How to explain this? Have your replied to random questions by saying you are fine or the particular situation is fine? Fine is not an expression, you use that term in two cases first when you really don't care about that object or second when you do care but you are not acknowledging it within you. Our feelings and our expression towards something is important. I am happy, I am sad, I am anxious, I am joyful these word are saying what you are feeling but saying that I am fine means either it doesn't matter how you feel or deep down you are trying to avoid confronting your own feeling and sugarcoating it with the simple fine. That's not good for you if you have hidden your feeling deep in some places without sitting with them and sitting with them I don't mean that you beat yourself up with it. You need to accept your feeling and the situation that gave that feeling to you. You accept it, don't beat youself up for it don't demoralize yourself. Just accept and come to an understanding, learn the lesson then when you have accepted it you decide what is going to be your next move. You are not the junkyard for your emotions. We are always beating ourselves up with our own critical mind, constantly judging our own actions. Evaluation and introspection is different from judging ourselves. We need introspection in our life to keep a track on ourselves but we don't need to judge ourselves. If you see a mistake with an introspective mindset you see the problem, you understand whether you are wrong or not and what you need to do about it. That is good thing you need it in you life. But when you are judging yourself it's just your ego messing with you. It blinds you and you can't see beyond your ego. It clouds your judgement. Which makes it difficult for you to see the real problem and solve everything. Now obviously most of us do get stuck in a difficult situation but if we constantly judge ourselves for our mistake and get that complaining aunty into our heads talking, who is always judging you for everything that didn't work, then NO! you are not getting out of that situation but if you acknowledge that you are in a difficult situation and yes it was your mistake. That's it end it there keep the complaining aunty out of your head and work on the solution judging yourself is not going to help anyone but acknowledging the fact that it's you fault and accepting it will open your mind and will help you out of your situation. You may not be perfect but there is a good side to you and you need to appreciate that beating yourself for all that is wrong is not going to help you. So try to see the good in you and others. We always forget that life is a journey full of uncertainties. We always feel the other person has got it all, that their life is perfect and happy. We feel that they don't have problems in their life that brings them down or somehow they have answers to everything that goes wrong around them, like isn't that what we see in the movies the hero has the answer to everything that goes wrong and at the end of the day he saves everyone and gets the girl. Isn't that the perfect end to a movie. But we forget that our life is not a 3 hour long movie where the hero struggles first, gets the big project, gets the girl and lives happily ever after. So we should stop treating our life like a movie. . Our life are filled with ups and downs so you can't continuously wait for something to happen to make you happy. You can't say that when I get a little money I will be happy. That is not how it works. You have to earn your entire life as long as your body permits you, so you can't wait to be rich to be happy. Now I am not against be rich or working hard but you have give yourself at least 5 minutes to appreciate what you have done the whole day or what you have take a deep breath smile & be happy. . You do everything in your life to be happy and peaceful but at the end you can't be happy if you are not happy while doing those things. It's an assumption that if you get a lot of money and you can buy anything and be happy. You slog day and night to do those things and one day you are rich enough to buy anything but guess what you are not happy coz after slogging for so many years, all you know is how to slog and not to smile. Now I am not talking about those big Preety smiles for the papers rather I am talking about that cute little smile that brightens your face when you are happy. . We have to remember that no money or person can make you happy other than yourself. The rest are simply stuff that surrounds your life. So, take a breath, smile. Your perspective towards your life and the way you see any situation that comes your way makes all the difference. Why do some people after being hurt by someone they love lose their faith in love and believe that it doesn't exist while others who have been hurt a lot still believe that love is there for them and they will get it. Why do some people find ways to complain about everything while others are grateful for everything. . The situation in front of you, is just a situation the way you look at it makes all the difference. If you see it with love you understand the perspective of the person in front of you. If you are filled with anger you see how that situation has wronged you. If you see if full of hope then no matter how hurtful that situation is for you ,you will find your ways out. I know sometimes it does get hard to see the good in things, they just hurt a lot. How many times has it happened that someone comes up to you and tells you something mean or compares you to someone else who at that moment is doing really well in their life. He calls you fat, ugly, stupid and you believed him. You allowed this person to make you feel miserable and you believe whatever this person told you. Did you feel like a complete loser after that? . But why are you feeling this way, that person doesn't know who you are. .
