It isn’t that he’s particularly shy about the relationship, but rather that Kugo isn’t one to want to boast about being in a relationship. When in public, it’s common to find him attached to you, hardly ever leaving your side and a part of him teases that it’s because you’d get lost in the sea of people, but really, he just likes to have you close to him, knowing that he can protect you. He wants you to rely on him in the way that he relies on you- he wants you to find comfort in him, to know that you can go to him whenever you need and that you don’t have to worry about getting a step ladder to reach the tallest shelf, because he’ll be there for you. He wants you to rely on him and he’d show that through his wealth and his commitment towards you, going out of his way to know that with him, you don’t have to worry about anything since he’d be there to catch you.

It may not seem like it, but he’s rather playful with others. His air of authority dissipates when around you, his grin wide and tone with a lilt at the ends of his words. It isn’t meant to be in mean spirits, but he does love to tease you about your height. He’ll cup your face in his hands, fingers splayed towards the back of your head as your cheeks squish together, commenting on how you’re so small, and why you’re like that with a little coo in his voice. Kugo’s stature towers over most people due to his quirk, and you are not exempt from that. He’s tall, and his fin makes him look even more so. He knows where he stands in hero society, a society with quirks, a published article even going as far to comment at how much of a villain he looks like. And yet, you still look up at him with a smile, clinging to him during movie nights, wanting to be held by him. He knows who he is, and he knows how he looks, and despite all that, you still want to be with him. He takes good care of you. His salary as a hero is immense, and he spends it on you. If you’ve ever commented on wanting something, he’s quick to go ahead and find it for you, putting the item in a nice bag and fluffing it with colored tissue paper.

-After explaining yourself, he would have you sit down to rest, he would cook dinner, and have you resting up with blankets cuddling you.

-Going to bed, he would gently cuddle you, wondering if he should call into work tomorrow to get the day off, but you begged to have him decide in the morning.

His hand gently wraps around your shoulder to your back, not wanting to touch the bruises that mark your waist and thighs. "Tell me if anything hurts," he whispers, but all he gets from you is a quiet hum. You dig your head into his chest, hearing his soft heartbeat and breathing.

-Putting the table on your lap like he always does on his day off. He asks if you're okay and points to the bruises that you now notice.

-He would cuddle you up with blankets while you and him ate to enjoy your morning shows, though he would keep a close eye on you.

Eating your food, you would feel Taishiro's eyes on you; it made you squirm where you sat. Looking at him, he smiles at you as you take another bit of his food. "Is it that bad?" you ask with a worried look on your face, but he quickly turns into protective mode. "No, not at all. I just never thought I would go that hard on you." He sighs, you go soft, "I enjoyed last night, please; I don't want this to stop you." I'm once again sorry about my absence. I'm trying my hardest to write. It's coming slowly, but it is coming. I promise. <3

Aizawa Shouta

Shouta wouldn't bring up marriage until a long while into the relationship. It's never something he's put much thought into, and he certainly never pictured marriage coming quickly or easily. He just needs time to warm up to the idea, partly because he's afraid of it ending badly, like how everyone fears, and partly because he's well aware he isn’t the 'husband type' people tend to picture. But he isn’t against it. Having someone beside you during your worst and highest points, sharing the love and emotions, is, admittedly, a comforting thought.

Before officially proposing, he’ll talk about it with you extensively. He isn’t the type to surprise his partner, putting way too much pressure on them in public (he often finds himself grimacing at the men who do that and their poor, speechless partners). The proposal “event” would be small — It’s evening. You’re unwinding on the couch after a long day out. And he casually slides the ring on your finger, asking if you’d marry him. The ring is simple, natural, and beautiful. White gold bands intertwine like vines, holding a petite rose quartz stone. 

He'd want a small wedding. No annoying bands, large festivities, or overly complicated planning. In fact, continually insisting on those actually makes him hesitant about getting married, as he'd feel you weren't considering his wants. He simply wishes the wedding would celebrate you and him, with some good food and the people closest and most important to you.

During the event, it's hard to read him. His face is flat as usual. His jaw is clenched, arms crossed, close to his body. Yet his eyes are genuinely happy. He doesn't get a lot of occasions to relax with his friends, but he worries something's going to ruin it. Rub the small of his back, hold his hand, and don't be afraid to kiss him publicly. It's the one time he's okay with it. And it helps him relax. 

