This isn't me complaining here or venting, but just giving out loud but like.... The difficult thing about character analysis is trying to figure out what people want to read. Do they want character analysis in relation to the character themselves or the character in a relationship (with reader)?

Another hard thing is trying to figure out things to write that'd get people to think or would catch them off guard. A lot of my analyses and headcanons garner results that I assume most people would agree with or would already know, in the sense that theyve never consciously thought about it, but if asked, they'd say the same thing. For example, if I said 'Kaeya is afraid of rejection.' 'Kazuha has commitment issues.' 'Venti's life is essentially centered around being a guiding wind, but a wind that submits to no one.' Would these things really catch people by surprise? Or would they say, "I already knew that."

I really want to come up with things people would want to read with these analyses, but idk what people want orz
