definitely a prefect/head boy, quidditch captain, and is in like 3 clubs. you bet he’s a favorite among professors too

he’s the stereotypical slytherin that’s good at potions, but it’s not bc he’s a slytherin it’s bc he’s an actual nerd (chemistry nerd? try potions nerd)

and he’s just generally smart and good in his classes

and so are you :) a prefect too

in fact, you’re quite popular with all the houses and the professors. most people wouldn’t guess that your slytherin based on stereotypes

Kuroo, however, recognizes what you’re really doing: creating a network for yourself, and he respects it, but he will mess with you

you actually become friends with Kenma first, knowing he’s very intelligent, which is how he hears about you other than seeing you in passing in the common room and your shared classes

the first time he speaks to you is in potions class and brings up Kenma as a common point, and continues just charming his way through the conversation

he’s just too nice. but there’s little hints of provocation in there too

so you make things fun and flirt back, but play innocent hard to get

the whole time before he actually asks you out is this back and forth witty banter and flirting that drives everyone crazy

which by the way, he keeps dropping hints that you’re going to have to ask first, but when you finally crack and start to he asks instead, making you flustered (which was his goal the whole time)

can i just say: power couple

y’all are just popular and no one knows why really?? you’re just hard to hate. it’s allll jealousy

you’re also the parents of the slytherins too. you keep em in line but also have no issue standing up to anyone

and trust me, no one wants to mess with you two. you have respect for more than one reason, and knowing a nasty hex or two is def one of them

that network i was talking about? comes in handy all the time

he’ll casually mention a specific kind of root he needs for a potion he wants to try in his extracurricular potion lessons (yes he’s that person) and you just go:

“oh Richard has a friend in ravenclaw who’s got a cousin working at a shop in Hogsmeade that gets those regularly. want me to ask?”

he’s good at getting away with his shenanigans. usually. you always catch him and never let him live it down

when he acts all cocky you know just what to say to knock him down a few pegs, or flirt up a storm that makes everyone around you gag at the sexual tension

honestly, it feels like you’re the only ones who know the other completely, save for Kenma with Kuroo

he’s the type that will cast orchideous when he sees you by yourself and make flowers grow next to you before walking up and revealing himself aw <3

other students would rather hug the giant squid than get in a debate with you two, especially if you’re together. they’re feelings and egos will be permanently scarred

more pda than other slytherin x slytherin relationships. you’re not afraid to show that you belong to each other

it’ll be something like an arm around your shoulder or a kiss on the cheek as a greeting (it’s still subtle)

however,,

more than one occasion he’ll come up behind you while you’re working in the library and massage your shoulders while kissing your neck and whispering some suggestions into your ear

it looks very innocent from an outside perspective, but he makes it so hard to concentrate with his hot breath on your skin

and did i mention you’re both prefects? wow do you abuse your privilege sometimes

what’s more exciting than getting a little action in a dark secluded part of the castle by torchlight during your nightly rounds?

need i mention the bath? steamy.. Myrtle’s a blabbermouth too, so the other prefects know what’s up. but really, are they gonna stop you?

the temptation to just make him from Durmstrang-

***i just know people will fight me for sorting him into Slytherin. it’s true that he fits in others but he’s flexible, so i stuck him here for now. i already admitted he was a hat stall calm down.

ANYWAYS

Osamu’s career as a Hogwarts student is made up of 2 things: quidditch and a secret snack and substance smuggling ring he started in his second year

the Miya twins have a reputation with quidditch just like with volleyball (Osamu is a chaser, Atsumu is a beater. great team)

(i imagine they’re pureblood too, not rlly important though. if you’re half/muggleborn, enjoy teaching his clueless ass about basic muggle society)

you’re another proud and competitive slytherin, who somehow has dirt on anyone and everyone

you’re on the quidditch team too, even better. that’s where you grow close to the twins at first, making you guys a power trio in your own right. quidditch dream team <3

not only do you spend a lot of time together, getting to know each other intimately as teammates (beyond the facades) and allowing his feelings to grow slowly yet surely, but Atsumu is also there to provoke and make Osamu subconsciously jealous when he gets feelings

you’re great at talking Atsumu in circles, which frustrates him and amuses Osamu

(more than once the twins have gotten into pseudo-duels and nearly burned the quidditch stands to the ground. lucky your common room is in a stone dungeon omfg)

you obv know about his snack business, initiating a bit of blackmail to get him to do favors for you, but all in good fun. eventually one of those favors is a date ;)

it’s a quiet relationship, not an in-your-face one, but no one can deny the chemistry,, it’s almost suffocating itself

he’d messed around a little, but they never lasted more than a week. so when he realized you’d hit the month mark he was (internally) “oh shit”

you go on Hogsmeade dates all the time <3 he actually laughs when you get a butterbeer foam mustache. it was an accident the first time, now you do it on purpose ;)

you become a business partner for his smuggling ring. your blackmail means you’ve got lots of people under your thumb and lots of favors available to call in. he also trusts your judgement

fangirls are always jealous, but merlin help them if they confront you. if they’re lucky you’ll roll your eyes and ignore them, but usually you’ll decimate them with words and leave them in the dust. you also know how to hex and get away with it (just blame someone else duh)

yeah rumors happen and it’s annoying, bc you really don’t need people staring at you all the time, but neither you or Osamu even address it

both of you are invited to Slughorn’s parties along with Atsumu, you’re that couple

you’re staring someone down and he comes from behind and snakes (ha) his arms around your waist, glaring at them over your shoulder. 11/10 terrifying

sitting in the courtyard talking to your friends, your head on his lap while he plays with your hair

sneaking into the kitchens together. once you tried some cooking charms and the next day everyone’s eggs were neon green at breakfast...oops?

holding hands while you walk through the hallways and the crowd parts around you

Atsumu is secretly bitter his brother has such a cool s/o and he has yet to have a serious relationship, so he’ll bother & tease the two of you a lot to cope smh

though you don’t show it in public and often give off a tough front instead, behind closed doors you’re actually very loving and committed to one another

favorite places for ~special~ time? quidditch locker room & your dorm

you find excuses to stay behind after practice together. your teammates used to think it was just a coincidence until they finally caught on (not that they’d tattle. if you get caught that’s your business)

imo Osamu would probably be willing to try involving charms in some way during sexy times. a spark on your skin, binding, whatever. most of them are one-offs but it’s the thought that counts ig

there’s an unspoken rule in the slytherin boys dorm to stick a drooble’s gum wrapper on the door of the dorm to tell the others to stay out, but Osamu doesn’t trust anyone so he prefers hanging out in your room. it’s quieter and your roommates know not to try anything <3

he smuggles in some firewhiskey and other stuffs for you two to enjoy by yourselves <3

Semi is less of the sly and underhanded slytherin and more of the ambitious and self-assured kind

idk why, but i’m feeling a love-hate to friendly competition to friends to lovers ?? don’t ask ajsldkf

you’re a top student, mostly bc of your charm though. no one knows if your good grades are real (they are, but it doesn’t hurt being the teacher’s favorite)

though you hop around friend circles, you don’t have a solid group. sort of an outcast in that way

he knows you exist, but no one really expects much from you. aha, big mistake

every single time you sweep everyone in classes, one way or another, you come out on top (hey i won’t question your methods) and oh does it piss him off. you’ve hit a competitive nerve my friend,, little bit of envy too :/

he confronts you, but you evade, maybe with a little challenge or provocation

from then on it’s just little jabs at each other. he corrects your stirring technique. you return the favor in transfiguration with his wrist motion

you two are the definition of “are you flirting or starting a fight?”

he ends up partnering with you in potions, just to see your tricks up close i swear. he didn’t realize that meant he’d see different sides of you when you study. the way you mingle with everyone intrigues and fascinates him, and slowly curiosity takes the place of spite

he saw you prank a gryffindor into drinking babbling beverage, and it was the first time he saw a genuine smile from you (even if it was a little malicious)

slowly your relationship shifts as you learn more about each other. you’re more than a suspected cheater and he’s more than a hotheaded jock

you two are the definition of “are you flirting or starting a fight?”

both of you are super super stubborn and too proud to admit feelings for each other sigh, cue slytherin bff tendou to the rescue. count on him for some elaborate scheme to finally get you two together. thank god

once you are together, you’re inseparable

you send each other messages on paper birds charmed to fly to the other, wherever they are. it’s gotten you in trouble a few times (Snape will read them out loud, just bc you’re slytherin doesn’t mean you’re spared embarrassment)

you are in charge of his outfits if you ever go on casual dates to Hogsmeade. sorry eita it’s not a debate <3

he’s super fcking protective, and has a bit of a jealous streak. scary when irritated, but no more than you are

most loyal freaking couple ever though

you’ll have heated debates with each other that from the outside look like you’re fighting but five minutes later you’re chilled out on the common room couch reading a book together, him reading over your shoulder as you sit between his legs

deep conversations late at night in the common room, watching the giant squid & cuddling by the fireplace

love talking about your dreams and aspirations, joking about taking over the world together <3

though it takes some convincing for him on your part, you’re great at sneaking out and not getting caught. you know the secret passages like the back of your hand thanks to being stuck in the dungeons, and like hell rules are going to keep you from enjoying what you want

Hogsmeade, down by the black lake/boathouse at night, and your favorite spot, the astronomy tower <3

you’ll go up there at night, casting sparks from your wand that decorate the air like hovering stars, and just enjoy the beauty of magic and each other

the first time you were almost caught, you ended up in a snug secret passage, and that was your first kiss

sometimes you’re almost caught and then it’s a nice flashback to that time

low on pda outside of holding hands, but get a little firewhiskey and you’re all over each other

late night study sessions in the library that often turn into makeout sessions when you’re finally alone what can i say, the possibility of getting caught is exciting

a big part of your relationship is impressing and inspiring each other every day. you understand each others’ passions and habits, and you’re constantly keeping each other in check while also pushing yourselves to be better (tbh top tier slytherin x slytherin dynamic)

summary - you and your stoner boyfriend are having a movie night when you get interrupted by a pleasant surprise

pairing - stoner!jin x gender neutral stoner!reader x friend!jungkook

author’s note - happy 420, this was just an idea in my head that i wanted to bust out real quick. it was gonna get saucy but i stopped it bc saucy stuff while high isn’t consent and i am lazy lol. might make a second part?? idk maybe. also reader is gender neutral in this, no pronouns used babey (also the veloci-pastor is a real movie)

“Guess what I got, babe!” You hear Jin call out as he entered your shared apartment.

“It better be dish soap because we’ve been out for three days!” You answer back, causing him to not respond. “From your resound silence, I’ll guess you didn’t get dish soap.” You laugh as you hear him make his way over to your room where you’re currently finishing up on a small project for your English class.

