had choked the scrimmage.
The coach says they're off for the day and you see him running his sweaty hair back. Daniel picks up his stuff from the ground, takes his water bottle out, and takes a chug from it. You hear his Long Island accent ring out as he talks to one of his teammates, Josh. You were never quite fond of his team, as some of them had messed with your best friend.
A couple minutes later you finished your homework and put it in your backpack. You continued staring at Daniel. It was hard not to. His gorgeous tan skin was shining in the sun. He was slightly sweaty, shaking out his dark-brown hair. Daniel walked around the bleachers and up the stairs, carrying his soccer bag. You smile at him as he drops his bag next to yours and sits down. “Hey, Danny! How was the practice? You smell like sweat.” You teased and he put his arm around your shoulders. “Hey there.. the practice was good. Coach just will not get off of us over a scrimmage.” He says groaning.
“So dramatic aren't you? Wanna go under the bleachers? This heat is killing me.” You say, picking up your backpack and standing up. “And I'm the dramatic one?” Daniel says, grabbing his stuff and following you as you race down the stairs and to under the metal bleachers.
There's a couple people, mostly you and Daniel’s friends that are relaxing. You wave at your friend from chemistry and she smiles at you, just before her obnoxious boyfriend starts eating her mouth again. You make sure there are no teachers and pull Danny’s hand to get him closer to you. It provided a secret hiding place for you and Daniel to spend time together.
Daniel takes his jacket from his bag and puts it on the ground for you two to sit on. “Such a gentleman aren't you?" You said, grabbing his jersey to pull him down to the ground with you. He pulls out a couple of snacks his Mother packs for him whenever he has practiced. It's an assortment of finger food, crackers, and pretzels.
“How was class?” Daniel asks eventually, swinging his arms around your shoulders once more pulling you into his side. You remember, one day, his mother said you fit together like puzzle pieces and you almost cried. He was your best love, the sweetest and most caring boy ever who was completely fearless. “It was good. Mr. Johnson was yelling at this girl today and it was so hilarious.” Daniel laughs along with you as he stares at you while you speak about other classes you've had today.
Daniel was always a romantic after being raised extremely well by Lucille. He would never let you open a door if he was there, even if it was your bedroom door. The way he wrote notes for you and hid them in your books for every class. You always wondered how you were able to catch him. The star of the soccer team and the star of the Miyagi-Do Karate dojo. Even if he was the only one in the dojo.
“How was your day Danny? How was class?” You ask, taking another handful of snacks to eat. He starts talking about an annoying teacher, and a random thing that happened with Johnny. You can't help but admire him, the way he always has a small smile on his face when he explains stuff. His nose squeezes together whenever he eats a super salty pretzel but he continues explaining.
“Are you even listening baby?” Daniel says a few seconds later, after seeing (what he calls it) “your head in the clouds look”. You shake your head out of your daydream. “No! No, I'm listening. You were talking about Ashley Henderson!” You spout out, not sure if you were exactly right. You lay further on his shoulder and you smell his cologne. “Yeah alright." Danny’s Long Island was thicker whenever he was slightly tired. After practice, he would be almost unintelligible as you heard the way his words would stick together.
“Y’know. My Ma asked if you wanted to come over for dinner tonight. We're having her famous lasagna I think. My Nonna taught it to her.” Daniel asks, running his fingers down your spine, something he did unconsciously whenever you laid on him.
You sat up slightly, looking up at his baby browns and his jaw. He has a small scar on the edge of his face from falling when he was younger. You always liked to kiss over it whenever you were alone. Secretly, Daniel loved it too. You let your lips fall on the scar, giving a small peck onto it. "Yeah, I'll come. Lucille always makes the best food. She could serve me mud and grass and I think I would still eat it.
“She does make pretty good food doesn't she?” He says, giving you a small smirk before holding his hand out for you to take. It was something he did after he got punched in the lip and you said he couldn't talk just in case he'd hurt his lip and to “hold out your hand if you want me to hold it.” You grabbed his hand and interlocked your fingers together with his. He smiled at you before leaning close to your face.
You connect your lips with his, giving a slow kiss to him. Daniel slowly reaches his hand to your face, holding it as you continue kissing. Some of Danny's teammates walk up behind him and smack his shoulders before saying, “Get some!” You had to pull away to laugh as he turned away embarrassed.
“Your teammates are crazy Danny.” You say, pointing out the obvious as Daniel runs his hand down your arm. “Yeah I know. I gotta’ play with them baby.” He says sarcastically throwing his head to the side. You laugh at him as he readjusts his hips, slowly pushing them up to fix his back.
You grin as you lay back down on his shoulder. After it got hurt during the karate tournament, you were always careful about putting too much pressure on it. Daniel told you it was fine, but you were still worried. Danny stares up at the clock that sat outside and looks back at you. “We have five minutes until our next class. What do you wanna do for the rest? Jus’ relax or am I thinking what you're thinking..?”
You push yourself up off the ground and stare into Daniel’s eyes. After dating Daniel for a year, you always notice his eyes have a sense of mischievousness in them. Lucille would always point it out too, how whenever he would look at something, there would always be a look in his eyes daring himself to do something.
"Oh, Daniel! No… I'm gonna get to class before I'm late. You know I have Mr. Thompson." You said, gently slapping his shoulder. He always knows you're joking, but you see him pretend to be upset and pout his lip out. You grab your backpack off the ground and his jacket. He grabs your arm and pulls you into a hug. "Hey, I'll see you later," Daniel says. You smile before hugging him again and kissing his cheek before walking off to your class. He waves you off, staring at you and you walk away.

Every Witch Way
Tumblr media
A fic that I wrote inspired by this photo. Originally I wanted it to become a detective fic but my brain spiraled and I ended up with this. It became an adventure mystery story and of course, the government hates them :) I liked the idea of them traveling through the desert and I'm not too sure where the guild fit in this but just know that all Magicians (Witches) are in hiding because society believes they are evil. Most normal people do not have magic so someone spread a theory that the only reason witches have magic is because of human sacrifices etc. It's important to note that witches want to keep their powers under wraps or else they will get reported to the authorities and sent to the hier-ups in the capital. Nobody knows what happens to the witches who are caught but they don't want to find out.
That might be some unnecessary background information so skip over that if you wish and enjoy!
When Lucy finds herself kidnapped by a ruthless group of bandits, the last thing she expects is to be saved by a witch with Pink hair and his talking blue cat. And she most certainly didn't expect to become their good friend and travel companion. Who knew evil sorcerers and government conspiracies can lead to unexpected friendships.
As the blond girl dragged herself, hands tied together in front of her, and sand covered bare feet weakly trailing after her, she realized how fast camels might actually be. You see, in all of the stories she had read so far, none of them did the four legged beast's speed any justice. They never quite described how hard it was to keep up with them. It was always “The creature was big” or “The creature was furry” but never “When kidnapped by a group of bandits, tied to and forced to stumble behind a literal camel, it may be hard to keep up.”
See if any of the books had written that in, maybe Lucy Hearfillia might be faring better in her situation. But alas, she was not.
“Stop lagging behind, blondie!” One of the men snarled, pulling on the rope to further demonstrate his annoyance. Lucy stumbled forward, struggling to stay upright. She hung her head low, very aware of the menacingly bright sun and quietly sighed.
Oh what she would do to somehow get out of this unfortunate turn of events.
She has probably been traveling together with these no good thieves for about 3 hours. After being abducted from the only good town in this godforsaken desert, the men forced her to follow them, ignoring her cries of where she was and demands to let her go. She gave up eventually of course. Not even her vocal cords could handle the immense heat that came with the dry deserted area.
“Hey boss.” The big one said, glancing over at her with furrowed brows. He had been the one to capture her in the first place. Of course Lucy could have easily taken him on but… a moment's hesitation was all they needed to successfully tie her up and steal her ring of keys. Aquarius was going to kill her!
“Not that I really want to, but... Should we give the chick some water?”
The man in front of the big one grunted, his blueish hair blowing with the small breeze and clearly showing off his strange X-like tattoo. Lucy watched on with little interest as a bead of sweat traveled down his forehead.
“I wouldn’t bother.” He scoffed. “Every time we’ve tried, she just spits it back up. Plus, earlier she tried to bite off Javier’s finger, do you really want to risk it?” He raised an eyebrow.
The man in question made a whining noise, clutching his injured hand to his chest and glaring at their prisoner with watery eyes. He mockingly raised the water bottle to his mouth, chugging it in an attempt to get a rise out of her. Lucy rolled her eyes, instead looking back down at the smooth sand beneath her feet.
The big one made a noise of understanding. “Even after we lied about it not being drugged too-”
Javier spit up the water that he was previously chugging, shakily putting the top back on and storing it back inside of the camel's holding bag.
“You idiot!” ‘Boss’ hissed, turning a piercing glare unto the man beside him. “She still didn’t know-” He paused, glancing over at their very interested prisoner and forced himself to  take a deep breath. “You know what, it doesn't matter, she'll be fine.”
“But, Bora-”
“She’ll be fine!” The man who Lucy now knew as Bora raised a fist threateningly. He smirked in sick pleasure as his henchmen coward away. Before she even had time to pull a face of disgust, he turned to Lucy, eyeing her hungrily. “Now, let's get a move on. The employer is expecting us by sundown and I'd rather not have the sun beating down on me any longer than necessary.”
The rest of his men tiredly murmured in agreement, picking up the pace and forcing the blond girl to — once again —trudge through the slippery sand. She hissed as her feet pricked on some sort of stick-like plant. Oh Mavis if she could just reach into the pouch hanging off of Bora’s belt-
“I don’t see the issue, it’s not even that hot.” A new voice said, startling the crew of 14 bandits plus Lucy herself. Her head snapped up for the first time in a while. Ignoring the ache in her neck, the girl rapidly searched the area until settling upon a man with… pink hair.
He didn’t look too shocked to see a kidnapped girl tied to a Camel. Nor did he bat an eye at the blue cat that sat on his head, lazily playing with the goggles that held his hair out of his face (Did she mention that it was pink!?). And his attire looked so incredibly… bold that Lucy was sure she would faint. Seriously, who was stupid enough to travel through the desert in a black long sleeve shirt, a tan vest and a literal scarf. It was like the guy was begging to get a heat stroke.
She had immediately decided that whoever this man was, he was insane.
“Now.” He grinned, getting into a fighting stance. “What was it you said about an employer?”
Oh look now he wanted to fight off an entire group of bandits. Lucy scoffed. Definitely insane.
Where did he even come from?
Bora snarled, holding up a hand and signaling his guys to pounce on the man wearing freaking cargo pants. Once again, the pink haired freak didn’t even flinch. He stayed rooted to his spot, grinning a wide smile and daring one of them to come at him.
They did, of course, and to Lucy’s surprise were blasted back by a large ring of—
“Fire!”
Well that certainly explains a lot.
Even after that big scare, the men were back on “Mr. cargo pants” as soon as Bora sent each and every one of them a snarl. The blond snorted as soon enough, all 14 men were on the floor, some of them even halfway in the sand and halfway not.
Bora’s horrified face soon turned back into a scowl as he fully processed Lucy’s teasing. He jumped off of the Camel, ignoring a curious looking “Mr. cargo pants” and stomping over to her.
“Something Funny?” He said.
“Yeah, actually.” She chuckled some more, tugging on the rope in silent frustration. “Looks like you're about to get your ass handed to you.”
Bora growled, raising his hand in an attempt to threaten her. Lucy eye’d it wearily, but made no attempt to move out of its path. To her pleasure that seemed to aggravate the man even more.
“I’ll show you!” He cried and Lucy's breath hitched as he brought his hand down to strike her across the face…
The sound of skin hitting skin somehow echoed throughout the desert and Lucy was sure her face was stinging a bright red…
Except it wasn’t… to be honest she felt no pain. Almost as if she hadn’t been hit at all… Cracking her eyes open she realized that a figure stood in front of her, effectively blocking both the sun and her view of Bora. At this, the girl was finally able to piece together what happened.
Bora had aimed for her face, only for his wrist to be caught by “Mr. cargo pants” himself.
What an interesting turn of events indeed.
Lucy was quite surprised by how calm she was in this type of situation. No other girl would be able to keep a straight face as they were surrounded in an alleyway, tied up, and forced onto a camel, only to be saved by a strange man (who was definitely insane) that kicked ass and breathed fire. Though if anything she’d have to blame it on experience.
The silence was interrupted by a snarl, one almost inhuman. Bora shrieked, snatching his hand away and forcibly putting a distance between him and this insane man.
“H-how dare you!” Bora shrieked, reaching into his belt and pulling out a knife. Lucy’s eyes flashed onto the leather pouch before giving the man a hard glare.
“You’re one of those demons aren't you!” His voice shook but was filled with so much venom. “The horrible bastards that turn to rituals and blood sacrifices in favor of magical powers!?”
Mr. Cargo pants made no attempt to move, only stared Bora straight in the eyes with an unreadable expression.
“So what if I am?” He answered.
Lucy felt her lips turn into a frown.
“Then you’re worse than me!” The man laughed maniacally, waving his knife around as he spoke. “Why bother saving this chick with magic earned by bloodlust? Wait…” He gasped dramatically looking at Lucy and then back at Mr. Cargo pants.
“Oh…” he cackled this time, using a shaky hand to clutch his side. “You probably need her right? For another sacrifice?”
As he continued with his dumb speach Lucy felt her patience slipping. She bit her lip, tugging on the rope once again with no success. She growled, now desperate enough to be pulling against the weight of a freaking Camel.
“Let’s make a deal, hm?” Bora held the knife to his mouth in thought. “I’ll let you take her for just a bit of cash. I’m sure you and your demon friends would love such delicate, pure hearted prey right? Blah Blah Blah Blah-”
Lucy tuned him out and her pink-haired savior still made no move to attack, only balling his fists and taking deep breaths. She understood… the need to prove him wrong… to just shut him up! Which was what she was planning on doing! As soon as she got rid of this stupid rope-
Her savior lunged, slapping the knife out of the bandit's hand and catching him by the neck so quickly that Lucy had to blink, just to make sure she had actually witnessed that.
Bora struggled against his grip, clawing at his arm as he gasped for breath. “Y-you…” He coughed. “You monster!”
The pink haired boy dropped him, cracking his knuckles as Bora attempted to crawl away.
“Hit me with your best shot!” He screeched. “Monster!”
And that’s when Lucy’s attention was directed towards a flying blue blob. It took her a minute to realize that the blue blob was the cat previously perched atop her savior's head. She couldn’t help the small shriek that erupted from her throat as the cat landed directly in front of her, a look of pride overtaking its face.
“Hold on!” It cried, using its claws to slowly cut away at the thick rope. Lucy stood stock still, mouth wide as she watched a cat! a talking cat, free her from her Camel Prison’...
This day just kept getting weirder and weirder.
She felt the rope loosen up and took that moment to slip her hands free.
She rubbed her wrists, absentmindedly thanking the (blue, flying, taking-) cat and zoning back in on the fight. Well… what she thought would be a fight. Instead, Lucy saw Mr. Cargo Pants kneeling by a tied up and unconscious Bora, checking his pulse with a bored look in his eyes.
The girl wanted to laugh at how quickly that ‘battle’ had ended. In fact, she did laugh! How could she not? Here was Bora, big bandit leader with unquestionable power over his 14 lakey’s, beaten black and blue after a fight that had barely even lasted a minute.
Pathetic.
Lucy was almost ashamed to have put her morals over her own safety. Taking on this guy would have been a sinch, the rest would have probably run away with their tails between their legs.
The girl released a breath, finally finished with her laughing fit. She wiped a tear from beneath her eye, grinning wide at her two saviors.
“You’ve got guts!” The cat… the blue, flying, talking cat.. Spoke. It spoke… Lucy felt her face twist in confusion.
“Thank you…?”
Mr. Cargo pants finished tying up the rest of the men and strode over to them, his arms crossed over his chest as he gave her a somewhat proud look. “Happy’s right y’know. I’ve never seen another girl in your situation stand up to their captor…” He paused before quietly adding. “Well maybe Erza but I doubt she’d get captured in the first place…”
“Happy’s?” Lucy questioned, raising her brow. “What do you mean?”
“That’s Happy.” He stated matter factly, pointing over to the flying cat- Holy Mavis, this would take some getting used to. It waved. Lucy numbly waved back.
Mr. Cargo Pants held out his hand in greeting. “And I’m Natsu!” Oh well that’s good, he’s got a name. Mr. Cargo Pants was starting to seem a bit bland based on his earlier performance. Maybe she’d just call him Fire Freak, pyromaniac for short?
“Hey Natsu.” The girl smiled kindly, getting over her initial shock and shaking his hand. He held onto her hand for longer than necessary, his grip strong. The pink-haired traveler held her gaze, dark onyx eyes practically burning into her soul. His calloused hand gave her own one last squeeze before he let go, looking around as if nothing just happened.
“What're you doing this far out in the desert anyways?”
Lucy blinked, her brain taking a minute to compute after his strange display of… comradery? “I was… Traveling.” She admitted.
“With them?” Natsu and Happy blinked, looking back at the pile of motionless body’s. Finally the boy turned back to her, shaking his head and clicking his teeth. “Man, you need to get yourself some better travel companions.”
“N-no!” She barked. “I was kidnapped while traveling! Are you an idiot!”
“Well why didn’t you just say so?”
Lucy ground her teeth in frustration. One more word out of this man’s mouth and she’d be wanted for murder. She rolled her eyes. What a scatter brain.
“Well, thank you for saving me.” She settled with, surveying the litter of body’s decorating the wide desert floor. “Can I ask you to direct me towards the closest town?”
Natsu nodded his head, pointing in a direction. “We’re actually headed to one right now. Care to join?”
“... Sure!” Lucy agreed after a bit of hesitation. She turned around and untied her very important pouch from her precious Camel Captor.
“Thanks for keeping these safe, I guess.” She said to it. The camel snorted out a noise of disinterest as Lucy stroked it’s neck.
Natsu let out a snort, turning away and whistling casually as Lucy sent him a hard glare. She may have been forcefully tied to and painfully dragged across the desert by this Camel, but still, she felt a sense of comradery between them. She was going to miss him…
As Lucy turned to leave, the camel let out a large glob of spit, barely missing her head. The girl shrieked and ran to catch up to a curious Natsu.
She takes it back. That damn animal won't be missed. Not one bit.

Youve always been know to rival Charlie's pep and optimism.
But it seems today just wasn't in your favor, was it?
Maybe it was sleeping through your alarm. Maybe it was seeing someone you'd rather leave in the past. Maybe it was the date itself. The reasoning isn't to important as you make your way through the doors of the hotel and beeline for the bar.
"Instead of a drink can you just hand me the fullest bottle of pink Whitney you have?"
Husk raises his eyebrow at you, before letting out a low whistle.
"Damn. Shit day?"
"Something like that."
"Well, angel drank the last of theWhitney, but i got everclear, and a couple flavored vodkas and some whiskeys, if any of those suit your fancy?" His voice low and gruff as he quietly lists the available alcohols.
"Fuck it, gimme the everclear"
He whistles lightly again, turning from the glass he was cleaning to the display behind him, grabbing the unopened bottle of everlcear and setting it in front of you.
He watches as you screw of the cap, and throw it back, chugging a good amount of the alcohol, unflinching.
"I was gunna ask if you want a chaser with that, but by the looks of it you don't." He pauses a moment, eyebrows still raised in shock as he watched you drink like a alchoholic of 30 years, before remembering himself and going back to the blank slate he normally keeps his face at.
"Wanna talk about it?" He treds carefully. But this question seems to hit the dam holding back the floodgates of emotions, and tears lightly prick you eyes so you take another large swig.
"Life fucking sucks, everything fucking sucks and I don't want to deal with it anymore." You go to take a third large swig, before his hands stop you.
"Maybe wait. Everclears stronger than a muthafucka, so give it a minute to set in, and then decide if you need more." He says, prying the bottle from your iron grip. "And when your ready, elaborate."
And so, after a moment, when you feel it start to set in, you do. You tell him all of your woes. Tears start streaming, at some point.
And at some point, Husk crossed the island between you two, and brought you head to his chest, gently stroking your hair and listening. Listening and caring. That's not something your particularly used to, So to speak.
And at some point, in your now drunken stupor. He dries your tears, assurance pouring from his lips like a waterfall, as he carries you up the stairs, and towards your room, setting you gently on the bed and helping you when you ask to change from jeans to sweat, always remaining ever the gentleman. He sets advil and a glass of water on your nightstand, before standing in front of where you lay, bleary eyed and lightly kisses your forehead.
And as you fall asleep, you realise. That maybe, just maybe, its ok to not be ok.
And maybe it's OK to cross some professional lines with the bartender.
Because in the end, you won't want have anyone but husk listen to you and care for you, and Carry you home.
Even the healers need to be healed.

