Summary-Zoro had a bit too many drinks and now you have to take care of him

A/n-This is my first story so let me know how I did 😭🙏

It was another day on the Straw Hat’s ship as you talked to Robin about this book you both read but little did you know a certain moss head had been eyeing you

“Let’s have a banquet!” Luffy said as Usopp and Chopper smiled cheering for a banquet along with him

“For what? Morons” Nami said as they shrugged

“Don’t be so harsh Nami, I think it could be fun!” You smiled at the idea since it might be fun

“Banquets means more sake so I don’t care either way” Zoro said having a cup of sake you quickly glanced at him before looking away

Truth be told you had feelings for the swordsman as Sanji went immediately to prepare the food for the banquet after you and Robin said that you guys should have one

“Hey Robin more about that book I think that he chose the wrong girl. I mean the other girl was so sweet and they had so much chemistry!” You said

“I see your point but if you really think about it the author chose a more rich girl x poor boy approach. I mean did you even read Chapters 20-23.” Robin said she had a point “Keep it down drama Queen. I’m trying to sleep here” The green haired male said

“Y’know I never knew Cosmo had a long lost retarded brother until I met you!” I smiled as Robin giggled he shut up until the cook called for him “MOSS HEADDDD!!! HOW DARE YOU CALL Y/N-SWANNN A DRAMA QUEEN” He said as they started fighting

“I’m gonna be King of the-“ Luffy said raising his glass before passing out everyone seemed too except you, Nami, Robin, and Zoro but he was restless

“I’m going to put everyone to bed” I said standing up as Nami and Robin both decided to help they were both a little intoxicated but not Zoro intoxicated as you three both carried the past out members of your crew only Zoro was left so Nami and Robin decided to head to bed smirking and giggling

“Alright. Let’s get you back to bed-“ You said stretching a bit before he interrupted you by pulling you down and onto his lap your cheeks turning a light pink

“Not yet.” He said holding you close you thought this was probably because he was intoxicated but still you felt a little spark within you light up with joy. “Y/n.” He said as you hummed in response “I love you” He squeezed you tired your face was like a tomato’s

“Shut up Moss Head!” You said turning your head away as he smiled burying his head in the crevice of your neck “Your Moss head” He smiled and you felt it

“Z-Zoro you’re drunk right now.” You replied he tightened his grip around your waist “Who cares? I love you the same drunk or not” He kissed your neck softly “And plus I like when you say my name” He running a hand through your hair “I want us to be more than friends” He said

“You’ll snap out of it by morning” You said he didn’t like that response “Don’t do that. Discount my feelings” He squeezed you tighter if that was even possibly “I’m barely friend material. Let alone more than friend material. If I’m being honest you deserve someone way better!” You replied hoping that he would finally go to bed and sober up

“Mmh but there’s no one better than you” He said before you realized he’s starting to dose off you ruffled his hair a bit as he drank some water from earlier to sober up a bit

“Do you not… like me back” He said before falling asleep. He was too heavy to carry back on your own and his grip on you left you no choice but to stay there the rest of the night

“I do love you… stupid moss head” You said kissing the side of his head

The Swordsman woke up before you did as he blushed at the sight before slowly taking you off of him as set you down on the floor he was still pretty hungover from last night

࿐ Roronoa Zoro

• Working out with Zoro goes two ways, basically with it shifting between who's going to lead the session since you two like to train together, but not always have the same routine—it can be both entertaining or torturing

• With Zoro, he’ll focus more on training his upper body despite not neglecting leg day (thankfully), so expect calloused hands plus barely being able to use your arms right after you finish working out—Zoro uses it as an excuse for not fucking showering, but you’re not letting that happen, not under your watch

• Being weak from tiredness also has Sanji offering to feed you since you can’t overload yourself, but he will stop as soon as Zoro says he either leaves or feeds him as well, so Sanji doesn’t risk

• Probably a lot of mobility exercises as well, and it has both of you quietly counting in unison as you stretch/practice in sync, which once had Chopper hypnotized in the corner as he watched the two of you count together to ten before changing positions and repeating it

• He will always be adding more weight because he knows you can handle it and, in the back of his mind, he doesn’t want to feel guilty if something happens to you because he couldn’t help you become strong enough. So, even if he’s really careful about you, he’ll always be sneaking on an extra plate if you don’t pay attention

• “Zoro, I saw what you did...” “I don’t know what you’re talking about.” “Zoro...” “You’re going crazy.”

• Very good spotter. Has fast reflexes, hence if the bar threatens to slip during benching, he’ll hold it straight away, but not without complaining about you being more careful (you’ll either start bickering or you’ll send him a glare that’ll make him shut up immediately

• Will want you to sit on his back so he can do push ups, and it’s amazing how he does it as if you weren’t there. Simple thing, but very bonding, honestly

“I’m not gonna handle it! Not yet!” You furrowed your eyebrows, watching upside down-Zoro raise an eyebrow at you as he held some plates in hand that, by your math, would result in more weight added to the bar than you’d asked for.

“Yes, you are!” Zoro nodded with a hum. “Your performance is perfect already and you can go up to 12 reps, that means you’re ready for more weight.”

You narrowed your eyes at him. “That’s not— Just... no.”

Zoro rolled his eyes with a sigh and stepped back. “Okay, fine, fine.”

Shaking your head, you pretended not to notice the soft clinking of the plates that he did add to the bar. Yes, he was right, but you felt like waiting a little longer until you could actually progress, but it wouldn’t hurt to try, even more with him spotting. The new weight was evident when you raised the bar off the rack after a couple of minutes determining whether your hands were in symmetric positions or not, and he carefully let you hold it by yourself. Nonetheless, you could manage to finish 8 reps

“Atta (girl/boy)!” He grinned while helping you rerack the bar. You shot him a look, which he of course pretended not to notice.

The second series wasn’t as fine since your muscles were already complaining by the end. Maybe it still left you enough energy for one more. Or not. By the middle of the third series, the weight had your muscles locked for a couple of seconds before you pushed the bar, and Zoro’s hands immediately showed up besides yours, only hovering over the metal.

“C’mon, only four to go! Four, three...”

A hiss escaped your lips at how your muscles threatened to give up, though only losing balance considerably because Zoro’s desperation startled you and dispersed your focus. “Zoro!” You groaned, lifting the bar to rerack it so you could sit up and glare at him. “I already told you I’m not dropping the bar just because I took a little longer to lift it!”

“Better safe than sorry, dumbass!” He clicked his tongue, crossing his arms—stubborn asshole.

“‘Wouldn’t be so difficult if someone hadn’t racked some extra pounds.” Your eyes narrowed at him, able to catch on how he widened his eyes and tensed his shoulders despite trying to hide it. “I’m going to add 100 extra pounds to your leg press tomorrow and we’re doing ten extra minutes of cardio!” His mouth opened and closed a couple of times as he tried to argue, only to fall silent with a big pout at the way you looked at him, despite still scowling.

• As much as you may not like it as well, you usually have cardio days when you’re the responsible one for the day

• “We don’t need cardio. It won’t make you stronger.” “You literally need it a lot, Zoro. We are always running around. Remember back in Skypiea when Enel—” “...Okay, okay, I understand.”

• You’ll be just as rigorous with him when it comes to spotting or checking his performance

• A few squeezes on his ass can help him when he’s struggling a little too much with his squats, even if he complains a little and insists that his face is red because of working out and not because you’re groping him

• “...(Y/n).” “Mind to muscle connection is important, I’m touching the muscle to show you what you’re working.” “You’re straight up just groping my tit.” “Shut the fuck up?? I’m just doing my job??”

• He does like it tho—he’ll feel like something is missing and complain that you aren’t paying proper attention to him when you’re not following every movement of his and touching him the whole time

• Bonus for slapping his ass in the “good job, bro” way in the end of the sessions

• “My quads hurt.” “Mine don’t.” “You didn’t train hard enough, that’s why.” "Shut up, Marimo!”

• “My ass hurts, but not in the way I want it to.” “...I can... um, change that?” Zoro says matter-of-factly.

• Careful with what your sparring sessions can turn into. It can be either very good or very bad.

• Also, challenges as in “can you bench/deadlift/pushup each other?” and sometimes he’ll carry you by having you sit on his shoulder and— fuck, what a man, really

“Last one, Zoro! Go low!” You cheered once he took a pause a few seconds longer than usual, extra carefully following his squat while you stood right behind him with your hands hovering under the bar, right next to his hands. “C’mon, strong boy!” He went down, but wouldn’t come up; grumbling escaped through his gritted teeth, something among the lines of ‘if it were so easy...’, but you didn’t even bother catching on to all of it. “I said c’mon!” Your hands met his ass with strength enough to have him standing up real fast.

“(Y/n)!” Zoro shouted, messily dropping the bar as fast as he could to turn back and glare at you; it wasn’t that effective, not like he wished, with that red flustered face.

࿐ Vinsmoke Sanji

• Waking up early in the morning along with Sanji so you can work out !! He’ll be happy to prepare you a breakfast that’ll give you all the energy you need to start your day the right way

• Can and will come to watch you train at the crow’s nest if he has time, just the biggest simp that’ll have nosebleeds every five seconds and observe you as if you were some sort of deity

• At first complained on ‘why do you have to train with stupid Marimo’, but got pretty pleased when he saw you are able to kick Zoro’s ass during a sparring match, so from now on he is all giddy and proud of it, no matter what you say

• Will prepare your meals to make sure they have all the protein you need and remind you to eat before and after working out <3 taking care of the love of his life gives him so much serotonin

• Something. There’s something about watching you lift weights that has Sanji all flustered and melting and simping real hard. Knowing his s/o is strong—strong enough to carry him, even—has him all mushy and soft. Sometimes he’ll be lying down on the ground for a little too long so you can lift him and he can act like he’s the best person in the world for having you carrying him like that

• Also when you throw him over your shoulder. He’ll scream

• He’d also be very proud his s/o is able to defend themself <3 you can give him a punch in the face anytime and he’d just thank you. kick him, too. please. you wouldn’t have the courage to, tho. maybe just slap his ass sometimes to keep him humble and happy because he needs it

• Don’t. Don’t ask him to spot you or check your performance.

• “Was my performance okay?” “Uhhh, yeah....” (Sanji just stared at your ass or your chest the whole time </3 better ask Zoro next time

• If you wanna break him, ask him to feel the muscle you’re working during chest or thigh series

• Do ask him to help you stretch, by the way. Sanji will be very happy to push your back so you can touch your feet. Not to mention that he will join you on stretching sometimes !! Also will train with you on leg day now and then

• After arm day, though, when your arms are too weak to even take a proper shower, count on him for help. Will do everything he is able to in order to help you. Sometimes he will let you struggle if you complain too much then come back with the worst cynical expression you’ve ever seen. Little fucker

• If you have long hair, he will come back to find you with messy hair after a shower. First time it happened, he asked what happened and put himself into helping as soon as you explained your arms felt way too tired to brush your hair—he’ll do it himself, all happy to be taking care of his s/o

• When you’re in good form, do pamper him by helping him lift the big boxes of food for the ship’s storage, though. You’re strong, yes, and he may not want you to waste your energy with stuff he can do, but that doesn’t mean he won’t be swooning or following you with heart eyes and clasped hands if he sees you helping him around like this

• Lots of compliments in general <3

• “You’re doing so great, l’amour de ma vie! Simply perfect! You look just like a powerful deity!”

• Expect massages at night if you’re hurting

“Hey, Sanji, pretty boy,” you breathed as you poked your head into the kitchen, still with sweat coating your skin despite the towel around your neck. “Are you free?”

“I’m always free for you, mon amour!” He crossed his arms with a smirk.

You rolled your eyes a little—you knew he would be answering ‘in a second, mon amour!’ instead if he were otherwise busy, no way he’d let any little bit of food go to waste. “Okay, well, can you come up to the crow’s nest real quick? Zoro is using all the weights again.” Sometimes it wasn’t true, you just liked having him there while you trained. Sanji would complain about it, cursing ‘stupid Marimo’, but he was actually happy it granted him more time with you.

Back in the crow’s nest with Sanji, you went over to where you left your water and other stuff, where you wouldn’t bother Zoro, and cleaned the sweat away as best as you could before lowering to the ground. You did a few experimental push ups then glanced back at Sanji; he sat on your back with crossed legs. In the first times, he would shift around a little until he found a comfortable position, something that didn’t even happen anymore.

Of course Sanji had one of his silly little recipe books with him, busying himself with reading it while you used him as the perfect weight for your push ups. He would be muttering under his breath as he read, sometimes in French, and you couldn’t make out every word under the sound of you and Zoro counting out of sync, but you still loved hearing it. Sometimes, someone would go up to the crows nest looking for any of you three, and Sanji would always make sure to be noticed.

