Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe🎃
Tumblr media
I tried a homemade pumpkin spice latte. Here's the recipe I followed to make one at home:
*The changes I made: used instant coffee, used unsweetened almond milk and added more, used stevia instead of sugar (1 Tbsp), added sugar-free vanilla creamer, and used sugar-free whipped cream.
Ingredients:
1 cup of brewed strong coffee or 2 shots of espresso
1/2 cup of milk (whole milk, skim milk, almond milk, or any milk of your choice)
2 tablespoons of pure pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
1-2 tablespoons of sugar (adjust to taste)
1/4 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice (or a mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves)
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Whipped cream (optional)
Cinnamon or nutmeg for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Brew Coffee or Espresso: Start by brewing a strong cup of coffee or making two shots of espresso.
Heat Milk and Pumpkin Puree: In a small saucepan, whisk together the milk and pumpkin puree over medium heat. Stir continuously until the mixture is hot but not boiling. This should take about 2-3 minutes.
Add Sugar and Spices: Stir in the sugar, pumpkin pie spice (or your spice mixture), and vanilla extract. Continue to heat and stir until everything is well combined and the mixture is hot, but do not let it boil.
Blend or Froth: You can use an immersion blender or a frother to create a creamy texture. If you don't have either, simply whisk vigorously until the mixture is frothy.
Combine with Coffee: Pour the pumpkin spice milk mixture into your brewed coffee or espresso and stir well.
Top with Whipped Cream: If desired, add a dollop of whipped cream on top of your pumpkin spice latte.
Garnish: Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg on top for extra flavor and a decorative touch.
Serve: Your homemade pumpkin spice latte is ready to enjoy! Serve it in your favorite mug and sip while it's still warm.
Feel free to adjust the sweetness and spice level to your liking. That is what I did. (See notes above) You can also experiment with different types of milk, such as almond, oat, or soy, to suit your dietary preferences. I loved using this recipe as the base for my homemade latte.

☕ This is my cup of coffee. There are many like it, but this one is mine. Without me, my coffee is useless. Without my coffee, I am useless.

Starfall Latte
Here’s the recipe for the “Starfall Latte,” the signature drink of “Starfall Brews”:
Ingredients:
1. 2 shots of freshly brewed espresso
2. 1/4 cup of caramel syrup
3. 1/4 cup of Mondstadt apple cider
4. 1 cup of frothed milk (your choice of milk)
5. Whipped cream (optional)
6. A drizzle of caramel sauce (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Brew two shots of espresso using your preferred coffee beans. Ensure they are fresh and of high quality.
2. In a separate container, mix the caramel syrup and Mondstadt apple cider until they are well combined. You can adjust the caramel syrup to your desired level of sweetness.
3. Froth the milk using a milk frother or steam wand until it’s creamy and has a microfoam texture.
4. In a tall glass, add the brewed espresso first.
5. Slowly pour the caramel-apple cider mixture into the glass, allowing it to mix with the espresso.
6. Gently pour the frothed milk into the glass, holding back the foam with a spoon to let the liquid milk flow first.
7. If desired, top the latte with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
8. Finish by drizzling a bit of caramel sauce over the whipped cream for added sweetness and decoration.
9. Serve your “Starfall Latte” with a smile and enjoy the magical blend of caramel, apple, and rich espresso.
This delightful beverage is sure to capture the hearts of your customers at “Starfall Brews” and leave them craving for more.

Lady London Fog
Ingredients
Lavender flowers
Earl Grey tea - any brand works
Milk - any that you prefer!
Vanilla syrup
Vanilla cold foam (optional)
Whipped cream (optional)
Nutmeg
Directions
Steep your Earl Grey tea and lavender flowers. Ideally, you'll want to do this for five minutes if you are making this drink iced - that way you'll have it just as strong as it would be if you were to make it hot.
While you're waiting, steam or froth your milk of choice.
Once you're done, remove lavender and tea sachet from your newly brewed tea.
From here, put ice in a glass. Add vanilla syrup, as much as you like! I personally like it sweeter.
Pour tea over the ice, this will cool it and make sure that the syrup mixes with the tea.
Add milk, stir.
Add the vanilla cold foam or whipped cream.
Add a sprinkle of nutmeg on the top for garnish.
Enjoy!
Extra Tips and Tricks
Steep lavender and tea for longer if you'd like it stronger!
Add espresso shots to balance out the sweetness and floral notes of the drink!
Add extra edible flowers on top for garnish if you want to be a little fancy.

Coffee enthusiasts, what whole bean coffee brand would you recommend for at home brewing? I previously used Starbucks Espresso blend since that’s the brand I started drinking coffee from. I got a little cheapo espresso machine this past year to make lattes with, and haven’t ventured out into other brands.