“Yeah, sorry about that. But I think what I got will help you forgive me.” Jin said, wrapping an arm around your shoulder and with his other hand holding up a tiny baggie with 2 neatly rolled joints.

You gasp and turn around to look at him. “You didn’t!”

“Oh I did!” He smiled as you jumped from your seat to press your lips to his. “You wanna smoke right now or later?”

Jin is the one who got you into smoking about 2 years ago; you were at a party and while everyone was getting drunk and dancing, you started to wander around the house looking for someplace quiet to cool down when you came across him and his best friend Min Yoongi smoking a joint. You’ve never smoked before but were always curious as to what it was like and decided to give it a shot. Now here you are, a stoner plus one stoner best friend turned roommate turned boyfriend.

You take a quick glance at the clock and see that it’s a little after 6 pm, being the perfect time to chill and maybe order pizza while you smoke. “You’re so lucky I just finished my project, or I’d kill you.” You quickly shut your laptop and gather yourself to go sit over on the bed and wait as Jin went over to the bedside table where he pulled out the lighter and ashtray.

Jin sat across from you and pulled a joint from the baggie, placing it between his lips to light it. He pulled in for a good few seconds before pulling the j from his mouth and blowing the smoke out from his plush lips. He passed it to you and you followed suit, only holding it in a bit longer before blowing out through your nose. Jin chuckled as you did so, kissing your nose once the smoke cleared from your face. “Cute.” He muttered.

The two of you took a couple more hits before stopping for Jin to order a pizza and for you to browse through Netflix for a weird movie. This was tradition for the two of you: you’d get high, order in, and watch the strangest movie you could find on a streaming service. By the time Jin got back, you picked out the Veloci-Pastor, which the title itself made you cackle. About 15 minutes into the movie, the doorbell rang and you got up assuming it was the pizza.

Jin’s wallet in hand, you open the door and you see none other than Jungkook. You’re confused for a moment, and let out a giggle before straightening yourself to greet him.

“Hey, Jungkook! What brings you here?” You lean against the door frame. Needless to say you aren’t disappointed to see the pizza hasn’t arrived yet, but it’s still a pleasant surprise to see the cute younger man on your doorstep.

“Hi Y/N. . . is Jin-hyung here? He invited me over to play Overwatch earlier?” He nervously ran his fingers through his dark hair.

You stick your tongue in your cheek; Jin must’ve forgotten. Usually soon as he gets his hands on weed, he rushes home and forgets any plans he might’ve made earlier that day. Usually it’s just stuff with Yoongi or Namjoon, both of which know and understand how his train of thought works. But this is sweet little Jungkookie, you can’t bear to tell him Jin forgot because he wanted to smoke.

“Shit, Jinnie must’ve forgotten cause we just started a movie and ordered pizza. . .” The look of disappointment in his eyes hurts you down to your very soul. It was like stepping on a bunny.

“Oh, uh, sorry to-”

“But you can come join us if you want.” You quickly cut him off, and he gives you a look. You and Jungkook weren’t really that close as he was with Jin, but you always thought he was kinda cute and Jin always had high praises of him (You joked he had a crush on him to which he didn’t deny). So the look of shock on Jungkook’s face upon your invitation wasn’t at all insulting.

“I-Is that okay? I’m not intruding or anything?” You could see the tips of Jungkook’s ears turn red and you just laughed as you grabbed him by the arm, pulling him into the apartment. You hoped to God that the scented candles you left burning cancelled out the potent smell of weed as you led Jungkook back to your room; where Jin was lounging on the bed, scrolling through his phone.

“At long last! Pizza time-” Soon as Jin’s eyes were pulled from his screen and on the taller figure next to you, you saw his face change from confusion to a look of guilt. “Oh shit! Kook, I’m so sorry. I completely blanked on our game time today, I’m-”

“Baby, it’s alright. I figured, so I invited him to stay with us for a bit.” You explained to your boyfriend as he looked between you two and gave a shrug.

“Yeah, that’s perfect. My two favorite people, let’s do this thing.” Jin patted the bedside next to him and you shoved Jungkook for him to sit down next to him. You lay down on the other side of Jungkook so now he’s sandwiched between the two of you.

The thing is about you and Jin when you’re high, you’re both a bit more touchy feely. Mainly with each other, but also with other people (the amount of times your smoke sessions with Yoongi end in cuddles and cheek kisses outrageous). Jungkook on the other hand, you’ve never really been around much so you don’t know how he’ll take to you being cuddly with him. He might be more comfortable with Jin maybe, seeing as they’ve been friends longer but that would leave you out and you hated being a third wheel in cuddle sessions.

You’re pulled from your thoughts as the door knocks again and this time it’s definitely the pizza. Jin volunteers to go get it, leaving you and Jungkook sitting awkwardly side by side.

“Uh, I don’t mean to ask but um. . . are the two of you. . .you know. . .” the mimics holding a joint to his lips and you can’t help but laugh at the way he asked. You quickly stop when you see how nervous he is.

“Oh, sorry. . . yeah, we smoked not that long ago. Hope that isn’t too much of a problem?” Jungkook has to be chill with weed seeing how quite a handful of the people he hangs out with do smoke weed, but Jin’s never mentioned smoking with Jungkook.

“Oh not at all, actually uh. . .this is gonna seem stupid but I would like to try?” He looks at you with big curious eyes. Of all the things you thought he was gonna say, this was not one of them.

“Uh, sure! Let me just get the stuff real quick.” You clamber over Jungkook and grab the lighter and joint before now settling yourself directly across from him on the bed, sitting criss cross. “You need a demonstration?” He gives a quick nod and watches you intently as you place the joint between your lips and lighting it. You give a quick pull and blow out, making sure not to blow smoke directly into Jungkook’s face.

You hand the joint over to him and he follows suit, he pulls a bit too hard though as he’s blowing out he starts to cough. As if he was summoned; Jin bursts through the door, pizza in hand and concerned. “What’s going on?” He asked as he rushed to the side of his friend.

“Jungkook wanted to try and take a hit and he ended up pulling too fast.” You say as you rubbed Jungkook’s back, trying to help sooth him as the coughing slowly stops. Jin takes the joint from him and places it back on the ashtray and grabs your bottle of water sitting on the desk.

“Here Kookie, drink this.” Jin instructs and Jungkook follows suit, gulping down water to ease the burn in his throat. “Y/N, why didn’t you wait for me? I wanted to see Jungkookie’s first hit. You took his smoking virginity without me.” He frowned and both you and Jungkook laughed at that statement.

“You feeling better?” You ask the younger, eyeing him as he takes deep breaths.

“Yeah, thank you.” He nodded slightly to you. “Can I try again?”

“You nearly cough a lung out and you want to try again?” You’re baffled by his quick recovery and urge to try again. “Are you sure?”

He gave a nod, but before he could answer Jin started to speak. “Baby. . .why don’t you show him how I first helped you. . .” You felt your face turn red at the thought of how Jin helped you take your first hit.

“Jinnie. . . I don’t know if he’ll be comfortable with it.” You look over to Jungkook who has a look of confusion drawn over his face. “Would you be okay with me shotgunning it to you?” You ask him.

“I uh, don’t know what that is but I trust you, whatever it is.”

You open your mouth to try and explain it, but Jin cut you off saying just do it and he hands you the j and lighter once again. You tell him to sit back a bit and soon as he’s back far enough, you swing your leg over his. Sitting in his lap, you watch as his face starts to turn pink, but he doesn’t protest. He doesn’t seem to know where to put his hands but soon settles on your hips.

“Open your mouth,” you instruct and he follows. “When I breathe out, breathe in. Okay?” He gives you another nod and watches as you place the joint back between your lips and light it. You pull in for a second and then with your free hand, you place your hand on Jungkook’s jaw and pull him closer. With your lips centimeters apart, you blow out into his mouth. As instructed, he breathes in as you exhale and you can feel his grip on your hips tighten ever so slightly. Once you pull away, you’re damn sure both of your faces are beet red.

“Fuuuck, that was so hot.” Jin groans from behind the two of you.

“Jinnie. . .” You mutter as you try to peel yourself off of Jungkook, but his grip hasn’t let off. You look at him and he almost seems frozen in shock.

“Look at little Jungkookie,” Jin chuckled as he sat beside the two of you, “cat got your tongue?” You both watch as he nodded his head in confirmation. You watch as your boyfriend runs his fingers through Jungkook’s hair, then turns his head to look at him. “You feel good?” He gives another nod, to which Jin responds with a kiss to his cheek. “Y/N made you feel good?” He whispered into his ear.

Instantaneously, both you and Jungkook freeze. What on Earth was Jin going with this? You watch as the elder, presses his lips to Jungkook’s ears again and whisper something you don’t hear. Jungkook looks back to you and gulps before asking, “Can-can I kiss you?”

Your eyes shot to Jin, who gives you a small nod of encouragement. You give a nod but Jin interrupts.

“Use your words, sweetheart.”

“Yes, you can kiss me.” You say breathlessly. Jungkook then presses a quick kiss to your lips then pulls away just as quick.

“Come on, baby boy. You can do better than that.” Jin teases as he presses kisses to the side of Jungkook’s face and neck.

This time, you guide his lips back to yours and softly kiss him. It takes a moment before he starts to return the kiss, his lips soft against yours. You kiss for a few more seconds before pulling away.

“Good. . . now, let’s eat this pizza and finish the movie, okay?” Now it’s the both of you that nod. Jungkook finally releases his grip on you and you slide over to sit beside him.

Jin instructs the two of you to settle back up amongst the pillows while he gets plates for the pizza. Jungkook is still seated in the middle and he looks a bit more at ease then he was earlier.

“Jungkookie?” He turns to you. “Would it be okay if we cuddle. . .?”

“Huh? Oh, yeah. Come here.” He said as he pulled you closer to him, you pressed your face against his chest and felt the warmth of his embrace as Jin returned with plates.

Seeing the two of you snuggled up next to each other, he puts the plates on top of the pizza box and seats himself on the other side of Jungkook. Jin wraps his arms around the both of you and pulls the two of you closer to him.

You hear faintly as the movie starts to play again in the background and Jin pressed a kiss to Kookie’s cheek and he followed suit by pressing one to your forehead. Whatever that was going on at this moment, didn’t really matter. You were happy and comfortable in the arms of two guys who cared for you.

you know sungjin hates confrontation but you cant stand it anymore. you tried giving him time but if theres anything you seem to be more of a stranger to him

“i dont know what i did wrong and i wont know if you dont tell me, so let me know. i’ll listen and i’ll apologize if its my fault, but dont give me silent treatment like this. its so unlikely of you"

the conversation was cut there and neither of you bring it up again,

because the idea of you loving sungjin or sungjin loving you is so weird that you refuse to think about it, and so is for sungjin

but ever since that, sungjin has drastically come back to normal its almost hilarious, he spends a lot of time hanging out in the music club, practicing with the band, visiting the cooking club, making a joke here and there

When Byounggon has a crush on his next-door neighbor and friend but doesn’t even know their name.