࿐ Portgas D. Ace

• Either works out with you religiously or is very lazy to do it. Like, will drag you or be the one being dragged, also won’t care about a lot about following a diet and lets you plan your workout

• If Ace isn’t working out with you, he’ll be there to keep company and cheer for you, wipe the sweat away from your forehead or grab you some more water. Very sweet, he loves seeing you taking care of yourself and growing stronger, be sure he is very proud <3

• Ace certainly needs your help most of the time because his performance would probably not be the best, so he’d often hear “straighten your back,” “go slower,” “are you even counting?” “what fucking exercise is that, where did you learn that shit? I don’t want you injured!”

• Probably will do it wrong on purpose sometimes because he likes the attention. Just a silly little boy who likes having you holding his arms while you guide him through the sitting shoulder press. Literally the meme ‘kicking my feet in the air because they wished me a good day at the gym <3’

• He is flexible. Just by the way he crouches down, you can notice he has a lot of mobility, which sometimes leaves you jealous of how well and deep he can squat with a heavy bar on his back for someone who cares so little about it—Ace works out mostly so he will not fall out of shape because he mainly gets stronger from his offensive close-range combat. Either way, he is not entirely flexible, but will complain a lot about stretching

• Actually doesn’t need to train cardio, and you know better than to insist

• Sometimes, Ace is too anxious and shifty, so you’ll just ask him to come train with you because it always manages to knock him off right away when you’re finished, also helping him release the stress

• You’re the one taking care of him after you two workout because he’ll probably just pass out, sleep at the same moment he finishes the last exercise or even at the moment your eyes drive away from him

• “Ace, you still got two series of benching. ...Ace? Are you even awake?”

• Sometimes he’ll be like “I’ll work out everyday this week with you, don’t worry,” then actually do it only ONE single day and never again that week. He’ll show up in the middle of your workout sessions eating something, and immediately pause when you notice his presence, starting to walk backwards quietly—even Marco tried to convince him to get more compromised with it at least to keep you company, but just give up. Some weeks, it’s easier to find Ace passed out, snoring with his face in a plate of food rather than at least lifting a dumbbell

“Six... Seven...” You huff out each number whenever your body comes up just to go down again for another pushup; the edges of a heavy plate dig into your back to make your exercise count for something.

While still muttering the numbers, you hear footsteps approaching. It’s Ace, of course. He’s about to come closer with a sandwich stuffed half into his mouth, walking as if he didn’t make promises he wouldn’t keep. At the moment his eyes meet yours, he stops and his mood falls, sweat-dropping whilst he starts to walk backwards without the cheerfulness he had when approaching.

Later, Ace sits beside you when you’re sitting in the kitchen, waiting for your snack after having just taken a shower. “I’m sorry, my love!” He whines with a hug, pouting dramatically.

You roll your eyes. “Yeah, sure,” you tease because it’s so fucking funny when he’s overreacting over minimal irrelevant things like this.

Obsession's Grip (Zosan X Reader) P7

Plot: After saving some of the straw hat crew from a prison, the crew help takes a young man away so he can have a fresh start in life. He's shy but seems to grow attached to Reader in an unhealthy way.

Warning: Bad language, Violence, Kidnapping and Drugs.

Reader is Female (Sorry), Zoro X Sanji X Reader, Poly relationship, established relationship. Reader has the ability to control the snake tattoos on her arms that come alive when she commands, they can change size and are connected to her emotions.

P1 - P2 - P3 - P4 - P5 - P6 - P8 - P9 - P10 - P11 - P12 - P13 - P14

It takes five days for the log pose to reset much to your dismay, it means more time trying to avoid Percy, you tried your best to be nice and find a way to cut any conversation with him short by saying you needed to do something or you had plans with Sanji and Zoro. When ever you went off the ship to explore more and find new things someone would come with you, mainly Sanji since you didn't want Zoro to get lost but you tried to bring Usopp along at least once. What was supposed to be an hour's trip turned into three due to the sniper getting scared and climbing a tree for safety, he refused to come down until you checked it was safe and after all that he struggled to climb down and almost landed face first onto the floor if it wasn't for you. After that you two made an agreement that he would do some of your jobs so you could go out and do his along with your own, the agreement went well since the forest is calm and beautiful plus it gives you time away from Percy who's been creeping you out a little lately. The young man just seems to pop up out of no where when your alone bringing you some tea or something to eat, he's friendly and doesn't ask questions anymore but you still get this uneasy feeling when around him, it also doesn't help that he keeps apologizing because he thinks your still mad about what he said. Because of this you've taken to being around Zoro and Sanji as much as possible, the two don't mind in fact they actively seek you out if they find out your alone just to make sure your ok. Percy stays well away when it comes to Sanji and Zoro, he doesn't talk to them and leaves the room if their in there unless its meal time.

Robin and Nami have also been helping keep you way from him after telling them everything, it turns out you are the only girl he's doing all this too which has made you all on edge. You simply told them to wait it out since he'll be gone when at the next island, as much as he makes you uncomfortable you don't want to leave him stranded on an island. With two days left until the ship sets sail you manage to drag Usopp into the library to help you identify some plants and seeds you've been struggling with, The sniper has been swamped with his own work plus half of yours on top so hasn't had to time to help you. Normally this wouldn't be a problem and you would wait but as of late you've become snappy, impatient and always on edge, some of the crew have no problem answering back which makes you rethink how your acting while others cower away. Sitting at the desk you look through the book while Usopp examines the strange seeds trying to find identifying features, heavy footsteps suddenly get your attention making you jump and turn towards the ladder where Franky suddenly appears. The poor cyborg looks tired and is covered in coal "Hay Usopp, i need your help one of the barrels is busted" Franky sighs before climbing back down the ladder, Usopp looks from the ladder to you slightly scared that you'll tell him off if he goes, with a sigh you wave your hand letting him know it's ok to go. Backing away from you slowly the sniper gets far enough away to feel safe enough to turn his back and head out following Franky, you hate how scared some of the crew are of you now, Usopp, Brook, Chopper, Franky and even Nami have looked at you with fear. Rubbing your face you lean back in your chair groaning to yourself, why can't you relax? Always on edge as if at any moment something bad is going to happen, it doesn't matter where you go on the ship you always feel this way.

You can't get a shower or a bath without making sure over and over again that the door is locked, when you wake up in the middle of the night your eyes stay fix on the door as if waiting for it to open and you've refused to drink any alcohol even when Luffy threw a party, you need to keep a clear and sober head, but for what? "Long day?" Gasping you almost fall out of your chair at how fast you try and move away from the voice next to you "Sorry, didn't mean to scare you" Percy smiles placing a tray down on the desk containing a pot of tea, two cups, sugar cubes and cut up fruit in a bowl. "I was hoping to join you, i wanted to talk about something Luffy told me" The young man smiles pulling over a chair to sit next to you, taking in a breath you sit up straight while biting your inner cheek, you have to make up an excuse to get away and yet you feel bad for treating him like this. He's been nice and apologized over and over again but Zoro did say he's manipulating you, although your still not sure if its intentional or not. "Oh I've seen these before" Percy laughs picking up one of the seeds your struggling to identify, snapping out of your thoughts you look over at the young man watching as he lifts up the seed above his head getting the light to shine down on it "Its out of its shell though which means it's not going to grow anything" Raising an eyebrow you lean against the desk wondering how he knows all this, your brain debated weather to ask about it or not since you don't really want to start a conversation with him if possible.

Sighing you rub your head curiosity and frustration getting the better of you "I can't seem to identify it, could you tell me about it?" You ask pulling your notepad and pen over ready to right down what he tells you, Percy's smile widens as he turns to look at you with joy "Of course" Overjoyed he starts explaining the plant and how it works and what its used for, apparently they used in the prison as lantern fuel which is how he knows about it. You write as he talks not noticing the young man sneaking closer and closer while pouring tea and adding things in just the way you like it before placing it in front of you, giving a hum of thanks you keep writing focused on what your doing until something lands on your shoulder. Jolting you look to your side seeing Percy's chair right up against your and his head on your shoulder, he doesn't move away when you notice instead he shifts his head to look at you "Can you move away, please" You try to stay polite even though your hand is gripping your pen in a death grip, Percy slowly moves his head off your shoulder with a sad look his arms wrapping around himself. Sighing at his actions you stand up grabbing the book on the table and going over to the book case to put it away deciding your done for the day, the room falls into a uncomfortable silence as you go around putting stuff away and collecting the seeds on the desk. "Why don't you like me?" Percy whispers still sitting in the same position as before while you put the seed into a small cloth bag, you go to answer when Zoro's words run though your head, don't answer any emotional questions. Percy looks up at you his eyes welling up with tears when you don't answer or even look at him.

As much as it pains you to do this you know you have to, he's always crossing the line and if you give in he'll keep doing it "I said i was sorry, i really am" Percy lean forward sniffling a little, your heart breaks at the sound of it, you want to hold him and tell him it's ok but you managed to hold yourself back while tying the bag up. Going for your notepad its suddenly pulled away from you by Percy who stands up and backs away holding it tightly to his chest "Percy, hand it over" You stay calm while holding out your hand hoping he will think smart and give it to you but he shakes his head taking another step back "Not until you tell me why your acting like this. I said i was sorry, i even bring you tea and stuff to make up for what i said... i just want you to talk to me" He yells tears running down his face while gripping your notepad tight, keeping your hand out you debate what to do next, you could just walk away but you have no idea what he'll do with your notepad which has a few months worth of work in it. "Please, just tell me what i can do to make things better... When i first met you i was scared but you treated me so kindly, you saved my life, listened to me, gave me comfort. I can see your still a caring person and i can see it hurts you to hold that back. So why are you doing this?" Percy sniffles again as you lower your hand letting it relax at your side, you hate yourself for hurting him like this, it seems rare for him to trust someone and the one person he finally trusts treats him like shit.

Taking mercy on him you sit back down and pat the chair in front of you gesturing for him to sit "I'm sorry for the way I've acted, I'll explain but first we both need to calm down, so we can talk without anger and hurt. I'll let you hold onto my notepad until i'm done ok?" You ask placing your hands on your lap hoping to show him your not a threat, Percy hesitates but soon takes a shaky step closer making his way to the chair and sitting down. Keeping your hands where he can see them you start to explain everything to him and how its making you, Sanji and Zoro feel, you honestly think that what he's done isn't intentional so maybe telling him about it will make him realize his actions and make a change. Percy takes a minute to think it all over while you wait for him to clear his head and get his thoughts together, the tears in his eyes have dried up but their still sad, releasing your notepad from his tight hold Percy holds it out to you letting you take it back and place it on your lap. "I-i didn't think what i was doing was wrong but… i see now it was, i am wrong, I'll try my best not to do anything like that again, just… If i do, please tell me, i don't want you to hate me" The young man gulp while fiddling with his hands, nodding you lean back in your chair glad to get this all out of the way "I still feel like there needs to be space between us and i still think it's a good idea that you stay away from Zoro and Sanji, mainly for your safety" You smile happy that he understands his actions but to be on the safe side you still need to keep that distance, Percy nods wiping his cheeks while giving you a smile "You really are kind, after everything I've done you still care about my safety. Thank you"

Nodding you stand up putting your notebook in your bag along with the bag of seeds before picking it up ready to leave "Wait, you didn't drink your tea" Percy frowns pushing the cup of tea across the desk towards you, turning you look him over then at the tea, you've never eaten or drank anything he's brought for you and thats not about to change "I'll ask Sanji for some, its cold now anyway" You state pulling your bag over your shoulder and walking away, the young man quickly stands putting all the stuff back onto the try and following you "Sanji's not in the kitchen, i can make you one, plus i need to clean all this up" Percy smiles following you out into the garden and then down the ladder into the kitchen "Thanks for the offer but I can do it myself and thanks for cleaning" You give him a smile glad that he's kind enough to clean up what ever mess he makes, some of the crew just leave it for someone else to deal with. Putting your bag down on the stool you look around seeing that the cook really isn't in the kitchen, usually he is at this time of day in order to prep for lunch so something urgent must have come up. "Oh! Of course, if i use something then i should put it away or clean it, thats what i was taught" Percy walks past you placing the tray down next to the sink and starts filling it up, walking around you turn on the kettle, grab a mug and then add your sugar but when you open the jar of tea bags there's nothing in there. Letting out a frustrated sigh you look through the cupboards nearby trying to find more but turn up empty-handed "Miss Y/n, the tea bags are in the pantry in that big wooden box" The young man points out seeing you looking around getting frustrated.

