Hi!!
It's been a while since I talked on here. This year has been ever-shifting, weird and sometimes painful for me. A lot of health things have cropped up and I've been struggling with forming and following a routine. So I've decided, following @jacqattacq's method of the 5 healthy habits a day, I'll start very very small, and work on a habit (maybe for a week) until I have them all down! Starting Thursday my work hours will change and I won't wake up as early so I'll work on my sleep later in the month. First habit is: water intake!
I'm gonna download Plant Nanny again so I can track how much water I have today, and work my way up from there in the next few days. Wish me luck as I get back on my health bandwagon. I'm going to need it.

An empty can that someone had drunk fell.
Well, what kind of end will this follow?
I tried to track it down.
Two-turn and three-turn cans are at the mercy of the flow.
Sometimes the water flow closes
Something like a waterfall basin
It can also be trapped.
Finally sucked into the water intake
It stopped moving.
This is until someone comes to take it out,
It'll stay like this.

最後に用水の取り込み口に吸い込まれ
動かなくなった。
これは取り出す人が来るまで

So excited!! Plant Nanny 2 apparently updated to get new greenhouse themes!! I just got Machu Picchu in the one I completed, and a Llama to go with it! Also learned, I have 120 plants in my greenhouse!

I started tracking how much water I drink and I drink like 5 18oz bottles a day on average. that's like 90oz. that's basically 70% of a gallon. wow.

Health and Water Intake
Just had a bit of a flash. Walt used to be a cat person, and there's a rising attention to the fact that cats are most vetenarians' leading renal failure candidates, as a result of not drinking enough fluids. Cats just don't drink enough, it's somehow not in their instincts to drink separately from their eating habits, so there's pressure being pushed onto making sure cats eat wet food.
That got me thinking: if hydration is something that happens in the context of the ingestion of food, then why do health apps put so much focus on making sure you reach XYZ ounces of water a day? Sure, I can't overdo it on coffee or Gatorade or whatever, but I can drink a ton of stuff that's not just water, or eat a ton of stuff that contains water and that contributes to my water intake. I've even heard some professionals state that pushing people to drink that much water specifically on a daily basis wasn't necessarily feasible - and I'm inclined to agree. I empty my water bottle about four times a day and still usually fall short of my recommended daily intake as per Fitbit - but what I'm asking is is that really the case?

2nd day shift
Woke up at 4am (7hrs sleep)
Am weight - 12st 12 and a quarter lbs
Cycled to work (15mins)
Breakfast - piri piri chicken mayo wrap
Lunch - piri piri chicken mayo wrap
Went to the gym
15mins bike
10mins rowing
10mins stairmaster
10mins treadmill
Cycled home (15mins)
Snack - protein shake
Took Harley a walk (50mins)
Dinner - chicken noodle soup
After I had my dinner it was treat night
Pm weight - 13st and 3 quarter lbs
Water - over 5litres
Steps - 20863
Really glad to be back at the gym. Stairmaster and treadmill was hard but I'm happy with the effort after a 12hr shift. I've also decided to restart my progress at the gym and build it all up again.
I got greedy with treat night and ate too much as per usual. I really need to work on my will power when it comes to chocolates and crisps.
What about my water intake - 5litres is the most I've ever had and that's not including what I drank at the gym. Thankfully I didn't pee the bed 🤣😂🤣😂