“Those puppy eyes don’t work with me, Seunghun.”

Seunghun rolled his eyes and pouted as he talked to his best friend.

“I can’t see why you don’t want to do it, there are only advantages! Look: we get some credits for our grade, we make friends, we-“

“We get less time to study, we look ridiculous since nobody would join and people from other clubs will make fun of us... Do I continue?”

That time, Seunghun frowned and gave his best friend a friendly punch on the shoulder. It had always been like that: Seunghun, the main dreamer; Byounggon, the realistic dreamer. It was obvious that Seunghun was going to be benefited by that stupid theatre club he wanted to create, after all, he majored in acting and he was basically raised inside a theatre. But for him? He’s majored in music, production of music to be accurate, how’s that going to help him apart from the credits?

“I’m not helping you this time, I’m sorry.”

That was a few months ago. Now, he finds himself with a notebook and list of the ones that are already inside the club.

“Bang Yedam and Kim Doyoung.” He reads out loud. “Why are some high schoolers joining the club? Isn’t it for college students only?”

“Haven’t you realized that the dance club began being only for students but some people of all ages ended up joining? It doesn’t really matter who joins, college students are the only ones getting some benefit though.” Seunghun explains and Byounggon nods, he is surprised at how his friend seems to be taking it seriously.

“Lee Midam.” He continues reading. “Noa Kazama, Kim Junkyu.”

“Our first member and dearest friend Jeon Woong.” Seunghun smiles fondly when he reads Woongs's name. He was the first person that joined and Seunghun will always be thankful to him. “And these two girls... Oh, let’s stop reading here.”

“Aren’t you like half dating one of them?”

“Shut up. She dropped, there’s only her friend in the club, I forgot to remove her name.” Byounggon decided not to comment anything else. After all, he seemed a bit down when talking about his girlfriend’s relationship with her friend. Byounggon didn’t know what happened, but he doesn’t know if he wants to know.

“Anyways, let’s keep this tomorrow okay? I think you have a class to plan and I have some things to do.”

“Okay friend.” Seunghun stood up from his bed, where he was sitting, and guided Byounggon to the front door to say goodbye properly, as he always did. Byounggon smiled at his friend and made his way to his apartment slowly.

He doesn’t want to admit it, but he’s glad he has an apartment for his own. He won’t be able to become a real artist if he isn’t 100% focused on his music, and he doesn’t want to bother anyone with it, as well as he doesn’t want to be annoyed in that process. When he’s on his creative phase, he’s super energetic, but nobody is able to see it since he locks himself until he creates the song that matches his idea. After that, everything is happiness. However, when he’s going through a drought, is better not to talk to him until his mood is a bit better.

That’s probably another reason why he lives alone.

“Come on, Bx, you have this.” He tells himself. Right now he wishes he could write something, but with all the subjects to study, all the projects he has to create for class, and the fact that he is worried about Seunghun, he can’t really focus, and, as written before, he’s a bit unbearable.

He opens the door that guides to the balcony and he sits there on a chair while holding his guitar. He begins to play something, maybe that way, with the cold air of winter caressing him and with nobody to listen to him at sight, he can focus better. He tries, again, and again, and again, but fails to find something to inspire him to create a good track for his teacher. He begins to create a melody he likes but stops suddenly when something doesn’t match.

“Why did you stop?” He turns around to the sound of a very well known voice for him. He finds you sitting on a chair while having a cup of hot chocolate and your laptop in front of you. “I liked it.”

“I didn’t, that’s the problem.” He answers you.

Being honest, in spite of becoming unbearable when he has no inspiration, he wouldn’t talk to their neighbors like that, but he knows you well enough to talk to you openly.

“Are you going through another crisis, 301?” You ask the tall boy. He rolls his eyes, but when they meet yours, he knows he can’t lie to you.

“I am, I can’t really focus on my school projects because I have no inspiration and then I don’t know how to help my friend with the club I told you the other day.”

You listen to him carefully, as you use to. This is how your dynamic works: you could be freezing out there in the balcony, or melting under the hot summer sun, but you have created a bait to talk about your life and give each other a piece of advice when needed.

Funny when you don’t even know each other’s names, you just name each other after the apartment you live in.

“What’s wrong with the club? It isn’t working?”

“It’s going better than expected, Seunghun is happy already, but I know he wants more, and I want to help.”

“301, I’m going to give you my honest opinion, as I have always done.” You say. Byounggon begins to draw simple figures on a piece of paper to avoid looking into your eyes. “I think that you shouldn’t overwork yourself. Focus on what’s important now, because I see you’re already pretty overwhelmed with all the assignments you have to do. Talk to your friend and try to find a way to promote the club! As a marketing student, I can give you an example of flyers to hang around or to spread but just do me a favor and don’t try to carry all the weight of the situation, okay?”

He thanks God he’s looking down because he can feel his cheeks burning up. That’s your effect, he always thinks his heart is about to explode every time he talks to you as you’re always making sure he’s fine and giving him the best pieces of advice ever. He does the same to you, yes, that’s what friends are about, but he doesn’t think about you as just friends.

“Once again you’re right, 303, I’ll try to listen to you, thank you.” You smile and look at the time.

“No problem 301, I’ll bring them tomorrow if you want to.” You focus on your laptop again and sigh, that’s when he knows you’ll be complaining. “I have to finish this for tomorrow but this is so long 301. I went outside to talk to you and get some fresh air, but I’m afraid this will take longer than I expected.” You shiver when you finish and hug yourself.

“Are you cold?’“ He asks.

“A bit, but my roommate has all the blankets because I told her I didn’t want them.” You shake your head, thinking how dumb were you when you let her take all of them.

“Take my hoodie.” He suddenly says. “I’m not really cold, you can take it for tonight if you want to.” At first, you didn’t want to take the poor boy’s hoodie because he would freeze, but he is a very persistent person, so you end up wrapped around his hoodie and smelling his cologne.

You will mark this night on your calendar because you don’t know how you’ve ended up sleeping with his hoodie on.

“Seunghun I’m cold.” The brown-haired boy tells his friend when they get into the giant room where they plan everything about their club.

“Why didn’t you bring a hoodie? It's literally February, are you dumb?”

“I forgot I washed all my hoodies at the same time, and I lent 303 the only hoodie that isn’t wet.”

“You lent your crush your hoodie?”

“I did.” Seunghun smiles at how Byounggon didn’t even try to deny the fact that you’re his crush. “Oh god, Seunghun I really lent them my hoodie!”

“Congratulations on realizing mate.” He teases his friend, knowing how embarrassed he is. “You’re a step closer, now all you have to do is to ask their name!”

“I will, someday.”

Seunghun shakes his head in disapproval.

“Make up an excuse and talk to them! Don’t be a coward!”

Byounggon rolls his eyes, but he knows his friend is right.

“They said they were going to help me with the promotion of the club and was going to give me some flyers to spread and stuff.”

“They’re so nice!” Seunghun has stars in his eyes. “Haven’t they helped us already giving you some ideas?”

“They have.” You were the one who helped to design the sign and also spread it around your university too, that’s how close you are to Byounggon.

“Of only you confessed Bex, if only you confessed.” Seunghun has the theory that you like him too, but Byounggon thinks he is completely wrong. You would have thrown a sign already, right?

“Nothing will happen if I confess. We have a special neighbors relationship, I’ve been the fool that caught feelings here, they have nothing to do.” Seunghun rolls his eyes, but decides not to mention the topic again, he knows his friend doesn’t like to talk about it.

“Okay, okay, I’m sorry. By the way, are you coming to Chan’s party?”

“I haven’t been told about any party.”

“Yes, it’s in two days, Friday night, Woong said it last night on our group chat.” Byounggon curses at himself for being so distracted, he should talk more on their group chat.

“I’m not sure, I'll tell you later."

He saw it clear Thursday night when he got home. He began working on songs and lyrics that didn’t satisfy them as much as he would like to. Besides, you said you were going to show up, but you didn’t appear that night.

“What a shame.” He thought to himself. “I really wanted to talk to them today.” It’s the main disadvantage of not being completely close.

He sighs, Hyunsuk is also one of his best friends, but he’s not the right person to party with right now, he knows it the moment his friend offers him a cup with more alcohol than soda to equilibrate it.

“What are you drinking, Hyunsuk?” He asks his friend right when he comes into the party as he takes the cup from him so that he doesn’t drink much more. He has heard from Seunghun that he’s having some difficulties in his relationship and apparently the only thing he does now is going to parties.

“S fine friend.” Hyunsuk answers as he slur words.

He ends up drinking two more cups to prevent his friend from drinking that much, but he forgets that his tolerance to alcohol isn’t as good as Seunghun’s or Woong’s, so we can say he’s not drunk, but maybe a bit tipsy.

“I’m bored.” He tells Seunghun. “I don’t want to drink more from Hyunsuk’s cups, he’ll end up making a cocktail out of the water inside the vases.”

Seunghun laughs.

“Wait here, I’ll go pick up my coat and we’ll leave in a few minutes, okay?” But Seunghun shouldn’t have trusted a tipsy, bored Byounggon. He’s never an irresponsible person, but he becomes one when he’s in that state.

Byounggon ignores Seunghun’s calls, who thought he was still inside the party and was looking for him like crazy. On his way home, he thought of something he could do now that he could blame it on the alcohol, so instead of opening his door to come into his lonely apartment, he knocked at your door.

“301? What are you doing here?” You ask sleepily.

“Hi 303, I thought I’ll see you yesterday.” He says casually.

“Are you drunk?”

“Just tipsy.” You have only seen your neighbor drunk once, and the only difference was the strong scent of alcohol and that he was more flirty than usual. You know it’s bad to listen to drunk people, but when that night he opened his front door for you to come into his apartment and literally begged you to put him to sleep as he explained to you his life detail by detail, you could feel your heart warming up.

You know everything about Byounggon, but he forgot you know the following morning. You guess he thought it was his friend Seunghun and that’s why he asked no questions.

“Just tipsy? Are you sure?”

“Stop teasing mee.” He complains and laughs it off. “No, seriously, I’m perfectly fine, just more confident than usual.”

“That’s good. Do you want to come in?” You don’t know why you’ve asked him that, the boy you are absolutely crazy for? Half drunk? At your house? Without your roommate to be seen? Dangerous.

“I actually do. Someone told me they were going to show me some flyers, but didn’t appear yesterday.”

“I’m sorry about that.”

“I missed you. I have been so worn out, I needed your light.” You feel your heart sinking and you have to remind yourself that he’s drunk.