Pinching the bridge of your nose you sigh wondering why of all placed is the tea in the pantry, it's always kept in the cupboard close to the kettle so no one has to enter the pantry. Luckily your one of the few who Sanji trusts enough to give the code too so you easily unlock the pantry and head in, it doesn't take you long to grab what you needed and come back out to finally make yourself some tea while Percy drys his hands and leans against the counter. Sipping on your tea you let out a relaxed sigh finally able to clam your mind, talking to the young man was nerve wracking but at least now you've both come to an understanding so this trip will be a lot less stressful. After taking a few more sips you notice Percy still in the kitchen staring at you with a concerned look, it makes your body tense up again wondering what he's worried about but when you go to ask nothing comes out, you try to speak again only this time something sparkles in front of your eyes like little firefly's flying around "I'm sorry Miss Y/n" Percy sighs stepping closer to you grabbing your tea cup out of your hands and placing it on the counter, stepping away you stumble your legs unable to hold your own weight but the young man grabs you pulling your body into his "Don't worry, I've got you… I'm really sorry but i have to protect you" Percy whispers picking you up and throwing you over his shoulder, you want to stop him to fight back but your mind is fuzzy and your body feels weak, even though your legs are slightly kicking you can't feel your body doing so. As the young man turns ready to leave the kitchen you vision is overcome by floating lights all merging together until there's only white, the light dims over time soon sending you into nothing but black.

Brook makes his way out of the sleeping quarters after trying to work on a new song for a few hours, the sound of yelling from different members of the crew gets his attention, so he makes his way across the deck and up into the kitchen where the sound is coming from. Opening the door he's met with a strange sight, first the kitchen area is a mess, the pantry door is wide open, there's a few broken plate's and cups on the floor, a bitter smell in the air and one of the bar stools has been tipped over. The second thing is the whole crew yelling at each other, Chopper is sitting on the sofa with a towel over his head looking quite upset while Nami and Robin are sitting next to him yelling at Usopp and Luffy who are sitting at the table yelling back. Sanji stands at the head of the table pointing his finger at the captain seeming to be mad at him about something other than what the girls are yelling about while Zoro sits at the table with his arms crossed over his chest clearly tense and ready to blow up at any minute. Franky groans leaning against the wall chugging a coal clearly tired and looking a little depressed, tilting his head Brook noticing your not here and yet your bag is, either you didn't want to argue and walked out or your not apart of this. "Urm… what's wrong?" Hesitating the skeleton speaks up, the room suddenly goes quiet as the crew turn to him with a mixture of anger and annoyance. "Where the hell have you been?" Nami yells standing from her seat making Brook jump in fear of her hitting him.

Robin places her hand on Nami's arm getting the navigator to sit back down "Take a seat and I'll explain" she gestures to one of the chairs but Sanji steps in the way glaring at the skeleton "First i want to know if you've been in the kitchen in the last two hours" The cook pulls out a cigarette placing it between his lips and lighting it all while glaring at Brook who shakes his head "Oh no, I've been writing music for almost… four hours now" He state making everyone sigh in frustration, stepping side Sanji lets Brook pass and take a seat as he puffs on his cigarette trying to calm down "Wow, you really missed everything" Luffy laughs only to get hit in the head by the cook "What are you laughing about? Your still number one on my lift for who did this" Sanji yells pointing at the messy kitchen making the captain pout while looking away. "We'll as you can see the kitchen is a mess, but we don't know who did it. There's been more going on in the past two hours" Robin state calmly trying to stop the room from going back to how it was, Brook nods staying quiet and letting the black haired woman continue. "First the temperature in the aquarium bar went up quite high causing the bottle of wine on the shelves to explode and the fish tank to heat up killing off some of the fish. Sanji cleaned up the mess while Nami and Zoro where supposed to gather all the dead fish when Chopper came running over covered in syrup, someone put a bucket of syrup over the door in his office so Nami asked for my help to cleaning him"

Chopper sighs pulling the towel off his head, its clear now the two girls had to help bath and dry the poor reindeer "Thinking it was Luffy who did the prank-" Luffy suddenly stands shaking his head furiously while looking over at Chopper "I wasn't me i swear, i love pranking you but not like that" The captain tries to defend himself as Usopp pats him on the shoulder trying to calm his friend down. "We'll it's between you and Usopp" Nami growls shaking her head still trying to figure out who did it but Robin places her hand on the girls knee trying to calm her down "Nami told Luffy to help Zoro out with the fish tank since he was on deck. As for Franky and Usopp, as far as i understand one of the barrels that powers the engine burst" the black haired woman looks over at Franky with a sympathetic look, the cyborg sighs and nods before pushing off the wall "Yea, i don't know how it happened still but i'm looking into it, i needed Usopp's help since everyone was busy with other things". Brook nods understanding, but he then hums putting some pieces together that the others missed, Zoro opens his eye looking the skeleton up and down before nodding "i was thinking the same" the swordsman states sitting up straight and unfolding his arms "Everything that happened was too close together making me think its intentional and most likely by the same person, they wanted us all busy-" Zoro stands out of his chair quickly the pieces coming together perfectly but it makes his heart beat faster "When did you last see Y/N?" Sanji yells realizing what's going on, you and Percy are not here, the kitchen's a mess and everyone was distracted. "She was in the library" Usopp gulps concerned by the sudden shift in their aura, Nami stands panicking a little "She was there when we went up to bath chopper but you two were too distracted to notice but when we came down both of you were gone"

Usopp gulps becoming worried by their reactions "I left her up there to help Franky" The sniper points out making Nami's heart sink "Do you think Percy did something?" Nami asks her panicked eyes looking over to Sanji and Zoro who both have a mixture of anger and worry on their faces. The others look at each other in confusion until Luffy stands up glaring at his three friends "What's going on?" The captain asks getting annoyed that he doesn't understand what their talking about. Robin stands up with a way to clam the situation and a plan to help "We thought the situation was fixed but it seems that isn't the case, I'll happily explain but i think its best of Sanji, Zoro and Nami start looking, i doubt their still on the ship" The black haired woman turns to the three who look at their captain in slight panic hoping he will let them go, Luffy nods giving them the go ahead to leave before looking at Robin wanting to know what's going on. The three quickly run out of the kitchen and onto the deck but before the two can leave Nami stops them handing Sanji a transponder snail "I'll look over the map and guide you through, their no point in running in blind, there's area's around here that are good for hiding so i'll tell you how to get there… Stay close to Sanji" The navigator states while pointing a finger at the swordsman not wanting him to get lost, Zoro growls wanting to fight back but his attention turns to the forest feeling its more important to go after you than fight. "Thank you Nami-swan" Sanji smiles with slight tears in his eyes, he's worried about you but the navigator's kindness and eagerness to help really pulls at his heart. Zoro groans grabbing the cooks belt and pulling him off the ship while Nami waists no time heading to the library and going over her map trying to find the best places to search for you.

jinbei absolutely adores children so much. he’s already such a dad. he wants his own so bad

but with the life he’s lived up to this point, he knows it would be dangerous to bring a child into this world

that is where you, his lovely adoptive daughter, come in to add some sunshine to his life

when you first join the crew, jinbei is quite quiet. outside of his usual good mornings, good nights, and making a bit of small talk with you, he doesn’t say much

but it doesn’t take long for him to become fond of you. it starts to show when he unconsciously guards you when there is an enemy nearby

he knows you’re more than capable to take care of yourself, but he doesn’t want to take any chances

he realizes he thinks of you as a daughter after you join in on one of his meditation sessions, where you struggled to focus

watching you struggle, he gave some very helpful tips that you applied to your technique

your eyes were closed so you couldn’t see, but his eyes were wide open, looking at you with the proudest dad smile the world has ever seen

jinbei teaches you some basics in fishman karate, should you ever need them. he would be THRILLED to teach you more if you want to

he’s so happy inside being able to share his techniques with you

he becomes even more protective of you. he keeps you in his sight usually, worried that if you slip off you could be in danger

such as the one time you left his eyesight for five seconds and followed luffy off to a house rooftop and NEARLY FELL

he has never experienced such panic in his life. he was screaming, crying, a second away from throwing up

when you turned around to give him a thumbs up that you were okay, he sighed in relief. you almost gave him a heart attack that day

his heart melts when you fall asleep on his shoulder. he will not move because he does not want to wake you. he’ll stay there for hours if he has to

he likes to pick up pretty seashells and bring them back to give to you

if you ever turn any of them into a necklace or a bracelet, he’ll cry tears of joy

if you ever refer to him as your dad to other people, he’ll sob a little

he’s so precious and he loves you so much :,)

Genderbent Headcanons!

@genderbenduniverse requested genderbent Straw Hats and beyond! So here are my imagines for each Straw Hat, plus Law and Ace for good measure.

WARNING: I made them all dress slutty because I’m a crazy person

Luffy

Femme!Luffy isn’t much different than masc Luffy, I think. Gender doesn’t seem to be a thing that Luffy relates to much. She wears her hair in a short ponytail, and dresses mostly in loose jorts and t-shirts. She thinks makeup is genuinely hilarious and doesn’t even know what most of it is (she’s been known to put mascara on her forehead). I think there’s quite a few men (and women!) along the grand line that would love to date her, but she’s completely oblivious and uninterested.

Zoro

I already kinda HC Zoro as a trans man, so genderbent Zoro would be a trans woman! I imagine she transitioned after Kuina’s death because a) she promised Kuina she would and b) she wants to prove the world’s greatest swordsman can be a girl after all. Zoro wears her hair in a short pixie cut, and wears a simple wrap over her breasts (and not much else, she still loves going topless). She’s still muscular as fuck and definitely gives off butch vibes, but she’s very much still a woman.

Sanji

Sanji (Sanju?) is the femmest femme that ever femmed. Her long blond hair is always perfectly styled, her makeup is always on point, and her nails, while short, are usually painted to match whatever she’s cooking that day. And yes. She fights in 4 inch heels. But make no mistake—even tho she’s femme, she’s gay as the day is long. She’s always flirting with girls, trying to come across as a top, but come on. It’s painfully obvious that Sanji is a bottom. As a woman, Sanji has really had to fight to secure a place in the kitchen as an expert chef, and she does NOT tolerate bullshit or sexist remarks.

Nami

He’s lithe. He’s handsome. He has the perfect mustache. He’s undeniably smooth, sexy, and clever—the classic rogue. Nami typically dresses in VERY tight pants and flowing blouses, a couple buttons undone to reveal soft chest hair beneath. Nami will do anything it takes to get some extra cash. Pocket-picking is not beneath him, but he prefers a little bit of manipulation or even snake-oil-selling. It’s easy for him to tune into others’ emotions, and that’s his strongest weapon. That and his objectively perfect body. He’s the ONLY man that Sanji’s ever had any interest in.

Usopp

I imagine Usopp has a gorgeous head of natural hair that she’s really protective over. Other than that, she’s not much of a girly girl though. She wears skirts over leggings so she can still climb high in the rigging. And she’s known for the outrageous tales she tells about her sex life (and honestly I feel like fem!Usopp does get laid a lot, so who knows if it’s actually lies…)

Chopper

I can’t imagine Chopper is much different as a girl than a boy, but she has no antlers! I could also maybe see her having a mothering instinct, especially toward other animals!

Robin

Masc!Robin has short but well maintained black hair and usually dresses in a leather jacket and tight jeans. Idk why, but I could really see masc Robin having a motorcycle (perhaps built for him by his amazing girlfriend Franky?). His quiet personality and sudden, probing questions can put some people off, but deep down he’s just a good guy who wants to study the world around him. He can often be found in his study with a pipe and a book, researching historical events for the Straw Hats and talking quietly with Chopper, who he’s basically adopted as his daughter. I could also see him being really into cowboy shit for some reason? Maybe his study is all decorated Western Style.

Franky (short for Francesca)

Franky is still a cyborg, her whole body augmented. She always wears the world’s tiniest booty shorts over her sculpted steel butt (poor Sanji, our girl is down bad for those shorts), and you should see the shit Franky’s done with her boobs. Rocket launchers, helicopter nips, emergency flotation devices—those things can do anything. She loves subverting people’s expectations of her gender—Franky’s loud, extroverted personality and obsession with hairstyling gives off the vibes of kind of a basic party girl, but she’s still the engineering genius we know and love. Her boyfriend, Robin, can’t get enough of her.

Brooke

Brooke doesn’t look much different as she’s still a skeleton, but she wears the coolest vintage dresses you’ve ever seen. This woman can SING, and often serenades the Straw Hats with original blues and ballads. Of course, she can also play pretty much any instrument you can think of, but she’s a singer first and foremost. I like to imagine that her voice is as mesmerizingly beautiful as a siren’s (even if she doesn’t have any vocal cords, yohohoho!)

Law

Think Siouxie Sioux here. Law is the ultimate gloomy big tiddy goth GF, covered in tattoos that remind her of her mother figure, Cora. She’s tall, dresses in your standard 80s/90s mall goth clothes, and is rarely seen without a cigarette. You wouldn’t guess that she’s actually a talented doctor. Her best friend, Bepo, is the most important person in her life and is one of the only people to get to see Law’s warm, happy side.

Ace

Our lovely Ace wears her mane of black hair in a messy, shoulder length bob. She rarely wears makeup, and has long since given up trying to wear a shirt (they kept burning off). Instead, she covers up with a band of fire to hide her bits and bobs. Sanji wants to kill herself over this woman. She’s a shameless flirt, and notoriously bisexual—she’s probably slept with half the Grand Line by this point. Athletic, charismatic, and a powerful fighter, it’s truly an honor to get femme!Ace’s vivre card.

