I ate so much on my vacation down south, I feel worthless. My aunt made a comment about me “slimming down” and blew my cover. My parents monitored my eating the whole trip and ofc I made it worse by binging. Now that I’m home, I’m back on my grind.

Hi I hope you are doing well and I hope I'm not bothering you I just need some advice I can't message people on here and I would like to not sure how to fix it also I'm getting more and more skinnier and people are starting to notice what do I do to cover it how do I pack on clothes that don't look like I'm wearing a lot of clothes?
Use shape wear, if you don’t have any it’s sold cheap at Walmart. You’ll definitely be a bit hot but the shape wear will hide the lines of extra clothes and can make you thighs and stomach look bigger.

Please recover after crashing( if you’re going to crash again, or you’ve crashed for longer than 10 days), it’s hard and you probably feel like you don’t want to loose your momentum but its important so you don’t die🖤 take one or two days to have LOTS of fluids, sleep for 12hrs or more and have 1000 cals. After you can crash again or just ease back into your regular diet.

Hey so what are some of your best tips to lose weight fast? 😊
Tbh I don’t recommend my method because it’s not sustainable for long periods,…but for one week at a time 10,000 a day and 0-300 cals each day. I have a Endomorph body type and this still made the pounds fall off and stay off.
