Headcanons ~

- Annabeth is always wearing either jean shorts or a jean jacket.

- As said before, Annabeth and Piper are besties.

- When Thalia comes to visit, they catch up and something really stupid but also really smart always ends up happening.

- Percy will just sit and watch some next to her whilst she studies, and Annabeth usually ends up falling asleep on him.

- Percabeth is basically the only exception to the ‘no boys and girls sleeping together’ rule, and is also the reason it was changed because it was homophobic and acephobic bullshit.

- She’s slowly developed a habit of listening to music while she works.

- Annabeth is the worst teacher because she’s too smart and keeps forgetting that not everyone is the same level as her.

- But at the same time, because she’s been at CHB for so long, she is absolute shit at reading English.

- Annabeth and Frank are on better terms then Annabeth and Jason.

- She and Percy like to go on picnic dates in Central Park.

So those are my headcanons for Annabeth Chase, daughter of Athena, bearer of the sky, architect for Olympus, hero of Olympus, finder of the Athena Parthenos, and survivor of Tartarus. If you have any other ideas, comment them!

percabeth in the solangelo book?

for a while i doubted that rick would write percabeth into the solangelo book, simply because i figured the scene he included with them in the tower of nero would be their last. i basically figured he had "retired" percy and annabeth. but with the announcement of the chalice of the gods today, i'm not so sure (yay!). even though its events are going to happen in the past (between HOO and TOA) whereas the sun and the star is going to happen in the future (after TOA), rick is still writing new stories for percabeth. that's all that matters. they're technically not retired. now i'm kinda being selfish here when i say i want percy and annabeth to make an appearance. because frankly, i just want to see them turn 18 (and for them to be confirmed as bi4bi. please rick, please). but also, i'd love closure with bob. its something i think not only us, as readers, deserve, but also percy and annabeth as characters.

It's so odd, seeing these two, the larger than life Heroes Nico's looked up to for years acting so...human. They aren't living mortal legends.

Just teenagers with problems like him, with worries and the same insecurities.