Little sunshine au

Bath time

So there’s a bit of a change with the crew’s bathing schedule in this au

With Ace and Sabo being captains of the crew ( especially since in this au they spend a lot more time with Makino , who made sure the two boys knew about basic hygiene)I think they’d set a standard for how often they should wash up. Not that they tell everyone but set an example that the others fallow - even Zoro who canonically baths at least once a week.- so the crew bathing schedule at most every other or two days. so there’s no issue with how often one should bath.

The problem comes from the youngest member Luffy.

So basically luffy doesn’t understand why he needs to take bath , his mom is made of water and he visits her at least once a day so to his logic he’s clean( even though mom tells him he’s still dirty and it’s important to take a bath). This wasn’t much of an issue back on dawn. The boys tended to bath together ; especially after Ace got his devil fruit and as a precaution since he still gets a bit weak in water ( along with his narcolepsy), so they were able to keep Luffy from getting away. ( plus Sabo had told Luffy it was important to stay with Ace until he was done to make sure he didn’t accidentally drown , something Luffy takes very seriously)

- It was no problem since the bandits had a decent bathing area ( the bandits made it a bit bigger with Garps help - saying the boys liked bathing together so of course Garp made sure they had big enough bathtub/ Dadan definitely benefited from this renovation)

or they could go to the river if needed - luffy was instructed to stay close incase something like a crocodile or bear was nearby. So the brothers are used to bathing together.

This continues when they set sail, but the ship’s bathrooms only big enough for two people ( barely). The only upside is that at least he’s contained to just the ship( luffy knows if he escapes to the ocean , mom will just plop him right back on deck- she’s definitely entertained by his antics but knows it’s important to have a proper bath- plus he’ll be forced to have another bath) instead of a whole forest. No one else noticed since it was mainly Ace or Sabo in charge of bath time.

But so after they gather a few members ( after sanji or chopper)they start rotating luffy duty around. One of those includes bathtime; which the brothers did warn them that Luffy will escape if he gets bored. Luckily it’s not an issue because some of the crew members ( Ussop and Nami ) actually had a somewhat normal upbringing / at least until they were 8/ to suggest bubbles and bath toys.

Luffy loves the bubbles so hes content to stay at lest until the bubble eventually run out. Once the bubbles are gone he gets bored.

So He decides to escape Bare naked and all!

So imagine Ace and Sabo will be in the middle of meeting with nami about where to go next and supplies they need to stick up more to some yelling * and get to the deck to see that a nude giggling 6 year old is running around deck!

Shenanigans issue and eventually the boy is caught- depending on how clean he is will determine wether he needs to go back to the bath or not- this quickly becomes a reoccurring problem.

The crew do try to troubleshoot this of course, because simply telling luffy not to won’t work.they try to have someone take a bath with him- and it includes the girls / Luffy doesn’t really understand why guys freak out over girls body’s. He doesn’t act inappropriate either being careful of where he touches ( though mostly thanks to Makino he knows not all girls are okay with being touched and only if they say it’s okay) so bathing with nami or Robin isn’t as big a deal- unfortunately this does little to help and just adds a naked crew member who forgets to cover up or loses their towel during said chase.

So It’s a common occurrence on board ( they’ve excepted that they can’t stop luffy from escaping at this point) and it’s become as competition of sorts who can catch luffy first.( there are multiple towels hidden on deck for when luffy decides to dive or some gets knocked over to grap and cover him up) luffy thinks it’s fun thus encouraged to do it as much as possible even when his brothers are in charge.

This problem would be helped when they get the sunny, having a larger bath to fit 5-7 people

Note: Oh my gosh it’s been so long since I wrote something. Can’t believe it’s been months since I last uploaded a story. I haven’t forgotten my favorite pairing no matter how they don’t get many moments together recently. It was just that work ate up so much of my energy.

But I hope you enjoy this quick one-shot. I’ll try to make something longer next time.

Summary: It was not a good scent on him to be honest. It stirs something inside her awake … like a long-slumbering jealousy perhaps?

A scent wafted towards Nami’s nose, making her pause from checking the weather.

It was a nice, warm afternoon. Not too hot that it’ll make you sweat buckets—it was just… right. It was one of the things Nami loved about spring islands, their climate are almost always pleasant.

She was in the library earlier, perusing her weather books when she sensed a slight change in the air around her. It was what prompted her to go out and check the horizon to see if rain was coming.

And that was when the unfamiliar scent drifted towards her.

She tilted her nose up in the air and took a deep breath. Aside from the smell of an impending downpour, there was that certain sweet fragrance that reminds her of standing in the middle of a flower field on a beautiful spring day.

Nami knew that it was not coming from Robin. The archaeologist headed into the town earlier with Chopper and Franky and hasn’t come back yet. Plus Robin’s scent is far different from what’s currently assaulting her nose. Whilst Robin’s was subtle, this one kinda hits you point blank.

But damn she’s sure that the scent definitely belongs to a woman.

So who…?

Was the ship boarded by a stowaway while she was busy inside the library?

There was movement from behind her and she jerked from surprise. Whipping around, she stared in disbelief as Zoro nonchalantly walked past behind her without a word and headed straight to her mikan trees, towards the partially hidden part of the Sunny’s railing—probably to settle there for one of his many naps.

"What was that?" Nami blurted out just as he was removing his swords from his sash.

Zoro tilted his head to her direction with one eyebrow raised. "What do you mean what was that?"

"That smell," she turned her nose up in the air again and sniffed. "It's coming from you,” she said with a frown.

Zoro mirrored her expression before situating himself down on the wooden floor and leaning back against the railing. "Excuse me. I took a bath yesterday." He drawled before crossing his arms over his chest and closing his eye—a sign that he’s ending the conversation so he can doze off.

Nami grimaced. "That was yesterday! How many times did you sweat like a pig after your bath up to now?!"

The swordsman huffed irritably. “Don’t know. Don’t care,” he muttered before proceeding to yawn loudly.

The navigator glared at him as he settled down quite quickly to his catnap. She strode towards him, the weather currently forgotten.

She’s sure that that scent was coming from the idiot moss head himself. Unless… just as she initially thought; an intruder was on the Sunny, hiding and probably waiting for an opportune moment.

But wouldn’t Zoro be on alert instead of calmly resting on the deck without a care in the world if that’s the case?

The moment she approached him, the scent grew stronger. Nami tucked a strand of hair behind her ear before leaning down and sniffing the green-haired man.

There was no mistake. It was coming from him!

“Hey! Zoro was immediately awake, on guard, and protesting when she crowded his person. “The hell are you doing Nami?!”

“I knew it! It is coming from you!” She exclaimed, whacking him on the shoulder. “Why the hell do you smell like a girl Zoro?!”

“That’s none of your concern witch!” Zoro hissed at her. Even if her shadow was looming over him and darkening his features, Nami can still make out the slight red tinging his cheeks. “Buzz off. I’m trying to sleep!”

Nami’s brows furrowed at that. She knew he went to town earlier to hit the taverns (as usual) and enjoy some drinks.

Something clicked inside her brain and her eyes widened as she straightened up and continued studying the man before her.

It seems like Zoro enjoyed MORE than the alcoholic beverages he loves so much while he was there.

That was the only possible explanation she can come up with on why he came back to the ship smelling of a woman’s perfume and wanting to sleep!

Zoro was looking at her warily at first before he turned a bit uneasy under her gaze when he saw the expression of her face.

“Oh,” was the only thing she was able to blurt out after a long uncomfortable silence. “Oh.” She repeated again took a step backwards and away from him.

“Oh what?” Zoro asked irritably.

Nami just continued eyeing him. And Zoro fought the urge to squirm under her brown eyes. He watched as an indifferent expression took over her face. He wasn’t sure if it was just his imagination or her eyes seemed to turn as cold as ice.

“You’re right that is none of my concern,” she said, her tone as equally icy as her stare. She tore her gaze away from him.

“Just take a bath Zoro. The smell hurts my nose.” With that she spun on her heel and headed towards the library, slamming the door behind her, leaving a bewildered Zoro gaping at her.

What?

What the hell is up with that woman?

Zoro rubbed his face exasperatedly with one hand before running it along his hair, fighting the sudden urge to pull at them out of frustration.

Honestly, only Nami can rile him up like this.

He was supposed to be napping right now—enjoying this one, rare quiet time on the ship while the others are busy exploring the island. He had enough disruptions earlier while he was out and about and decided it’s better to just head back to the Sunny.

He was expecting some peace and quiet when he boarded the ship. Not come across a suddenly grouchy navigator.

Inside the library he can hear the sound of Nami’s heels stomping across the wooden floor with enough force to probably puncture holes on them.

Zoro inwardly cursed. Great. She’s in a mood.

What the hell did he do now?

And why the hell did he need to take another bath when he had taken one yesterday?!

Bah. Like he's gonna cave in and do that just to appease her highness.

He settled back against the railing again, quite abruptly that he accidentally hit his head against it.

Damn it!

He proceeded to rub the back of his head and in doing so he bowed his slightly…

…and caught a whiff of the scent Nami was complaining about earlier.

Zoro did not hold back the groan that wanted to come out of his throat. Honestly, he thought the scent would just dissipate from his walk back to the ship. What kind of perfume was this that it seems like he’ll be carrying the scent not only until tomorrow but the day after?!

And why in the world did it made Nami angry?

Why was she angry?

Nami slammed the thick book about the tempests of the New World down on her mapping desk, pinching the bridge of her nose in an attempt to stave off her still rising temper.

Damn it!

That freaking smell of another woman on him set her off.

Just how close… how close does he have to be with that… that wench for her scent to latch onto him like that?

Practically glued together. Her treacherous mind nastily pointed out.

It made her insides twist. And she winced at the weird sensation.

It was not a good scent on him to be honest. It’s stirred something inside her awake…

…like a long-slumbering jealousy perhaps?

She grabbed at the edge of her desk to steady herself. She was grasping it quite hard that her knuckles turned white.

Was that… the reason why the idea of him and that stupid owner of that scent, tangled with each other intimately were making her stomach churn, her blood boil and her heart clench?

The thought of him with another woman… intimately with another woman…

Nami felt light-headed and she dropped down on the chair.

Sweet cyclones of the New World. She is jealous!

She actually has feelings for that directionless, idiot swordsman???

When? Why?

How?

Nami clamped a hand on her mouth as it slowly came crashing down on her.

Those random times he crosses her mind while she’s in the middle of mapping or navigating or even when she’s in a fight or running away from a fight.

Those moments when he would suddenly invade her thoughts out of the blue at any time of the day.

How it feels like hundreds of butterflies were fluttering inside her stomach when he grins or half-smiles at her when a joke or a funny story were shared while the crew were eating lunch or dinner or just hanging out at the Sunny’s lawn deck.

How in all those times that he saved her and worried for her, she would get lost in him for a certain brief moment before reality would pull her back and remind her that they were…

Friends.

Crew mates.

Nakamas.

Nothing more. Nothing less.

Nami stayed in that perplexed state, oblivious that the slate grey clouds that she was observing earlier at the horizon already appeared and the raindrops started pelting the glass of the library window, lost in the realization of her feelings for the green-haired swordsman.

Dinner was chaotic as usual, even if the rain outside didn’t let up. Their crew was boisterous and loud as ever—probably even more now since the more hyperactive members have been cooped up inside after they got back because of the downpour.

Somehow being surrounded by raucousness lifted Nami’s mood a bit. She was able to act a tad bit normal all throughout the meal. Good thing she was able to sit near Luffy and rather far from the swordsman, who was in the other end of the table. It saved her from looking and talking to him because honestly she doesn’t really know how to act around him. Not right now when she just had a big revelation.

They are well on their way to dessert when Chopper blurted out the question that dampened her mood again.

“Ne, Zoro why do you smell like a girl?” The innocent reindeer asked, his blue nose twitching a little. They were sitting beside each other and Chopper can only hold his curiosity for so long.

There was laughter around the table, coming mostly from the older crew members.

“He probably realized he stinks,” Sanji commented with a nasty grin.

“You wanna go ero-cook?” Zoro challenged, with one eye sharp and one hand thumbing Enma out of its sheath.

“Are we sure about that and not because a pretty lady hugged him while he’s at the town’s bar earlier? Yohohoho!” Brook interjected. “I can still see even if I don’t have eyes to see!”

Nami’s ears perked up at that. She fiddled with her food, waiting for the swordsman to confirm what Brook just stated.

“Shut up!” Zoro turned his attention at the other yet older pervert. “The hell are you even doing there?!”

Nami’s heart immediately sank at that and she pursed her lips. So there really was a girl.

“Yohoho!” The skeleton just laughed. “So I was right. A lady gave you a hug! Oh how I envy you Zoro-san! It was like that time with Hiyori-san…”

“I said shut up!” Zoro snarled at him.