A/N ending note: Hope this was OK, and hoped you liked it!! Thank you for requesting, i really liked it and enjoyed writting it<333 sorry if its short fiejfjks

Other woman pt.3
"You said it'll be ready in 30 minutes?" Reiterating what was previous said as his concentration was focused on scrolling through his Twitter feed.
"Yes,sir! May I have a name for the order?" The waitress on the other line had asked.
"its for suna rintarou. Uhuh,yeah.thanks." the loud beeps of the phone plays in his ear and he sighs and walks to get his hoodie.
Walking back afterwards to kitchen while Passing by a dirty pile of dishes in the sink only to open up an empty fridge despite a few bottles of alcohol and one or two waters scattered on different levels of the shelves.
He twisted the cap off chugging the water like a man quenched with thirst in a dry desert. The cold splash of the water hits inside his stomach making it grumble.
The feeling makes him reminisce of what he had given up. A Table full of warmly made food despite Ria's busy schedule giving him a kiss on the lips as she sits across from him and they talk and joke about their day. Now it sits in the dark with blanket of dust on it and empty with just two chairs that are never sat on anymore.
He taps the tips of his shoes on the ground to get his heel in. It's something use always did and it became a habit for him after spending time with you so long.
That's what these days for him consisted of now. mostly training. Think of you both. Home.think of you both. takeout. Think of you both. Sleep. Dreaming of you both. Repeat. After Ria had walked out he never heard from her again until he got divorce papers served a month after the ordeal. In a state of anger he had called your number and left an angry voicemail he wish he hadn't. He knows you didn't mean to be a homewrecker. You were kept in the dark as he wanted just like everyone else. The twins always just wrote it off as suna being suna. Just like he wanted. But in that moment he couldn't stop himself from his unreasonable. He was blaming you. Eventhough it was himself he hated more for losing the woman that stuck by him. The words he had spoken to were meant to hurt you in the moment and from the punch Atsumu had laid on him he could tell it accomplished what he wanted it to do.
Atsumu and him got suspended by the coach for a few days after that. Suna spent it mostly trying to reason with Ria who had blocked his number after the first 10 calls back to back. He spent it mostly blaming you for thay unpredictable call but the feeling becoming fruitless as his conscious takes over his reasoning.’
He had listened to the voicemail again a few days later and cringed at the harsh tone of speech he had used. Regretting what was said,he never attempted to talk to you to apologize a part of him still placing all blame on you.
He shakes his mind from his thoughts as he pulls into a parking space. This is one of the places he had planned to take you to a week before everything happened.
It was fairly busy but not as it usually was. He had walked to the hostess desk and asked for his order.
“It’ll be ready for another…10 minutes give or take.” She said and he nodded as a response. He could see her lips purse together as she wants to say something. The pen in her hand fidgets towards him and he puts it together.
“Do you want an autograph?” He asked and the blush takes over her face.
“I’m sorry, I don’t mean to be a bother. You’re just like my dad’s #1. We watch your every game.” Suna slips the pen from her grasp and one of the spare napkins on the side of the cash register. He smoothly writes his names on it and hands it back to her.
“Thank you.” She scatters off to get his food before he could even give a response to her. Laying on a near by wall he goes back to his focus on his phone texting a few people and reading articles that contained his name name. By coincidence an article written about some famous basketball team was in there and as he read it through it he couldn’t help but admire the pictures that were taken. He couldn’t hold back his shock seeing your name as the hold the place of photographer.
Come to think of it ,he never asked what you did for work. He never asked about much about you to be fair. He didn’t really want to know about your life long as you stayed pretty and by his side when he wanted you to be.
You were so different than Ria so naive and easy to manipulate. Just a simple girl from the country side that he could tell a few sweet nothings too and she would forget anything.
His head shoots up from his phone when he catches what he makes out to be your laughter over the tables of people conversing.
Searching the crowd to see if it was just his mind playing with him only to spot you in a simple purple dress.
You were on your phone while the seat in front of you was empty. He saw it as an opportunity to walk over.
“Yes, you have to go to bed. It’s almost 11 be glad you guys stayed up THAT long.” He over hears you.
Coming to a full stop in front of you he takes all of you. Your face slightly fuller from before while your body is more chubbier than before. The dress is doing nothing more than complementing your newly given figure. Your make up adding to the beauty of your face makes it to were he can’t take his eyes of you.
Feeling his burning stare on your person. You meet his eyes and you’re both stuck in a staring contest for a minute before you purse your lips together and scowl as you silently talk into the phone.
Not seeming to get the hint he comes to sit in the empty chair.
You scoff at his audacity, “excuse me? Someone is sitting there.”
“I don’t see anyone. Besides I just want to talk with you.” He reasons and you place your phone face down lift and quirk an eyebrow up.
“Well sorry if I don’t want to talk to someone who had a whole marriage going on when he started to date me! How do you just keep hat a secret from everyone? I thought Atsumu and osamu were yer best friends? I should kick yer ass for hurting them.“ talking as if he cheated on them and not you.
“i just wanted it to be a secret. I didnt need the paparazzi on my ass about every little outing i had with ria.“ suna says as if it was a logically reson.
“no your ass just wanted to cheat in secret without the world knowing how big of an asshole you were.“ spitting back and he held up his hands in defense.
“listen, im just trying to talk. Its been 2 years an-“
“and last time i checked you said all you wanted 2 years ago over a voicemail. Let me try to remember those words exactly. Hmmm,“ you pretend to think for a moment before snapping,“ wasn't along the lines of ' you ruined my fucking marriage. I wish i never met you and you were nothing more than a easy lay that would come running whenever i called.’ that was word for word ,right?“ tucking your hands under your chin waiting for him to confirm it and he hangs his head in shame.
He got drunk two weeks after the divorced finalized and went on a stupar taking his anger out on you the ghost feeling of the punch that he was left with had risen.
“I wanted to apologize. I just couldn’t find the right words.”
“Right words? There are no right words for what you fucking told me. ‘An easy lay who came running when you called’ that’s all I was too you. My love meant nothing. what I thought we shared meant truly jack to you,” he could see the whites of your eyes turn a ting red and you dab the water lines of your eyes so it didn’t ruin your eyeliner, “do you even know what I went through? The stress you had put me under when when I was still carrying my babies. I was hospitalized for two months or I could’ve lost them but you didn’t care. You only cared about blaming your mistake on others.”
“Babies? You had multiple?” He slumped down in his chair
“two of the most beautiful girls.“
Silence ovee took the table and suddenly the lights of the restutrant turned off and workers came out with candles lighting the place some placing one on random peoples table and the rest coming towards you.
placing three candles around the table while the rest of the workers go into a form a line letting the waiter that was serving you that evening through with a cake.
Shaped into a heart with the words ,“ will you marry me?“ on it with a ring box sitting open to show a diamond ring.
You sputter out of embarrsment, “i think you might have the wrong table.“ you laugh the situation off and the lights of the resturant come back on as the diners and workers look around in confusion waiting for someone to speak up.
Heels click in a a quick panic on the ground as a tall woman tries to catch her breathe and composure while coming up to your table, “That was actually meant for me to ask you.“ she smiles sheepishly and folds her arms over one another while looking at the male figure whos gawking at her newly founded presence, “but this is quite the surprise too.”
“Ria?” He says silently.
An//: ʕ •̀ ω •́ ʔ SURPRISE SHAWTY! ria and you make such a cute couple <3 the next part will be the final part to the series. What words are going to be said?

A Drunk Mind Speaks A Sober Heart
Eddie Munson x Female Reader
Warning: alcohol. Eddie being eddie. Rude jocks not proof read. I don't think Lucas would do this but it's just a story.
Summary: Y/n gets drunk and eddie takes her home so she can sober up. (The scene from 10 things I hate about you is my inspiration)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Eddie and Y/n were perfect for one another. They loved the same bands and they both loved DnD. They were just perfect. Y/n thought Eddie didn't see her in that way so she wrote him a note confessing her crush on him. What she doesn't know is that Jason made Lucas take it from his locker. Then made Lucas lie to y/n who was like his mom figure in school. He felt horrible when he saw how she was at the party.
"What does it say?" Jason said.
"She really likes eddie" Lucas said in a small whisper. If only she knew he likes her back. Lucas was happy for eddie and y/n but he still feels horrible.
"Well there both freaks so they belong together." Jason said angrily.
"Anyways Lucas you are going to tell y/n that eddie got her note and was grossed out by it. He thought it was weird. Say anything to get her upset" Patrick explained pointing at me in the kitchen of the party. So he did.
"Hey y/n.." Lucas said nervously.
"Hey kid. What's up?" Y/n said smiling at the younger boy.
"So eddie found your note" Lucas said. Y/n froze.
"Excuse me" She asked hoping she heard him wrong.
"Yeah he found it." Lucas said lying.
"Well has he said...anything about it?" She said nervously.
"Yeah he said it was weird. That of course you couldn't resist him and his charm. He thinks it's weird you confessed it in a note like a middle schooler. He doesn't want to ruin yas friendship either" Lucas lied and watched the color drain from your face.
"You serious Sinclair?" She asked sounding like she might cry. He shook his head. She dropped her water and walked out of the kitchen. Someone had a bottle of vodka and y/n snatched it. She started to chug it down. Lucas watched the girl chug a bottle of alcohol. She would never touch alcohol in front of him but now she didn't care.
Lucas saw chrissy and told her what Jason made him do. She was mad and went to yell at him. They got into a huge fight before Lucas ran away to find eddie. Eddie was making a deal with four jocks when Lucas ran to him as the jocks left.
"Hey Sinclair. What's up" eddie said smiling and closing his metal box. Lucas took a deep breath he didn't want to tell eddie what he did so all he could get out was
"Y/n..inside...drinking" Lucas said out of breath. Eddie was confused. "You're mistaken she doesn't drink" eddie said confused. "Well she is." Lucas said and he heard people cheering her name. Both boys ran inside to see y/n stumbling away from the chug challenge she had just won. Suddenly Jason walked up to Lucas laughing.
"Dude. It worked. She is fucking wild!" Jason said laughing and Lucas glared at him. Eddie heard enough and ran to y/n. His hands grabbed her arms gently.
"There you are. I've been looking around for you" eddie said smiling and trying to not let y/n know he's worried.
"Cool" She said brushing his hand off her arm.
"Okay l/n what are you doing?" He asked confused. "Getting trashed man. It's a party it's what we are supposed to do." Y/n said sarcastically before walking away from him.
Chrissy had snatched the note from Lucas and ran to Eddie.
"This is what's wrong with her. Jason made Lucas steal this" chrissy said. Eddie only skimmed it. She liked him.
"So why is she upset?" Eddie asked. Suddenly Lucas appeared behind chrissy.
"Cause Jason made me tell her that you thought she was weird for writing her a note about her feeling. I didn't want to but-" Lucas explained and eddie shook his head.
"Nah man. You choose your group now stay away from mine. She is your friend. Friends don't do that to each other. Jason won't be there for you like hellfire will be. After high school do you really think they'll be there in your life still. Cause I know they won't be. I know even when y/n finds out what you did she will still care and love you. " eddie explained pissed off.
Cherry bomb started blasting in the house. Jason cheered running past them. They all turned. Y/n was on the table dancing to the song. Eddie ran a hand through his hair. He walked away from Lucas and chrissy to try and get y/n down. Chrissy walked over and was biting her nails. Lucas felt horrible. Everyone was cheering her on though. Eddie knew y/n would never act like this sober. She kept to her friends which was the hellfire group.
Everyone at the party was cheering the quiet girl on. Eddie knew this wouldn't go well. She was on her knees on the table flipping her hair back and forth. When she got up she tried to flipping her head but Jason kicked the table and y/n fell. Eddie caught her.
"Okay you're done for tonight" eddie said walking away with y/n in her arms. Eddie didn't put her down till they were outside where Lucas found him.
Y/n was quiet as she sat on the porch swing.
"What was that?" Eddie asked confused. She shrugged. "Okay well I'm taking you home so come on" eddie said holding his hand out for her. She shook her head no.
"No. No. No. No. No my parents will kill me. Besides they think I'm over at Max's house right now" y/n said in a small voice. She was scared to speak up cause she knew she would cry.
"Okay well then I'm going to bring you to my house okay. I just want to make sure you're safe so let's go" eddie said holding his hand out. She didn't move. Eddie sighed and sat next to her.
"What's wrong Avyanna the dark elf? you run our world. So why the frown" eddie said jokingly to try and make her smile. She softly smiled before looking at him with tears in her blood shot eyes.
"You're still drunk huh" eddie said softly and she nodded. "Eds. You can't be around me anymore. I can't be around you." She said slurring her words. "Why" he asked confused.
"Cause I really like you. And everytime I see.. I see you I get butterflies. Everytime you kiss my cheek I want to kiss you for real. Everytime you laugh or smile my heart skips a beat. It hurts cause of what you said. I should've told you in person that I had a crush on you but I was worried about. About how you'd react." Y/n started rambling.
"Y/n" eddie said trying to get her to stop talking.
"You don't even need to lie either cause Lucas told me everything you said. I don't need you to take me home and try to pity me okay. I'm fine. I will always be fine. I just can't be around you anymore cause i like you and won't hurt myself trying to pretend.
"Y/n I can't kiss you right now because you're drunk and I'm not like that. But let me get you safe at my house then tomorrow morning when you're sober we can talk about it okay princess?" Eddie said moving her hair out of her face. She nodded not really catching what he had said. She was so tired. Eddie stood up and reached for her hands. She took his hands and he helped her to his van.
Eddie drove the drunk girl to his house. He would never do this with anyone. He isn't going to do anything bad to her. He just wants her to get good rest and to not get taken advantage of. So when he got home he let her change into his shirt and shorts.
She did and eddie helped her into bed. The second d the head hit his pillow she was out. Eddie changed in his bathroom and went to sleep on the couch.
***
Eddie had woken up before y/n. He had gotten changed into his regular clothes and the. Started to search around the trailer for headache medicine. He finally found it and put it on the nightstand with water for her. She hadn't moved from her spot from last night. Eddie tried to make breakfast for her but he didn't have the ingredients.
Y/n had woken up confused on where she was at first. Then she recognized it was Eddie's room. His scent was everywhere and so were his clothes. She got up and found her jeans. She put them on quickly and brushed her teeth.
(She's been to Eddie's house so stuff is there for her to use)
She brushed her hair and fixed her smudgey makeup. She tried to remember everything that happened and when she did she wanted to cry. She admitted her feelings again to him. She's so stupid she's gonna get her feelings hurt. If she says she was wasted and it isn't true maybe he will believe her. Also why did he bring her home if he thought she was weird?
Y/n hesitantly left the room to see eddie pacing. When he saw her he stopped.
"Good morning" eddie said smiling.
She slightly waved awkwardly at the long haired boy. Y/n went to say something but stopped herself. Eddie didn't say anything after. They just awkwardly stared at one another.
"Listen eddie I'm sorry about last night. I didn't mean anything by what I said to you. I was wasted and it was just me being out of my mind." Y/n said nervously.
"A drunk mind speaks a sober heart y/n l/n." Eddie whispered and y/n felt like she stopped breathing.
"Okay I do like you Ed's. I'm really sorry but I didn't mean to. Honestly I'm not gonna apologize anymore for liking you because we can't help who we like. But I will apologize for how I acted last night. I acted like a child and I shouldn't have. I should've just talked to you about what was going on but I didn't. Instead I just went off and did what I said I would never do. Drink my feelings away. But also Lucas told me everything. He told me that you found my note and he told me what you said about it. I think you're an asshole for that eddie munson. A really huge asshole. Because what if that was you confessing your feelings for someone and they said that about you." Y/n said rambling towards eddie.
Eddie wasn't missing your point or anything but she looked super cute when she were raging.
"Y/n" eddie said trying to get her attention.
"I mean I understand that the note was probably childish but I thought it was kind of cute. That way if you didn't like me you could've ignored the note too. But I understand that you think I'm weird and childish for doing that. So I'm just going to get out of your hair. I'm really sorry for causing this mess Ed's. I'm so sorry" y/n said turning away from him and heading for his trailer door.
Eddie grabbed y/ns hand while saying her name louder. When y/n was spun around facing eddie he kissed her. Eddie knew y/n was sober now and that he couldn't let her walk out of his life. Y/n pushed eddie away a bit. They both looked shocked but y/n was the first to speak.
"But what about what Lucas-"
"It was all a lie. Jason made Lucas tell you that stuff so Lucas could get on the team. I didn't even get a chance to read the letter until this morning princess" eddie explained.
"Now I feel like an idiot" y/n whispered.
"Don't be like that. It's understandable the way you responded. I would've responded that way too. But also the note you wrote was fucking adorable. I didn't know you likes my forest eyes. And I also didn't know the y/n l/n liked the way my hair bounced when I got excited." Eddie said mocking her jokingly.
Y/n pouted her bottom lip out at eddie.
"Ed's!" She whined crossing her arms.
"To be fair though I like when you are excited in general.." y/n whispered as she wrapped her arms around eddie. Eddie smiled and picked her up spinning her around.
"I never thought you'd feel the same way" eddie said smiling. Y/n kissed the idiotic boy. Eddie suddenly pulled away from y/n.
"Are you angry at lucas?" He asked knowingly. She shook her head and hugged eddie tighter.
"Well I am." Eddie mumbled. Y/n giggled at his comment. Eddie flung himself to his knees holding his hands out for y/n.
"Oh Avyanna the dark elf Please. Be my girlfriend? Be the Queen of Hellfire. Let me worship the ground you walk on my lady!" Eddie said in a theatrical voice y/ns ever heard. She laughed and then put a serious face on.
"Are you serious King" She said in a weird voice. Eddie nodded and so y/n took ahold of Eddie's face and kissed him. Eddie cheered before throwing y/n over his shoulder and taking her to his room.
"Eddie!" Y/n said laughing as he stepped towards his door.
"What are you doing!?" She asked confused.
"Oh I'm about to show you how much I worship you Avyanna the dark elf." Eddie said shutting the door and locking it.

