“Dude, can you stop fucking up? Oh my god!” You shout, exasperated with your boyfriend’s antics. He was being extra annoying today and you just wanted to beat the level of the game you two were playing. You regret ever asking him to come over and play the copy of overcooked you bought at the mall.

Mark cackles at your reaction and continues dicking around. He thinks you’re so cute when you’re annoyed. He loves how your brows furrow and how your voice gets higher when you shout at him to focus on the game. He knew that he could do better but he just couldn’t because he loved seeing you so frustrated.

“Sorry baby, I’ll do better next round.” He promises, but you knew better. You knew that he’d continue being annoying and that he’d keep throwing the game away and you had enough. With a huff, you lightly throw the controller at him and cross your arms to sulk.

“No you won’t.” You protest, giving him a glare.

Mark coos at how adorable you looked with your arms crossed and your lips tut in a pout. The brunet wraps his arms around you and kisses you on the cheek with adoration.

“Baby you know how bad I am with games like these, I’m sorry.” He said, hugging you tighter. “I’ll make it up to you, though. Ice cream?”

Your eyes beam up at the thought of free sweets and you give in, much to your dismay. You could never fully stay mad or annoyed at him no matter how hard you tried. He always knew how to bring you back and to get you to soften up. Mark knew you like the back of his hand and he knew how to love you the way you wanted to and it was both such a blessing and a curse.

“Whatever.” You reply, faking nonchalance.

Mark giggles again at your antics and gives you a kiss on the cheek.

“I love you.” He says, looking at you with sincerity in his eyes.

“I love you too,” You say, kissing him on the lips. “Even if you’re annoying as shit and can’t play video games to save yourself.”

Help!

You were working as a assistant for The Beatles for a while now.

It did get chaotic sometimes working for the boys. They would run all over you and you honestly felt like a teacher calming down a classroom full of children when they got rowdy, loud and chased each other.

Your job wasn’t as easy as they thought it was. You had to mange them, schedule dinner meets, conferences, meet and greets, handle their paperwork, made sure the boys got up on time, and communicate back and forth to Brian every day about what’s going on.

You felt like you were running around with your head cut off and the boys weren’t making it easy…

“Boys! Can you stop that please?” You asked nicely as you saw John, Paul and George playing with their food and started to throw it at each other while laughing.

You noticed that Ringo was just silently staring at them, slowly taking bites of his mashed potatoes.

Of course as usual they didn’t listen to you and continued to do what they were doing.

“Please don’t do that, you are going to-“ You begin as you saw Paul grab a handful of mashed potatoes from his plate and threw it right at John’s suit.

“Ruin his suit.” You mumbled to yourself. It was too late. John’s suit was ruined and it was only 30 minutes until they needed to leave for showtime.

John and Paul just started laughing at the mashed potato stain that John now had on his suit.

“It feels like I’m working for a bunch of children!!” You groaned out loud, covering your face as you left the room.

Ringo felt bad for you. He knew that his bandmates didn’t care and they weren’t taking it easy on you. He was the only one that didn’t participate in the foolish acts that they did.

He also noticed that you weren’t eating and sleeping well. He knew that you were up late at night planning for the next day and working hard while the boys were sleeping.

Ringo wanted to give you a hand and help you out. He felt like it was the right thing to do and he wanted for you to have a break for once without having a stressful day.

At least he thought that your job wasn’t easy…

After the concert, you stayed up late as always and worked on plans for the next days ahead. You made sure paperwork was done and you wrote a few reminders down to make sure you wouldn’t forget.

You heard a knock on your bedroom door.

You raised an eyebrow, putting down your pencil.

“Who could this be? Probably one of the boys wanting something.” You mumbled to yourself as you put on a robe.

“Yes come in.” You said, sitting down on your chair.

“Hey… It’s me Ringo.” Ringo gave you a smile as he opened your bedroom door.

“Hey Ringo, Can I help you?” You said in confusion.

“Aren’t you supposed to be sleeping?” You added as he came to your room.

“I was wondering if we could talk?” Ringo said, sitting down on you bed.

“Yes of course. About what?” You raised an eyebrow.

“I noticed you work very hard and I know you don’t get appreciate of how hard you work. You deserve to have a stress-free life. You done so much for us. You are the most selfless person i know. You are a very lovely lady and I hate to see how my band mates treat you. I was wondering if… I could help?” Ringo asked.

You were shocked but in awe of his words.

Ringo noticed how hard you been working? And noticed how you felt?

That was so sweet of him.

“Ringo, you are such a sweet guy… I appreciate your offer but-“ you begin before he cut you off.

“I’ll do it for free. I’ll do it to make sure you don’t have enough on your plate. I want to make sure that at the end of the day you are eating, sleeping well and being stress free. That’s all it matters to me.” Ringo took your hand and held it.

“I promise.” He said softly.

“Okay. Of course. That will do.” You said softly with a smile.

“Thank you.” You added, leaning in to give Ringo a hug.