Sho is definitely someone that spends as little as possible on the wedding and uses the saved money for a longer, better honeymoon. Where it is, though, he doesn't care that much. As long as it's not to some casino or any other loud place, he's okay with you deciding. He trusts you not to drag him anywhere he'd hate. Besides, letting you pick gives you a chance to surprise him with something he truly deserves: a relaxing vacation away from his stressful life. 

Once the emotions settle after everything, Shouta wouldn't feel much different. Your lives are pretty much the same. Though, his chest fills with a pleasant warmth when he's able to circle "spouse" instead of simply "partner" on paperwork or anything like it for a while. Not that he'd say it. And wearing the silver ring is quite nice, knowing you're also wearing one.

Yagi Toshinori

When he was younger, Toshi occasionally thought about getting married and having kids and how nice it would be to have that simple life. But then he became All Might. And then he got sick. And now he's sick and retired, struggling to see himself as worthy or as important as he once was. Marriage stopped occurring to him. He thought it'd just be another part of life he wouldn't get to experience. 

His proposal comes at the end of a romantic evening together. He plans it meticulously and worries throughout the date, toying with the box in his pocket while you eat dinner and walk through the park. The question comes a bit earlier than planned. He stops you among the trees and flowers and kneels, revealing the rose gold engagement ring with your favorite stone in the center. 

Whether it's more traditional, more western style, or a combo, it doesn't matter. Toshi isn't picky. He, like Shouta, just doesn't want it to be large or overly invasive like all the press and media events he's been subjected to. He'd invite Gran Torino, Midorya, Tsukauchi, and a few other close friends, but that's about it. This one part of his life he'd like to stay his.

His ideal wedding would be outside at a nice hotel or villa near the woods or ocean. Lanterns and string lights hang on the trees. Soft colors decorate everything — maybe a pale beige complimenting pink or a gentle cream to go with purple. Candles. Flowers. The ribbons on the chairs. It all matches perfectly. His outfit compliments what you choose to wear. A calm atmosphere, you, and your happiness are all he really wants.  

You won't really get a chance to pick your honeymoon destination because he'll surprise you with a trip to some place you've always wanted to go. So, in a sense, you do pick it, but he buys the plane tickets, books the hotel room, and looks into local activities before you can even bring up the idea of the honeymoon. It doesn’t matter if it's to the Naturmuseum Senckenberg in Germany that you've talked about for years or to Iceland, so you can finally see the aurora borealis and all the other natural beauties the country offers. He wants it to be special, memorable, and personal. Plus, he has the money and won't hesitate to spend extra on you for this occasion.

Yamada Hizashi

Marriage has been fifty-fifty in Hizashi’s mind. He isn't a stranger to relationships, but something's always held him back, possibly even scared him away from marriage. He knows he's not perfect. He can be loud, sometimes unintentionally annoying, busy with his jobs, unfocused, and just a bit much. There's always an unfocused, lingering fear that his spouse would eventually get fed up with him and leave. Yet, you’ve been together for years. You’ve never given him the impression at all. So, maybe it’s worth it?

He'd like matching wedding bands, and he's the type to never take his off. And because it’s Hizashi, the ring is assuredly flashy. Your bands would be gold with diamond decorations. Your engagement ring is the exceptional one though: diamond buds lay on golden vines with a marquise diamond in the center. Yeah, it's expensive and just a ring, but he loves what it symbolizes and wants you to feel special. 

Hizashi is one hundred percent down for the wedding being a grand yet laid-back production. Book the local band or famous DJ you love. Find the fanciest event site you want. Load it with candles and flowers and decorations of your favorite color. Style doesn't matter. He simply wants it to be fun. And he wants you to have fun with it. He hates how wedding planning is always stressful when it should be time for you two to relax and just appreciate one another, regardless if the party is grand or small.

Even if you spent a fair amount on the wedding, he also wants the honeymoon to be lavish. He’s by no means a millionaire, but he does have extra funds for things like this. And besides, this’ll be the only honeymoon you two go on. It should be memorable. He leans more towards cities rather than the typical beach-and-relax destination. Maybe Italy or Spain? He thinks of the architecture and culture, hot-air balloon rides, and winery tours. La dolce vita, y’know?