After almost a year of obsessing over them, I finally wrote something for Maxiel. This is me first time writing a fanfic on Tumblr, and it's set in 2024. I'm honestly super nervous about it. Hope you like it ☺
Unlapped / Maxiel
5 pm, Jan 10, 2024, Milton Keynes, England
Max stared at Christian, still trying to process what he had just heard.
"You're letting go of Checo!"
Helmut sensed the unspoken question, and decided to cut in.
"He wanted to spend some time with his family. The things with his wife are not exactly... shall we say, peachy?"
"Bullsh*t!" Max snorted "There's more to it... There always is."
"Max", Christian's voice had a slight edge to it "Let's focus on the next steps. We have given you the list. Of course, we have done an internal evaluation for all of them. But it's your future teammate, so we wanted to surly take your opinion into... "
"My opinion!" Max chuckled, a humorless one, "I bet out of every person present in this room, I'm the last one to know about Checo."
The other three, Christian, Helmut, and Adrian remained silent, confirming Max's suspicion.
"Just... Pick a name. So that all parties involved can have an early weekend, buddy", Adrian sighs.
Max's eyes glanced over the images displayed on the giant screen in front of him. Each name was accompanied by a ton of statistics, performance, likability, and social media presence. Like every time, RBR research wing had done an impeccable job!
Herta, Nyck, Logan... And, mother of surprises, Lando!!!
"You can get Lando. How?" Max tried not to act surprised, but failed hard.
"Hmm... Let's just say we have our ways", Helmut had a strange smirk on his face.
Max said nothing. He kept staring at all the names. All of them were very talented, but none of them was the one he was thinking about.
"Max, you still there, buddy?" Adrian asked softly.
"I... " Max gulped "I want... "

"DANIEL! DANIEL" someone was calling out.
Daniel wanted to lift his head and tell the SOB to shut the f up, but his head felt like it was tied around a bag of bricks!
"Oi! Mate! Get up!" Someone poked him in the ribs, making him swear loudly.
"Yeah, nah! Let me f*cking sleep" Daniel slurred. He brought the beer bottle to his lips and chugged the bitter liquid till his insides burnt.
"Go home, you big dag! It's been a week since she broke up with you, and so far you have proved her right", said a familiar voice.
Jake? Blake? Bloke?
"Perth's closed for the day, deadhead, just go home", said another gruff voice, not unkindly though.
It was the owner of the bar Daniel was currently sitting... err, sleeping in.
"Alrighty, c*nts! I'm out! I'm out! You guys are no fun", Daniel flipped off all those bodiless voices and staggered to his feet.
The world swam around him uncomfortably.
"F u c k!" Daniel bit into his balled fist, trying to stop himself from throwing up.
He stood in front of his car in the parking lot, and pondered for a long moment.
"F u c k it!" He concluded, and decided to walk home finally.
His home was a 10 min walk, but he could barely see the road, his head was spinning so badly.
He puked outside someone's perfectly manicured lawn, and ran on his wobbly feet before anyone could spot him.
It was a hot and humid night. By the time he reached home, he felt sweaty all over, ready to retire to his bed.
Daniel brushed his teeth, splashed some water on his face, and crawled into his bed with his shoes still on.
He grimaced when his phone rang.
"Please go away, whoever you are", he mumbled.
The phone won't stop ringing though. Daniel picked it up grudgingly, and looked at the phone screen with bleary eyes.
It was his mama!
"Hey, mum!" Daniel was suddenly wide awake. He sat up straight on his bed. His head swirled, but he decided he didn't care anymore. Grace wasn't someone who called so late at night!
"Dan... Danny" His mum whispered, making Daniel's heart shiver.
"What is it, mum?" Daniel asked breathlessly.
"Have you seen the news, baby?" Grace's voice was shaking.
"The news? No, mum... I think... I think there's a power cut", Daniel cursed himself inwardly for choosing such a remote place to live in Perth, maybe for the first time in a year.
"Wait! I'm sending you something..." His mum cut the call abruptly.
A moment later, Daniel received a WhatsApp message notification.
He had never clicked on a notification faster in his life. What he saw on the screen made him rub his eyes in disbelief!
"Perez to leave Red Bull in 2024. Veteran Aussie driver a surprise contender to replace him?"
There were two images below the newspaper article - an image of Checo and an image of DANIEL!
This had to be a mistake, Daniel mumbled to himself. He had not approached Red Bull, RBR had not approached him either. This was such a random thing!
For a moment, Daniel felt a rush of irrational anger towards the media, for publishing such a clickbait article...
Until he saw another message, from a certain someone who had haunted his dreams for the past one year.
*I told them I want you back. Please say yes. Not for them, for me. Will you? MV*

Do I write a second part? Lemme know, please🥰

And as for the oc, her name will be Choi Jisu as I really don't like working with Y/N. Anyways, happy reading <3 and another thing is that, I've excluded some parts like the texts and social media parts because it would've been too lengthy.

Tumblr media
When it comes to your first love, it usually hurts more than you think.
If you've never been in love, that's not my problem.
But the fact is, if you get dumped by your boyfriend, who you dated for a whole year, it hurts. It hurts more when you find out the fact that he was bored with you.
The current situation of Choi Jisu was that. She dated this untouchable boy, Han Renjun who broke her heart.
They dated the entire senior year, well, he was in the freshmen year. And the break-up was too painful.
But right now, Choi Jisu was more focused to get to her new dorm. She didn't know who her dorm mates were, but she hoped that they would be, a bit nice. If it's her friends, that will be an Oscar award for her.
She was already assigned a dorm room and was walking towards it. Sliding the door open softly, she took off her shoes, dragging her two big suitcases in.
She scanned the place until she heard two girls, too familiar voices. They walked out as Jisu gasped.
“Yujin and Yunjun!” She screamed, along with the girls, as they hugged each other and started to jump.
“Oh my gosh! Jiji! I never thought we'll be dorm mates." Yunjin exclaimed, pulling out of the hug as they smiled at each other.
“I guess all of us got on with our high school friends. Hanni got on with Karina and Ningning" Yujin stated as Yunjin dragged her suitcases in.
“What do you have in here? Atom bombs?” Yunjin groaned, dropping them on the living room floor.
“I'm happy that I'm living with the indistinguishable Jin's” Jisu smirked as both the girls groaned.
Well, one's Ahn Yujin and another one's Huh Yunjin. They both have 'Jin' at the end of their names, one had 'Yu' another has 'Yun'. So, during high school, the girls used to tease the hell out of these two girls because of this.
“There's still two days until the college” Yunjin stated. “And, the guys asked us to go to the club tonight” She finished as the three slumped on the couch.
“Who's gonna be there?” Jisu asked as Yujin threw her a water bottle.
“Us, means you, me and her," Points at Yunjin “Ningning, Karina, Hanni, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Heeseung” She finished as Jisu finished drinking and placed the half bottle on the center tea table.
“Are you certain, he'll—”
“No he won't” Yunjin cuts her off with a sigh. “You've to admit it, Jiji. Renjun is a fucking asshole that doesn't deserve you”
“That jerk deserves to rot in hell” Yujin joined Yunjin as Jisu giggled.
“Okay, I'm already trying to get over him. And I will, don't worry” She stated as the other two girls smiled at her.
“Alright girlie, we need to get dressed and,” Yujin points at a closed door, “that's your room” She smiled as they shoved Jisu's suitcases in the room with her and shut the door behind her, a giggled falling off their lips.
Tumblr media
The strong smell of alcohol, fluttered in their noses as they walked inside the bar.
Yunjin practically dragged Yujin and Jisu inside when she spotted their friends group. They were already chugging on their drinks as the three girls approached.
“Ah! The best girls are here!” Jay exclaimed, handing out 3 vodka shots to the girls who just joined them.
“So, are you saying that we're annoying?” Karina glared at Jay as he just shrugged.
“See, except for Jisu, Yujin and Hanni, none of you are normal” Heeseung stated, as a matter of fact, drinking his whiskey.
“Dude I'm offended!” Yunjin smacks his arm as he hissed. “I'm two years older than you! You should respect me!” Heeseung screeched. His voice was really audible through the loud music, blaring through the speakers.
“I'm genuinely sorry, Grandpa” Yunjin mocked as Heeseung sighed out of annoyance.
Jisu sat herself on the barstool, along with Yunjin and Yujin as they ordered some drinks. For a certain moment, Jisu's eyes got caught with this particular Aussies boy.
Jake.
She smiled and nodded at him as he returned the same gesture, before turning to Ningning who was suddenly whining.
“You know, it's so shit that we're in college!” She exclaimed as Jisu, Yujin and Hanni scoffed in disbelief.
“Weren't you crying a few months back because you wanted High school to end?” Sunghoon mocked playfully as Ningning sent daggers towards him.
“Speaking of crying, how are you Jisu?” Heeseung asked as Karina jumped off her stool and gave a tight smack on the back of Heeseung's head. He whined, rubbing the spot as Karina sat back in her seat, gulping down her vodka from the shot glass.
“You literally poured salt on her drying wound, asshole” Sunghoon slapped Heeseung's back as he raised his hand in surrender.
“Don't worry. I'm fine and doing way better from last month” Jisu offered as smile as Heeseung smirked.
“I told you, be my girlfriend instead. I would've treated the way better than that son of a bitch” Sunghoon grudged, drinking the scotch as Jake sighed.
“He's really an asshole. He might act all smart-ass and shit, but he's just, an idiot” He said, gulping down the scotch in his glass in one go as he ordered for another one.
Jisu was about to say something but stopped when she saw an awfully familiar physique, pacing towards them with a girl.
Others stopped their bickering and looked at the boy who stood in front of them.
Han Renjun.
The boy who broke Jisu's heart and left her numb. The same boy who said that he was bored with her. He had a girl by his side who was clinging to him.
However, Jisu's face remained stoic, but fists clenching at her side. He had this beautiful, innocent face for when she fell, despite warnings from Heeseung, Jay and Sunghoon. Maybe, if she had talked to Jake, Renjun's best friend who, he shared a dorm with, wouldn't have led things too face.
The girl beside him was annoying the whole friends group. She was giggling, her hands all over Renjun.
Hanni poked Jisu on her side and slowly, entangled their hands together, just to make hr know that they were here, for her.
On the other hand, Yunjin, Heeseung and Jay looked disgusted. They didn't even try to hide it. The others threw him a glare but Jake, was disappointed.
His lips twitched, dissatisfied. He was never ever unhappy with his best friend, but now, his actions are telling him the opposite.
“Hey guys” Previously, his voice used to give Jisu butterflies, but now she felt nothing. “Meet my girlfriend” He motioned the girl to speak.
From her left side, she could already sense that Yunjin had turned her body sideways and is, making gagging noises. She hated fake people, and that girl's behavior explained everything.
If Yunjin throws up right now, it's that clingy girl's fault.
“Hey guys!” She exclaimed in a whiny tone with made Hanni, who was sitting next to Jisu, scoff. “I'm Sooji"
Multiple snorts and few coughed up laughs emitted from them during her introduction. Including, Jisu. She tried hard to not let out any sound, but she snorted.
This current situation explained everything. This girl, Sooji, wasn't welcomed here.
No matter how he dumped her over a five-minute phone call, he checked Jisu out. Karina and Sunghoon saw that as they came forward, but Renjun simply walked away with his new girlfriend, waving a small 'bye'.
Jisu didn't wasted the time to drink her third shot. They all did. Even though they were a group, the actions of Renjun had been pissing everyone off.
“Jisu” Yujin spoke out.
“I'm completely fine Yu" She offered a smile which didn't reach up to her eyes.
She wasn't jealous of that clingy girl, but her mind was messed up.
Tumblr media
The sound of the alarm clock, startled Jisu as she groaned as turning it off. Her headache from her hangover not helping at all with this situation.
She then spotted a bottle of water and some pills on her table. She sat up and quickly gulp it down. Furthermore, she turned her head to the side and screamed.
“Fuck!” She looked at Yunjin, sitting on a chair, which was in a corner. “What are you doing here?” She hissed, messaging her head.
“The girls called. We're going for a lunch-ish brunch. So, get showered and get ready. We're leaving in thirty minutes” Yunjin spoke as she walked out of the room and shut the door softly.
A groan emitted from Jisu as she walked into her bathroom and took a quick shower and dressed up in a sage green crop top and some light blue mom jeans with, her Gucci sneakers.
She blow-dried her hair and let it fall over her shoulders as she quickly grabbed her bag and her phone and walked out of the room.
She wanted revenge, that was clear. But didn't know how to. She wanted to ask Yujin and Yunjin but she knew, they were still in hangover, and she'll get scolded.
Soon after, they walked out of Yujin's car and linked their arms together as they walked inside the restaurant. Before she could sit somewhere, Sunghoon grabbed her arm and pulled her to sit beside him. So, she sat in between Sunghoon and Hanni.
Ningning started to tell, how drunk Jay got and kissed the wall, crying. The scene played on their head as they burst into laughing, making Jay whine more.
Dude didn't like to made fun of.
The laughter soon died down as soon as Renjun walked in with his girlfriend.
“I didn't remember inviting you” Jay pointed at them as Jake sat beside him. Jake was invited too, but not Renjun and his girlfriend.
“Hey man! Don't be like that” Renjun spoke, sitting on an empty seat with his girlfriend.
Jake and Jisu looked at each other and smiled a bit. “Should I punch this asshole straight across his face?” Sunghoon asked as she shook her head. She came here to have a fun time with her friends, not to waste over some asshole.
Then, Sooji kissed Renjun and giggled. Disgust plastered on each and every one at the table, except for Sooji and Renjun.
Now, Jisu was questioning whether, she felt like puking for them or of the hangover. “I just lost my appetite” She stated as Sunghoon looked at her and Hanni grabbed her jaw.
“No honey” She shoved a piece of meat in her mouth as Jisu widened her eyes at her sudden move. She slowly chewed the meat as her phone vibrated.
Both Renjun and Sooji were eating each other's faces. It might not be believable, but Renjun and Jisu never kissed.
The drive back to the dorm wasn't really long as Yujin played some songs.
As soon as they got in their dorm, Yunjin shut the door shut as both the girls narrowed their eyes at Jisu. “What?” She asked, setting herself on the couch.
“Spill” Yunjin stated. “You're thinking about something and it's bothering you” She completed.
“Fine! I want revenge. He looks too happy and hi? He's greeting me like he didn't dump me!” Jisu ranted out as Yujin and Yunjin looked at each other, baffled.
“Got any plans?” Yujin asked as Jisu shook her head.
“Google is only saying to flirt with other guys in front of him” She stated as Yujin blinked.
“It's not like he'll get jealous of a random guy” Yujin stopped herself from snorting as she grabbed a water bottle.
“And it's not like you'll date Jake to make Renjun jealous” Bad move, Yunjin.
Upon hearing that, Jisu's lips turned up into a wicked grin. That caused both Yujin and Yunjin to exchange nervous glances.
“So, are you considering it?” Yujin asked nervously as Jisu nodded, sprinting towards her room to text Jake.
“You did it again” Yujin smacked Yunjin's arm, hard.
“I didn't mean to. Who knew she'll actually consider it” Yunjin whined, making Yujin sigh.
Tumblr media
Jisu opened the Starbucks door and walked in as the smell of coffee immediately hit her nose. She looked around to see Jake, sitting in one corner with a book in his hand.
King of Pride by Ana Huang.
A blush crept up on her cheeks because, she read books, written by Ana Huang. Let's speak about research because her major is literature because she, particularly, wanted to become a writer.
She walked towards him and cleared her throat, making her presence known.
“Oh, hey!” Jake greeted, offering her a small smile.
“Hi” Jisu smiled back and sat in front of him. He closed the book and kept it by his side of the table.
She never thought Jake, The Jake who's good at studies and was called a nerd before they graduated from High school two years ago, would read, billionaire, smutty romance. And the main thing, Jisu was obsessed with Kai Young, the male protagonist of, King of Pride.
“I never knew you liked to read, these kinds of books” She said, looking at him as, a small smirk set upon his lips.
“Well, they say, don't judge a book by its cover” Jake smirked. Jisu knew, all nerds were freaks, and her theory was, hence, proven. He stood up and looked at Jisu. “What drink will you have?”
“Jake it's fine, I dragged you here! I should be the one to—”
“Shh. Now tell me” He looked at her intensely as she gulped.
“Vanilla sweet cream cold brew. But I should be the—” He gave her a smile and walked away.
A few minutes later, he came back with two cups in his hand and set hers, in front of her.
“I know you'll say that you should pay but, I can't let someone pretty like you pay, can I pretty?” He smiled and sat down. He was drinking an iced latte. She saw him drinking this once. “So, what's up?”
“I know it's sudden, weird and stuff, and I like…" She trailed off, searching for words but, she couldn't. She looked down at her drink and sighed. “Well, will you answer a question for me?”
“Umm, sure” He said, sipping on his drink.
“What if I asked you to pretend to be my boyfriend?” She asked straight away as Jake looked at her, baffled.
“Umm, okay”
Jisu blinked a few times at his reply.
“Is it like a question 'okay' or an answer 'okay'?” She tilted her head, confused, as Jake chuckled softly at her confused state.
“An answer. And I know you'll not just ask me to pretend to be your boyfriend. So, what's up, Jisu?” She knew Jake was smart and today, all her theories were being proven.
“Renjun” She muttered out quietly. “I want to make him jealous and when he realizes his mistake of dumping me, I'll tell him, and I'm over him” She said, looked directly at Jake's eyes, but her tummy did a flip as she diverted her eyes.
“So you're saying that we'll date to make him jealous? Sure! That asshole deserves it anyway" Jake stated as Jisu's eyes lit up.
“Alrighty! Let's lay down some rules!” She look out her notebook and a pen, amusing Jake.
“You came well-prepared" He chuckled. As she started to jot down some points.
“By the way, Jake, what's your age?” She asked, not glancing at him as she kept writing down.
“Twenty” He spoke softly, sipping on his drink.
“Nineteen” Jisu replied as she placed the pen down. “Okay! Let me spell it out for you. Rule one: do not fall in love” She stated as Jake nodded.
“Rule two: drive to uni together”
“I would've added that myself”
“Rule three: hold hands in public”
“Okay”
“Rule four: act lovey-dovey in front of our friends group”
“Yup! That's a must”
“Rule five: no kissing”
Jake smirked and looked up at her. “But don't you wanna feel my lips against yours, princess?”
Jisu's eyes widened, and her cheeks flushed with a pretty shade of crimson. “Hey." She looked at him as he raised his arms up in surrender.
Man's definitely freaky.
“Okay so Rule six: no one should know except for Yunjin and Yujin" She stated as he blinked.
“So I assume they already know about this?” He asked as she nodded.
“Rule seven: break up once the goal is reached and Rule eight: go on some dates and post each other on social media to make it look obvious” She ended and pushed the notebook in front of Jake as he read through.
“Can I write it freshly?” He asked as she nodded. He gripped the pen in his hand as he started to write the rules down. “And I'll add one more rule”
His veins popping out, making him look undeniably hot as he slid the notebook in front of her.
She looked at Jake after reading the last rule.
“Well, don't they act too clingy?” He asked as she nodded.
Rule eight was going on dates and posting each other in social media and rule nine was too much PDA.
Both of them shook their hand as they finalized the contract.
Tumblr media
This was unexpected.
It was the first day of college, first day of freshmen year for Jisu, Yujin, Yunjin, Hanni, Karina, and Ningning. Sophomore year for Jay, Jake, Sunghoon and Renjun. Junior year for Heeseung.
Yujin, Yunjin and Jisu walked out of their dorm, just to see a black McLaren, standing outside with, a familiar blond guy, leaning against it.
It was Jake.
He had a denim jacket on and denim jeans with Prada formal dress shoes and black sunglasses. Everything about him screamed rich as Yujin and Yunjin's jaws dropped open.
They never expected that Jake, The Sim Jaeyun will come to pick up their best friend, even if they're fake dating.
“Oh you're here?” Jisu spoke, making Jake look up. He had a charming smile on his lips as he nodded.
“I came just now” Yujin and Yunjin gushed over him.
“You guys look so cute!” Yunjin squealed, pushing Jisu towards him.
“Have a great time, lovebirds” Yujin waved, walking away and getting into her car with Yunjin.
Jisu blinked a few times in disbelief as she looked up at Jake. “They definitely woke up on the wrong side of the bed” She stated, making Jake chuckle a bit. He ruffled her hair and opened the car door for her.
Renjun never once held the door open for her.
She smiled and spoke out a small 'thank you' and got inside the car as Jake shut the door and jogged towards the other side and got into the driver's seat. He started driving.
It wasn't an awkward silence. Both of them felt comfortable and peace with each other. That's until Jisu spoke.
“Well, you never told me why you agreed to the contract” She stated, looking at Jake as a smirk, played on his lips.
“Why butterfly? Are you curious?”
Jisu's eyes almost popped out at the nickname he gave her. No one gave her a nickname, except for 'Jiji' which is her world-famous nickname, given by Hanni. But butterfly, princess? Never.
“I am. Never have I thought that, the Sim Jaeyun will agree with my proposal” She stated, trying to hide the blush on her cheeks.
“Well, you see, the girls on the campus are a pain in the butt. They're always asking me out, which is fairly annoying. And if they see that I have a girlfriend, who's as pretty as you, they'll stop bothering me” Jake said, glancing at Jisu then smirking. He turned back to face the road.
Jisu was as red as a tomato. The blood rushed to her cheeks, burning them.
The car comes to halt, indicating that they've reached their destination.
Sure as hell, the girls on the campus would go bonkers after seeing Jake, coming out of his car with a girl. Jisu tried to open the car door but, was stopped by Jake.
He walked out of the car and towards her side and opened the door for her. He extended a hand towards her, as she smiled and grabbed it, getting out of the car.
“You're sure as hell a gentleman, Sim” She teased as he swiftly shut the car door. He crouched down to her lever to meet her height and smiled at her.
“I am. Does that make you flustered?” He tilts his head, innocently, as he placed a kiss on her forehead.
“You're flirting with me” Jisu stated with a done tone, trying to hide how flustered he made her feel.
Nerds are the biggest freaks.
The reminder crawled up to her head as Jake smiled. “I'm doing it with my girlfriend” Jisu blinks a few times, registering what he just said.
“Fake girlfriend” She stated nonchalantly as Jake brought his hands near her hand and squeezed it a little.
“No one needs to know” He said, kissing her cheek and pulling her out of the parking lot.
“Before you lash out, Heeseung, Jay and Sunghoon were looking at our way” Jake stated as they reached the entrance.
“But, do you know where the literature classroom is?” She asked as they stopped by their lockers. Coincidentally, their lockers were next to each other.
“It's on the third floor. There are multiple rooms there, so you can check it out. And all the classes of the literature department and the architecture department in this building by itself” He explained as Jisu blinked.
“Right, you're in the architecture department” She took out some notebooks, along with her pen pouch and shoved it in her book bag as Jake did the same.
He turned towards her and ruffled her hair. “See you later, butterfly” With that, he flew away to his class, leaving Jisu who was completely baffled.
Tumblr media
'Sim Jaeyun is dating a fresher'
The news spread like wildfire around the campus. Jisu felt a little uncomfortable, getting all the glances in the corridors.
But what bothered her more was this sudden flirty behavior of Jake. He was someone, who's unapproachable. Scholar who never had a girlfriend and, untouchable.
And him, calling her nicknames and acting flirty, surely shook Jisu but, Yujin and Yunjin almost had a heart attack, seeing Jake's drastic change.
But Jisu told herself that, it was just an act, nothing else. They weren't supposed to fall for each other, as it's simply a contract.
Suddenly, Jake came near her and slid his hand around her and squeezed it, which snapped Jisu out of her daze. They took steps towards the cafeteria as they spotted their group, huddled around in one table.
Karina and Hanni notices them and wave a hand at them. To which, both Jake and Jisu started to walk towards them. The whole group froze as they approached them. Jake asked Sunghoon to scoot a little as he sat beside him with Jisu and Yunjin was sitting next to her.
Taking a quick scan, they saw Sooji on Renjun's lap. But Jisu didn't give a damn but met eyes with Heeseung who looked at them, suspiciously.
“Fish in the air” He stated, looking or more like piercing Jake's and Jisu's soul with his gaze.
“Why is it floating?” Jisu asked, faking innocence.
Jake was silent all along. He slowly wrapped his strong arm around her waist and pulled her closer to him. Yunjin noticed that and poked Jisu on her knee, as Jisu poked her back.
“Number one, we saw you getting out of Jake's car, and he placed a fucking kiss on your forehead” Jay noted, sipping on his drink.
“Secondly, holding hands to class” Heeseung added, looking at the two.
“Thirdly, Jake's smiling too much, which isn't like him” Sunghoon finished as Karina chuckled.
“It's a great theory you got there, buddy” Ningning patted Jay's back, thinking that the boys were joking around.
Hanni blinked a few times, looking at the expression of the three boys. “I don't think they're joking” She said.
“It's not! Not, at least this time!” Sunghoon argued, happy that Hanni agreed.
“Does that mean—” Karina's eyes widen.
“That they are dating!” Yujin gasped. Her acting was too believable.
“What?” Collective gasps left their mouth as Jisu tried, so hard, not to laugh out loud.
But Jake watched Renjun who looked extremely baffled. He never thought that his best friend would date his ex.
“They fucking are! Look at Jake's fucking arm around her." Sunghoon almost shouted, over dramatically.
“Guys—” Jisu was cut off by Jake, pulled her hand up to his lips and kissing it.
“It's fine butterfly. They know it now, or else they'd snack on our brain” Jake smiled at her as Ningning banged her hand on the table. That caused Sooji to flinch on Renjun's lap.
The most quiet one was Hanni, who had a pretty smile on her face, seeing one of her best friends in a lovely relationship.
Yunjin and Yujin should burst her bubble.
“They guys are right. We're dating” Jake said, pulling Jisu into a side hug as the group started to mutter out stuff.
“For how long?” Yunjin asked as Jisu smiled.
“A week” Both Jake and Jisu spoke at the same time as they started to create chaos in the table.
Jisu leaned her head on Jake's chest as they were, either debating, arguing or cussing. Her eyes fell on her ex, whose face was slightly red, and his veins were popping out on his forehead.
Tumblr media
Jake opened the door of his shared apartment and walked inside, closing the door shut.
He walked inside and saw, Renjun, sitting on the couch with his legs on the table in front of him with a beer bottle in his hand.
He came back after dropping Jisu off, but before, they stopped by a café to take some pictures to post it online.
“So, you're dating, huh?” Renjun asked, taking a sip out of the bottle. His face showed no expression as he stared at Jake.
Jake chuckled, knowing exactly where it was going as he met his eyes with Renjun. “Yeah. No one saw it coming” He gripped on his bag, tighter and sat on the couch, across him.
This caused Renjun to chuckle along, but it wasn't as hearty as Jake's. It ended with a scoff, almost. “I especially didn't saw it coming” It kind of sounded like a taunt.
“You don't really sound happy for me, dude” Jake stated in a teasing tone.
“Why do you think so?” Renjun was trying to keep his fake smile up, but was failing.
“Your smile, it isn't the one you always have” Jake pointed out, grabbing a water bottle from the table in front and taking a sip out of it.
“How can you fucking date her? She's my ex. What's up with the bro code?” Renjun snapped, making Jake hide a smirk.
“Why? Weren't you the one to dump her?” Jake asked, failing to hide his smirk but brushed it off, drinking the water.
“She's my fucking ex!” Renjun yelled, slamming the beer bottle on the table.
“She's your ex. But now, she isn't yours but, mine” Jake smiled, keeping the bottle on the table and standing up, proceeding to walk away.
“She never gave me her virginity, let alone her first kiss” Renjun yelled, making Jake turn at him. A bit surprised but masked it off.
“I'm definitely not with her for those shit. And yeah! Try to be happy for us, Jun. I don't want my butterfly to be upset because of you” Jake gave him his infamous eye smile before pacing towards his room, locking the door and dropping his body on the bed.
He himself didn't know why he was flirting with Jisu but, somehow, it felt right.
The feeling he was getting, being with Jisu was driving him crazy.
Tumblr media
A week went by swiftly. Their friends group believed their relationship so much that they started to gush over them. Especially, Ningning and Karina.
If Yunjin and Yujin didn't know about this setting, they too would've gushed over them. But Hanni on the other hand was so happy.
You can tell that she's like those innocent bunnies which got happy or blushed in bare minimum.
And on this side, Jisu was distressed. All these girls on the campus came up to her and asked if she's really dating Jake or how cute they looked together.
And simultaneously, Jake and Renjun started to hit off in a bad way. Renjun would never speak to Jake normally after that confession session they had a week ago.
Both Jake and Jisu knew that everything was going smoothly. But will we call it a life if there's no hole in a plain road?
It was the end of the day as Jake was waiting for Jisu in his car. Soon, she got inside the car, closing the door shut.
“I'm—no, sorry. We're so doomed” Jisu said urgently, as Jake looked at her confused.
“What's wrong, butterfly?” He asked, concern latching in his tone. She secured the seat belt in the hook and brushed off her hair from her face.
“My mom came back from Canada yesterday. She's saying that I should make my boyfriend meet her. And she's too, like you know, close with the girls and Jay, so she'll probably blow off our cover” She sighed, looking at Jake for his reaction.
The man just smiled as he secured his sear belt. He looked far too calm for Jisu, who was freaking out.
“When is she expecting us?” Jake asked as Jisu's eyes widened and jaw dropped.
“You'll meet her?” Jisu gasped, looking at Jake as he nodded.
“If we can, we can meet her now” She said ask Jake gave her, his infamous eye smile and started to drive.
The drive was of 45 minutes as Jisu kept on giving Jake the directions and occasionally both of the swayed their head on the track, playing on the radio.
“By the way, have you finished reading King of Pride?” Jisu asked, as Jake glanced at her and then, looked back at the road.
“Just finished it today” He answered as Jisu took out a book out of her bag.
Ignite me by tahereh mafi.
“Never thought that you'll be a bookworm too” Jake smiled as he looked at the book which, Jisu kept back in her bag.
“Don't judge a book by its cover” Jake chuckled at Jisu's words. He said the exact thing that day, in the café. And she's saying that back. “We're here. Another thing” She started as Jake stopped the car, unbuckling the seat belt.
“An aunt is gonna be here. You know, mom's mutual friend. Just saying” She stated as he nodded, getting out of the car as he opened the car door for her.
To everyone on the campus, Jisu belonged from an average family. But they didn't know that she was from one of the richest families in Seoul. But Jake and Jay were richer than the Choi family.
They house was big and modest. Few plants by the driveway and big ones behind the house. The house was of two storeys.
Jisu and Jake were greeted by a maid as they walked inside. A collective gasps were heard as they turned to look at the main lounge area.
“Mom?” Jake asked, baffled.
“Mom? Wait, no. Aunt Miyeon is your mom?” Jisu blinked a few timed, registering the current situation.
“It was funny to see our kids, dating each other. It was, destiny” Jisu's mom, Minju exclaimed.
There's the thing, Minju, Jisu's mom and Miyeon, Jake's mom were childhood friends. Both Jake and Jisu knew each other's mom, but never knew each other.
“How's it, dating each other?” Miyeon asked as both Jake and Jisu sighed.
It's gonna be a long conversation.

