Spf moisturizer everyday!!! find skincare products that work for you, it is worth it even long-term!
Drink so much water (like actually) 
Take good care of teeth, make sure they are visibly clean and your breath smells good
A quality deodorant, body lotion and a little perfume are always important
Jewelry and accessories always help you look more put together.
Face/hair masks 1x a week
Posture, you can do exercises to improve it and be aware of it always. It helps to slim your body visually and appear more confident wherever you are.
Castor oil (and if you can afford it eyelash serum) eyelashes/brows
Ice cubes for the face 3-4 times a week
Using a form of jade roller moisturizes more effectively
personal opinion belly rings specifically/other piercings look amazing on EVERYONE and are huge confidence boosters!!
Biotin oil for scars and stretch marks 2x a day at least to help them fade, takes time but works after a month or so!!!

any tips on how to feel more confident without makeup in the gym?? i want to work out but it gets so gross and i don't feel comfortable without it. ty!
Absolutely!
First and foremost, there's the reality of wearing makeup in the gym: women who wear makeup in the gym are a very small minority (at least where I'm from and work). In no way, shape, or form are you going to stand out for not wearing it there, and I mean that in a good way.
It's also good to recognize that it's healthier for your skin to be able to "breathe" without having product caked on when you're sweating. Sweating never feels great, but the feeling is dramatically improved by not wearing foundation and the like.
My recommendations, beyond just those points, are pretty straightforward and very much rooted in self-care.
Prioritize good hygiene. Keep your skin, clothes, and hair clean, and always make sure you pack an extra deodorant, extra (clean) pair of underwear if you're going to work out, and fresh socks. Personally I wash my hair every night (and it's very healthy with me having done so my whole life). If you're not an every-day washer, make sure you have dry shampoo and a brush in your bag. You can throw the dry shampoo and extra deodorant in a Ziploc bag in your gym bag just in case anything leaks/spills/etc. Maybe throw some mints into your gym bag in case you need to freshen up a bit. Always keep extra feminine hygiene products in your bag, too. Even if you never end up needing extras, there could be a sister who ends up needing one--that's happened numerous times and I've always been able to help someone out.
Prioritize skin care. Piggybacking off the good hygiene point, keeping your skin clean and protected absolutely helps you feel more confident in any setting without makeup. Wash your face (at least) morning and evening with your preferred face wash (I really like one with a slight salicylic acid in the morning and one with Benzoyl Peroxide at night to really kill the dead skin cells and bacteria--for the latter, I use PanOxyl for the latter). I use moisturizer and sunscreen every morning. Eye cream every night. I also use a retinol at night and a Vitamin C mask a couple times a week. Skin care's by far my biggest beauty investment, but it's not crazy by any means. Finding what works for you and just keeping clean, fresh, and protected from the sun will do the trick as long as you're consistent. That consistency not only helps your skin, but lets you feel better in it.
The healthier your skin, the less you'll even be tempted to think about how it looks.
Saying well-hydrated (drinking lots of water) also helps you look and feel fresh.
Wear clothing you're comfortable in. That looks different for everyone, especially in the gym. If that's a full workout outfit (cute items that all match and contribute to a specific look), that's great! If that's a t-shirt you don't mind sweating in and basketball shorts, that's great, too! If you don't feel comfortable in what you're wearing, then that discomfort is going to start drawing attention to other areas where you may not feel as secure. If you're doubting yourself or how you look without makeup, then the last thing you want to worry about is your body. You're there to be healthy, grow, feel and look stronger, and better yourself. So, spend some time considering those little things that make you less comfortable or even uncomfortable, and make adjustments to either eliminate them completely or improve them.
Keep up your activity level. Never let a day when you’re feeling more negatively towards yourself stop you from getting the exercise you came to do. If all you can do is get on the treadmill that day, then that’s still an accomplishment. You’re moving, and you’re giving yourself and your body the love it deserves.
Lean into no-makeup hacks. Doing little things like making sure your eyebrows are neatly kept and curling your eyelashes are tiny measures you can take that require no real extra time, and they make a world of difference. I always do both. If you want to wear small studded earrings--like tiny, simple gold/silver studs that won't get caught on anything, for example--that can also add some polish and femininity to your look. Tinted lip balm or subtle lip gloss can also enhance and freshen up the beautiful coloring and qualities you already have. Nails kept neatly trimmed is always a plus, and you can always add a neutral polish to elevate your look even more.
Like everything else, not wearing makeup takes practice. The more you go without, the easier it’ll become. You’ll start feeling more beautiful in your own skin, and in my experience, it starts becoming easier to see makeup as an optional tool to elevate the beauty you already have rather than “fixing” anything or “hiding” imperfections. None of us are perfect, and there’s no reason to pretend otherwise.

People act like confidence is something inherent, something you are born with. Really, though, I think confidence is a skill that you learn. At least for me, it was very much a "fake it til you make it" sort of thing. And I think a lot of people would be better off if they knew that.