Gang Orca

Kugo knew he wanted a family and marriage since his teen years, and that desire has only grown as he has. He sees coworkers and colleagues posting about their anniversaries and children, all the happy couples holding hands and dancing at fancy events, and fathers playing with their children at the park, holding them as they did the monkey bars for the first time. He wants all that. Badly.

When the proposal comes, he nearly drops the tiny box. It isn’t exactly nervousness. It's more that he’s thought about this for a long time and it’s finally time. He’s excited and happy and content and over the moon when you say yes. The ring looks expensive. It’s a vibrant white gold band with an Asscher diamond in the center. Blue sapphires accent it on either side. His ring matches; it’s a simple white gold band with a grooved center for sapphire stones. 

He leans more towards a traditional Japanese-style wedding. He wants the sake-sharing ceremony, to present a bouquet and a letter to your parents, and a smaller reception for your immediate loved ones followed by a more lively after-party. And seeing him in his handsome black kimono, haori draped over it, highlighting his shoulders and waist, isn't a bad look either. You can wear a kimono or a dress or something else, though. He wants you to be comfortable and confident in what you're wearing and wouldn't make you wear any specific type of outfit for his sake. 

Kugo finds himself enjoying the wedding more than he thought. Well, he knew he'd enjoy it, but he thought he'd be a bit more anxious or all over the place, worrying about food coming on time or if everyone was sitting in their designated seat. Yet, that stuff goes away once it's started. He doesn't need to obsess over other people when you're next to him.  

Despite wanting a wedding for so long, Kugo, surprisingly, has put no time into thinking about the honeymoon. Maybe he just never expected the former to happen, so the latter seemed like more of a pipe dream. His job responsibilities don't make the decision any easier. 

Depending on the time of year, Kugo might ask for a "smaller" honeymoon directly after the wedding, like a weekend trip to southern Japan at a nice beach house, to hold you over until he can take time off for a more extravagant honeymoon. And even if you insist that the few days on the beach are enough because you just want to be with him, he'll insist that you deserve more. He wants to treat you. ways that hero society hurts pro heroes headcanons

does anyone wanna hear the shit i think that heroes go through and why i feel they’re victims? no? ok

firstly i headcanon hero society as having extremely fucked up beauty standards where heroes face the same sort of scrutiny for their bodies as celebrities do in our world, like if a female hero is too muscular there will be men complaining that she looks like a guy and if a male hero isn’t muscular enough he’s lazy etc

i bet you anything that it was not only the fact that media interferes with hero work that Aizawa chose to stay out of the spotlight i bet in some subconscious way he was afraid of the intense scrutiny that comes with being a hero

not only that but heteromorphic people are always chastised and rarely do well in hero ranking if they don’t appear attractive or fit within the public’s view of heroes, i’m thinking of gang orca for example who is ranked number 1 in looks the most like a villain like for someone who fights villains for a living and has probably been harmed by them first hand that’s bound to take some psychological toll. that moment always bothered me and i think it’s really unfair for heroes to be categorised like that when they’re dedicating their lives to try to be useful. you just know that people with quirks like shoji will find it harder to succeed no matter how great or compassionate a hero he is.

i know it’s common in fan fiction for Hawks to have to hide aspects of his quirk that are unappealing but let’s think about that with other heroes as well like Mirko, i imagine she’s grown up with agents and superiors telling her it’s annoying when her foot won’t stop thumping or weird how she eats carrots or Mic being told to keep it down constantly-i’m sure there are loads of heroes who are made to be ashamed of aspects of who they are and have to hide them in order to sell an image and be more profitable and likeable.

i also imagine that they’re all terrified of aging and that perpetual fear of losing their spotlight is probably a huge part of their psyche as from a young age they feel they have limited time to be successful like when hawks is talking about his prime calm tf down your life has barely started.

heroes are objectified so much by the commission being treated like weapons makes them feel like their bodies are what make them useful-just look at hawks’ reaction to losing his wings calling himself crippled and pathetic because he can’t be as efficiently used despite still being able to achieve so much with his intelligence, determination and physical skill alone. Mirko may not have the same self deprecating attitude towards her injuries however her dedication to continue fighting by whatever means she can is a testament to how heroes are taught to act with no thought for their own safety if they want to be useful. this is what makes AFO scary to the heroes, the fact they can lose their quirk and therefore their usefulness is terrifying. i like to imagine that many heroes felt or still feel about AFO as korra did about amon in s1 of lok.