I remember it like it was yesterday (which is weird because I can’t even remember what I had for breakfast these days). It was bingo night. I was sitting next to Jiraya who was chugging bottles of what he said was water. He was making eyes at the female employees who were coming around helping us with bingo, when the final number was called: B3. I WON! And though usually the prizes were shitty coupons to the McDonald’s down the road, that night id won a LAPTOP (though the keys were sticky and the screen was cracked. But hey it was free!).
The next day when I started up the laptop, the screen turned on and started giving me a strange logo I’d never seen before. Some picture of a black haired guy with a cheesy smile pointing to some windows?? But then again I’m too old to know much about computers, so it seemed fine to me! I clicked the only icon on the screen that said INTURNET and immediately the laptop said it needed an activation code! Oh but right then it gave me a phone number for a free support service. That fine young man on the other end was named something with a T… Thomas? Tony? I can’t remember… but he told me my laptop needed an activation fee, he emphasized cash only, And that he’d come pick it up in person. Well, the laptop was free so it wouldn’t hurt to pay an activation fee. Makes sense to me, right?
A fine young man came by the retirement home the next day. Poor guy was so underpaid by his company he was driving a foot-powered vehicle ☹️ I felt so bad I gave him the activation fee plus a generous tip. He was real handsome too, though his bare feet were a bit frightening to behold! He offered to “make my day” for an even higher tip… my poor knees haven’t been the same since!
After he took the money he wrote me a code on a stained McDonald’s napkin he had in his pocket. I told him to come back and visit any time, he was a bit rude but who cares, I don’t get visits from handsome young men every day ya know!
The only thing is the code didn’t work ☹️ poor guys probably so overworked he must’ve written it wrong ☹️
if y’all ever see him around tell him I need a new code!
ALEKS HJKSALS;ss THERE ARE TEARS IN MY EYES TOJI POINTING TO SOME WINDOWS STOP IT!! HIS BARE FEET WERE FRIGHTENING TO BEHOLD

Lost Promise | Robin Arellano/The New Boy
TW - Canon-type violence, heavily implied CSA
Tumblr media

