the bear vs man in the woods debate that’s happening on tiktok is so funny bc i have encountered both bears and men in front of my (pretty rural) house in the middle of the night, and any time i see a bear, i don’t panic or feel very afraid at all. i yell at it to go away and it goes away. the only time i felt afraid was when there was a mama bear with cubs, but even she ran away with her cubs when i made noise. but the one time i was in my driveway and there was a man running in my direction in the middle of the night (it was my neighbor going for a run but i didn’t realize that at first as it was midnight and pitch black) i was literally frozen in pure terror. so like. men who are arguing that women are lying when they say they’re more afraid of encountering a man.. Definitely Not Lying <3

i just remembered an old picture of me that i want so i am about to go on a deep dive of my moms facebook looking for it