“Okay, let me show you the flyers.” You do what you’re the best at, running away to calm your stupid heart down. You come back with a huge variety of flyers with colors and shapes and take a seat on the couch. He decides to follow your example, but he’s closer than you expected

He looks at the flyers amazed and you begin to rant about this one and that one and their stories behind. At some point, his eyes are not on the pieces of paper anymore, and they’re completely focused on you.

“Do I have something on my face?” You ask him when you realize.

He shakes his head.

“You’re just very cute, 303.”

“Oh shut up.” You try to ignore his compliments, knowing he has a flirty personality when drunk.

“You are cute, but I’m tired of this.” Your heart stops.

“You’re drunk 301, let’s talk when you’re sober, okay?”

“I already told you, I’m not drunk, just braver than usual. That’s why I finally have the guts to say that I have like a huge crush on you.” You are completely shocked to say the least. Did you hear it right?

“Like a huge crush on me?” It is all that you can say.

“Okay, actually I really like you but it’s weird I mean, I don’t even know your name.” The fact that the Byounggon you use to know becomes a little child when he’s nervous and with alcohol in his system hits you when you realize he’s both, nervous and drunk, at this moment.

And, as you are nervous too, the only thing you can do is laugh it off.

“Don’t laugh at me!” He pouts. “I knew I shouldn’t have drunk to say this, I should have guessed that you weren't going to take me seriously.”

“You drank so you could confess?”

“At first that wasn’t my purpose but let’s say it ended up like that, yes.”

“God, you’re an idiot.”

“I know, I know, let’s not bring me down even more, okay?” You then realize that this is the moment, you must say what you feel now.

“Does the fact that I love you back makes you feel a bit better?” You ask the question smoothly, almost as if it wasn’t something that concerned you, but the truth is you were even more nervous than him.

Everything fades away when he smiles widely, happily. Your heart skips a beat, he’s defenitely the closest person to perfection in your eyes.

“Can I kiss you?”

“I’ll let you kiss me tomorrow, if you remember everything that has happened this night.”

“How can I let you know? Do you want me to kiss you right when I see you tomorrow?” The way he says it makes you blush, how can he take it like that when you still haven’t recovered?

“Please no! I’ll be so embarrassed.”

“Then what?”

“Call me by my name.”

“And what’s your name?” He asks, approaching you dangerously.

“Y/n.”

“Sounds nice.” He’s still getting closer and closer, but you don’t feel the need to move away. “You’ll always be my 303, though.”

You may or may not have finally kissed more than once that night.

I packed up my stuff because I was getting ready to move out and go to college tomorrow. It’s really a big step if you think about it. The college I was going to was very far away from home that meaning I wouldn’t see my family which was new to me and I swear I almost broke down thinking about that. But it was for the best.

When thinking about it on why I didn’t chose a college closer to me there’s actually two reasons. First being that I really wanted a better education and that the college’s near me couldn’t provide that. The second is well, I didn’t want to meet my soulmate.

Some may ask ‘’Why?’’ but I never give an answer back to that question I’m afraid someone might call my reasoning childish.

But I do have a reason behind my thinking. Ever since I was little I enjoyed writing something on my arm knowing that another person might see it. My quote-on-quote soulmate never replied to me though yeah, I was a little heartbroken but I got over it in a few hours.

A new chapter in my life − I started going to high school. It was strange at first. But it was also one of the time periods in my life when my soulmate started to write on his arm.

I probably know what you’re thinking already ‘’Oh it was something cute!!’’ no, he literally wrote every time he changed his girlfriends and that made me assume he’s some kind of play boy and to be honest he probably was judging by the fact he kept dating someone new every week.

I stopped believing in soulmates after that. Genuinely I never wanted to meet him either and if he tried to get in my life i’ll make sure to push him out of it.

The day has come when I moved to a whole different city and don’t know anyone around here. Since I have a roommate I really hoped that me and the person would get along.

Once i got there I started unpacking my roommate was nowhere to be seen though. ‘’Strange’’ I thought to myself but hey maybe they actually have a social life.

So I just came up with an idea that I should finally go outside and explore the area which is not really smart cause I could get lost or something but do I care? Most definitely not.

I saw a cafe down the street so I went there because I wanted coffee very badly. When I got there I saw that they were looking for a part time worker. So after thinking about my depressing life I just went along with it because hey I can actually make extra money and since life isn’t sunshine and rainbows I desperately needed that money.

Completely forgetting to order coffee because I’m smart I asked ‘’Hello, are you still searching for part time workers?’’

‘’You’re in’‘ without even interviewing me the owner says.

If only getting a job was this easy. Though later he told me the work schedule and I’ll probably get no sleep and drop out of college later in my life.

‘‘Also, call me Minseok’‘ he blurted out.

‘‘Okay Minseok, I hope we get along well’‘ you smiled at him.

With that you went back home.

‘‘Hello?’‘ came a voice behind you.

If I said I didn’t get scared I’d be lying. But you managed to not look that intimidated by their presence.

‘‘Hello, I think you’re my roommate?’‘ I said.

God you were still so scared what if you and your roommate wouldn’t get along you were really that kind of person to get very critical about your personality. That’s probably why at school you only had one friend.

‘‘Oh yeah, I forgot that I was expecting someone here’‘ she scratches her neck.

‘‘I hope we can get along.. oh wait what’s your name?’‘ I stare at her.

‘‘My name is Emilia what about you?’’ she smiles at me.

I cleared my throat ‘‘I’m Y/N’‘.

‘‘Have you met anyone around here yet?’‘ she questions.

‘‘Not yet actually i’m kind of looking forward to though’‘

Okay if that’s not the biggest lie I told right now I’m only looking forward to sleep in my bed right now and cover myself with a ton of blankets because it’s so cold.

‘‘You should actually come with me to a party!!’‘ she says.

Oh no, if one thing you know is that you’ve never been invited to a party or even been to one. Second thing you know is that parties don’t end well.

‘‘Haha, sure I can come’‘ I said trying to smile.

‘‘You can come along with me but make sure to dress up nicely’‘ she smiles.

All I know is that this is most likely not gonna end up well.

Well I was right once me and Emilia actually got to the party the music was blasting loudly that I think I was gonna go deaf. My roommate saw someone in the crowd and said ‘’oh my god i’m so sorry I need to go say hi to them’’.

I was left alone in the crowd of people dancing and drinking. To be honest all I could think about is my home.

But I saw something that would lighten up my mood at least a little bit. I just went near the food and started eating.

I felt someone glancing at me and I started to feel like they’re judging me which they probably most likely were because I was at a party and I should be like dancing and getting drunk and here I was literally eating I’d judge myself too if I was another person.

Emilia came over with a guy they were up in each other’s faces which I found gross but they can do whatever they want.

As she keeps smiling she says ‘’Y/N this is Baekhyun’’

Politely you shake hands with him and he says ‘’Hello’’

‘‘Hello’‘ you mumble.

To be honest something didn’t feel right shaking hands with it but you just brushed it off because the sooner you get out of here the better.

Emilia was like.. really drunk and you were panicking since you’re roommates you’ll have to take care of her.

‘‘I’ll go to the bathroom’‘ she said, anyone could tell she was intoxicated.

You felt awkward because she left you with a person you don’t even know and didn’t want to start a small talk with.

‘‘So..’‘ he says.

‘‘Is Emilia your soulmate?’‘ you said since you were very curious.

‘‘No, I haven’t met my soulmate yet’‘ he sighed.

I decided to ask him one more question related to soulmates. ‘’Do you believe in soulmates?’’

‘‘I mean yeah I probably do have a soulmate out there’‘ he said.

‘‘Oh I just found it strange that you’re with someone else’‘ I blurted out.

‘‘Well, since I didn’t find my soulmate yet I just want to fill in the void you know?’‘ he said and you noticed that sudden sadness in his voice. ‘‘But what about you, do you believe in soulmates?’‘ curiously he gazes in your direction.

‘‘Honestly I don’t and I don’t think i’ll ever be able to actually believe in soulmates’‘ you sigh ‘’It’s because in a way my soulmate broke my heart before-’‘ Emilia comes back cutting you off of finishing your sentence.

‘‘Are you okay Emilia?’‘ you said.

‘‘Y/N could we go back to our dorm.. I feel very nauseous’‘ with that you thought that god finally gave you an excuse to actually go back home.

‘‘Okay let’s go then don’t vomit on me on the way back to our dorm though’‘ you jokingly say. ‘’Also Baekhyun bye, let’s meet again’’ you smile and wave to him.

He waves back at you and you let Emilia cling onto you on the way back to the dorm.

To be honest once you think about it you did feel some kind of attraction to Baekhyun well yeah, he was handsome but you weren’t the type of person to feel attracted to someone just because they looked ‘’good’’ in your head you wondered ‘’What if he was my soulmate?’’

But you scrapped that thought out of your head because if he was you weren’t gonna fall for him and you hoped you wouldn’t contradict your own words.

Next day, Emilia had a hangover so she didn’t even bother to go to classes meanwhile I was probably the earliest one there. Yeah i’m not well off so i’m trying to get at least something from college.

What you noticed was that you share a lot of classes with Baekhyun. He also tried to sit with you in most of those classes and when girls glanced at you with jealousy when you were sitting with the one and only Baekhyun. Yeah they treated him like some sort of royalty because of his looks.

Which I found childish but I didn’t care for the most part because i’m here to study.

Our professor gave us a project with a surprise we’re doing it with a partner. Well I got paired up with Baekhyun it felt okay since I actually knew him and talked to him yesterday.

He coughs ‘’You can come to my house after school so we can do the project together’’ which I replied to with a simple ‘’Okay’’.

Classes ended and you walked with Baekhyun to his house. Yeah he didn’t live in a dorm and to be honest his house was quite big.

You wanted to get finished with the project as soon as possible. Once you entered his room it strangely smelled like peaches.

‘‘Should we start?’‘ you asked.

To which he replied ‘’Sure’’

You finished the project fairly quickly but he didn’t let you go home yet since he begged you to watch a movie with him.

Basically you’re gonna use this as a chance to ask him even more questions because you had a strong belief that he was in fact your soulmate.

‘’Can I ask you something?’‘ you look at him and say. He replies with ‘‘Go ahead’‘

‘‘Do you want to find your soulmate?’‘ with curiosity in your voice you ask him.

‘‘To be honest, yeah who wouldn’t you can spend all the time with them knowing you’ll love them with your whole heart once you see them’‘ he says.

‘‘I don’t know if i’ll change my mind if I find my soulmate though I’d find it difficult after I got heart broken’‘ you mumble the last part ‘‘I mean, I think I did act like a child but it’s because I believed that he’d at least write to me, or when he did he could’ve done that normally’‘

You felt Baekhyun’s gaze on you ‘’How did he write to you?’’ he asks.

