Being prevented from traveling between the castles was annoying, to say the least. Not that it made things impossible, but an inconvenience was an inconvenience, and there was a schedule to be kept.

Still... the invitation received was a shock. But a meeting was agreed upon, however silently, and so a meeting would be had.

With a quick glance around, large black and white wings are revealed, before the figure is invisible the next moment, and taking off to the skies.

The next the figure lands, it's at the window of a room at an adjacent castle. After a beat, the invisibility is dropped.

"I hope you know what a pain it was to get over here, after someone else flying was shot down."

"My apologies. When I requested a rendezvous, I did not anticipate this. Though, I am grateful you arrived regardless."

"Well, you wouldn't have put your little note in my armour before if it wasn't important, I think."

"As I thought, you have a very good head on your shoulders, Sir Gilardi."

"So? What can I do for you, Your Highness?"

"I act in the best interests of both Kingdoms of Greenhaven, the Land of Flowers, and Ibissia, the Land of Fate. When the morrow comes, I wish to arrange a meeting with His Majesty, King Tartarus."

"...You know what you're asking?"

"I do."

"...Hah. Then I'll get it done."

Into Hell: Oda's Dangerous Encounter Among The Cursed Ones || Closed RP

In the Akihabara ward, there is an arcade away from the busy crowd, and laughter is heard from the arcade. Hayato Itachi is drinking and eating skewers with his boys. His teammates Iku Takiyasha and Moudo Namazu are drinking at the counter.

Sitting in the middle is Yuria Niguredou who was taken against her will and is now spending time with them. Hayato is a bit bitter that he didn't get to beat the little demon hours ago but it's fine. He found some girls that could hang out with them. The girl, Yuria has her drink in her hands caught his attention. Yuria bit her lip and is now worried. However...the carefree laughter made her upset.

"Just you wait!" Yuria said. "You can laugh now but wait till my friends get here! You're going to be sorry!" She yelled angrily.

"Your friends? Like who? The raven-haired girl and that demon friend of yours! Both are gone and I bet they've run away. Well..Iku threw that demon away so far, she won't get up after a week!" Hayato laughed.

Yuria grits her teeth, "Don't talk about my friends like that! Because my friends at my school aren't the only ones you should be scared of but my teachers too."

Then Hayato laughs even harder.

"The hell?! What are those teachers going to do?! Throw a chalk at us?! They ain't going to do shit." Hayato slaps his thigh while his friends are with their girl companions laughing while Yuria growls. Iku sighs, shaking his head while Moudo continues drinking his bubble tea sheepishly.

"Dumbass...." Iku sighed "Good thing...that demon isn't part of that fraction from Shinseina Hogo or else we get our ass chewed out by Torahito." He said.

"Good thing it isn't, Iku, sir!" Moudo said. "But...that uniform...of hers. What school is she from" Moudo is worried.

"Eh. Just a school. Maybe she hasn't joined a fraction yet or maybe she's in a minor one." Iku shrugged, scrolling down his phone. "Who cares. We're just here for sightseeing."

The three demons of Oda are leisurely spending while at Jujutsu High....

Steps are ascending the stairs under the tori gates, they have reached the school. A shadowy creature carrying an unconscious petite girl in its arms is groaning softly, her eyes opening and closing a bit. As they reached the campus, there was already a commotion after Miko arrived.

tired of everyone on here reducing icepick joe down to haha funny stabby man

like i DO like the jokes and memes, don't get me wrong, but like

there's SO MUCH to his character and he really does tie into goncharov's main themes

like. we're told early on the he was put into a mental institution as a young man due to his breakdown and inconsolable grief at losing his older brother giorno (who was his only living family and basically a father figure to him!)

wherein he was mistreated and was HEAVILY IMPLIED to be scheduled for a lobotomy before he escaped. (in fact, some interpretations say he actually received and survived the lobotomy, citing his manner of speaking and his lack of impulse control. but that's a whole separate discussion because i can honestly see both sides)

and then he turns to a life of crime because that's basically the only option he had left, after being deprived of so many opportunities in his youth (and the fear of being caught and involuntarily institutionalized again)

and him eventually leaning into the role of "violent madman" that the world thrust onto him for showing signs of mental illness in a way that was nonviolent, but was loud and inconvenient and impossible for those around him to simply push away.

and him taking his rage out at the same world that not only killed his brother but forced him to undergo years of psychiatric abuse and basically dehumanization

(like seriously, how do SO MANY people miss the connection between him using an icepick as a weapon and the concept of an ICEPICK lobotomy)

which. yknow. ties heavily into the film's theme of people being pushed to society's margins and forced into a life of crime, instead of given the help they desperately needed

and then like.

his fucking death scene. he tries to put a stop to the cycle of senseless violence, taking the fall for andrey, telling michailov that *he* was the one who killed luciana

him kneeling down and allowing michailov to bash him through the skull with his very own icepick. it's more lobotomy symbolism; dying from the very thing he spent his whole life running from. further driving home the film's themes of repeating cycles and futility

and then, to drive it all home, that sacrifice didn't even end up stopping the cycle of violence! because andrey viewed joe as basically an older brother (mirroring joe and giorno) and tried to get revenge on michailov for killing joe.