A chorus of ‘ooohs’ filled the room. Sanji’s face was immediately red from anger as flames threatened to erupt from his leg.

He yelled at Zoro. “Damn you, you third-rate swordsman! Why are you always taking advantage of such lovely ladies?!”

“Urusei baka cook! I’m not you!”

“Temee…”

Nami suddenly stood up, cutting off the impending fight between the two. She’s not gonna stay and hear every detail about Zoro’s afternoon adventure or even about Momo-chan’s sister. She had enough for today.

“Thank you for the meal Sanji-kun,” she said sweetly before leaving the table without even looking at Zoro and Sanji, who were both staring at her in astonishment.

Everyone’s eyes followed her as she headed out of the galley despite the rain still pouring down outside. Each one has a baffled look on their faces, wondering why in the hell did she not clonked the other two like she usually does when they start arguing in the middle of dinner.

The galley door slammed shut behind the navigator. Loud enough to make the crew flinched.

“Ok…” Usopp slowly breathed out. “Which one of you was responsible for that?” He pointed at the door with his thumb. They don’t need haki to figure out that Nami was in a really bad mood. Everyone can sense it.

Robin shrugged as she casually took a sip of her after-dinner coffee. “I don’t know. But I’m pretty sure it was only her and Zoro who was here on the ship when we got back earlier.”

Zoro fought the urge to balk when the archaeologist smiled at him. He knows it was her passive way of saying she’s aware that he had something to do with Nami’s current temperament.

The only problem is he doesn’t know what he did.

He glanced furtively at the door again before meeting Robin’s eyes.

Zoro sighed inwardly as tipped his tankard back and guzzled the cool ale inside.

Nami climbed the last steps of the ladder leading up to the bathhouse late that night. The rain had finally stopped and most of the crewmembers were finally asleep except for the ones on watch duty.

She can’t believe she fell asleep right after dinner. She wanted to stay inside her room for a while, alone and away from all that noise to gather her thoughts. She hadn’t meant to conk out while silently screaming her frustration in her pillow.

All these thoughts about Zoro made her tired. But at least the sleep refreshed her and somehow calmed her mind so she wouldn’t be a mess and resort to silence and indifference when she face him again.

She just honestly thought he was not the type to flirt and fool around. Sanji… she can imagine. But Zoro? He was usually stoic and uncaring about other people! So him actually being intimate with another was the farthest thing from her mind.

He did turn down Hiyori flat outright didn’t he?

Maybe that’s the reason why—when she realized that he was with a woman earlier—it threw her off. Really threw her off, because she has this false sense of security that he’d never bother to be with one.

And when he did. It stung.

It hurt.

Drat. This attraction might just drive her crazy.

She let out a sigh and did a double take when she saw the laundry basin at the far corner of the room.

What’s it doing there? The only ones who do late night laundries are her and Robin and the Hana hana no mi user is scheduled to do hers tomorrow.

She approached it to check.

There were clothes submerged in the soapy waters. Green and…

Nami tried lifting it up. What the hell? Why is it so heavy?! She just might pop a vein inside her if she continues trying to haul it up.

“Don’t,” Zoro’s voice suddenly warned her. “You’ll just hurt your wrist.”

She tilted her towards the bathroom, surprised to see Zoro coming out of it. She regarded him for a moment; hair wet and with just a towel wrapped around his waist.

She wasn’t sure if her voice got stuck in her throat because of her earlier realizations or because of the way he looking right now all fresh-out-of-shower and hot.

Or maybe both.

Damn it all over again!

"You clothes are heavy," she managed to utter out after a moment.

Zoro just shrugged, grabbing another towel from the wall rack to dry his hair. “Just leave it there and I’ll wash it tomorrow.”

Nami let go of his robe and straightened up.

“Are you alright now?” He asked her all of a sudden.

“Huh?” She blinked at him, the question not quite registering.

Zoro didn’t bother waiting for her answer. “Nap helps huh?”

Nami glanced at him in astonishment not quite sure how he knew of that. But then again, he had a knack for knowing what is happening around him even if it looks like he’s not paying any attention.

She just nodded.

They both fell silent. Somehow their usually bickering selves are surprisingly not present. Possibly because, Nami can’t still muster her usually feisty self. Maybe after a day or two they’d be back to their same old routine.

After all, the problem is not with Zoro. But with her. She was the one who can’t handle her feelings. She was the one who can’t keep it in control.

And it’s throwing off their rhythm.

“You done,” she asked motioning to the bath. “I wanna use it.”

“Yeah.” Zoro nodded.

“I’m surprised to find you here.” Nami remarked.

Zoro looked at her intently before answering. “The scent irritates me.”

“Oh.”

“Stupid shit just won’t go away.” He mumbled, looking irritated.

Nami nodded. “It probably got on your skin. That’s why it stuck.” She mentally pushed away the unwelcome thoughts of the reasons why.

“Hnnn…”

Gosh she wanted to tease him so badly. Slam him just so she could get some sort of revenge for what she went through today because of him.

But it seems like the cat still got her tongue and she’s still not in the mood.

She just gave him a sort of dismissive wave, a silent gesture that they can both move on their own ways.

“Nami,” Zoro called out before she can step inside the bathroom.

“Hmm?”

“It’s not what you’re thinking.”

That made her look straight into his eye. Her heart started thumping wildly against her chest.

“Nothing happened earlier.”

Nami swallowed the lump in her throat that before asking.

“W-why are you telling me this?”

“I’m not sure,” Zoro shrugged. “I just know I need to tell you that.” He gave her a half-smile.

She just continued staring at him as her heart continued to thump wildly and the hundreds of butterflies started fluttering inside her stomach again.

“Guess I don’t want you mad.”

Nami almost stopped breathing at that. That speaks volumes coming from him.

“Oh.” Was the only reply she could murmur out.

Zoro gazed at her in a way she could not comprehend. Then he nodded towards bath, wordlessly telling her that it’s all hers before moving towards the ladder leading down the library.

A scent wafted towards Nami nose again. This time she was sure the fragrance was from one of her expensive shower gels she carefully kept inside the Sunny’s bathroom.

Her head snapped towards the green-haired man.

“Forgot my soap,” Zoro explained with a slight quirk on his lips. “And since you keep complaining about that stupid scent on me, maybe you’d stop if I smell like you.”

Nami’s heart did a back flip this time. The she smiled. “You know I’m charging.”

“The hell.” Zoro grumbled. “Witch,” he sneered before disappearing down the ladder.

She chuckled. It was a really nice smell on him. It made her think of cuddling up to him and burying her nose in the crook of his neck.

Nami caught herself and shook her head to make that thought vanish.

What he said and did a while ago was already plenty—especially from a man like him.

It was really comforting to think, that as much as the grate each other’s nerves… Zoro doesn’t really want her mad at him.

That was enough for her… for now.

Nami was enjoying a midnight tea after her bath. She was alone in the kitchen when Zoro walked in.

They nodded to each other in greeting and Zoro sauntered towards where they were keeping the sake bottles.

She closed her eyes when he walked past by her and she took in the clean scent of her shower gel on him.

It smells really nice.

She had to bit her lip to keep herself from grinning. She can her him rummaging around and she continued to just sit there quietly basking in his presence.

She had really fallen deep hasn’t she?

“Oi,” Zoro’s voice was suddenly so close to her ear and her eyes flew open in surprise.

He was leaning down at her with a smirk on his face.

“You know, you should stop smelling me Nami.” He said as his smirk turned into a grin, before pulling away from her and walking out of the galley.

But not before leaving a glass filled of his favorite sake in front of her.

(Trans women usopp has stolen my heart I think just love women in general ) Usopp Robin and Nami have a nice self care day with just the girls. (Chopper is invited too, they can't say no to him.) They stay in the shower room, they fill the bath and run the showers on hot. They play relaxing music, Nami bought lavender shower steamers, Robin lit candles. Usopp gets sanji to make hors d'oeuvres and fancy drinks he leaves them at the bathroom door. No peeking!

Chopper brought a video transponder snail to watch a movie. Usopp does their hair she's been practicing her braiding. She gave Robin a nice Dutch braid and Nami a mermaid tail. She also curled copper's little tuff of fur on his head, in return robin has been researching how to do textured hair and gave her a French braid and afro puff combo.

While they were relaxing and talking Luffy showed up asking what they were doing? Nami scolds him for coming in knowing that they're all naked and asks why is he even here? and close the door he knows how fast Brooke and Sanji are.

Luffy explained he only came into the bathroom because he needed to poop (no manners whatsoever) and Zoro was using the other bathroom to meditate. Robin and Usopp are not really affected by his antics and just enjoy Nami yelling at him. Luffy being unfazed by her tongue lashing casually sits down and eats the treats Sanji made for them. He doesn't get why it's such a big deal. Like you're just naked, plus chopper is here and he's not a girl and he's seen usopp naked before (granted this was pre-transition but I guess his point still stands)

Robin invites him to join them but lock the door. You may be the exception but the others are not. Despite Nami's protests Luffy has already stripped and jumped in slashing every one ( imagine getting so far in his journey to become the king of the pirates only to die in bathwater). She sighed in defeat and just accepted that he's here, could be worse.

They continue what they were talking about. Nami is learning how to make hail and she made a tornado by accident of course and she's still trying to recreate it.

Usopp learned how to crossbreed one of her poison pop seeds and her thorny pop seats and made a new weapon. She's also trying to make a pleasant smelling corpse plant. She tried roses, lavender and even sage. But nothing works. Nami suggests that maybe she should use tangerines to cross breed.

Robin has been researching about a vase she found, made of wood and clay. Apparently it's from an island that is isolated from the rest of the world. Everything is handmade or out of scratch, their recipes, their clothing even their soaps. All of their food is homegrown and their meat is known as the best meat in the world.

Luffy didn't need any more convincing he got out and commanded Franky to change course to go to find this island. (Sanji and Brooke tackled Luffy demanding every juicy detail of what he saw in there.) Of course everyone had to get out and get to their stations ruining their whole little spa day. Nami was specifically pissed because she's the navigator.

I love women too <- A lesbian.

This is such a cute and adorable idea!!! I love them!!! I've always thought Nami and Robin let Usopp join their girl nights even before coming out bc they've always felt safe around her, and when she came out it wasn't really a surprise to them tbh. Their spa day looks so cozy and relaxing (until they interrupt them)!! It sounds great. They'd do this 100%. And Luffy would stay bc Luffy is Luffy and the concept of intimacy for him isn't really a thing. Plus bold of you to assume he's a man. Non-binary king, that's what he is. Also Chopper staying with them also makes sense and it's extremely cute!!! Sanji is literally dying to go in there lmfao-- Not to make this about Sanuso but I think he waits by the bathroom door like a wet dog to see his girlfriend again. He misses her! Clingy golden retriever.

one piece brain rot pt. 2

plot twist! its me rating their arcs. (MY OPINIONS!!) ((some are in order?)

romance dawn: 6/10. Solid intro for the show though! Zoro'a episode was sad + funny

orange town: 7/10. a bit slow paced, but it was great overrall. Shushu's backstory and buggy make it up though, a plus one.

syrup village: 5/10. MY BAD YALL. i remember being sleepy most of the time, captain kuro was a meh for me though.

baratie: 8/10. introduced sanji here and i fell in LOVE. the scene where mihawk appeared and sparred with zoro was great. it got very interesting + a bit of sanji's backstory.

arlong park: 8/10. i remember for always being pissed off at arlong so bad. an amazing opponent, nami's backstory was so fucking sad and i have to give it a plus one. the so felt relief when luffy defeated arlong was so fucking great.

lougetown: 6/10. i forgot 90% on what happened at lougetown tbh. but i did remember dragons appearance!

whiskey peak: 7.8/10. vivi mostly made me so pissed off at this arc (i love vivi now btw), zoro and luffy was awesome at this arc. they carried.

drum island: 9.8/10/ FUCKKK i cried so much during choppers backstory and on how luffy doesnt see him as a monster. it was so heartwarming and SO SAD??????????????????? LIKE WHO COULD EVER HURT CHOPPER?? VERY UNDERRATED.

alabasta: 9.5/10. shiitttttt dont get me STARTED. robins entrance was so fucking surprising? sanji's "mr prince" was so (redacted)). crocodile vs luffy was so ... THRILLING? if thats the right word

jaya: 6/10. i gave this a 6/10 cuz blackbeard pisses me off tbh

skypiea: 1000000/10. LOVE THIS ARC. very slow-paced but it was worth it. cried lots during this arc, eneru ON TOP

long ring island: 4/10. sorry all but i slept majority of the episode cause foxy and his crew pisses me off so much (esp the girl) + VERY slow-paced. but aokiji introduction was goated though

water 7: 9/10. loved it, the world building was SO GOOD??? villains were great tho, but mostly pisses me off too.

enies lobby: 1000/10. FUCL THIS ARC WAS SO FUCKING GOOD AND FOR WHAT??? PEAK fiction. the fights, robins backstory, luffy was INSANE.

post enies lobby: 8/10. cute, coby and luffy interaction and garp too

thriller bark: 8/10. the villains were fun BUT GECKO MORIA WAS SO PISSY? i love perona though. that one scene of nami made me uncomfortable.

sabaody island: 9.8/10. PEAKKKKKK!! kidd and law was introduced and i LOVED it. the celestial dragons pisses me off though. was relieved that luffy punched the shit out of that one (heart eyes)

amazon liy: 9/10. I??LOVE??BOA HANCOCK?? her backstory made me feel sad. BUT RAYLEIGHHH// HEYYYY...

impel down: 9/10. BONCLAY?>?>?>?>?>?> buggy was super helpful here. but it was so intense

marineford: 10/10. aha...aha... (insert opinions) (i love ace)

post war arc: 9/10. it was so suprising when luffy did the "3D2Y" thing. i didnt get it at first until someone pointed it out LOL

fishman island: 100000000000/10. I LOVED THIS ARC SO MUCH I CRIED FOR THREE FUCKING DAYS AND IT WAS SO SAD :(( I LOVE SHIRAHOSHI AND HER BROTHERS SM

dressrosa (current arc): 1000/10. favorite rn. doflamingos backstory and his usage of devil fruit was so fucking good? the introduction to luffy's gear 4 was amazing. the world building was GORGEOUS. and the backstory of kyros/rebecca, and king rikuo. that one booger villain pisses me off ??