A pinkish-orange sky, seemingly only just having been bright blue, became a momentary point of distraction. It was beautiful - the perfect kind of gradient painting that you’d see hanging up in a doctor’s office to relax patients. Robin Arellano quickly turned back to Finn though, glad to have gotten so much done. Although he was still worried about the test tomorrow, he was more confident that he’d be able to pass, at the very least.
Robin always felt so lucky to have someone like Finn. He just… Made everything better. Easier– or, maybe just worth the effort. He’d be expelled by now if he didn’t have him as a tutor, and even just as a friend. Since they began hanging out more often, he’d found that he was trying harder in school, actually caring about not getting suspended. And he was actually getting into less fights.
With the exception of today, of course.
It took Robin a moment to realize he was staring until he quickly looked back to the textbook.
“You think you’ll need any more practice?” The boy looked up at him, “I could just come up with some more problems off the top of my head.”
“I think I’ll be okay, actually. I understand it a lot better now, I can actually run through the process, y’know?”
“Yeah?” Finn smiled, “Good, glad it paid off. I’ll write some notes for you to memorize before the test, okay? Like flashcards.”
“Alright, thanks Finn.”
Smiling softly - not even visibly - Robin closed his notebook and folder, throwing them in his book bag carelessly followed by a loose pencil. He stood to stretch and grab his bottle of water. This gave him the opportunity to watch Finn as he wrote the notes on an index card. Robin found that he was gorgeous in the moment, just as he was every other. The sunset showing from the window next to him only complemented his natural beauty. It was a sweet moment he wished he could capture on camera if he wouldn't look like a creep while doing it.
But, who was he to be thinking these things about his best friend?
Taking a large chug of water, he tried to focus his attention elsewhere. Noticing it was only 6pm, he knew it was still two hours until Finn had to get back home. Wanting to take advantage of this opportunity, he thought of something to do in the meantime.
“You wanna stay for dinner? We can listen to the mixtape I made the other night.”
“Oh, I would, but I don’t wanna be walking home after dark. Cause…” Finn paused for a moment, hesitating and rephrasing what he was going to say. “The kidnappings.”
“Don’t worry about it, my mom can give you a ride.”
“Would she be okay with that?”
Robin chuckled, “You know she loves you like her own, Finn. She won’t mind.”
Laughing and rolling his eyes, Finn finally agreed and put the index card in Robin’s backpack, notably doing so in a more organized manner than the bag was used to, as it was tucked neatly into a folder. He didn’t seem to mind the mess, despite his own bag being much more orderly.
It was only a few minutes until they were called down for dinner. Finn always seemed to love eating with the Arellano’s. Even if it was kind of chaotic - he seemed to like the fact that they were all able to talk to each other without someone getting annoyed. And the food was amazing, of course - Stella was an amazing cook, and it was obvious she put a lot of effort in it.
It seemed to have everything his own family lacked.
Robin remembered a time where Finn was crying to him, rambling about how much he hated his father. He’d almost suggested the boy grab Gwen and a few important items and stay here, but he knew how the system worked.
It wasn’t legal, and his mom would get into trouble for it. Plus, getting caught would just get the siblings into even more danger.
For the time being, he just let them both stay the night when they needed to.
And everyone loved having them over anyways, so it wasn’t like it was a problem. Finn, especially, fit right into the family. It was almost too perfect to have a best friend like him.
Even if he wished sometimes that it was more than that.
Trying to continue pushing the thought from his mind, Robin tried to enjoy dinner like any normal person would. He stuffed his face full of food as if it were his last meal while Stella was in the kitchen, preparing dessert. Finn did the same though, sitting right beside him, enjoying one of the rare moments he actually got good food.
“Ew, Robin.” Cecilia playfully rolled her eyes.
“Oh shut up,” He spoke with his mouth full, “I don’t say anything when you’re being gross.”
“At least I don’t shove my face full of it like that.”
“Oh please, at least I don’t suck faces with Chris Showalter–”
She lightly kicked him under the table.
“Right in the living room too.” Finn added, laughing slightly.
“Hey!” Cecelia lowered her voice, “If you two don’t keep your mouths shut, I’m not taking you to the arcade next week.”
Not calling her bluff, the pair didn’t mention what they saw earlier as Stella came back to the dining room.
The rest of dinner went well. Finn thanked Stella profusely, as per usual, grateful to be included - especially on such short notice. She was always so accommodating and never complained - it would’ve felt wrong for him not to. Robin brought some soda and cookies upstairs for them while they listened to the mixtape.
“It’s just something I put together really. Just… Shit that reminded me of you, y’know?”
Robin tried to keep himself chill, and didn’t make a big deal out of it, casually putting in the tape and hitting play. Finn seemed interested, though - as he always did - and smiled as they both sat on the bed and listened to the music, the first song being from Fleetwood Mac. He and Finn had some slightly differing music tastes - Robin being more into rock than anything, but his friend never seemed to mind.
In the midst of it, Robin noticed him holding something small in his hands, and looked over, smiling.
“You still carry that around with you?”
Confused at first, Finn paused for a moment, then smiled. “Yeah, course I do. It’s helpful for– if it’s like, dark out, or I need self defense…” He started to stutter slightly.
“Good.” He took one last look at the spaceship. “Use it however you need. That’s why I got it in the first place.”
Finn smiled and nodded, holding it tightly in his hand.
“Oh, by the way, you can take the mixtape when you go.”
“Wait– are you sure??”
“Yeah. I’ll make another one - we can both have a copy that way.”
This moment in and of itself - just sitting and hanging out with his best friend, eating and talking about life - was beautiful. He didn’t always get moments of peace like this. Anything in school or in public always felt tense, like he had eyes on him. But this was different. It always was, with Finn. And he cherished that.
He hoped to have that for as long as possible.
»»——⍟——««
Counting up his cash, Robin was glad to seemingly have enough to get some decent snacks. It had taken a while to save up for this, and he was just glad to have enough for a night with Finn. He shoved the money back into his jean pockets, now looking straight ahead as he walked closer to the direction of the convenience store, taking in the fresh air.
After only a few moments, he saw a black van. He thought nothing of it, really. It was probably just some company van that a dude parked to take a bathroom break or something. But, as Robin approached, a man stepped out of the van. And… A weird one at that.
The man was pale, and wore a top hat with dark colored sunglasses in the middle of a dull fall. But his outfit - that was what weirded Robin out the most. He wore some kind of ugly black and red suit with a black cape that flowed softly in the wind. And, in a weird way, he thought the stranger looked ready for some kind of performance.
This man seemed headed in Robin’s direction - he knew there was no other person around, and this was probably bound to be incredibly dangerous. With the way that four boys had already turned up missing within the last year, he knew in his gut that something was wrong. He’d only wished he hadn’t been so stubborn to fight with his instincts.
Before he knew it, he and the man were only a few feet away, and Robin could immediately tell he had bad intentions. Something about his mannerisms… Was off. Besides, what was he even doing out here, if not heading to the convenience store in the opposite direction?
Robin clenched his fists tightly, preparing to plant his feet when he stopped walking as he kept an eye on the man who grew closer with a fake welcoming smile.
“Hey there, would you like to see a–”
“Not interested, I’m busy.”
Keeping himself on guard, Robin walked past the man, who now sighed and caught up to him. This made the boy immediately turn and force his arm back, elbowing him in the throat. That didn’t stop the man, though, as he only made a noise of distress and grabbed him violently, keeping the kid in his arms tightly as he reached in his coat for a canister.
“LET ME THE FUCK GO YOU–”
The man sprayed some kind of bug poison or cleaner into Robin’s mouth, forcing his throat to stop the cries for help, and then into his eyes, making his vision go dark and blurry. Still, though, he didn’t give up on fighting for freedom, even if he had to blindly run into a nearby store. He threw vicious and frantic punches, which, although well aimed, didn’t get him out of the man’s grasp. Instead, he felt something stab him in his upper arm, only making him more panicked and desperate. Despite his efforts, he was thrown into the back of a van, fighting until the moment he inevitably passed out.
»»——⍟——««
Robin wasn’t sure what exactly woke him up, but when he did enough to be able to see, he found the man – his kidnapper, was sitting beside him. He now wore a mask, though, and ditched the whole outfit he was wearing earlier.
…It was still the same day, right?
Mostly out of instinct, Robin sat up and prepared himself to fight. But his vision only got more spotty, and his head felt like it was vibrating. He found he could hardly even breathe right, and suddenly became aware of every little function his body was performing.
“Oh good morning,” The man laughed lightheartedly, “Sorry about the whole uh… Needle situation, you are quite the fighter! You know you even kinda remind me of someone…”
Robin stared at the man for a few moments, slowly putting the pieces together in his head. He felt stupid in hindsight, realizing that this was The Grabber. The same man who had taken Griffin Stagg, Billy Showalter, Vance Hopper, Bruce Yamada… And now him.
“You’re… The fucking Grabber.”
“The who?” He laughed again, “Sorry, I’m not sure I know who that is.”
Robin slurred his words slightly, “Everyone knows The Grabber dumbass, he’s… Everywhere in the papers…”
“Hmm, must be some other guy.”
He only felt himself become more pissed off. As he tried to look around, the room spun, and he couldn’t get an exact idea of what to do. He was obviously drugged, but had no idea with what, or how long it would last.
“Th-they’re gonna find me… You can’t get away with this, you pedazo de mierda.”
“Aw, calm down… Nobody’ll find you down here, but I’ll let you go eventually anyways.”
“I don’t believe you…”
The Grabber laughed, “Well you don’t have to believe me, José.”
Robin scowled at the remark, trying to connect his body with his consciousness to get some kind of fight in him. It only worked for a few seconds at a time, before he just became dizzy and nauseous again.
“Well I’ll leave you to your own devices there for a little bit… To get yourself together, there.” The Grabber chuckled, “But don’t worry, I’ll be back soon. I’ve just got to… Take care of something.”
“Vete al infierno, maldito pedo.”
The Grabber seemed to pause for a moment, but then went silent and left the basement, slamming the door behind him.
Robin leaned against the wall behind him, slowly starting to lose consciousness again.
»»——⍟——««
When Robin woke up again, he was less dizzy - not by a lot, but enough to get up and move around. It was also dark out now, as he could see from the window, and the entire basement was extremely dark. Of course the fucker would leave no kind of lighting down here… So he’d have to get up and walk extremely carefully, getting a close look.
Standing up from the bed, Robin moved his hand along the wall, feeling for anything notable, and found his hand touching something cold and hard hanging on the wall. He stopped and further investigated it, and getting closer, he realized it was a phone.
He knew there was no way The Grabber would leave him down here, alone with a working phone. There was a cord not connected to anything that just confirmed his suspicions. But still, he didn’t rule it out, and picked the phone up off the receiver. He heard nothing, but still tried to dial the three magic numbers.
Nothing. Obviously.
Robin felt stupid for even trying it.
Whatever - he had to continue investigating before that bastard came back down here.
In the dark, Robin couldn’t exactly find much of anything. A small hallway, a toilet, some random carpets… But nothing really useful to him right now. He figured he could get a better look and figure something out once it was daylight again.
But honestly, he had no idea how long that would be. And he was starving.
It was weird - even to him - to find himself hoping that man would come down here. He hated it. The thought of that sick fuck made his skin crawl, but god was he hungry, and wanted to fight him.
If he was more on guard this time, he’d at least have a higher chance of winning this time.
Why was he so weak in that fight outside the van?
What did he do wrong?
Robin had no idea how long he was sitting there, rethinking the moment he was kidnapped, going through and criticizing his own every move. But, after however long it was, it was still dark out, and the basement lights had suddenly turned on.
He immediately stood and planted his feet, facing the door and clenching his fists tight, preparing himself mentally.
When the door opened, The Grabber walked through, holding a tray with a plate of eggs and some bottle of soda. The bottom half of his mask was now blank - a contrast from the smile he had on earlier.
“Well hi there. Are you up and ready for supper?”
“The fuck did you put in that?”
“Oh please, I’d have no reason to tamper with your food!”
The Grabber laughed, now placing it down on the floor. “Now I know I promised to keep you some company, but I’ve got a few… Errands to run real quick, shouldn’t be longer than half an hour.”
Robin didn’t respond, staring at him as he waved.
“I’ll see you soon!”
The man left without another word. Robin was so glad to finally have something to eat that he almost didn’t notice that the door wasn’t shut all the way.
Walking closer, Robin paused.
The door was unlocked.
This fucking dumbass left the goddamn door unlocked while leaving the house.
Knowing he’d end up having to run, Robin took advantage of the food that was left here, trying to get as much excess energy as he could. He had a limited time window so he ate and drank as fast as he ever had before, taking one more swig of faith before standing up and opening the door.
The basement entrance looked pretty fucking normal for a shithead creep of a person. It was unsettling, but he had absolutely no time to dwell on it, confidently walking up the stairs and swinging the door open once more. And only a few steps out, he paused, losing all color left in his face as he saw The Grabber sitting there, knowingly, waiting for the biggest fuckup of Robin’s life with a belt in hand.
Shit.
This was it, wasn’t it? He was going to die in this ugly fucking house and there was nothing he could do about it.
He wouldn’t ever get to say goodbye to his mother. His sister.
To Finn.
Finn was probably worried sick, already paranoid about the local kidnapper, and had no one else aside from Gwen to defend him. They couldn’t have any more movie nights, or days at the arcade, or lazy days just watching TV or listening to music.
This was it.
But it didn’t have to be.
Robin planted his feet and raised his fists, watching as The Grabber approached.
“I didn’t say you could leave yet, did I? Naughty boy…”
And Robin tried. He was a great fighter - he could’ve sworn that he would’ve won at some points, but he just wasn’t enough. He was still a kid. Fighting Moose was different than fighting a 40 or 50 something year-old man.
It just wasn’t enough.
Robin wasn’t conscious through all of it. Similar to when he was drugged, he kept falling in and out of consciousness. The last solid memory he had was being grabbed and thrown down into the basement, hitting the floor with enough force to break skin in multiple places, and create a stabbing pain all throughout his head.
In the next moment, and for many after that, he felt himself being beaten brutally with that fucking belt. He’s never been in a fight that hurt this bad. Even his earlier ones weren’t this bad. It made sense though. Everyone he’s ever fought was around his age, and didn’t use belt buckles like some fucking creep.
There were points where he tried to fight back.
Robin did manage to get in at least a few good punches and kicks. He’d only wished he had enough strength to put him in a headlock or something. Anything that would give him some kind of advantage.
But he only grew weaker and more limp as he passed in and out. It got to the point where he had no more fight left in him. Physically, and mentally. He gave up. He’d done what he could, and still ended up failing. All he could think to do was try to space out or lose consciousness again as he felt himself be undressed and violated. He tried not to think about it. He tried to think of happier moments in his life than… This. He tried to remember his mother, sister, and uncle. When he had recently watched Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and had gotten the idea to invite Finn with his uncle, who was completely down to the idea. And how he and his mother would go shopping together when they got a decent sum of money. And how he and Cecelia would bicker, but always bounced back and defended each other. Like when Robin covered for her when she snuck out for that party. And of course, the few memories he had of his father, all held in the bandana he always wore.
And Finn.
He never really even got to tell Finn the truth - why he had lingering stares, and always wanted to hang out, and gave him good gifts nearly every suiting holiday despite not having a lot of money to buy them with.
Why he made that mixtape.
Despite that, Robin needed this to end now. He wasn’t strong enough for this kind of thing - he could’ve never prepared himself for something like this. All he knew at this point was that the more he fought, the more The Grabber got violent.
And he did have a knife with him, too.
The Grabber could end this for good if he were pushed far enough.
Robin did everything he could think of. He spit in the man’s face, bit him, kicked him, hit him, and tried to get away. He watched as the man’s temper worsened, despite the fact that the boy couldn’t even do any kind of damage in this state anyway. He was pissed and fed up with the inconveniences, and that much was easy to tell.
It didn’t feel quick, though.
He had always watched characters in movies die pretty quickly from stab wounds in the abdomen area, like how he was. But his death did not feel that fast. He could’ve sworn that he was laying there, bleeding out under The Grabber for hours.
But then again, he didn’t actually have a way of finding out.
Robin Miguel Arellano gave into the darkness, only wishing that Finn wouldn’t end up making the same mistake that he had.
»»——⍟——««
He found himself confused as he sat on the bed again, having to watch as his body was carried someplace else while he, himself, couldn’t actually leave. He tried to leave the basement, which shockingly worked, but he found himself stuck in the house. It was bullshit - he was dead for fuck’s sake, what more did the world want from him? Because god fucking forbid he check on Finn or his family.
Burying his head in his hands, he soon heard some soft voices approaching closer. He almost ignored it before he realized that all those other kids The Grabber had kidnapped were probably stuck here too, for god-knows how long. He… Wasn’t exactly thrilled to find out he had roommates, but it’d at least give him some company while he waited to… Move on? Or whatever was bound to happen after this.
He looked up and saw an array of four other kids. One of them was literally just that - a kid. He looked like he could’ve been in elementary school or something. Another was the local paperboy, and Cecelia’s boyfriend’s brother; Billy Showalter? The one who was sulking in the corner went to school with him, and got into a lot of fights. The kid standing right next to him was some baseball player he recognized from one of Finn’s games.
He was… Weirded out as he found out that he only remembered one of their names. And yet, as he tried to introduce himself with his own… Nothing came to mind.
How does someone forget their own name?
The new boy was frankly glad that he wasn’t alone in not remembering his own identity. The group seemed to have their own way of referring to each other though, and the system was working so far. They were… Weird nicknames, that was for sure, but it worked for the time being. Though he… Wasn’t exactly fond of his.
Hell, it was better than what The Grabber called him, though.
The new boy sighed, “So we just… Have to sit and wait?”
“Basically,” The paperboy nodded, “Not like we have another choice. Trust me, we’ve all tried everything…”
“But I’m sure someone will come around and escape.” The baseball player added.
“That’s so… Morbid? And kinda sad.”
“Well, we can’t do anything else about it.” The paperboy stood, looking at everyone sadly.
“We tried the phone with almost everyone, and no one ever hears it.” The kid mumbled.
The new boy was silent for a few moments, trying to take this all in. And it was… A lot, but he knew this couldn’t be it for them. Someone was bound to hear the phone, or outsmart The Grabber. He just… He had to be the last to die. He hoped to be, really. No one deserved to go through this. Not even the rockstar, who, although had a mean streak, was still a kid like the rest of them.
Despite all that, he didn't want to have to outgrow his nickname.
“But if the… Even if the next person hears the phone, what do we even tell him?”
Everyone looked at each other, confused.
“I guess we never really had the chance to think about it…” The kid shrugged.
Nodding, the new boy thought for a moment. “Well, let’s make a plan, then… If– when someone hears the phone ring, we need to be prepared. We can’t waste a life like that… Whoever he ends up being, we need a plan that works for him. Something versatile.”
“...I found out there’s a freezer full of meat in the storage room next to the bathroom.” The rockstar, who was sitting in the corner with the baseball player, mumbled.
Everyone looked over at him before he spoke again. “I think– I know he ended up putting a lock on it after he killed me, and he just got a dog. If he brings that thing down here to attack some kid, he could use that to his advantage.”
The new boy nodded, “That’s good, we could use that… Now we need something that could take that hijo de puta down.”
“What if he fell into a hole?”
The words of the baseball player caught everyone off guard.
“...What?” The rockstar finally asked.
“No seriously! When I was down here, I dug a hole really deep to tunnel out, and that’s what… Y’know. But I struggled to get out of it when he caught me.”
“It could be a point of vulnerability,” The new boy nodded, “You’re right, that could work. But we need a way to get him in there. And… Well, keep him in there long enough.”
“What if they put the thing on the window in the hole?” The kid suggested.
“Yeah,” The baseball player nodded, “At an angle… That could probably get him stuck down there. Maybe even break his ankle if we’re lucky. And he has carpets, so the hole could be hidden in the meantime.”
“But wouldn’t that make it harder to get him stuck?” The new boy shook his head.
After a few moments, the paperboy sighed. “What if something tripped him and made him fall in?”
The new boy hesitated, “What do you mean?”
“Well, I mean, I hid a cable, right in that wall over there.” He pointed to the wall opposite the bed, “If it’s set up a certain way, he’d surely fall in. But he’d probably have to be chasing his victim.”
“It could still work… I think. As long as whoever’s next thinks about it enough.”
“Yeah, if the next one hears it.” The paperboy said doubtfully. “What even really is the chance that someone hears it…?”
“Who knows?” The new boy shrugged, “But if there’s a chance someone does, we need to be prepared.”
Everyone was silent for a few moments as they all had a streak of hope in such a long time. All they really had to do was solidify their plan, and wait. It was simple enough. There was a reason they were all forced to be kept there, and this was why.
To break the pattern.
And to give that son of a bitch what he deserved.
»»——⍟——««
A few days in that basement felt like centuries. It was hardly tolerable, but the new boy had no other choice. Their only current option was to wait and get to know each other in that time. It sucked. Obviously. He couldn’t think of a situation that would suck any more than this. But, he was frankly just glad he wasn’t alone. He had four other people that had been through almost the exact same thing as him. And they all got along decently.
It could’ve been worse.
In the few days the new boy had been there, he noticed something… Crucial about the rockstar and the baseball player. Something he would’ve ignored under normal circumstances.
Those “normal circumstances” being if he didn’t think he was in love with his best friend when he was still alive.
The new boy and the baseball player found themselves in a rare moment of being alone together upstairs, watching the neighborhood from the window as everyone else was downstairs.
After many moments of hesitation, the new boy finally spoke.
“Hey um… I’ve been meaning to ask you something.”
“Yeah sure, what’s up?” The baseball player turned to him.
Taking a deep breath, he avoided eye contact. “So you and uh, rockstar… You guys are like, dating right?”
“Yeah…” He almost seemed scared to answer, “Why?”
“I-I’m not against it or anything, I promise it’s nothing like that.”
The baseball player seemed relieved by this, “Oh, cool.”
“I was just wondering… How did you know?”
“That I like guys?” He thought for a moment. “Well… I dunno. I mean, it all started when I first met him, I think. I noticed one day that he always had a bandana in his back left pocket. So I did some… Research… And figured out what it meant.”
“What does it mean?”
“It’s… Basically a discreet way of saying you’re queer.”
“Oh.”
“Yeah. So I ended up making a move on him one day. Then we started sneaking out and seeing each other and… Yeah. We started dating. I never knew what it was about him. Everyone else was scared of him, y’know? But… He never scared me. I never feel threatened, and he makes me feel… Like nothing else matters. And I get this weird feeling in my stomach whenever I see him… I think, in your heart, deep down, you just know.”
The new boy was silent for a while, thinking as he looked out the window into the street. He knew this feeling all too well, and it made his heart feel heavy. The silence was only broken when the baseball player spoke again.
“Why do you ask?”
“...I think I’m queer too. I think… I was in love with my best friend.”
»»——⍟——««
A gust of both sadness and hope flew into the new boy’s soul when he heard that another person had been kidnapped, only a week after he had been. Everything in him was crushed and filled with despair when he saw who The Grabber’s next victim was, though. Everyone else noticed when he was at a full stop, watching the sixth victim sleep on the tattered mattress.
“Hey, what’s wrong…?” The baseball player slowly asked.
“It’s him… He fucking got Finn…”
By then, the new boy had told everyone about his best friend. The baseball player, though, was the only one who knew how much this guy actually meant to him.
At that moment, the new boy felt as if he had failed Finn. Sure, he technically didn’t know that he’d be next… And he had no way of warning him. Or protecting him. But something must’ve gone wrong somewhere, where he could’ve done something. Finn was terrified of the idea of The Grabber - he wouldn’t even speak the name - and he was cautious. Always.
So what could've happened in the time he was gone?
Had Finn grown careless or rebellious after his disappearance?
Without a second thought, the new boy picked up the phone and called. But, it seemed like Finn was deep asleep from whatever drugs The Grabber had been giving them all.
“We’ll try again.” The new boy said with a tremble in his voice. “We’ll try again when he’s awake.”
»»——⍟——««
After the last call, the new boy - Robin - was noticeably more quiet. He had to come to terms with the fact that this was the last conversation he’d ever have with Finn. And that this was the most closure either of them would ever get. It was fucking devastating. And all he could do was watch, and hope, and root for him.
Just as he told him to do, Finn practices for hours, and just as Robin promised, he never left his side. There were moments in those few days where he couldn’t bear to be down there in that basement while that… That man hurt him. As much as he did want to be there with him the entire time, he couldn’t just stand there and watch everything while being unable to stop it. It made him too angry. Too sad. It was too much - to go through it himself, and to watch the boy he fell for go through the same.
When that fight did finally end, Robin couldn’t be more proud of him.
Out of everyone there, he was so glad that Finn was the one to have not only survived, but killed that bastard.
It was all he could’ve hoped for.
All he could do now was follow Finn up the basement stairs and hope he’d finally be able to leave and follow his best friend to safety with the others following behind them.
Robin squinted at the light - which frankly, wasn’t even really bright, as it was still fall - but took a moment to adjust as he finally left the house. Though, he knew that everyone else was trapped in that place for much longer. Still, it was a lot to adjust to, even after two weeks.
Across the street, where The Grabber supposedly kept the bodies, police officers and EMT’s came out with stretchers that had full body bags on them. He had honestly expected to move onto whatever was next at that moment, but was too focused on Finn to listen to the conversation the others were having across the street. He only followed as Gwen and Finn were reunited.
Robin smiled very softly, his heart fluttering as he finally realized that Finn was safe from everything that happened within the last year. He didn’t have to worry anymore - the boy was able to take care of himself now, and that’s all he’s ever wanted since he realized he wasn’t leaving that basement alive.
He didn’t even realize he was starting to fade away until the kid spoke to him.
Robin wasn’t… Exactly fond of the fact he didn’t seem to have a choice in when his soul was going to move on. Even though Finn was safe, he still wanted to be there. He wanted to stay with his friend, just as his father had done in ‘Nam.
But making a fuss over it wasn’t going to change anything.
It was his time.
He hid this disdain he held as he said his goodbyes to the friends he’d made in the past two weeks. It was weird being the last to arrive and first to leave, but he was sure they’d be able to handle themselves now too, until it was time for all of them to leave.
And in a weird way, he’d miss them.
Robin went back to Finn in his last moments, watching him, remembering all the good times they had before this. All the years of friendship. He was sad he wasn’t able to see him grow more - that they wouldn’t be able to grow together. They wouldn’t be going into high school together, or graduate, or drink together for the first time.
But no matter what happened in the moments leading up to Finn’s own death, Robin would still wait with open arms. Even if he took another person to prom, or married someone else, or had his own kids. Even if he didn’t know the truth, and never would. Robin was okay with that. Or, at least, he knew he had to be.
“I love you, Finn.”