‘‘Well once a week, he got a new girlfriend and he’d write all about them which made me sad most of the days so I don’t know how i’d feel about him if I ever did meet him’‘ you say. ‘‘But I can’t deny that since he would be my soulmate i’d definitely feel some kind of attraction’‘

He didn’t reply.

Strange.

Baekhyun muttered ‘’I think i’m your soulmate’’

A/N: Just thought I'd give you the reason why I didn't post Cinderella part 2: it's pretty much because it's been a while since I wrote last time, and I want the second part to be perfect, AND I didn't have so many ideas – just thought you guys deserved an update quicker...

When it came to sneaking in after a long night, Y/N Y/L/N wasn’t the best. Was the girl inexperienced? Well, maybe, but she blamed it more on her dominant gene of clumsiness. As expected, the door wasn’t on her side when she tried her best to get into her and Mary's apartment inaudibly.

Squeak! It was moments like these, Y/N regretted not getting their door fixed. Though she excused her laziness with the argument that it was a great (cheap) alternative for an alarm in case of thieves (as if anyone would break the law for her stuff, hah!), it wasn't funny when you tried your best to sneak inside after a long night out.

"Good morning," Mary, Y/N's best friend, and roommate smirked at her, two cups of coffees in her hands. "We really need to oil those hinges," Y/N tried her best changing the topic, as she took the mug her friend offered her. "Nice try, go shower and get dressed. You've got a lot to tell me, and I don't want you to be hung over while you're at it," at that moment, Mary was so determined, Y/N didn't dare nor care to tell her she wasn't that hung over.

"You had sex with Barry?! I can't believe it! I mean, you guys are like... the definition of cinnamon buns!" Mary exclaimed in shock. "Ugh, stop it, Mary. Now that I've told you everything about last night-" "He asked you to take som drinks with him and Caitlin, then you just ended up having sex? Who are you?" "-can you just be the bestest best friend in the world and don't remind me about it for the rest of my life?" Y/N continued as if her friend hadn't just interrupted her, and hid her face in her hands.

"Wait, what? Why? Was he so bad?" "NO! Jesus, Mary, no, he- he was good... But the sex is not the point!" Y/N shook her head. "Well then, what's the problem?" "We're friends, and... and... and did you not just hear what's happened?! We had intercourse-" "Don't say intercourse, Y/N/N, it's old and it's weird," Mary interrupted. "Well, we did it-" "You're not five, Y/N, I believe the word you're looking for is-" "Oh my God, Mary, can we just not talk about this?! Please?" Y/n couldn't do this conversation anymore, and with a short "OK" from her noisy friend, Y/N left their living room.

It had been days since her and Mary's conversation about Y/N's wild night with Barry. Luckily for her, Barry was needed in Star City for a week, so the awkward meet was yet to come. Of course, Y/N knew that it had to happen sooner or later, though later had worked out just fine for the past days, hence why she was still rooting for that method – despite Mary's constant nagging.

The morning came quicker than usual as Y/N woke up by the sudden urge to throw up. This confused her, considering Y/N was never sick – well, excluding the days she actually happened to be, of course. So when she found herself hanging over the toilet, she couldn't help being both frustrated as well as disgusted.

"Y/N, are you ok?" Mary's voice came from the other side of the locked bathroom door. Y/N never locked the bathroom door – she feared she would get shut in and stuck during a fire – which happened more often than you would think (let's just say that Mary wasn't the best at cooking, or with fires). "Uhm... yeah, just-" She was interrupted by a second and hopefully last round of vomit. "Y/N?" "Yeah, I'm fine, just a sec, Mary!" Y/N was panicking. Y/N was throwing up. Y/N never threw up. "Y/N Y/L/N, I demand you to open this door before I get creepy Jack down the hall to kick this door open for me!" And that's how Y/N got herself in lockdown.

It was never fun to be at home, sick. Especially when one wasn't sick, but one's crazy overprotective roommate and best friend forced one to stay home because one acted a bit off and looked a bit pale in the morning. Y/N was currently in this situation. She didn't like it. At the moment she was walking around their apartment, feeling 100% good to go to work. "You look terrible today as well, Y/N, you're not going anywhere. I'm telling Mrs. Norman, so if I get a phone call that your toe has even touched the air of the other side of that door, you'll be dead," Mary had told her.

This was it, the last drop, she was done, finished, finito with staying home any longer. Y/N had just finished her third film of the day, and just laying there was getting her a migraine. 'OK, I'm going out! I'm a grown woman! A big girl, an independent girl! I can do whatever I want to! My best friend can't make me stay at home!' Y/N went for her purse and was ready to walk out the door, but as if Mary could read minds, Y/N's phone rung. "Hello?" Y/N sounded as chirpy as she could, feeling nervous as hell. "Hey, Y/N! Just wanted to make sure you haven't left!" Mary knew her better than anyone, and it was almost scaring Y/N a bit. Almost.

Three knocks on the door followed by the sound of a pair of keys, and then the door opened. The familiar squeak made its way to Y/N's ears as she laid on her bed in misery. "Hey, Y/N, are you alright?" It was Barry. 'Barry? Is he back home?' Y/N tried not to let her panic take overhand. Anger suddenly washed over her, if this was Mary's work, a certain brunette would be in deep trouble when she came back from work...

"Hey, I uh... I brought flowers," Barry's voice could be heard from the living room, and Y/N's mind was twisting and turning: Should she go on and play sick? It would certainly delay the awkward conversation that was bound to happen... Deciding it was her best option at the time, Y/N made out a weak cough, and answered her friend: "In here, Barry!" as sickly she could manage.

"Hi, how're you feeling?" Barry stepped inside carefully, as if the floor would cause her more pain. "I'm ok, my head hurts a bit, and I'm a bit nauseous," Y/N thought that her breasts being tender were a fact she didn't have to share. "Uhm..." looking as Barry's ears had just turned tomato red, Y/N scolded herself for saying her thoughts out loud.

"Mary told you to come here?" Y/N tried her best changing the subject quickly as well as keeping her act. "Uhm, no, heard it from Caitlin actually. She was.. uh... on the phone with Mary I think. She, uhm, she's a loud talker," "Caitlin or Mary?" "Both," the two laughed, Y/N throwing in a couple of coughs. When the laughing calmed down, and the tension started to grow, it was as if her guardian angel saved her, and Barry's phone rung. "Uhm, sorry, I have to go, Captain Singh needs me at the office..." "Yeah, of course, you just go and save the city by stirring in chemicals," her good-bye made him laugh as he made his way out the door in a hurry.

"Y/N?" Mary asked. They were currently sitting on the couch, eating pizza and watching How I Met Your Mother. "Yeah?" "Pee on this for me, will you? I think you're pregnant," the brunette said, throwing a box at Y/N – who were almost choking on her food. "Excuse me?!" "Just do it, it won't hurt, and you've been feeling bad for days. Now be quick and get it done already before I eat this up,"

"This is stupid," Y/N said. It turned out that Mary had seen the episode airing on TV "a thousand times", so they were now hovering over the white stick somewhat curious and excited. "Because I can't be pregnant... OH, MY GOD!” Y/N couldn’t believe it. It said positively. "Is it Barry's?" Mary broke the silence "What?!" "Well, you're obviously not Mother Teresa, and you're not the one to sleep around; I mean, I'm just tying up the loose ends..." "Oh my God, Mary, can we just not talk about this?! Please?" Y/N was still trying to cope with the fact that a living creature was growing inside her vagina. "Yeah, yeah of course..." And the night continued, Mary planning out how she would be the cool aunt of the unborn baby, and Y/N denying the scary fact that she would become a mother in roughly nine months.

"You need to tell him, Y/N," Mary said, looking at her best friend while trying her best not to tick off the ice cream-eating bipolar monster. 'I thought we agreed not to talk about this,' Was what Y/N wanted and meant to say, though because of the piece of heaven that was melting inside her mouth, it rather came out sounding more like: "Eh ohuph uh a-edh umph uh ahk a-ou es!" Mary, on the other hand, managed to translate the faded message by the clear look in Y/N's eyes. "That was three weeks ago," "Ugh!!" And the monster sunk her head in the pillows surrounding her, letting out a loud cry of frustration.

"What about Coby?" Y/N asked her friend. "Because Cody is too common for you?" Mary answered, still skimming through her magazine in the other end of the sofa. "I don't know, he just feels like a Coby," Y/N answered, looking down at er stomach – if she really just concentrated hard enough, she could see the little bump forming. "Yeah, you've just begun the first trimester, so sorry hun, but the kiddo doesn't even have a face, let alone a pair of good functionating lungs," "You're right, but what about Bia? Or Dory? What do you think about those?" Y/N asked, and at this, Mary set her Vouge away and looked her friend straight in the eyes.

"I think that if you want to name your child after a Pixar/Disney-cartoon fish, you better talk to the daddy..." "Yeah, Dory was a bit too creative maybe... How about Elza? Elza is cool, or Logan? He was always my favorite. Though Jess was also-" Y/N's attempt on ignoring her friend's change of topic failed hard when Mary interrupted her. "Y/N this is getting serious. You haven't even hung out with Barry much for the past weeks. Remember when you two couldn't stay away from each other for more than six hours? I remember that very well. I also remember him being your number one topic to talk about 24/7,"

She was right. Mary was right and Y/N knew it, though she couldn't help it! All she could think of when picturing their first real talk since the one four weeks ago was BABYBABYBABY. Imagine how stressed he would be? He made one mistake, and now he was forced into a huge commitment. In addition to that, this was not what Y/N wanted herself. She wanted to get kids with the man in her life. And currently, that was her dad, considering her status on Facebook was still remaining 'single'.

"But how Mary? How do I confront him with this? He's going to be a dad! And when I tell him, he will have two options: A, to agree to all terms and conditions, to become a dad and parent with me, or he can B, politely decline and leave my life forever! Mary, I can't bear a life without him!" She hadn't even realized the tears running down her cheeks before now. "He won't leave you, do you hear me? He will never ever leave you," Mary tried her best reassuring her friend, patting Y/Non the head while whispering soft comforting words.

"You know, having a pregnant roommate is way more expensive than you would think," Mary came in the door with four bags full of food. "Yeah, yeah, where's the pickles?" Y/N asked frantically, to which Mary gave her one of the bags. "I mean, not only does it drench your wallet, but also your mentality. Here you go by the way, bought eleven jars, just for you," Y/N went for it, and opened the first one in sight. But just as she was about to open the lid and down all of the juice like she had done for the now empty seven jars in their fridge, she stopped. "Yuck, how disgusting is this? Do we have any chocolate?" “Like I said, drenching my wallet and mentality...” Mary said looking up to the roof, shaking her head.