Oda's comment from One Piece Color Walk 3 Lion: "A little tea break after shopping all over town. Once they're done, it's back to that one shop to take a second look at that one outfit, then the other one, then… "What do you mean we'll have even more bags to carry?"

Fitting that Robin's first appearance in a spread as a Straw Hat is a girl's day out on the town, she deserves it. Chopper does not deserve having to carry around all those heavy bags though.

I love all the little cups scattered in the background, there's some on the windowsill, bookshelf, counter, hanging from the ceiling, etc. Everyone is drinking from different cups, sitting on different chairs, plus there's so many different colors/textures/patterns to look at!

Chapter 7: Blue-Nosed Reindeer! Chopper's Secret

(episode 84)

"Who are you?"

Nami stared on in confusion at the small, wary creature. "Isn't that... backwards?" All that was hidden was his right eye; everything else was clearly exposed. Being cautious, he switched himself around, and peeked back out at her. "You're too slow," She pointed out, "And you're not completely hiding either. Just what are you?"

He glared at her through his nervousness. "Sh-shut up, human!" She was silent with surprise. He talked, like a person! "And how's your fever?"

"It talked!!" She screamed. Horribly startled, he fell back in the room, which was followed by a series of concerning clatters.

"Be quiet, Chopper!" A woman's voice scolded. Nami turned to see a tall, slender, old woman dressed for a tropical island, rather than one of winter. "Your fever seems to have come down a little, girl. Are you happy?"

Nami was silent, as the woman put her finger on her forehead, chugging a beverage at the same time. "Who are you?"

"38.2 degrees. Hmm, you're doing more or less all right. I'm a doctor; Dr. Kureha. Call me Doctorine."

"Doctor..." Nami whispered, and turned to face forward, "Then I'm in the-"

"My secret to staying young?"

"No, I didn't ask that."

Kureha chugged down another drink. "You're right. You're in the castle on top of the mountain."

"Then there were three others besides me, right?"

"Yeah, the boys are sleeping in the next room, very deeply. What tough guys. The little girl's right there." Nami heard Venus' light breathing behind the head of the bed. What happened to her? Before she could ask, Kureha sat by her, and pulled her shirt up, surprising her. "This was the cause."

"What is this?" There was a blotchy, purple spot on her stomach.

"You were bitten by a bug called Kestia. It's a poisonous tick that lives in jungles with high temperature and humidity. Once you were bitten by it, bacteria came in, and keep you in pain by lying dormant inside your body for 5 days. It causes high fever of above 40 degrees, coinfection, myocarditis, arteritis, cerebritis! Given the infection's progression from the bitten area, I'd say you've been infected for three days. The suffering must've been unusually harsh, but it would've eased up in 2 more days, even without any treatment."

"In 2 more days?"

Kureha smiled darkly. "Yeah, because you would've died in two days."

"What?!" Nami's breath shuddered.

Kureha stood on the floor. "It's called the "5-day disease." I heard that Kestia died out 100 years ago, but it was useful that I kept the antibiotic, just in case. Where did you guys come from? Were you out walking around with your belly exposed in a jungle, or an ancient island, or something?" She laughed like a classic witch. "Well, that's just silly."

"Ah-" A disgruntled Nami began to explain, but was cut off.

"That ring a bell? What a crazy girl. Now," She pushed her back down on the slightly bouncy mattress, "Stay in bed. Your treatment hasn't completely finished yet."

Nami smiled gratefully from the bed. "Thank you so much. So long as my fever comes down, I'll be fine. My body will take care of itself after that, right?"

"You're too optimistic. This disease normally takes at least 10 days to fully treat. Of course, if you want to suffer some more, and die; even with my medicine, you'll have to rest at least 3 days."

"What?" Nami urgently sat up. "I can't stay here for 3 days! We have to take Vivi to Alabasta soon!"

To her shock, Kureha pinned her back down effortlessly, with a scalpel pointed at her neck. "When a patient of mine leaves me, she's either cured, or dead. I won't let you get away."

In the other room, the small reindeer, Chopper, was changing Luffy's bandages as he, Sanji, and Venus slept. Luffy's limbs and torso, were covered, plus his hands and feet, as was Sanji's torso and biceps, while Venus mainly had them on her hands. Chopper watched Luffy in awe, as he remembered rescuing the four of them.

"He climbed this mountain with his bare hands?!" Kureha exclaimed in shock. "This 5000m high Drum Rock?!" Luffy and Venus shivered in place, though were barely awake. "His entire body is nearly frostbitten. What was he thinking, dressing like this? Heat water immediately, and throw him in it."

Chopper opened an unconscious Sanji's coat and shirt, taking note of his lacerations. "This guy's bleeding badly." He carefully felt his chest. "6 broken ribs, and a spinal fissure. Can I operate on him?"

Kureha scooped Nami up from the snow. "Apparently, the most critical one is this girl. She's dying. Chopper! Have phenicol, cardiotonic, and tialcillin ready!"

"Does she have an infection?"

"Yeah. The pathogen isn't from this island."

"What about her?" Chopper asked, looking over Venus, before pressing on her back. "Her spine feels intact."

"Yes, it seems she was the luckiest," Kureha remarked, but noticed the reddening snow at her hands, where her gloves were ripped. She picked them up to investigate, and noticed the battered ends. "Her fingertips however, are in rough shape." A hand suddenly grabbed her arm, catching hers and Chopper's attention. "Hm?" It was Luffy. He tried to speak, but he was shivering too much. "Don't worry. I'll make both the bleeding kid, and these girls all better. So rest assured."

Luffy glared through his shivering. "They're my friends!"

He was stunned at that. This guy had just gone through hell and back, for his friends' sake. "I get the picture. I'll save them. Chopper! Let's begin treatment!"

Chopper continued watching him, as his words rang through his mind. 'They're my friends!'

"I'm," Luffy muttered, "I'm hungry." His eyes blinked open groggily, and he turned around; after his vision cleared, he saw the reindeer standing by the bed. "Meat."

Chopper panicked when he started drooling, and crashed into Sanji's bed, knocking the tray of surgical tools to the floor. "Venison stew needs to be cooked in a pot for 3 hours," Sanji mumbled, "Then the meat becomes properly tender." At his smirk, Chopper backed away even further.

Luffy sat up deliriously, and turned to him hungrily. "Meat," He continued drooling.

Chopper looked for a way out, but Sanji, still mostly out, grabbed his arm. "Venison."

As the famished stares burned through his soul, he let out a scream. "Ahhhh! Help!" Just when Nami turned around, he burst into the room, the boys dragging behind him.

"Wait, meat!" Luffy repeatedly tried to take a bite out of his limbs.

"Wait, Luffy! I'll cook this guy!"

As Nami watched, the scuffle was taken outside the room... then right back in. "Hm?" Luffy stopped in realization, and eagerly backtracked at seeing the navigator awake. "Nami..."

"Nami-san!" Sanji skipped over gleefully.

"You got better?" Luffy beamed.

"Yeah, thanks."

"Okay, then!" Sanji held his bicep. "I'll make a nutritious venison dish for Nami-san! And Venus-chan! Where is she?"

"There," Nami pointed behind her back.

Chopper tried to sneak out while they were distracted, but their gazes immediately landed back on him, so he stopped dead. "Wait!"

Kureha listened in amusement, as clattering rang from the other room. "I'm surprised! They can already move around?"

"What's that talking stuffed deer with a blue nose?" Nami asked.

"You asking me what he is? His name is Chopper. He's just a reindeer with a blue nose."

"Reindeers don't speak."

"If he's different from ordinary reindeers in some way..."

"If he's different?"

"It's just because he ate a Human-Human Fruit. That's all."

"A Human-Human Fruit... one of the Devil Fruits."

"Yeah. He's a reindeer, who gained the humans' abilities. And I taught him everything I know about medicine."

"Don't run away, meat!" Luffy ordered through the chase.

"Wait, Luffy! I'm telling you not to eat it yet!"

"Stop it, humans!" Chopper tried to push them away, but to no avail. "S-stop it, you jerks!" Finally, to their shock, he turned into a humanoid, hulking beast. "I'm not food!" He punched them both into the ground, before returning to his small form, and retreating outside. "Rats! Rats!"

Back in the village, the search for an ailed comrade was still commencing. "Dalton-san!"

"Dalton-san!"

"Did you find him?!"

"Dalton-san!" Vivi dug with a shovel. "Don't die!"

Usopp dug with both hands, glaring in determination. "We'll find him in time, for sure! Be alive, Dalton-san!"

Zoro only looked on in confusion. "Who's that?"

"Don't just stand there!" Usopp commanded. "Help- gotta bow." He bowed before a Hiking Bear, until it left. "Like I said, don't just stand there, and help us!" With that, he went back to digging.

Zoro watched the bear walk away. "What the heck is that thing?!"

"We found him!" One resident found frozen arrows sticking out of a snow mound. "We found Dalton-san!"

"What?!" Usopp turned in his direction. "They found him?!"

"Great!" Vivi smiled in relief, and ran after him.

"Dalton-san!"

Zoro stayed put, still out of the loop. "So, who is that?!"

The man looked in horror, as his hands were on Dalton's chest. "This is terrible. There's no heartbeat."

"Become one of my crew!" Luffy requested after a hearty meal, without venison. "Please, old lady! We need a doctor on our ship!"

"Luffy," She held her finger up to stop him, "You said that's your name, right?"

"Yeah."

"Did you just say "old lady"?"

"Yeah, I did, old la-" A kick to the face cut him off.

"Watch what you say!" Kureha's attack sent him crashing into the wall above the door. "I'm still in my youthful 130's."

"Whoa," Sanji remarked, sitting across from her at a small table, "What an incredible old hag."

He was kicked into the wall. "Are you asking me to be a pirate?" Sanji slid down to the floor. "Don't be ridiculous! It'll be a waste of my glorious time. I'm not interested in the sea."

Luffy pushed himself up, and beamed brightly. "Who cares? Let's go on an adventure, old lady!"

"Hey, hey," She scolded, "I just told you to watch what you say, didn't I?"

Chopper watched from the other room, ineffectively hiding at the doorway again. 'So they're pirates.'

"Hm?" Sanji looked up deliriously.

"Hm?" Luffy turned to the doorway.

After a second of silence, the boys' jaws dropped. "Ah!"

"Wait, meat!" The chase restarted yet again.

"Wait!" Sanji ran after him, as did Luffy.

"Wait, meat!"

"Hold it, brats!" Kureha began pursuing after them throughout the castle.

"Wait!" They ran back through the room.

"Hold on, Nami-san!" Sanji ran in place by her bed. "I'll cook a nutritious, reindeer dish!"

"Before that, I'll eat you guys!" Kureha suddenly blocked their path, startling them.

"Old hag!" They gaped in horror.

"Where the heck did she come from?" Sanji exclaimed.

"She's coming! She's coming!" Luffy rambled. "She's coming!"

Nami stayed nonchalant, as they ran out of the room. "I don't care about the food. I just want some peace and quiet." Just then, strangely, snow blew in. "Snow? Even though this is inside the castle? Cold!" She shivered, and began to slide out of bed. "I should close the door."

"Stay in bed!" Chopper ordered, suddenly back in the room. "You still have a fever!"

"I don't. It seems like it's pretty much gone."

As she spoke, Chopper glanced around cautiously. "Looks like I lost them. Even so, no!" He ran to the open door. "Since Doctorine's medicine works well, the fever goes away quickly. But Kestia's bacteria still remain in your body." He closed the door. "Have the antibiotic shot, and stay in bed, or you'll..." He trailed off.

"Thank you."