The Cult Of Dionysus
Masterlist
Chapter 3
Y'all remember that fic I wrote a while back named British V-Sign? Well I turned it into a shitty chapter fic. You’re welcome and I’m sorry
Character’s belong to: @lumosinlove
TW/CW: Swearing, Mentions of drugs, drug usage, Underage drinking, Smut, Therapy, Not Happy Ending.
Clay was jittery like he always was before a show, he hadn’t taken anything in a while but that was because he was trying to stop. Unlike Leo who is two lines of blow down and Melony joined him. He needed something to calm down but everything around him was something he was trying to quit. Maybe some take some xanax that was technically prescribed to Melony but she shares, because he knows they don’t do much for her… he stands up from where he was sitting and puts a bar in his mouth from the shitty ziplock bag they had on their dressing room table. He chugged an entire water bottle before crushing it and throwing it at Leo's head. He smiles when Leo drops his cigarette because the bottle hit his forehead.
“On in fifteen guys.” Peter pokes his head in the room and quickly closes the door when that same water bottle flies at his face, bouncing off the wall landing on Melony’s shoe. They all stand up, Leo checks the mirror, perfecting his smudgy eyeliner that Melony taught him how to do. It became their signature after the first concert. Like a good luck superstition with hockey. Leo started his normal routine before the show. Doing a mixture of different stretches, Calf raises, arms behind his back, a bridge up from the floor and many others. He would pace three times forward and three times backwards.
They were all wearing the same thing tonight. Black skinny jeans with various rips, white shirts with hearts all over them like their last album release, a red converse and a white converse. Melony’s hair was up in a high ponytail, Clay’s hair was also up tonight in a bun with a couple of his thin locs out by his face. The one that always is in front of his nose bugging him but he refuses to pin it back somehow. Leo’s hair was his normal wild and fluffy blonde curls in his face. He didn’t really care.
He shook his head twice and looked at his bandmates.
“It’s show time.” They walk out into the hall, it's always Melony, Leo and then Clay. They start walking towards the stage, getting into their usual cocky personas. His mom was there, standing right in front of the curtain waiting for them. She smiles, wishing them luck placing gentle kisses on their cheeks. Leo gives her a tight hug before they go out.
“I miss you.” She says but his ears are ringing so loud as everything he took starts to set in, he just squeezes her before he follows Melony on stage. He hears the crowd chatting but no one can tell they are on stage yet. He takes this time as he puts on his guitar that his dad made for him, to look out into the crowd. Looking for the faces he knows. He spots Sergei and some other people he recognises from the team pictures Sergei posts. He sees Pascal, he's met him a few times, but he doesn’t see the two he is looking for. Maybe they didn’t come. He sighs, putting on his mic, they stopped using regular stand mics a few shows ago because they felt like it prevented them from actually performing. He looks at Clay who is a couple feet away from him and nods, they both look back at Melony who gives them a thumbs up. They all breathe in at the same time. It was peaceful.
After the show Leo was sweaty, taking off his shirt to use it as a rag to wipe his face. He sits down on the couch in their dressing room and sighs. Clay sits next to him while Melony decides to go to the merch stand to say hello to people. She was definitely the most social out of the three of them. Clay looked exhausted, there was no way they were going out after this. The adrenaline from being on stage and other things is leaving their system making it so they could barely keep their eyes open.
“I think that went well.” Clay puts his head on Leo’s shoulder and closes his eyes. Leo hums in agreement and they sit in silence for a few minutes. They don’t bother opening their eyes when the door opens, expecting it to be Melony. Leo cracks one of his eyes open, his cheek ends up on Clay’s head at some point. He smiles, closing his eyes again.
“Hey Dad.” He breathes in deeply through his nose and stretches when Clay takes his head off his shoulder. Standing up he walks over to his dad and hugs him. Wyatt has made all the instruments they play, it’s a family business that he was proud of to no end.
“You sounded great out there, Bud.” He stumbles a bit as Leo puts his full weight on him without even meaning to. Feeling really dizzy all of a sudden. “I think you should go to your hotel, get some sleep and not… you know.” Leo  doesn’t really hear what he said but nods. He smiles at his dad who gives him a kiss on the cheek. They hear a knock on the door, which no one knocks on so that was kinda weird. Wyatt decides it's time for him to go. “Call me when you wake up. We need to figure out when we can celebrate your birthday. 20 is a big year!” Wyatt smiles, messing up Leo’s hair like he always does before he leaves. “I love you, Bud.”
“I love you too Dad.” He watches his dad open the door.
Finn and Logan are there.

Brotherly Love - TSITP
Remember me? I’ve had such writers block but stories have been brewing my head. I just haven’t had a lot of passion to write this year, I’ve been really burned out creatively. But, I watched The Summer I Turned Pretty show and I have some Conrad focused sickfics I’ve been working on. In 2015, after reading the series, I actually wrote a Conrad sickfic on Fanfiction.net so I might rewrite it since I never finished it lol
 Here’s the first one!
Jeremiah shines in this story as we see his nurturing capabilities be put to the test. I'm basing this story off of the episode where Conrad is hungover and Jere helps him recover.
Conrad wakes up with a stomach flu the day of Beach Day. Laurel and Susannah are out on the town while the kids go to the beach for the day.
CW: mention of vomit, not graphic
Posted on AO3 and Wattpad
Inspired by this scene in the gif below (S1 E2 Summer Dress)
Tumblr media
Conrad walked down the flight of stairs feeling lightheaded and sick to his stomach. He held onto the railing trying to balance himself and get to the kitchen all in one piece. He slept like crap all night, tossing and turning as nausea crept up on him around 5 o'clock in the morning.
As he made it into the kitchen, he was startled by his younger brother's tenacity. "Conrad! There you are! We're about to leave for the beach. You coming?" he cried, grinning with his pearly whites, standing by the counter in front of an open backpack.
Conrad looked at him trying to find the energy to speak. He closed his eyes briefly while holding onto the edge of the breakfast bar with his hands to regain his balance. He took a deep breath and re-opened them to see his brother still standing there waiting for a response.
Making eye contact with a perky Jeremiah, Conrad said "Nah, you guys go. I feel sick" running one hand through his messy hair.
Jeremiah's golden retriever energy immediately vanished when he noticed his brother's sluggish behavior and the color sapped from his face. Jere's smiley grin turned to a concerned frown as he observed Conrad's slow breathing and bright pink cheeks.
"Woah. You don't look good" Jeremiah said seeing his complexion closer, holding up his palm to feel Conrad's boiling forehead.
"Duuddee! Go lie on the couch. I'll take care of ya before I have to leave" he said all chipper racing over to the fridge to grab some water.
"Okay" Conrad whispered taking his time as he slowly walked over to the couch. His head and vision felt foggy.
He lay his head on a pillow covering himself with the only blanket he could find and closed his eyes. The sound of Jeremiah whispering to himself and the opening and closing of the kitchen cabinets made it impossible for him to relax.
Once he finally felt like he was about to sleep, he jolted awake. "Hey! Do you have a cough or anything?" Jeremiah hollered from the other room making a ruckus.
"No. It's just my stomach and head" he said softly.
"Ah, okay!" the boy shouted again. Conrad winced in annoyance.
Finally, it was silent. Conrad sighed feeling relieved as his head kept pounding. He started to rub his temples hoping to ease the pain when he felt a gentle shake of his arm. He slowly opened his eyes to see his brother squatting by the couch with a bottle of Tylenol, a thermometer, and a water bottle.
"Where's Mom and Laurel?" Conrad whispered. Jeremiah jokingly scoffed, "Am I doing a bad job already?"
"No, no. You're doing fine. I'm just asking" he muttered taking the cold water from his hands.
"Mom and Laurel went in town for the day. That's why we all decided to do a beach day. Bummer you have to miss out" he said sincerely, taking a seat on the edge of the couch looking up at his older brother as he chugged the water bottle.
"Thanks. I was super lightheaded" Conrad explained, putting the empty plastic water bottle on the coffee table.
Jeremiah held up a thermometer, "Alright, I've gotta go soon but I'll let Mom know you're hanging here" he said handing the small digital instrument to him.
"Thanks," he said before sticking it under his tongue.
Jeremiah sat looking around the room while they waited. He pulled out his phone to text his mother and Steven to tell him he was just finishing up at the house.
Beep.
Jeremiah shot up from his phone jolting out of focus and leaned over to grab the thermometer from his brother's mouth.
"Yep, you're sick" he said examining the reading. Conrad perched his eyebrows waiting for the verdict.
"100.1" he announced, setting the instrument down on the coffee table and picking up the bottle of Tylenol. "Take this and get some rest. Text me if you need anything, I'll just be down at the beach" he instructed grinning softly.
Conrad nodded the blanket up to his neck.
"Thanks, Jere" he whispered and closed his eyes.
---
Once Jeremiah made it down to the beach, Belly's face lit up at the sight of him. "Hey!! What took you so long?" she asked.
"Conrad was supposed to come with us but he's sick" Jeremiah explained putting his backpack down on the blanket.
"Is he okay?" she asked looking like she'd seen a ghost.
"Oh, yeah. He'll be fine, Bells! We'll stay here while he gets some rest. But you stay with us. My Mom would kill me if you got sick before the Deb Ball" he said taking a seat right next to her in the sand.
"Oh my God, I'll be fine. Don't treat me like a baby" she said throwing a handful of sand at him. Jeremiah squealed and laughed, "Oh, you're on!" he said glaring at her. He packed sand in his fist and stood up to throw it on her head.
Belly yelped quickly shooting up and booking it toward the ocean laughing ferociously in the process as she made it to the water.
###
When Jeremiah returned to the house, Conrad was nowhere in sight. He looked around the living room anxiously to search for him. Where could he be in their average-sized house? he thought until he heard soft footsteps coming out of the bathroom.
"Oh, hey" Conrad said slowly walking over to the couch he'd been occupying all day.
"You okay?" Jeremiah said his pupils dilated, trying to process what was happening in front of him.
"Yeah, I'm fine. I just got a little sick but I think I'm done now" he said nodding his head and sitting back down on the couch.
Jeremiah's hands flung in the air, "Alright... Well, I'm heading to the store. I'll pick up some more Gatorade and Ginger Ale just to have in the fridge. Need anything?" he asked nervously.
Jeremiah could handle almost anything. But puking was his one deal breaker.
"Sure, that sounds good. I think I have a stomach flu or something. So weird" he announced lying his legs down and throwing the blanket over top of him to get comfortable again.
Jeremiah grimaced shivering at the image forming in his head and grabbed his car keys, "Hm, weird. Be right back!" he said sprinting out the door.
###
Conrad slept disheveled on the couch snoring softly. His quiet nature following him to sleep when the back door shut loudly jolting him out of a sound sleep. He groaned as he realized the nausea still lingered and sweat stuck to his basketball shorts and t-shirt.
"Sorry" Belly whispered running through the foyer. Her footsteps were loud enough to fully wake him. She stopped in her tracks to peak over into the living room. "Shit" she muttered cursing herself for not obeying Jere's commands.
Conrad swung his feet over the couch and cocked his head to see her.
"Sssh" he said blinking his tired eyes at her.
She froze cursing herself knowing Jere was going to have some words with her if he knew she'd come into contact with his brother.
"I'm sorry!" she said.
Conrad perched his eyebrows and yawned.
The front door shut as Jeremiah walked into the foyer holding plastic bags. He was furious.
"Belly. What are you doing in here?" he barked in a whisper turning his head to see Conrad fully awake waving at him.
Jeremiah groaned. "What did I tell you!"
"I'm sorry. I really am. I just uh came in to fix my bathing suit."
"Fix your bathing suit and come right back down. We're going back to the beach. That's final" Jeremiah commanded. His face grew beat red and his eyebrows cocked in anger.
Belly nodded at Jeremiah's command running to the steps leading to her bedroom.
"Ugh. I told her to leave you alone. I'll be in deep shit if anything happens to her before the Deb Ball" Jeremiah explained to his brother.
Conrad chuckled, "It's fine. She didn't mean it" he said yawning.
"How ya feeling?" he asked
Conrad shrugged, "I've been better. My headache's mostly gone though" he said folding the blanket and leaving it on the couch.
"Nice, nice" Jeremiah said, plastic bags still in his hands. "I'll go put these away" he motioned to the bags turning around toward the kitchen.
"I think I'm just gonna go up to bed" Conrad said letting out a long yawn, walking into the kitchen to the extra pair of steps.
"Good idea. It's probably quieter. I hope we didn't bother you"
"Nah, you're good" he replied disappearing into the abyss.
###
After a much-needed day of rest and hydrating, Conrad's nausea finally subsided by the evening. He rubbed the sleep out of his eyes and pulled out his phone composing a much-needed message.
C: Thanks for being there today. Hope it wasn't too bad.
J: Dude np! anytime. That's what brothers are for :)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Authors Note: I love Conrad and Jere's brotherly bond. Jeremiah is so caring and has a big heart, so I hope I was able to capture it in this story!

So replaying Our Life: Beginnings & Always (Again) I thought:
Well, Covah, likes to wear dresses and skirts sometimes.
Wouldn’t it make sense if he encouraged Cove to try a dress at least once?
So I wrote a tiny drabble for that! And drew a pic for it cause I had to.
This would take place between Step 2 and 3 when the two are 16. And they’re still mutually pining morons who don’t think the other feels the same.
Drabble that goes with this under the cut (not beta read) - Enjoy!
"Ugh," Covah leaned his head back, eyes pinched closed, "It's hot."
Cove looked from where he was knee deep in the ocean, running his hand through his growing hair. It was long enough for a small ponytail now- which is how he'd done it today. And every day since it became long enough. Kept it out of his way.
He squinted up at the sun himself, using his hand to shield his eyes, "Yeah. It is."
Covah got up from his gothic spot on the sand (complete with dark umbrella and dark towel to lounge on/under), and dusted any errant sand particles off of himself, "This was a bad day for full pants. I'm gonna go change and get some water."
"Probably a good idea," Cove hummed, "Mind if I come with? Just for water."
"Sure," Covah  smiled, and waited for Cove to get out of the water and dry off the best he could with his own haphazardly placed towel, and then put his glasses back on.
They hiked it up the hill to Covah's house, and entered. Covah sighed in relief at the feeling of air conditioning on his face.
Honeysuckle perked up from where she lay on the floor when she heard someone enter, tail wagging happily. Covah hadn't brought her to the beach, thinking it too hot for the poor pup. She got up and padded over to Covah, angling for pets.
Covah smiled and patted her head gently, giving a small, "Hey, girl, miss me? I'm only here for a minute."
Honeysuckle licked his hands happily in reply.
Covah chuckled before walking over to the fridge, sticking his face into it, "You actually want water, Seabird?" He grunted, "I have this weird fruity drink monstrosity mom got everyone- it doesn't actually sound good to me."
"What's in it?" Cove hummed, dusting sand off of himself at the entryway to the house. He’d clean it up the best he could, knowing Covah’s moms hated sand in the house.
“Uh-” Covah pulled the offending bottle out of the fridge and read the label, “Orange, passion fruit, guava-”
“Guava?” Cove snorted at the name.
“It’s a fruit,” Covah motioned, over his shoulder, “Really sweet tropical shit.”
“Sure, I’ll try it.” Cove hummed in interest, “I like orange juice, so it shouldn't be too bad.”
Covah closed the fridge and walked back over to Cove, passing him the bottle of juice and having his own bottle of water. Covah opened his bottle and chugged the whole thing in three long gulps.
Cove purposefully looked away from the bobbing of Covah’s Adam's apple, fiddling with the plastic wrapping around the lid of the drink he had.
“Ah- better-” Covah sighed in relief, tossing the empty bottle into the recycle bin, “Now come help me pick out an outfit.”
“You really need to pick out a whole new outfit just for going back to the beach?” Cove asked, even if he already knew the answer.
“No, but I want to,” Covah shrugged, “You don’t have to help if you don’t wanna.”
“The beach is gonna be boring without you though,” Cove shrugged back, "’Sides, I should cool off and drink my drink before heading back out."
Covah nodded, "Good idea. Come on then."
They walked together up the stairs, Honeysuckle following after them like… well, like a lost dog. They made it into Covah's room, Cove plopping into Covah's desk chair while Covah opened his closet with a hum.
Honeysuckle sat in front of Cove. Cove smiled at the goofy dog and leaned forward, scratching behind her ears. She panted happily at the sensation.
"Hm," Covah thought aloud, "I could do a dress-" He fingered one sundress, a white sleeveless thing, "But I don't-" A hand went to his right arm. Where his scars were.
Cove frowned. Covah was always self conscious of his arms. Thought people would stare at the horrible wounds raked across him- which only seemed to grow and worsen with age. Unlike Cove's own scar. "Don't want to today?" Some days Covah was confident and could wear sleeveless things or t-shirts. Others….
"Yeah," Covah sighed, sounding defeated.
"You could throw a jacket over it," Cove suggested, pointing to the pile of jackets Covah had.
"Too hot for that," Covah hummed, "No, I think-.... Ah-!" Covah smiled and pulled out a short, blue denim dress. It had long sleeves, but they were off the shoulder, white, puffy things. They looked thin and breezy. "This should work. And then-" He went to his dresser with a hum, putting the dress over his arm so he could use both hands to dig through his drawers.
Covah gave a small "ahah!" after a moment and pulled out some thin, sunflower patterned white tights. "These and some boots. Maybe my sun hat. Perfect."
Cove smiled at Covah brightening at the prospect of putting on a cute, breezy outfit for the day. It almost never failed to cheer Covah up to put together something nice to wear.
"I'm gonna go change in the bathroom," Covah hiked a finger across the hall, before pointing at the bottle Cove still hadn't opened, "You drink your juice."
"Yes officer," Cove smiled sarcastically as Covah left the room. Honeysuckle laid down as soon as Covah left, staying with Cove.
Cove opened the drink as soon as Covah left and closed the bathroom door, taking a sip-
"Oh that's weird," Cove looked at the bottle of juice with a cocked brow.
"Yeah?!" Covah called from the bathroom, still able to hear Cove from there. It was just across the hall, after all.
"Not a bad weird!" Cove called back, "Just- Different!"
"Different how?!" Cove could hear the jingling of zippers as Covah moved in the bathroom.
"It's like-" Cove took another sip, "Tangy but also sweet at the same time."
"Huh-" There was a shuffle of fabric, "But good?"
"I like it," Cove nodded, taking another sip.
"Good!" the bathroom door re-opened, "I'm glad you like it." Covah re-entered the room, having fully changed and carrying his old clothes over his arm. "What you think?"
Don't say cute- Cove blushed as Covah's dress moved with him, "Looks good!" He squeaked out, giving a thumbs up.
Covah giggled- giggled- as he set his old clothes in his laundry bin. That did a number on Cove's heart. "It's nice and breezy too," He moved so the skirt of the dress swished gently, "Perfect for today."
Cove smiled, "Definitely looks breezier than pants," He motioned to his own swim trunks.
"It's too bad you don't wear dresses, Seabird," Covah hummed, moving to his jewelry box to change out pieces. "It's really freeing. I always feel really pretty and rebellious wearing this stuff."
Cove laughed shyly, rubbing the back of his head awkwardly, "Oh- y'know I've never tried before- and I don't know if I'd even like it." He laughed again, more disparagingly, "I probably couldn't pull it off as well as you do-"
Covah stopped mid putting on an earring, slowly looking over his shoulder at Cove. His gaze was unreadable.
"Wh-What?" Cove swallowed, "Why are you looking at me like that?"
Covah very slowly finished clasping the earring, before stepping over to his closet with purpose. His gaze was determined and… almost angry.
"Covah?" Cove fidgeted with the torn up arms of Covah's desk chair as Covah went through his dresses carefully. "What are you-"
Covah, in one fluid motion, pulled out a dress and pushed it against Cove's chest. "Change. Now." His voice was flat and low. Almost dangerous with how jaded it was.
"Wh-What?!" Cove went red again in surprise, "I-"
"You-" Covah poked Cove's chest with each statement, "Are going to put on this dress. You are not going to look until you're fully dressed. And you are going to see how you feel about it."
"What you are not going to do-" Covah poked him again, harder, "Is stop yourself from trying something just because you think someone is better at it," He was practically hissing now, he was so worked up, "And you- Cove James Holden- Are going to figure out if you like to wear dresses. Right here. Right now."
"I-" Cove squeaked, not used to seeing Covah his worked up towards him, "I don't have any underwear-"
"Put it on over your swimsuit." Covah was leaving no room for argument, arms crossed now and face hard.
Cove looked at the dress that had been pushed into his lap. It was majorly white but, at the bottom was three rows of differently colored "waves" of "ocean". There were a few "birds" flying in the waves and above them.
He swallowed thickly, clenching his fists shakily.
"If you truly feel uncomfortable, I won't push it," Covah quietly added, "I just… Think you should try it. Not hold yourself back, y'know?"
Cove nodded shakily, "Y-Yeah I…" He nodded again, "I guess… I should try it once, yeah? Just to see if I really… Don't like it."
Covah smiled a supportive, comforting smile, "And I'm right here if you get overwhelmed."
Cove nodded again, smiling shakily up to Covah, "Y-Yeah…. Thanks."
He stood up from the chair, careful to step over where Honeysuckle lay still, watching Cove curiously, and unzipped the back of the dress slowly. He made sure to face away from the mirror Covah had in the room, since Covah said to not look until he was done.
Cove looked at Covah's intent gaze, "Can uhm-" He rubbed the fabric of the dress between two fingers. It was soft- "Can you not look until I'm done, too? I think I'll chicken out if you watch-"
Covah only nodded and put a hand over his eyes. Blinding himself to what Cove was doing.
Cove swallowed. It was just him…. And Honeysuckle. "You think your dog will judge me for being so nervous? She's probably seen you do this a hundred times-"
"Honeysuckle doesn't judge people. She's too good of a girl to do that," Covah hummed.
"She is a really good girl-" Cove laughed nervously.
Honeysuckle made a small "boof" noise in reply.
Cove swallowed. Okay. He could do this- Just step into the dress (shakily, he had to try getting his foot into the thing three times).... Reach back…. And zip… it… up…
"O-Okay-" Cove nodded once the thing was all zipped up. He'd closed his eyes tight at one point during the process. "I'm- yeah." He nodded, keeping his eyes shut. He didn't want to see Covah's probably disappointed face when he- "You can look."
He heard Covah gasp after a beat. A small, tentative, emotional, "oh Seabird-" came from Covah.
"Is it that bad?" Cove grimaced, fists clenched into the skirt of the offending fabric. His eyes were still shut tight.
"No- You look-" Covah sounded… Happy? "You need to look! This is- Wow. I picked a good one for you."
Cove startled at that sentence. He looked-? He turned heel to look in the mirror, eyes snapping open to see-
"Oh."
It was… cute!
"I-" He smiled wobblily, face reddening for a new reason now, "I like it."
"Yeah?!" Covah bounced in excitement.
"Yeah-" Cove nodded, voice cracking, turning every which way to look at the dress from every angle he could. It was flattering- Showing off his form nicely while being breezy. He thought he still preferred pants- knowing he didn't want to dirty himself like he likely would while being this cute- but it was… Nice. For days he wanted to be… Cute.
"Y-Yeah," Cove nodded again, "I think-" He smiled shyly, "Maybe… I'll keep it on? And we can… Go back outside? Maybe uhm-... walk on the beach?" He looked at Covah, "If uhm- that's okay. Our uhm… Stuff is still there, after all."
"You can keep the thing forever if you want!" Covah grinned, leaning forward to grab Cove's arm and pull him outside, "Come on-! Oh- I'm so proud and excited for you-! I'm- Proud-cited-! Ex-oud? Proud-cited sounds better."
Cove laughed as Covah led him back outside and to the beach quickly.
Cove ended up keeping the dress after that day..
And wearing even more after his mom insisted on getting him a variety to wear.

