The Bombay high court on today Said it knew that Leo Tolstoy's War and Peace was a literary classic! Thank you we are so pleased to hear that news. #tolstoy #classic . . But again amazed that the counsel told it was misunderstanding because the court had referred ‘titled War and Peace in Junglemahal by Biswajit Roy! . . I haven’t heard of this book so I dig what’s in this now something that we can’t have in our bookshelf? And so I find the book is about a collection of essays edited by Biswajit Roy, titled War and Peace in Junglemahal: People, State and Maoists. #essays . I didn’t get that though how correct is it to read a book like Understanding Maoists’ to show that the person reading it is a Maoist? // Because we will often find copies of Hitler's 'Mein Kampf’ adorned on bookshelf, even i’ve this in my home, I’ve read it, my brother read it because we were curious and wanted to understand why he did that all? The reason the story behind becoming Hitler, . . My cousin in class 10th and she told me that she’s reading the same book in her school library after seeing mine, so does this mean that the one reading or we reading so it is planning a mass murder ? . No! we just trying to understand about each person and his circumstance why he chose to be something by his choice that he wasn’t from the birth? This’s called humanity there is nothing wrong if we try to know about a community, group or culture that been cornered or neglect due to any kind of reason. We’ve learned in our culture that we should embrace the weak one, the poor one first upmost than others. That’s being Hinduism our scriptures Ramayana, Gita, Mahabharata and our idols teach us that no? // And what if someday we been questioned for having The epic ‘Mahabharata in our home?
