i hate eating but also hate not eating. I don't eat and I'm not hungry but I'm exhausted and dizzy and depressed but then I eat and I get a hunger pang

I literally ate 32g of protein 405 calories and an apple why am I hungry when I wasn't hungry before I ate??

honestly- nikocado avocado is the GOAT at making me not want to eat- but i <3 Zach Choi because he actually gives the best asmr while making me not hungry 🤤

currently having wasabi seaweed thins which r my favs because they r really spicy (for me) and only 22 calories- they take me about 30 mins to eat lmaooooo.

i was forced to eat at school lunch so i went on a “mental health walk” (i speed walked off 250 calories 😙)

just wanted to let all the mentally ill girlys know that “starvation mode” is a myth. it is literally impossible to gain weight while being in a caloric deficit. if this was true we would never see anyone die of starvation😹😹😹 also if you ARE gaining weight it is either because you’re simply overeating and your in a caloric surplus or you’ve lost so much body mass/weight that the amount of calories that once made you lose weight are too high now and you’re no longer in a deficit.