“You’re welcome Y/N.” Ringo hugged you back.

Over the next few weeks, there was definitely a huge improvement.

With Ringo’s help, you got to relax, eat and sleep well. He even calmed John, Paul and George down when they were acting really rowdy and he made them realize that your job position wasn’t easy.

He even helped you out scheduling meetings, dinner, hotels, meet and greets with public, flights and people as well.

Having Ringo by your side made it so easy. You weren’t stressed out as you were back then. He had your back and having his help made it more easier on you. Every night he would offer to give you a massage which of course you accepted because Ringo was really good at massaging you and his massage’s relaxed you and your body a lot.

“Ringo I just know you are going to be husband material one day!” You told him as he started to massage your feet.

Ringo started blushing after you told him that.

“You deserve it my dear Y/N. For being a good assistant.” Ringo said.

“Hey guys have you seen my -“ John said as he came to the living room where Ringo was giving you a massage at.

“Aww Ringo, I didn’t know you had the hots for Y/N.” John smirked at Ringo.

BIG BLOG UPDATES AND CHANGES. IMPORTANT. PLS READ

REGULAR REQUESTS:

Starting January 1, 2024 I will be deleting all my WIPs. Any request that is currently in my inbox will be deleted.

I thought about this long and hard and it’s something I’ve been thinking of doing for a while now; it started with me slowly deleting a few that didn’t inspire me, but now I think I just need a fresh start

And I just thought I’d remind everyone that my requests are now suggestions. So if you request something there is no guarantee that I will be able to write it for you

I’d like to start writing things that truly inspire me and maybe even sprinkle in a few writing with my own ideas

Ik writing in here is a hobby for a lot of other writers, but it’s my ultimate goal to one day have my own book published. This blog is just practice for me to write and honestly it became my safe place that I created after my aunt passed away, and I feel like I’m slowly losing that

With all that said, I’ll be leaving my wips up until the end of the year if you can’t remember what you requested, you can try and resend it in to see if ill be able to write that for you or not

URGENT REQUESTS:

Starting next year my urgent requests will be limited. I’ll have 3 urgent request spots open each month. Once they fill up, that’s it for the month

I’ve had so many events that had to be pushed back for months because I keep receiving endless urgent requests at a time. I know some of you really need it for comfort but other are just abusing them to get their requests written faster and this is the only solution I can come up with

If I’ve already written a requests regarding your topic, I’ll probably respond to your request with links to posts I’ve already written regarding that topic. I’ve written about suicide, self harm, depression, etc SO many times and I’m starting to run out of unique ideas. And it’s honestly not super great for my mental health to write stuff like that so often.

However if you urgently need a request about a topic like that, that I’ve written about already (so long as you’re requesting it for a character I haven’t used that topic for yet) and you can give me an idea that helps me out then I’ll do it. Bc I know these are issues that a lot of ppl struggle with and I don’t want to just ban those kinds of requests at all

Also please give me a short reason as to why this request is urgent. If I don’t think your request is urgent, I won’t be writing it. I’d like to save these spots for ppl who realllllly really need it and could be helped with this. And ofc any urgent requests that make me uncomfortable or topics that I know nothing about and don’t want to offend anyone with accidentally, I also won’t be writing.

And lastly with urgent requests, a thanks would be great. I’ve written like 10 urgent requests in the last few months and I’ve only heard back from one of them. It’s discouraging to write something for someone that they labeled urgent and then never hear a word from them again. No thank you, no feedback, nothing. A quick thanks would mean the world to me and encourage me to continue writing urgent requests for you guys. Pls and thank you

Out of all the writing I’ve posted, I’ve probably o my heard back from like 10% of you, which just makes me want to delete my account and not even both honestly.

I love you guys a lot and appreciate so many of you, especially my regulars. I know some of you are shy and stay as ghost readers. I still appreciate you all 💗 but these are just some changes I’d like to make for my happiness and mental well being honestly 😭. I think I need a fresh start and just some more boundaries bc I feel like I’m stagnant RN and getting nowhere with the things I’d like to do.

SO these changes will begin January 1, 2024.

My wips will be wiped clean, starting over, so if you’ve recently requested something and want to try and resend it in to see if I’ll write it, give it a shot.

I hope I’m not coming across as rude or anything, im used to putting other ppl first and I tend to lose myself in the process so I just feel like this is something I really need to do. Im sorry if anyone is disappointed by this, but hopefully you’ll stick around to see any other new exciting events and writings I put out :)

✨Event Announcement !!✨

SO i told yall i was planning something new for my blog and i actually got this idea not too long ago. I’ve got a new bi-weekly event in the works: let me explain !

✨Musical Monday✨

The concept behind this is fairly simple, i’ll explain below the cut !