Y/N was currently in her thirteenth week, and her clothing style had changed drastically for a couple of weeks. 'They are meant for comfort and coverage,' she had told Mary when her friend had commented that she couldn't leave the apartment in 'the biggest sweatshirt in the building' and her pajama pants. So you could imagine Barry's shock when he not only saw his once best friend and crush clothed in uncharacteristically clothing but also for the first time in months. How Y/N had managed to avoid him for that long?

Y/N laid in her bed, computer on her lap, popcorn within her hand's reach, and sipping on a coke. Her mind was parallelled set on the kittens in the video she was watching, and how cool it would be when her stomach finally would grow to a proper, usable size AKA when she could drop the coffee table in the living room, and do a Phoebe Buffay.

Interrupting her thoughts, her phone started ringing, leaving her annoyed as she had to pause her YouTube-watching. "Hello?" She said unaware of whom it wa son the other side of the line. "Hey Y/N/N, just wondering where you-" It wasBarry. Her Barry. What was she to do?! "Sorry, wrong number," Y/N said in the deepest voice she could muster, as she quickly hung up on the poor, oblivion guy.

Though that wasn’t it, Y/N really was creative with her avoiding methods. She needed to go to the store? She asked Mary. Mary said no? She asked Mrs. Norman. Mary figured that out, got mad at her, and told Mrs. Norman not to worry about it? Y/N asked creepy Jack down the hall, whom she knew Mary wouldn’t dare to talk to. But how about her job? In addition to having a feminist extremist as a boss, Y/N was a writer for a magazine. So simply explaining her situation, adding a couple of white lies, and finishing with a strong apology with a touch of ‘I promise to work twice as hard at home,’ Y/N was off the hook.

But just as any hormonal pregnant woman, Y/N got enough of her hiding – it should be him hiding, not her! To this Mary had told her that Barry didn’t have the knowledge to why he had to hide (which apparently, Mary didn’t have either) and she was being ‘irrational and not herself,’ which Y/N obviously ignored. Hence why she left their home to get the right chocolate milk, because creepy Jack simply didn’t do the job properly.

"Y/N? Is that you?" Barry couldn't be too careful when it came to assuming – let's just say this wasn't the first time he had "seen" Y/N in public. Though at the mention of her name, Y/N turned to see who had said her name. Her eyes locked into his for mere seconds before Y/N turned away in hope her invisibility powers would quickly appear and hide her. Such a pity Y/N wasn't a meta...

"It is you!" Barry jogged up to her. Great, what was she to do now? "Hi...!" Y/N answered back, holding her basket with milk in a tight grip. "How've you been? I haven't heard anything from you for so long..." Barry said, just standing there in front of the girl he loved. "Uhm, a bit ill actually... Yeah, that's why I haven't had the time to hang out," quite happy about her explanation, Y/N stood there ready to go.

"For three months?" Barry asked, not completely convinced. "Yeah," Y/n faked a cough, "really bad flu," "I see, well, do you want to grab dinner Friday?" "Friday? As in now Friday? in three days?" Barry nodded, and Y/N shut her eyes as if she had to think of her plans for the rest of the week. 'Should I say yes? It would be quite suspicious if I told him no... But he will know! On the other hand, Big Belly Burger does sound tempting...' "Big Belly Burger?" Y/N asked with a smile on her face, which Barry gladly returned. "Yeah! Good, I'll pick you up at six," Barry winked at her, then left. 'What have I gotten myself into?'

"This is good, Y/N! Now you can finally tell him!" Mary said, proud of the maturity her friend was showing. "Telling him? Are you kidding, I'm not gonna tell him anything! We're just grabbing some burgers..." Y/N defended herself. Wouldn't that be scandalous, her telling him? He would flee the country to just get away from her. "You're not serious now, are you?" When Y/N didn't answer her, Mary took a deep sigh. "You are aware of that you're pushing him away from you, right? Because that's why you don't want to tell him because you don't want to lose him? So I'd use some more time to think before you just go on your date-" "It's not a date!" "- later today, and keep your secret safe," Mary finished and left the room for Y/N to remake her decision.

It had taken her blood, sweat, and tears – literally, but Mary finally made Y/N agree to tell Barry about her pregnancy. But after a brutal paper cut, an intense discussion, and while following the DVD-aerobic-instructor, Mary argued her way to victory, Y/N left their apartment in defeat.

Walking next to Barry, Y/N started to regret her choice of clothes – no scratch that, Mary's choice of clothes. Because Y/N was supposed to tell Barry she was pregnant anyway, and 'It's a date for fuck's sake, and you like him, you might as well dress proper!' So there she was. Next to the guy she loved, feeling more insecure about her body as ever, in hope Barry hadn't noticed. And even though he didn't show it, Barry did notice. But the thought of her being pregnant? That hadn't nor ever would've crossed his mind.

"God, I'm hungry... Haven't eaten since lunch, how 'bout you?" Barry asked, not really sure of what to say. The conversation usually came naturally between the two of them. "Starving," Y/N said, but kept out the fact that she ate an hour ago. "I could seriously eat a horse, or maybe even the whole team, when I think of it," she finished, and made Barry laugh. "A whole team of horses?" He asked with a smile, to which Y/N chortled at. "Yes!" "I don't believe you..." Barry said playfully, loving the feeling of the normality between him and the Y/H/C girl. "Bartholomew Henry Allen, you've officially been challenged to a duel," Y/N said in the stiffest voice she could muster. "A burger-eating contest?" "Well, if you want it to sound dull, so yeah..."

“Oh Holy Moses...” Y/N sighed and rubbed her stomach. In front of her was a grinning Barry Allen, and five un-eaten 500g-Double cheese-bacon-burger with sweet potato fries. "Told you you'd lose, though I'm impressed, not many can keep up with a speedster," "Trust me, it's not that difficult when you're eating for two!" Y/N said with a laugh, but it quickly stopped when she saw the look on his face. It was a good mixture of shock... shock... and more... shock.

"Uhm... Uh... yeah, I'm uh... I'm pregnant... Sur-surprise?" Y/N had never been this nervous ever. "You're pregnant?" Barry couldn't believe it. Who was the father? For how many months? Why hadn't she told him before? Was this the reason she hadn't talked to him for so long? However, he decided to keep those questions for himself, afraid of the answers – especially the first one, hadn't he meant anything for her? "Uhm, yeah... Due date's 4th of April,"

"Who knows?" He asked again, "... is the father aware?" He finished. "Mary and you are the only ones. Mom and dad are kind of still in the dark..." Y/N felt ashamed saying it out loud. "Ok, well, how are you feeling about it?" He asked, his concern warming Y/N's heart. She was so sure this would have ended completely different – hell she had cut off all contact for three months, and she'd continued if it hadn't been for their random encounter at the supermarket. "It was hard to cope with in the beginning, though I've grown fond of the little creature," "I just want you to know that I'm not leaving your side anytime from this moment, Y/N. You're stuck with me, and there's nothing you can do about it."

1. What’s one movie or tv show that never fails to make you feel better and why do you love it?

For tv show it’d probably be Friends and for movie Lilo and Stitch.Friends is a show that I can watch casually here and there or also binge watch and still not get tired of it, idk its calming in a way a chill and funny show tbh. Lilo and Stitch is my all time favorite disney movie its so cute and about friendship and family which are two of my priorities in life, i love love love it

2. If you could only listen to one Kpop song that is not sung by any of the members of EXO what would you choose?

No EXO??! Damn lol hmm this is such a tough question i’m stuck between Fire by Taeyeon, Beautiful Liar by VIXX LR and Spring Day by BTS...is it for the rest of my life? only one? then i’ll go with Beautiful Liar, that song and mv changed my life

3. If you had to remain one age for the rest of your life, how old would you be and why?

Probably mid or late twenties, sometimes i think being a teen forever would good but ehhh idk. late twenties i feel like i’d have a better grasp on life I mean its not a guarantee but i feel like it’d be a good age, so maybe 25 or 26

4. What is your go to in order to relax after a long day?

Listening to music first of all is definitely a must, maybe taking a nap, watching a few youtube videos but mostly just listening to music and lying in bed is good for resting my mind and body.

5. If you had to have one Idol as your roommate for the rest of your life who would you choose?

Kyungsoo since he’s clean and can cook, I’m not that messy just a bit but I also don’t like having too much of a mess around me. Also I feel like we’d just get along pretty great we have a somewhat similar personality, or at least i think so lol so it’d be nice to be his roommate for life

6. How did you choose your ultimate bias?

Wellllll, it was a lot of debating and denying, mostly denying, lmao buuut at the end of it all I just kept coming back to Baek and I realized that I am complete trash for him and anything he does. he just made me the happiest

7. Do you have a go to meal you always order at a restaurant you’ve never been to before if so what is it?

It’d probably be chicken,tacos, or a burger they usually serve one of those three at any restaurant i’ve been to. mostly chicken actually

8. What are your top 3 comfort foods?

One would be chocolate chip cookies i love them, they’re delicious and sweet and i love chocolate. Two would be,strangely, toast lol i’ve just come to associate toast with a nice calming feel since I usually eat it while drinking coffee while I’m drawing or doing some homework. Three would be, even stranger, pecans, idk for that one I just think they’re easy to take anywhere and they don’t have a particular strong taste but it isn’t bad it’s just there.normal i guess???probably not making any sense aNYWAYS

9. Is there a millstone in your future you are excited to reach?

yES okay so it’ll probably take me a while but that moment where I can just sit back in my nice cozy apartment, already with a job, with my own pet cat or something and just like...think back on everything and be like it was worth it, every single day where i felt like shit or everyday where i felt good, it’s all lead up to where i am and who i am in that moment but to not regret any of it, to just feel proud of what i accomplished no matter how little and be happy where i’m at. that’d be my milestone.

10. What is your favourite EXO album and why?

I cry, this question kills me but umm...thinking on it...it’d probably be EX’ACT repackaged version it has basically all my favorite songs including THE SONG She’s Dreaming ( with lyrics by our one and only ChenChen aka Kim Jongdae aka JD)

11. What is one of your happiest memories in life so far?

Happiest memories would be mostly around winter or spring time. It was winter when I discovered EXO, also when I went on a trip with some close friends we were freezing but we had a good time, and also just a nicer time of year overall imo like even with exams and stuff i find it pretty bearable. Spring time because it’s the time when I went to the beach with my family twice, and when I traveled with my aunt and cousins and got to feel so cool since i never really go anywhere. a/n: i lied I'm posting today :) also idk how i feel about this, i changed what i perceive as a ghost that he's pretty much just a shapeshifter in this but oh well(?) i hope y'all lovelies still enjoy this <3

It was my first time being here in Seoul, I transferred here to study, as well as gain cultural knowledge on South Korea. After moving out from the dorms in my first year here, I had to find somewhere to live that wouldn't cost too much but was still nice to be in. Finally I settled with a small flats on the outskirts of Seoul. For the first couple months in my new apartment I kept hearing sounds and the whole place seemed somewhat shady, but I kept thinking: maybe it was just the neighbourhood. But an incident occurred that made me change my mind.