furthermore heroes are expected to give their lives at the drop of a hat, mirko lives every day like it’s her last because for heroes their is no safety net or garuntee that they will survive they can’t just give up or protect themselves in the face of certain death or they literally wouldn’t be doing their job. you saw how disposable Lady nagant was to the president of the HPSC clearly they don’t have any care for the lives of even the heroes they work closest with. Mirko and Aizawa cut off their own limbs without blinking because they have to and they’ve been trained this way and it’s horrific how ready to die all of the heroes are without a second thought despite how young they are. arguably it’s admirable but if i learnt anything from she-ra it’s that they need to find a bit of self worth and need to be treated as people who’s lives and well being should be a priority rather than disposable weapons to be used with no regard to their safety.

and it’s fucking beautiful that All might chose to live, the man who has been through the most and given pretty much all there is to give. He’s given up his whole life, his bodily health, his self esteem, his friends, his image as a natural born hero and so much more just to protect people. All might was able to break the cycle of death be choosing to live rather than give his life up and Deku will break the cycle by choosing to save rather than defeat or kill.

i just think that being a hero is so exhausting and must take so much out of you, it’s important to remember how much they are victims of the system

Relationship, and Proposal headcanons (Fumikage Tokoyami, Gang Orca, Izuku Midoriya)

Fumikage Tokoyami:

Tokoyami accidentally confessed his feelings to you. He was feeling frustrated as he felt these feelings towards you and he wanted to ignore it. But the harder he tried to ignore it the more frustrated he got. Then he couldn't hold it in any longer.

"AUGH! I can't take it anymore! I want to tell you that I love you, but I can't tell you."

Tokoyami held his beak shut using his hand. Oops was all he could say.

Tokoyami is fine with displaying your affection in public, but just not during class. It can be when you both have free time or are in private.

He loves you so much, even though sometimes his emo personality doesn't show it.

Sometimes you kiss his cheek, beak, or hand using your lips.

Sometimes Tokoyami will kiss or "nibble" your hand, cheek, or mouth affectionately.

You go out on dates when you don't have homework to do.

Speaking of homework, it will either be studying, cuddling, or perhaps even a make out session.

Although, make outs don't happen often with our bird boy.

Does he get jealous, sort of?

It only happens when you talk with a boy long enough that he will get a little impatient and will politely tell the person an "excuse me, but me and Y/N need a moment."

You comfort him by telling him that you don't want to be with anyone else but him.

Dark Shadow loves you too and he will even try to cuddle with you as well.

Your adults now and you've been in a relationship with him for a couple years.

You and Tokoyami walk to a hill where you can see the stars and most of the city.

It was beautiful!

He takes you here when he needs some alone time, wants to be alone with you, or wants to harness his inner darkness.

"I love when we sit here together. Alone, and just the two of us. Starring up at the stars, while they reflect back down upon us."

You put your hand onto of his and smile.

"I agree." You say as you give him a kiss on the cheek.

Tokoyami's hands suddenly start to shake and move around a little more than usual.

He looks super worried about something.

"Tokoyami, are you okay is something wrong?" You asked.

He looked at you with the most innocent face you have ever seen.

"Y/N." He gently nibbles or "kisses" your hand.

"Everyday your always on mind. Everyday I want to know your there beside me. You comfort me on days when I struggle. You comfort me during hard times. We comfort each other over these things that make both of us feel better and closer to each other."

Tokoyami reached for his back pocket feeling stressed about something he decided not to take it out yet.

You grabbed both of his hands in reassurance, "Tokoyami, we love each other and have for years now. I can tell your not feeling well, you can always tell me what's on your mind. I love you."

You put a hand on his face as he gently leans into your touch.

"I know which is why I have to ask you something very important." Tokoyami replied as he reached down into his back pocket and took out a purple box. He then knelled down to the ground and when he opened it a black ring with a purple gem on it appeared.

You gasp and held you hands to your face.

"Y/N, ever since we met each other you were so kind and friendly to me. I wasn't used to that kind of treatment. Whenever you comforted me, I just longed for your presence even more. When you calm Dark Shadow my heart flutters. When I see you smile, I smile as well. When we make love, I feel a deep sense of bonding to you. I guess...what I'm trying to say is. Y/N, will you marry me?"