"Hm?"

"You've been attending me, right?"

"Sh... shut up!" Nami's smile disappeared. "I don't wanna be thanked by a human!" Immediately after, he laughed modestly, before reverting back to defensive mode. "Don't mock me! You jerk!" He waved his arms in a little dance, and kicked his foot. "Don't be silly, you dummy! Seriously, don't be so..."

Nami looked behind her back with a smirk. "He's the type that can't hide their emotions," She remarked.

Chopper cautiously reached one hoof to Nami's hand. "Are you guys pirates?"

"Yes," She replied.

He tapped her hand. "R-real ones?"

"Real ones."

"You have a flag with a skull?"

"It's attached to our ship. Are you interested in pirates?"

"No!" He jumped back in a panic. "You idiot! No!" Books fell from the bookcase he crashed into, and some dropped on his head. "You idiot!"

Nami smiled sheepishly, sensing she hit a nerve. "Okay, okay. I'm sorry. I'm sorry." Chopper panted, still wary. "But... then... wanna come too?"

"What?!" He shouted.

"To the sea!" She clarified, now smiling more genuinely. "Why don't you come with us? Hm? If you do, that'll help me a lot! If we have a doctor on our ship, I won't have to stay here for 3 days, right? On top of that, on our ship, we-"

"D-don't be ridiculous! I'm a reindeer! There's no way I can stay with humans!" He regained his composure. "To start with, don't you get scared when you see me? I'm a reindeer, but I stand on two legs, and I even speak."

"What? Are you trying to scare me?"

Chopper was suddenly melancholic, his eyes on his lap. "My nose is blue, too." The room was silent for several seconds.

Just then, Venus yawned and moaned sleepily, as she sat up. "Mm, what'd I miss?" Her eye blinked to clear her blurry vision. "Huh? W-where am I?" She glanced around the room, noticing her coat was now draped at the foot of the bed.

"Finally awake, huh?" Nami snarked.

"Yeah, whatever. Hm?" Venus noticed the small creature, before smiling widely. "So cuuuute~!!"

"There you are!" Luffy burst in, followed by Sanji. "Reindeer!"

"Come here!" She pulled her coat on, and joined the chase. But when they were outside, she suddenly shoved them down, stopping them. "Wait, little guy! I wanna squeeze you!" She sprinted after him, holding her hands out. "You look so cuddly!"

"No! I'm not a stuffed animal! Go away, small human!"

"Small?" She quirked her brow, before giggling. "You're one to talk!" She teased.

Just then, as a bemused Nami watched on again, Kureha entered the room. "Those brats sure are quick." She sat back at the table. "I don't like it; and the little one sleeps like a damn corpse. Girl."

"What?"

"Are you tempting the reindeer without my permission, while I'm not here?"

"Oh?" Nami smirked. "Do I need permission to make a move on a man?"

Kureha laughed. "No, you don't. If you wanna take him, go right ahead. But it won't be easy. He has a scar in his heart; it's a big scar, that even I can't cure. The moment he was born into this world, his group and even his parents abandoned him."

"What?" Nami frowned sympathetically.

"Because he had a blue nose. He always walked at the very back of the group all by himself, even though he was a newborn child. And one day, he ate a Devil Fruit, and was treated as a monster even more. The reindeers fiercely pressured him to leave. He was no longer an ordinary reindeer in any way. Still, he wanted friends; so, he went down to a village, as a human this time."

"Hey, what's that creature?"

"But his figure wasn't exactly human either. For some reason, his nose stayed blue too."

"It must be a yeti!"

"It's dangerous! Get the children inside, quickly!"

"A gun! Bring me a gun!"

"Shoot him to death!"

"You damn monster!"

"Go away!"

A rock was thrown at Chopper, cutting his forehead, followed by a gunshot. He finally ran away, dodging many shots. "He didn't know what was wrong. Nor did he know what to blame."

"You damn monster!"

"He just wanted friends, yet he was called a monster. He was no longer a reindeer; he wasn't a human, either." His arm got pierced by a bullet; he held the fresh wound, as he staggered away. "He's lived all alone like that. Can you guys heal the scar in his heart?"

Meanwhile, after the boys caught up with Venus, they lost their target. "Hey, look at that door at the front entrance," Sanji pointed out, "It's wide open."

"Hm?" Snow was blown inside by a freezing wind. "No wonder it's cold," He shivered.

"In any case, let's close this door," Sanji suggested, "With it open like this, there's no difference between outside, and inside the castle."

"Hey!" Chopper stopped the trio from coming closer. "Stop it! Don't touch that door!"

"Huh?" Luffy hummed, following by silent seconds of gawking up at him.

"Never mind what he says," Sanji dismissed him, "Let's close it, or we'll freeze to death."

"True," Venus agreed.

"Hey!" An angry Chopper began changing form. "Didn't I tell you to..." Now huge again, he threw his fists in the air. "Stop it?!"

Luffy frantically jumped away from the fence, broken off by Chopper's wrath. "What's with him? Why is he angry?"

"Hey, guys," Sanji called, "Come over here."

"Hm?" Luffy peeked around the corner, as the chef lit a cigarette.

"Look up there."

Luffy gazed upward, alongside Venus, and perked up. "Ah!"

"Oh!" Venus beamed.

"They're baby snowbirds," Sanji explained, as Chopper walked away, reverting back to his small form, "Well, if we close the door, they'll fall."

"That's why they can't close it," Luffy remarked.

"Yeah, keep it open!" Venus added. "We can't let them fall!"

After a blissful moment of hearing them chirp, they started shivering. "It's cold!" They made a mad dash inside.

"Hold on a sec," Luffy stayed behind Sanji and Venus.

"What is it?" He stopped behind Luffy with her, startling him.

"Wasn't he speaking earlier?!"

"The reindeer?" Venus asked, before perking up. "Yeah! He was!"

"Well, come to think of it, I sort of remember him standing on two legs," Sanji recalled.

"He's a monster!" They both shouted together.

"Wh-what the heck is that?" Luffy wondered aloud. "He's walking on two legs..."

"He's a reindeer," Sanji added.

"He's fluffy-"

"He's short-"

"He becomes big-"

"And he's a monster!" They concluded simultaneously, as Venus frowned throughout the exchange. The three were oblivious to the fact that Chopper heard all of what they were saying, walking away sadly.

"Guys, you're being rude!" She scolded, before noticing their ecstasy. "Hm?"

"What a cool guy! He's interesting!" Luffy praised, after the reindeer was out of earshot. "Sanji! Let's have him join us!"

Ruthless (Zosan X Reader) P7

Plot: Beast off the walking dead series. After the governor attacks your people you head back to help plan an attack back. Luffy's not happy with being left out so ends up following only to end up at the governors town.

Nothing changed that day, their routine was normal and people came and went, Brook stopped by and told you about a show he was going to do with Beth tomorrow night and that he hoped you could be awake to see it. During the night Chopper came in to check on them all, Rick was the only one awake or at least trying to stay awake, he started spending more time with Carl and his daughter which tired him out. Your brother smiles at the reindeer before a look of shock covers his face, Hershel walks in behind the doctor on two crutches now being able to walk thanks to the antibiotics you brought when you first arrived. "Hershel" Rick laughs getting up and hugging the man waking Zoro and Sanji who where asleep in their normal positions. Upon seeing Chopper Sanji got up and sat on the metal chair so the doctor could jump up and do his job. Rick pulls away from Hershel and brings over his seat for the now one legged man to sit down on "I can't believe your up" Rick sighs helping the old man sit down, his white beard and hair have grown longer with all the time spent in bed. "I thought its about time i get my ass up and do some work" The old man laughed before turning his attention to Sanji and Zoro "I'll be helping Chopper look after Y/n, Take some weight off his shoulder" Chopper checks over your bandages before turning to Hershel "I'm glad for the help but i can take care of things" The doctor smiles turning back to you and checking your pulse "You need rest young man"

The old man sighs leaning back in his chair "And as for you three, i think its time we set up something more comfy, your stubborn" He turns to face Rick who crosses his arms over his chest "So i know you won't get up and leave for a night when you can be here so, we'll set something up, sleeping on the floor or on these chairs aren't good for you all" He was worried they would get overly tired or sore, and then he would have more people to take care off, plus he knew he would get an ear full form you if he let that happen. "Thank you" Sanji speaks up getting the old man's attention who nods at him. Zoro stands from the floor and walks up next to Sanji looking at Chopper "How are they?" He asks wanting to know what his doctor has to say now he's done. Chopper pulls the sheet back over you and takes his gloves off "Their good but if they don't wake up by tomorrow then i'm going to put a feeding tub down" Chopper sighs turning to the group with a small smile "But there is some good news if their breathing stays like this we can take the oxygen mask off" Zoro lets a smile form and squeezes Sanji's shoulder who reaches up and takes the swordsman's hand.

Day 6

You didn't wake up but Chopper and Hershel waited till the afternoon just in case. Rick watched over you and told you all about the baby girl and Carl, he even told you how the new farm was going along. When Zoro took over the two had quite a long chat about things, it seems this situation as bonded them a little, seeming to talk to each other more often and give a nod to each other every time they see each other outside the medical ward. Zoro sat on the bed holding your hand until Chopper and Hershel came in with a bunch of equipment but when Zoro didn't move Hershel placed a hand on the swordsman's shoulder " You should go and grab a drink of tea while we do this" The old man smiles only for Zoro to shake his head "No, i'm not leaving them" The green haired man's eyes never left your form but the old man sat down in the chair close to the bed and placed his hand onto Zoro's, getting him to look up finally "I understand your worried son but it's best if you go. We'll take care of them" He wanted to say more but didn't. Its very simple and easy when someone is unconscious and thats the problem, you expect someone to fight back a little at the uncomfortable feeling of a tub going through your nose and down your treat, but they don't and that can really upset people. "Please, Zoro" Chopper smiles getting the swordsman to sigh and stand up "Fine, how long?" Zoro groans slowly letting go of your hand "20 minutes" Hershel voices before Chopper can.

Once Zoro had left Chopper looks at the old man confused "I'll only take us two" The doctor whispers wondering why the man would lie "I know, but he needs a brake, plus it'll give the others time to set up the room without anyone in the way" Hershel smiles moving to sit on the bed, so he can assist Chopper. With the oxygen mask now off and a tub in your nose taped to your cheek they set up a bag to help feed you, Chopper stays on the bed with you while Maggie and Glen come in to help set up the room. They place a mattress on the floor at the end of the bed and cover it in sheets along with two pillows. The chairs are moved out and replaced with two wooden chairs along with a cushion on each. Zoro came back early to see Maggie and Glen coming out pushing the sheet aside "What's wrong?" His first instinct was that something happened to you but his fear faded when Maggie smiled at him "Nothing wrong, they just set up the room, made it more comfy" Hershel hobbles over with his crutches getting his daughter to turn and help him "Come on dad lets go" She whispers before walking with her dad out of the medical ward. Glen sighs and watches the two walk way "If you need anything just ask" The young man nods patting the swordsman on the shoulder before leaving.

The room was much more comfy now and felt a lot warmer, Zoro still opted to sit on the bed with you but used one of the blankets to keep himself warm until Sanji came in. "Wow, when did this happen?" The cook asks getting the swordsman's attention, Sanji looks around the room before looking down at you seeing you breathe without a mask. The cook can't help but smiles and lean down placing a soft kiss on the side of your parted lips. "Glen and Maggie did this" Zoro smiles a little happy to see the cook look less sad, he stands up and wraps the blanket he had on around the blondes shoulders "At least now we can get a good nights sleep" Zoro laughs pulling Sanji in for a hug who happily hugs back placing his head on the green haired man's shoulder. The mattress on the floor caught his eye, he liked being close to you but would often almost fall off or have a fear of leaning on you and hurting you in his sleep. Sanji pulls away and places a hand on Zoro's cheek before leaning in and kissing the man "I love you" Zoro lets out after the kiss before going back in for more, Sanji smiles and leans into it "I love you too moss head" The blonde teases only for Zoro to grab the cooks waist and squeeze a little, Sanji laughs and try's to pull away only for Zoro to pull him closer and start tickling the man. Its very rare for him to do this but the cook asked for it, and they both needed a moment of happiness "S-stop, I-Im so-sorry" Sanji calls out being pinned up against the wall as the swordsman stops.

The cook pants catching his breath while still being tense in case Zoro decides to start up again "Behave" The swordsman laughs placing his lips on Sanji's before walking over to you and placing a kiss on your cheek "You too" he jokes before moving some hair out of your face. After Zoro left Sanji sat in the new wooden chair holding your hand, he didn't have much to tell you so he opted to start reading the book that Robin brought a few days ago, It was some kind of poetry book she found in woodbury. He stopped reading when Rick comes in earlier than normal followed by Hershel "Hay, the show's going to start soon, thought you might want to come" Rick smiles seeing the room and you looking a lot better "No it's ok. I'll stay" Sanji smiles back looking down at the book in his hands "I'll watch over her son" Hershel hobbles in sitting on the other wooden chair and placing a hand on the cooks shoulder "Your captain dragged your boy away to join and i think it would be good if you go too" Sanji places a book mark in the book before closing it and turning to the old man then to Rick "Carl said i have to go but i just wanted to see them before i go" Your brother smiles placing a hand on your head "They look a lot better and Hershel's a good doctor, they'll be fine" Rick turns to Sanji before opening the sheet as the cook stands and places the book on the side table. "I'll be back later mi amore" He whispers placing a kiss on your cheek before leaving with Rick.