"Hello? Who's there?" I called, with a frying pan in my hand, I thought there was an attacker in the flat. "Hello?" I called, louder this time. "Okay, I can hear you you know, so just come out.", I walked closer towards the noise but no one was there, all I saw was a silhouette but no person.

"I'm sorry." a voice called but nobody was attached to it. "Who are you? And where are you?" I asked the voice the owner of the voice. "I'm Jimin, I'm around the corner. I'm sorry I scared you, it’s just this was my home and I don't have any more, I don't have much anymore.” he replied. Slowly, I made my way round the corner, increasing my grip on the frying pan, but to my dismay there was no one there. I looked all around me, I felt someone's presence but I couldn't see anyone. "I'm here." I walked closer towards the voice and saw him.

"You're not alive, are you? Is that why I can't see you very well?” "You got me there, I lived in this place while I was alive but I ended up in it accident that cost me my life, now here I am, haunting this very place, the first place I called my own home. I didn't expect them to just rent out to another person, but I'm glad the party was as beautiful as you.” he smiled as stood in front of me. "If it's not too much, can I ask you what accident you were in?" "Do you remember hearing about that crash on the motorway that involved five different cars and a van? Well, I was caught up in that and didn't make it out alive." "Wow, I'm sorry. That's horrible, but if I'm honest with you, I don't really believe in ghosts." "Well you don't have to believe in me, but I'm here and as real as you are.”

As the days passed, Jimin and I coexisted with one another, having a conversation every now and again. Today another conversation was due, it was dinnertime, so I sat at the table with my dinner and waited for him. “What's the hold up?” Jimin asked as he appeared in front of me. “I was waiting for you.” I told him. “Why? You know I don't have to eat to survive, right?” he chuckled. “Yeah, but I wanted someone to talk to.” “Aww, did you miss me?” he laughed as he ‘sat’ down on the chair opposite me. “Don't flatter yourself, also how the fuck can you touch objects but not humans or animals?” “Don't ask me, I didn't make the rules.” “Ugh, you're so annoying.” “Why? Don't get annoyed at me cuz you lack human contact! I can't do much about that!” he laughed as he brushed his hand through his hair that seemed like it would have been soft and silky when he was alive.

“You don't have to rub it on, you know.” I poured as I ate my dinner. “I'm sorry, why don't you go on a date then? Since you didn't deny it.” “I don't feel like it, no one’s nice enough.” I told him. “Well, what kind of guy do you like?” he asked me, as if he could do something about it. “Someone who cares, like actually, and doesn't just want sex or some stupid thing from me. Someone not too bad looking but not so amazing that he has new girls everyday. I guess, someone who just gets me, but there's no one like that.” “Maybe, you're looking at the wrong guys.”

2am. I had a lecture in 5 hours but I couldn't put my mind to sleep. There were just too many thoughts circling my brain. Why was it that I couldn't find someone for me? Why was it that no one seemed to get me? Was I really looking in the wrong place? What did Jimin mean?

“Something keeping you up?” “You can't just appear like that and scare me!” I said, clutching my chest from the shock of his appearance. “Sorry, what are you thinking about though?” “How lonely I am, how I can't keep a man, if I really am looking at the wrong guys. I guess, just, stuff.” I told him, as I sat up to lean against the headboard. “Well, don't beat yourself up over it. It doesn't matter if you find him or not, I'll keep you company for the time being, you won't need to feel so lonely then.” he smiled as he sat down beside me.

He turned to look at me and pulled me into an embrace, which shocked me. “I thought you couldn't touch me!” “I lied, oops.” “But how? There's so many questions, this makes no sense. How does this physically work?” I continuously asked. “Who cares about physics, I’ll be here for you no matter what and if you ever need me, I'll be around the corner, literally.” he said, smirking at me when he pulled away from the hug. “You're gross, have you ever watched me change or even worse, shower?” “I'm flirty, not a perv.” he chuckled as he lifted himself from the bed. “Good night.” he smiled as he closed the door behind him and all trace of him disappeared.

I was out running errands, very much leading my mundane life; I needed to grab some things from the supermarket before I could finally return home. I was minding my own business in the fruit and veg section when old ‘friend’ approached me. “___, hey! What are you doing in South Korea?” she asked me as she grabbed some spring onions. “I study here.” I bluntly replied and moved on in order to look at the strawberries. “You can’t still be annoyed at me about taking Sam from you, right? We’re not even together anymore.” “No, why on Earth would I still be annoyed about that?” I sarcastically remarked before Jimin reappeared. “You’ve got to stop randomly appearing!” I whisper shouted. “Sorry, it just seemed like you were having trouble, I can sort this out!” Jimin smirked. “You’re not human though?” “Leave this to me, trust me on this one.” he chuckled before disappearing again. I couldn’t help but roll my eyes at what this boy could possibly be up to.

“Hey, what’s your name?” a familiar voice loudly asked, I turned to view the commotion and saw none other than Sam but he had Jimin’s voice, oh God, no, please tell me this was a dream. “Sam, what are you doing here? Why don’t you remember my name?” “Sorry, sweetcheeks, I never really cared to get it in the first place.” he chuckled as he walked towards her. “We were in a one year relationship and you don’t remember my name?” she screamed, tears clearly forming. This was cruel but also payback that she deserved. “C’mon, that can’t be a dealbreaker, I cheated on you so many times and you’re not making a fuss over that!” “You cheated on me?” “Stephany! Stella! Susan?” “Get away from me!” she cried as she ran out of the store.

“That was cruel, Jimin. But definitely a good show.” I muttered as I walked towards the empty cereal aisle. “I know, right? Aren’t I great?” “Why though? Why did you do that?” I asked him as I grabbed my favourite cereal. “I have my reasons, you’ll see one day.” he chuckled before ruffling my hair and disappearing once again. “Such a cruel guy.” “I’m still here.” “Oh my God, fuck off!” I almost screamed. “Cutie.”

“You’re seriously going on a date with some smartass from your class?” Jimin asked, disapproving of the date. “Yeah, is there a problem with that?” I laughed as I smoothed out my dress. “No, not at all. Just that he has the shitiest of personalities on Earth!” “Stop being dramatic!” “He just wants to get into your pants though.” he whined as he shifted into my date and made fun of him. “Wouldn’t you wanna if you were alive?” I joked. “Dude, I literally can, as long as you consent, I can touch you, remember? I can do anything a human can, just can’t die…” “Besides the point, Jimin, I have a date. Do I look good?” “No.” “I’ll take that as a yes; I’ll be seeing you later.” I smiled as I left the flat and entered my date’s car.

“___, I’m glad you could come on this date with me, I’ve really wanted to take you out for a while now.” he smiled as we made our way towards the restaurant. “I’m really grateful, Joohyuk.” I told him as I focused on the road. He placed his right hand on my thigh and turned his head to briefly look at me, I took his hand in mine and exchanged a smile. The chemistry between us was amazing, but I was definitely jumping to conclusion.

When we arrived at the restaurant, Joohyuk was more than a gentleman, but soon came off as sexist and snobbish. “I told you he was annoying.” a voice whispered when Joohyuk excused himself to use the toilet. “He just wants to get into your pants.” “How do you know that?” I asked, not wanting to lose the argument despite knowing Jimin was right. “He’s calling his mate right now and talking about what he’s going to do to you later tonight.” “I hate you.” I muttered but Joohyuk had reappeared when I muttered that.

“You hate me?” he chuckled. “Sorry, my roommate is being kinda annoying.” “Roommate?” Jimin muttered. “I was unaware that you had a roommate, tell me more about her.” “She is a he, and he’s just being clingy tonight because he’s ill. I think I’ll have to go back home to take care of him soon.” “Really? Are you sure you have to take care of him? I mean isn’t he a grown man?” Joohyuk asked me. “He’s caught something really bad, he’s been throwing up and he’s really unwell; I actually reluctantly left today.” “But do you have to take care of him?” “He could die and you’re asking if I really have to take care of him?” “Sorry, I wanted to get some tonight! I really thought you’d let me get into your pants!” “You’re just like the rest of them.”

When I left the restaurant I was greeted by Jimin as alive Jimin. “You know, you should morph into your actual self more often. polyvore was being a pain in the ass no matter how many words i tried to censor so here’s the life update i meant to put in that set

- have been living in a somewhat stable housing environment for almost a year and four-ish months now which is WILD and a huge record break for me.

- kind of have a partner? we're def QPPs and have been nomadic vagabond companions since like 2015 and have been sleeping in the same bed, cuddling, making life plans together hardcore since then. when i try to explain our relationship to others i explain that we are like Bert and Ernie from sesame street. it's not romantic but it's definitely a very serious thing and there is nothing i could forsee that would face our future that would not be faced together as companions. i was kind of chatting with a buddy the other day who was asking abt stuff and i was mentioning how an aphobe asked, 'how is this different from a best friendship, why do you need to call it a queerplatonic relationship?' and my instinct was to be all, 'well idk i mean i think most best friends don't stick their tongues in each others mouths' but like that said, some best friends do that and its totally legit but the main difference is we call it this because it is more accurate to the intricacies of our relationship.

a best friendship implies different things and a QPR is what we have been calling ourselves for some time.

- have come across the term alterous attraction many many moons ago and have concluded that more or less, this has been the basis for all the experiences of 'attraction' i have thought i felt in other categories. turns out i just love being pro/miscuous and cuddly and affectionate with people and it doesn't necessarily have to have any of the other attractions present. it's just an expression of my alterous attraction. and idk it just seems to make way more sense. someone said it was a commonplace for pre-questioning lesbians to make up to themselves crushes on boys with calculations involved about why this person is attractive.

i think maybe i do experience other forms of attraction but they're seldom enough that it's more anecdotal. and i'm going to call them crushes anyway bc it doesn't matter what i say or do - people are going to be confused by me and who i am and i shouldn't have to sacrifice the nuances involved in who i am and how i live my life to try and get smaller minds to understand it.

and nobody has to understand either. i don't even understand. that's heckin ok bro

- i've been on them 'ro/ids (testosterone) on and off for three months in spring/summer 2016 (androderm) and then the injections for some amount of time this year and there's been a lot of body changes. but mainly i'm looking at nu/des of other people on hormones and realizing like... what if I'm actually inters/ex? it makes no sense for my di/ck to be bigger than people a year on hormones in half the time, does it? like what's up there? and my body is signif hairier in a way that is noticeable to me and my QPP.

last week when I got the inje/ctio/n the nurse (who is a really nice lady? like smiley very friendly maternal type) asked me "how did you know?" without other context or anything.