You were speechless and you immediately ran into him as you both crashed to the ground. You attacked him with kisses. When you were done you looked at him with tears in your eyes.

"Of course I will Tokoyami, I will be yours and yours only!"

Gang Orca (Kugo Sakamata):

Kugo was able to confess his feelings for you during a date.

"Y/N, I know this might be a little difficult to take in and it just feels hard to not tell you. Y/N, I'm in love with you."

You gasped and Kugo thought you were rejecting him.

"I understand being with a pro hero can be overwhelming and my appearance alone won't make it work I'm-"

You gave him a hug to shush him.

"Don't say that Kugo, I was just surprised that was all. I love you too so much. You being a pro hero doesn't matter to me or your appearance. Besides I love when you cuddled me."

Kugo smiled softly as he hugged you back. Because of the size difference it almost looked liked a father was hugging his daughter. How adorable.

Theirs a lot of things when it comes to your relationship with Kugo Sakamata or the one and only No 10 Hero, Gang Orca.

You both have your flaws and you both know each other really well to what they are.

Kugo can be too much caught up in work that you might have to remind him to take care of his own hygiene. But Kugo has been slowly improving on remembering.

You can be a little too demanding, and Kugo will just softly remind you to calm yourself down.

When he is out on hero business as Gang Orca he is this badass, not afraid, and very demanding person. Although, when he's not on hero business he's entirely the opposite.

Kugo Sakamata is actually just this kind and chill dude.

Look at his civilian clothing artwork by Horikoshi. He's just this dude who just gives off chill vibes.

Kugo feels upset when people and especially children are afraid of him. You comfort him and just tell them that they are stupid and don't see the nice and kind man inside like you were able to.

Kugo isn't demanding in any way! This man is a big softie and loves to give you LOTS and LOTS of cuddles and snuggles.

If he has the day off you guys are cuddling in bed for at least 10 or 15 minutes.

Kugo likes knowing that the love of his life is in his arms and safe from any danger.

He'll always put his arms around your waist and his head on top of yours.

The most adorable sign of his affection is when he touches his rostrum to your neck. You love it and it always makes you blush so much.

He's this gentle giant and will try his best to not accidentally hurt you.

When he's out on hero business no public display of affection. He has a reputation to maintain! But if he's not on hero business and in casual clothes then public display of affection is a yes.

I recommend that you visit his office sometimes. It always makes his day better.

You two like to go swimming sometimes.

Loves to watch baseball with you in the living room.

If you pleasure him somehow, yes...he does make orca noises. It drives you crazy and a small chuckle comes from you.

Kugo has been thinking about marrying you for sometime now and he wants you by his side for ever and always.

Kugo opened the box to reveal an expensive ring. It looked absolutely stunning. "So, (first name) (last name), will you marry me?"

You cried so many tears. "Y-Y-yes." You said sobbing with so many tears.

Kugo smiled as he slid the ring onto your finger. Your heads then both touched symbolizing your very close connection to each other.

You kissed his rostrum, as he wrapped his large arms around your waist. You then started to kiss each other even more.

You heard cheering and saw all of Kugo's employees that worked in his agency were cheering for his proposal.

This was the best night of your life. Period.

Izuku Midoriya:

Izuku shyly confesses his feelings for you. He was getting very nervous and started to move around a little more than usual.

"Are you okay Izuku?" You asked.

A month is a pretty standard time for what it takes me to do requests, at least if I don't get an idea for it that I want to pursue immediately, but I'm still sorry this took so long. I don't write about other people's OCs, but you framed this just generally enough that I don't think of it as writing about an OC, it's just a request. •They had taken you because your parents were rich and the two villains were hoping for a pay day in the form of a ransom

•But your parents never paid, they didn’t want you back and you were left with the two villains who had no idea what to do with a kid like you

•But pretty soon after you parents denied to pay for you, you were rescued by a pro-hero and his sidekick

•It was Gang Orca, he carried you out of that basement, and you felt the sunlight in your face for the first time in weeks

•You were crying and clinging onto his jacket for dear life

•Since you’re so young, you still have a bit of a hard time controlling your quirk, so your body turned into water

•You still managed to keep your shape, but you apologized to Gang Orca profusely, because you were scared he would get angry with you