TRIGGER WARNING
Suicide!!
I took one last look around my apartment. It was almost empty. There were a few boxes of things still left. On each box, there was a letter to a person who the box would go to. The contents of the boxes were mementos and things that were given to me. I wouldn’t be needing any of it after today. Today was the day I was going to kill myself.
I grabbed my bag. There were only a few things left to do now. One was to drop my car off at an old friend, Charlie’s farm house. The place where we met. My family worked for his. He would find the letter I wrote him on the front seat. I hoped that he would accept my apology for ruining our friendship.
I drove to his house. Blaring my radio and enjoying the drive out to the country. I knew that he wouldn’t be home. He was on a business trip out of the country. I had confirmed it three times to make sure.
Charlie lived out nearly in the middle of nowhere. It was a family home, and he could never bring himself to sell the farm. It was a beautiful place. I was going to kill myself close by. My heart was racing in anticipation. I was excited. I was going to be dead soon. My pain would be gone.
I pulled into the long gravel road that led up to his house. The house was eerily dark. I turned off my headlights and drove by the light of the moon.
I pulled close to the house. There was no real place to park, but I hoped he wouldn’t mind. I’d be dead, he wouldn’t be able to complain anyways. I left the letter on the front seat, along with my keys.
I grabbed my bag out of my passenger seat, closed the door and said goodbye to the car. I felt silly, but I loved my car. It had gotten me through a lot in the past.
I walked for a while on the property. I walked around petting the cows, sheep, pigs and alpacas before wandering the apple orchard. I plucked an apple, wiped it on my shirt and ate it as I made my way to the pond.
This pond is where Charlie and I had our affair. He was engaged to a wonderful woman. Then, we screwed everything up. I screwed everything up.
We got drunk out by the pond one night with him. I admitted to him that I had always had a crush on him. He joked about never being with a man before. Then, I asked if I could kiss him to see if he even liked boys. I thought it would be a funny joke, that he would never take me up on the offer and I never expected him to make love to me by that pond.
As I approached the pond, I started to sob. It looked beautiful. The moon reflecting on the water. The sleeping ducks floating. The crickets chirping. The slight breeze carrying over the smell of fresh cut grass and wildflowers. This felt like bliss.
I pulled a blanket out of my bag and laid it out. I sat down to rummage through my bag. I pulled out a bottle of water, lemonade, a decent sized bag of special shrooms and a bottle with a cocktail of pills that would put me to sleep.
I didn’t want a messy death. Nor did I want someone to have to clean up such a mess. I thought having a nice trip while slipping out of existence would be my best way to do it.
I checked my phone. It was almost 1 am. It was time. I wanted to do it before dawn. I knew one of the farmer’s hands on staff always checked the grounds and would find me. I said sorry for the future trauma dude out loud as I started taking handfuls of shrooms, chewing them and washing their gods awful taste out of my mouth. Soon the bag was gone. I chugged the rest of the lemonade. Thankfully, I had gotten the large bottle.
Next was the pills. A concoction of stuff I had found in my medicine cabinet. Pain pills from a tooth extraction, some allergy stuff, a butt load of prescribed sleeping pills and I think some molly or something that someone had left at a party. I wasn’t going to feel a thing. I was sure of it. I would simply stop breathing, but I’d be too high to care.
I took a few at a time. My gag reflex was never there during sexual encounters, but once a pill was on my tongue I was retching until I could taste bile. I took my time. Why rush? It wasn’t like someone was going to stop me.
No one knew of my plan. When I left work on Friday, I wished everyone a happy weekend and that I would see them on Monday. I did my weekly check in calls with my parents. I even turned in all the projects I had been working on into my superiors.
I sighed and laid back. I stared at the stars. Counting them, naming them, trying to remember where the planets were, until they started to get fuzzy. It was like everything kicked in all at once. I was sleepy, pain free and honestly, tripping my balls off.
I struggled to keep my eyes open. The stars were moving. It was beautiful, but my eyelids were so heavy. I had to close them.
Multicolored lights danced behind my eyelids. Morphing and changing. They were creating such a colorful world.
I felt weightless. I felt like I was floating up, and up, and up. I decided to open my eyes. There was a portal, the rest was darkness all around me. The portal in front of me was glowing gold. It was open to a brightly lit field of flowers. Was this the afterlife or was I tripping?
I stepped through the portal. The smell of the wild flowers hit me like a ton of bricks. It was so pungent. I looked around. I turned to look at the portal, but it was gone. No going back.
There was a field of flowers, what looked to be a house with smoke coming from it way off in the distance and next to me, a pond. I walked over to it and stared at my reflection. It took me a moment to realize that what I was looking at was not my face.
What I saw in my reflection was a beautiful, tiefling man. His skin dark blue, his eyes black with blue irises, full light blue/pink lips and a cute nose. His horns curled like a ram’s. I kept inching my face closer and closer to the water. I was stunned at what I saw.
I reached to touch my face. The reflection moved with me. Was it my face? Damn, these shrooms were amazing. Best trip of my life. I reached up higher to touch the horns. They were sharp and rough under my fingertips. I checked my hands. They were the hands of a tiefling for sure. Long, knobby fingers with dark claws for fingernails.
I looked down at my body only to find I was completely naked. I was shocked at how good my body looked. I had never been this physically fit before. I had always been skinny, but never muscular in the slightest. Even my dick was bigger. Damn. This would have been a fun trip to brag about.
I didn’t know what to do in this world? Dream? Hallucination? Whatever I wanted to call it. It was mine, and I would go where I pleased.
I made my way to a path that led up to the house. I took time to gather some flowers. I wove a crown from the flowers as I walked. Placing it on my head when I finished. The house was still so far away, but I could see a clothes line and some people outside.
Then, the birds stopped chirping. The wind stopped blowing. I couldn’t smell the flowers anymore. Everything around me dimmed.
Out of a portal, appeared a woman. She was small. It felt like I was looking down at a child. She was cute. Little button nose, small pouty lips, and the coolest light purple eyes. They looked like little jewels. Her skin was dark purple. Her wiry curls sticking out in an Afro.
“There you are!” She huffed. She sounded like she had been running. She put her hands on her knees. She was trying to catch her breath.
“Are you okay?” I asked, my new voice was deep. Much deeper than the light, flamboyant voice I was used to. This voice was smooth, deep and alluring.
“No... I’ve been to several different planes looking for you.” She looked at me with disgust. I don’t know why she was so pissy. I made a face back at her.
“Well, you found me. What do you want?” I spat at her. I put my hands on my hips. Feeling my clawed hands on my skin gave me the chills. It sent a shiver up my spine.
She looked stunned. She started rubbing her hands together. She had on lots of rings. Silver, gold and jewels covering most of her small hands. They clinked together as she rubbed them over and over. She shook them to try to get herself to stop.
“We have a slight issue.” She paused. Her voice was soft and solemn. “Your soul was supposed to go to a different place. Instead, your soul was swapped with another. They arrived at your destination. You were reincarnated here.” She said pointing down at the ground.
My mouth went dry. What did she just say? Reincarnated? There was no way. This was a cruel joke from the gods or something. There would be no way that I would have been reborn after killing myself. I laughed nervously. I watched her face grow sadder. Fuck. She was serious. I felt myself gag.
I fell to my knees as I started to dry heave. What the fuck? What was I going to do? I couldn’t be ALIVE again?!
“I am so sorry sir.” She placed her hand on my shoulder. She rubbed it slightly as she began to tell me what had happened. “In your enlightened state, your soul was swapped with another. They have already been ushered to their correct place. Something similar to this world, but not exact. You have been born into this body. You’re normally supposed to start off as an infant and grow into your new surroundings, but we’re not sure what happened in this case.” She took a deep breath.
“However, I know the mistake was on our end, but this isn’t something I can correct on my own. I would have to get my higher ups to help. I can file an appeal for you if you’d like.”
I took a deep breath and held it. Why was she talking like she was a customer service rep? Higher ups? Appeal? Is the afterlife a bureaucracy? I exhaled slowly. I pushed her hand away, then I stood up. I glowered down at her. My hands on my hips again.
“What do you mean? For an angel you suck.”
“First, I am not an angel and my name is Aleron. Second, I am a spirit assistant. I help spirits get from one place to another. Third, this type of thing is rare. There have only been a few instances of this happening.” She said, crossing her arms over her chest. “Do you want me to file the appeal or not?”
“What does the appeal entail?”
“Well, I would have to get a god involved. Sometimes, it can take a while to get things in motion. I would have to fill out some forms and try to get a meetin---”
“How long does this kind of shit take?!” I interrupted. My voice boomed when I yelled. It scared the both of us. She looked frightened. She was half my size. I shifted. I rubbed the back of my neck. Tension from the stress was already settling in. I sighed.
“Listen. I know it’s not your fault.” I started to cry. “I just wanted to be dead. I didn’t want this.” I could see tears forming in her eyes. She blinked them away.
“I am so sorry. We have the option for appeal or you can...” She trailed off. She whispered. “Or you could kill yourself again...”
I growled. I felt the vibrations rise from my chest and grow heavy in my throat. She backed away from me. It had taken me months to plan out and execute my suicide plan. I didn’t want to have to do that again. Absolutely not, but I didn’t want to live either.
“Isn’t there like a soul waiting area or something? Like a purgatory of sorts?” I asked. There had to be another option. She shook her head.
“We are efficient at getting souls to their destinations. There has never been a need for something like that. If it was just your soul that had been wandering around, I would have been able to take you with me, but you are now in that body. It is out of my hands.”
I grabbed fistfuls of my hair and started to scream. I screamed until nothing came out. I screamed until my voice was hoarse and my throat was dry. I dropped back to my knees and sobbed. Tears rolling down my face and splashing on the ground.
My depression won. I committed suicide. It was supposed to be the end of years of suffering. What now? Should I let it win again? I shook my head. I didn’t have it in me again. There was no way I would peacefully commit suicide again. I would never be that lucky.
“I promise. This world is nice. Or at least, it can be. The body you were born in has a bad representation, maybe you can prove this world wrong. Try to fight for peace.” She suggested. I looked at her with my tear filled eyes. I could feel the scowl on my face.
“Or I could make someone hate me enough to kill me. Then, I could be done with all this shit.” She grimaced. She scratched her head.
“I mean... that would be your choice, but in the meantime, I’ll go and try to see what I can do. I’ll be back later with an answer.” Then, with a wave of her hands, there was another portal. I thought about trying to jump through it. What could be the worst thing to happen?
“Before I leave. Here are some clothes and items to be useful.” A pile of clothes, a pair of boots, a couple of vials and a book appeared in her hands. I took them.
She ran her finger across my forehead. Images flashed through my mind. It was information overload. Hands moving in a systematic way, words and chants flowing through my brain. What the hell did she just do?
“I have instilled the gift of magic in you. Use it well.” Then, through the portal she went.
I sat on my knees, naked in the middle of this world with no knowledge. ‘The gift of magic’ wasn’t much help if I didn’t know how to use it. Just showing me some pictures in my brain wasn’t going to do shit.
I pulled on the clothes she had given me. A pair of black trousers, a black linen shirt with leather laces on the front, a vest that was black with sapphire blue stitching, a pair of black socks and boots. The boots were mid-calf and hard as fuck to get on. Who designed these things? I felt like I was on my way to a Renaissance festival. I’m sure it was the style of this world but damn.
I put the vials in my pants pockets and flipped through the book. It was a book of spells. At least I could try to learn magic. Seemed complicated and annoying, but there were diagrams and illustrations. I sighed. I tucked the book under my arm and continued my walk-up to the house.
A cottage from a fairy tale sat before me. Large stone walls, a thatched roof, vines of ivy and crawling branches of flowers weaving through the rocks. I could smell something cooking inside. The people I'd seen outside before were gone. I peeked in through the window. They were all at the table eating.
There were four adults. A woman who looked to be human, an Orc male who looked comically large at the table, an elven man, and another human man.
Their door was open. They were surprised when I knocked on the entryway. The orc stood and held up a dagger. All of the others ran to hide behind his giant frame.
“Get out of here, devil!” He shouted at me. Devil? Oh, right... she said that my kind weren’t favored. I put my hands up at my shoulders. The book fell from the crook of my arm.
“I just need some help.” I said quietly. I started to speak again, but I started stammering. I couldn’t finish my own thoughts. What should I have even told them?
‘Hey guys. I killed myself and ended up here.’ That wouldn’t have gone over well. Or maybe it would have, if I had the courage or ability to speak in the moment. I instead fell to my knees, covered my face with my hands and began to sob so uncontrollably, I began to gag.
I started internally berating myself. What the fuck was I going to do? I could have just insulted the Orc maybe,he would have killed me easily. Or, I could see what these people would do, and I could go explore this world. Getting killed on the first interaction of a game is always silly. I figured I might as well go find more trouble somewhere else. A more interesting way to die.
“Crush, leave him be. He seems helpless.” I heard the woman say.Soft footsteps moved towards me.
“AH AH AH! Don’t go near him. Devil’s are known for their trickery.” Crush scolded.
I tried to wipe my tears off my face. It was soaked. I rubbed my hands on my pants. I attempted to stand, but my legs were shaking. I just sat back down in defeat.
“Please... I woke up here. I---” I paused. I had to lie quicker. “I don’t remember anything from my past. I was as shocked as you guys when I saw my reflection in the pond.” I searched their faces as they all looked at one another. I felt more tears running down my face. I wasn’t lying completely. I was shocked to find a different face in the water, then the one I had woken up to for 50 years.
The woman gave the Orc a stern look. He huffed. He walked over to me and extended his hand. I grabbed it. He pulled me up off the floor with such gumption I nearly fell over.
The woman walked over to me. She picked my book off the floor and handed it to me. I gently took it. I whispered a thank you as I wiped my tears again. I felt pathetic.
“My name is Evelyn. My brother,” She pointed to the other human. They looked similar. The same green eyes. Cute button noses. Both had the same shade of reddish brown hair. The male’s lips were fuller, but the woman had a little pout. I was never into women, but I had to admit she was beautiful. Her brother was even hotter. I had to avert my eyes back to her to pay attention. “His name is Conner. You’ve met Crush. Then, there’s my husband, Eryn.”
Evelyn walked over to the elven man. He was drop dead gorgeous. Gender envy at its finest. I was in awe over the androgynous man before me. He had lilac grey skin, long white hair and sharp purple eyes. They seemed to bore into me. His features seemed soft, yet sharp. He had a vicious look about him. Like he could spit venom. I shifted in place. I was nervous. There were so many opportunities to fuck up.
“Evie, maybe we'll send this one on its way, hmm?” Crush said behind me, I felt his breath on my neck. My new form was tall, taller than the elf, and humans, but the Orc easily had another foot on me. I felt like I was seven feet tall. I was tiny as a human man. This was going to take a minute to get used to. Time to put on my charm. I used to role-play in my world, I could totally do it here. I didn’t know anyone personally, so I could fake it till I made it.
“All I’m asking is a place to lay my head for the night. Maybe a meal if you’re feeling generous.” I said, trying to sound sincere and helpless. It went over the way I wanted when Evelyn whispered something in her husband’s ear.
“Crush, go get another chair from the shed please.” Eryn said looking past me at Crush. Crush sighed harshly and I felt his breath again. This time it felt more moist. It gave me the ick. When I didn’t show anything, but gratitude, Crush rolled his eyes and left for the shed.
Evelyn showed me around the house. It was cute. A small log cabin complete with stairs and three bedrooms. Apparently, Conner, stayed on the property in a house to himself, so I could use the spare bedroom. I muttered a thank you as she left the room, shutting the door. I could hear her footsteps running down the stairs, then some shouting in another language.
I sat down on the bed. It was surprisingly comfy. The room was nice. Small, but everything was built beautifully. Carvings of vines and leaves decorating all of the pieces. A small desk with a high back chair, wardrobe, a nightstand and the posts on the bed. The headboard was carved as well, but it must’ve said something in elvish? The letters seemed elven.
I spread out on the bed. The blankets were soft, the pillows too. I rolled over and snuggled into them. They smelled like the sun. It reminded me of good days when I used to live on a farm. Weird. Never thought I’d miss that. I thought the trauma from childhood took care of all those pesky happy memories.
I heard two sets of footsteps coming up the stairs. I sat up before the door opened. Evelyn was opening the door for Eryn. He was holding a tray. There was a bowl of stew with steam rising from it with a plate of what looked like pita bread. Evelyn scurried away.
“I hope you’re hungry. I made these fresh.” He sat the tray on my lap. He sat at the desk as I took small bites. I felt uncomfortable. Maybe he poisoned it. Oh, shit. It took everything in me to swallow the bite I had in my mouth.
The bread was delicious. It was warm, with lots of flavor and a hint of sweetness. Like a corn cake. I think it was freshly buttered as well.
“The bread is absolutely amazing. Never tasted anything like it.” I complimented. Eryn was staring at me, an inquisitive look on his face. He was sitting back in the chair, his head tilted and one hand under his chin. The other arm was resting on the desk. He rubbed the bottom of his chin taking me in. Was he waiting for the poison to take effect?
“I promise I’ll bring the dishes down when I’m done.” I was hoping that he would leave, if the food was actually poisoned just let me die alone like an old farm cat.
“That’s not it. I was just wondering how to ask about your sexual proclivities.” He bluntly stated. My what? What did he just say?
“I’m wondering why you’re asking that being a married man.” I retorted, squinting my eyes. He smiled, licking, then biting his lower lip.
He stood and sauntered over to me. He sat close to me on the bed. Our thighs touching. My heart felt like it was going to pop from my chest. He reached out to delicately brush my hair from my face to tuck it behind my ear.
“My wife and I have an arrangement. She has her play thing and occasionally I want my own.” He ran his finger down my jaw line, it came to rest under my chin. Eryn was staring at my lips. “That is unless you want to play with her. Crush might be upset though. He’s the jealous type.”
Holy shit. Polyamory? Not what I was expecting at all. I cleared my throat. I took the tray from my lap. I placed it carefully on the nightstand. I turned to Eryn. I leaned in to whisper in his ear.
“Your wife is beautiful, but you are are more my type.” I whispered in his ear, trying to make my voice breathy and sensual. He shivered. I ran my lips across the shell of his ear. I gently kissed his earlobe, down his jaw before pulling away.
I grabbed his chin a little rougher than he expected, he flinched at my touch. I stared into his eyes. His face was trying to show no fear, but I saw a flash in those amethyst eyes. His stare was holding firm. As I held his chin in my hand, I ran my thumb across his lips. I leaned in, our noses almost touching.