Hershel stayed with you for a few hours, the room silent since he wasn't much of a talker. Zoro and Sanji spent some much-needed time together along with the crew, they got to know your family a lot more too. Michonne had been working a lot with Zoro and training with him, but they didn't talk much outside of that until tonight, maybe it was the alcohol or the fresh vibe that got them talking to each other about the past but either way they got to know each other a lot more and had more respect for each other. Sanji liked talking with Maggie a lot, she was a sweet girl and took an interest in cooking even attending two of his lessons and being very good at it. He wasn't surprised when he found out she was in a relationship with Glen, he could see the way they looked at each other and was happy for them, but he was surprised how much him and Glen got on. The two didn't talk much but that night they did and found they had a lot of the same ideals and opinions. Rick spent time with Carl and his daughter and managed to finally chose a name for her, Carl was the one who suggested it and it just felt right. Sanji managed to get Zoro to dance with him during a slow song and took the moment to feel a sense of calm. It was a good night with lots of food, drinks and light music.

Day 7

After last night not many people wanted to do much, the booze from the sunny and what they took form woodbury plus the massive amount of food and late night made everyone want to crawl back into bed. Rick slept in one of the spare rooms in the medical ward after Michonne had to drag his drunk ass to bed while Sanji and Zoro slept on the mattress in your medical cell. Zoro flat out on his back snoring away while Sanji lay on top of him, the blankets all over the place, Chopper woke them up when he came in to put stuff in the food bag and was unsurprised how the two didn't have a hang over. Rick did have a small hangover but after a good sleep in and some coffee he felt much better and managed to get out of bed and sit in the chair in your medical cell "Party'd to hard i see" Maggie laughs walking in with Glen carrying plates of food "Oh i'm so sorry miss Maggie" Sanji stands from where he was sitting on the mattress, he didn't realize what time it was and missed making breakfast "Its fine don't worry, we can handle it for one day." she smiles making him sit back down and handing him a plate of food.

Glen hands a plate to Rick and then one to Zoro "We all got together and thought it would be good to practice the skills you've been teaching us and give you all the day off" The young man smiles going back to stand next to Maggie who puts down another vase of flowers which just so happen to be your favorite flowers. Zoro cracks a smile and swallows the food in his mouth "Where did you get them from?" The swordsman asks pointing his fork at the flowers, Maggie adjusts them a little before turning to the green haired man and then looking at Rick "well a local group came round to thank us for getting rid of the governor and gave us a bunch of stuff" Rick's eyes widen but Glen's quick to place his hand on the man's shoulder "It's ok, It's the group that lives in the mill" A sigh of relief leaves your brother mouth, that place is mostly full of farmers, and they've never caused a problem. "They gave us seeds and flowers plus some scrap metal we can use" Maggie smiles taking the finished plates off the three "Me, Glen, Michonne and Daryl have everything under control, plus the people we saved from woodbury have been helping clear out new areas thank to Andrea's leadership" The girl smile bring calm to the group "How is Andrea, i haven't seen or heard form her since we got back" Sanji asks earning a sigh form Glen who leans against the wall, he gives Maggie a nod letting her know he'll explain while she goes to do work.

The three watch the young man as he starts to explain "She's physically ok but mentally not so much, living with the governor this whole time has done some damage, and she told me that she feels like a failure for not stopping the governors plan. Apparently he's planned stuff like this in the past, but she managed to stop it or find a way to make it harder than it needed to be, so he'd back down. This time she wasn't in the loop so had no idea. She's doing what she can to make up for it, to make it up to Y/N and you Rick" Glen looks up form the floor to their leader who looks a little angry but mostly sad "Is that why she left?" Rick asks clenching his fists on his lap. "Yea, When everyone got sick she tried to convince the governor to help since he had the best doctors and medical equipment, he told her that if she joined his group and didn't tell them why then he would. She was shocked when i told her that we never got any help after she left, she was told they did send stuff but it didn't do any good" Glen looks over at you remembering how everyone yelled at her for leaving and not giving them a reason why yet you didn't, you hugged her and wished her well despite everyone being mad at you after words. "I remember Andrea saying they were close so i thought she would at least come and see Y/N but..." Sanji sighs looking down at you "I don't know, every time i ask her to come with us she refuses" Glen shrugs before pushing off the wall "I'll see you guys later, give you some piece before your bombarded again" Glen laughs before leaving.

During the afternoon people came and went, Nami and Robin came back to check on things along with Michonne and Daryl but there were a bunch of people that Zoro and Sanji didn't know. As the day was ending Sanji slept sat with his back to the wall on the mattress while Zoro was snoring in his lap, his face on the cooks stomach using it as a pillow. Rick sat on the bed holding your hand, you felt a lot warmer which was a good sign, but he was still worried. Some noise outside caught his attention and woke Zoro and Sanji up their heads turning to see the sheet move, "Carl?" Rick whispers standing up to stop his son form coming in only for Beth to step into view with the baby girl in her arms. "What are you doing here?" Your brother asks looking over the three kids "It's been a week, we want to see Y/N" Carl looks up at his dad pushing the sheriffs hat that Rick used to wear back, so he could see better. "Please" Beth's voice begged the man. Zoro got up and stretched before helping Sanji stand "Come on Rick, let them in" Sanji walks over placing a hand on your brothers shoulder, Rick thinks for a minute before stepping back and pulling up the chairs for the kids to it in.

Beth hands the baby off to Rick before sitting down with Carl "They don't look too bad" Carl smiles taking your hand making his dad laugh at the comment as he holds his baby girl. Zoro and Sanji have spent a lot of time with Carl, the boy wanted to help out so during the afternoon he likes to join Sanji's lessons and stays behind to help clean up, he likes to talk to the cook when he's having a smoke break outside since he's mostly alone then, but he also wants to help outside too. He helped take care of the walks by the fence at night but there have been less and less of them lately, so he's taken to helping Zoro take watch, its more of an excuse to get to know one of the man who's dating his auntie/uncle. He looks up to Zoro a lot since he's strong but also doesn't sugar coat anything not even to a kid. As for the baby the two boys only got a good look at her last night, Sanji thinks she's adorable while Zoro acts like he doesn't care but deep down he does thinks she's a cute baby.

Beth reaches over and places a hand on your head running it through your slightly matted hair, she sighs and takes out a brush from one of her pockets and sits on the bed next to your head starting to brush through your hair gently while humming. "They really do look a lot better than you decided" Carl points out looking at the three, Zoro told him more about your condition than his dad did, but he didn't want to call the swordsman out in front of him so the boy mainly looked at his dad who leans against the wall. "They do look batter but i was hoping you would wait a while longer" Rick scolds a little, but he can understand the need to see you, everyone else has, he just didn't want the kids being scared of all the iv's and bandages. Beth finishes brushing through your hair and places the brush down on the table "You should brush their hair daily so it doesn't get matted again" she looks up at the three with a stern look, for a 16-year old she acts more like a mother than a teen but then again she had grown up very fast in this world. Zoro lets out a laugh getting a glare from the blonde haired girl, he clears his throat and looks away "Sorry" he whispers trying to hold in his laughter. She doesn't scare him, but she reminds him of you and how you look at him when your mad. "Yes miss" Sanji slightly bows getting the girl to smile. "That's enough scolding us, lets go I'll take you guys to bed" Rick steps away from the wall walking over to the kids.

"Can we stay here tonight please?" Carl begs looking at his dad as Beth joins him "No- n-no" Rick stutters watching both kids start to give him their best puppy dog eyes, it's working too well, so he grits his teeth and looks away. Sanji grabs two blankets and walks over to the kids "I see no problem in it" The cook smiles putting a blanket around Carl and the other around Beth, your brother sighs giving in as he watches Carl take his hat off and lay it on the end of the bed "I'll take first watch" The young boy smiles leaning back in his chair while Beth takes your hand and lays her head down on the bed while sitting in the chair. "Take the mattress" Zoro walks over to Rick patting his shoulder, with the baby in his arms Rick sits down on the mattress and makes a little blanket circle around his baby, so she can't roll off the mattress before he lays down next to her and covers himself over. Sanji turns off the big light in the room only a lantern in on the side table lighting the small room before sitting down on the floor with Zoro. The two share a kiss before they snuggle up to each others side, Sanji lays his head on the swordsman's shoulder as Zoro pulls a blanket over their laps and places a kiss on the cooks head "Night" They whisper to each other before letting sleep over take them.

What do you think of the one piece movies?

Oh boi, that's a loaded question. 😭 I will reply honestly but please remember this is my personal opinion, whatever you like it's all legit!

In general, I don't particularly care for the OP movies too much. I did see them, almost all, even enjoy some or part of them, but I'm grateful that they're non-canon. I don't hate them and I'm always happy when a new one is announced (more OP content!), but that's about it. Same goes for the special/OVAs, although they kinda stopped with those. I will only go through the movies in this post.

Movie 1 (One Piece: the Movie) and 2 (Clockwork Island Adventure) are basically like filler arcs in the early days of the anime. They are not bad, nor good. I haven't seen them in a long while but I remember being pretty neutral towards them.

Movie 3 (Chopper's Kingdom on the Island of Strange Animals) and 5 (The Cursed Holy Sword) actually SUCK. They suck so much I could hardly get to the end. The Chopper one is just a total bore with a super predictable plot, while the Zoro one is actually painful. Zoro and the crew are totally OOC, and the poorly-thought magic lore introduced in the movie just doesn't fit with the OP universe.

You'll noticed I skipped movie 4 (Dead End Adventure). And that's because this one I like. It's also like a filler arc, but it fits perfectly in the plot (love the quick reference to Navarone), it flows well, it's dynamic and engaging, and the original characters are actually good. Shout out to Shuraiya Bascùd, whose design is basically Ace in a different color palette, but has a complex personality.

Movie 6 (Baron Omatsuri and the Secret Island) is a unique One Piece product, quite distant from what we're used to, and therefore I consider it a must-see. Not really for the plot, which doesn't make much sense, but for the art and the direction. In fact, it was directed by Hosoda, a very notable anime movie director (Wolf Children, The Girl who Leapt through Time, Summer Wars, Digimon...).

Movie 7 (The Giant Mechanical Soldier of Karakuri Castle)... I remember absolutely nothing of this movie except Nami's bouncing boobs.

Movie 8 (Episode of Alabasta) and 9 (Episode of Chopper plus) are revised re-tellings of the Alabasta and Drum saga. They aren't bad, especially Chopper's, some dramatic sequences are very touching. They made a great use of the soundtrack, or lacking thereof.

I will place Movie 11 (One Piece 3D: Straw Hat Chase) here because it doesn't fit with the remaining ones. This may as well be a special: it's only 30 minutes long, most of the Strawhats barely appear, it doesn't feature a villain-based adventure, and it's in a graphic format never used again. Take it as a slice-of-life episode, and it's enjoyable.

Movie 10 (Strong World) is a turning point, because this is when OP movies became "films", Oda started to get involved, some original canon elements were dropped in, and there were theatrical releases. The difference in quality (at least plot-wise) is immediately clear. Strong World is the last movie set before the timeskip (excluding movie 11), and it may well be my favorite.

Movie 12 (Z) is probably close second. The villain is a great character, and I LOVED the inclusion of Aokiji and Kizaru, how different they were, the implications they brought to the plot.

Movie 13 (Gold) is okay. Enjoyable. Once again, good villain, nice setting, good animation.

Movie 14 (Stampede) has a special place in my heart because it included the Kid Pirates, and Kid & Killer have a few scenes. Buuuut if I have to be honest, the plot is quite weak and, if you take off the (scarce) screen time of my beloved, it's a little boring.

And finally! The most recent, movie 15, Red. I haven't had the chance to watch it yet because it didn't get a theatrical release where I live, so I'm waiting for the DVD to be out. What I can say is that I've watched reviews from my two favorite OP youtubers (Tekking101 and Sawyer7mage), and they were not particularly impressed with it. My best friend also watched it and found it incredibly boring, so my hopes aren't really too high. I think they went waaaay too hard on the marketing for this one, they pushed Shanks and Uta SO MUCH. (Also it doesn't help that I'm one of the very few people that don't really care about Shanks, huh). I heard the songs and they were amazing, Ado is a masterclass singer. I read about the plot and I do think some details are quite interesting, like Uta's whole psychology and possibly the ending (?). I guess I'll have to update my opinion when I actually watch the movie.