I didn't really know how to begin because honestly no one had ever asked me that before and it's the one question I needed somebody else to answer back when I was like, 15/recently 16 and needed help finding myself. I wished future me could visit past me and tell me like, "hey jsyk this is what you concluded, here's the answers, and here's all the stuff I've realized about our past experiences that were actually Signs that you're #genderqueer"

and I think, another thing, I wish I could have told the past me, that the laws were going to rapidly change in my lifetime, and also to avoid any cis person who suggests therapy "for hormone starts" because that's what led me to like, 2 years of rather unhelpful talk therapy that turned into lowkey conversion therapy.

No one should ever make you write a sob story about your past before they allow you the autonomy to make decisions about your body.

I gave a little backstory of timeline and told her how my mom kept saying things like, "why are you so offended at the idea of being a woman?" etc and how we don't speak anymore, how I came out in 2011 and every day for the longest time I had to explain to other trans people who the heck I was. how my nonbinaryness was seen more as a delusion despite the fact that I found the wikipedia pages and message boards and I knew there were other people like me out there. I didn't know of another #nonbinary person until 2013 and even then I only met them in passing at a panel they hosted. (we ended up roommates for a bit around 2016 but that's another story)

I stopped having to give #genderqueer 101s to the LGBT+ community around 2014.

And I feel like after that Laverne Cox paved a lot of way for us, and Facebook started putting other genders on there (which I'd signed petitions for years before and considered to be a hoop dream)

and there's been corrective r/a/pe I've gone through and so many tears I've cried and sui/cide attempted and hospital visits

and things are definitely still horrific and I can never afford groceries. I don't eat enough to sustain myself and live on welfare and am too medicated and disabled to work and have tachycardia and PTSD and other complications of my own forced resilience

but I'm on testosterone or whatever and I look at the changes that have gone on and I know that I was a part of that

but I'm never going to get credit for it and it pains me how much I'm suffering because I started advocating earlier than the majority of trans people out today.

if I had come out to my mom years later, would we be speaking?

it doesn't ultimately matter, because if we kept speaking I still would have ended up d/ead. coming out and having her react like that, topped with her steal/ing from me when I was homeless, years of sui/cide baiting, physical + emotional + etc a/buse my whole life, it's miraculous I ever made it out alive

it's so painful but I just have never had the privilege of choice.

- I've been thinking to go back to school maybe and that I need to actually go at it full force with passion because I think I have gotten way too down on myself for the results that have come from my own halfa/ssery of it all. And my own procrastination etc.

I wish I had access to medical care as a child or counselling or something more than I ever did have because maybe I would have excelled in school instead of suffered to try and keep my head above water. I mean, I graduated honours (equivalent).

there's too much about my life to be angsty about.

- also idk if i mentioned this but i got ar/rested for protecting indigenous folks at a thing and it was in the news and im not going to talk much more on it bc of privacy but i'm happy to dig up the video of the pol/ice dragging me away and the crowd shouting (and gendering me right ;u;) "LET THEM GO, LET THEM GO" and i was a pathetic mess thru the whole thing and just had the wrong emotions the whole time and like 3+ reporters tried to get a hold of me for interview but I forwarded them to the indigenous leaders of the ceremony instead

we prayed inside the arre/st tent and put down tobacc/o and held ceremony and the c/ops were horrible and took so much personal offence to everything we were and every reality that happened that they wanted to deny. they banned us from the public land we were arrested on and it was horrible.

it was in the news and justin tr*deau showed up for a photo op and the organizers weren't allowed in their own tipi. he wasn't invited.

those with the land claim to the area made an official statement welcoming us and condemning the go/vernme/nt for arrestin/g us.

nothing was ever done about that bit other than them releasing us and i went to the hospital the next day to get my wrist checked because i couldn't really use it and the handcuf/f bruises and the bruise on my knee was massive. it's been two months and it's only now faded.

twitter blocked the image of us in the a/rrest tent holding hands in prayer with the hand/cuffs on our wrists. they said it contained "sensitive content"

tumblr did the same, calling it "NSFW" (weird bc literally photographs of my actual na/ked body with links to where u can buy videos of me jerkin is not labelled NS/FW automatically lol?????)

i asked tumblr to review that and they still labelled it as such.

it's just so blatantly a genuine broach of free speech and freedom of religion. it was a crimi/nalized religious ceremony and i got between the co/ps and a woman praying.

- i saw Against Me! in march and the mosh pit was extreme and I fell down at some point and like seven people pulled me up and that and the getting arre/sted thing has really hecked up my knees ! i feel like they're mostly healed since but i've not even been kneeling on my mattress for even a second to make sure of this. otherwise it's just been sudden pain for months but as i said, i think they're a lot better now.

- i came forward abt a pr/edatory ex and a few others of their victims came to me to say that they had gone through the same and that they were even more pre/datory than had been with me. i lost quite a lot of friends in the matter bc what i accused them of was extremely serious and came across as vicious on my part.

i'm going to take it as alright though, because i know that i've put what i said out there, and if they have read it at all, they can at least have these ideas in their mind going forward and take precautions. this ex was confronted publically and directly on social media about it and there were several witnesses and screenshots i had to things they did and said. i'm hoping that serves as some kind of warning for them, about their actions that they have confessed to with several people, and how these things will come back for them. that they cannot evade accountability, that i am a force of nature and if you wrong me or do a wrong in my witness with no remorse on your part or apology, i'm not going to let you live it down.

i care and i am tired of hearing horrible stories about them from others. others who came to me saying that i had been painted as an abus/er. because i know ! people see me standing up for myself as threatening all the time. they worry they aren't allowed to make mistakes around me.

no matter how many times i say it or prove it, there's always those people who are too cowardly to admit when they do make mistakes and who go to great lengths to protect their pride and entitlement.

i know we are all growing. i seek environments of mutual support and growth. i am now in a phase of life where i am not giving the time to people who have no interest in these environments. anyone can be my friend, if they are ready for it. but i don't owe it to anybody and anything wrong i have done i am at a point where i feel like i am in touch with my own humility.

and if someone tries to milk it because they think my vulnerability isn't also strength and something that comes with at least some ferocity... well, that's not my problem.

- my rabbit Snicklefritz is doing fine. he's shedding like the dickens this season and mischievous as usual but hopefully one day I can afford to make him an enclosure again and I can let him out only when I can keep track of him.

he's ruined a lot of sketchbooks and a lapdesk my QPP got me for the winter holidays that we are both heartbroken about.

- I am trying to become less attached to material belongings and it has helped me a lot when it comes to coping with all the sentimental items left with my mother or in the various times I've been homeless or left exes etc over the years.

My memories are in my heart and not something that needs to be placed externally, in an item.

Have also trying to go zero waste (like, becoming someone who produces no garbage, just recycling and compost) and it's really been noticeable all these small differences. I buy way more bananas, lettuce, etc. And I've been making bread and spaghetti and whatnot and having windowsill gardens.

- I'm not cured of anything or whatever and I'm angsty 24/7 and broke as heckaroo but there's enough of The Little Things In Life (gardening, youtube videos, kisses, etc) to help me get by in the meantime.

- three days ago a friend (who I consider(ed) chosen family) I had purposefully cut out of my life a year ago showed up on my doorstep to tell me I was right about everything and to apologize for all the wrongs. That they reread conversations we had around then and that they have grown and grown into a better place. They were 18 then and 19 now. We were from the same hometown and they're still there but moving to my city in December. I missed them so much and they stayed with me a few days. I feel a bigger sense of home in this city knowing they're going to live here soon too.

- I've been Really Intensely looking thru my DNA and geneology stuff since last winter. For some reason Indian (like, South Asia) shows up in my DNA and some southern Europe/Northern Africa/Middle East kind of region. My father was adopted via a stepdad and I figure this comes from his bio dad. Or maybe it doesn't, I don't really know. My maternal haplotype is supposed to be one that's generally found in African populations which throws that whole theory. My mom and me also had to use hair picks (afro picks) when I was growing up because our hair was so naturally thick and the waves really tangled up. Every time we went to get my hair cut in that white rural town the hairdressers would comment how they'd never seen such thick hair before etc. I'm still struggling greatly to find answers because everybody's last name is phoenetically weird except for my dad's mom's line which has an extremely Cornwall last name and anyone with that name is definitely part of that family.

Doing research to find what I was told growing up (that I was Kanien'keha:ka via my maternal grandmother's grandmother) has been very difficult because I'm not sure which grandmother of hers it was, and one of them seemed to remarry several times and I cannot be sure of any of the surnames being a maiden name. It's also really hard to know what the spelling was supposed to be because it was written phoenetically. But I think that one's likely English anyway. The other one I haven't reached yet but my grandmother's father's father seemed to be from a Metis community outside a reserve where I remember being told we had ancestors. It seems we're descendants of some really famous anglo Metis folk. I've not figured out the specific links to lock the names all into place properly in my family tree but it's the surname and the small community that are an exact match and on the message boards.

It's a lot to think about. I've been struggling with my racial identity for a long time and regardless of nuances and ethnic identity I feel like I'm just doing this research to seem special or more interesting or to branch out my activism. DNA is not ever going to tell me who my ancestors were, just the locations a small handful of random specific ancestors lived. Family trees are going to help, but they're not going to help me too much as someone who doesn't actually have blood family I'm in contact with really.

I might see if I can get in touch with an older cousin I have on Pinterest because she seemed to be the only one (besides my younger cousin) who really ever sent me vaguely kind gestures after I came out. She was the only one who seemed to be supportive when I did my grandma's eulogy. (Aside from my sibling who went up with me. But I don't speak to my sibling for other reasons.)

I have a paternal cousin as well but we're more half-cousins as my dad's mom had a few different men in her life and I don't actually know if he does have full bio-siblings. I don't really know if it's worth it to reach out to her because with all the technicalities and separations and adoptions and half-relatives I don't know whether I can ask her to ask around, or if I can just ask her, or what.

Anyway whatever it's just easiest to explain my ethnicity as being Metis because talking with others and stuff it seems like maybe this is the best way to label myself, to explain my complicated history and acknowledge that my blood ties are not what makes me me, but rather my ethnic ties. I have traditions and beliefs and ancestors I'm reconnecting with and trying to find.

Not all my ancestors were great people. But it is interesting as heck to learn about them. (Especially seeing pictures and some of the weirder resemblances from like, 5th great grandparents.)

Also one of my greats of grandparents crossed the US-Canada border several times in his life and near the end of them the border agent wrote "seems odd" on the thing and I haven't found any explanation for why he was crossing the border either lol which is pretty dang interesting imo.

- anyway idk I think I'm good ?? have been getting a lot of new interests and hobbies lately which feels good, feels right

i'm getting muscles because of them hormones and probably eating healthier or whatever and drinking more water and just livin life as best i can

could use some more dollars however but what can u do when welfare doesn't go up to match minimum costs of living haha :)
