- mike fills el in on what the party was like when they were much younger

Can you do some cute n soft eleven headcanons

OF COURSE💗💗 el is my everything.

el is a lover of all insects. all of them. if jonathan or will ever find a spider in the house they are forbidden to kill it on pain of the silent treatment— instead, they just call her and she scoops them up and lets them outside.

el prefers the disney princess band-aids above all the others.

el’s favorite music artists are ABBA and madonna, and anyone who enters her room while she’s playing it will be roped into a little dance party with her.

el takes after nancy a lot, not just because she owns her hand-me-downs and whatnot but also because she generally admires her. she loves nancy’s hair and the way she makes collages out of little photos and posters in her room. so el tries similar hobbies, and expectedly, enjoys them. jonathan informs nancy of how much el likes her and nancy thinks it’s the cutest thing in the world.

el is a wonderful advice-giver, and many of the party members like to talk to her when they’re having an issue. she’ll sit them down, get a snack, play with their hair and the two can talk for hours. 

mike was the person who taught el how to do makeup. 

accompanying all the letters she sends to mike or max, el adds little confetti-like paper hearts and stars to the envelope. opening her letters is like opening a piñata. 

el is very touchy with the people that she loves. she’ll link arms with will, hold hands with max, poke mike in the ribs whenever given the opportunity.

Robin and El duo headcanons?

Okay that's an interesting duo! I haven't given it much thought tbh but yes I do think that while both El and Max were mourning for who they lost, Robin and Steve, though not having much idea on how to cheer them up, did take a step forward in an attempt to do so.

They really didn't know El well, sure, Steve hung out with Max and the other kids maybe a couple of times, but Robin? She didn't even know El, yet it was her who offered the idea.

Though it would be a little awkward to just hang around with El and Max so both of them took the group out on a long drive, sure enough, all of them wouldn't fit in Steve's car, so they decided to invite Jonathan and Nancy too, Jonathan drove the other car.

A few weeks later they planned a sleepover in Steve's house too, when his parents were out of town and pulled an all nighter, and even though they did have a couple movies selected for the night, they did not watch a single one because they just indulged into deep conversations all night long, with tears and laughter.

Also, I think Robin tutored El for about a month and a half before they moved to California.

Stranger things characters having a sleepover head canons part 1 because reasons:

-They play Pictionary and Mike is excited because Will is the best drawer so they’re bound to win but before he can call Will as his partner El says she gets to be Wills partner because he’s her brother (The wonder twins win)

-They all spread out their sleeping bags on the floor of the basement and if Mike and Will end up cuddled up together in the morning no one says anything about it

-The kids spit into two teams and each team has to build the best fort they can (team 1 is Dustin,Max,and Mike and team two is Will,El, and Lucas) the forts are then used as home bases for a very intense game of capture the flag that would definitely get them into trouble if the wheelers were home

-team 1 has the better fort thanks to Dustins genius design plans

-Team 2 is the king of flying pillow sneak attacks thanks to Els powers and Lucas’s aim

-team two also has much better team work with El, Lucas, and Will all working in sync to take down the other team

-Lucas is mostly in charge of distracting Dustin and Max (which he is quite good at) While Will and El team up to steal the flag

-Mike is on guard and Will is in charge of distracting him which he does by acting all serous and saying to Mike he needs to tell to him something which immediately makes Mike lower his guard and Will says something along the lines of “This might be really hard for you to hear Mike but it’s the truth and you need to hear it. Mike... We win” Will finishes his sentence with a smile and Mikes whips around to see El smiling and waving at him holding the stolen flag

-Team 2 celebrates with group hugs and high fives while Team 1 wines at Mike for being tricked

-Everyone was tasked with bringing one movie each and their plan was end up watching all of them throughout the night

-El and Max are the only ones who actually end up being able to stay awake through all the movies and they definitely end up making fun of the boys for it later

-At one point Max ends up with Lucas asleep on her left shoulder while El is leaning against her right side hold her hand while they whisper jokes to each other throughout the movie (Max finds her self feeling more safe and content then she has in a long time)

-El and Will have matching PJs (courtesy of Joyce)

-El ends up braiding Mikes hair even though it took a lot of convincing from both El and Will

-El picks a musical that Dustin ends up knowing all the words to so they end up duetting some of the songs while they watch

-Will picks a horror movie that leads to Mike getting scared and latching on to Will throughout the entire movie (he even buries his head into the crook of Wills neck when something extra scary happens)

-around one in the morning the party has the amazing idea that this is the best time to try and bake cupcakes with whatever ingredients the wheelers having laying around in the kitchen

-The cupcakes don’t turn out too bad but the kitchen is a mess and Dustin and Lucas are covered in flower from when Dustin accidentally spilled some on Lucas and he retaliated and it just escalated from there

-They play scrabble and Max and Mike are the two who are doing the best but Max ends up winning

-Dustin is the first one to fall asleep despite being the one to insist that they pull an all nighter

-When Karen gets home the next morning she is understandably upset about the mess but when she makes her way down to the basement to scold Mike she sees all the kids sleeping and looking so content (She’s not blind she knows these past few years have been hard on all the kids even if she doesn’t know why) and decides that the mess isn’t that big of a deal after all

Non-binary Mike Wheeler headcanons!:

-They/he and trying out she/her, they aren't sure if they like it yet.

-Mike really wants to try out femme clothes bc he's only ever worn masc stuff, and even though he likes presenting masculine, he also likes trying out new feminine stuff like hair clips and makeup.

-Will wanted to help out so he tried doing Mike's makeup. Will finds out it's actually somewhat similar to painting so he's pretty good at it.

-Nancy also helps out with the makeup

-Max is the one to take them shopping for new clothes. Max and Mike still bicker but secretly enjoy each other's company.

-Lucas, Dustin, and Will were the ones to help Mike out with his gender crisis. They all researched together and eventually, Mike settled with non-binary.

Mike going to will for comfort after El dumps his ass (because she finally realised her boyfriend is behaving like a wet noodle) and mike is saying all this  emotional stuff and Will is panicking not knowing what to do and just goes “i’m gay” and there’s absolute silence for like 3 whole minutes and then Mike pulls out El’s cryptic smile/“oh yeah that checks out” spiel and now will’s uncomfortable and Mike’s like “don’t worry about it”

but then he goes home and immediately screams into his pillow trying to figure out how to woo Will

Mike going to Nancy for dating advice and then Nancy going to Jonathan and Jon going to Will but it basically turns into a tragic case of telephone and El is cackling over the whole thing

Will has powers. I don’t know what they do but they’re sure there.