•But he just told you not to worry about it, and that you were safe now

•You never once thought he was scary, even though other people might

•When Gang Orca learned that you had no place to go, since your parents were arrested as well for severe child neglect

•He decided to take you in, because he knew what it felt like to be alone and scared and having no one to turn to for help

•So he brought you home with him, after you got some of your things from your former home

•You brought your favorite plushie, books and some toys, along with clothes and stuff like that

•You set up in his guest bedroom while Gang Orca made you some dinner

•As the days go by and you get to know each other a bit, you seem pretty meek and quiet

•You start calling him Mr. Sakamata after you ask him his name

•He notices your quirk responds to your emotions so, he asks if you’d like to learn to control it better

•You tell him no, and that your parents always told you you didn’t need to control it that well, because you’d never be a hero anyway

•Gang Orca tells you that of course you can be a hero and that even if you didn’t want to,quirk control is always important

•So you start training to control your quirk and he’s helping you to the best of his ability

•When you go out to a store or to the park, he carries you on his shoulders or you hold his hand, because you’re a bit scared of people after your kidnapping experience

•He comes to consider you as his kid and he’s like a dad to you

•He supports you as you go back to school and he’s there to help you with your homework and to cheer you on

•Gang Orca is a pretty strict parent, but he also let’s you learn from your mistakes, as long as it’s a pretty harmless mistake

•He’s not overly protective, but he is protective still, like a dad should be

Story time

You were looking for your 7th job sick of men thinking they can control you as a woman   

You walked to the train satiation when you saw the train was broken when you said there goes that interview

Sitting down for a while you smelled the ocean when you stood up going wanting to take a walk

You walked through the smooth sand watching the waves crash when you looked around seeing nobody you took off your dress getting into the water to your chest

After swimming for a while you wanted to get out but felt ripples when you heard a deep close voice say getting out already

You turned around punching him hard he knocked into the water when you quickly ran out of the water running home never looking back

Next Morning

You got a call from gang orca's agency when you said oh no

You still answered saying hello you heard a British voice say hello madam is this Tatakai Shirakima you panicked but said yes this is she

In their second year of UA, Tetsutetsu and Kendo decide to start dating. Their relationship is well up until they graduate. They start working at different agencies away from each other, and decide to make long distance work. However, while noting violent or bad happens between them, they just grow apart. They eventually sit down and talk abt how hero work is overwhelming and somewhat taking a toll on their mental health. They decide to end their relationship on good terms. They are sad abt the breakup but still talk to each other once a week or so. During this time, Tetsu goes into a more depressive slump than Kendo. He loved her. He's glad they ended things and still talk. It's for the best- but he misses having someone. During this time he confided in Denki, as they see each other often (cuz their agencies are right next to each other). They grow close and eventually catch feelings for each other. Tetsu falls first but Denki falls harder. They start dating abt a year after his breakup and it's a very communicative, healthy, and loving relationship. They also eventually get married (Tetsu proposes). Kendo comes out as a lesbian and stays friends with the two, as class 1A and 1B meet up and have a party every winter🩷💜💙

Shigaraki is scared of showers because they hurt his scratch marks. There was a point where he didn't take showers and Kurogiri had to gently force him to take a shower. On really bad days, Shiggy would (very quietly, when absolutely no one is around [especially Dabi]) ask Kurogiri to help him. So, being the amazing mother he is, Kurogiri would go tell Shiggy to get his swimsuit on (no nsfw here!) and gently help him wash himself. I also hc that Shiggy has a rubber duck that he keeps hidden away for when he has to take a shower cuz it comforts him (since he never had any bath toys as a kid cuz poor baby had his childhood taken from him).

Fulgrim of Nuceria: Sign language was actually the primary one in the slave pits, to communicate away from the guards. The system that Fulgrim and his sons use together is different from any other, and quite secretive. He actually started teaching it to Ferrus.

Alpharius Omegon on Chtonia: They were actually homeless, until emp showed up! They never wanted their full identity as two knows to other, as it could have compromise their secret statut of vigilante, fighting back the local gangs.

Magnus of Medusa: Think rocks are tasty, okay? He never quite got over his habit of eating sand, but now it's mostly crystal. Has an actual chart ranking the tastiest ones, and fucking LOVE how tasty fossil are.

Leman of Delivrance: Has yet to fully understand that has wolf dna, and as such fight a lot of his instinct. Insist on touching everyone he consider family, and check on the regular where everyone is, and if they are ok. Always eat last too.

