No sé por qué me ha dado por escribir en inglés en este perfil si mi lengua es el español;

el punto es que sigo soltando el 2023... porque siento que no fue solo el 2023(?) es como una culminación de un periodo, de una etapa o ciclo de varios años... como desde el 2018 se me viene moviendo TODA la realidad, "ah huevo", sin advertencia y no questions asked.

donde por un lado no voy a invalidar mis experiencias como si no hubieran sucedido, pero, por otro lado, me estoy dando cuenta de mi adicción mental y hormonal al estrés, al overthinking, a crearme conflictos imaginarios=emociones reales, que obvio se terminan manifestando de alguna forma en la realidad porque "todo es energía" y "a como es adentro es afuera"... no que me lo merezca o fuera mi culpa, pero si puedo ver cómo i got myself into something like this, si es verdad que uno puede crear su realidad... pues la estaba creando más para sentirme mal que para sentirme bien.

y eso quiero hacer este 2024, crear mi realidad deseada, sin embargo, por eso empecé a escribir this piece, porque una parte siempre optimista de mí tiene esperanzas, pero a la vez estos últimos años me pegaron tan duro (validando mi experiencia y perspectiva), que no me siento con tan high hopes como otras veces/personas... no me siento hopeless, pero me siento como "meh, a ver qué pasa"; yo no era así, pero mis "planes" antes de los 25 no salieron como esperaba, por no decir que fueron terribles por decir que no fueron en vano y me hicieron quien soy... años de desarrollo de personaje, i should´ve got somewhere, right?

pero quiero pensar que eso está bien y decirme que no es que no tenga high hopes o que está bien no tener las expectativas tan altas, porque es la desilusion de una expectativa lo que más nos duele -y no tanto lo que pase-, que puede significar que ya no soy tan niña ingenua que literal pensaba como si la luna fuera de queso porque disoció demasiados años y solo fue haciendo a medias lo que le dijeron... una mala combinación.

también esa esperanza es como la llama de una candela, depende del ambiente alrededor para mantenerse estable, si le falta oxígeno o si hay un viento caótico constante, es más difícil mantenerla encendida aunque funcione perfecto y parezca que tiene todo para brillar... por eso una de las intenciones de este año es cuidar mis vínculos y asegurarme de que sean personas que me hacen sentir esperanza, con un norte más claro y algo como un plan de acción, literal que sean una inspiración de lo que quiero crear en mi y alrededor de mío, y a la vez mejorar como amiga/novia/hija/familiar/trabajadora/voluntaria...

Que si no me aporta, que no me estorbe, que si no me jala, que no me detenga, que si no me apoya, no me afecte, que si no me motiva, que no me mortifique.

i want to document a few things of my recent days, (1/2/24-1/7/24) to not forget i can have days like this, that i can live like this... surrounded by love from the people i love and genuinely care about me, having peaceful days, eating well, having fun, vibing high, surrounded by nature, trees, animals, abundant color green, meditating, grounding and anchoring what is it that i want and the path of least resistance in front of me...

i'll be (i'd love to be) as transparent here as the w33d allows me, if i could summarize my -shortest- manifestation for 2024, my affirmation, the sentence i chose was "extended periods of pleasure"

and to be honest, i chose that one because i felt so down for so long or so often, that in this new timeline what i want is to extend the periods of pleasure, those moments i'm enjoying myself, what im doing/eating/watching/f... that if im going to be low, i dont even notice it (?)

because this year i don't want to be strong, i want to be happy, as happy as possible, for as long as possible, i want to change the balance from feeling down very often to feeling lifted up more often, this is my design.

starting with giving little moments of pleasure as in when im writing,(11:11 rn)