Every other Wednesday, I’ll post a little something to remind you that Musical Monday is in the works for the following week. You can then send in either 

-an album you enjoy by any artist 

-or a spotify playlist (that you created or that someone else created (with credits pls!))

and

-a book/show/movie who’s characters you want me to pair the songs with

my job is to then assign the characters from these shows/movies/books to the songs in said playlist/album.

!! (you can specify who you definitely want to see in the list if you’d like but it’s not necessary) !!

Every other Monday (meaning every fortnight), I’ll be posting the characters with the songs as well as a piece of writing underneath explaining why I thought they matched the song. 

The whole point of this is to discover new music, hopefully give you my own recommendations as well, and also just to have fun and spread some love for these characters. I also genuinely adore analysing characters and digging deeper into their story arcs so this’ll be the perfect opportunity for me to share my thoughts with you and hear your own!

✨What shows/movies/books can I request?✨

you can request just about anything however I obviously haven’t watched every show or movie on the planet and I have definitely not read that many books so here are a few ideas to get you all started if you’re at all interested:

anything MCU, Teen Wolf, Sex Education, Gossip Girl, Friends, How I Met Your Mother, Glee, Sherlock, any Choices book, the Haunting of Bly Manor, the Haunting of Hill House, the Office, Bridgerton, Harry Potter, the Hunger Games, the Maze Runner, Shameless, the Goonies, Outer Banks, the Society, Derry Girls, American Horror Story (1-7), Grey’s Anatomy, the 100, Star Wars, Fleabag, Little Women, Disney movies, Barbie movies, Narnia, and many many more

if there’s anything else in mind that’s not on this list, that’s 100% ok, you can definitely still send it in. if i haven’t seen/read it and don’t plan on doing so, i’ll just say so (respectfully ofc), or i’ll add it to the list of stuff i have to watch!

✨What type of music can I request?✨

I’m a big fan of indie rock, alt-rock, hard rock, pop, soul, 70s music, honestly you can send in just about anything, I’m always down to listen to new stuff and I’ll mostly be focusing on the lyrics anyway! 

✨Can I request a show/movie/book if it’s been requested before already?✨

honestly there’s hundreds of combinations you could send in. Someone could send in a request for Derry Girls x a specific Harry Styles album, and two months later someone else could request Derry Girls x a David Bowie album, or request How I Met Your Mother x another Harry Styles album. There’s little to no chance you’ll request exactly the same thing as someone else so please don’t hesitate to send in your asks! 

✨Themes?✨

it wouldn’t truly be a mischiefandi event if themes weren’t involved of course! when it comes to seasons, holidays and international days like Valentine’s, Christmas, Halloween, New Year’s Eve, Summer, Spring, Winter, Autumn, or other random prompts, I’ll tell you on the Wednesdays before Musical Monday, notifying you that it’s a special edition (along with additional guidelines if there are any). 

✨Dos and Don’ts✨

do make sure to send in A) a playlist or album + B) a show, or movie, or book (remember: A+B!). I expect I’ll get quite a few requests over the next few months and I won’t have time to go and ask you for more info privately, so please send in both or I’ll have to delete your request.

do be patient with me! if you sent in a request a few months ago, chances are I’m still working on it or you’re on the list and I’m getting to you :)

do send in multiple requests if you want to! i genuinely will be super happy to add them to the list!

don’t harass me with the exact same requests over and over again please haha. Like I said, chances are you’re already on the list and it’s really easy to see when a specific anon keeps sending the same asks so pls don’t. 

don’t be rude to other people if they don’t necessarily agree with your point of view about a specific character description. this is all meant to be fun and light-hearted. debating and discussing these characters is 100% encouraged as long as it’s constructive, polite, and civilised. any unnecessary rudeness or hate will be deleted immediately.

don’t make fun of people for the characters or books/movies/shows they like. if on one specific Musical Monday you see the post is about a show you’re not a big fan of, just scroll. let people enjoy things!

i’ve updated my taglist google form so please click here and fill in the Musical Monday taglist box if you would like to be tagged every other Wednesday as a reminder for the next Musical Monday, and every Musical Monday of course. 

You don’t have to be on my writing taglists to participate in this and you definitely don’t have to be on the Musical Monday taglist in order to send in a request. Anyone can join at any time, the taglist is only for the people that want to make sure they don’t miss a Musical Monday.

I am super excited about this project and I’ve been mulling it over for a little while now. Hopefully this is something that you guys will enjoy and want to participate it. I know a lot of you enjoyed the musical blurbs i did in November (still have a ton to do btw), so I thought that this could be fun also! My hope for this game is that it’ll create dialogue about these characters that we love so much and I’m so excited to hear your guys’ thoughts and recommendations!!

this Monday! exceptionally it’s on short notice, but for future reference, you’ll have a whole week to send in your requests no so worries! Please send in any requests you have for this Monday though!!

the theme for this Monday (15/02/21) is Valentine’s Day of course so my descriptions will be love-related but if you have any requests for stuff that has nothing to do with love, that’s more than fine, I’ll be adding them to the list for the upcoming Musical Mondays!
