Black Russian Mocktail
1 serving
The Black Russian Cocktail drink hasn’t any known Russian origin but is so-named due to vodka being the primary ingredient and vodka is frequently linked to Russia.  This Black Russian mocktail has no alcohol in it.
Ingredients:
¾ cup cola soda, chilled (diet or regular)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract (this contains some alcohol)
2 tablespoons of non-alcoholic coffee-flavored syrup
Ice Cubes
Directions:
Load a tall glass with ice cubes.  Then pour in the soda, vanilla extract, and syrup.  Gently stir with a swizzle stick. Then enjoy the drink.
Note:
This drink can be served to anyone not drinking alcohol and can be served to designated drivers or anyone not drinking alcohol.  This drink could be served at bridal showers or any gathering.

Homemade Vanilla Coffee Syrup - With only a few ingredients, you can make delicious homemade vanilla syrup to flavor your coffee, tea, sodas, and cocktails.
Homemade Vanilla Coffee Syrup Recipe
Ingredients
1 3/4 cups water
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 vanilla bean, split in half
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, whisk together water, sugar, and vanilla bean.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
Simmer for about five minutes - the sugar should be completely dissolved.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Once simple syrup has cooled, remove the vanilla bean and pour the syrup into a glass jar or bottle.
Store in refrigerator.
Homemade vanilla coffee syrup will keep within the refrigerator for about 1 week.

White Russian Milkshake
1-2 servings
This is a very refreshing milkshake and intoxicating too.
Ingredients
1/8 cup skim milk
¼ cup Kalua
1/8 cup coffee syrup
1/8 cup vodka
2 ¼ cups vanilla ice cream
Garnish: whipping cream and maraschino cherry (optional)
Directions:
In a blender add the milk, Kalua, coffee syrup, vodka, and ice cream.  Blend until smooth and creamy.  Use a spatula to empty the blender of the milkshake.
In tall glasses, pour in the milkshake from the blender, add a garnish of whipped cream and cherry and enjoy!
Note:
To make the milkshake thicker, add less milk or use whole milk, add more ice cream.  
If you want to avoid dairy products use milk like almond or coconut milk.  Use a non-dairy ice cream. There is whipped cream made from non-dairy products.
