2024 Goals:
Most are the exact same as last year.
Water: I feel like 120oz is a goal since when I do drink under about 100oz I don’t feel hydrated.
Strength Training: This one will be a challenge due to me usually wanting to lay down or just not do anything after running. So this is going to be one that I am going to gradually build up to.
Running: I wasn’t able to hit it last year, so I really want to achieve it this year.
4 Half Marathons: I’m already signed up for the Austin Half and I know I’m going to do the Dallas BMW Half again so I need to find 2 others.

its been a while, huh?
yeah i know, its been... years... but I had a LOT of bad stuff going on in life not long after the last post and... well... yeah.. i fell off the horse hard, though my weight has stayed almost stable around where i was at when i stopped, 190lbs, i did go up to 205lbs, but i’m currently back down to 188lbs, which is surprising, but i’ve met someone who has... maybe reignited my dream/goals... so who knows? I may start being a bit more active here again? currently working on losing the last of my stomach and building some muscle at the same time, i’ll try to get basis pictures soon and measurements, then work from there, see where we end up by the end of the year? yeah, that sounds like a plan sorry for the wall of text, i know nobody probably cares/comes here anymore but, y’know what? I’ll do it, i’ve lost the weight once, i can do it again. lets do it.

pissed off bc i did 1 hr of treadmill exercise and i actually feel good -_-
i did like. the incline stuff at 3 mph and theres a goal im working toward called the “12-3-30” which is a 12% incline at 3 mph for 30 mins. it’s going to be a process bc just 5 mins of 3 mph at 8% incline whooped my ASS. but at least i have smth to work toward. my heart was literally at like 183 bpm so it took that workout as “vigorous exercise” which ig it is for me being out of shape LMAOO but i want STAMINA

and it's 185lbs, up from 184.4lbs last sunday! HOWEVER! if you can believe my scales, they said i gained about 0.6lbs of muscle, and I've also lost about half a cm around the waist so i've definitely lost some body fat at least! so that's good! LETS GOOOOOO