Konrad on Maccrage: when he was a child and having really bad convulsion, his mother gave him a pet ferret (wich used to be common pets for Romans) as some kind of alert animal. Konrad doesn't deal well with food often, so his beloved lil friend (called Regulus) became the fattest, happiest noodle.

Ferrus of Caliban: He actually has a romantic side! He grew up hearing songs of knights and princess, and then ended up becoming a knight himself! And while incredibly chivalrous, the realm of the arts (outside a forge) stay incredibly foreign to him. He does love nowaday harlequin romance novels.

Horus on Nostramo: In spite of having created a rather criminal society, he made extreme effort to make it a true meritocracy. Any street urchin can become a mob enforcer under him... If they navigate properly the treacherous world of the mafia.

Sanguinius of Fenris: He actually is a supremely picky eater, and does not trust 95% of vegetables. He only ate meat until he was found by the Imperium, he's not a goat, why do they keep waving kale at him?!

Lion on Colchis: Fully, 100% aware that the chaos gods are real, and actively pray to them. He has his "religion of the Emperor" that he actually use as a facade, since it annoy Emp so much, he doesn't look into his "true" belief.

Perturabo on Chemos: has actually developed full AI again, but hide it HARD from Emp and the Mechanicus. He like his robots!! He think that they should have rights! Why can't the Imperium be less stupid about this... Vaguely in love with Rogal and his Cool Armours.

Jaghatai on Baal: Became quite the warlord, locally. Was especially curious of the use of radiation, and definitely made some horrible WMD back in the day. Currently falling in line with the Mechanicus, as every vehicules present on Baal was almost holly in their culture.

Rogal of Nocturne: Created some really, REALLY advanced fortification that can, somehow, follow the landscape change. Is pioneering the use of dragon scales mixed with special metals, creating something that might be stronger than ceramite. Does not understand why Perturabo is always hanging around.

Roboute on Barbarus: decided to fight necromancy with fire... Artillery fire, to be exact. He brought the industrial revolution to Barbarus, and has pretty intense plan for terraforming the planet. Hasn't stopped working in.... Approximately 50 years.

Mortarion of Prospero: Like in many of my hc, Morty is intersex. He's lucky to have landed on Prospero, where androgyny is a sign of beauty. He actually like cultivating that appearance, and if asked what his gender is, he usually just reply "mushroom".

Corvus of Chogoris: if it's me, then you bet Corvus is a transwoman lol. She wear traditional mongolian ceremonial outfit as a power move, because *no one* expect her to be able to move this easily in all those heavy clothes.

Vulkan of Olympia: VERY close to all 3 of his siblings! He was never a fighter there, and instead worked hard to promote a democratie and division of power. He still is in contact with all of them, especially Calliphone. She keep teasing him about his possible crush on a certain Oracle...

"I'm gonna put my head through a wall." You flip through your mail again, "seriously, still nothing." You'd be obsessively refreshing your browser as well, hoping for an acceptance letter, at this point a rejection would be fine too.

"What's wrong honey?" Aizawa looked up from his paperwork. "What are you looking for?"

"My letter? From the university?" You're almost annoyed at him for asking, maybe he was playing dumb. "I can't really start my break without hearing back...I'm too on edge."

"You just finished your graduate degree, take a load off." He laughs, "school isn't going anywhere."

"I can't until I know I'm all set, I need to plan for the future Shota." You rub your face, "I'm so frustrated. I just want to know."

"Oh, hey now that you mention it I think you got some mail from them, it came at a weird time. Big envelope...I think it's in the kitchen."

"WHAT?" You shriek and jolt up, "go get it!"

"Why me?"

"I'm scared! I haven't seen anything online, what if they rejected me?"

"I'm sure they didn't." He gets up anyway and brings the manilla folder in for you. "Want me to open it?" You nod meekly. He opens it painstakingly slow, you watch his every move, analyze his face for a hint of the outcome.

"What does it say." Your stomach lurches when he sighs.

"Jeeze..." He makes a nervous face and you can feel your eyes watering.

"What, Shota, please tell me..." You're pulling on your shirt hem nervously.

"I'm barely gonna see you anymore." he turns the paper around, but he's smiling. You practically launch yourself at him and he accepts it with just as much gusto.