“Do you really want to fuck a devil?” I asked, watching his reaction. I saw his breathing become labored. He licked his lips.
“Absolutely.” He answered, mashing our lips together. This was unexpected. I was thinking he would change his mind in the moment. There was no way I just happened to stumble in on such an interesting situation.
Though, I wasn’t me anymore. I wasn’t a severely depressed gay middle-aged man anymore. I was a young devil with no attachments to this world. There wasn’t anything I could do wrong really. Ideally, I just need to die soon, that way my soul could go to the right spot. I could act the way I wanted to in my old life. Confident. Sensual. Devious. Whatever I wanted this new man to be, I could be him.
I pushed Eryn back by his shoulders. He seemed surprised. I didn’t realize I was breathing heavily. I took a sharp deep breath in, slowly exhaled and took another deep breath in. I closed my eyes. Was I really going to go through with this? I needed to make a quick decision. When I opened my eyes, Eryn was pulling off his shirt, tossing it on the floor.
His bare skin was impeccable. It looked soft, smooth, like silk. I got an overwhelming urge to leave marks on his skin. To make him mine for a night. The things I could do to this man. I would ruin sex with his wife forever. I licked my lips. My mouth was watering. I guess it had been a while since I was in a sexual situation. It had been years now.
“You like what you see?” Eryn said, leaning in to brush the hair from my neck. He placed a quick kiss just above my collar. I shivered, a jolt of cold running up my spine. My dick pulsed. I heard myself let out a growl. Fuck. ‘What was that?!’ This body was going to be fun to learn. Eryn chuckled. “I guess you do.”
He ran his hand up my thigh grazing my erection. I let out a soft moan. It felt good to be touched. I wanted to throw him down on the bed, have my way with him, having him scream my name. Oh, my name. Should I make up a name? Billy didn’t seem like a Devil’s name that’s for sure.
‘Fuck. Think fast.’ I thought as Eryn kneeled down in front of me on the floor. I swallowed hard. ‘Holy shit. Think faster. This gorgeous man is about to put your cock in his mouth!’
Eryn was about to reach for the top of my trousers when Evelyn walked in. She looked surprised. ‘I bet he lied.’ I cleared my throat. It felt like there was a lump there, my mouth was now a desert.
“Ooh! Can I watch?!” She asked excitedly. I felt my mouth gape open. I was internally screaming. Eryn chuckled. He reached to take my pants off, I lifted my hips and leaned back on the bed, propped on my elbows. My body seemed to have a mind of its own. ‘I guess we’re gonna give her a show.’
When my erection sprang out, both Evelyn and Eryn gasped. I blushed. Audible gasps at my dick? Never in my human life. Gasps in disgust, maybe, but never in amazement. It was pathetic, small and nothing like what I was packing now. Thick, long, blue, with bumps and marks like the rest of my new skin. Eryn grasped it in one hand, his touch was soft, I moaned as he slid his hand up the length. I couldn’t tell if my dick was huge or if he had small hands.
He kissed the tip. I let my head lull back. ‘I might as well enjoy myself.’ He slowly kissed down the length, the sides, underneath, the top. His lips were soft, brushing against me as he moved. I was panting. I wanted to grab him by the hair, just force his mouth down, have my way with his mouth but I waited. My patience paid off when he put me into his mouth. His mouth was warm, wet and tight.
He worked slowly, too slow for my taste. I leaned on one elbow, the other arm extended and laced into his hair, just at the nape of his neck. He moaned as my fingers brushed against him. I gripped his hair. A garbled gasp around my cock made my toes curl. I set a quicker pace by pulling his head up and down my length. He gagged at my size. It made me more aroused, more primal feeling. Another low rumble of a growl escaped me.
“Oh my.” I heard Evelyn whisper from behind me. I glanced over to see her sitting at the desk watching. Entranced by the scene unfolding.
“I think your wife likes watching you suck a devil’s cock.” I surprised myself with what came out of my mouth. I was leaning into the character I was creating. Eryn moaned around me. I let go of his hair. I leaned forward, with both hands, I forced him down further. He gagged hard around my length. A chuckle escaped my lips. Now I knew how a Dom felt. It was addicting. I pulled him off me. My cock left his lips with a pop.
“Get up. Now.” I demanded. He nodded. As he stood, I grabbed his trousers and pulled them off. His erection slapping his stomach. I looked up at his face. His cheeks were more purple. His blushing also stirred something in me. I felt like I couldn’t breathe.
As I stood, I loomed over Eryn’s frame. He was easily almost six feet, but I still had to look down at him. I ran my hands across his chest, down his arms, then back up. He was toned, tall, smooth and soft. I felt my breathing become heavy. I leaned down into his neck. I took a deep breath in. He smelled amazing. He smelled like the bread he had made, but also like berries and citrus. A moan escaped me.
“You smell delicious. Now let’s see how you taste,” I whispered in his ear. I licked his neck. He shivered. I pulled back a little to see that goosebumps were popping up all over him. I ran my fingers across his chest where there were some new ones forming. He shuddered under my touch. Exquisitely responsive. I abruptly grabbed him under his arms, lifted him, then tossed him onto the bed. It was like he weighed nothing.
I glanced over at Evelyn. She was wide-eyed. Her hand covering her mouth. I smiled at her. I looked down at my clawed fingers. This wouldn’t do well for prep work. I tested by poking at the pads of my fingers. Yikes. Way sharper than expected.
“Evelyn, sweetie, do you have something that I can trim these down with?” I asked, holding up my hand, wiggling my fingers. She nodded, got up to leave and stopped at the door. She looked back to Eryn.
“Don’t start without me!” She called out before hurrying away.
I turned to Eryn. His long white hair draped around him. He was laying on his back. His hands at his sides, unsure of what to do. He was biting his lips looking at me. His eyes half lidded. A deep blush running across his elegant cheeks.
I crawled onto the bed on top of him. I ground my hips into his. Our erections rubbing together. A whimper escaped his lips. I had to take another deep breath. The primal urge in me was overpowering. I wanted to desecrate this man.
I leaned in to kiss him. I ran my lips across his. Barely brushing them against each other before placing a gentle kiss. Then another. Each kiss becoming more passionate than the last. He moaned into a kiss and I took the opportunity to slip my tongue into his mouth. He moaned again as I massaged his tongue with mine.
As we kissed, I let my hands explore him. I rubbed down his chest and found a pert nipple. I rolled it in my fingers before pinching it, not hard, but enough to elicit another whimper. I ran my thumb over the hard bud. More shivers. I pulled back from the kiss. I watched his face. His cheeks still flushed. His eyes glazed over. We hadn’t even really begun. This man had no idea. The power I had in this body, I was going to use it to my advantage. I had never been a top before. I felt like a God.
“Let me see your hand. I’ll take care of it while you take care of Eryn.” Evelyn said meekly. She sat on the edge of the bed next to us. She had a metal nail file in hand. I extended my right hand. I held out my index, middle and ring fingers into a three position. Those are the ones I needed most. I couldn’t wait for her to file all of them.
I kissed Eryn again. I pulled his bottom lip in between my teeth and bit down a little harder. I bit a little harder than I wanted to. Another whimper, and a few drops of blood came from his lips. I lapped up the blood. It was sweet, metallic and just another log on the fire of the primal urge.
I heard Evelyn make a whimper of her own. I felt her filing faster. I never looked away from Eryn. I kissed down his jaw, down his neck, kissing his collarbones. He wriggled underneath me. I nipped at his skin.
“Be a good boy and try to stay still.” I warned. I felt his erection throbbing against me. I pressed against him, trapping it between us. His little moans as I shifted on top of us were driving me mad. I laced my fingers in his hair, lifting his head for a gentle, wet, breathtaking kiss. He sucked in a breath when I pulled his head back.
“All done!” Evelyn exclaimed, rising from the bed and taking her seat at the desk again. A better view I’m sure. I took a look at my fingers. Polished, almost to the padding, perfect for what I needed them for. I made eye contact with her.
“Thank you, sweetheart. Now, please enjoy the show.” I said inserting my middle finger into my mouth, turning my gaze back to the man lying before me. I mustered up as much saliva as I could until my finger was nearly dripping when I pulled it out of my mouth. I leaned back into a kneeling position. I quickly pressed my finger to Eryn’s entrance. He took in a sharp breath, but he didn’t move. What a good boy. I ran my finger around the rim before slowly pushing in. He threw his head back. I leaned in and kissed his Adam’s apple.
With my free hand, I pressed on Eryn’s lower stomach. I was in search of his prostate. I wondered if he had ever been touched like this or even had an anal orgasm. If not, he was in for a real treat. Once a man had found mine, he had obliterated me, I was going to give Eryn the same treatment.
I pumped my finger in and out, crooking it, trying to find that magnificent spot within him. I pulled my finger out, put my middle and index fingers together, then spit on them before continuing on with my search. I scissored my fingers before tapping at his top wall, I felt like it was close. I looked down and realized my fingers weren’t all the way in. I pushed them in further. He grunted at the stretch. His hand flung out to grip my wrist. I kept my hand on his lower torso, but with a firmer touch.
I pulled my fingers almost all the way out, spit on them and his hole, then pushed in again. I angled my fingers trying to find that magical button. A long, low groan came from Eryn. My eyes flitted up to look. He was staring at Evelyn. Evelyn was flushed from her cheeks to chest. Her hand was snaking under her skirt. This was only the first act of the show. I couldn’t wait for her to see act two.
I pumped my fingers in Eryn. Pulling them almost out, then slamming them back in. He was wet enough that it was easy enough to stretch him. I moved my fingers in a come hither motion, Eryn jerked and finally broke eye contact with Evelyn. He whipped his head to look at me. I found it. Now it was time to destroy him.
I leaned down to take his cock into my mouth. It was nice, average length, and thickness. The shaft was the same color of light purple, but the tip was dark, more of a plum color. I licked the tip, swirling my tongue around it before slowly pulling him into my mouth. I kept my left hand on his lower stomach, while my right was buried in him.
As I sucked him leisurely, I tapped on that wonderful spot. Alternating my fingers. Tap, pull, tap, pull. Slow enough for it to feel good, but painfully good. I had been in Eryn’s shoes many times, I couldn’t wait to make him feel good. I must’ve been doing my job correctly. I felt his hands gripping my horns. It felt like he was trying to get me to go faster, but he didn’t have the strength to push me hard enough.
I picked up the pace on my mouth and fingers. Eryn was moaning loudly at this point. Whimpering. Panting. His body trembling. I popped him out of my mouth. He hissed at the loss of contact. I locked eyes with him as I I licked him from base to tip. He bit his lip, then whimpered. His face was even more flushed, the skin on his cheeks were such deep violet compared to the rest of him. Beads of sweat gathered at his brow. His hair looked damp around his scalp.
“Call me Master or Oskar, my pet. You are in for quite a treat.” I promised. I spit down onto his hole again, lubing my fingers. I added a third finger. He was tight, even after all my prep work. I pulled all three fingers out. Making eye contact, I gathered all the saliva in my mouth, held my fingers up to my mouth, stuck out my tongue and let all the spit drip down to my fingers.
Eryn’s body was quaking. I thrust all three fingers inside. Eryn moaned loudly. His back arching off the bed. I pushed him down with my free hand. I pumped my fingers in a few times before trying to expand them. He gripped my horns tighter. I took him back into my mouth. I moved my mouth up and down at a bruising pace. Taking him down into my throat with a moan.
“Please. Please. So close. It’s close.” Eryn begged. Oh, he was going to have to do better than that. I stopped my fingers, still buried inside him. I released him from my mouth. Eryn’s cries of distress only made my cock twitch.
“Please, what? You gotta be more specific sweetheart.” I said breathy onto the tip of his cock. My lips never left the tip as my lips caressed him.
“Please make me cum.” He paused, then swallowed hard. “Master.” He added. I growled. I started pumping my fingers in him again.
“That’s a good boy.” I said taking him back into my mouth. I fell back into the same rhythm as before. My crooked fingers hitting his prostate dead on. His moans sounded like screams. I was showing his prostate some brutality. He came with a scream. His legs were shaking around me. I didn’t stop. I wondered if he knew men could cum twice in a row.
He was struggling to get me off of him. He was trying to push me off by my horns. The more he fought, the more it awakened my primal urge. It wasn’t long before he came again. This time I swallowed his release, withdrew my fingers and let his now soft cock fall out of my mouth. He was panting, body quivering, covered in goosebumps and sweat. He let go of my horns.
“I told you that you were in for a treat.” I chuckled as I leaned back on my knees. I stared at him. Admiring the undoing of this elf. I leaned forward and gently kissed his navel working my way up to his neck. My hands massaged his thighs. It was all about the after care.
“I have never...” He started, but was still out of breath. I glanced over at Evelyn. She had her hand under her skirt, but it looked like she had got caught up in the show and stopped herself from being able to climax. She was probably worried about Eryn.
We heard footsteps coming up the stairs. Loud booms at each step. I swear I felt the house shake. Crush came barreling into the room. A scowl on his face. When he saw the scene in front of him, his scowl dropped into a shock. His eyes darted from Evelyn to me to Eryn back to Evelyn.
“I thought those screams were coming from you. I...” he walked closer to her. Kneeling in front of her. “Let the boys have some more fun. I’ll take care of you.” He said pushing his big hands under her skirt moving the fabric up her thighs.
I turned my attention back to Eryn. I cupped his cheek in my hand, leaned in and gave him a firm kiss. He whimpered, I slipped my tongue through his lips. I kissed him with a ferocity that even gave me a shiver. One side of my mouth turned up. I pulled back. The flush dissipated from his face. It wouldn’t be for long. I hope he liked his little break. Now it was my turn.
I moved on the bed to where I could flip Eryn around to his hands and knees. Seeing his ass in the air. I growled at the sight. I bit one of his ass cheeks. A yelp came from him. He tried to lurch forward. I grabbed his thighs and pulled him back.
I licked the rim of his opening. His gasp of surprise before turning into a moan felt like music. I licked at him again. He fell to his elbows. I pushed my tongue into him. He tried squirming away. I bit his ass again.
“Be a good boy. I’m not done with you yet.” I grabbed one of his ass cheeks in each hand, pulling him apart before shoving my tongue back inside. His moaning sounded almost painful. I’m sure he was overstimulated, but again, I wasn’t done.
I was trying to muster up enough saliva. I wanted him to be dripping wet before fucking him. I swirled my tongue eliciting more moans. Massaging his inner walls with my tongue. I could tell he was trying hard not to move. He started to tremble again. I let go of one of his cheeks to reach for his cock. He was hard again. I moaned into his hole.
“Master?” I heard him squeak out. Fuck this was fun. I wish I had tried this in my human life. I was honestly kind of upset that I never had before. I took my tongue out of him. I stuck a finger in. He was soaking wet inside. Perfect.
I moved up behind him. I took my cock into my hand. It was thicker than I thought, long and textured. I gave myself a couple of pumps before pressing the tip against his hole. I rubbed the length of my dick against it. He shuddered. Watching him down from this angle. His breathing was heavy. His face flushed again. Sweat beading at his brow. His hair was damp. I licked my teeth. I leaned in close. Putting my hands on either side of his head.
“Are you ready?” I whispered. He nodded. I licked the shell of his ear. His whole body shivered against me. I kissed his ear lobe. His body was immeasurably responsive. I gently kissed his neck, his shoulder, down his spine. Running my fingertips anywhere I could touch.
I settled myself back into position behind him. I gently lined myself up with his hole, pushing in the tip slightly. He felt hot, wet, tight . I pushed in a little more. My textured cock expanded him nicely. He was gripping the blankets. His eyes clenched shut. Biting at his bottom lip till the skin looked white. It was such a beautiful sight. I pulled out of him slightly, he exhaled. I let out a low groan, trying to make a laugh. By the Gods, I was so mad at myself for never trying this as a human. I was a God.
I tried thrusting in a bit more, Eryn took in a sharp breath, and clenched. I stopped. I massaged his lower back, his hips, and down his thighs. He slowly relaxed, releasing my cock. I threw my head back letting out a sigh. I placed my hands on his hips with a firm grasp. I slowly pulled him onto my dick. He rubbed his face into the blankets, moaning wildly.
I heard obscenely loud moaning, not coming Eryn. I glanced over to see Evelyn and Crush gone. I heard knocking of the bed against the wall from the hallway. I was disappointed. I wanted her to watch, but I was kind of relieved. I didn’t want to have a measure off with an orc.
I withdrew myself and flipped him over to his back. I wanted to see his face when I entered him again. His bottom lip was swollen with a cut down the middle. That was my fault. I ran my thumb over the cut. He winced.
“Sorry about that.” I bent down to kiss the wound, licking it and tasting his blood. He snaked his hands in my hair, grabbing at the back of my neck, pulling me into him. He kissed me. Gently. Running his tongue against my lips. I opened my mouth slightly, his tongue slipped in. This kiss was passionate, romantic and not at all the vibe I was going for. I pressed my mouth against his harder taking control of the kiss. My tongue winning the fight for dominance.
I reached down, grabbed my cock and swiftly entered him, burying myself to the hilt.. He gasped into the kiss. I let him break it. I stilled, waiting for him to give me a signal to move. I wondered if he needed more time to stretch. I ground my hips into his. He felt unbelievably tight still.
“Please, Master. Please fuck me.” He whispered into my lips. I chuckled. I gripped his hands, pinning them to either side of him. Since he begged so nicely, I obliged.
I started to thrust a steady pace, slow to help him adjust to my size. He threw his head back, arching his body. I licked him from neck to chin, blowing on it, I watched him shiver as the goosebumps grew along the path.
I released his hands. I placed my hands on his hips. I took a deep breath in. I closed my eyes and exhaled. I had made it this far. There was no need to chicken out now. ‘Come on. Show him what your new body’s made of.’ I opened my eyes to look at him. Panting, waiting for me. I trailed my hands down to under his thighs, pushing his legs up. I looked down at myself inside him. I pulled from him, almost all the way out, spit on his hole and my cock, then slammed back into him. He shuddered. His dick bobbing at the thrust.
I pushed his legs up further. Burying myself deep within him. I thrusted hard. Slamming in. Pulling out to the tip, then slamming in again. His hands reached to grip my wrists. His nails digging into the skin. I shifted a little thrusting, I found his spot. The noises he was making, I wanted to cum, but I needed him to do it again first.
Since I found the spot, I picked a brutal pace and stuck with it. He was calling out my new name. Screaming it. He let go of my wrist to touch himself. He caught my gaze, I shook my head no. I felt a smile grow, licking my teeth. There was no way. He was only going to cum, if it was me making him, not his hand. He quickly put his hand back on my wrist.
I leaned forward slightly. Eryn bucked his hips under me. The pace was brutal. My grip on his thighs was going to leave bruises. He was panting, trying to moan, but not finding the strength. I was on the edge, waiting for his release before I could have my own. I felt sweat running down my back and forehead. I held my breath, searching his face for the release. With another few thrusts, Eryn clenched down on me and came. Seeing him cum was just what I needed, with a final thrust I buried myself in him as I came. He rocked his hips under me. I spasmed inside him.
I nearly collapsed on top of him. I was exhausted. I kissed him before withdrawing myself and rolling off to the side. We laid in silence for a while, breathing heavy. Well, not complete silence. We could hear Evelyn still moaning. Crush obviously wanted a competition.