"I knew you made it honey." You feel his nose by your scalp, his breath is warm and inviting, you wrap your arms tighter around him.

"I'm so relieved." You feel like crying, you're so thankful the pit in your stomach is gone, all you feel is excitement for what's to come.

Shota laughs a little, "you take it all in stride." He pulls away a little and brushes your hair back, "you've been doing so great lately. I'm proud, but I'm not surprised."

"Thank you for all your help." You look at him and the unmistakable fondness in his eyes made your chest warm, you swore you're the only person to ever see it.

He makes a small noise, like kissing his teeth but softer, "don't look at me like that, I didn't help that much." He tosses the folder onto the nearest table and you tumble down onto the couch, his paperwork long forgotten. "Let's have dinner, whatever you want."

You gasp excitedly, "whatever I want?"

"Yeah.." He laughs a little, it comes from his chest and wraps you up like a blanket, "whatever you want. I can cook, we can order out, we can go out, the world is your oyster." He's grinning, "and money's no object, you earned it."

"I wanna stay in with you, let's watch that movie that I've been looking at. We should order out. And can we eat in bed?"

"Yes, yes and yes." You feel his lips on your temple, "I can't say no to you right now."

You're practically vibrating with excitement, Shota was always playfully mean, he enjoyed your constant whining for his affection for him to be so unabashedly affectionate and kind is a rare treat.

"I'll order the food, we can have a shower together," he tries and fails to stifle his laughter at the way your eyes light up, "and we can get into pajamas and watch that movie." You're nodding, thrilled, beyond thrilled.

"Let me know if there's anything else you want."

There wasn't, it was honestly perfect. You order your favorite food and get to cuddle up comfortably in bed with a good movie and even better company

Kugo Sakamata

Lately it feels like Kugo only sees you crouched over your laptop, typing furiously at your keyboard. Occasionally you'll groan and rub your eyes, or mutter something to yourself. You mentioned that you were finishing your thesis, that you were swamped. He tried not to get in your way, to bring you snacks and drinks and to check up on you when you were writing and editing for long hours.

Currently he is doing his own work, at his desk. It's late, you'd been working all night since dinner. He thinks he should check on you, maybe you'd gone to bed. He hopes you had, he disliked the idea of you staying up so late to work, especially when you worked so much during the day. He helped you when he could, proof reading, giving you ideas, and offering you support when you needed, he wished he could do more.

As he considered this his door opened and there you were, laptop in hand.

"Kugo I think I finished!" You look thrilled, he feels thrilled for you.

"My love that's wonderful news, can I see it?" He's glad to watch you bound over to him, and he easily sets his own work aside for you. You show him, though he's sure it would take him a while to get through it all he looks through the beginnings of it.

"You can have a copy when I print it all out to send in." You're beaming, it sends a million arrows straight through his chest.

"I'm thrilled to see you so happy, you have no idea." He sets your laptop down on top of his paperwork, "come here to me."

Of course you go, his hands wrap around your arms as you slide onto his lap. "I'm glad to be done." You feel his hands on your lower back, yours rest on his chest.

"Selfishly, I'm glad you're done too." You feel his thumbs running long strokes over your skin where your shirt rode up under his palms, "when was the last time we went to bed together?"

"I know.." You lament, "i'm sorry I've worked so much."

"No," he tsks, "don't be sorry. I'm proud of all the work you did. I'm glad to have you to myself now."

"Kugo.." You laugh, a bit nervously.

"How do you want to celebrate?" He asks, "I know it's late, but we should do something."

"I just want to spend time with you."

"I can arrange that." He laughs, it's a bubbling sort of warm sound, like a rolling boil. "I'll stay home tomorrow."

"No!" You gasp, "Kugo your job is very important!"

"I know, but I've missed you. I want to talk about all the work you've done. I'd like to have you for the day, if it's alright? We can have breakfast and do whatever you like all day. I'll give you whatever you like."

"You'd really do that? I feel like I'm stealing you."

"You don't have to worry about that. You stole me a while ago." His hand comes up to your face, his palm is smooth over your cheek, his finger brushes the shell of your ear, "you'll stay with me tomorrow, wont you?"

"Of course.." You flush a little, the warmth had started in your stomach and radiated up to your cheeks, "what should we do to celebrate until then..."

"Well why don't you tell me."
